Fantastic. Welcome to the I Love Seeville Show, guys. My name is Jerry Miller, and you are watching and listening to right now, the Water Cooler of Content and Conversation in Charlottesville and Almar County and across this region we call Central Virginia. Roughly 300,000 people make up this region we call Central Virginia. And this show Monday through Friday on the I Love Seeville Network. This show, the I Love Seeville show with yours truly and Judah Wickauer, is the number one media platform in the region backed by metrics that you cannot smoke in mere. I ask you with broadcast television, with print advertising and with broadcast radio. How do you truly know how many people are watching and listening? You don't. What with 27 social media and podcasting platforms? You absolutely do.
If you'd like to partner with our network and our team, my DMs, my text messages and my inboxes, my inboxes open. Hit me up. A lot we're going to cover on the broadcast. A couple of items that did not make our rundown that I'm going to tease you with viewers and listeners. This is why you watch the program. This is why you watch the show. Online points that did not make the rundown. A, first off, from a very reliable source. A very reliable source. The scuttle butt on the streets of Charlottesville in the scuttle butt outside City Hall. I see you city hall watching the program right now. The scuttle butt has Brennan Duncan, the city engineer here in Charlottesville, taking a job elsewhere. Brennan Duncan, the scuttle butt, has him taking a job elsewhere. We should ask, this frankly has a lot of offshoots to it.
Brennan Duncan's wife is Sally Duncan, the Amor County board supervisor. So if Brennan Duncan, the city engineer at the city of Charlottesville, is taking a job elsewhere, how does that impact Sally Duncan, the Amor County board of supervisor? Question for you. Just saying that's the scuttle butt. That city engineer Brennan Duncan is taking a job elsewhere. And how does that impact his wife, who is eight months and one week into the first year of a four year Amor County supervisor term? A question for you, the viewers and listeners. Also, I want to highlight this, friend of the program, client of the program, Kid Ashi. She is the most prolific restaurant tour in Charlottesville, Amor County in Central Virginia. She's most known for monsoon. She's very much known for coconuts, for pineapples, for maple pine, for tangerine kitchen.
She's got locations all over town. We helped Kid Ashi, who was a one time tenant in the Macklin building with another business that she was an investor in. We helped Kid purchase Krobe's restaurant on Avon Extended, which is now tangerine kitchen. We also helped Kid purchase, we brokered these deals, helped her with the lease, Kummer Restaurant on Ellywood Avenue, which is now a Thai fusion eatery that caters to UVA students. Kid also has a roastery and coffee shop in bar called Camillas, and the old Milley Joe location. This is a wooded own piece of real estate. And goodness gracious, yet another impact for Kid's business. Judah, headline number two needs to be shrunk a little bit as does headline one, two, three, four, five. We have to leave some pixels and some buffers at the end of our headline.
The question marks being cut off and half the S is being cut off. Just narrow the letting between the characters if you could please sir. Thank you respectfully very much. I appreciate that. He said that one as well. Headline two and headline five. We now know that Camillas, coffee, roastery, and coffee shop and bar right in the center of town, literally across from the Amorah County office building, has been impacted by insane, ludic, unhinge, drug-induced, alcohol-fueled, homeless individuals. I mean, this now a story that's made mainstream media and the daily progress and haul Spencer, studio camera, Judah Whitcower, two shot Judah Whitcower, a trusted voice in this community, the Jack of all Whits, Judah Whitcower. Goodness gracious. She can't buy a bucket right here. That's a phrase, that's a basketball phrase here where you're struggling with your jump shot. You can't buy a bucket. You can't shoot into the hoop.
The Camillas team here has literally dealt with the lunatic homeless person picking up a chair and throwing it through her storefront window. We documented that first on the I love Seville show. Then they had a insane, drug-induced, unhinged homeless person. Then the actual Camillas self-pleasuring himself, literally self-pleasuring himself in the dining room. Now another drug-induced insane homeless individual eats on their Alfresco dining patio when he's done, picks up all the food from everywhere, everything else, throws it and spears it all over the window. Yeah. J. Dupes, what's going on here? It almost seems targeted somehow, but I don't see how that's possible. It's just, I mean, I don't know. I would very much encourage Logan Wells-Claylow, Tom Stargell, watching the program.
I would very much encourage the Charlottesville Police Department to be heavy-handed with these individuals. Small business is difficult enough, but what kit and her team at Camillas is doing is going through, is unnecessary, gross, and deserves the fullest extent of reprimanding and punishment from our law. All right. We're going to cover on the program. I would love to give some attention to Snow's Outdoor Living. My family, my wife and I, are designing an outside patio and fire pit at our home. And we now have a final design, which I'm going to put on the network, publish on the network later today. It's exciting, it's gorgeous. This team has been amazing. Trevor Chandler, Corbin Snow, and the team at Snow's are pros, pros. We're going to do a 275 square foot patio and fire pit out there. White hydrangeas to make my wife happy.
