I just love this show.

It's so good and it's because they're poor.

It is.

And then I started thinking, I'm like, they're in like four seasons.

What is their paycheck?

I'm feeling like for an entire season maybe like 60,000.

They're four seasons.

Yeah, so they probably just renegotiate.

Usually I feel like they sign on for three seasons.

So maybe this is the first season they're starting to get money.

I still don't think they have it, but that's what makes it like authentic.

It makes it, you know, all living in the same dorm.

And it is so dorm style.

that have been on reality TV for a long time.

Because I feel like someone like Kyle,

like, she never takes any risks.

And she kind of always looks the same,

but it's always a miss.

Like she, and she only tries to take a risk at the reunion.

And it's like, she's like, okay,

let's wear this white dress.

And the risk will be adding that black collar.

Okay, so let's talk Southern hospitality reunion seating.

So from the bottom left side,

we have Molly, TJ, Mia, Brad, Joe, Maddie.

Okay, I approve.

Like fine, then we have Leva,

Emmy, Michaels, Lake,

Grace Lilly, thank God and Justin.

This makes sense to me.

It's really interesting that we were introduced

to that whole storyline with Grace Lilly

and we still had no follow-up with that.

It's also like we're only on episode seven

and they're already shooting the reunion.

It feels early in the season.

I think at the little 11 of summer house,

we haven't shot the reunion yet.

That's a different ballpark.

I'm just saying, usually it's around a little bit later in the season,

which makes me wonder, is this a shorter season?

Is it adding season?

I think we're halfway.

Okay, so you think we have like 14 episodes?

I just feel like they don't usually shoot it halfway

through the season.

It's usually towards the back half,

only what two weeks ago did we do Beverly Hills?

And we're on the finale.

I wonder, okay, here's a conspiracy.

and Southern hospitality reunion days.

Today's 16th, remember they said they were hearing

summer house might be the 15th.

So today was really supposed to be summer house,

but then they were like, no, no,

we need a little bit more time.

Because I also don't know if you heard

the radio and Eclip from his show the other day,

but he said that they are cutting the episode still.

So we are getting re-edited episodes,

which is crazy, which makes me believe

there are things on the cutting room floor

that now they're like, well,

maybe there's a little bit more to this.

Don't tell me something happened last summer.

My heart can't handle it.

It's just like that moment that Mia said

that I'm watching what happens live.

That is just sticking out to me because what does she know?

What does she know?

I know and then she subconsciously has me saying a fair.

I mean, you're the one that said it.

I didn't mean to.

I think I don't know anymore.

I don't know.

Also, yesterday, Wes put an Instagram story,

like happy birthday mom.

And I don't know if his mom has Instagram or anything,

but like he didn't tag her,

which I imagine if he tagged her right now,

people would be weird.

But I'm like, does your mom even have social media?

I just feel like everything he's doing

is so strategic.

I'm a nice guy.

I'm shouting out my mom happy birthday.

I mean, I do think he probably is a nice friend

and he probably does have some good qualities to him,

but he's getting exposed everywhere left and right

that it's like the mom birthday one does feel like

a ploy for sympathy,

mostly because like,

do you have to post a happy birthday to your mom?

Do you have to post a happy birthday to your partner?

You know, we know Kyle didn't call Carl or text him

on his brother's passing,

but did post a story about Lindsey,

because Lindsey would be upset

if there wasn't a story about her for her birthday.

Right, right.

You know, do you feel the need

when it's your birthday, Mary?

Oh, no.

That's just not important to me.

Yeah, so it does feel a little

performative to just do that.

Or maybe it's also a little reminder,

like, hi, I'm still a human who has a mom.

He's an OBGYN.

She's very well known and very progressive.

Remember that about me?

Does he have any siblings?

I believe he has a brother.

Okay, because we haven't really talked about the sibling thing.

I believe Amanda also has a brother, right?

She's one of two and he's one of two and Kyle's one of two.

They all have brothers.

We met Kyle's brother on that one.

I start to spiral per usual, like, another day for me.

But I start to think too of like being

peripherally connected to all these people,

like, not me, but the siblings

or like their friend, group, or whatever.

And then starting to try to detective,

okay, well, was that night?

Do you think?

And, you know, as fans,

they're all looking for little pieces or little clues.

