Well, the jurors are speaking out. The jurors in Lindsey Clancy case are ready to tell their truth. And I got a lot of questions for these ladies. Plus, Jimmy Kimmel. Is he canceled? Is he not canceled? ABC is addressing new reports that Jimmy Kimmel's show has been canceled in 2027. Plus, Vicki Gumbelson and her big return to the real housewives of Orange County and Ultimate Girls trip. Is she? Is she not a flop? We'll get into it. Let's dive in. This is No Filter with Zach Peter. Your go-to source for all the latest pop culture and reality TVT, SirFresh all week long. Now let's dive in. Let's dive in and dive in. We shall. Sorry, I'm a little late today, guys. I just got the phone with Donna. We were talking Lindsey Clancy. We were we were dukes out over Lindsey Clancy.

And I'm happy to report we are we are friends again. We have squashed the beef, the Lindsey beef and all as well in the world again. But what a time. What a time. What a time. I hope you guys are having a great start to your week. My plastic surgeon has has reached out asking if I would be willing to try surf and M face. And I don't know. Surf. It's a non-invasive RF treatment. It's just like stimulant collagen. It's not injecting. It's no injections. It's not plastic surgery. It's like a people love surf. Tony says yes to it. People love surf. And then there's also M-face. And M-face is also to lift tone and smooth. And it's hands-free facial treatment designed to treat facial skin and muscles simultaneously. It lifts and firms. It tones and strengthens

muscles. It's only 20 minutes hands-free. So like I'm you know, sculpture. Well, sculpture is that's an injectable. Sculpture is injections, right? I believe that there's no pain at all. No pain, no downtime. It just kind of like does I don't know like wavelength or something. But I believe there is no pain. I don't know. It's not failure. Yeah, sculpture. Oh, sculpture is like filler though. It's an injectable. You inject it into your face and then doesn't help you like produce your body like produce collagen over the next like 12 months like over the next year. I believe that's how it's done, right? It's like you're looking super sexy. Thank you. No injections with sculpture. I thought sculpture was like an injection though, right? Doesn't like help you naturally produce more collagen in your face. Yes, it produces natural collagen. Right. But and like it's like over time. It's not instant. It's like over the course of time. Thank you guys. I mean, I'm hoping my skin looks good. Listen, Botox does wonders. You need

Botox and then my same plastic surgeon, Dr. Deer. Dr. Deer says you do Botox and then within two weeks, you get a facial because at that point, your pores are so small that it like makes your skin look great. You know, Robyn says I'm mixing up sculpture with M sculpt. Right. There is M sculpt and there's M face. He wants to know if I want to do M face and Zurf. I guess he just got both of them. And so he wants me to come in in a couple weeks to come try them out. And I was like, huh, okay. But yeah, one day I will get plan parenthood Botox. Oh, yes. Why your face looks great because I want to keep it looking great. You know, you want to make sure you stay looking great. You don't want to wait until you're broke down like a Honda Civic on the side of the road. You want to like keep it looking good. So yeah, you look hot. So not too much work. No, you do little

little bits. That's why I'm not like, let me get filler or let me get a face. Let me get a brow lift. Like, you know, you do little things over time to make sure you're keeping it all looking snitch. Uh, so just saying, just saying, you guys think I'm looking good. Well, there's a reason I'm looking good. You have to do little things over time. And then you stay looking good. None of us want to break down on the side of the mountain. Nope. And be airlifted out. Zach, your skin always looks phenomenal. Thank you, Mary. Like I said, Botox facial and then tinted moisturizer merit beauty. Listen, I'd merit beauty. Great. And then you need a good brow shape. I mean, but listen to Botox. Does help with that. So I'm just telling you, you look great. One of the best compliments people have given me is saying that I look airbrushed in person, but listen, a little tinted moisturizer. And yeah, there's a there. What is it? Patrick? What is a one face? Is that the Patrick Taw brand? There's a it's like a setting spray. It's like a finishing spray, but it's yeah, tinted moisturizer

is where it's at. Yeah, or what's actually a tinted SPF. You need a little SPF at it. And it just like haw, you know, just kind of just like evens everything out. Like the skinery looks good. And then you just listen, I mean, merit beauty was a sponsor. I mean, I'm pretty sure they're going to sponsor upcoming episodes as well. I believe we have a contract with them through the rest of the year. So expect more, but listen, I don't when I'm promoting the brands, no, I'm actually no one and using and loving the brands. Foothills says I make natural tallow. Yes, tallow beef tallow, right? I'm assuming beef. That's like it's good for your skin and keeps you hydrated, keeps everything locked in beef tallow. I mean, people love the tallow. People love love love it. Okay. What should we start with first? Dunna. Dunna. I guess Kimmel, let's start with Kimmel because that's like a pretty easy, quick story to get through.