We have this area between our walk out, our basement walk out, and the patio, where we're going to turf, which is going to help with maintenance standpoint so we don't have to cut this tiny sliver with the lawn mower or a weed whacker, and then we're going to freshly sod it. I'm telling you right now, if you need a suggestion for someone that can do your hard escape and your outdoor experience, it's Corbin, it's Trevor Chandler, and it's Snow's. They've been in business for more than 100 years and they are absolute rock stars. Absolute rock stars. All right, Judah, the first lower third on Sphere. This is a macro headline. It's resonating locally because frankly it applies to all of us. Where do we begin here? We're at a GOP rally with midterms right around the corner right, and at a GOP rally, Donald Trump, whose approval rating is absolutely in the crapper right now, the Donald says to everybody that's listening, and of course the world is watching, he's the president.
And at a Dallas convention, a Republican convention, President Donald Trump promised what he called the $5,000 dividend for American adults, and its contingent are caveated on one thing, Judah. The Republicans must retain control of the House and the Senate. They must retain control of Congress. And if midterms go the way of the GOP, Donald Trump promises us all, as you're rotating lower third on screen, he promises us all, there's two of them, that he's going to give every adult $5,000. What are we doing here, Donald Trump? Are you promising us $5,000 if the Republicans win midterms? Are you also promising us zero tests, all-day recess, and tootsie-roll, tootsie-pops for everybody when they walk into school? Are you giving us stickers and badges? Are you throwing us Hershey kisses and Reese's peanut butter cups?
And are you promising us a pizza party and extended prom as well, where Judah could go with his date, surely, or Jennifer, out back and get a little frisky, little frisky, little boom chica, boom, boom. I mean, does anyone buy this or actually trust what he's saying? He ran on a platform, you jump in Judah. Trump ran on a platform. Literally, when competing with Joe Biden, weekend at Bernays, and Kamala Harris, who had to read a teleprompter, and if she went off script, you questioned the IQ or what was between her ears. Trump ran on a platform of domestic focus, no new wars, cutting government spending, strengthening the economy, and tightening border patrol and border control, making the economy stronger for Americans to more money's in their pocket. In his not even halfway marker of his second term, we have a prolonged war with Iran with
no end in sight. We have $5,000 for every adult American if the GOP wins midterms, which would further broaden our country's debt to an additional $1 trillion at least $1 trillion to it. I think closer to one and a half. And outside of Americans that are heavily invested in stocks and equities, who really believes right now that the economy is stronger. We have gasoline-fueled inflation. I just drove by the Bel Air on Ivy Road. We're talking $4.20 for a gallon of gas. And it's not the good kind of 4.20 puff pass. It's the bad kind of 4.20 where you're filling the family Ford Explorer, and before you know it, it's $70 to fill the tank. $4.20. We're looking at a potential interest rate hike, later this month, ladies and gentlemen, which is just going to make your credit card debt more expensive, which is going to soften
the real estate market. We're at 7% on the fixed 30-year mortgage, ladies and gentlemen. And if you want to look locally in central Virginia, the number one asset for the large majority of you and your retirement and your portfolio is your whole. Almar County, soft, Charlottesville, soft, Fluvanna County, really soft. Okay? Look at values, look at appreciation, look at what's happening with days on market. The real estate market in central Virginia has softened. No one's talking about it in this marketplace, but you're truly. Okay? Because we're honest, we're unaffiliated, we're unafraid. Okay? We're not tied to the supply chain that is real estate. Okay? But it's soft right now. The DOM is long. Can you fault potential buyers? You still have sellers that think their values are astronomical, that are COVID or slightly
after COVID values. They don't realize where at a 7% interest rate environment, the deferred maintenance on so many of these homes is giving buyers significant pause. Right? And there's multi-family rental options that are springing up to the tune of thousands, thousands and thousands of units that are offering luxury rentals at rates that are below what a mortgage would run you every month and offering you one year flexibility where you could just sit tight and wait and see what happens in the spring market next year or two years from now. Yeah. Okay? So everything Trump has promised so far and you can tell that I am a down the aisle guy. I don't vote party. I vote people. I don't hitch my wagon to the Democrats, the GOP, the libertarians. I'm knocking Trump. At the same time, I'm knocking the Democrats. Okay? But you've got a guy that ran on a platform of no new wars, strengthening the economy for
middle class and lower class America, strengthening border patrol and cunning government spending. $1.5 trillion to buy a midterm election is not cutting government spending. And this forever ending war in Iran is driving $4.20 gas here in Charlottesville, which is causing everyone to take two quarters rub them together and try to make a dollar. Anything you want to add, Jack of all Whits, Jack of all trades due to wear cover. I mean, it's obviously nuts. I don't even know if it's legal. I hope it's not legal. Good Lord. And raising the national debt by what, I mean, at this point, it's almost a drop in the bucket. But that's sad and scary, not something to be happy about. I think we're rapidly closing in on $30 trillion if I'm not mistaken. And adding to it to bribe people and devoting for Republicans is, frankly, disgusting.
