You are locked into the Dr. Green Thumbs Show live on Twitch Discord kick ex YouTube and the home site. Www.briel.tv to my right, Mr. Goodlight, DJ C minus. Happy Friday. To his right, the iconic one, Eric Bigdrum, pole pole. We got the treehouse duo, Ra Ra and the dominator. What's up, yo? We got the strong one, Steph Tone and the building. What up everybody, in backed by popular demand, the legend, the hall of famer, my man Big Bear, GF Godfather. Hey, what's cracking everybody? Happy to be back, man. Family.

Now, I want you to know something. Uh-oh, right off top. Okay, you're looking good. Thank you. You dropped a bunch of weight and you're fucking diesel dup and a cellist. I'm saying that your hat is on fucking hit. Oh, man. I love it. Thank you, man. Also, in doing our new artwork, artwork, excuse me, for haunted hill, you were the inspiration for what our flyer cover was as Papa Shangri-Goo. Yes, sir. I can't wait to see it. Oh, yeah, yeah. Uh, Ra Ra, if you go, I think if you go to the website, the haunted hill flyer for Irving Plaza might be up there. The Cypress Hill, right? Yes, sir. That's an honor. Thank you, man. Or it's, or it might be on the Cypress Hill IG, but yes, you know, at first, the artist brought something that, you know, some of us were like, well, this, this doesn't necessarily link with us. It was like some, like some sort of witch with a pink face or some shit like this. Like, well, that, that does it go.

And I thought, how about this? And I gave him the idea and they came back with, with the inspiration inspired by your, I love it. I love it. I love it. I can't wait to see it. Because we love you like that. You know, Sam, it's great. It's great to have you back as always. I know you've been busy. The hair goes boom. Oh, yeah. That you got to get me something, a picture or something. Oh, no, we're going to get you that. Y'all got to sign it for me. Yes, sir. That is really cool, man. Yeah. I love the joy in this mouth. That's the best thing. Yeah. In the way I love it. That's pretty cool. I got a hell of an artist there. A little thing. Sometimes, you know, they, they, they hit the mark. You know what I mean? They did. Sometimes, you know, it's a little too creative. I don't say it, but to me, that was, are they smokers? I think some of them are. I did that. You don't. Just about anybody that's, any type of a art person you would think would smoke. I think more than half maybe, might smoke right at least that in any kind of art form, whether you're a recording artist or

or a medium artist, meaning that you paint or draw or whatever, you know what I mean? Or we, we, we, the psychedelics, we dance psychedelics or other one of those. Yeah, or both. I've never done a lot of psychedelics, like meaning what? Like, trumps, rooms acid, that, that, trumps. I used to have back in the day, I had a problem with pain pills. Right. Like all of us wrestlers did. So much bike and ends, plastic deals, percussettes, housey ons, you were taking that shit like vitamins, right? And I got off of that and it seems like mushrooms and edibles, they give you that pain pill high. Right. And I don't like that high. But you for it. Yeah. Part of it. Or you just, I don't like that. I like, did you micro dose the mushrooms or you have full in? You know me. Oh, yeah. I know you are. You're an extremist like that. I'm only there. Yeah. So, um, but I'll tell you this though, uh, uh, because we are wired to want to do the extreme. Right. This, this is the way

this, this, this, these group of guys, this table is. Yes. We're wired to do the extremes that others don't necessarily do. We talk about smoking lots of weed as if this is the norm for your average person, right? So we're, we're, we're extreme consumers. But that being said, um, we've, we've done the micro doses, right? And they, they're not full blown, obviously like we're used to doing when we want to be extreme. But what I do notice is that those, those issues where like, you know, it's either an anger, depression and or even like, you know, inflammation type shit. It really, you don't feel it. You feel the body shit. You don't get none of the psychedelics. Right. But you get the feeling. And I think a micro dose, you probably like that. Yeah. Good. I'm going to be angry on it. I don't know. But let me ask you this because, you know, we bring up psychedelics. We know that there was a picture in the, in the, um, you know, in the big leagues that pitched games

while he was on acid and he pitched a perfect game. Yeah. While he was on acid. And that was it. It is only game, but he pitched a perfect game on acid, right? And you know, he said he was full blown, not a micro dose. And this is what in the 70s, 80s, 70s, 70s. Can't remember the neighbors. Every game. He said he was lit every game. But he was like fucking melting the day that, that he, that he did. No, no, no, no, hitter. Right. I'm wondering in the art, in the art of wrestling. Has anyone ever got, have two guys gone into the ring or even one gone in while on mushrooms melting and, and you know what I mean? What would that be like? I, and from a personal experience, I'd say I'd have never seen that. Has it happened? I would say thousands of times. I think so. Yeah. Yeah. Could you, could you, could you tell in the work? Yeah. You, uh, sometimes I would be so high. I was wrestling me and Bulb, you can,

were the tagging champions. Yeah. I was an RTC. Yeah. And we were wrestling Ron and John, the acolytes. And I was so high that the beginning of the match, I started running from rope to rope to rope to rope and doing the Rick Fair bounce and doing that and doing this. And Ron Simmons goes, stop. He says, I don't know what it is you want to do, but you know, it was one of those deals. But I mean, you know, yeah, yeah, you know, and I've been, I need to actually, I have seen stuff. I've seen where people have gone way in. I'm not going to say what they were doing. Right. And we're like, Hey, uh, who's wrestling this guy tonight? We're like, be careful. Be careful. Careful because, you know, be careful because you can get hurt out there because I'm wondering, because I feel like if you're not too melted and you're like just in the right state of mind and you're on psychedelics and you're wrestling, you might have the best match you ever had in terms of your technicality. But if you're like way too overboard, then you might get hurt or someone might

get hurt. Right. Hey, bro, I've had Brett. I'm going to give up his name, man. Brett Hart got a love him to death. The hit man. The hit man. Brett Hart has told me he goes, I had Vince used to hate the fact that I smoked all the time and I would go Vince. He was a smoker. Oh, yeah. He does. Yeah, he's a smoker. That's why we love the hit man. So he would love me probably, he probably get him on your nose. Oh, please. Brett's cooler. He's one of the greatest. Yes. He is. And the way he got fucked was horrible. I was there. I know that this was in the era of all you guys like raining. His story is so fucked. You know, because he gave so much him and his fat holds whole family. Yeah, I mean, this is what the fucker talks about used to wrestling. Look at Owen. Yeah, people don't know that when Owen died, that was against me. Oh, really? That's right. That's right. He was supposed to wrestle you when Owen Hart died. That was as the blue blazer. Yeah, the blue blazer. Yeah, man, it was that's I don't even like talking about. Yeah, but yeah, I mean, they're found there. And now

the niece or right? They're their niece is a name, but yeah. Yeah. Um, anyway, Brett told me he said Vince. He goes, but I've had my best matches ever when I was high. And I'm more creative when I am high. And I have more energy when I am high. And he could sell it more. Yeah, he's like, so Vince put up with the Vince wasn't really more cannabis, but they allowed me to smoke, which was cool. Can you imagine trying to go in a boxing ring or MMA fried up and trying to fight? No, no, that would be awful. Oh, my God. I couldn't. That would be awful. I know, but I would have been out one time in a match because I was fried, but I would imagine someone has like I just said, oh, you went in when that the boxing, yeah, I think I got knocked the fuck out. And you were frying kind of fully, yeah, frying. Well, what do you mean, frying? I'd been smoking all day and maybe for some stupid reason. You know what I was with?

Bass Freddie, remember? Oh, you were a big worm. Rest of the day. Rest of the year. You were hot, you know, knowing that I had to go fight this kid that's not three motherfuckers out. And so am I blaming my knockout on that? No? Because I was always high, right. But I probably would have had a better chance if I wasn't right. You know with kind of weed Freddie smoke. Oh, yeah. Like, you smoke. Like, yeah, no, he's a con. He was a connoisseur. You know, like he did smoke boo boo at all. No, no, no boo boo. Yeah, no boo boo. But yeah, man, that's no. Yeah. I mean, wrestling's different, you know, things that are predetermined. I couldn't even see Boeing pride or anything. Boeing fried. Wow. That would be no. No. You can see it. I can. I can. If you guys are cool, right? Yes, we are. Oh, we try to be anyway. I think I've ever brought the attempt. The attempt. I've ever broke 100. You know, there's no way in about that baller something about that. It seems interesting to me. What's that?

Brian, bowling on the rooms. Yeah. As long as you're not too shroomed out. Right, right, right. You had to be it not like you're melting it. Everything is blending. I think just beyond micro. We did a micro. We did it. We did it. We did it. We did it. The first time we were. Yeah, yeah. We were micro. Don't you? You don't feel micro dose, though, Dean? No. Just the body. You feel great. You feel the body do you get a happy? Yes, you feel the body part of it. You just don't have any of the psychedelics. Yeah, no psychedelic. Yeah. That's so bad experiences. I just don't like that high. It's because you took too much. Of course. How do you take two boys? What I do? So do you guys? Yes, this is trying to keep it light in all areas. I always say you got to test the water. When they say take half, take the pool, then you can back off from that. Dave Roberts here. There you are. Man, there is this thing that's out right now. It's called data land. And it's an exhibit that's over in downtown. It's it's AI crazy. Like you're portaling without having to portal. So they give it you all the visuals of of a portal without you having great things moving. You think you're moving

and you're not all this kind of crazy shit. I like. I mean, did you go do it? No, no, I'm getting you think it would give you a flashback. It's flashbacks are real, right? Yeah, you know, I'm still trying to decide if I'm going to try to do a little micro or I'm going to go in there trying to, you know, I think it's perfect for micro. Oh my god, it's it's incredible. This thing. Yeah, because you'll get the visuals as if you're fully blown out, but like you're just actually micro. Marker's great. Just gives you the feel good part. You get the happy part. So we've done so we've done microbes right like doing this show bowling and other little shit. Even I think we even did a show micro. And you're all fully there. It's actually you're connecting the dots better. You know, that's why people are, you know, therapists are using it with their patients for again, like I said, depression and anger and other other little things, you know, because it gives you this feeling like a getting excited about this. Yeah, it's it gives you a happy feeling

like, okay, let me give you a perfect example. You know what an angry little dude blazes, right? When he's on microdose, he looks like a completely different dude because he's got a smile from here to here. And he can't stop smiling. That's not a bad because he feels good. So on a microdose level, you would like, so what? We took how many? Like a volumetless bobo? We took up to two. We took two. Okay. So you could you could probably take two or three and three were they're called limitless. They're little microdose. Yes, it's it's in the capsulated form, right? So you don't have to taste the nastiness of eating the shrooms. That's horrible. Right. We get we get the ones that are either in tablet or capsule. So you don't have to taste it, right? They're milligrams, but it's not the same. Yes. You don't have to worry about the taste, but the feeling money. You know what I mean? If you if you had three of them, you'd be right above microdose, but for you, that would it would