But I'm thinking, like, what if you actually have

like somewhat tangible evidence?

Yeah, I'm sure a lot of people do.

I know.

And who really knew?

I think it was pretty low profile.

I just feel like Jesse heard that they had a kiss.

I just feel like that, okay?

Not my boy, Jesse Solomon.

Justice for none of the girls knew.

None of the girls knew.

And obviously, Kyle didn't know.

I think Jesse is the only person

that could have maybe known a little something.

Maybe he's denying it.

When Mia talked about on Watch What Happens Live,

I was like, how long has Sierra had an inkling for?

And who on the cast has she talked to about it?

Because them all, like,

vehemently denying it.

Because they're like, there's absolutely

just no way our two friends would ever do this.

And just almost gaslighting Sierra.

No, I think you're being like,

I think you're being a little cuckoo right now.

Like, that would be crazy.

Could you imagine Amanda?

Amanda would never do something like that.

And so then I'm like, did the cast all talk to Sierra

about this at some point?

Said, no, no, no, no, no.

And then things started adding up.

And then they were like,

so if they're talking about it,

well, there are rumors about it,

but there's just no way.

There's just no way.

I think Sierra found out about it first.

And then she was the one that, including Kyle.

But Kyle was saying, like, she kind of said,

like, she's waiting for me to find out on my own

without telling me all the details.

Because again, too,

these could all just be maybe, maybe that happened.

But as soon as one piece connects,

then they all start to connect.

Was that snow day that really set off

the fire signals for the bravo community?

And you know, when I say again,

it happens with this show too,

but all the younger bravo shows,

find my friends always gets you in trouble.

Telling you, I don't want people to have my location.

A very, this very instance in Southern hospitality

was how they figured it out.

You should not share your locations with people.

Don't trust your friends.

Having someone's location is not that big of a deal

until you're doing something shady.

hour user of AI, I'm surprised that you don't know how to do more.

I often have to ask the AI how to do these things.

but are they going to be able to like retain customers because people tried the product

and they want to keep it going.

I'm so curious.

And, you know, obviously, you hope anyone's business does well.

Correct, but also like you said too.

Or is this just delaying the inevitable?

Does he have maybe like another year of capital and then once this scandal kind of dies down,

does the success of Love or Boy also die down?

Or is it like double the trouble because he's going to have in the city

and he's going back to the summer house?

What will it be like seeing Kyle single on TV?

Now, I know we've seen him pretend to be single, but he's always been coupled up.

But what is a single Kyle like?

Do people want to see that?

Do you want to see that?

I feel like we need him back in the summer house to see him send it.

Also, he was quite charming and personable and person as well.

He's always been lovely.

The problem is they're all lovely.

I don't know one bad interaction that I can really think of off the top of my head right now.

When you see these people from their standpoint, it makes sense to always be nice to people

because when you have publications or do Moa or all these things that are like trying to catch

people candidly, the worst thing about your reputation was you having a bad day.

No, completely, completely.

So yeah, but I think I do want to see him single and I'm like weirdly rooting for him even

though I should be hating him right now.

I know why I already told you what I want to happen.

And that's for Kyle to go to the house single.

Wested Amanda still be there because I just want to feel the awkwardness and then Sierra in the city.

So I do need to know the breakdown of what's going to happen.

I would love to be behind these scenes.

I also wonder two of the editing room right now.

Are we going to get less of Kyle being an asshole?

Are we going to get a part down fight of Kyle a Carl?

We know we still have what five episodes left.

We know that fight is coming.

But is it going to become such a non-factor now because of what we're actually looking for?

Don't want them necessarily to touch these episodes.

I want them to leave the things as is because I know the season was going to be amazing before that.

But now I'm like just at an extra season of,

did you look at that?

And it's just clips of Amanda and West throughout the season.

Like a bonus.

That would be very interesting.

It's just called like, he sat on me.

Part one, part two, part three.

Like whatever it is, I don't necessarily need the originals to be messed with.

Or super size the episodes, but don't change the already made episode.

Just keep adding into it.

I'd also be very curious how late they edit these in general.

Like they probably have a basis of what they're going to do for the season.

And then as the audience reaction is going, they probably add in certain things.

So this could be their norm.

He recently joined Threads and he has been threading it.

He was in the studio doing a diss track.

I'm like, let him perform it at the reunion.