Higher for longer interest rates affect almost everything you and I care about. Higher for longer interest rates affect commercial property values, mortgages, construction financing, business acquisitions, consumer borrowing, and the floating debt you're carrying. The Charlottesville real estate question, the question for you, Charlottesville, Charlottesville is very straightforward. If borrowing costs stay high, which local projects still pencil out? Owners with low rate debt may remain reluctant to sell while buyers demand higher yields. The gap can keep transaction volume suppressed even when underlying demand remains healthy. This is a point of concern. And this is the number one media platform in Central Virginia taking a macro topic from last night at a Dallas Texas Republican convention and humanizing it, localizing it, and
personalizing it for you, the Charlottesvilleian, Almaro County, and Central Virginia. That's why you watch this show. I want to take a moment to plug Charlottesville business brokerage. Our brokerage is on fire. Are you buying and selling a business? Do you need a buy and sell a business? There's no one that's doing more business buying and selling than our firm right here. We're at the top broker locally. Our DMs are open. You can text me. You can email me. You can call me. Any way you can find me online. You want to buy a business? Let me know. You want to sell a business? Let us know. You need some more commercial role state. Let us know. We are crushing it here because we're straightforward, we're honest, and we're unafraid to disappoint you today instead of disappointing you tomorrow. I'm brutally honest and our clients appreciate that. We're not going to blow smoke up your ass. This headline, Judah Wittcarra, what do you got? With print radio and television and a boatload of elected officials watching the program, Jim
Hingley corrected us with a text message last night because I misspelled Matt Haas's name. That's my fault. Not Judas fault. On the headlines yesterday, I misspelled Matt Haas. Jim Hingley brought it to our attention. We'll make the edit in our post-production copywriting. John Blair is watching the program. His photo on screen. John Blair. Jerry Miller, you are correct about real estate, the market locally and nationally. Here's something that's under-discussed. The one-year treasury note is yielding 4.17% today. You are getting extremely close to the danger zone of the one year at 5%. Once it hits 5%, the economy will become extremely sluggish. People will just take the safe yield rather than invest in capital and new or expanding activities. Do you understand what he's saying? If you're getting 5% on your money, you're just going to take the safe haven of the five points as opposed to rolling the dice and getting balls of y'all.
It's not just 5% on your money. I think he's specifically pointing out the one year. The problem with that is that you want the various one year, two year, ten year. The longer you hold something, it should be worth more. But if it's worth more to buy the one year, then why would anybody invest in long-term yields? Long-term bonds. Hank Martin watching the program. Handsome Hank. Handsome Hank Martin. Lonnie Murray's got a comment as well. Handsome Hank Martin. Love when you do the concise ones, Handsome Hank Martin. You're a brilliant man, Handsome Hank Martin. If you have to buy votes, you're doing it wrong. Where does this money come from? Is the 5K dividend going to be like the Doge refunds?
The Biden promise of college loan forgiveness. Hold me once, shame on you. Full me twice, shame on me. Yeah. I think asking where the money is coming from is what everyone should be asking because there's actually stealing from us to pay us. Keep going. That may work for some people. Some people will point out, oh, we'll look at the millionaires and the billionaires. That's not the way you do business. If you want to tax somebody to do something with that money, then tax them. Put it in the law. But don't just like vibe coding the presidency. There you go. Lonnie Murray watching the program. Lonnie Murray's a smart smart man, his photo on screen. Whatever flaws Democrats may have, Republicans have clearly lost their way.
Whatever happened to smaller government, physical responsibility. If they truly want to paint themselves as a reasonable alternative to Democrats, then they need to get their house in order, stop focusing on inflammatory, hot button social issues, and do more to focus on the economy and issues that matter to average people's lives. Dude, 100%. Here's the reality. The GOP and the Democrats are absolute caricatures of their former selves. And I'm going to localize it to Charlottesville. Let's look at Charlottesville Democrats. Charlottesville Democrats, right? You have Michael Payne who literally was living in his parents' basement and is a two-term Charlottesville City Counselor. You have Nakaia Walker who was a part-time $12 an hour employee of Charlottesville Parks and Recreation Department. Even people in at the turn style at the Charlottesville Parks and Recreation Department
various locations. Voting into Council and made mayor. You have Dr. West Bellamy who was incredibly intelligent, is incredibly intelligent, but certainly very controversial. You have Jen Fleischer who's more emotional support and therapist than actual city leader. Let's take a look at Amaral County. Amaral County, the at-large member for the school board who has since quit and didn't even make it through her term, was a radical activist. Look at the Charlottesville City School Board. You have the most notorious activist in Charlottesville history in Zaynabrient on the City School Board. Look at the Jack Jewett district, Sally Duncan. She's straight up a socialist. She ran on a platform, literally told us this in her campaigning. I'm going to raise your taxes and she still beat the crap out of Dave Shrieve.
Look at the teacher union. It's run by Shannon Gilliken who sleeps next to the second most notorious activist in Charlottesville history, Matthew Gilliken, who's basically doing the leg work right now to run for a council in a very short time. His announcement is expected. His candidacy. Do you want to see how the Democrats nationally and how the Republicans nationally have become character chers? You want a microcosm of it? Look at Charlottesville and Amaral County. Look at Charlottesville and Amaral County. Look at the Republicans. The Republicans in Charlottesville and Amaral County were equal opportunity commentators. Let's talk about the Republicans in Amaral County. You got Philip Andrew Hamilton. You want to take this one for me or should I continue? Philip Andrew Hamilton. Do you want to go with that one, Judah, about Philip Andrew Hamilton? A serial loser in politics?
