That's what we need on this channel. Keep it coming. It doesn't matter when it is a winner is a winner doesn't matter if you can go that a harrow New York or winner is a winner and sort of New York now joining me now is our WTA handicap at Tim Dennis. We ended the US open with a nice win yesterday. Rebecca there won the tournament and she cashed on the over two and a half the over the

other two and a half sets the over games it was a good end to quite a tournament. Yeah very enjoyable tournament and nice to sort of call the final spot on really didn't we I mean obviously we're breaking it on the money line just looked a little bit too big as that proved and also that plus 335 and her to winning two sets to one also cashed and yeah I think it was a fabulous final and she was the worthy winner really she managed to keep her cool as she always does in Sabinanka. Yeah even just ran a little bit hot as we've seen sort of time and time again now I think she's she's played nine finals at slam level one four lost five and all five that she's lost she's lost in three sets so yet I think that temperament of a bikerna certainly came through yesterday and that was that I was probably the deciding factor. Yeah it was a good win first she's now on the world number one heading into the end of the season it's going to see what happens to Sabin because she grew herself when we go to the agent swing coming up we'll have it covered here throughout the remainder of the season on betting week WTA looking at the tournament obviously last week it was a great success. I'm

the best players in the world the number one and number two in action this time around though this week it's very very different we have a very very different feel to the event this week we have two tennis tools we have one in Guadalajara and we had another one over in São Paulo the good thing is we have odds we know sometimes we do these little 250 so we did record it on a sunday with no ATP tall this week we do have some odds on this tournament obviously São Paulo is a 250 and the tournament in Guadalajara is a 500 so let's start we've got a higher start with the best of tournament we're something of the conditions and the trends and the weather I can imagine it being quite pleasant in Guadalajara for the players this week. Yeah I think for part of it in May well we just just to start our this tournament was founded in 2022 actually used to be a WTA Masters 1000 tournament but actually dropped down to 500 level in 2024 with a little bit of altitude here it's 1500 meters above sea level so yeah actually perhaps a little bit more than just a little bit of altitude I think the service hold percentage here last year was 65.2 so as far as

the court conditions go they do kind of tend to play medium fast and if we just sort of speak of the weather there you mentioned I think Sunday Monday and Tuesday these these first round matches do take place on Sunday temperatures high 70s which is sort of pleasant for tennis but I think there are thunderstorms around on all three of those days so hopefully they might miss the tournament but if they do obviously end up hitting the tournament there's definitely going to be interruptions in those first three days I think Wednesday to Friday looks a little bit better as times as far as the weather goes temperatures in the low 80s and sunny by then so I think middle of the week onwards looks to be much better but there might be a few interruptions in these first couple of days and first couple of rounds of matches so not as pleasant as I first expected the weather in Guadalajara is okay for the opening days but it will change as we go on you mentioned the trends there you said hasn't been a tournament I started in 2022 and it hasn't been a happy hunting ground for number one seeds no just the way yeah no number one seed it has actually won this tournament in those that few years of it being played and I think four unceded players have made at least

the final in that time with with Jovic being the first and the latest unceded player to win I think a final up an unceded player has made the final in all three of the last three years and then yeah of Jovic being the first unceded player to win it last year so yeah as we expect with these tournaments after slams and slightly lower levels and not the quality of players we expect to see at the very top of the top of the game turning up options and opportunities for for lesser ranked and unceded players before we go into the draw and the bets this could be the previous winners there's only before years that's Tim has said there but it's some good players in that winning a run either Jovic one in 2025 she's the number two seed this time around made lane of frick in 2024 Zachary in 23 and Jessica Bule in 2022 before we look at the draw I suppose the most the biggest question we've got to answer ourselves when we look at this tournament is how do we go with the players who've gone relatively deep in the US open in particular number one seed this week is

master costume obviously she was very disappointed in her performance in her loss against Linda Noshka you could see her body language was such was a crazy game of bigger motions the number one seed hasn't got a good record I mean what what what is your tactic here for players who have done well at the US open draw which is another one some son of her in this action as well going to come to the draw but what would what would you what what what what would your points to be looking at players who played in the US open you want do you want to be down deep would you want to be that in a fresh I don't know how what you would do here yeah well so I think some of these players costics obviously one that's gone the furthest there in in New York but she still would have had a little bit of time it's not like she should play in the semi finals I think it's more to do with the fact that she she lost that crazy match and it was about it was a really bad loss for in terms of the way the match played out and that she had higher hopes to win that's all mentally and then to come here knowing more the question and you know how is her mentally after such a sort of the bad loss like that is she going to be fully focused on within a 500 in Greta the Harroge that match going to