There were reports that Jimmy Kimmel was his show was was canceled that there was not going to be a renewal in 2027 when it comes time for his show to be renewed. Obviously, we know last year he was on a brief hiatus after some comments that he made about Charlie Kirk. And when he was discussing the death of Charlie Kirk, it's now been a year or actually a year tomorrow. I believe Charlie was shot. He was assassinated on September 10th today's the ninth. So a year since I guess it was a little less than a year that Kimmel made some comments that people were upset about. And he was briefly paused and then he came back and he was like, oh, screw Trump. And I don't know, there's all the beef that Kimmel had with Trump. And they were like, oh, they were like, you know, fighting, you know, girly's on the playground, not happy with each other, bitch slapping each other on the school yard. But then there was a report that came out that Jimmy Kimmel has contract is going to be up in 2027 and that there were already plans to not renew it. Well, ABC has now come out or a

spokesperson for ABC has come out and says this information is inaccurate. And he reports about the future of the show at this point are purely speculative. So I mean, I don't think that the decision has been made. That's what I take from this statement from ABC that like, oh, don't believe it. It's pure speculation because I don't think that they've made any official decisions just yet. I think at this point, they're still deciding what they want to do with the show. I'm pretty sure his ratings aren't doing too well, but that's not specific to him. I just think in general, people aren't watching TV the way that they used to. I think late night is struggling in general. And I don't think Jimmy Kimmel is immune to that. So I just I don't see them renewing it. I remember like, I mean, a lot of them have made the shift, right? From late night talk shows to now going into podcasting or going into streaming talk shows that I think are just a lot more of the style of like what people are interested in. I mean, people are interested in consuming their

content on their phones now rather than sitting down and waiting for 10 p.m. for a live show to begin and to sit and wait through commercials and all that. Like it's just not what it used to be. Late night is not what I mean, people used to live for late night. I remember you would stay up and you'd watch the shows and they would be funny and they would recap the news of the day and they would have celebs on and it used to be, you know, it used to be different. And now TikTok has taken over and Instagram reels have taken over and people like that short form content. Somebody, Kristina says, oh my god, I found my new reality TV and it's a ghetto streamer and I'm addicted. Yeah, I think that I mean, people, I mean, look at even for me, I'm like, Vanessa bandee bandee bandee bandee bandee bandee bandee. So like they're just fun, you know, there are fun content creators or just content in general that we can watch on our phones and we can get anything we want at any time that we want. So I actually do think Kimmel will be cancelled

next year or if they're just trying to say face, they may renew him for another season, but I just don't envision him continuing to to to renew Kimmel because I just don't think it's working. I mean, Andy Cohen, I think it's one of those rare exceptions, but I think it's because he has like interviews that give tea and he plays fun segments that you can break those up into clips that you share online on YouTube, on acts on TikTok. And so I think if your show is tick-talkable, then you're able to, you know, I think you're good, you're solid, but I don't know how tick-talkable Jimmy Kimmel is because I just don't see many tick-talks of him. I think if anything with late night, the only bits that are actually, if it's not a celebrity interview, and even then a lot of those have become boring because they've become very commercialized and they're very promo-heavy, it's not like back in the day when Letterman was asking Paris Hilton about what it was like when she got arrested, right? Like we lived for those moments because we're like, oh, did he just ask that? And it was just like the tea. And you know, unless we get his activated late night show, well, I mean,

I also feel like when it comes to people watching those types of things, like this kind of this forum of people watching live here on YouTube, people enjoy YouTube more than they enjoy like traditional TV. It's just changed, right? Entertainment's changed. But so I don't envision Jimmy Kimmel being around much longer. TBH. So yeah. And of course, Laura, he will blame Trump. Oh my God, Trump. And what is that? The cancel culture and free speech. And they'll do all the things again. Yeah, we'll see. Okay, that said, I did want, so if you're a member of No Filter, I'll access. Okay, I have a conundrum for you. I have an event I have to go to this evening. So do you want to bump up our Zoom call? Do we want to do three PM? Is that too early? Three PM West Coast, six PM East Coast? I feel like that may be a time when people are like just leaving work or maybe

on their commute home. If we bump it up from five to three, so we just do it two hours early today, we can either do our Wednesday Zoom call two hours early or we just push it to tomorrow and do it Thursday same time. I know usually if we have to shift, we'll just do Thursday, five PM Pacific, eight PM Eastern. Let me know if you have a preference on that. I'm kind of thinking maybe we just do Thursday, either early today or same time tomorrow. Usually if we have to shift on a Wednesday, we'll just do Thursday instead. Okay, everyone's saying tomorrow tomorrow. Okay, then tomorrow it is then instead of Wednesday. So I guess that'll just kind of be the benchmark. If there's something that's happening on Wednesday, we'll just stick to Thursday. So our Zoom call will be Thursday this week instead of Wednesday. So just know it's either Wednesday or Thursday, most likely Wednesday. Sometimes it'll need to be shifted to Thursday. But if you're a member of No Filter, all access our Zoom call will come out. What is Donna? Oh my goodness, Donna. I just

got off the phone with Donna Bowling and we just washed our Lindsey Clancy beef and now Donna's over here responding to my tweets. Donna Bowling. Donna, Donna, she doesn't know when to let the mouse go. How do I get a membership for No Filter? Access. You sign up on Supercast. So there is a link in the description below. We're not like actually fighting. It's funny. Molly's in the middle. And then this morning Lauren was in middle. Lauren. I think she saw something that like somebody was posting about like, oh, Zach and his new friend Lauren and blah, blah, blah. And they were talking about her on Reddit.

