2:01Hello and welcome to Juicy scoop. Well, what a week we've had. I have so much scoop and funny stuff to get into. And then the second part of the show, we are really going to explore with a true expert about what is going on with Lindsey Clancy. There was a mistrile. There was one. Now we know man who held out, who did not agree with the not guilty. Not guilty by insanity plea. And what is going on with Patrick threatening to sue and come after people that are talking about maybe what they've discovered in watching the entire trial and why the evidence does not match up to what was told inside the courthouse. And it's absolutely fascinating. And we have timelines. We have, you know, supposedly his reddits. We're going to get into all of that. And it's just so interesting.

And I just need to talk a little bit about it because it's been going on, I think like 40 years. And I've always been very curious about it. And so I really want on some deep, deep dives to find out what it is, what makes it so special, why people keep going back. Turns out that Gen Z is like fuck this. I mean, Gen Z doesn't even want to deal. They don't want to fuck with Airbnb because they're like we don't want to clean up. You know, we just rather go to a hotel. We don't want to clean up and follow the rules. Well, if you look into Burning Man, it is so much personal responsibility about cleaning up after yourself.

5:06That's what I, I'm still fascinated, honestly, like how do they even do it? Like these huge art installations and these like, it's like Disneyland electrical parade every but where. And I am like, how, who like puts the art thing together and test it out at home. And then they put in a bunch of cars and they drive and then they set up that along with all your own water. Okay, so you have to bring all your own water and you can't leave a droplet. Like there's no way to like once you take a shower, they want you to take your old dirty shower water back with you. And then people go around the sand and they pick up every single piece of trash. And this year the people are like, you know what the vibes were off. You know, their vibes were off. People were filming. People are taking, you know, there was a big art installation that said, fuck Elon Musk. And the next one was Starlink and how to get on the Wi-Fi. I thought that was kind of ironic. So the whole point is you're not supposed to be on your phone, but people were and they were filming it.

6:10And so then I asked, I asked someone very close to me who went for three years. And this was the first year she said, hey, she had to sit down her friends and her husband and go, I'm not doing it anymore. Now she's a very capable young woman. You like there's a certain type of friend that would do this. And they're like that first born female, first born granddaughter. They're maybe Italian. They know how to like organize shit because it takes so much planning. And that's why they keep going. It's really hard, but it's amazing. You absolutely have to take drugs. I don't know how you would stay up to be on noodle duty from four to six a.m. Because that's your contribution. Like everybody has to contribute something. I have, well, I had a really wealthy friend that went with her husband. And you know, she had the 18 billion outfits and the wigs and all that. And she was like, it was so hard. It was so hard. I'm like, why was it so hard? And she's like, oh, I had to be a maid. Part of her thing. And this is like a very wealthy woman that has multiple homes.

7:13But in order to go, you have to like, so then I said, well, aren't there just some rich people that don't have to do shit and don't have to clean up after themselves? Yes, that's like the $100,000 people. They spent about $100,000. And I'm like, and aren't there like some yacht girl type sluts that can go with the $100,000 people and not have to clean up and not worry about bringing their own water in an RV? And yes, I guess that exists too. And that's what's killing the vibe people. It's just not as fun as it used to be in 1996. They said the average age of the burner. It's like there, you know, like how we have juicy screepers, you're like a burner. So is 38. And there, but in the summer, the photos that I had, like I zoomed in. And like, I found this like one guy you could tell, like he's hot. He has a good body. He's got gray hair. But he's fit. He's on a peptide tour. He goes to Burning Man every year. He could be rich. I don't know.

8:14And then there's like, there's an orgy dome, which pretty self explanatory. Oh my god. But then, you know, then the weather gets bad. And they have to wear those goggles and Bethany Franco went and, you know, it hurt stuff. People were making fun of it. Some summer, I don't know where I saw it. This gay guy goes, I can't wait to see all the gays at Halloween being Bethany Franco at Burning Man. And she's like standing on an RV and a dust storm with her weird like Mad Max goggles. And, you know, it was kind of interesting that she went and she was smart. She's like, people will follow this because nobody's really understood it. Even though there's been documentaries on it and everything, the fact that I have known people that have gone, I've heard about this for the last 30 years and never really understood it until this year because I started to ask the right questions. I just, yeah, like they drive out to this weird desert and then they have their own city.

9:21And they ride these bikes, but then if it gets muddy, you can't ride the bikes anymore. Mud and if you have contact lenses, like the dust gets into your contact lens and then you just have to have to huddle down and definitely the average person probably spends like $8,000 on everything. There is a ticket, there's all this stuff. But then, you know, some people fall in love, some people come back and they're like super inspired and they take the burning man energy into finishing their book or focusing and all of that. And that's why they have to go every year to just renew the energy and go to say goodbye to their loved ones and go to somewhere and temple. Then they actually burn the man. Now, a lot of people go, I'm leaving, it's like I had a concert where you're like, you know what? Let's go. Let's start walking to the car. Let's get ahead and start. You know, the band hasn't played like their biggest hit yet and you're just like, I don't care.

10:24Like I don't want to be stuck on the 405. Let's get the fuck out. So those people just, those people leave and they're probably just so happy. They're like, we can watch. And then when they show the burning thing, I'm like, this looks really dangerous. Like the wind is swirling. This big thing is burning. Like, I'm like, how are they're not like horrific fires? And how long would it take a fire truck to get there? Two people were found dead. I don't know how with the stories behind them. Last year, someone was found dead. And then, you know, so I guess that's just kind of like, well, I guess that's not that bad when you think like 40,000 people went. And that's it. And the closest I came to it was my spring break of junior year. We went with some ATOs from USC. We went to Lake Mead. And nothing to prices me more than going on what I think is going to be a warm vacation. And it's like gloomy for a week. And it was gloomy. And we were on some weird houseboat with these guys. I don't remember hooking up with anybody.