probably be a microdose for you. But like if you hit three, you'd be right in the cool zone for you. It wouldn't be too much. Yeah, see my problem is I do too much. Yeah, no, this would you we'd have to be with you to make sure you're not doing too much. Yeah, much like that guy over there. I think the last time I did some I did I did a quarter. See, yeah, then I did an eight. Yeah. Okay, you're mic Tyson. So I know that heavy, but that's what I because you know my stupid I asked after quarter, after three, I don't feel the shit. They're like, yeah, that's the thing. It's part. Well, let's see the thing is with the microdose. It's not about feeling. Yeah, yeah, I like that. Yeah, shit. We did a microdose and we were laughing all through this show one day. You know, we don't need to know if it was funny. The shit we were saying, but we were all laughing at each other and shit was happening. And then when we went bowling, we were just like, in the in the in the moments, and you know, we didn't hit 200s, but like we had a good ass time. There's an episode of it. I

mean, we that was our first episode. We had the first one. Yeah, but we're on the valley. I'm going to have to look that up tonight. Yeah. No, it's it's a good time. You know what I mean? If you have wifey pop microdoses, you guys have the greatest time, but like, you know, you know, my wife does. I just I don't really get into it, but she does the capsule. So maybe I was. So you got the PTSD from the milk. You got to fucking break that chain. Just go to microdose. Yeah. And then climb your way back up the ladder. Yeah, microdose not a milk. Yeah, that far from it. Don't try to melt. Don't try to melt. Don't be like, well, these two did do nothing. Hold up. You're not in it for the psychedelic part. So you wouldn't want to take more to get that unless you want to go into the melt, then you take more. But you're not trying to go to the melt. You're trying to get to. But I don't want to. You're trying to get to the I feel good. Yeah. You know what I mean? And and that's the micro. I'm going to give you because my wife has capsules. I'll let you know what they

are and you tell me how much I should take. I'll start taking because I don't want to overdo it. Yeah. If she's taking one, my stupid ass will take five. Definitely don't, do you know, listen, Bobo? Because I'll get some advice from you guys. Now, so I'll try it because I'm all in the feeling trying to feel better. You know, oh, God, you're right. Yeah, I don't believe you. Yeah, I'll fuck you up. That's it. I'll. I'll guide you right. Well, it's, I tell you what, if you, if you do them with the expectation of physically feeling something, then you have to take too many for it to become a physical thing. It's too many. It's beyond the micro. You know what I mean? It feels physical. Otherwise, it otherwise, I think like just like that actual micro dosage, it's that where your head feels great. Like, you know, like you got like that head high, but you're not high. You micro dose first thing in the morning. Does it matter whenever you do it? It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. Better if you do it on an empty stomach, though. Okay. Oh, yeah. That way it moves

through you quicker. I know friends who have been micro dosage insurance for, you know, year to now. They they're like, they're, yeah, man. First thing in the morning, that cup coffee, them, you know, my day. Yeah, it helps people function at a quick, you're like your, your processor goes at a quicker rate and you get shit done. No procrastination. I just got to be smart about it. And I'm just patient, big stupid bear, you know, you just got to be patient. I could take it. That's the problem. That's why I can't make people take. We know you could. That's the problem, though. I do. Yeah. You know you like I'm showing off to my own self. Yeah, but right, which makes a lot of sense, right? Yeah. I could do this shit. Yeah. I think think of the micro dose as kind of like as a daily supplement. I just take, yeah, you just throw it in your mix. You know, I mean, yeah. And you don't even, it's like background. It's just doing its thing and you're just feeling better. Like that. Yeah. The wellness is just happening. Yeah, that's a great. When I get home, I'm going to

find out what it is. And I'll call you. Shit. You tell me, are you? I don't know if I should call Bobo got both best ones out of everybody that that is broad. Okay. My shrooms are micro doses down here. They've got them at list. He's got one. You know, you're my old manager. Yeah. Yeah. Remember, did you fire me? Oh, never. Come on. There you go. Get your manager some mic. I mean, get your, you know, I got you. Get your clients. Some micro doses. Be with the fuck. And I got you, man, you're going to love it. Let me tell you, it feels great. Yeah. I got to tell you, you know, we, we, we, we, micro dose on tour and we be having a crazy hilarious time. Oh, funny. Because we laugh at everything. And then you know, the, the, the, the singing might happen. The karaoke work. Yeah. We go in carrying on and such side effects are too much fun. Too much fun. But you, you know what I mean? It's, it's, it's good. You know, if, if, if there's someone around that you don't like that, you know, you shouldn't have that person

to rail because that, that'll amplify too. Like, what's this? What the fuck are you? Yeah. Yeah. Because you get, you pick up on things. You know what I mean? Like your, your, your perception is a little bit, you know, raised up in that moment. So if you're around people and you're vibing, you can vibe out that one motherfucker that's not supposed to be there. Right. Right. Am I right on this or wrong? Am I exaggerating? No. No. No. On the melt, you might ignore that. Yeah. It was stay away from the melt. But on the way to the melt in the micro dose lane, you could sort of vibe out people and be like, that person can't be in our circle over here. The energy is all wrong. Yeah. You know, it'll take you down. Yeah. It'll break you down like, I have for sure. Wow. Yeah. I've, you know, I've been in that state where I'm not in the melt. And it's like just above micro, but it's, you know, it's like right there. And I was DJing with, with

the skate master tape, rested piece. And it was for kid Frost. It was kid Frost's Frost, probably 29. I think it was his 29th birthday or some shit like that. Somewhere around that time. Because I've known my men a long time. Anyway, DJing or assisting tape, like giving them the records and shit. And this person walks through the door and it's a silhouette because it's not lit up when they came through the door. But I could see this one motherfucker walking through the door. I didn't know who it was, but immediately, oh, the fuck is that? Like I had a horrible vibe. And as he came closer up, he was with some huge dudes, right? And as they come closer up and I see the light, I recognize who the huge dudes are. They're my homies. And they're unfortunately his homies too. And then I recognize who the dude is. And I was like, damn, this shit told me when a piece of crap

walked in the room. And I didn't even know who it was until when I walked up, I knew exactly who the piece of crap was. And it validated that it was a piece of crap that walked in the room. That's heavy, man. Right. So it totally gave me the vibe. I didn't even know who it was when he walked in. I just saw this guy. And I'm like, he's got bad energy. Whoever the fuck this guy is. Who the fuck is that? Then he walks up to shake my hand. No, that's and I'm like, oh, it's this guy. Not even know it was that guy until he walked into the light. So Dave Robert's here. When you're on, when you're in that zone, you could totally sus things like that out.

I mean, at least in my experience. Yeah, no, totally right. How about you, Steph Tone? Have you ever had that? I've had it. I feel like right now I'm having it and I'm hearing the name in my head of who it is, but I'll tell you later on. Yeah, I don't think you know the guy. I'm probably not, but yeah, but I feel like it's being relayed to like, I'm again, I'm a message right now. I'm going to try, I'm going to try to convey the name to you and then we'll talk about it after. No, I'm sure I'm totally wrong, but it's because it's just in regards to any stories from the past. Oh yeah, but this particular person was known in some circles as a great dude. People liked him and others were like, you're fucking with that guy. I don't know like that. Right. And I knew more of people that were in that sentiment like that fucking guy. You're good reader person people. So I mean, you're probably more correct. I try. You know what I mean? It is my, you know, my, my, my tennis ain't always up, but most of the time they are and but the, but all that being said was

that I was on some good mushrooms that day, not too far in. You know what I mean? I didn't get into the melt that day, but I vived out the person's energy right when he walked through the door without knowing who it was. And then it ended and then it ends up that I knew who it was, but I didn't know that when he walked in. I just felt that energy. I'm like, this is wow. Yeah. What's the difference? I've never done acid in my life. So what's the difference between an acid high and a mushroom? I think you feel more wired up wired up and tense and tense the next day. It's almost like a, like a acid hangover because it's got that, you know, it's got that extra shit. Whereas, you know, mushrooms are natural. Right. It's with the cow manure and all that shit, but there's nothing else really. You know what I mean? With with the acid, it's a process. And if I tried it, huh? I think it's called taking a hit low hit. Yeah. If you, if you low dose, you'd have a good time. It's, it's much longer. It's just longer. It's longer. I'm just

so much seven to nine hours depending on that tab, depending on that tab, seven to nine hours. Seven to nine hours. Yeah. That you in. Really? Yeah. There was a day. I heard stories. We did. There was a day like a couple of guys from the Cypress block and myself and in this other dude who was throwing the party, he invited like maybe five or six of us. And we did three tabs in that day. We didn't even need to. But this guy was running the show and it was his party. It was like, oh, it's time to take another tab. And we did it. And we were fried all fucking day. And you show that way? No, I would not do a show like that. Could you? I've done, we've done shows on acid in mushrooms. Yeah. Oh, it was fun at the time. I would not do it now because I would like, I'm too aware now, right? When I wasn't aware, it wasn't a big thing. But I'm aware now. And then when if you're aware, you know that a thousand

or, you know, like many thousands of eyes are looking at you. And sometimes you feel like, fuck, they know. And they don't know you're in your own head. Like, could they do they know I'm frying? Yeah. We went on stage and we would be fearless with it. Yeah, we didn't think about it. We didn't think about it. You know, we just knew that we were all in it together. And we'll be all right. You know, that was it. Yeah. That's that part. We did it. We did it as a team. So we feel okay. But yeah, you know, like, it was fun when we did it. But like at this point, I don't know if I could do that. No, I don't know. It is. Oh, man. Yeah, I couldn't do it. I don't know if I'd want to know. Yeah. Yeah. We're doing one too. I would microdose. But because, you know, that's not too heavy. But like to go in the full melt. I mean, there was one show that we were in Canada and we had a homie over there who would like bring us party favors every

time we were in his party. Canada, his name was Sam. I am. He looked like Ronnie James Dio. Okay. And he'd bring us ounces of ball mass Canadian green weed. And he'd bring us mushrooms. In one particular show, he brought us announced mushrooms and me, Bobo, San and who else? I think it's seven. A stevon. And a couple of our other guys, we all just grabbed a handful. Like it was probably a eighth each, maybe just over pop it. And in the middle of the show, boom, it hits us. And we could all tell because we start looking at each other right when it hits. We're like, and then everything slows down. Words start changing. Yeah, everything started changing. But it was fun. I don't know how we got through those shows. To be honest with you, like, to keep in mind of doing the songs and not just going off and talking to some gibberish, people are waiting for you to play songs. Also memory was saving you too. Muscle memory was saving