And she's like, can you and Donna make up so that they can talk about your like friendship with you and Donna, rather than me being pulled into the Reddit drama? And I was just like, I mean, sorry that I keep Reddit in business. You know, sorry, not sorry. Okay, let's get into the Lindsey Clancy stuff because the jurors are speaking out and there's a lot to get into a lot of different pieces and clips and bits for us to dissect. All right, let's talk, Lindsay. There are so many bits and pieces to dive into. The jurors are finally ready to mention it all. Of course, because the jurors are out here mentioning it all. All the Ku Klux Klansees. Ku Klux Klansees are out here claiming that of course the one juror that was

holding out the holdout juror must have been paid off by Patrick. Patrick must have paid for everything. Four of the jurors have spoken out. Also, we have Kevin Reddington who is also speaking out. But three of the jurors are exclusively talking to NBC 10 and then there was a fourth juror who remained anonymous. She's also speaking out separately and she decided to keep her identity. She didn't want to reveal who she is. There are three that have revealed their identity and a fourth woman that is speaking out. I believe she called in V.A. Phone. But let's start with these ladies that are, I guess, I don't know. Here, let's pull up their few clips from their interviews because they're out here doing doing the most. Okay, so this is the first one, the first clip that we have here from NBC 10. He was very arrogant. He really did not. She's referring to the lone juror, the

holdout juror. They're saying that that juror was very arrogant. Take anything that anybody said, the nurses, he tried to ask a question about the medications and we went back to the report from South Shore Hospital. We had the toxicology report. We could see exactly the amount. The nurses in their room spoke to that and talked to them. Yes, they spoke to that specific thing. That was a question that he had and he just completely disregarded the information that they gave him. I mean, he had reason to bold out. He admitted that he had reason to bold out. After we watched that video of the interview, I think that's what it was. He admitted he had reason to bold out. And I started filling out the forms. I was so excited. I actually did with three forms. I had a fill out and I started filling them out. I wrote my signature on each one and then he said,

but I'm still not going to say that she's now guilty by reason of incident. I'm not sure if road is the right word, so. But every one of us in the hours of a frustration would get up and walk the room because you just couldn't sit in the month and would all go to the cart with the exhibits. I think got up to the cart once very quickly and went back to a seat. He would not interact with us and try to understand. We read him on numerous occasions the definition of a reasonable doubt from Judge Sullivan's instruction. He actually said one day in the end, why don't we have the judge come in and read it again? And we were like, no, we have it in front of us. We don't need that and we would highlight it. And so and so this is the definition of a reason of

being up. But he had the hardest time getting up the fact that Lindsey viciously killed her children. Okay, so it's interesting that these women are acknowledging that she viciously killed her children. Lindsey did. So there's no dispute with any of that, right? It's very, very clear. Lindsey Clancy killed her children. The jurors are not disputing that the prosecution hasn't disputed that the defense hasn't disputed that. Lindsey hasn't disputed that. But what I'm getting from these jurors is, and this is where I think it gets a little complicated. And I see that Susan Susan comments from on this too. She says it sounds like he wasn't executing the law. It was jury nullification, which is wrong. Yes, but I, it sounds like that from their interpretation of what happened, right? Which I think maybe could have been what actually happened. However, it's also possible that to him, there was no reasonable doubt beyond what was being presented to him,

right? That he really believed that the prosecution laid out their case. For me, and I was kind of having this conversation this morning about how like to me, there was too much premeditation with Lindsey Clancy that I am convinced that she knew what she was doing. There was, she mapped out the route that she sent her husband on. She intentionally sent the husband out of the house. The argument that was presented was, well, but her husband was gone a lot. So she could have done it at any time. And I was like, sure. And if she were truly an affidavit of psychosis, she could have done it while he was home, but she didn't. She waited for him to leave the home. She waited to, she sent him on errands, knowing he was going to exit, knowing that he wasn't going to physically be home at the time that she was going to do this. She sent him out of the house. We know that that she looked up the route. We know that she had a time frame for how long he would be gone, whether or not she was going to be able to execute it in that time frame or not. We don't know,

but she knew that he was physically going to not be home. And even when he was out and he called her and she missed the call and she called him back, she made sure that she did not, she made sure that he did not suspect that anything was wrong. So to me, there was enough presented to show that she was in her based off of how I'm interpreting it, that there was enough information to determine that she was in her right frame of mind. Susan said he admitted that he had doubt and refused to apply the law of reasonable doubt. I understand your point, but the juror refused to apply the law. We don't know that. We're getting this information from these women. And if we're just assuming that that's what it was, we haven't heard from him yet. And I want to hear from him and I want to know what his justification for this was because if it were jury nullification, the judge could have and should have removed him. And I believe the judge would have if it really was the case. But remember, the judge interviewed all of the jurors, including that

one lone juror. And if the juror was convinced, now here's the thing. There's what these women believe to be reasonable doubt. And then there's what this man believes to be reasonable doubt. This lady could have been like, this is reasonable doubt. Do you understand that? And he could be like, sure, I understand what reasonable doubt means to you. However, we don't know, we got this information from the foreman. This is the foreman right here. She's one of the women, not this woman, which one is it? The foreman is the first, not this one, this one. This is the foreman. This is the woman who ratted on him. And this is according to her interpretation of what he said. But he could have very much been like, yes, I understand what reasonable doubt is. I understand x, y, and z. And to them, they were like, but this is reasonable doubt that exonerates her. And he could be like, I understand what you're saying. I understand where you're coming from. But I don't agree. And therefore, I don't want to let her pass because I disagree with that. There is a legal standard to

apply law. Right. And that's why I want to know it's not just a feeling or interpretation. Agreed. That's why I want to know what he, I mean, there is an interpretation of the law, though. I mean, that and that's what a jury's job is to do is to interpret the evidence that's presented and to determine whether or not that rises to the level. That is an interpretation of law. So that's why for me, if he was convinced of that and he was listening to these ladies, if these ladies were trying to mansplain to him, reasonable doubt. And these ladies were trying to mansplain to him why he's wrong. He could be like, I understand what you're saying to me. I understand where you're coming from. I understand why you want her to be found not legally, not legally culpable. And he could also say, but I don't agree with you. Right. I see the evidence. And to me, the prosecution made their case. Because again, to me, at first, I was thinking I would probably be,