11:24But it was my closest to burning man because that was like the first time I tried mushrooms. And I've only had it twice since then. I tried mushrooms. And there was some sand. And I just kind of remember feeling the mushrooms walking through the sand. And then there was this other houseboat that got stuck in like a sand bar. And these kids were from St. Mary's. And so we took them on our boat. So that was like burning man. And we're like, come on our camp. We don't know you. We're never going to see you again. But we can't. They were like stuck there. And this was like before cell phones and stuff. And it was like shitty weather. Like we never like jumped in the lake or like, you know, was hot and sexy. Like I have a zoo. And so I feel like I've experienced burning man enough. And it's definitely, you know, not for me. Camping, packing. I don't even like to pack a bag for a two day beach trip, which we did. We went to a beer. We went to a beach house this week with a family. And that was like very, very nice.

12:24But even that was like overwhelming for me to like figure out which bikinis to bring. So not for me, but it's not going away. But apparently the vibes have changed. Here's a photo of this. This is what burning man looks at 6 a.m. Again, just like a lot of older guys. Like I could see why like Gen Z is like, no, thank you. No, I'll just join only fans and be a yacht girl. See you later, not for me. Also Wimbledon, according to the Daily Mail UK, is banning influencer credentials after the US open turned into a zoo. So it was in New York. Matthew McConaughey was there. All right, all right, all right. They showed him a lot. We watched a lot of tennis this weekend because I was with my sister and nephew who plays tennis. And saw a lot of stars there in New York. And apparently one of the tennis players had to tell the referee like, I'm smelling weed so badly right now. And I'm trying to like win this freaking thing.

13:24Can you tell the people to stop smoking weed behind me? They're like pop and champagne. They're taking photos. There's ring lights. They're talking. They're talking on the phone. They don't even know what tennis is. And so again, the vibes are off. They had a choice to either go to Burning Man or the tennis. And they really didn't belong any other one. And that's the world we created. We can't have anything nice anymore people. But here I am. I remembered when I met, whoops, a very famous tennis player, Federer. And here I am. And so I posted it. It was from 2015. But I just was like, what a great week can I had enjoying the tennis. And a lot of people were like, oh my god, I'm so jealous. It was the wet shondon. And it was something that they invited me at the last minute. Because somebody probably flaked out. But he was a delight. And I got to meet him.

14:25Okay, very excited. You know how I'm obsessed with Elizabeth Holmes, one drop. If I, if you knew that one drop of blood could keep your loved ones alive forever, wouldn't you do it? I'm very excited about this opportunity to save the world. And I am being completely transparent and truthful with you right now. We were obsessed with this story of Theranos, which was her fake made up company where you take one drop of blood. And then you could go to a CBS and they would tell you like, you know, if you were had any diseases or if you had cancer or whatever, just from one drop of blood. Anyway, the whole thing was BS. And she defrauded all of her investors. And she is not set to come out of prison. I think to like 2030 or something like that. She was in the prison in Texas with Jen Shaw. They became asshole buddies. That's my dad would refer to people being closed.

15:26And which I know probably meets another thing now. I think about my dad saying asshole buddies. What does that really mean? Anyway, Nathan Felder's, he did a documentary with her. And the trailer came out on social media this weekend. And she allowed him to film her. Being herself, she has two children, I believe two, with her husband who's also some fear it comes from some hotel air or something. He visits her with those kids all the time. I think she's so weird. I'm like, I cannot believe she like scored this rich guy, but whatever. And the rich parents were like, great, great. We'll just be raising the kids like, you know, Mary Kay, Latinos in laws had to do while you're in, while she's in prison for like five to 10 years. Anyway, it is like shocking.

16:28And I almost thought it was like a parody because she just didn't really look like how we knew her when she was wearing the turtlenecks all the time. And her hair was like very blonde. Now it's just kind of, she's kind of natural. She's looking at him and she's like, I'm being completely truthful with you. I'm going to tell you everything. I would never deceive you. And I hope you realize that. Like it is so creepy. And everybody just cannot wait. And so that is coming out. And the fact that this happened right before she went to prison. Like, does she even know this is coming out with she is shocked? Is she excited? Is it going to make her look worse or better? I don't know. Also this weekend was the premiere where you get to see all the episodes of Earl Meets World. Now this is Alex Earl. And yes, I've spoken about her and many of you don't know still who she is and don't care. But she's pretty much here to stay.

17:28And I think it was a pretty interesting move. She was a young, beautiful girl from Miami that started doing TikToks. And after doing them for like a year and a half, it just really popped off. And it's because she was very vulnerable about her life. She was just that sorority girl that was hung over the next morning showing you her outfit, get ready with me. We're going to get wasted. We're going to pregame. Oh my god, I like this guy. But she was also very attractive and skinny. And so she's been really honest throughout her journey of becoming an influencer. And then she really exploded with commercials and being like a regular name and Netflix came and calling. And I was like, would you like to have a reality show? And I actually think it was a really smart move. Because when you look at like a Charlie Demilio and Addison Ray, well Addison is doing music. But with Charlie Demilio, she had a family and they did a reality show.

18:28But I feel like that didn't really work. Maybe it was the timing. Maybe it was just Charlie. It's just really more of a cute dancer and the personality isn't really there. Maybe she made it when she was too young. She still has 150 million followers, Charlie. I want to go look at her and she's still doing those same videos where she puts the phone on a stand and then shakes her ass and she's got a nice big fat ass. Like she's very hot and she's a little fructose on her face. And that's pretty much all she does. But when you look that she has 154 million followers and she's only getting like a couple hundred thousand views, you're like, I mean, you're not that hot. Anyway, so I think it's good because I don't think you can just remain just an influencer forever. And this kind of puts her again, even more in the mainstream. So she has a very interesting life in that she comes from money like her family has a big rich, fabulous, huge acre home in New Jersey.

19:31With a bunch of animals, it's beautifully done. The dad is rich. He's like a freeway contractor, much like David Bedouard. Shannon's husband's something like that. He makes good money. And he's pretty hot. And when her parents were married, she's one sister. When they were like 10 or 12 or something, he got caught with a, with this woman name Ashley. And because Ashley was previously famous for being a call girl, sex worker, hooker light, whatever you want to call it, with the governor of New York at the time, they were kind of following her and still knew who she was. Now, I don't know if he was a client. I don't know if they met. But then it was found out the mother, you know, filed for divorce. Her mother's named Alicia. And, but Ashley and he get married and they go on to have three kids. So the cast is Alex for sister Ash 10.