I hope there's a feature of Jesse Solomon on it.

Okay, so this episode was called SIP Happens.

We're in that blue room.

We're getting ready for our shifts.

And Joe makes this comment because Maddie is like looking at Michaels

and he's like, I was, she looked at me that way because as of right now,

We have the surf weeners juxtaposed to Republic where they're talking about the sip and see.

That is the same day.

Maddie is in the same outfit.

The girls are in the same outfit talking about this event,

which is the same day after Mia and Justin have gone on their date.

Don't try to mess with me continuity.

I'm watching you.

I'm glad you caught that because I did not.

Are we pretending these are different days?

What are we doing here?

They don't usually work well, but I can pick up because I happen to have watched the episode

before this to remind myself what had happened.

Also, they always run these marathons, so that feels dumb to do that.

And then Justin, he's on thin ice too because Jordan is mad at him.

and is now dating Charlie.

And so actually, this kind of goes with the continuity of the episode because

when Molly and Lake were talking about it, they were talking about Justin and Mia.

And I was like, wait, have Justin and Mia even gone on a date yet?

Or are we talking about just from the cabin?

We're talking about the cabin with them.

Okay.

Yeah, because Molly's like, I don't even remember them kissing.

And Lake is like, no, they kiss and Molly was sleeping.

So obviously she never saw a kiss.

But I'm getting annoyed with Lake because Lake was like, you were there.

Jordan is your friend.

You Lake is overcorrecting her friendship.

Defense because of what happened with Michaels.

But she's actually making everything much worse.

Like, I don't actually understand where she's coming from.

And I have to remember she is so young.

She looks so young compared to a lot of the cast.

Even though it's probably only like a couple of years.

But like, she is messy.

She's fresh out of college.

So I feel like,

Emmy and Lake are kind of the villains.

Yeah, that would be clear.

I believe that there's no other villain outside of Emmys for that number one position.

Right. And then, of course, they're really good friends too.

Of course, right.

Of course, because she chose Emmy over Brad.

Yes, there's this one Emmy moment.

I have to laugh because we were kind of Emmy-free for a lot of this episode.

Her showing up after this T-bone accident, I was like, no.

She's still king.

She is there on a mission to get her camera time and to get her points across.

Emmy said, let a T-bone stop me from filming.

No, I'm a professional, professional gas lighter.

But I'm a professional.

But then they also show the footage.

And she's in like Joe's truck.

Like, she's in this huge ass truck that has some scratches on it.

I bet the other car was probably worse then.

But it was funny that you just take the night off.

You might be in shock.

Maybe you have some whiplash.

We don't really know.

And she's like, I'm showing up for my spotlight.

She also has this moment too where they're talking about the siphoncy

and my continuity error day of the rain.

And she goes, oh my god, I love our,

I almost went to high point college for interior design.

And then military school.

I'm like, open the schools.

Open the schools.

But I almost went to high point for interior design.

Oh, you almost did?

Right.

Does that mean you got in or you didn't?

I almost went to Harvard, but I didn't apply.

I just, all right, San Diego State girls.

Threw in through delta gammas.

That's what we am as our sister Amanda.

Our T.J. sister Amanda.

Oh, god.

You guys, I am like praying.

Oh, the summer house show has really rock some boats trying to keep it nautical.

By setting her anchor down with her new partner, West Wilson,

I still cannot believe they're actually dating.

I just, I can't.

Okay, let's talk about Michael's modeling.

This manager want to fuck him.

I feel like this manager is very into Michael's.

Am I the only one getting that vibe?

I didn't pick up on them.

But I thought it was very interesting because like last season we had seen a

storyline about his mother.

And it feels like because of the show, they were able to rebuild because she didn't like what

she saw on the show.

And you know, he's like, she comes to visit sometimes.

Sometimes she gives me money.

That's nice.

And he's having his big food or shoot day.

He's so excited to share it with her calls around the FaceTime and she will not pick up.

So then he calls her regular and she basically won't film.

And this moment broke my heart.

I thought this was so sad because he just wanted to share his experience with his mom.

And I feel like he's been yearning for this moment for her to be proud of him

and accept him for who he fully is.

And this to him would have like closed the loop on that and she couldn't do it.

But I also think she doesn't want to film at all.

And he has to respect that boundary from her.

No.

I'm sorry.