that. Yeah, it had to be that because nothing else that could be like saving us. I mean, because you could wander away from that in a second. I know that there were a lot of mushroom references. Oh, yeah. Oh, we were we were flipping lyrics to mushroom lines. That's the words are going to stay words are going to start changing. Anybody that was doing mushrooms or psychedelics out there that heard those lines, they knew we were speaking to them. Wow. Because we knew there was a few people out there that had seemed because they were like this. Right here. I'm here. I see you. You got that extra vision to see him. I think the very first show we we did ask it on was Gassacame no Rao that's right down here. It's called something different now, but it was one of the primary clubs where you would go see a hip hop show. You know, a lot of the radio stations would throw their smaller shows there. And so this is our first time playing in

that spot and someone gave me and this fucker is some purple unicorn acid. It was just me and him. Send dog did take any mug did take any it was just me and or proper grammar sake. Bobo and I on that purple unicorn. Oh, man, unicorn. Yep. That's just sounds cool. It was. It was cool. Oh, felt like two wiring though. You know, like, oh, that's that's the difference with mushrooms. You don't feel that. Oh, man. I did one one gig I remember doing is I had drinks and mushroom tea about 20 minutes before I gig and the whole time like I had to like I they were like, yeah, I'm kicking in half hour like killer. So I went on to go do my set and as I get to the set, everything starts breathing at me. Like so I had to DJ with like things, you know, moving and I'm like, oh, okay, here we go. You know what I mean? And I just got what luckily I had my records in somewhat of an order. You know what I mean? So and I told myself going in like,

hey, man, you don't forget you know, they're all next to each other, right? Like I was telling myself like, oh, don't you go on and I'll say you're about to fuck this. You already had a playlist. Yeah. And so I was able to do it. And then yeah, but oh, man, watching stuff, it breathed at you. It's it's crazy how great you like that you're in your own head like that. Yeah, but you could stay present and not drift drift off. Yeah. Hey, Bobo, when when you had your your about with the mushroom tea, because your story is the worst. The worst are the best. No, well, both. It was the worst and the best. Because that day he was the worst and best of himself all in the same time. That's the one that the one that you missed out. Yeah, the one that they had to put me and take me off the stage. I was I was doing some crazy rhythms. So what what was the feeling like before you forgot what feeling was. What was the feel? You know, you know, like the way that C minus saw shit starting to breathe. Yeah, things. And you know that movie get out. Yeah.

I know when he went into the the the sunken place, the dark place. And then he was kind of like going away like he was falling and and you're seeing just like the whole does kind of clothes like that. Yeah. That's what it was. Oh, well. Is that because I totally lost. So you called me while you were in the darkness. I called you just when I I could. I was falling. I was the beacon of light for you. Yeah, you're welcome. You helped me out as much as you could as much as I could. Because I was probably struggling each other out a lot over the years. My phone goes ring ring. I say hello. He goes out. Be. Ha ha. Straight up. I was done. Wow. You're done. Done. Word up. We're going to get it to this break real quick. We'll be back with Vanessa La Barato up in here. Dave Roberts here. We are back on the Dr. Great Thumb show live with the strong one, Steph Tal. My man, big GF. We got Vanessa Lava Rotto up in here back in the building. Oh yeah.

We got the Eric iconic Eric big drum bowl bowl. Where'd up? Welcome back Vanessa. Thank you for having me. Like a re-you did here. We got you know, bear up in here. We got Vanessa. Yeah. Double it up. Everybody looks good. You've been working out. I've been seeing that. Yeah, I've been lifting and then I do like hit hot yoga. I took, I did this ants on a log where instead of raisins, I put RSO and people kind of lost it over that video and I was like, I went to a hit class after. They don't let you film at the studio. I go to which I really like that personally. I don't want someone with a camera set up. So I didn't film the after, but it hit me in the middle of the exercise. Like I forgot I took it. Oh, you ever do that where you forget you take it and then you're working out and you're like, why am I, where did I just go? You kind of zone out a little. See, I have not had that experience like having an edible hit in the middle of a workout or

a show that's different. Yeah. Did it slow you way down? No, I kind of made me, I first I was freaking out. I was like, what's wrong with me? And I was like, oh, yeah, I ate that, ate that ants on a log dumb dumb. Yeah, wasn't that a hit? It's that she forgot. I forgot about it. I would have a hard time working out like that. Yeah, I think I would too. I would have a hard time. I would be like, yeah, like doing a doing a edible of any sort, whether it's like, you know, something infused or you're doing the, the, the dose in a gel cap, like, you know, R S or S H O, right? When that hits, the last thing you want to be doing is working out and most especially depending on how much that shit is dough stuff. So I don't know how you got it. I don't know how you went through how you got through it. It was a good one. It was like an hour and 15. He did hit class. I did four big globs of it. I don't know. I kind of like to

disassociate a little bit when I'm exercising and my body just kind of goes into automatic mode. The teachers like, lift your leg, do this. Did it and I for some reason I listened to her. Whereas if I'm kind of not, I don't know if I would want to be that high again because it was hot. Yeah. But I always am a little baked at least. Hey, everybody, everybody has their own way of getting it done. I get it done. As long as you get it done, cannabis works very well for me. You know, to work out. I have no problem. Take the app. Do you feel when when you smoke out before or dab hits before you workout? Did it gives you more focus in the gym? Both 100%. It makes me focus more on everything. Yes. It would be not hard to work out, not high, but highest. I focus much more. Like I said, we got our own gyms now. I just concentrate. I get so much better gains. I think yeah, I think I think you fixate on the exercises a little bit more

when you're when you're that high. I don't know necessarily with edibles because it just depends on the dosage, I guess. Yeah. But like at least in smoking blunts or joints or or dabs or whatever, I feel like yeah, it gives you that ultra focus that you normally wouldn't have if you're, you know, I mean, you got to be a gym rat to have that type of focus. If you're a stoner, you might be in the gym and you might be doing shit. Sometimes we're working just to get out of there. Right. Let me finish this fucking workout and get out of here. But I feel like when you're high, you have more patience with the workout and you might even work a little bit more because you're fixated on it. And that's where you get the gains when you push yourself to that point past. You don't want to hurt yourself, right? Like if I'm weak or some I lay down, I sit down in my classes. But if you're lifting like you want to be shaking a little bit, right? Just a little bit. Yeah. Wanted to be too easy. I really like lifting weights. As you get older,

just having muscle there rather than like, I love yoga. I love hit. I love all of that stuff. But lifting weights as far as how quickly you could shape your body. It's just there's, doesn't even compare like you could do 30 minutes a day of lifting heavy weights like dead lifts, the whole thing squats, etc. And then the results from that compared to going to yoga every single day for a week. It's like way different. Yeah. Yeah. It's just it's never tried yoga. It's good for mobility. It's really good for breath work and mobility, which I love it for that. And balance, which is really like standing on one one leg a lot and doing all of that kind of stuff. I keep saying I'm going to do it. But I don't, but I do so much stuff. But it's something that I really want to try. Your manager does it. Yeah. I do it. Really. I do yoga. I think he does boga. I put that in the memo or the workouts, you know, as a manager. I guess you didn't get the memo.

I got a memo. It's a kid to memo. Get that. You sure you said it to me? You know, you're the only one I manage. Okay. No. I mean, and that in and in a good diet. Managing a good diet. You know, good diet. You've been doing great on that. I've heard that. They're killing that. Yeah. Yoga. I've done the most basic part of it here and there. You know, I mean, I don't know if I could get, you know, into the advanced part because I've never been that flexible, but I could do some of the shit. Not all of it. I cannot do this. Can't do the challenge. Oh, man. Yeah, but that's kind of like the bendy stuff. Show them more, like you do handstands. You do like them. If you look at the series A flow, it's a pushup, right? You're doing a pushup. So for me, it really taught me how to build up our body strength, which was not something I ever focused on until I went into yoga and they're like, put your

knees down. Don't be a hero. It's not about ego. It's just about doing it correctly so you don't hurt yourself. Yeah. So I put my knees down there. That's a beautiful dancer's put. They have different names for it, but dance. I don't think I can do that. You could totally do that. You just don't start there. You start with I have physical. Oh, maybe you can. Yeah. Knees and knees. A lot of things that my 65 year old ass is working around, but I would love to get to that point to be that, but some of the stuff on the ground, I could. Well, yeah, you could you could do the starting points for sure and then you'll go over time. Yeah. Or not, or you just stay there, but it's that you're doing it and you're trying just seeing where your body takes you. I think where yoga goes wrong is where when you're pushing yourself and it becomes competitive, it should never be. And it does become competitive, right? Have you ever have you ever thought about Tai Chi? Yeah, the movement breathing. It's like a standing meditation really, but like with movement. My problem be is I do so much stuff that it's you know, from working out and stretching and

doing all the stuff that I do, it's just you only got so much time. You only got so much time in the day. Yeah, it's hard to get serious about something else when you're doing these other three things serious. Yeah, true. But I would love to try it and I know there's something in Vegas called Beechham. Big drum. Big drum is hot. I wouldn't it's really, really hot. Yes. Yeah. I wouldn't do that one for me. But I like being hot. Thermalsana's the stuff that I do at home. So I don't mind the heat. Do you move in the heat? No, that's different. Sitting in the heat and then moving in the heat, doing really awkward poses that are causing it like I can see a big room. I can see it be different. And it's the same poses. I don't really like no offense. The people who I pick room, that's not big room. But I really don't like it's the same poses every single class. So you're never really doing anything different with your body. That's sweaty. You can do hot yoga. It just big room is a specific type of yoga and he kind of is problematic, but we won't get into that.