20:33There's a lot of similar names. It's hard. Her mother, Alicia, the mother's hot model boyfriend. I don't know what he does for a living. Her dad, TJ, who is her dadager instead of a momager, who is the freeway contractor, but knows what's up in business. He's very likable. The stepmother Ashley, former call girl, but it's, she's been with the dad for 17 years. And she's produced three half siblings to Alex. So it's like, it's really kind of interesting because she has this, the history of being the other woman. But she was much younger than him when they got together. And she's been like a really good stepmother. And she's also given him three kids. So it's not like she just came last week. So I think there's something very interesting in the stepmom of it all, of like how many years are you expected to, you know, not be included or be disrespected

21:38or stay out of the family photo or whatever it is. So that is all interesting. They're all very natural. They're living their life. They go to the one kids like a question thing. There's two little girls. And one is like, you know, 13 and wearing a full face of makeup and is also trying to be an influencer. Then the other one is kind of like the Chloe Kardashian of it kind of sassy, only 11. She's the most logical one. She great. And then there's like a little boy who's like quirky and cute and into dinosaurs. So that's the story. And I have to say, my sister and I bingeed it. We kind of liked it. It kind of like brought us back to those days of parting. She's very honest. And in it she breaks, she's just broken up with her boyfriend named Braxton. And she's crying talking about him so much. And she even gets drunk, which I, one of my first jokes and sketches was drunk,

22:40drunk, dialing, friends don't let friends dial drunk. In front of like friends don't let friends drive drunk. It's dialed drunk. So she does that, but it's texting and she texts them and for an avenue. She's like, cool, let me do this. And I just want to say, God, I wish I had the knowledge that I have now at the Alexoral age of 25. Because watching this show, I don't even think Braxton is going to watch this show. I really don't. He's a professional football player. He's a babe. He is like, yeah, I will talk to you, but I don't want it to be on camera. And literally she's filming on camera. So I always thought it was cute that he didn't seem to mind. And he would like do the get ready with me. And they look so gorgeous going to like a friends wedding and all that. And he was all down to be with her forever. And he seemed very accommodating. But she felt with her career exploding, she just needed to be self and she break up with him. So then the whole time she's regretting it and talking about him and everything.

23:41And I'm like, you know what? I believe that guys just don't think about us the way we think about them. And I think I know that after being married to a guy for a really long time and raising sons. And listen, they, I just think that when you're at a site, you're out of mind. And I don't think he's pining about her. I think he's got other girlfriends that are like really into him. And I think it's the type of thing where a guy sells a car. He's not like, I want to go visit that car, you know, at its new home every three months just to see how it's doing. No. So sure, if you come around again and the time's right, he might be down. But he is not thinking and pining about you. And but entertainment wise and thinking most of the audience is young girls. It's pretty juicy, pretty interesting. But yeah, like, you know, I think about my old boyfriend sometimes. And I'm like, I don't I wonder if I know I don't think my old boyfriend's even read my book.

24:44And it was about them. I don't think they did. I don't think they, I don't think my husband read my book. I don't think they care. So I don't think he's watching eight episodes of you, Alex, rural. But you were very interesting. 29:23If you weren't with your boyfriend what what other professional football player would you want to be with she asks about her stepmother Ashley's infamous hooker light past and they revealed the show that after that explosive interview they all didn't talk she didn't talk to her family for three months because it put them all in such a bad place and it really put the stepmother in a place of like actually like she kind of loads that she wanted to end it all if you know what I mean. So what we do find out is that Alex Earl asked Alex Cooper to cut that stuff out before airing it and Alex Cooper didn't I think that's a really important thing to know when evaluating the character of these two women because I I've been doing this for 11 years you're like how do we know whatever it's been 11 years and anytime someone that's asked me to cut something out I have. And let me tell you there's been times where someone's telling me something and I'm literally getting wet thinking about the clip and how juicy it is and how much press I'm going to get it and I cannot believe they're telling me this and and I say goodbye and we and I'm like jumping up and down and seven hours later I get the panic text and I honor it they say could we please cut that out yes yes and a lot of people don't do that they are like.

30:52Too bad and they don't have the ethics that I have so I thought that was pretty interesting because it's not like Alex Cooper needed to have a killer episode that week or she was going to lose her contract like yeah sometimes every up sometimes the episode is shorter than you wanted because someone wanted something cut out or it wasn't as juicy as you thought when they were leaving the building that's life like that's being respectful so anyway that was interesting then she Alex Cooper starts her podcast and I'm going to say. That's a great network and she has Alex Earl do it and this is when we finally find out what happened because I have talked about what I thought happened between them on the show quite a bit and the dad who's the dad or tj. Like I said who's very likable as the daddy goes to therapy seems like it's a good husband seems like he's a really good ex husband even though one time she did on his wife like he seems like he really kind of keeps this family in this business together. He basically says hey this you know he kind of explains it with Alex Earl that they got this podcast and they didn't know what to expect but a pair allegedly Alex Cooper's people said here's a camera and go record yourself film it all yourself.

32:13They know help no producer help no booking help I mean it's not like she was doing all herself and then they would split the profit from the ads and then they would take out production costs and he was like what production costs like. We were filming it ourselves we didn't have a crew here we didn't have and she was taking the camera around where she was traveling Alex Earl to film herself doing this podcast now I also think. She must have agreed to that and they probably thought well since you do all of your own tiktoks you could do this while you travel and people would like to see all these different places you're at. I think she just didn't and this is what I've said from the beginning I don't think Alex Earl realized how much work it was how you have to share so much about your life or you run out of things to talk about and maybe you don't want to share that much about your love life and your personal life there was also some talk that. I heard somewhere that Alex Cooper was like it'd be so much better if you're single and dating because that provides so much content to tell stories as you remember Alex Cooper with the original color daddy was like a lot of like Alex Cooper we like hey daddy gang I just went deep on the throw like talking about giving blow jobs and everything all the time and then she switched to like interviewing Kamala Harris and doing other things like that so I think she almost wanted Alex.

