You know when people try a new food and suddenly it's like, okay, hold on. I got a new favorite food. That's the reaction a lot of people are having when they first try Cupid Mayon. Yeah, it's the one with the red cap and the little baby on the bottle. You've probably seen it at the grocery store. And this mayo is different. Mm-hmm. Most mayonnaise uses whole eggs. Cupid only uses egg yolks, which gives it this rich umami flavor. It's smoother, deeper, almost buttery. Once people try it, they start putting it on everything. Eggs sandwiches, fries, burgers, chefs use it, restaurants use it, people who really care about flavor use it, put it on just about anything. Then you'll understand. Cupid, the original Japanese mayonnaise. Hey, it's Kelly Rowland. You may not know this, but I have eczema. So I get how it can steal your time. But why let eczema take over when you can talk to your doctor about eczema? Ebbgliss, lubricism ab, LBKZ. A 250 milligram per 2 ml injection is a prescription medicine used to treat adults

and children 12 years of age and older, who weigh at least 88 pounds or 40 kilograms with moderate to severe eczema. Also called a topic dermatitis that is not well controlled with prescription therapies used on the skin, or topicals, or who cannot use topical therapies. Ebbgliss can be used with or without topical corticosteroids. Don't use if you are allergic to Ebbgliss. A allergic reactions can occur that can be severe. I problems can occur. Tell your doctor if you have newer, worsening eye problems, you should not receive a live vaccine when treated with Ebbgliss. Before starting Ebbgliss, tell your doctor if you have a parasitic infection. Pay partnership with Lili. Respect your time. Ask your doctor about Ebbgliss and visit Ebbgliss.com or call 1800 LiliRx or 1800 545 5979. Most of us eat every day, who some of us too much. Because yesterday's food is not enough to supply energy for today's needs. Why then? Do some of us expect yesterday's portion of Heavenly Mana, the word of God, to keep us through today's challenges? On this program, we are going to change all of that.

Let's experience God's words today and receive the power we need to live healthy, vibrant lives. Welcome to your daily portion with your host, author speaker, L. David Harris. Father, I thank you for giving us this new day, this new weekend, the privilege of seeing how you wage war. Father, please give us a pure heart to pure mind, the mind to serve you in all things and not ourselves. Please in Jesus name I pray. Amen. And amen again. Let me just say

from the outset, at the outset here that the war that we're talking about is in our minds, in our minds, in our faith fellowship. We call this the great controversy. It is in our minds. And so for the people who tend to go to the extreme and do all kinds of things in the name of God, that is not what we're talking about. We're talking about governing ourselves based on the power of the Holy Ghost leading us into the paths of righteousness, not us making up things and trying to drag human beings into some weird or evil ideological physical battles. We said yesterday ad nauseam over and over again that the weapons of our warfare are not carnal. They're not earthly. They're not that way. They're spiritual. Therefore, Jesus said it right before he gave his life. He said, if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight. So that is,

we're just want to be very clear, begin as we begin to teach this thing that we're not talking about a physical battle on planet earth. We're talking about that spiritual battle in our minds. So the most important thing is an extension of this. It is not a human conflict. It is the divine battle for souls. Meekness, which is power under control and boldness are not opposites in this war. They are both weapons in the hands of Christ. So we go now quickly to our first lesson that's coming in from 2 Corinthians, the book of 2 Corinthians chapter 10. I will read beginning at verse 3, 2 Corinthians chapter 10. I will read beginning at verse 3 where the Bible reads, for though we walk in the flesh, that means that we're walking on planet earth, where human beings run at the bill, human beings, we eat, drink, sleep, get tired. You know what I mean? We're human

beings. Though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal. So we only read some of that yesterday, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds. Okay? Okay, very good. So Paul is saying that this is not political maneuvering. It's not intellectual superiority or forceful personality. The weapons are divine and divine weapons accomplish what human weapons never can. A person of God who tries to fight spiritual battles with human tools will lose 100% of the time. How many times? How what is the percentage of time that people will lose if we try it with our own weapons, 100% of the time. And so the next conflict or false idea that you face today, whether in your own mind or let's get it out of our

mind and put it into the world in a conversation, it could be somebody in your faith fellowship, somebody who's standing outside your, your the doors of to that faith fellowship. You, you, you want to engage in that and lose then try to do it with your own strength with your own intellect, those pre fabricated ideas and methods that maybe you learned even in theological training. If this is a spiritual battle, you do not want to go into that battle with your human ingenuity. Reach for the divine weapons first connecting to God in prayer. Prayer is what the opening of the heart to God as to a friend. So you want to talk to God immediately. Not consult your library of the things that you know worked in the past, right? The word of God that you're submitting yourselves to, not just that you can quote the devil quotes the scriptures better than any human being could, but he is not subject to it because he decided he wanted to be God's enemy, right? So,

so, so, so we talk to God as to a friend listening for his guidance and have the will to do of his good pleasure. And then when we are in the scriptures looking for what God designed for this to be, we are also submitting to to that design and of course through the Holy Ghost. That's where we begin. And I will challenge you to go into the Bible book of Ephesians chapter six and see what the whole armor of God looks like. Those seven implement of war. Yes, I said seven implement of war, which basically amount to what Paul said in another place in the book of Romans that we should not make provision for the flood. Like we need to put on the Lord Jesus Christ and make not provision for the flesh to fulfill the lusts thereof. We're putting on Christ. We're putting on Christ. And so, our second lesson comes in from second Corinthians chapter 10 and verse one, second Corinthians

chapter 10 and verse one, where the Bible reads, now I Paul myself, we see you in by the meekness and gentleness of Christ who in presence am based among you, but being absent and bold toward you. I'll say it another way. Now I Paul appeal to you personally by the meekness and gentleness of Christ. I who am weak or meek, excuse me, went present among you, but bold toward you, went away. So so meekness was not Paul's weakness. Remember I said meekness is power under control. That means that he was Christ like. He was saying that he was living like Christ. Power under control. His opponents confused gentleness with cowardice because they did not understand that the most powerful force in the universe operates under God with gentleness. God did not send a warrior

to conquer sin. I say warrior, he wasn't there fighting. He was giving people an opportunity to buy choice deliberately. Surrender our will to God. He sent a lamb. The meek and mild one in that moment. Of course, we've seen him in other ways, but the way to conquer sin was to yield, to submit, to surrender and to give his his life. In your next conversation, lead with gentleness instead of force. Trust that the meekness of Christ is not a compromise of truth, but the most powerful way to carry the truths by love into the hearts. Thank you for joining us, listening friends. Always remember, we cannot live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God. This has been your daily portion with L. David Harris. Make it a great day.