Okay. Yeah. Yeah. It's been controversy. It's like it's like you know the way that a Apollo took Rocky back to that Staggast gym that didn't have any AC. It's hot as a fucking there and they're training for the fight. That's that's that's that's that might be a little too hard for that. Yeah, we don't want that. Looking for that. Something would turn me against it. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Go to a Yen yoga class. It's more gentle. It's not like about don't you think? Have you ever gone to a Yen? I've tried that. Yes. Yes. It's just a little bit more. You're not going to be like twisting yourself and doing all of these things. It's more about just trying to breathe and gently move your body to have more flexibility. Yeah. And I'm trying to get it. It's getting you into it slowly, right? Yeah. Yeah. And I'm trying to get all bendy and everything because I get to bendy. It's going to activate my sciatica. Yeah. That works against your whole experience. I'm trying to promote somebody, but you know Dallas. Yeah. Dallas CDP yoga. Yeah. He does his. Yeah. The diet and everything and they keep I just like I said, I'd like to try it. But there's so

many things that I'm doing now that take up so much time that I just you know I just started doing now of sit-ups every night. And so how many sit-ups? How many sit-ups do you do? I do 200 at one time. God damn it. But I'm not doing like well I'm not I'm just starting. So I have my knees up on the bed and I'm doing more crunches. And I started off doing like 50 now I can do 200. But now I'm going to start going to the wheel. You know I've learned to slowly get back. Way into things. Yeah. So I'm going to get but I just started that and so now that's once it's in my routine, it's there. It's there. Yeah. And so now that's in my routine where last night we're that's what you're building. You're building a routine of stuff. So you don't like to try some new stuff to break that routine. Well you want to do muscle confusion and not do the same shit over and over. So you build things into the routine and you you flip sections around and never do the same thing just over and over again. And you know when you apply another skill set.

Dave Roberts here. There you are surrounded by fans, sharing wings, sharing drinks, high-fiving random strangers. Everybody remembers the game. You know like that or you know the wheel as

both just doing leg lifts or crunches or or full sit ups or whatever you add that because that's a whole different element right there and that just adds to what you're putting together for yourself and then you just mix it up. You know what I mean that's hard though the wheel the wheel if you ain't if you don't got cord down because you got to do core too. When I start out the wheel I start on my knees. Yeah same and then eventually get where you're not on your knees but that wheel will wear you out. Yeah that that's one of the hardest. Yeah that's one of the hardest. Yeah that's one of the hardest exercises right there. I mean I'm gonna jump to that soon. Yeah I you like for for people trying to jump onto that you kind of got to work on your core. You'll hurt yourself. Yeah you got to work on your core first. You could hurt yourself easily on those things. Yeah trying to do too much too soon. Yeah go go out of pace. I've learned what a pace. I was doing some tricep work with some real light weight right. I'm doing my work and then back in the day I

would have had 150 pounds on there. You know getting nothing from it. Yeah it's your laugh at that because yeah control. But don't sweat the weight. But that's true. You know what I mean like you're taking the heavy weight you're pushing it down but you're not really getting the gain out of it. It's more in your head like I'm fucking strong. Yeah but it's strong. Yeah now I'm like but what you're doing now is is working for you you know what I mean and not against you and it's and you are getting the gain. I'm sorry it took me so long in life to learn that when people have been telling me that all my life but that ego thing and got to put 500 pounds on the bench and all that kind of stuff. Is it more about the reps as opposed to like the weight. Yeah more reps. I'm more concerned about the movement. The form. The form and keeping my elbows tired or keeping my elbows this angle or I'm more worried about now the squeeze than I am the weight. And I like the

fact that I have my own gym now because now people aren't watching you. Yeah right. People aren't taking pictures of you. They're not judging. Sorry the girls. Do I point into me? I said it all day. God bless them but looks like you're going to a strict club. Oh because of the clothes. Stracting. Some of them. To me. Come on man. Well I'm not there for that. I go but so it's just doesn't there's too many distractions and at home you don't have any distractions. Yeah you're focused on you. You're focused. Yeah I can see that. I don't go to gyms anymore. I work out at the crib but for me it's a different thing. It's because everybody's offering me weed. Yeah. I mean that's not a bad thing. It's just I'm not there to smoke. I'm not there to sell weed. I'm not there to buy weed. I'm not there to try weed. I'm there to work. You know what I'm saying? I can imagine being you out here. Because I could blinders on.

You know what I mean? I don't think that distraction isn't going to fuck with me. It's more of the guys that are like coming through. Hey dude. It's smoke out. I got some banging weed in the car man. No. No. I'm here to work. The fuck out of here. They mean well so I'm not going to take it. I don't take it bad but like I don't put myself in those positions anymore. I just like I'm at the gym at home doing what I know and constantly applying different things when I can. Doing a lot of hit stuff in less heavy weight. But everybody's different. Yeah. I'm trying not to like bulk up because it's heavy to keep on stage for an hour and a half. Like the way you guys would do matches. It's heavy fucking keeping all that muscle. It weighs more than fat. And you guys are running around doing all this crazy shit to each other. So I could relate on how carrying that is hard on the knees, back ankles and everything else hips. So I did you know

right now at this point I'm not trying to you know muscle up too heavy. I'm just trying to maintain and keep from ballooning up. So a lot of hit. Yeah. Little bit of weights here and there. A lot of cardio. Some core. A little bit of everything. I think I stretch more than I left weight. Yeah. You guys remember two, three years ago when I was coming here long ago. I just started stretching and I mean I stuck with it. So now I mean I stretch. It's I love to get high while I'm always high. I love to do you ever high and stretch? Yeah. Like minutes, men and just yeah. He would love yoga. Yes. Yeah, you would like it. I think I think you know at the at the basic level before we get into the advanced shit, I think you would dig it because it is challenging. Yeah, I could see me. I just got to fit it in. I mean when you look at someone doing it, you're like, but then when you do it, you're like, oh, I get it. Little adjustments like, oh, move your hip back like this and you'll do it and you'll feel it pull something in your leg that you know, and then you know when you're stretching,

you hear those pops like you'll be stretching your leg and you'll feel a pop in your shoulder and you're like, whoa. Yeah, I'll stay in a position. Yeah. Oh, they just relaxed. Yeah, you have to relax. Yeah, you have to because if you keep tense, it's going to get worse. It's weird though that you would think that I enjoy stretching so much, but it's it's why me you've been like, you know, from your early career, you've always been a big muscle doubt dude, you got, you know, and most of those guys don't think about stretching. It's most about pounding the weights and keep it big and now you have a different mentality. So you're like, fuck, that feels good to stretch this shit out. So many of my friends, man, they're like, oh, yeah, this is that. I'm like, we can touch your toes. I'll do like, I can't touch my knees. I'm like, well, you're doing about stretching. There you go. I don't really got time for them. I do shit really as you get older, but make the time. Yeah, it probably would have helped a lot. And you know, when you were wrestling, right? If you would have concentrated on stretching, I didn't stretch at all. None of you guys really did. Didn't warm

up stretch. I went from smoking a joint outside. Okay, I'm on my way. I would imagine, you know, the guys that came from the wrestling background probably stretched a little before a match, but most guys did not, right? Not like I do now, right? Not besides, you know, right? That's the now I stretch. I wonder if the new generation does or do or do they do? I feel like they do, because there's the other shit is really, you know, it's different. That's pretty moves and so much acrobatic acrobats and acrobatic. They're probably stretched. They probably stretch a lot. I remember I used to watch RVD. Oh, yeah, RVD used to stretch an hour before a match. Yeah. Well, he's a martial artist. Yeah, you know, on the real tip, right? So, you know, martial art is always stretched because they're because they still want to be able to kick you in that face. So they'll keep stretching. What's it called when you're not the normal splits? He's got the

Vandams split the vet. Yeah, you know what I'm saying? Middle split. Yeah, on chip. Yeah, no, he's yeah, he could do that. That's like hip. Yeah, I think he can still do it. Yeah, he can. I bet you can still do it. And somebody's just aren't built. Like we're not born to do that. I'm not. You know, if you try to do it, you push yourself. I don't know. I try to flex my legs like that. You got to take me to the hospital. I'm gonna pull something. Yeah, I'm gonna hurt. Ever it is. I don't know if I want to be hitting that high-fall settle because it hurts so much. Just find me on the ground. I can't get this one. I can't get the help. I just didn't have that kind of flexibility. I mean, I have a little bit like I could definitely touch my toes and shit like that because I stretch and all that. But doing that kind of crazy shit now. Oh, way. But salute to the people that can. Oh, Rob is definitely one of them. Yes, sir. He's to because he stays stretching. He'd never stopped. I mean, consistency. Consistency.

Uh, Cali called me this morning. He's like, what are you doing? I was like stretching. He's like, okay, I just, uh, I stretched first thing in the morning, not like I do at night. But when I get up in the morning, I stretch and you feel good. Yes. Everybody would do it if they knew what was ahead from not doing it. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That part. Bags. Mostly a lot of back problems if people would stretch, you know, would have a lot of those issues because they don't stretch. Yeah, well, I'll find out the hard way. I found out the hard way. You know, that's why I'm going to find out. Like, dude, I gotta start taking five. I always tell people if I had known I was going to live this long, I would have took better care of myself. I think all of us. If I was the man, if I do, I was going to make it past. Yes, Jesus. Oh, did this, this, this, this different. Um, but you know, hey, it's never too late. No, it's not. People are, are, um, making changes to, to life's in there. You know, the way they get down and the way they take, take, take care of themselves. So it's never too

late. You know what I mean? You just, I mean, there is, there is a time that it is too late. It's let me correct myself. If the doctor is telling you, if the doctor is telling you, hey, if we would have caught this a month ago, right? There's that. But like, that's usually people that have something wrong with them, but don't want to go check themselves out because they don't want to hear the bad news. And then when they eventually have to go, the news is worse because they let it get worse. So if you feel something, go to your fucking doctor and then listen to what the fucking doctor says and do something about it. Don't be one of those ones that it is too late for because if you get ahead of it, it's not too late. Dave Roberts here. There you are surrounded by fans, sharing wings, sharing drinks, high-fiving random strangers. Everybody remembers the game. Nobody remembers the guy coughing behind you until a few days later at 2 a.m. you wake up with the fever and your throats on fire. Now what? Urgent care, close, ER, slam, telehealth,

maybe, but the pharmacy's close. You needed a medical emergency kit. These aren't first aid kits. Use your doctor develop guidebook to select the right prescription or call their telemedicine doctor standing by. It's like an urgent care and drugstore at home. Okay, I just want to shout out in all fairness, like some people can't, if they just can't afford to go to the doctor. So by the time they get there, they're there when it's an emergency. Like they say, if a farmer comes to the doctor, the ER starts to panic because a farmer doesn't go to the doctor unless it's like he's dying. So I just think like medicine and getting going and I agree with you