How do you want to characterize Philip Andrew Hamilton? Not even sure how. I would say he's excessively intoxicated with himself. It's not how I would want to. Excentric, egotistical, punch drunk with his own self. That quirky cousin that comes to Christmas, where your hope, oh my goodness, I hope I'm not alone in the room with him. Because I'm going to have to converse that then. Because I don't want to talk about politics today, right before that evening. You got Steve Harvey. Say what you want about Steve Harvey. Steve Harvey is running a great business at first free coffee shop. Steve Harvey is not the answer for the Amaral County Republicans. He talk about a quirky fella. Even Steve would admit he's quirky. Come on now. Now, national two party system, clown show, microcosm locally.
A lot to cover on the broadcast. Judah with Carrier. Let's give attention to Charlesville Vacuum Company, Virginia Vacuum Company, I should say, the newly launched service division and product division for the Vermillion family and the Vermillion companies. You know John and Andrew Vermillion and the Vermillion family for Charlesville Sanitarious Applian East High Street where you can get anything cleaning related, anything bono would floor related, anything swimming pool service, and anything Vacuum purchased in service. Well now we're clearly earmarking and identifying their service verticals. First it was Charlesville Swimming Pool Company online at CharlesvilleSwimmingpoolCompany.com. Water testing. Pool robots. Pool covers. Pool shade. Automatic, automatic covers. Anything and everything including pool construction. You contact John and Andrew Vermillion for Charlesville Swimmingpool Company. 60 years plus of history. We launched it yesterday.
Virginia Vacuum Company, say it loud and say it proud, Judah. Virginia Vacuum Company. Look at that loud and proud from Judah Wiccarrot. Can you feel the passion from Judah Wiccarrot? Starting Vacuum related there's one spot that you purchase and you service these. It's Virginia Vacuum Company, a division of the Vermillion companies and Charlesville Sanitarious supply. These guys know vacuums and pools and bona and cleaning and sanitary like the Pope knows holy water. The next headline, Judah Wiccarrot, what is it? Do it for Sally in the back. Do it for Morgan in the back. I don't know what you're saying. The next one. Don Gathers, I'll get to your headline. Barbara Becker, your comment. Barbara Becker, Tilly, I'll get to your comment. Hammer the like button. Subscribe to the show. Charlesville and Central Virginia's number one media platform. Go, Judah. Did Acuff text Haas in closed session about his demise?
Yeah. What do you not understand about that? Carlos Kay Acuff texting Superintendent Matt Haas about his own fate during a close school board meeting. There's a text message exchange that's been covered, uncovered through a freedom of information act requests that has Kate Acuff interacting with Matt Haas before and potentially during the June 11th close session where school board members literally went incognito off the record, back room wheeling and dealing about Matt Haas. They came out of this session, asked for Matt Haas' resignation before they came out of closed session. Kate Acuff abstained from voting and as she was coming out of closed session refused to return to the dius to finish the school board meeting or to show a unified presence with
their fellow school board members who demanded Matt Haas' resignation on the spot. Now through a FOIA, we see that Kate Acuff may have been texting with Matt Haas. She says one word to Matt Haas, bad. Then follows up with another text message. It won't be in public. Haas responds to her in text message. But it's going to happen. Acuff responds to Haas. It looks like it. Now, technically, that's not breaking the law. Technically, that's not breaking the law. That's not breaking the law like when you're on a road and it's 45 miles an hour and you're going 67 but there's no police around. That's not technically like that. I think 67 and 45 is still breaking the law even if there's no police around to shoot radar on your family for to explore. I got it. Technically, it's not breaking the law. But as our friend Holly Foster, do you have her new photo?
Holly Foster? You do, God. Well, see not so good. Holly Foster, the queen of Enrico. You are amazing, Holly Foster. She covered Judah Wickhauer's action. She was Judah Wickhauer's state course and the prop bet with Alison Spillman. Judah won that bet with me. You bet with me. It's been a few days. Yeah. Go ahead. Well, that future action's going to be drunk before our next prop bet here in the studio. Put her photo on screen. There it is. She called you out in the most respectful fashion and said Judah, your take on this is wrong. Which one was that? You said that you had no beef with Kedikov texting Matt Haas or conversating or frater or chitter chattering or communicating or pontificating or commentating or playing a walkie talkie or three ninjas with the tin can and the yarn to the other tin can and talking
through the wall with Matt Haas. And she's like, you know, didn't call you out, but she said, J. Dubbs, I'm on an H.O.A. board. And when I talk to my friends and other residents in our neighborhood community, I don't mention to them H.O.A. board material or talking points. And she goes, you know, J. Dubbs, when I'm having meetings with my H.O.A. board and we're going to close session or talk H.O.A. business when we're not on in session or having our meeting. And we're talking about stuff. We're not discussing the meeting material. I think you're misrepresenting what I said. Go ahead. Go ahead. For everybody that heard you yesterday that's going to hear you again. Are 100% misrepresenting what I said yesterday? What I said yesterday was 100%. I don't have a problem with the two of them texting. I never said I don't have a problem with the content of those texts or when or where they were texted from. But acting like the two of them texting is shady, I think is not, I think that's off.
Because there's no reason the two of them can't text. What? Now looking at the content, there are some serious questions about the, about, you don't know I think it's on that a school board member, a former school board chair is texting and sending emojis like the thumbs up emoji or the smiley face emoji or the hands up emoji, hands up emoji, the fist bump emoji. All right, we know what an emoji is. To a super attendant that's her subordinate and you're just, that's exactly what I said. I don't have a problem with them texting. They shouldn't text. Okay. The board members don't text their CEOs, emojis and weather talk. You have clear, clear, clear communication patterns and it's the board members communicate with the chairperson and the chairperson communicates with the subordinates.