33:38Earl to kind of take over that arm of the podcast network where it's like you still want that fun 20 something drunk. Sex funny talk you can go to Alex Earl for that and if you want Oprah you can come to me Alex Cooper so I think she realized and the dad realized this is too much work and too much stress for the little bit of money that we're making when we can make so much money just dancing around in a bikini doing a major brand. And then I also think Alex Cooper was like yeah your numbers aren't as good as we thought these are rights me this is what you have to work harder at you need to get more celebrities on you need to call your own personal friends you need to book it you need to and they're like well my God. My other friend is doing a podcast and he has a producer and he walks into a studio that's beautifully done and shot and filmed and everything and they book him gas and they write down the card so he has questions to ask why am I not getting that. And I think because Alex Cooper came from a place where she kind of self did it all herself she expected that her talent could also do that and so then so what have was Alex Cooper in the show you see this I didn't realize that the course of the timeline but then she just announced like you know Alex.

34:55Alex unwell Alex Cooper network unwell has dropped Alex Earl's podcast so it's sort of looked like Alex Earl was like dropped or fired from lack of performance but it was more like. You know a mutual agreement of not to work together anymore but so then they they have it out and I kind of have it out in that Alex Cooper calls Alex Earl out and is like I don't like that you're liking things she does this video and she's like. Hey enough with liking things that are you know not nice about me there's no NBA girl say what you need to say stop teasing it stop manipulating it and then I think what was interesting is Alex Earl knowing that she's filming the show knowing that this could be really great content having probably a great director and producer going wait a minute don't give your scoop on the screen. You know what I'm going to do is I'm going to give your scoop on your Instagram or TikTok save it for the TV show because I really was watching every single episode going what what are we going to really find out happened and so I do I think Alex Cooper.

36:12I think she could be a little jealous that Alex Earl is so well liked and even though Alex Cooper is well liked and so wealthy and successful. Alex Earl is just so likable and she's done charity work and she started charities now Alex Cooper is like I'm going to give you know pay for people's baby registries because she's about to get birth. I guess they were all the same agency and just a couple weeks ago is announced that Alex Cooper left that agency to go to another top agency. I think she went over to William Morris and so that's interesting that she did it right before the show aired so there's probably some grievances about feeling that the agency wasn't protecting Alex Cooper and more protecting Alex Earl so that was it was juicy and you know I think her sister is kind of dull.

37:20I think she's just a little bit more saddened and saddened but I think the relationship is real and I think they really like each other and it'll be interesting to see what happens next season and if she starts to hold back on her own social media not sharing as much as she should to save it for her TV show will they start going to more events and things. The first year was all of them at home throwing each other around and spinning Courtney on the ground and Chloe picking up or throwing her in the pool and you know and then it was you know Chloe and Kim take Miami or whatever and then they went and you saw them doing all their brand deals and getting more famous and going doing dance with stars and all that other stuff so she's already done dance with starts she's already done a lot. So we might that might be more than next season I think and maybe less of like the little kids and all of that but it's interesting because of the Ashley the step mom who was the hooker light.

38:26What was interesting is like she was already kind of like famous and she said hey I was a waitress and at a nice lounge and someone said you can make a thousand dollars to go on dates with people that's how she presented it which I think is pretty good. It's pretty honest probably some of the dates she didn't have to do much and some of them she didn't she didn't mind and she decided whatever and this was like you know 20 years ago and so she just says it and explains it which I think is good at this point but she loves doing tick tock and social media too and that's kind of interesting to how they come into some arguments where Alex Earl is like hey Ashley step mom like could you not like this was one of the best ones. So during Super Bowl the infamous Super Bowl with bad bunny Alex Earl was there dancing in the background with some other famous people and she got some shit like why is blonde Louie Alex Earl dancing in the background of bad bunny and she was like I don't know they asked me whatever so she just kind of like let that die down because what can you do and then like couple weeks later actually the step mom was like I don't know what I'm doing.

39:40Ashley the step mom is like doing a dance with like writing on it and it's like what you don't know is we have such a diverse family that we have a Guatemalan niece. And Alex Earl is like what like I just let this Super Bowl thing like die down I don't need. This is just so wrong and she's like I understand your intentions were good step mom Ashley but like there's only just draw I mean stirs the pot gets people to dissect it like you really have to think about what you post and what you comment on and I think Ashley the mom is like listen girl I was on the cover of the post before you were. Even knew what the post was like I was the it girl and I remember she would go on like Howard Stern she was very unapologetic about it which was kind of cool so it's oftentimes what I said about about Monica Lewinsky.

40:41With President Clinton I mean years ago I just was like wow talk about being a had your time I mean if there was a girl that hadn't a fair with Obama the way she did who was an intern that girl would be a Kardashian today that girl would have a whole career so I feel like. If the Ashley story happened with the governor of New York if that had happened even like 5 8 years ago Ashley could have been as big as Alex Earl today and I think that is what's also an interesting layer along with them all functioning as mother stepmother friends getting you know but it was interesting because there's one time where they're all sitting around with the original mom. And the stepmom and stepmother says to Alex and her sister she goes you guys just get out there and date and just realize that all men cheat I'm sorry they all do and the mother is there. She's like all men cheat they just do and it was just so funny and I don't feel like those things were planned like I feel like they have a lot of dinners and a lot of meals and they're just really you really see what their family is like so I think it's a big hit I found it to be fun to watch.