a thousand percent. I think we should be doing preventative healthcare rather than waiting for people to get really sick. Yeah, that's the problem. Yeah, because you've got that point, there's nothing you can do and what you can do is really expensive. We are what we eat. That too. Yeah, very good. Well, look straight up. So, you know, the thing is is that our generation and the one before us never wanted to make a big deal out of whether we're dealing with something or not. Right? Because we don't want to worry our friends, families, people who love us, right? That's one. Number two, it's a lot of stress to be dealing with whatever they're going to tell us coming back. So we end up dealing with what we have instead of actually going and dealing with it for real. Right? And you know, if you got some money to be able to deal with that, great. If you don't, it's obviously harder. Yes. You know what I mean? But either way, you got to find a way to get a diagnosis if there's

something wrong with you so you could flip it before it becomes worse. You know, like, even if you got to go to urgent care, you know what I mean? Even if you have to go to urgent care for it to start somewhere, you know what I mean? Like fucking just when you feel something, check yourself. Don't let it get too far out of hand. Get out of it now. No, wait, get out of it now. Last thing, the last thing you want to hear is that I'm saying, yeah, if you were to came in just like two months ago, we could have got this, you know, and you're too late. That's why we should have free health care here. Yes. I mean, I'm going to say that so that people wouldn't have to like fucking hold that and and, you know, pretty much wait on on shit to get worse. Right? You know, if they, if you could give free health care and shit like that, you could get ahead of it. Right. And people would put that pride or embarrassment or stress of hearing this or that because like, what if they tell me I have this or that I don't got the money to deal with it. Yep. So, you know, they don't even want to

go and hear that. They're just, you know what? We're all going to die. That's so true, bro. I mean, and that's because we got a fucked up system that overcharges us for everything. Yep. I mean, go get a surgery for your dog right now. See how much that. Don't even get me started. You know what I'm saying? It's fucked up. The vets. So, you know, we got to do something about that out here. But take care of yourself as much as you can so that you're not having to deal with something worse later. I think if you're in a bad way, you can immediately just start with a carnivore diet and start walking and you will start bouncing back quicker than you think. You need the protein. You need the movement. Need the movement. You need the movement. There are vegetables on that. Like fruits. No, you should have vegetables. And I say throw some veggies and salads in there too. You know, get that fiber. But move your body. You got to move. Yes. If you can. That's like, you know, even walking.

Yes. I walk walking. I love walking. All, yeah, all the movie. You get to see the city that way too. I've seen a lot of seniors pushing. You know what I mean? Out there walking, getting their little, you know, strolling on, being active. It's going to become cliche. If you don't use it, you're going to lose it. Yeah. That's true. Yeah. That's true. That's what's anything. That's the bottom line. That's it. Anything. Be proactive and be consistent. Give yourself breaks when you need to. Right. Because we all need that. We can't overwork ourselves. But I problem. Yeah. Me too. Yeah. Do that way over train. Yeah. I stress myself over that. And it hurts us more than it helps us. Yeah. I have way over train. I have to let go of that. It's hard to. Yeah. Bro, I know. I have to make myself stop. And then I've done stuff so bad that I will go take the dogs to the mountain or do something or have a shot of Jack just to keep me from working out. Because I'm like, I need to take

the time off. And your body need to take the time off. I mean, like you've been, you had been doing that for 40 years or so, right? Like just this is this is how I work out years is how it goes. And to snap a 40 year habit. Because that's like, you know, I mean, it's it's it's part of your life routine. It's not just yeah, it's not just working out. It's it's part of your life routine. And when when you get used to a form of that, it's like hard to snap that. Because this is what you're used to. But yeah, but you're doing great. Because you snap thought of it. It's just you're trying to figure still figure out little bits of it at a time. Like, okay, I changed my workouts. Now, I have to change my mentality. I'm not overworking and catch the rest. And we got the diet down now. Yeah. And the diet. So it happens. It phases. I mean, we are looking good. Yeah. Sounding good. Keep doing what you do. Thank you, my brother. That's all it is. Yeah, because not everybody's looking like you at 65. And you don't look but over 40 years old. I'm going to

great. Now you ain't been on I would have said 55. You know, I take the stroke. He's broken the other. I would have said 55. You know, but I also I also work hard. You do. I know you do. And you know, because I started about before I had hip surgery. And I mean, we were talking about it. I'm like, no, I'm going to start and you know, I work hard though. It's not easy. No, everything you've been through and you know where you're at now. You know what I mean? The one thing I know, the one thing I know is anything good is never easy. No, you've got to like go to the hard shit. Just get to the poke. You get to a point where you're enjoying doing it. Yeah. I enjoy it. I love it. I hate it. And I enjoyed it the same time. Damn, I got to wake up. The teachers. I'll be complaining. But I've been like, after we're like, man, at least I got to do it, I guess. As I'm doing it, as I'm doing it, I don't hate it. It's the getting ready to do it part like, oh, really? I have to do this shit. Working out. Yeah. And then when I start to work out, I'm like fully in it. Not it's I don't hate it at all. It's just the mentality of getting up to

have to do it like the it's like doing shows, Bobo, right? Yeah. I don't like the getting ready to do the show. I like doing the show. But to get ready for it and all the little pre shit, I'm like, I could do it. I have to. I have on my head. If I address like, I'm just listen, if I could have a magic power, just snap me in real quick, like the mentality, that would be great. But I got, you know, like these are the little obstacles that I face. Like, fuck, I don't want to have to. But like, yeah, because I mean, because it's like this, right? It's like you show up to when you were actively wrestling, you would show up to the Reno, you were in your streak here, right? Mm-hmm. Then you go to locker room. Yeah, that was then you got a full head that feeling then. Yeah, all the shit on our paint your face. Get ready. He paint the face all that process. And they go work. Yeah, right? I see your point now. Did you enjoy that full time? See, no, no, once you got in there, once that was cool, but no, you're right. But the getting ready for no, that's the part I don't

like. If I could just snap my fingers and stuff, but I got it. Yeah. I got car. You can't just turn that motherfucker on and race away. And listen, if I had the magic power, then I could snap my fingers and all the shit I'm supposed to wear and have on to go beyond, that would be great. Yeah. But I don't have that. Yeah, but I don't have that power. You know what I mean? So I got to get ready. But what you would you had said earlier about like, you know, the workout kind of thing, I feel that like when I go out for a walk and I start walking up the first hill. First hill, like man, here we go. Here we go. And by the end, by the end of the whole thing, you know, I'm like, man, I feel great. I'm glad that I went on. If you did it and I did it in the mind, I said, but that first, that first obstacle that you get to, like, oh, come on. So when you're looking for the biggest one, you're like, let's get up the big one. Yeah. You never regret working out. Yeah. No, I've never regretted it. But you also have to, it's a lot easier when you like doing it.

Yeah. Yeah. I have so many people like, you know, I just don't like working out. You know, like, well, yeah, they don't do it. I don't know what to tell you. You get into it. I think you have to get into it. Find what you kind of put up with. That's enough that you can bear it. And then you start to get good at it. And then you like, because when you start to see results, that's when it becomes so many people, I think go in hard and then they're like, oh, you got like, like you said, break yourself into it, find something you like to do this slowly. Add more. Don't try to do it all at once, because you're going to get that I mean, it's true. Exactly what you said. Like people will go in and start like a humble routine and then start liking the way they feel after that. They start adding a little bit more to that routine. Because now they feel they can do a little bit more. And getting into it slowly, that's, that's it. When you try to dive in, you will burn yourself and not want to do it. You know what I mean? It's like people that try weed for the first time.

They want to smoke what we smoke, because they're hanging out with us and then they hit that. And they're like, oh, hell no. I had never done this shit again. This is too strong. It's the same shit with Jim. If you go get with a trainer who's like not really tapped into that you're a beginner. Dave Roberts here. They might give you way too crazy of a workout to start and you'll never come back in the gym. It's the same for all things worth anything. Adibles too. You know, I mean, if it's something that's important to you and has value to you, you will treat it as such. True this. You should actually see much of everything that way because it all has value. You just might not recognize it. Yeah, that's real shit. You know, there's value in making your own bed. You know this? Because did you know? It's national make your bed day. And don't you hate going home? Yes. And your bed is not made up and it's just like, it's blah. Yeah, no, you know, no. Can't do it. Yeah, it's one of my things.

I do if I don't then my lady does. Yeah, I share the duty. Like if she's really busy, I'll make it because I can't stand to see it. Me and my wife, I mean them sheets up. I don't got it. I don't got the military tuck, but it's good. Me and my wife have separate rooms. Okay. And as you get older, you'll see that works. Okay. And I make my bed every day. Yeah, as an adult. And I'm telling you, it works really well because as you get older, I've been married 26 years. And after a while, you know, you need someone's not making the bed. She likes it hot. I like it cold. Right. I like the TV on. She likes the TV off. I like I go to bed at nine o'clock. She goes to bed at 12. It's the it's the new ones. Little things. If you get your own rooms with time to do your thing, you have your spot. It's good to have over a long period of time. All the guys, all the guys watched over 50 are taking notes right? Okay. They own rules. They're relationship. It's true. I make bed.

Yeah, when the day you guys snore. Yeah. Oh, snore. She's like always trying to have sex with me. You're starting your birth. There you go. Get away. You want me to alone? It's it's the little nuance. Yeah. And and and and and and married couples that are older, this does happen. Yeah. Yeah. No. We know it's safe. It works out perfect. If you have the room. Yeah. If you have the room. If you have the room. If not, someone's getting kicked out. You can't get kicked out of that. Not the couple. Whoever's extra got to go. It works so well that when we get hotel rooms, we get separate beds. Oh, wow. I swear to you. And we're standing in a place now that has only one bed. And it's kind of weird. Because you guys used to the two beds. I've been on her ass since she's been here. I'm just I'm like, Hey, I like this. So just remember this. Yeah, I remember when she get her own bed. And your arm is probably heavy too. Like if you put it around her on the bed, she's probably like

she's hot big old meat. Yeah. Right. Yeah. But now it works perfect. So it's okay. I know. Where are you older? I've just thought for all you older gentlemen out there that are married. There's so many. I bet you're like, I got we got separate rooms. Yeah. My dad had said, it's just you need your own space. It's a thing that I've found advice people. It's just like footwear. Everybody's wearing shoes that ain't right for their feet. Well, not all the time. But you know what I'm saying. But they're going to look good over being smart. Yeah. Free to Carlo. Carlo and Diego Rivera lives separately. Yeah. They had to do it. It's nothing wrong with that. It's just there's a bridge in between. We don't watch the same TV shows. Yeah. My closet's full of guns. I like working on guns all the time. Well, it makes it interesting. I like like like we're cleaning guns and stuff. She I mean, it's just look. You guys you guys Lucy had her own you guys. That's right. Right. Right. My

