104: Reprogram Your Subconscious Mind with Lindsey Harris of A Deep Space

Holistic Interior Design is not just about creating holistic spaces. It is also caring holistically for the people creating and living in the space, which includes both the client and the designer. In this episode, I welcome my dear friend Lindsey Harris of A Deep Space to talk more about how we can show up and be present as our whole selves and as whole designers. Lindsey is a hypnotherapist who helps individuals rewire their minds and break free from conditioning, and in this episode, she explains how and why this works. She also shares her personal journey with hypnotherapy and breathwork. 

About Lindsey:

Lindsey is a Clinical Hypnotist, Certified Instructor of Hypnosis, breathwork facilitator and Entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in the holistic health and wellness industry. 

She finds purpose and joy in empowering others to discover and tap into their potential, release fears and insecurities, get out of their own way and manifest the lives of their dreams!

In 2022, Lindsey opened the world’s first hypnosis and breathwork studio, A Deep Space™, and is on a mission to empower people of all walks of life to optimize their wellbeing, feel better and live happier.