48:55innocent by reason of insanity and then one hold out said no and he is a man which is interesting because a lot of this story seems to be somewhat gender like people that don't really know what's going on was like how are these women you know supporting this woman who admitted to ending three or children's lives right you know in a postpartum depression and like what is wrong with society today and I understand when you don't follow a case and we were told from the moment it happened I remember when it happened oh my god this is horrible yes woman did this she admitted it and then tried and you know and try to underlife it is now wheelchair bound and now here's the case and so first it starts with you know well is she guilty did she really plan it knew did you really know what she was doing a postpartum psychosis so that was a verse and then this started to go of like wait a minute the going to the restaurant doing the errands that Patrick did leaving this timeline the Apple watch and when people

50:01were following it as much as I and they're like all right just explain to me like what happened I'll say it's not like three things it's like 74 different things and there's even more that's come out right now that there's been a mistrial her the the jurace have said you know that he admitted the one person that held out that he did have reasonable doubt whether she's guilty or not but he wasn't willing to say not guilty by reason of sanity he just wasn't and that's what really pissed off reddington her attorney because he was like well that he's not following the rules and the judge was like there's nothing I can do it's a country he's also saying maybe Trump will pardon her which is very bizarre because it's not a federal crime so you know that was strange and when asked about Patrick he said I think it's just been horrible what he's been going through but he didn't say this is a ridiculous anybody that's assuming that he had anything to do with it other than finding her on the ground is you know

51:10insane people and they're just thousands of insane people that spent hours watching this that are questioning it he just said what he's been through is horrible which is true right whatever that might be so I will say going back to what you were talking about with the 11 to 1 and it being a man and obviously I feel like everybody already assumed that it was a man but what was what really sort of out about that to me is that he wasn't looking at the evidence in the same way that the rest of the people were and that was something that really bothered the three female jurors who were in there they were like he was not taking his time to look at the evidence so that really stood out to me and everything is moving and changing so fast with the case that even this morning there was another interview on CBS mornings with Gail King did you watch that tell me okay because now my opinion that's changed on everything in the last 24 hours so Kevin Reddington was on CBS this CBS this morning and they were talking about the fact that everyone keeps accusing Patrick and that Reddington has not been very clear on his stance like he's been sort of a base of about it and today he was very clear about the fact that he needs to be left alone he's been a good husband to Lindsay so I feel you know is this now just a simple as postpartum psychosis there's all of the

52:29or is he just a tired attorney who just doesn't want to even step his foot into this thing and also by even saying hey these these things don't add up and let me look into it it doesn't make him look like a good attorney then because he took all this evidence and and assumed you know laid it out and assumed it and all these things where people are like oh no he does he does suspect this and that's why he's doing these weird little things and making him pick up something with his left hand or his right hand and I I mean I just think he's a tired attorney who was hired to do a job yeah he very much wanted it to end and now he's in a position where he'll look horrible if he doesn't do the next trial right you know it when there's been retrials in the past miss trials take manendez brothers for example it benefited the prosecution and they knew what to do and the prosecutor the DA was like you better not lose this one we already lost

53:36OJ we already lost this like so I don't you know without the idea of the third party like pointing like hey maybe it maybe it wasn't how it was said then you know the prosecution might even have a better advantage I don't know right and going I guess going back to the Trump of it all as well is that how is she going to have a fair trial when the president of the United States regardless of how you feel about him is saying she's guilty how I feel like that oh he has said that yeah he said that in an interview oh I think it was the day of the miss trial he said she's guilty it's a horrible situation so obviously that influences a lot of people in their decision as if there weren't already enough people who were obviously following the trial as is yeah so I believe his intention is going to be to have Trump connect with the DA because apparently he's a Republican too that's what Reddington said just to basically say I don't know yeah lay off back down don't run through this all over again yeah I think he just wants it to end I think he's just like if there's any way it could just and she could just go to a psych ward

58:03high the biggest thing in the timeline is not being able to nail down exactly when he left the house which they were able to lock down exactly when he returned because they showed through digital data on the witness stand that he pulled in at six oh nine when it was before six oh seven he got to CVS at six thirty two and it was only a three minute drive from the home so he only would have had to leave at six twenty nine and he says that he left he says that he left at six fifteen so and then there was the email that he sent from the home at six twenty four which he said he was sent from his surface pro which reddington got him to say from your laptop from the house from the house it's alluded to through the question and him saying from your laptop so people believe I believe that he did not leave the house until the soon as six twenty five so and he wouldn't have to have left until six twenty nine so ultimately the time that she was alone with the children was somewhere between or a lone period actually was somewhere between fourteen and twenty four minutes to do all of this so it's and the life of the three three children and then to smash up her pills and drink it and lemonade

1:00:35going to guess the end where the truth comes out so this we're not pointing fingers anything we're just saying we're watching this and we're acting like we're writing a movie what do you what do you think is possibly could could have happened which is not what was presented in the case I'm going to be honest again everything changed for me today I don't know if you want to watch that or not because I don't want you to be like behind no I think it's just basically was but he's he's he's he's never said it was him I don't that's what I'm saying I don't think the the defense attorney ever I don't know that the defense attorney ever really thought it and I think he's kind of like oh shit I'd ever put all these clues together either so by by acting like you kind of have to stick with your plan right so I guess like I said in my opinion when I was watching his interview today it was the first time that I ever saw Reddington sort of be like very clear about the fact that it was post postpartum psychosis and to leave Patrick alone basically so for me everything up until now has very much so

1:01:43felt like he was leaving room for interpretation but then I was like was he just doing his job isn't that what he's supposed to do prove reasonable doubt of course during a murder trial he's not going to come forward and say he did it or it's not him but I guess before to before this morning I was very much show in the gray area and I have allowed myself to go back and forth between the two of them but with the amount of evidence that seems to point towards it not being her is it really just that the police did that bad of a job that they could make it look like it was completely different person that had done this but yeah before today I guess as far as a theory would go and I think the reason that this has resonated with so many women across the world is that so many women have experienced being in a relationship with someone that this man appears to be like narcissistic or being gaslit or not being as helpful or her taking all the responsibilities and so they're noticing something that feels off or familiar

1:02:53which I have recognized as well and I guess you know even her saying at certain points I saw myself doing it people were like did she see herself doing it or she heard the voice was he talking through those cameras that had been turned off like if she already was not well how impressionable was she during all of this happening before today I would say I was convinced that most of this happened before he left the house and that if there was something where she saw herself doing it was there another person in the house who looks like her what you know like and his wife right looks just like her right and then there's a lot of I mean there's a lot of evidence in that puts he and his now wife when they allegedly weren't didn't know each other they both happen to be in Costa Rica at the same time