I think I would probably have to lean on not guilty by reason of insanity. But if there was a plausible enough case that was presented, again, to me, there was very clear premeditation. I know she's saying that she was crazy at the time. And she was saying she wasn't in her right mind. But to me, the way that the details were laid out with what she did in her actions, I'm convinced that she did it and was in her right mind at the time of doing it. The Gary Bucy look alike was the foreman of the jury. Oh, yeah, that's her, Tony, the one with the glasses. She does kind of look like Gary Bucy. Even if she was in psychosis, the fact that her mental state of mind can go there makes her unpredictable for the rest of her life. And that is why she shouldn't walk. I mean, I mean, roll again. The rest of it. Yeah, I agree. Deanna says there's reason why the jurors are speaking out aren't specifically saying what

he said, right? They're all keep using the buzzword of reasonable doubt. They don't want to say what he actually said. That's why I want to hear from him. I want to hear his interpretation. And if his interpretation is I understand reasonable doubt. I agree. And I believe that there was reasonable doubt. And I'm not going to apply the law. Then I don't see why the judge didn't remove him. And he should have been removed. If that's what actually is the case. However, we don't know his side. All we know is this is the forger, the foreman, right? She's the one that that reported him to the judge. And she's the one that is making this claim based off of her interpretation of what his position is. I don't want her interpretation of what his position is. I want his interpretation of what his position was. I want to hear from him. I heard that he was supposed to appear on Nancy Grace. I don't know if that was just a rumor or not. Also, I would imagine he may not feel comfortable coming out or he may do like with this other juror did and disguise

his voice. But so this is all according to what these three women believe happened, right? Let's watch another clip from their their interview. Volume on demeanor. Yeah. Is was funny. And there was one time this is her talking about reddington. She says that reddington's demeanor was funny. Whatever he said, I don't know, but I went because he was he was entertaining, which was good because we needed some about and arrogant at the same time. Yes. Like arrogant and entertaining. He would go back and forth between that. Yeah. Like compassionate. Yes. His compassion towards Lindsey was amazing. This is his whole demeanor. I find that weird that they're like fan-growing over Kevin

Reddington. And they're just like, he was funny. He was entertaining. Oh my god, we enjoyed him. We needed levity because the lady killed her children and we needed somebody to make us laugh. Like, what? Like that to me is kind of crazy that they're just like, he was more likeable than the prosecution. So we decided to let the lady have a pass. We decided, you know, let's not that I were hurt and present because her tardy just like it gave us the giggles. Like, what the fuck am I even watching? Like, are we kidding? They're fan-growing over him. That is disgusting. They're fan-growing over a criminal defense attorney that is defending this woman murdering her children is defending that she's not criminally responsible for that. That's weird. That's weird. Susan says, the interview I listened to had none of these women I watched last night. It was just audio and made much more sense than these women. Yes, that's the fourth juror

that I think explained it a little better. I'm hoping I can find the full... I want to find the full clip of the... There's these women that people keep talking about and people keep discussing, okay, here we go. Here's the full interview that has been referred to. This was on WBZ TV. So these ladies I think are just kind of crazy. I think these ladies are a little wackadoodle. I think it's creepy that they're like, simping for Reddington, which we'll get into Reddington because Reddington does finally come out and declare his support for Patrick Lansy and makes it absolutely clear. So all the Ku Klux Klansees can finally shut the fuck up because Reddington is finally throwing down the gavill in support of Patrick Lansy because he's set at a number of different ways in every single time. They're like, that's not what I heard.

That's not what he said. That's not what he meant. That's not... He's made it clear and I'll play that clip for you in just a sec. Actually, let's play it right now. I'm going to play that clip for you right now. Sandra... Listen to me, Sandra, D. This is Reddington on CBS with Gail King. Gail King, who went to space, is directly asking him, yo, homie, how do you feel about Patrick Lansy? This is what Reddington had to say. So get out your handy-dandy notebook, get out your coping blankets. Here we go. Because some people say, well, Kevin hasn't come out and really done a full throated support of Patrick Lansy, what do you say about that? I have repeatedly said and did during the trial and prior to the trial. Listen to the 911 call and the gut wrenching... The public has not heard it. The jury says... I understand that. The judge made that ruling. But I've said repeatedly the gut wrenching horror that is in his voice. No actor in California could ever

imitate that. It's obvious that Patrick was a man who stood by his wife through all of the difficulty of the medical issues, the psychiatric issues, the pharmaceutical issues, and even up to the time of trial and even afterwards. And the man ought to be able to move on with his life and stop with the speculation and horrific conspiracy allegations that he was involved with some massive conspiracy to kill his children. So what do you say to the people who are still pushing that theory that Patrick Lansy was involved in these children's murder? As I've said before, I think that it's horrific what this man has been going through. And he's entitled to move on with his life. And the fact that he's moved on with his life and still is standing by Lindsey as far as the legal issues tells the tale. And then, finally, let me ask you from the very beginning, you have been... There you go. There you go. Here we go. They're already starting, Lansy. I reckon Reddington has had a legal notice from Patrick's lawyer. That's why he did it. Not because

