Plus, a housing provider for previously unhoused New Yorkers says they’ve cut back on costly ER visits by hiring nurses to provide on-site care. WNYC’s Karen Yi reports. Finally, New York City is embarking on a top-to-bottom review of its charter, the city’s equivalent of a constitution.