my. Oh, my god. You guys you guys got different things. Yeah. And that's okay. No, I'm saying. And that's so fucking great. You guys are making it work. How long you guys been married now? We've been we just had on the ninth or 26th anniversary. You went in time. So you already know. And we we've been seeing each other for 30 years. So you know, my wife and I have been together 28 years. We've been married 18 of those 28 and we were dating for 10 years before that. I'm on 28. Good for you. I'm trying to catch it. Yeah. I guess I can't catch you. No, you're ahead. You're ahead. You're 28. I'm 26. Oh, yeah. No, but you guys are married. How long though? We've been married 26. Okay. See, you you were married. You were married. Yeah. Okay. Only 18 on it. I got you. Yeah. It was me. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You got you got the numbers B. That's a long time. Especially for me because I was something back

in the day. I let it go with that. Is it? That's all I'm gonna say about that. That's all I'm gonna say about that. That was something back in the day. Yeah. I get it. Believe me, I get it. You guys already made the investment. Now it's time to enjoy the rewards of that investment. I've never been so much love. You know, I love my wife and best thing ever happened to me. And look, you know, you could tell that when y'all are together. Yeah. Yeah. Y'all the way you guys clown on each other is hilarious. Hey, you know, you guys get good sleep. That's what's that's good sleep is everything. Everything. That's important. I can't you know, yeah. But I like this one bed thing for the next couple of days. There you go. You you will take advantage of this. Oh, I have taken more advantage and you could imagine. All right. Okay. Did you know it's Hot Cross Buns Day. Hot Cross Buns.

That's that. Have you ever had one? I have something else. This is the first. Yeah. I knew you were. I mean, you know, sharing the bed. Hot Cross Buns is something that's sold somewhere or something you make. Maybe both. It's British. It's British. Yeah. I mean, it's I've seen it on the great, what is the great British bake off or whatever that show is. So is the cross on top ice? It's religious. You know, it's I think they traditionally is for Easter. I'm guessing. Okay. I've never actually had one, but I think it's like a it's 11 maybe a preo. There looks like there's reasons. Is that like a frog? Is that a frosting of some sort upon? I think there's a frosting and then they might yeah, it's a frosting that they put on top and they're they might score it in a way when they bake the the bun. I've never made one before. That would be fun. That would be fun infused. Yeah. Let's do it. Let's do it. Hot Cross Buns. Hot Cross Buns. Hot Cross infused. That will sound like a song. Hot Cross Buns. And did you know it's Patriot and National Day of Service

and Remembrance Day and it is also 9-11. Rest in peace to everybody this. Lost their lives on this day. Yeah. There's a new documentary I think on Netflix on 9-11. It's really sad. Well, yeah, there's also like there. This just came out a couple days ago where they were trying to say there was a fifth plane. It was supposed to hit. I don't know where that came from, but they were talking about it all day yesterday. But you never know if that's someone making some shit up just to like get heat on this day. Yeah. The day of though there was there was talking of a fifth one on 9-11. Yeah. I mean, there was nothing about it. But they're talking about it again. Yeah, no. Yeah, just recently. Did you know it is the birthday of Mickey Hart of the Grateful Dead. For now this day, about 9-43. Yes. Yeah, Mickey Hart. Mickey Hart B. He's got a lot of hot.

Did you know it is the birthday of Moby born on this day in 1965. And you know, my man, he's a good dude. I mean, he tries to be on the right side of things. It's speak up for people. So salute to him. But there was one particular time in his career where he would like try to he was doing the prank on people where it wasn't necessarily a prank. It was like a sick joke where he would stand like close to you and try to rub his dick on you in some sort of way. Do you remember when he was doing that? That's a cool harassment. Back then it was a check to date. To date that is that it is assault. Yes, it didn't. He was weird to Natalie Portman too. Don't you remember this Bobo? He was doing this to guys. He was doing it to anyone. Anyway, you didn't do it to me. Yeah, no, he would have got stomped out. He had he come across us. The price that never happened. Oh, no, we we us knowing that he was doing this. We did not get close to that. Yeah.

It's a tough stamp. Yeah, it was the thing he was doing. I don't know how it got around. But it got around to people that he was like purposefully doing this to fuck with people. Because he liked to fuck with people. And you know him and him and him and up getting into it. And him slices him in a song. Good. There was talk about that. I remember when I was with the BC boys 94, Lala Pallosa and Moby was on that tour. And there was talk about Moby doing some shit like that. Like, you know, getting up close to you and like, you know, well, he's doing it as a prank or he's doing it. Yeah, just a real prank. It's sexual. No, I know. I'm like, why would you even do? Well, in his mindset, he was trying to fuck with people. It's just bro stuff. I'm surprised he didn't get his mouth broke out. Yeah. You know, like because he came across people that weren't necessarily paying attention to it. And we heard about it.

We're like, well, if he gets there, one of us that he tries that shit, we're not going to go. Guys do that on the train. You know, like people. Yeah, it's a thing. It's not a, you can call it whatever the fuck you want to call it. But it's a thing that that, sorry, guys do. They rub their genitals on you. I've had it done to me. It's not a joke. It's not everything so close. Because they like that they're doing something sneaky. They like they're doing something they're not supposed to do. It's like that. And I totally see that guy. Like from what I've read about him, not that I know anything about him. No offense. I don't know if any of your friends with him. But from what I've read about him, it's like seems like something he would do. Push people's boundaries. What can I do? He gets off on it. He gets off on it. That's what it was. So it's sexual assault. But he's using his genitalia to do it. And he was doing it. He was doing it to a lot of dudes. Well, I mean, I'm sure he does it. I'm sure he does it to women too. But it goes further with them because they're we're kind of taught to be like, he oh, leave me alone. And

if you're too mean, like I would have fucking he's like he didn't do that shit to me. Yeah, we didn't take none of that was funny. No, no, I don't think that's no hell. No, no. No, no, no, no, no. I've never. Yeah. No. Yeah. Yeah. He was way out of line. Yeah, I'd word up. Drop in some tea today on the show. Yeah, you would have got beat up in many circles for that show. We're on this day of 1967. Yeah. So I'm Harry. You know him and never last have something to come and they both got caught at JFK with guns in their carry. Whoa. Whoa. For a week apart, no less. Wow. Yeah. You know, it was a case of, oh, I forgot that I put this in here. Oh, you forget you wrong back. I brought the wrong back. You ever got there was a gun in your nose. No, never. I have forgot ammo. Well, look, to, you know, like a bullet set was in the

bag that I was using for it was carrying some gun readers forever. Last year, for ever last, he was in his 20s or something like that thinking way too fast, right? Because it happens with 20 year olds, you might or 20 some year olds where you're not, you're going too fast and not paying attention, right? Maybe high. I can't see it. I get it. I couldn't neither. But it happened, right? Harry Connick Jr. even worse. He goes up there. You know, he, I think he's got two of them. In his thing and it was all its collectors. Well, no, sir, you cannot bring your collection pieces whatever some shit like this. But yeah, within a week apart, they took the guns. Took the guns. I went, I was in Manchester, England not too long ago. And as I was unpacking my stuff, I seen two bullets. It was like 22s that, I don't know how to do it, but I'm like, damn, I went through all that security. But yeah, I had two little bullets in there that I didn't even know they were in the ball. That's crazy. It's easy to forget. So I don't know how much trouble you would be in for two

bullets. But as long as there's no gun presence, but I would feel like I didn't know they were in there. The problem is the bullet got gunpowder. Yeah, I can't say. Yeah, but I didn't know, but I didn't even know the bullets were in there. Yeah, but I forgot weed. That's about it. Yeah, there you go. That's all right. You don't go to Texas. Yeah, don't do that. Not right now. Did you know it is the birthday of Luda Chris born on this day of 1977? Luda. Yeah, he's only 49. All right. He's climbing up slow. All right. I don't know if I'd want to smoke in a yoga studio, but that would be a great idea though. Maybe dabs. Dabs. Oh, yeah. Because joint smoke is too loud. Yeah. It lingers too long. Yeah. Oh, dabs smoke. It goes way quicker.

And then you can also, you know, with the dabs smoke, you can smell. It smells different too. You can have the fruits, you know, and the fruity smell. Yeah. I don't know if I'd want that, but I'm just saying, you know, the joints and blunts are loud because the end keeps, you know, lit and it's burning and it's creating other smoke aside from what you're blowing out with blood in the blunt. Yeah. With the dabs, I mean, you know, most likely you have, you know, like a puff coat or something like that. The heat is contained. You blow the smoke out and it's gone. And there's no extra smoke coming from anywhere. No combustion. Yeah. Dave Roberts here. There you are surrounded by fans, sharing wings, sharing drinks, high-fiving random strangers. So it's it's a little less loud. So I could see doing dabs in a yoga studio or something like that. Yeah. That'd be fun. Yeah. We'll try it tomorrow. That's right. Yourself. Bakerum is hard. Yeah. We've established that. I'm not doing that. Me neither. No fucking way. I did big room in my car the other day with my

when my fucking AC wouldn't turn on. I had to drive from where I live now to downtown, which is about you know 60 mile drive. It was 110 in my area and I'm playing the up and down window game to get a breeze but then the breeze is too hot. Then I got to roll it back. It's hot out here. Oh man. It was big room yoga in the car. The only thing is I wasn't stretching but I was sweat. I swear to God. I felt like I was living in Miami. Is it normally this hot this time of year around here? Yeah. It's pretty hot but not. Not this human. It's human. We're like my amy right now. Yeah. Just my wife because I'm sweating. I'm like, no, it's human here. I'm telling you. It's human. It's a little less little less human than Miami. But yeah, we're pretty fucking muggy right now. It's crazy. There was a hurricane in Kauai like a couple days ago

and I'm wondering if like the weather. I mean, that's pretty far out but I don't know. The weather is all weird. It was saying that it was related. Related. Yeah. It's all related. Be like some Owens. They're all related. You ever you ever come across that? Oh man. Yeah, I know. They all related. Everybody's related to the rock. Yeah. And I don't doubt it. Don't tell me. I never gonna say no. You know. Well, no. You could do that. I might say, well, now I'm gonna be quiet. I'm friends with all the Suboans. Yeah. Salute to that way. Salute to the Uso's. Uso's. Word up. All right. All right. Drock. Broche. Only Yanai do is Yan Yan chicken. Yan Yan. Yeah. Yeah. How? It's a lot of sauce. It's like a sweet kind of sauce. Yeah, sweet and sour type of deal. Yeah. They're ready. They're ready. That's right. I'm wearing it. Oh,