she fucking killed the kids, but because the letter scared Reddington. Who's a fucking attorney? Like guys, come back down to earth. Please, I beg of you. Patrick did not do this. And Reddington has now made that very clear. He's repeatedly addressed this question. He's even said in this interview with Gail that he has addressed this question. And he thinks that people need to stop with the crazy conspiracy theories. And they need to leave Patrick alone. Because again, he makes a really good point. Patrick has moved on with his life and yet is still here supporting his ex-wife. So there you go. There you go. We can put that to rest. Now let's also clock in with this other juror. So this is a juror she's chosen to remain anonymous. We don't know which... I mean, we don't have any of their names, but she specifically

has chosen to not show her face like the other three ladies. And so here is what she had to say about what she remembers going down in the deliberation room. I like to leave a happy little bubble. So my mother's comes to me. She goes, I wonder if she's going to get called for wintery fancy case. I'm like, that's the day you're kidding me. It was almost like a sheer panic that, oh my god, am I going to get called for this? And then can I ask like, do you have kids? Do you have any personal connection that made this case extra tough? I mean, it's tough for anybody. I don't have kids. And I feel like I did that probably made me like a prime like jar for this. The fact that typically women are harsher and other women. And I don't have children. So it wasn't as like emotional for me, like not hugging children, not hugging grandchildren, or anything.

And like I said, the fact I didn't follow this, so I was kind of like, fine, you know. Right, you were the perfect juror. Yeah, I feel like in a sense I was. And I went every day, you know, listening to testimonies and refueling the evidence is trying to put anything personal aside and just, you know, do what was constitutionally right. It was give this individual a fair and just trial that we all would hope for as well. And you had to see, like some of the most, I mean, and here, some of the most horrific evidence that like anybody ever has to on a trial. I mean, just what was that experience like for you? I will never be the same after I will, I'm called. Um, after we learned, like after the trial, I saw all conspiracy theories about how Patrick did it and that he somehow convinced Lizzie that she had done it when it was really him. And all the things that

it's not the few people could have heard of that, like the digital, the black or lame scream. I don't think I did any of the single after the second of the one from that or he did. There you go. You have the jurors and Reddington who have made it clear that Patrick didn't do this. Okay. So if you're a fucking loser idiot with poor comprehension skills, shut the fuck up now. Okay. Leave this poor man alone. He lost everything. He lost his wife and he lost his three children. His entire life went up in flames. And the fact that you're so disgusting to continue to victimize him and accuse him of assaulting his daughter to accuse him of being a narcissistic abusive partner to his wife of being a murderer is actually insane. You are clinically insane if you still believe that he did it. There's no evidence to support

that he did it. Any denial of the evidence against Lindsay is just a denial of reality. And you're a fucking stupid idiot. If you continue to perpetuate these wild conspiracy theories. Okay. Truly get a brain. And I think you've formed it. But like I will never be a saying on that. Yeah, it was horrifying. It was horrifying. You know, just imagine living through that and being the person designed to children that scenario like it takes you. I want to ask you the deliberations. What obviously we only know what the note from the four person said. What was the situation in there? I mean, and for how many days were you guys stuck like that? So I was a majority of the people on it doesn't matter what side it was on. It was very

strong. And they're like stamps and they're their beliefs kind of from the beginning. You know, the standalone girl was not the only one that was unwilling to deceiving from the other side. So I'm going to kind of defend that individual in a sense. There were some big personalities in that room. But at the end of the day, I feel like it just came down to an inability to kind of move past your convictions. And you know, you got to run out of my charge to be unable to self analyze themselves and like, okay, am I missing something? Am I failing to acknowledge or give this a wait? I'm not like this doubt wait that it needs. That person, the majority of the room was trying to kind of swing that person from the very beginning. So where did you come down from the very beginning? Like what was your vote?

So originally I found as though she was guilty and she was put only responsible for it. And maybe I still believe that in a certain way. I think that this was a woman who she was not mentally healthy. She was someone that was in the swirls of a significant mental health crisis. She tried really to felt like she was so deep in it that she couldn't see her way out. And so you kind of like describe, sorry, just tell me a little more about the evolution for you. Because I'm interested because you mentioned how there were so many strong personalities in there, but then tell me how you kind of, you know, you changed a little bit. Because at the end of the day, there was so much doubt. You know, the prosecution to have a figurative, you know, smoking gun. There was not a single moment to wrote that presentation.