1:03:57which was very interesting how the internet found that one right one girl was in Costa Rica took a photo on her Facebook page and took a group photo and tagged his now wife and then they realized he was in Costa Rica at the same time he wasn't in the photo but he was was in that a coincidence and then looking for the apartment in New York and securing it and putting the house in an LLC and having his good friend who was also part of the D8's office eventually buy it now you know other people don't care that crimes happen in a house and if he could get a good deal he could get a good like there are things that you can explain away that are very circumstantial and so is all of this circumstantial uh yeah I guess but then you put it all together the way she falls out of the the thing the fact that this the um window right the the screen

1:04:59if being said he said it was cut then it wasn't it was not cut um the way the blood was splattered the bed was moved a certain way uh wouldn't she have not fallen that way why was her hair wet why was her temperature as low as that if she was there that it like um right it would have not been that low or something so like did you know did it all happen before yes he left I do still have questions of course because yeah how is her hair soaking wet um that was one of the first things that I thought as well the way that her body was found in the position that she was in does not seem to correlate with someone who jumped but then someone could say maybe after she did that to her kid she took a shower and in the shower she decided to end her life and that's why I got what I go back to the timeline right how is someone doing all of this in 14 to 24 minutes it doesn't that I mean it doesn't it doesn't add up to

1:06:02me then the call the call like where are the calls were coming from um as far as when he was at the CVS store right asking like it was that he called any at said they don't have the um the kind of pdl acts that you want we'll just get the generic but then he did find the do what what again that could happen all of a sudden you don't think you're not looking and then you'd go oh actually they do have the one I want okay fine but that mattered because of the timeline too right yes and I think a lot of his testimony to me just presented him as an unreliable narrator and him talking about that that he went into the store he called Lindsay Lindsay does so she doesn't answer his phone so he's standing there during all this time then she calls him back at CVS at CVS he says that they don't have it but then he comes home with it and you can see it clearly through the CVS bags that was one of the things earlier on that grabbed my attention as well because it's like you're repeating this story on the stand that they don't have it not that you found it and the

1:07:07only reason anybody even knows this is because of internet sleuths basically being like wait a second that's actually what he said he couldn't find and then he came home with it there's just a lot of holes in his story and then what about the changing of clothes and the boots and the shoes so my thing is explain that why it's why people yeah are like why is he wearing a different outfit at CVS on the surveillance camera and a different outfit at the pickup food place when he was doing those errands back to back when I initially got locked into the case and seeing the inconsistencies all I cared about was the timeline and seeing if it made sense and it didn't make sense to me and I presented it to everyone and that video blew up and you got 20 million 20 million views from that and obviously that's at the very beginning of the case so as things come out during the course of the case the timeline changes are they proof things to be wrong after that video had blown up I was my biggest request that I was getting was to watch the trial from the beginning and break it

1:08:07down into like little five minute increments for people to be able to understand and I made it a point when I was doing that to only go off of what was presented in court because I wanted that's at the end of the day what matters not if someone is doing a brats stall recreation of what they believe happened I was like the facts are actually what matters so I saw that and I'm aware of it but I just wouldn't let that into my mind or subscribe to it because I didn't want it to affect with the actual fact in the trial nor the prosecutor nor the defense ever said hey wait I just want to know why is your sweater different and why did you go from boots to tennis shoes right that wasn't that never came up in so to do so the when we see him at you went to CBS first and then the restaurant or the restaurant then CBS he went to CBS first so he goes to CBS first to get the pdl acts he also buys the skittles there and in that one he's wearing boots yes then we go to the

1:09:10restaurant where he waits in line to pick up his food and in that one he's wearing tennis shoes right and a different or not which shoes were in which clip but I remember at 3v restaurant was when people saw him unzip the entire code as opposed to in the first clip it was the three quarter so and then there were times where people were like is it even the same person could it be his best friend and so that was all very confusing but because nobody said hey why'd your sweater change and he said and he could say oh because when I was driving to CBS I was eating skittles and they were on down my no you didn't eat the skittles as they were on they were undone or were they done the skittles yeah I don't know that we know what happened to the skittles but the skittles were in the bag at the house oh where I'm not sure about that I remember seeing the skittles I something about the skittles or it's on the you know but maybe it was just the skittles were on the receipt but they weren't to be found okay so then a crazy

1:10:14one that people got very mad at me if someone said for whatever reason people that are like marathon runners their little trick is skittles because there's like an enormous amount of like energy and sugar whatever that will give you just enough to like keep going right and he ran marathons yeah so did his new wife Rachel but he never allegedly didn't meet even though there's a photo of them from before he even married his wife is that photo legit is it AI is it whatever I don't know these are just all the things people have found that make you go huh but because nobody brought up that and he never said on the stand no I changed my sweater because I spilled on myself or I had an extra one in the car and I realized it was stained and I changed it at a spotlight whatever I you know wanted to change my boots to more comfortable shoes then you're saying because that was

1:11:15never presented you're like I'm not gonna and really address that but it's weird right it is weird I tried my best to ignore a lot of those things some of the things I did think were crazy that people were saying yes that he had skittles and ran home and then ran back so like that theory would be that he got the skittles at CVS ran with the tennis shoes did whatever he had to do yeah then ran back changed his sweater and and then got the food yeah and then looked on the phone at the the the camera or that's when he got the message saying hey somebody's outside of your what it looks like somebody is laying by the side of your house like his neighbor said it's like the son the neighbor's son called the neighbor who owned the house and that neighbor had Patrick's and said what so I know that the neighbor the neighbor's son texted him at 5.50 and that's when

1:12:21he said that he spotted her outside on the ground Patrick arrived home at 609 but the but the son never thought to like call the police I know I just told his dad and then the dad didn't think to also call the police just said I'll just call the husband I didn't even know that he called the husband I just believed that I knew that he had done that interview because if he did call the if he did call or text Patrick I would assume that the first place Patrick would have gone when he arrived home was out back right um but yeah I don't know so 650 she or sorry 550 she was for sure outside on the ground I guess my question to with when he actually left the house also is there's ring camera from whether it's that neighbor or someone along the road from where the house is to where CVS is to be able to say exactly when he left the house I don't know why