She was not the chairperson. Furthermore and you jump in, the information or the, the, the subject of the text message exchange looks sketchy as duck quack, quack, quack. Yeah, I agree. She's literally tipping off the host what's happening in closed session. She is more emotional support and and and and and side chick than she is school board member and superior. Mm-hmm. Kate a cuff thing she's sitting shotgun and mad horses El Camino that's tricked out with 18 inch rims and they're bustin, they're bumpin biggie smalls juicy while driving down Rio road by El Mara high school. Hoss's drop back laid back like this. Windows down in his El Camino, 18 inch rims, got the sub and the speakers, the JBS's bumpin juicy from Christopher Wallace and a coffee sit and shotgun as his side chick
over there. That's not how it's supposed to look. Do you disagree? No. Oh, contrary, Montswear. No, I don't disagree. I mean, you're painting these really odd pictures and I don't know how to respond to them. I agree with you. It's the contents that I have a problem with, not the two of them texting. They've been co-workers, whether you want to call it boss and an employee or however you want to call it, but they've known each other and clearly are friendly with each other for, I believe, close to 10 years and saying that they should never text is absurd. Now that we have the contents of some of those texts, I 100% agree that it's totally questionable what they're, some of the things that they're texting back and forth with each other and as you mentioned, I certainly find it very questionable that she might be texting him from
a closed meeting about something that involves him that's really odd and probably on the border of legality. But again, if you're calling me out for thinking that it's okay that they text, I'll continue to say that until your face turns blue. First off, first off, because I'm creating a little energy and a little chitter chatter and a little friendly antagonism for the sake of a talk show. Because it's education, entertainment and enlightenment, which keeps people captivated and glued to the show. We need a little back and forth, whether it's contrived or authentic. I respectfully disagree with you, sir, that Kate A'Kuff is texting Matt Haas about anything. They are called professional lines that I personally would not cross, especially if I was
not the chairperson. It's one thing to have an email trail, a paper trail which you can reference. It's another thing to text message. And if I have to say this another time for any elected official watching this program and dammit, there's elected officials in Charlottesville City, Al Moral County, Nelson County, Louisa County, Orange County, a couple of delegates, some Commonwealth attorneys watching the program as we speak. Everyone that's watching and listening to this program, use some kind of encrypted app you idiots. I suggest signal. Whether it's encryption and disappearing messages and you have some kind of protection from FOIA. Control. Do you have any kind of concept of 2026? What you basically did, Kate A'Kuff and Matt Haas was pass notes back and forth in geometry class where Mr. Edgar Lesby caught me passing a note to Lauren.
And made you read it out loud. And made it read it out loud to the class member and it said something like, ooh, you're so pretty. Can I kiss you later? And little Jerry, 15, 16 year old Jerry has to read that in front of 16 people at Wall Sea and Academy. Okay, that's what you did, Kate and Matt. You did some origami notes. Next, let's get the coody catcher. What's that coody catcher that goes like this? Is that the coody catcher? We have the pick a number. You have to pick a spatch. Oh, it's one. One, two, three. What's that thing called? Is it a coody catcher? The last time I made one was probably a coody catcher. What was it called a coody catcher? 40 years ago. I don't know. Flop three, three, two, one. Flop two, three, two, one. What's the notes say? Texting is today's passing notes in geometry where 12, 13 year old Jerry was trying to get in Lauren's pants.
And besides the fact that there's the whole texting a Mary and a man and a married woman in the perception, come on. Comments put them in the feed. Is it called a coody catcher? I think it's a coody catcher. That's one of its many names. And remind me what the coody catcher is. One, two, three. Paper forks and teller. Paper forks and teller. Chatterbox, salt seller, whirlie bird, snap dragon, paku paku. Those are all alternative English. Can you say paku paku three times fast? Yeah. How? That's not even hard. Try. Paku paku paku paku paku paku. Paku paku. So good. Marjit King Collins says it's international names as well. Marjit King Collins says, Juda, it's called boundaries. Boundaries. It's called boundaries. Boundaries. Hank Martin, handsome. As school board chair, a cuff inked the big, a beautiful contract for Haas.
In the middle of a community, no coffin, it's petitioned, a cuff signed the contract for Matt Haas and his extension. Clearly, this relationship transcends the level of professionalism required to protect students. This pattern gives the appearance of many questionable characteristics. Yes, sir. Amen, brother. A cuff and Haas are riding down RIO road and his L-communo on 18th. Bumpin, Christopher Wallace and Juicy with the JBLs, the windows down. She's in shotgun and he's got to seat that road. Let's get some love to Conan Owen and Sir Spedia, Central Virginia. Conan Owen and Sir Spedia, Central Virginia are who you call folks. I'm literally spending my own money with Conan Owen. The banners behind Juda and I, the lettering signage on our storefront window, our tenant portfolio, 24 doors, our clients, who we recommend.