In that case that you could say, oh, yep, 100% uncertainty did it or that she didn't do it. There's too much gray area. And eventually I just felt like, okay, well, that's a stupid statement to make because she literally acknowledged that Lindsey did this. And now she's like, well, there was doubt on whether she did it or didn't do. We've already established that she did it. There's no disputing that she did it. Ms. Quis she says this woman literally says she thinks Lindsey might be guilty still, but she wants her to get help. That's not your job. Actually, this is where I disagree. I don't like it, but I disagree with this statement specifically because that's actually what this trial was to determine was was Lindsey criminally responsible or not? Not did she do it? Not as she guilty of doing it, but is she was she in the right mind to be held criminally responsible? So unfortunately, against your point, Ms. Quis she, that was their job was to determine whether or not she is

criminally responsible, not whether or not she did it or didn't do it. So that's where this that was literally their job was to determine was she mentally unwell and therefore not criminally responsible or should she be held responsible for doing it? Susan says there is doubt the reason to the reason she did it. There is doubt to the reason she did it, right? Not whether she did it, but the reason she did it was she in her right mind or not in her right mind. That's where it's it's a little tricky. Okay, let's see, here's the last of it. Only way to get justice worked for Korra Dawson and Callan and Patrick and her parents and everyone else that was closest was to get her to help that she desperately needed and there's a little way she's going to help them. That's so interesting and you mentioned like you want to

defend that loan juror a little bit for for standing their ground. Do you agree with the note that was sent to the court saying that they were like not following the law and reasonable doubt? Thank you. Because at the end of the day, it can to not fall that reasonable doubt and so acknowledge that it's there. You morally and legally cannot convict somebody for that and that was therefore violation of constitutional rights and essentially that is what we are there as a jury to do is to uphold that constitution and guess I want a fair trial of their peers and I don't necessarily think that she is getting that with a sure and it's not simply because of that because she had an opposing view or she's she's or just personally involved in she was guilty. It was the inability to kind of back that up with any logic. Just kind of digging their heels in on that vote.

Yeah and again, it's not been able to back it you know everyone from wanting to understand where the other person was coming from and how they kind of over-ide-set conclusion. So either they could explain where their reasonable doubt came in or could open their eyes to something that maybe they didn't see but this person again like I said that person really struggled with and again acknowledge the the reasonable doubt but still is not able to apply that like needed too. Okay interesting um this is where again I want to hear from him because if he really did say that there was reasonable doubt and he believes that there was reasonable doubt and he wasn't going to apply the law I don't see why the judge didn't remove him. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt of saying that it's possible that he was convinced by the prosecution and that it's possible that he

understood their reasonable doubts but to him those reasonable doubts were not convincing enough right whereas for me again I kind of feel like there was enough pre-meditation to determine that she was of sound mind to know what she was doing. So I don't know well I mean because again their application of reasonable doubt doesn't necessarily mean that that is how reasonable doubt needed to be applied in this case. I'm curious if he really was truly being unreasonable or they were just not happy with the fact that he wasn't giving them the the um acquittal that they were hoping for that they were convinced of. Deanna says I can't with them all saying the same phrasing of not applying reasonable doubt say specifically what it is that he said and doubt it. Yeah I think that's where I'm a little torn is it's like they're making it seem and it almost kind of sounds like that forger that foreman

kind of can lay down that track work for like this is the the consensus that were under and kind of then you know was impressionable for everybody else to now kind of repeat this same talking point of like he was not applying reasonable doubt he was not applying reasonable doubt but we don't know if he was applying reasonable doubt or not because we haven't actually heard from him. Um Tony says I can't get over that she killed her babies and thinks that she should and thinks she should fry she should still have the consequences of her actions crazy or just pure evil it doesn't matter when it comes down to three babies died yeah I think that there definitely needs to be consequences and I don't know if I'm convinced that um institutionalizing her is what the appropriate uh determination is right because ultimately I don't think she needs to be institutionalized if her whole argument is this was um motivated by postpartum then therefore she

should already be out of postpartum and if she is out of postpartum then why would she still need to be institutionalized for postpartum right especially if she's getting adequate treatment now then who's to say that they can't then determine oh with a little bit of therapy and medication she's fine to be free she's in a wheelchair she's not really a threat to herself she's not really a threat to anybody else there's not much that she can do she seems to be in a better place I don't know miss Quixie says this jurors saying that she voted not guilty because she believes she wouldn't get the help that she needed in prison versus mental hospital is not her job tradition which can't okay that's a more compelling point uh miss Quixie squishy that to me is a is a more compelling point that you're making rather than the put the the statement you made earlier this I agree with you more on that she voted not guilty because she believed that she wouldn't get the help in prison versus a mental hospital but that's my thing is to say well what

first of all agreed not your determination of where she will get adequate help that's not that's not what your job is is to determine where she can get the best help because she's clearly mentally ill her argument is that it was postpartum and we're over three years past when she gave birth to count we're three years and eight months past that we're almost four years past it now so I don't think she's still experiencing symptoms of postpartum especially when she hasn't had children for the last three years because oh that's right she strangled them to death um so yeah determining where you believe she will get better help is not the job at the jury their job is to determine criminal responsibility that is what they were meant to determine um to me says do the jurors understand the insanity verdict and the fact that she could possibly be out on the streets right that's the other thing is she could very likely I think I explained this like if she is found not guilty by reason of insanity how it works in Massachusetts is there's a 40 day period in

which they can hold and evaluate you after you have been found not criminally responsible they have a 40 day period that they can evaluate you at the end of that 40 days they make a determination on whether or not you're fit to stay or leave and if they hold you they can only hold you for six months to a year and then after that you will have to continue to be re-evaluated over and over that's how it works in Massachusetts so every year she would need another evaluation and if after a certain amount like that's the thing that's why she can't be released now she could totally be fine right now we don't know that she could have gotten the adequate treatment that she needed in the last three years at this institution and she can go and and be free because she's been there for three years she's no longer in postpartum she's on drugs I assume she's getting therapy and the determination in order to hold her is they have to one determine that she is mentally ill so they have to say yes she is mentally ill and this is what she has been clinically diagnosed with

