Questions
- How is this different from a keyword alert?
- A keyword alert fires on every transcript that contains a phrase. A sponsor alert fires only when a detected ad read puts a brand on a show for the first time — the signal that a media plan changed.
- What is in the alert?
- The brand, the show and episode, whether the read was host-read or network-inserted, the promo code if there was one, and a link to the moment in the episode.
- Can alerts go to a whole team?
- Post them to a shared Slack channel. On Team and Agency, every seat can also track brands under the shared plan.
