She’s Celibate & SOBER?!?! Habits to make & break in April 🧘🏽‍♀️🍃💭 + some major life updates

On this episode I’m giving you guys an insight of my habits to make & BREAK this April!  After smashing my milestone of a year of celibacy I figured I would try and test myself and see how long I can go sober too. It’s been something I’ve been thinking about for a while, and at this point in my life I’m ready to really put my head down and work hard on my projects - without having to worry about hangovers & brain fog (I really can’t back up like I used to lol).   From less scrolling to being less judgmental - bringing in more play & deeper connections.