and they have to prove that she's a danger to herself and others right because if she's just mentally ill but they don't believe that she's a threat to herself or a threat to anybody else then she can technically be free because three they also have to determine that there's not a lesser option that she can activate right as in therapy and meds if they determine yes she is mentally ill but no we don't believe that she's a threat then there as long as she maintains therapy and medication she's free to go then she's free to go and she's free to go after they evaluate her and make that determination so she could essentially go rolling out down the street now is that likely I don't know but it is a very real possibility no parole hearing no status of good behavior or not like it's solely based on what is determined in that facility. Terry says these women are unbelievable they are the issue and making the man the bad guy they said it himself that she viciously killed

the children be careful of setting a precedent yeah I agree. You guys saw that old footage that came out of her when she was a nurse and she's discussing bonding with your baby I haven't seen that footage itself but I have seen it circulate but I haven't personally watched it myself how many mentally ill are wandering the streets in Massachusetts I mean who knows but says I heard the 911 call before a while ago the judge ruled on this it was haunting he's his screams were gut wrenching there was a 911 call or there was a piece of it that was recorded with the dispatchers where you can kind of hear him screaming chorus name in the background that to me even though we didn't hear his actual 911 call that to me was was very unsettling and I just I I couldn't imagine what he was going through and the fact that he's being re-traumatized by these wacky ladies online is crazy um tell me says that's so scary for her to get out that quickly yeah Denise says she knew

what she was doing she planned it made certain her husband was gone she murdered my argument is this and this is what I was trying to explain this morning on the phone is it's not like like the woman in Brooklyn who was found not guilty by reason of insanity and was able to use postpartum as her her defense the difference with her is she went into a manic state where she lost touch with reality and when they came to detain her it was very clear that she was not in her right state of mind right like she was very clearly going through a fit of psychosis with Lindsay we it does not appear that she was going through psychosis she did not as the experts testified on the stand she was not exhibiting symptoms of psychosis right that doesn't mean that she couldn't have been depressed that doesn't mean that she couldn't have been experiencing some mental health episode or issues all of which could be factored in right that's why I've always said I don't know if I I or I'm against first degree murder but I could see second degree murder being on the table

I think manslaughter is a little too lenient in my opinion but I would definitely lean second degree murder because that does factor in the mental health issues that she may have been experiencing but she made sure to do this when Patrick wasn't home she made sure to send him out of the house like that was very much something that she thought out planned out and then systematically killed the children she didn't just snap right because I hear women who are like I've had postpartum and I was struggling and there were moments where I just like I snapped and I was overwhelmed and I was like yes there was you snapping and you being overwhelmed in that moment and you snapping and having a reaction I mean granted you didn't kill your children thank goodness but you also had a level of awareness that killing my children is wrong right however with Lindsey Clancy she knew what she was doing she separated the children so that they didn't see each other that's not somebody that has a snap moment that's somebody that's like okay I'm sending my husband out

okay I have this much amount of time okay let me go one let me go two let me go three making sure that Kora didn't see Dawson like that is systematic that is planning like she was very clear-headed in sending him out planning this out speaking to him on the phone in the middle of doing it she wasn't in some spell where she was so focused on doing what she was doing she was clearly aware of what was happening so much so that she was then aware of taking her own life next Susan said psychosis isn't snapping it isn't on an off switch I agree there are more but the experts that testified on the stand testified that she did not meet the criteria for what they believed would have been true psychosis she did not meet that criteria calling Patrick back yeah she called him back and had a

phone call with him and now we have copycats and we do have people that are well the issue is it sets a precedent of like well like if you're in a position where you're experiencing something and you're just like holy shit I'm freaking out and you have the option to kill your kids or not if you know that there are consequences to that you're not going to do that right as many women have now testified that they've been in positions where they felt really overwhelmed and maybe they wanted to do something they with later regret they didn't do it because they knew that it was wrong and they knew that there would be consequences now we're essentially saying that actually no there are consequences you can you know this can be excused and that's my concern is saying that this could be excused sets a dangerous precedent right and that's where you do see copycats now Robin says and she killed them one by one oldest first because she'd he'd yeah he'd resist the most I think it's Joss and Kora and then uh Dawson was first he was the oldest and then it was Kora and

then it was Callan and I believe that's the order of age two the copycats are women who are not in psychosis right but we do set the precedent that allows them to think oh well I mean it's normal you know and the copycats are scary because that's the precedent that we're sending that's the precedent that we're setting sorry um so yeah that's that's where it becomes very very challenging um a precedent of women being hormonal and can't hold certain jobs I see where that argument is come oh Kora was the old side sorry I may have gotten that wrong Kora may have been the oldest um I was under the impression that Dawson was the oldest and that Dawson was the first that she strangled I may have gotten that order incorrect I may be misremembering those details but I do agree it was methodical um and turn them on their face so that they didn't see her doing it yeah she was mindful of like making sure my children don't see me doing this okay Kora is the oldest um yeah