they're so you'd be putting this sauce in the rice. Yeah, I'll be mixing that. Oh, yeah. Oh, that. Yeah. That's the best. Yeah. I'll do that. Hell yeah. All that MSG. Yeah. G up. I can't do it. I can't do it. I can't do it. Not these days. Yeah. No, that's too much sauce for me. You know, I could have it, but not with not with all that. Not drowning in the sauce. Can. Yeah. Gilbert Bartita. Thank you for the super chat. Greña's. 938. Hey, y'all. Hey, y'all. One happy mama. Thank you for the super chat. Thank you so much. Medicine. GF. Can you summon the old man again, please? We were talking about that earlier. Yeah. We were talking about that earlier. We had it was Tony A and and high C in here. And we're, you know, we were talking about something supernatural or something like that. And I didn't make a big deal out of it because I knew he wasn't going to believe it,

but his cup moved towards him. I believe it. Yeah, I mean, you've seen it. Yeah. I've seen it. Who said really? Have you ever had a Ouija board? Like, do you ever bring one? We're like a little Ouija board? No, we don't do the Ouija boards, but we've seen things move around. Yeah, right. I saw it. He the cup moved like, like, not even an inch, but it moved. And he was off the table. I wonder if the shots visible from his angle. It could be. Someone might be able to screenshot it, but it was, it was like, you know, in around that conversation. Interesting. When you guys were filming upstairs, I mean, I had it was a drink or beer or something, but it moved. Yeah, the beer can move towards you. And there was no condensation. Yeah, my wife is like, well, that's condensation. And there was a condensation. Look, can you see it? Vanessa? Yeah, I'm watching. Yeah, look at it. That's why. Why is there anything else moving off the condensation? Yeah, and don't say it's the air because look at the smoke. It's not moving. That's not the spending glass I broke. Is it? No, really? No, no, no. Oh, I remember that episode. Probably the next episode. It's the next generation.

Yeah, no, we've seen it happen here. You know what I mean? Yeah. Um, he's he's been manifested himself in different parts. He's not always moving something but sometimes he is. Sometimes he's knocking shit over. He creaked the door open the other day. Creek the door open. I heard that. You told me about an experience and I think Dom told me an experience. He was playing with the C-minus's hair. He played. Yeah, we did that. I think one of these guys was here by themselves maybe last week or something like that. And a slam happened on one side of the building and there was nobody else. Right. I believe it. I see it. Yeah. Where are you here for that, Ray? What's that beeping? Uh, do you guys hear that? I hear that. See, we're talking about him and he shows up. Yeah, where did that come from? Yeah, we don't we've never heard that before. Okay, we hear it from upstairs over here. We hear it down here. That was the old man. Oh my god. That's old man. That's old man acknowledging that

we're acknowledging him. Uh-huh. Now, it was just a fan. Yeah, figures. It was the old fan. It was the old man. Yeah. Thanks for rooting. I'm going to pull out. He ruined the bit. Thanks. Damn it. Never ruined the bit. No, but yes, no, we've we've definitely had encounters here like that shit moving shit flying off of shelves and things like that. So he's been around here and there. Let's have a medium come. You know, I've had a couple come, but we, you know, we've only ever had him here. We didn't have him do anything. So when they come back, they're going to bring their little spirit box and see who's, you know, talk to the old man. Talk to me. Yeah. That'd be cool. Yeah, I'd like to be here. Okay, I will. Please, shut up. Yes. All right. Next one. Next one is from Conrad, Monten Mayor, Mr. Bear, Salutes, my 5150s. Well, cool, cool, cool. I hope they're talking about me. Yeah,

you're the only bear we know. Yeah. See, a lot of people don't, you know, some people don't, you know, recognize that you're, you know, your actual nickname out of the name you're famous for is bear is bear. I always tell people by my, my good, my friends, I'm a bear. Yeah, I've been bear since probably 80, 79, 80. Yeah. They used to call me, you know, they call me bear, because they said, I backed it. I used to fight a lot. Yeah. That was part of the game back then. And they say, when you fought, you would attack somebody like a bear. They said, you wouldn't like, hey, motherfucker, let's go. You did it. You were just like, you just attacked them. They said, I had bare strength. Hey, listen, when you're, when you're in a tussle, man, there ain't no time for talking. There ain't no way. I'm gonna know. That's the, listen, the guys that talk first get hit first. I know that shit. You just a bear. Big bear. Yeah. I mean, I know you've seen that guys that do a lot of this get hit first. Yeah. That is the thing. I've seen it. If you're gonna fight

with someone, if you're gonna confront someone, just know that if you're not planning on throwing a punch, don't even say shit. Just back to fuck up. Walk away and leave it alone because if you're, if you're attending to fight, but you got a chastise of first, you're gonna get your ass knocked out. And unless you're lightning fast, that you couldn't avoid it and counter. You know what I mean? And not everybody's good like that. So just calm down. Relax. But shout back out. Yeah. The bear. That's right. Yeah. We're not. That's one is from Matt Trees 808. We need a flat earth strain. Well, you could just call it flat earth, OG or flat earth something, right? Or what would be a good name, step two in space. In space. All right. That's that's that's iron, ironic. All right. All right. Double.

Oh, mejimae. Welcome back Vanessa. Cheers. Cheers. What are we drinking? We're cheers in drinking life. Yeah. The cup of life. Chin chin. But that would be a good name for a strain in space. The champagne. Yeah. Amanda Foe. Vanessa, you're you're brave for doing that Chamoy pickle challenge. Oh my god, it was disgusting. What did I get it? You did that. Have you seen it? We have not seen it. It was so gross. It you take this. I maybe I need a different pickle or something, but I got the one that they say to get this red pickle from Texas. And it's really juicy. And then you take it and you hollow it out and you take a spaghetti, candy spaghetti, make those candies, the goodies that it comes with the sauce, you put the side, you mix it all up and you put it inside the pickle with sour stuff and then you roll it up in a fruit roll up. And then you cover it in Chamoy like Chamoy. Jesus, that's a process. Tahin and yeah, it's disgusting. It was I mean,

I like all those flavors. Independently. Yeah, but like biting into this pickle, it wasn't very crunchy. It was just kind of like what? And then is it a bad show or something? It was different content. Okay. What would you would you say it's a bad joke on people like the person who came up with this challenge? I think it was someone who either was really stoned or pregnant just wanted like all of these different textures. That's how it got me. I was like, ooh, crunchy and chewy and sour and sweet and spaghetti and now that you now you've mentioned something that like resonated with me right off top pregnant woman. Right? Because only because only a pregnant woman can come up with some crazy shit like that that they might want to try because they have what what's that called baby? They're having the baby. They got the urges. What's it called when they they have a cravings?

There you go. Had a craving for these flavors that did not make sense. And sometimes that happens with women. I just get really baked and sometimes I see things and I'm like, yeah, that sounds cool. Let's try that. And also, I don't know, candy and pickles. It just seemed interesting. I put a little aris though in there. Oh, what? I don't know. You tried it. You put a aris though. Okay. So you added a thing in there. I added it because I'm a stoner girl and then I took a giant bite. I was like, let's go. Right? I was expecting it to be crunchy was not good. That was very real. Yeah, it was very real. Yeah. Yeah. The face is everything I just walked. No. Was it very sour? It was all the things. It was sour and just the texture was disgusting because the pickle kind of was mushy and then it looked rubbery. It was not good. It looked like you were holding back the fruit roll up. Well,

I wanted to eat it because I wanted to make sure I got that aris though in my mouth. But then I didn't eat the rest of that pickle. I don't know how you put the aris though in there because that shit tastes crazy too. With all of that, you don't taste it. Oh, really? No way. It was everything. It was all overwhelming. I just swallowed it. Just get it down. It overwhelmed your palate. Like that that you could not taste the RSO. Yes. Wow. That's pretty strong. Yeah. Plus, because normally that RSO is pretty strong itself. The pickle itself was. You think it was the pickle? You think that it was all of the above? You see all that shit I put in there? It was all of those layers of things. You're not your palate. It's not going to be like, maybe the RSO is, if I had like chewed it, like if I really chewed it up in my mouth, I did not. I took that bite and was like, and just swallowed because I was like, I don't want to taste this anymore. It was that bad. It was disgusting. Oh, man. Okay. So let's your pregnant don't try this. Right? Next one. All right. Just

after. Yeah. That's too much. All right. All right. Next one is from Sports Ballers, Hashtag Cypress, Hashtag Brock Pertie. You know who Brock Pertie is? Yes, I do. Yeah. Yeah. That was wild. That was wild. And man, our Rams got there, asked, kicked yesterday. Australia. That was horrible. Do you think it's because they didn't acclimate as quick because they just left the day before? That's a 16 hour flight. They went the day before 16 hour flight and then the time difference. Maybe they partied out there instead of rested. But yeah, you know, we got our asses handed to us by the 40 Niners. But you know, that's one game. You can't sweat one game. Right? You know, pick yourself up, dust yourself off, get back. Get over it. Get over it. Move on. It's one game. It's one game. You

got to win the rest of the game. Get some good rest. Have you asked what next week? And then we're in trouble. Then you got to start at least thinking about it. They were like raiders. That is going to happen. Then we're like the Raiders. Who's the worst worst team? I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I forgot. I'm going to be a Raider fan for life. I know you are. But it's convenient for you. But they're making it hard. They are making it hard. I've seen it. It's making it. Listen, it's making it hard. Listen, my friend. Like I could validate. I mean, I could see you being validated, being a Raiders fan because you now live in the state they reside. You resided the state. They never happened to them. It was coming to Vegas. Send dog Raiders. Shoot. It's remainder Raiders fan. And now he's in Nevada. So it's convenient for guys like yourselves, right? For me, I was done when they moved to Nevada because I had been a Raiders fan and a Rams fan. So it sounds a kid. But I chose up right there. I'm like, well, they chose to go

to Nevada. I don't live in Nevada. No offense. Can I say one thing? Yes, sir. I am a Oakland Raider. I get it. You've been there for years. But now they're in the state you live in. So it's a big Raider fan for life. Yes. But I refuse to go to any Raider games. Why? Why? Because you're always it's never a home-filled event. It's not. We played Kansas City. I'm 70% of people are it's Kent. It's Kansas City. They say at the home of the Chiefs. Yeah, it's just I can't go to the Raider game. It's horrible. I can't go to a Raider game and the Raider score touched down and have to place his booing. So look, here's the thing. I can't fight everybody. All right, I'm going to be real with you bear. No pun intended. So like the MLS took what a good 15 years to pack the stadiums with this generation right now that loves the football, not football. Right. Football. Right. We have this, you know, 15, 16, 17 years ago

our stadiums impact with people that love football, maybe sporadic, but not like the other sports robust and people in seats and stuff like that. Right. The the the the the Raiders are going through that growth spur right now, being that they've only been in Vegas for a couple years when you think about it, right. There's still relatively new kids have to grow up with that team in order to be invested in that team, right. Most of the people that have grown up in Vegas, RH, maybe 10 years younger, they never had a team in house, right. Their team was either from some other state somewhere. And you know, so when it comes to football, they're not going to go to a Raider game because they're not a fan of the Raiders. It had grown up fans of the Raiders now. These new generation of kids that go into these Raider games in years to come, five, 10 years, you're going to see more Raider fans packing

that stadium. I hope that's true. But but they're in the middle of creating that culture of Ford Nevada because the Raider culture that exists is in California, in California, central south, except way south where there's the charger fans that are totally disgruntled that they don't have a team. Is there a sorry, but say what is there a type to be a Raiders fan? I think they come in all types because Raiders fans have been have been annually disappointed for generations. Yes, this is a fact, but that's because they need to sell the team to different owners, get a better vibe going on. Thank you. That's it's the L Davis. God, Raiders. Mush. That he put. Yes, it's a it's a it's a. It's a much. It's a generational mush because it transferred to his son who don't know what the fuck he's doing. I'm just saying sorry.