I'm literally like the partners of this show or who we choose to spend our money with our actual money. Sir Spedia, Central Virginia and Conan Owen get the job done and they get the job done right. Baby got back. Anything else you want to add? Juda, what car before we go to the next topic? Let's go to deep throat. Number one of the famous. I'm just watching in Paris right now. Deep throat is in Paris. He says this, it's funny to choose between the Democrats and the GOP is to choose between on the one hand Palestine, Transmania, open borders and celebration of murderers and on the GOP side, megalomaniacs, architecture, looting Valenzuela, renaming bodies of water and mean tweeting.
I believe there's a little more than just that. The Democrats he describes as deep throat. Number one of the family who's watching in Paris right now. Democrats on one hand you have the Democrats. We were a pro-Palestine Transmania, open borders and the celebration of murderers. On the GOP side you have the megalomaniacs, megalomaniac architecture. Let's trump with the ballroom and trump with the statues of the billboards and all that in the pool. The looting of Venezuela, the renaming of bodies of water. What's he want to call it? The straight up Trump and mean tweeting. That's what he wants to call it. First of all, there was the Gulf of America. Then he wants to change one of the great lakes to Lake America, which is going to screw up everybody that learned their homes. He wants to put himself on currency while he's still alive.
He wants to rename everything in his name and what's the trade change the straight up her mousse to the straight up Trump? I didn't heard that. Yeah. Oh, good lord. Then he says he's literally watching in Paris right now. Oh, now he's in London. He just came from Paris. This is an international businessman. Now he's in London. He was in Paris. He says meanwhile, our GDP or at levels not seen outside of wartime in our primary physical balances at the top of the cycle and with capital markets at crazy highs. This is, you know what my tremendous fear is. Can I tell you my words, tremendous fear? How much are these, how much is Wall Street in all our stock and equity portfolios just propped up on artificial intelligence? If they're also propped up on AI and the entire supply chain of AI, our retirement portfolios
propped up on the exact things that are going to take down the American economy. I mean, it's not just AI that was propped up on. There's a lot more propping it up than just that. And here, let me ask you this question. It should be even scarier. If you're championing and touting the American economy and you're utilizing the stock market as your benchmark, but you're doing it at the same time where gasoline is over $4. Groceries are more expensive than there ever been. Unemployment is uptick in and increasing. Inflation is not persisted. It's not pesky, but it's terrifying. It's not going away. And the time when the Fed is talking about raising its benchmark rate and a time when American credit card debt is at an all time high and a time when defaults are at all time high and a time when housing is still near at an all time high. If we really have a strong economy, we've got a K-shaped economy. For some people, it's very strong. Obviously. Bifurcated K-shaped economy. All right.
Comments. He also says, personally, I don't care if board people have some degree of social interaction, interaction with management. But you can't tell tales from close session and worse if it's being done in real time. And then he adds, by the way, using signal would be violating the open records law. If I tried that in my job, I'd be in serious trouble. I understand that using signal would be a violation of open records law. But we're pretty sure that Kate Akkuff did not anticipate her text messages to be leaked from close session. I mean, it's not leaked. They were foiled. And I believe it was his text messages that got foiled, not hers. Obviously, we see both sides, but just clear it out. Patricia Ritz Machinami watching the program. I think this is her first comment ever. She said, oh my god, Jerry, the Democrats started it. It started what? And I say back to Patricia Ritz Machinami. Nananananibubu. Nananananibubu.
I'm just joking. I appreciate your comment, Patricia. I think that's the first time she's commented. She's probably referencing the COVID pandemic and the free money that was given to Americans to stay home, authored by the Democrats. I would have thought we would have learned from that. I'm all for free money. Give us some free money. Who doesn't want $5,000? But you're trying to keep inflation in check and you're trying to keep government spending down and you're trying to diminish the government debt. Giving everyone $5,000 is not going to keep inflation in check. It's going to escalate it. It's not going to cut government spending and it's certainly not going to diminish the debt. It's going to add $1.5 trillion to it. What are we doing here? This is leadership huffing glue behind the dumpster out of a tiny sandwich bag. This is little Jerry here with some sativa after school and a Jerome Baker, then trying to find a 12 pack of natty light.
That's what's going on here. What are the leaders of the free world? They are the leaders of the free world. Carter Shabur loves the kuddy catcher reference. He's at blu-ridge right now, rolling around laughing. Can we get Curtis's photo on screen? God, I love Curtis's photo. Recently we had a birthday Carter Shabur. His wife recently had a birthday. What a beautiful couple. You get Curtis. Look at that. That's probably my favorite photo right there. Isn't that a good photo? We're on a boot shirt watching the program. Barbara Becker-Tilly and Jason Hampshire watching the program. Don Gathers has got some comments. Let's get Don's photo on screen. Don, you are the most favorite viewer and listener on Judah Wickauer's list. You are number one on Judah Wickauer's list of favorite viewers and listeners, right? I mean, pretty soon nobody is going to believe what we're going to say. Is Don Gathers not number one? And pretty soon if you keep going, no one's going to watch and listen.