so I don't I don't know what to tell you um Dawson made a run for it yeah he resisted it's just crazy crazy crazy crazy crazy um and the fact that she spoke to the husband on the phone didn't give him any indication that she was killing the kids a perfect opportunity for her to say hey I need you to get back here now I'm freaking the fuck out I need your help like I I'm I'm losing my mind I need you I need you I need you please get back here I need you didn't do that you know um okay moving on from Clancy uh Vicki Gumbels and I was watching real I watched two things over the weekend ultimate girl strip right then taking over Atlanta and practical magic for the first time because I want to see practical magic too um and so I watched the original I've never seen the original uh and from my understanding the original was like a big flop at the beginning and then eventually

it became a cult hit later like Hocus Pocus Hocus Pocus was initially a flop and then eventually it became like a a staple around Halloween and so with practical magic I'd never seen it I knew of it I knew Sandra Bullock and you knew Nicole Kidman I knew it was an iconic film but I'd never actually watched it and now I finally watched it and I actually really enjoyed it and now I'm looking forward to a sequel but I also I'm like but we didn't need a sequel like the film was good all in like all on its own like I'm I'm now that I just watched I'm like we don't need a sequel that was great that was I was I was I was solid with that I think it was good but now I do want to see it so I'm maybe going on a date now I soon maybe next week we were I mean we have two days plan this week let's maybe next week um to see practical magic because that just looks when does it come out it's out this week right this weekend we'll see um I love practical magic my husband is crazy about it's such a good movie I haven't read any of the books we never need a sequel we write we never

need a sequel I'm hoping that this sequel doesn't ruin it but we'll see um but I did see it great I'm looking forward to to the second one ultimate girl's trip so I watched the Atlanta episode or part one of Atlanta I thought it was great but it also has like really made me understand that it made me understand that we don't need Vicki Gumbelsen the OG of the OC of your Real Housewives band Vicki Gumbelsen was the OG from the Real House says of Orange County which was the first in the Real Housewives franchise and Vicki was fired a few years ago they have brought her back to Orange County and in addition bringing her back to Orange County they have also brought her on this 20th reunion special of ultimate girl's trip where they take a bunch of the OGs or the veterans of the different cities they send them on a road trip together to go and um go to the different cities and look back and kind of I mean it's really just an nostalgia fate it's a few episodes taking them to each of the different cities and showing old housewives and bringing

everybody back together I thought the Beverly Hills episodes and the Atlanta episodes do really well of like mixing in some drama but also like pain homage to the previous housewives and the previous seasons and the franchise the Orange County episode was like a flop I didn't care for it I thought it was lame I thought it was boring but Beverly Hills and Atlanta I think have have continued to get better and now with the drama at least Barlow like the show is the series is getting better I'm also looking forward to the premiere of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives which premieres on Thursday so let's watch Secret Lives of Mormon Wives this weekend I'm ready for it I'm excited for it let's get it but Vicki Gunvelson I have to say for being her big return to Orange County one she's kind of just a footnote she's really insignificant she doesn't move the needle on real house as of Orange County for being the 20th season in the 20th year and then when it comes to Ultimate Girls trip like again very forgettable kind of just a footnote not really holding it down not really fun I understand that like she's in it solo and she doesn't have anybody else from Orange County that's

there with her but even in this Atlanta episode and even in the Beverly Hills episodes like she's not really relevant or like at least Kyle is putting herself in the mix right Portia putting herself in mixed Portia and Giselle are great Teresa and Lisa Barlow hilarious together Kyle knows how to work a room and to hold the presence even if she's not actively involved right she knows how to make herself known in the room Vicki is just fading into the background and is really a Debbie Downer and I think this Atlanta party really showed how insignificant she is to housewives in general like if anything the only reason we're paying attention to Vicki is to pay homage to the fact that she was one of the first and OC was the first and we kind of have to acknowledge her because like she was part of the history but like in terms of impact to the franchises overall I think her lack of impact is really being felt now that you're bringing so many housewives together and I think she was expecting to go to all of these parties

and to have everybody don't after her and to be like oh my god Vicki and we bow down to the queen and that's just not the case I don't think anybody is really that like she's not especially in Atlanta where you have Nini leaks coming out you have you know I mean seen Nini and Shiree and Kim Zolciak with her red solo cup hilarious that Kim had his red solo cup the entire time seen them come together and letting that be a moment you know it just I buy Susan we'll see you on Thursday well I just to me I'm just like it's sad that this was her big return and it just is barely barely making a mark and if anything I think there were such high expectations because I see people would be like oh well you guys can't stop talking about Vicki and of course she is relevant that's why you guys can't stop talking about her I'm like no but like the talk about her isn't good the talk about her is that there was an expectation and that she's like absolutely not meeting that

expectation at all like out so that's where it's a little like oh it's not really landing you know so yeah um tomorrow we'll talk about the Brandy Glenville stuff because I know a lot of people keep sending me Brandy Glenville's um Brandy's crazy videos about the parasite or whatever is living in her face we'll get into that and I'll talk about it tomorrow on the show so we'll cover Brandy tomorrow more in depth but I will talk to you guys later remember there's no members only tonight we are moving it to Thursday so if you are a member of no filter all access on supercast hour weekly zoom call will be Thursday this week five p.m. Pacific eight p.m. Eastern you will get an email you will get a notification on supercast so be sure to sign up for supercast if you haven't done so already actually you know what in honor of Labor Day weekend if you are not a member of no filter all access I am going to give you a promo and I'm giving you the promo right now
