Okay, I know organ meats sound a little wild and gross, but hear me out. It is one of the most nutrient dense foods humans have eaten for generations, and I totally understand the benefits, but I'm not exactly cooking liver at home. I actually tried it when I was pregnant the first time I was like, I'm going to eat liver, I'm going to eat all my nutrients, and it was disgusting. I gagged. So that's why I love primal queen. They put grass-fed beef organs into two easy capsules a day so you get all that nutrient density without actually having to eat organ meat. It's made specifically for women and includes things like liver, heart, kidney, plus female organs like uterus and ovaries. And you don't taste it at all. You just take the little capsule. The bag actually smells like peppermint, so they have a little tab in there. So I highly recommend bringing this into your supplement routine. So for a limited time only, our listeners are getting a free month of primal queen plus four free gifts at primalqueen.com slash microdose.

I just had my daughter dressing a girly is so fun. I didn't realize how fun it would be. And I have been perusing quince like all day. I love quince for my baby girl, for my boy, my toddler boy, for me, for my husband, for home. They have so much that I'm obsessed with the quality is phenomenal. I just got Lenny some darling pajamas that are so soft. The patterns are precious. They make these really elevated everyday pieces in materials like Mongolian cashmere, organic cotton, washable silk. I'm pretty specific about the type of materials that I wear and especially for my kid. And now I'm kind of like building my sweater game for this fall and winter and the Mongolian
cashmere is it. I just like put a sweater in my cart the other day. It was $50. I was like, wait, what? That's such a good deal for cashmere. So quince is affordable. Their selection is phenomenal. The quality is top notch. Find the fall pieces you'll reach for most at quince. Download the quince app for app exclusive offers, which is awesome or go to quince.com slash microdose. Faith is like faith is trusting in the process of something and trusting that no matter what decisions we make, the universe has our back and we're going to be taken care of.
There are no right or wrong decisions. So that's what the faith is in. The faith is not in. I'm making this decision so I can have this specific outcome. It's like I'm making this decision because this is what feels good to me. This is what feels like I'm honoring myself. This is what feels true to me right now. And if that's the case, then the outcome doesn't matter because that's the lesson is learning to trust your heart. Learning to trust in that non-linear path. Learning to trust in God. Learning that we literally cannot see but we all a lot of us feel and know is there as nothing to do with the outcome or the ending or the expectation at all. I love that. Yeah, I always say like faith is greater than your feelings. You know, faith is like. And I think that's the thing with unconditional, conditional love and I've I'm only actually really learning what that is. You know, I really didn't know what that was until I got older and it's like I assumed
for a long time that unconditional love was actually like toxic or like unconditional love was actually equal toxic for me because it was like a loyalty beyond my boundaries, loyalty beyond my best intentions, like loyalty beyond these things. And now like seeing and experiencing like unconditional love like with Lindsay and like with my partner and like with a few of our other friends and for the first time is like it's mind blowing. How different it is than conditional love and like even with your friends that you've you've parted ways from, you know, maybe for now, maybe forever, it's like when you first and experience unconditional love and you know what it is, it's like everything else. It's like so clear when it's not, it's crazy. Totally, totally, absolutely. You know, I feel that people who have experienced abuse and trauma like myself in relationship obviously like kind of get confused when it comes to unconditional love because our boundaries are so cross and we experienced a lot of pain and suffering in relationships, you know,
and so like for example, I experienced a lot of abuse with some members of my family and for a while it was like I don't have to forgive you in order to heal like fuck you guys I've done and I'm at this place now where it's like oh I had to put that boundary up with them albeit like I did it in a very like unconscious like middle fingers up type of way that was necessary for me. But I had to do that in order to like rejuvenate and again like harmonize myself back to that unconditional love frequency because at the essence of all of us that's what we are. Like love is not again that's so cliche like love is not something that you give it's literally what we are it's a frequency that you tap into when you like live with non attachment and when you're living so with your heart so open that you cannot help but just admit that you know and so I had to put up that boundary with my family in order that I could go back into that unconditional love space and love them without expectation and so I have a relationship with my dad now because I
don't expect anything from him I don't need anything from him I just love him if I can give that love without needing or expecting anything in return because I'm not coming from a place of scarcity or lack I'm coming from a place of I'm so vibrating with this love for myself and for God and for humanity in general that like I have no time to waste being mad at people like yes you abuse me and whatever and it was fucked up and at the same time like I'm creating myself more suffering by not forgiving you.
