Wizards of the Coast FIRES Another President?!

Wizards of the Coast seemingly ousted another president after only two years, despite record MTG sales. This time it's John Hight. The corporate speak says he's staying to transition to new leadership, which is usually code for "you're training your replacement." Before that, it was walking disaster Cynthia Williams. Is this like the Defense Against the Dark Arts position or what?