Okay. And that one's not number one on your list? My list of favorite people that I know in personally in real life. We're talking about viewers and listeners. Oh, viewers and listeners? Yeah, I'd say he's pretty close to talk. Pretty soon no one's going to believe what you say. Apparently. And when they don't win the midterms, Trump will blame Biden and Obama. Or he will say it's because the Biden economy and it's the fallout from the Biden economy. Yes, there will always be an excuse. That's pretty much what every administration has ever seen. They've always blamed the previous administration. This is not my economy. I didn't cause this. And they both argue it back and forth and they're both at fault. Yeah. Yeah. Jason Hampshire. We have to choose groceries or gas, both are ridiculously expensive. Having to choose groceries or gas.
Wantsar Manto, I believe is confirming that Brennan Duncan is out at City Hall. We got the farewell email days ago. Wantsar Manto, are you coming here? Is Wantsar Manto still watching the program? He says we got the farewell email a couple of days ago. So that is breaking news. Wantsar Manto. I'm direct messaging you Wantsar Manto. Is the farewell email about Brennan Duncan's departure? Should I FaceTime want during the show? FaceTime? I'm going to want to. This is interactive video. I'm FaceTimeing. Why? During the live show here. I want to confirm that the farewell email is about Brennan Duncan because that's breaking news. I'm calling you. Can you pick up one? I'm literally FaceTimeing. Oh, he's picking up. One. Hey. We're live on the show. Hey.
Is the farewell email, we're live on the show. Is the farewell email Brennan Duncan's departure? Yes. Unbelievable. You're a phenomenal person. Can we get Wantsar Manto's photo on screen? We're live on the show. Can I turn the phone so people can see you? I guess. Wantsar Manto, do they see him here? Say something to a Wants. Do they see him? Hey folks, how you doing? How's everybody? This guy's good people right here. If you want to put your hold him closer to your mic. He says he wants to get those tacos soon, Judah. Yeah, 100%. Wants. So Brennan Duncan is officially out. Yeah, he's an email to the whole city saying that he was leaving and taking this other thing. Yeah. Yeah, we're going to be right back. It's going to be good. Thank you for having us. Thank you for all the time he had, and he's not leaving until sometime in October. Don't leave until sometime in October. He's definitely leaving. Where is he going? I think it's standing. Stand. Directly or public works. I think it is. Director of Public Works in San. Okay. Can we get you on the show soon? We don't need to talk for anything.
We're just going to talk. Your take on the weaSa. Charles will be out on Central Virginia. We'll have fun. And I'll pour you a Scotch too. I'm a DMU, I swear I'll DM you. All right, good talk with you. Thank you. Bye. That's the first time we've ever done that. That was a face time of a viewer and listener, Wonsar Miento, who works for City Hall, who is now works for Charlottesville City, who has officially confirmed a tip that I got in the beginning of the show. I'm going to confirm it with my source here. Did you see that segment on the show? Confirmed. Duncan is out. I'm responding to my source here. I don't want to tip off my source. He's responding back. I'm seeing the bubbles. I just face time. Someone from the city live on air who confirmed that.
Duncan was out. So Brennan Duncan, the city engineer, is out. Wond believes he's going to Stanton for the director of public works. So going to Stanton, so that may mean Sally Duncan stays on Alpco, and our source says Stanton can keep him. So that means if he's going to Stanton, probably Sally Duncan, the Jack Jewett, the Jack Jewett, a BOS member, stays in her spot. That is breaking news in the most interactive media that Central Virginia has ever seen, a show that's live on 27 social media podcasting platforms that got a tip five minutes before the program started about an important person at City Hall, Brennan Duncan,
piecing out of City Hall. I mentioned the tip that I received at the beginning of the show that Brennan Duncan was out as traffic engineer at City Hall. Someone, an employee of City Hall in Charlottesville's watching, said, yes, that's true. We got an email a short while ago. I then pick up my phone and FaceTime him. He picks up during the show and confirms it. And now we're going to welcome one, starting me on to the program in the near future. I'm not going to mention that. I'm going to say, I'm not going to mention that on there. I'm talking with a source here. All right, 128 marker. Anything you want to add to what we've covered so far? No. Jenny who says don't encourage them, Jerry. A cup and a horse will be using Snapchat to message each other next. Snapchat.
Philip Dow watch in the program, the mayor of Scottsville. Jerry, I'm totally with you on this $5,000. You are robbing, you are taking from Peter to pay Paul. I mean, it's just insane. It's insane. It's so obviously insane. It legitimately reminds me Trump's $5,000 promise for every voter if the GOP controls Congress and wins midterms. It's literally, I was school president. My platform for school president was, can everybody got candy? We went to the dollar store and bought the dollar store out of candy. I stood at the entrance and gave everybody free candy. Okay. Then I said, if you vote me, school president, I'm going to work with the options that launch and improve them. I was able to shift from discount pizza to Papa John's. I got Papa John's and said to discount pizza. I knew that one of my classmates, his father, owned Papa John's territory.
So I said, can I talk to your dad? This is me, his teenager broker in a deal. Can I talk to your dad about the pizza contract with our school? Because the pizza sucks. He goes, yeah, he'll talk to you. And then I went to him and said, if I want to promise that if I'm school president, that you will be the pre-treater provider, it's like, all right, let's do that. That's a win for me. And I get the brand of awareness. I get some money. I want to be in with these rich people over here at Walsh again. Got him the Papa John's account. I also made some promises like we're going to extend the recess period and make it longer. Well, we couldn't do that. We're going to extend study hall and make it longer. We couldn't do that. We did improve senior parking. So is that what Trump's doing with the 5G? Free candy, no tests, all day recess, and better pizza? I mean, how's it any different J-Doms? How's it any different J-Doms? It's crazy. How's it any different? Talk to me, Papa Bear. Talk to me. Patrick McCatum is watching the program.