1:13:22that sort of being left for interpretation um there were rumors online and again I don't know how accurate it is but there were rumors online that the neighbor did turn in their ring camera footage and that they never heard or saw about it again so yeah I mean you also kind of wonder in an all is that there are people that are lazy about their jobs and it's an open and shut case she did it it's consistent to what the husband said she told him and now she's telling everybody in the hospital same thing all right like you know what I mean like I just yes they should have done a better job but I mean could that be it why they didn't investigate more is because they they weren't doing a cover-up or anything they were just really like we're done you know why do we have to you know so many times that happens when someone's like I swear to God my daughter didn't end her life

1:14:23right and the husband's like no she did and then like four years later they exume the body and they look again and they're like who would have said this the gunshot was from behind or whatever yeah and you're like oh well because you know he said that she was depressed and there was a typed letter and everyone did this but it you know so it's like I this isn't the first time that something's been presented that just and obviously that became a running joke throughout especially the end of the trial everybody was saying because Patrick said yeah Patrick said was the reason why a lot of the decisions were made and for example the what was it the the residue on the inside of the cup was never tested so they never actually confirmed that whatever was crushed up inside of her cup was actually medication it was a lemonade was it just a powder from something else nobody actually knows because they never tested it and they're reasoning for not testing it was well Patrick said so they definitely did not do

1:15:27things that they were supposed to do because it just it does give the impression of like you know it's a boys club or we just believe him or we know him or I don't know if it's a small town just not being or also just you believe him and it's such a horrific horrific story that you want to get the questioning over with him you want you know him to please go like go to go to Costa Rica go to Europe like you have no family left like your story is horrific you know she's in a wheelchair she's in a hospital she's going to be a waiting trial so they just they like I said they just this is what we were told you know like when it's a suicide and it turns out that it's not um and you have to in the family members have to like fight for it but I also think everybody went into that trial her parents and his parents and everybody else and herself believing this

1:16:28story to be 100% true that she was the only one responsible for the most horrific thing it could ever happen yeah I do think one of the most interesting parts of the trial was definitely her mother-in-law taking this stand because I mean I know girls who their mother-in-law would throw them under the bus for much less so the fact that she was up there saying that how amazing of a mother she was to her kids was really poignant to me I think that in that too like as you think about how sad that must have been for grandparents to like you you know your whole life for the first six years or whatever was just helping to raise grandchildren and now not having all those next 30 years of your life to be involved I don't know if they have other children that have other kids but like that part is so sad and to be at that place but maybe the mom got to that place too because it had been two years right because her son does have the potential he's now married to a

1:17:29fertility doctor no less well she allegedly also did not go to their wedding the mother his mother did yeah which is interesting to the new wife right you might wonder or you or even if you even if you believe again the most everything happened at the hands of the mother you might have been like my son wasn't what he he he wasn't there to prevent this he wasn't doing all he could he was going on trips he was you know only taking the easiest oldest child around you know and I believe she also said on the witness stand that she did advise them for for her not to be left alone with the children but Patrick testified that they weren't told that by anyone right and just knowing that like your son was just lazy and that you were like I told you so like I warned you and so I think that's why and again I said this from the very start I think if Lindsey Clancy was not

1:18:35a paraplegic from the waist down paralyzed in a wheelchair I don't think this case would be anywhere near where it is you think 100% because right away when it first started and we just believe the story 100% we had no questions I I've said this to you know a few people and they're like you're right it's just I you know when other women have been on trial for ending their kids' lives whatever that is and there's been a few what one which is still like a questionable one she's doing life it was the story I don't know if you knew it but this woman was in Texas she was married she had three kids and her two she fell asleep on the couch with her two little boys and it was like a nice neighborhood and she said she woke up to a man in her house stabbing the kids and she too was stabbed and her baby and her husband were upstairs and they convicted her they said no there was

1:19:38no stranger that came in and it was you and she's still in prison to the stay saying I'm innocent there's like 30 years ago this was like 30 years ago and there was one moment where it was the boy's birthday and she's had been arrested yet and she goes to the grave and she sprays silly string on their grave and the media person caught that and it went viral and it looked like she was laughing and having fun but what they didn't see is that she had cried and done all the stuff before and that the end was like they loved silly string and like this is their birthday but that's all they showed so it looked like she was celebrating and but there was you know enough evidence that they said no she did it and whatever the reasons were we're not very strong and people innocence projects this stuff have tried to get her out and she's done documentaries and done interviews I'm still claiming to be innocent and that this is a story that happened but it's a bizarre story and so I think with with that that woman was an attractive blonde woman

1:20:46and there's something about if you know she couldn't go on and have another life and have other children and get another great husband if she was to get out yeah I just just don't think this I think she's already confined to a wheelchair she also tried to enter life she didn't throw the the kids and lock them in their car seats and push them down the river because she was dating somebody and then claimed that you know a black man carjacked her like Susan Smith who still is behind bars like it wasn't that it was like no matter what no matter even if again believing that she did it she was suffering she tried to be a good mom she you know was misdiagnosed yeah and then also the lawsuit that they both are suing the medical professionals yeah that story they won't win that case if he did it right if he did it then they then the medical professionals

1:21:53didn't fail her the only way they could win that money is if they failed her to the point where she became psychotic and did it and didn't mean to do it I guess that's the thing too is if this is just as simple as she had postpartum psychosis and she did this it all goes back to the fact that she spent months seeking out medical professionals and suicide hotlines and medication and was reaching out to everyone around her to try to get help yeah so then it becomes a bigger conversation of and I think what Reddington is trying to prove or say now is this person was seeking all the help in the world and it wasn't provided for them and this was the result of that so now what well the craziest thing that happened is let's talk about the the news that came out that allegedly people believe they found Patrick's Reddit name yes how does someone go about finding that

1:23:00do you know I don't I believe it was maybe from his email his email address oh okay yeah and and that just this news is like within the last day or two yeah maybe 48 hours and you put this together I didn't put this together just put this so many so many so many so many else put this together and his name allegedly was willy dream world and he's just on using Reddit as almost like you know what it's used for hey on Reddit I'm moving to Oregon what's the best city to live in with the best price it's like there's stuff like that and then there's you know darker reddit subgroups yeah but some are just like very helpful you know so he would go and ask questions and like what are the ones that you that this person highlighted that thought it was the very interesting it out to me we're actually at the bottom of this you can actually see the day of the murders this one says

