Family, self-belief, and community are three things that most people value in life; so when it comes to ultrarunning, how can we lean into those things while also bettering ourselves to be a better endurance athlete?

Corinne Shalvoy hops on the podcast today to share all about those three things, as she is a mother of two, an ultrarunner on the Aravaipa Racing team, and a community leader for various running groups. She is also on the Rabbit Elite team as well and has notched up tons of incredible results in the trail running scene.