Not the Cudi Catcher. Not the Cudi Catcher. He's laughing hysterically right now with the Cudi Catcher. And then he says, Patrick McCatum's his photo on screen. One of the greatest of the cross players to ever matriculate through Amarok County Public Schools. Shouldn't the board itself not take exception to and censor Kate A. Cuffs? Idiocy? Alison Spillman who resigned from the board offered a quote to the CVO Weekly. That was an indictment on Kate A. Cuffs text messages. So did Ellen Osborne. She offered a quote to the CVO Weekly saying, she's basically telling people what's going on in our closed session. Yep. That's an indictment on Kate. Kate A. Cuffs has literally lost the support of the entire school board. Has a large portion of Amarok County trying to petition her removal. Yeah. And is riding shotgun and Matt Haas's Camino down, Ryle Road, while he's bumping Biggie Smalls and Juicy on JBLs with 18 inch rims.
Let's give some attention to Stanley Martin homes. Did you know Stanley Martin homes has built more than 600 homes in Central Virginia over the last 24 months? Did you know that Stanley Martin homes is bringing 80 homes or so to market in breezy hill outside Kesswick and nearly 50 homes to market in the Fry Springs neighborhood in hundreds of homes to market in Green County. In fact, there is no more prolific builder and developer in Central Virginia than Stanley Martin homes. Single family detached homes and planned communities done with integrity, communication, innovation, and style, and style. Stanley Martin homes. Judo Wicarras, the last headline on the list at the 132 marker, UVA in top 25. We've got UVA in the top 25. We've also got Albuco inheriting the tenants of Tent Town as well as what are the most
obvious spots for new Tent Towns. I haven't even gotten a Tent Town. Save that headline for Friday show, Judo, guess what? City Hall is in City Council, is giving themselves the clap on the back. Michael Payne is going to Lloyd Snuck and going. And Lloyd Snuck is going to Juan Diego Way at a boy. And Juan Diego Way is giving that elbow massage. You know how you do it with your wife when you get your elbows and she wants that deep tissue massage. It's giving the elbow massage to Jen Fleischer. He's like, Jen, let me give you that elbow massage. And Jen Fleischer is like massaging the cuticles and the feet of oshernomics over there. They're all giving each other props. They're like, we cleared the Reibana River encampment, claps, slaps on the back, deep tissue elbow massage. What they're not telling you is all they've done is push the encampment to other locations.
In many cases, yes. Perhaps you took it out of a floodplain, but you brought it to the downtown wall. And Juan Diego Way, if you do not approve a policy that bans camping and sheltering in storage of possessions in public places, then you, my friend, will have the legacy of being the man who forever tarnished the downtown wall. If you Lloyd Snuck, Michael Payne, Jen Fleischer, and Natalie Oshern in your next meeting, don't green light and approve a policy that bans the storage of possessions in camping in public places. You will forever be stigmatized and scarlet lettered and branded. As if you were a Yellowstone cattle. As the morally corruptors of the downtown wall. You're going to have activists in your council chambers that are calling you terrible names and saying you're trying to criminalize homelessness.
And I'm going to say, that's bullshit. Because you've spent $6.2 million on a building on holiday drive, another $4 million for a short term shelter, and $15 million in the very near future for a long term shelter. If you don't drive the houseless through policy and action to the $25 million investment on holiday drive, then you have created the most significant boot, doggle and Charlottesville history. And you have cut the legs out from under the business owners in downtown Charlottesville. And I'm going to tell you right now, if I hear another clap back or deep elbow tissue massage on the deltoids of Jen Fleischer from Wandaiega way again, about disbanding the encampment on the Riveanna River, I might vomit in my mouth because you haven't disbanded it. You just disperse it. Look at the disc golf location next to boatos on Preston Avenue by the English Inn.
Look at the encampment by Fifth Street station. Look at the encampment under the Belmont Bridge. There's encampments everywhere. You haven't done anything except spend what's probably going to be $25 million on a shelter that's going to be utilized. That's going to be what? Half full at best. Last count, there's 57. There's 120 effing beds over there. 57 are in use. Let me break. All right. Save the topic for tomorrow show. What are the future encampments? Because I think Charlottesville's tent town eviction is going to be Almar County's tent town tents. I'll close the program by talking University of Virginia football. Did you see our Hooser on the top 25? Top 25 for them boys. With Norfolk State and Mike Vitt coming to the town, last check they were a 40 ounce favorite.
40 ounce plus favorite for Virginia. Against Norfolk State. You may be looking at a team that's top 20 early next week. If the cookie crumbles the right way. It's like Jewic hour. Do you like apples? How do you like dim apples? I got her number. How do you like dim apples? That's what Tony Elliott said. His name is Judah Wickewer. My name is Jerry Miller. Commercial real estate of any kind you contact us. Our DMs are open. Business brokerage of any kind. There's only one person you contact. The person who's been in the community for 26 years that knows everybody. That's me. For Judah, I'm Jerry. So long. You
