In the first episode of the Unshrinkable podcast, I’m excited to introduce myself and share my journey. I'm Emily Katz, an organizational consultant on a mission to shake up the mental health industry. I've personally overcome my own traumas and diagnoses, and subsequently developed my own self-healing method called the Meta Therapy Model (MTM).