be in in her mind yeah an interesting question that I think more and more probably it's difficult to real give her a definitive answer we'll just have to see how she comes here but I think one thing that she does have as a plus is she's sort of I think she has on her mind she wants to make the tall finals at the end of the year so I assume that's probably why she's coming here and that's the motivation for her to sort of come to this tournament and hopefully for herself do well but I think it's we'll have a look at the market in a minute but I think it's fairly certain that she's going to be at the head of that market and probably the player to beat this week whether she's going to be at a very best level we'll have to wait and see we obviously the week before she obviously went to New York we saw her come through a very tight game against Sloan Stevens and then then losing the next round there so yes I think she's probably going to be the right favourite but do we want to be getting with her at a short odds I'm not quite so sure but I think as a number one seed some players may not have form or motivation coming in here but I think she does have motivation so that's that's a little bit of a deciding factor when you look at someone like costume it's just coming up to her career high ranking of number ten in the world she has

opportunity to close the gap on the top eight the top eight obviously incredible to think that the top eight in the world for the women's game are going to go to the camera teams and currently eager shron take in the eight in the world so she might be motivated for the far eastern tall that's coming up as well so motivation a very very questionable here and you look at find the players who are motivated just have a look at the draw a costume because we mentioned there she's at number one seed she's the top there the draw and the quarter she will play Linda Samsonifer and went to the quarters down a parry play a chain and in the bottom half which I think it looks a lot lot easier I mean it's not it's not incredibly tough draw but I do think the easiest section is the bottom half books are played Begeleck and McLaren of Freck play Eva Jovich the defending champion let's have a look at the odds currently with Bet Rivers these are the current prices we have Marikostek available at two to one or we have my friends screens kind of it's not in there we have in Eva Jovich up four a cerebegeck at six Linda Miller Samsonifer at nine Tata Townsend 14 McLaren Freck 16 Peyton Stern 16 Vidman over 20 Bianca Drisco 22 the

Ann Perry 22 some Steve's at 22 and Zara Zua at 22 to one with some is a 28 to one as well you said that number one seed has a pretty bad that was an awful record in his tournament known number one seed has won it defending champions Eva Jovich the draw is probably kind of the same to Eva Jovich then Kostek but obviously most of the Vajram Kostek getting the top eight and going a good run is there for all to see are we getting with the favourites are we signing with some dogs what's the best device here Tim yeah a couple a couple of sort of reasonably priced outside is not massive prices but away from the top of the market I think we're probably going to look at trying taking one in each section we'll just start with that top section Kostek obviously the favourite there she obviously gets that first round by but her first match is going to be either against Tatiana Maria who has shown signs of improving on a hard court or Taylor Townsend and we all saw Townsend have a chance against Savileanka last week and we know she's at a pretty decent level for a singles player but the one I quite like in the top half the jaw is actually Lubinna Sonsoveta plus 900 there with Beck Rivers I think the reason for that is

that she should come through elsewhere Jackamo and if she wins that she's either going to play one of the Americans Kalea Day or Caliva and she should be sort of a minus money chance to beat them all being well and and she actually has a four and a head-to-head win lost record against Kostek so Kostek never yet beaten Savileanka Sonsoveta Savileanka was only a little bit a decent form as well she lost a goff in three sets in Cincinnati and also took Rebicon into three sets in Toronto so yes she missed the US open I think she might have had a niggling injury to not come there but she had played a lot of tennis and as far as I'm aware she's she's back to a sort of full fitness and she should be fine here so yeah do you want to be taken plus 200 for Martha Kostek playing someone who's got a zero and four win lost head-to-head so I think Sam Sonsoveta is certainly the interesting one in the in the top half there at plus 900 for us and I think that bottom section of the jaw you make the point that's probably the easiest section of where Jovic she's last year's winner but she's priced up as the number two seed and a plus four hundred chance there but I think the interesting one she's also in the same section of Jovic is actually Magdalena Freck now

these two have never met before so obviously we've got no head-to-head records to speak of it if if Jovic and Freck you beat Freck in the first rather than US open this year oh okay yeah I yeah my I didn't update my records there so that's true I think it was four and three was it that match seven five six three okay so yeah pretty tight and but Freck goes well here she made the quarterfinals here last year where she lost to Bartonke of her and she also won this event in 2024 so I do think at plus 1600 she's probably a little bit overpriced and in that match you just mentioned there that passed me by in the US open she was pretty decent in that first set against Jovic she might have been slightly undone by the fact they had to have a delay there and she came back the next day and I think Jovic might have broken her first service game to take that first set or second anyway and and and perhaps she was slightly undone by by having to come back there or Jovic just handled it a little bit better and having said that looking at the forecast that might play out again but the other fact that she sort of plus 1600 clearly goes well