1:24:01warning signs for seizure started with five already done to 2.5 so basically he's asking a lot of questions about her drugs and what it could result if taken wrongly or different doses or whatever and so someone would then say why is he asking these questions on a reddit page when you could just go to her right her doctor and ask unless you wanted no one to know that you were asking these questions yes and what would this knowledge how would the knowledge benefit you knowing it and you know without your doctor knowing that you asked it and so again allegedly some people think maybe he was messing with her meds right without her knowing which was a question of mine at the time being that in her drawer in the night stand there were all of these empty pill bottles and a lot of them were prescribed or some of them were prescribed days maybe weeks before this all transpired

1:25:03and she notoriously did not overuse her pills she documented every single pill that she took how many milligrams and what side effects that she was experiencing from it because she was paranoid about not wanting to take the wrong thing or becoming addicted to them so it's interesting that then she has a nightstand full of empty pill bottles that also was there after the police search had concluded those were only found because Kevin Reddington went to the home and did a search of the home and then there also was another bag of pills that were in Patrick's car as well there's a lot of stuff that's just there much but the most shocking thing to me was and this was on the 24th so the day of the murders it says eventually the realtor were want to enter a new address to add contacts so there's something to do with creating a form or something for an open house he wasn't a real estate agent so what is he doing on the day of the murders looking that up

1:26:10so that you know yeah like he's trying to figure out how he'll sell this house I mean that's how it would appear to me so maybe he was going to think maybe he was thinking you know I'm going to try to sell it myself which again that makes sense he was looking to move to New York like someone will also argue he was maybe planning on getting divorced not any kids life getting ducks in a row anyone would tell a woman you know plans plan ahead if you are ready to leave yes you know figure it out so you know if and so if he was having a fair or not maybe he was just knowing that he was not going to continue this life with her and he wanted out so that I'm just saying but yeah that's suspicious and then he was deleting that yeah when did he start deleting them like in the last 48 hours so I don't so as soon as people started reporting on this so also it was it's a grown-in sky on TikTok and she started telling people before she sort of got everything herself and started reporting on it

1:27:13but sky put all of this together and as soon as she said the name all the sudden everything went down but they don't know the name which is called willing dream world yeah dream walled sorry yeah I don't know but yeah she had already pulled everything people had started doing their their research people are a lot more educated on how to pull this stuff than I am as far as they know websites that you can go to to pull things that have been deleted so people have been doing that as well and they've been cross checking it and this account is linked to an email that says Patrick W. Clancy at whatever his email address is yeah and there's also a Twitter Twitter account which I didn't really look into or see anything that was standing out that felt incriminatory to me but just those couple things especially being at the time that they are is just it's just bizarre like and not to be woo or whatever but I'm not a person who believes in I don't believe in coincidences so yeah so just

1:28:17to see all like you said at the beginning if there's one or two things that are off it's like it's off but there's so many things throughout this entire thing that just don't make sense yeah I mean I don't know that we'll ever know you know it's like OJ it was all down to a timeline too until DNA came in and they were like we got it down we got the you can't deny the DNA but you know the the jury just it was too boring it was too hard to follow it was too new and they you know were taken by the defense and you know that's why it's that's why OJ got off like it it was shocking to all of them but they without the DNA there was questionable timeline things in that because I remember that case so well of like someone saw the bronco crossing the street and you know and and Kato heard that the three things as he probably jumped

1:29:22over the wall but that's where the the glove was found but then did a racist detective drop that glove in this and that but the the blood that was like there was all proof of the DNA and they just were like it was too new now if someone says there's DNA proof we're all like well then it's done because we understand DNA but back then yeah that is a whole another thing though because I believe his DNA is on the bands and then hers was in or it was inconclusive yeah with the kids I also feel like when people were talking about the apple watch and the surface pro and all that to me that was also it was also confusing like I was like okay so just explain it to layman so you're saying that he presented himself as her searching these things or that he took the watch with him or that he didn't take the watch with him or that she took the apple watch off like I I was confused

1:30:23by what people were insinuating when they would talk about that so she took off the watch at 523 and so this is where it all again it's another point where it gets weird she takes off the watch at 523 he sends that email from his surface pro at 524 and so he left the house early as 525 so why is she taking off the watch right before when she they were able to have people on the witness stand who said specifically if something was from the you know apple watch or if it was from her phone and when she's going up the stairs and but I don't again I tried not to go into the conspiracy of it all with people saying did you see this person in the gray sweats are sweatshirt and it looked like they handed him something and that was the watch and right but I do think it's weird yeah at this store there was somebody somebody saw this person that could be a man or a woman in a gray sweatshirt and it looked like he could be handed something but I also agree I was like if that

1:31:26was really the case why wouldn't you just go I'm gonna leave it behind in the back of this aisle why would you have to actually go and give it to him so I agree there was thumps but you know and then there's just people that do this know that this was a hot topic you know it was like a big thing that people were talking about but now that it's a mistrile and stuff I know that my audience a lot of people like to just move on right like wherever when the UFOs were over New Jersey and we just are like whatever Epstein files all right yeah like are we just gonna what's gonna happen with this like but it's it's just like fascinating and there's just like I said there's so many I mean I hope somebody takes it and and really does do a documentary about it or a movie or something and like utilizes all this stuff and then people can just take it for what it is but I think with

1:32:26the legality of everything now everyone's just like scared because there's this big legal case that up against the medical professionals also is that a way for Reddington for them to prevail and for writing now I don't know but lawyers get paid right is that something that he is was like I'll take a lower fee or I won't charge you a whole amount I'll wait till you win this case or I'll help you win that case and get it again no one can win that case if Patrick did it that's true they will not win this medical case that's true this malpractice situation the only way that you can win is that she did not get the medical professional help that she needed and because of that she became psychotic because of that she did this horrible crime and that was something that Reddington was going into in his first interview the one he did first which was good morning
