How to Prevent a DNF in Your Next Ultra Race

The three worst letters in the ultra world are DNF, all because they stand for “Did Not Finish” and mark the incompletion of a race that you probably worked hard to train for.

DNF’s are painful. There is no way around it. Especially after you likely put in tons of time and energy to prepare for your race, only to have it not go the way that you intended.

So, in this episode, I share tons of tips to help you prevent a DNF in your next race as best as you possibly can, based on my experience of finishing tons of ultras. But since I have also dealt with a DNF in the past, I share from my mistakes as well.