at this tournament quarterfinals last year winner in 24 attuned to conditions as we mentioned 1500 ms of altitude at courts like this so and yes I'm not Jovic it's going to be motivated to probably can't try and defend the title she won her first title here last year so but yeah I think four times the price there Freck as opposed to Jovic and Sam Sonner in that top half I think they probably just look at a little bit bigger look at someone like Bezlek I think she probably wants conditions a little bit slower than they're going to be here obviously she had great great victories over around keys and Sabelengadinschi before before going to US open so a player that's in in pretty decent form but I think she was a little bit disappointing there in Mexico the last time she was here so yeah I just think those two are probably pretty decent outside is one in each half of the draw to take on the top of the market with here so there we have it Jalim de Miller Sam Sonner for at 9 to 1 and our second tip is McLean of Freck at 16 to 1 1 in the top half 1 in the bottom half

as well there will be loads of markets available on this tournament when does it start it tonight it's tonight it's more and more if the one of it's Sunday night first round matches here yet so you have a bit of time to get on your bets so the action starts this evening and check out the betrotha zap for the start times in Guadalajara and while you're on the betrotha zap check out the betrotha banter if you're looking for a betting angle check out the top picks newsfeed in your bet rotha zap the betrotha nougesfeed is filled with picks from betrotha network personalities and more handicappers to give you expert insights tap the top picks icon in your betrotha zap to get the latest tips now we move on to our second tournament is a 250 over in south Paolo over in Brazil we'll start with the conditions of the weather i mean we was a bit of rain around in Guadalajara is there any rain around in Brazil yeah i think we're monday when these matches the first round matches are set to take place this starts to start this tournament it looks to be rain around all days so at the moment monday looks a little bit like a complete washout so we'll just have to see if

a that changes or b they do get any tennis played on the monday i think choose day onwards sort of temperatures in the mid 60s mid 70s rising a little bit come friday and saturday but i think yeah monday looks looks very tricky for tennis i'm not sure they might not get any play done on monday with the way it looks at the moment but from choose day onwards looks looks set fair yeah temperatures not warm though yeah just mid 60s and then 70s the end of the week but so yeah hopefully after monday they should should be okay to get the rest of the tournament going now we've only have one event here it's been offered about 25 years and it came back to last event so i don't think there's been any many trends for you to give on a winner here but what have you found from last year's tournament if if anything yeah i've got well i say i've got some memories here in this tournament last year actually yeah i remember the the tournament winner here racquetemanga rejona she uh i bet the player tabito in her first round match and that the player i bet was five love up in the final set and racquetemanga actually came to win that match in a in a final set i bet i think i think i who was it possibly i can't remember the player was he young frinch kill was he young

frinch kill there's every chance yeah that the the name escapes my i'll have to check i have bad memory so i remember i remember i remember it i think i did the same yeah and then racquetemanga obviously went on to take the tournament beating jannis chen in the final there but yeah this used to be the brazil open here and but they hadn't played here since last year for a quarter of a century and the courts they were reasonably slow here last year the service hold percentage was 62.8% so yeah a little bit slower than the conditions we're experiencing in guadalajara we just spoke about there without without the altitude so yes certainly and from what i saw last year it was quite sort of a bit slower and a bit high bouncing and and that the frinch girl obviously went on to take the tournament but yes she's the only latest winner in in the in the past well since 2000 when the uh the tournament finally returned back here again yeah so bad memories for last year we're looking to erase them this time around i mean as you said there is the only one person who's won it before racquetemanga obitla jannis chen uh jannis chen is in the draw this week i believe is she in

the story no i think she's in the uh the tournament we've just spoken guadalajara yet tonight i haven't got the glasses i've had a nightmare this morning with computers and laptops i couldn't get the computer work in the draw pdf is too small so i can't read the other than a bit of the nightmare i produce the jodis trying to help me out so bear with me if i make a few mistakes today uh this is the draw south palo uh look particularly last eight later Fernandez uh quavado will be her opponent in the quarter finals blink of a chareva uh the top of that's the top title jaw la and cierra and bousas minero and buttosite is an all-spanished affair for winner jaw now this just shows you the highlight of this tournament how pretty pretty poor is laena Fernandez is the number one scene and she's currently number 31 in the world rankings so i don't think anyone is going to be worrying about this tournament thinking how deep they went in the uh in the us open and look at these previous little results here Fernandez is three to one which he gets extremely short a panoramic oscar plus three fifty again which he's extremely short my advice would be to fight the number one and number two see uh just go boozas minero is nine dollars clear lee is 12 to