All right, let's let's let's let's just let's let's just let's just go. We're aggravating the bear. You don't want to poke the bear. That's what I was saying. That's the Raiders feeling right there. It's one of disappointment. Oh, yeah, you're right. You know, been led down forever. I feel bad for my former Raider former fellow Raider fans, you know what I'm saying? I mean, I still have a little bit of something for him, but like, you know, I'm a ramp spanned. Like every season you get an occasional win. I don't. You better go. Are you? Are you? Oh, he's your Raiders. I'm not saying I'm not disagreeing with you. We move on. You're in the misery tub. Yeah, I'm just I'm slouching my chair now. All right, then let's move on. Come on. All right, up is now. Sorry. Sorry. Up is down. All this talk about being healthy and the and I'm treating myself to a bunch of

meal of horror. Oh, wow. Hey, you could have a cheap meal every now and then just don't have the cheap meal every day. Every meal. Yeah, sometimes cups down. Yeah, don't do it. Don't do it. Don't be that serious about it that you can't have a cheap day or so. Yeah, you got to have a cheat day. You can't just eat it. Yeah, you can't be so hard line because then you'll burn the fuck out. I try to eat between 10 o'clock in the morning and five at night. Same. And I try to eat as healthy as I can. Same. And that's it. And if you want to do it up, you do it up and then you've got to cut back later, day by like, I got a pump the brakes. Man, I just don't want off the rails. Or just work a little bit. Yeah. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? You could always work it off. Look, what people don't realize is that after they eat, if they just go for like a 10, 15 minute walk, you gotta do that. Boom. That's everything. Look, when we're on tour, bear, when we're on tour, we'll pick some restaurants. It's maybe like 20, 30 minutes away. We'll drive there. But after we eat, we're walking back to the whole town. I love that. Yeah. That's great. You can smoke. You can

have a smoke. And we do this. Yeah. That's something that's like been a Cypress tradition for years that we like, you know, walk it off. Gee. Oh, I grew up. Yeah. Word up. That's what next one is from Kodiak, Gaxiolia TV. Strong Friday to you and you and you and you and you and you and you and you and you and you and you and you you too. Thank you. Southwest. Thank you for the Super Chat. Subcomandante. Thank you for the Super Chat. Word. Midget Mike. A yo cheers to the whole cheers to the table. Happy Friday. I've Friday to you. I got you. Chris Kimmins. Thank you for the Super Chat. Melvin Gonzalez. What up from Burke, New Mexico? What's up? New Mexico's dope or Burke? Did you, did you know that that their cannabis culture out there is pretty fucking robust. I didn't know that. Yeah, they get

there. They are. I don't get out there too often. Yeah. I get some stuff every time I'm there. Yeah. Really like that, huh? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. They're they're with the shits down there. I haven't been there since back of the day. We'd wrestle there. It's a good place. They party out. Cool people. I don't even know. Hey, I'm going tomorrow. Come on. Come on. Desert like it. High desert life. High desert life. Because they're they're high and in the desert and they're in the high desert. Have you seen any UFOs out your way lately? No. No. No, but I have no people that have. Look in the sky, man. You're in the perfect place for it. Is it well lit around you or low? I'm right next to a mountain. There's a better area. So that are more open that would see stuff like yeah, but it's the mountain all lit up. No. So it's low light, not a lot of light pollution at the end. I mean, that night very little air traffic. Okay. So every now and then just go outside, get stoned and look up. Okay. You'll see some fallen stars. I probably some of them probably

don't fall in star. There you go. I've seen those. Yeah. When you see a star moving, it's not a star. What is it? It's something. It's something we can't explain. If it ain't flashing, right? Because military planes, commercial airplanes, private planes, they'll have to have the beacon on them. That flashes red, yellow, amber, drones and helicopters, green, white light, red light. Those are the colors you'll see blanking across the sky. When you see something that's just solid going across, it looks like a fucking star. That's not an airplane. Well, then I've seen some. Yeah. No, you have. I mean, you're all Vegas. They know they're out there. D. All right. Next one. Super chats are just coming in. Well, anyways, what Melvin says is shout out to everyone playing the catch cypress and DevTones this year. Dr. Green Thumb shows the best podcast. Let's go. You ain't wrong. Robbing the hood. Thanks for the super chat. Melvin Gonzalez says good to see the

Godfather back on the show. Yes. Good to be back, Melvin. Vanessa, just two copies of your just bought two copies of your book. Oh my God. Thank you. Anyone has a gift much love to all. It's a good gift, thank you. Gilbert Bartita shout out to everyone and the Godfather reminds me of when I was a kid in elementary saying, Pimpin ain't easy. It's still ain't. Other wrestling catchphrases would get us in trouble. So, hmm, hmm, roll the fatty, baby. Yep. That was great when you got to say that shit every every time you came in. Roll out fatty brothers. Pimp daddy. You know something you probably don't remember is when I first met you, you read an event and you told me you said, you should call your finish the one hit a quitter. The one hit a quitter I told you. I'm like, I think I like the Pimp drop. The more I thought about it, I should have took your advice. The one hit a quitter. The Pimp drop was good too though. But the one hit a quitter would have

went with the roll of fatty. Yes, yes, Pimp daddy. Oh, you're right. I was like, I should have used that. Word. I got ideas every now and then. I could have been your manager. I wouldn't, you know, I would have made sure we implemented that. It branded that and created merch behind that. I would have said if you sent me something, I would have got it. Probably. Hey, look, you know, you wasn't thinking about managing back then, all right? I'm not taking about it now. I got the manager right now. You know, we can do all that merch stuff right now. All that right now. Yeah. All right. I'm Kush G. Oh, man, he wants me to pull up the video of the stunning glass breaking. I got to go deep on that archive. Oh, yeah, that's that's way down in the archives. But it's in there. That was Kyro's fault. Not mine. I know it was. He didn't bother cleaning the goddamn thing. I just remember that we were getting onto a plane. And I was watching.

And then I saw this and I says, Oh, shit. I told him I said, yo, they broke the stunning glass live. Oh, that's great. Yeah. They do did it at GF. You know, we're going to tell you anything. Yeah. It wasn't by fault. Yeah. All I did was, that's all I did. That's the snap. Well, you know, we're in it and you tried to spin it and then you spanked, man. Well, because what happened, I got body strength, that we were using that shit was so much frequency, but no one bothered to clean it. So when they broke it out, it was at the point where there was so much gun, gun, and there were if you if you moved it, it was like, like a fucking bicycle. But he's strong. So he had, pow. And it was, but that wasn't his fault. It should have been clean. And he wouldn't have to like, there we go. That bit like that. Why did I explode it? Was it his fault? It was funny. You leave GF alone. He was surprised me.

Oh shit. I see what happened now. It was stuck to the table. Well, it wasn't pivot. It wouldn't pivot. You know how you flip it. It wouldn't flip. And so I tried to flip it. It wouldn't. So I must have threw it and it just broke the cloth. No, it's not. Yeah, it's that. Because you're not expecting it to resist the whole time. So it just came down. Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That was that was an in house era, if you will. All right. Whoops. Whoops. Get the new one. Because we had like boxes of so that, you know, did it wasn't stunned in glasses. No, it's supposed to clean. So it's supposed to clean some shit. Especially around here. Probably got used. I mean, if you're going to use it at the table, you clean it before you bring it to the table. That day said precedent though. They all got cleaned up. They all got cleaned up after that. They all fuck a flip real easy now. But we don't do them.

We got we were stung in doubt for a minute, man. Shit. I'm going home and like, oh, once Cali Blades hit 20 or whatever. In one show, he did 200 plus flips. I think we were all averaging like 20 flips and he goes and does the 200 and shit. We're just obliterated over here at the end of the day. Like, I never felt it when I was here. It was when I got home. I'd just be like, cooked. Yeah. Cali Blades, it just up. Yeah. Everybody was just doing just as many as they could on on the reg. Yeah. It's episode three, four, five people. All right. There you go. All right. All right. Next one. Texas Chainsaw, Marla. All my favorite people on the show today. That's cool. That's a great name. Texas Chainsaw, Martha Martha. Marla, excuse me. That's a that would be a good wrestling name. Yeah. What? Above below silence of the Rams. Hello, wow. Sorry.

See, Hawks. They didn't play the see Hawks, son. They played the Niners. All right. So, I hate the Niners. I hate the Niners. Yeah. I don't get down with them like that. You don't say it. So they beat us last night. Good for them. The Rams are the Rams. Yeah. Those Rams look, I'd be size that game with a, looking pretty good. I think they're going to be good. We'll see what happens. We'll see. Yeah. It's too early to judge. But, you know, if they carry on with momentum that they had from last year, they're going to be fine. And if Aaron Donaldson comes back and he's like 100%. This could be a good thing. We'll see what happens. I mean, they're favored. They tossed one game, but they were still favored. They're still, you know, hopefully they come back. Yeah. I think so. You could tell it hurt to coach though. Oh, boy, it was hurt. You could see it on his face, even though he's trying to smile about it. It was like sheer pain. He was hurt. He was hurt. He was in his feelings. All right.