one evil east is 12 to one blink of a twelve chareva sixteen john june sixteen cierra sixteen defenini sixteen to one avanesian twenty crushed a bitch at twenty july twenty pavado twenty and twenty five to one outside those players looking at this jaw i like one here at a big price but i'm not going to tell you until you tell me your okay yeah very interesting and the fact that evil east is the number fifth seed chan kind of tells you the kind of tournament we've got here and obviously laena Fernandez the number one seed in that top half the jaw and and obviously the bottom half the jaw palo bed also being the the number two seed and i think it's it's quite interesting look at slana cierra there down in that bottom half the jaw she actually made the quarter finals here last year so she shows that she can she can go okay here but i think the one i quite like it is Jessica boozas minero plus nine hundred she's not the one i like that's not the one i not the one you like no probably not a big enough price i think you like a big price one in these no no no no no not a massive price i'm not bigger than that but not that bigger than that okay the reason for that bush has minero spaz dominica sell kovan round one you'd like to think she'd come

through that and that she obviously she's due to meet bedossa there in the quarter finals and she does meet bedossa she does actually have a winning head-to-head record against that yes just one i know she beat her in bedossa's hometown in Madrid in 2024 in three sets lost the first set six two one and final two sets six three and six three i do think bedossa's a quite interesting i think plus three fifty is about the right price i'm not sure if i want to better at plus three fifty i do think she's got a very solid chance so she obviously won the challenge of title in bestard and followed up with making the final in heazie a week later to sow fitness issues look to be behind her obviously lost a goff there in the us open six four seven six so if she brings that level here she's probably going to be tough to beat but if she was probably if she was plus four fifty i'd probably get with bedossa but i do think plus three fifty is perhaps just a little bit on the short side and the fact that bouchesman arrow has beat her in their one and only meeting and i think conditions here should suit bouchesman arrow i just thought plus nine hundred on her was was

probably the way to go i'm interested to hear what that your player that you like in igeon well it's both hard courts as well i think mentioned the surface i mean i like to say i'm a little bit of a nightmare this one both hard courts there but i have like either lease that 12 to 1 i think she's she's she's she's she's she would be more i bet i mean she'd come through the first round very very comfortable against the wild card she's about one to a hundred potter oscaridon the second round potentially of stefanini i think she'll beat those probably stefanini i think she'll beat that then i think the seara we too slow up these two quick for so i think she goes through i think pala but dosas are fade i think uh bouchesman arrow could beat pala but dosa and i think we might ever semifinalist we might have to leave against bouchesman arrow and semifinal i was also quite interested in having essay and actually put the first round defeated where the qualifier also qualification defeated us open was a putt me off which he showed some good signs before that but i quite like i quite like evil east actually i think she's a good player good quality player i mean she's hasn't probably gone up to the world rankings that we expected when she burst onto the scene but i think

she's uh she's certainly good enough here to have a run she's probably just ranked inside the top one hundred but she has been a top 40 player and i think it's torn was not going to take much winning and i can't see for no endism but dosa really putting it all in this week here i mean for no endist probably needs to win to stay on the top 32 in the world but you know it's not important that important with a with a major not to what Australia so yeah that was my lean but abusa's minare i think it's a nice value plaza we'll just want to fade the front two really too i don't like the front two in the market no i mean if it if it does go the front if it does go the way the market suggests as well if they these are number one and two sees do get the final but also actually has a three and one head to head win lost record over finanders so perhaps that might some interest people who are who are looking more towards the head of the market but um yeah not a huge amount of value then as i said if i wanted to get with badosa i think i'd probably want a little bit bigger than than plus three 15 i think abusa's minare i think these conditions should suit her the way these courts are going to play and i just think plus plus nine hundred she's um just a little bit more of a value play than perhaps badosa might be here but um yeah this

tournament don't be surprised i was obviously a huge shock here last year and it wouldn't be the greatest surprise in the world if we had another shock here and then some of the names on the right hand side of that screen were uh were to to go far but i think yeah the one i like the most yeah bousa's minare in the uh the bottom half of that section now remember we have loads of action coming your way uh we have the bedding weekly live today and every day 11 a.m. eastern time we'll be look at the premier league action today there is one match in the premier league the Manchester Darby matches city as Manchester United Nathan Joyce will be on side there previewing that match and look at all the action across europe as well that's 11 a.m. eastern time every single day of the week and later on today it's the men singles final at the us open camp and shell on end the long wait for an american male grand slam champion uh i will be on with miche miche miche's preview in the men singles final we're going to have a watch along for the first set so join us the action starts at 2 p.m. eastern time today the men singles final shelton against uh Alexander Zaverev a join us for that watch along get your bed scene get your information and get
