Also called a topic dermatitis that is not well controlled with prescription therapies used on the skin, or topicals, or who cannot use topical therapies,

Epglis can be used with or without topical corticosteroids. Don't use if you are allergic to Epglis. Allergic reactions can occur that can be severe. Eye problems can occur. Tell your doctor if you have newer, worsening eye problems, you should not receive a live vaccine when treated with Epglis. Before starting Epglis, tell your doctor if you have a parasitic infection. We're so thankful for all of you joining us. Guys, let's jump right into it. You know, the markets yesterday continued to drop. Tuesdays, Bell, Solvedao, Jones, Down, S&P, Down, NASDAQ, Down, about three-quarters, same with the Russell 2000, but, gentlemen, on the eve of the Federal Reserve's meeting, where everyone is saying, I'm not saying it, everyone else is

saying it, rate-tax might be coming for the first-time in three years. Everyone but Kevin Warch. That's true. Everyone but him is saying it. Which is interesting. You know, I would just love more than, I know this is wrong. It's the wrong heart. Please forgive me, but I just love if he would come out and say, no, we're lowering rates. Yeah, I'd be great. No, that'd be great. Just because what did he say the other day, something about, I'm now the house, if you want, go ahead, bet against the house or something like that. Yeah. Well, I think that was about the bonds. Yeah, that was great. You know, I just love it, but I just, I just have such a hope that this, this administration, the new Fed, best, that everything going on, that they're more intelligent than those in the past. The idea of the way to curb inflation, which is being generated because of energy, is to destroy our economy, doesn't make any sense whatsoever. Hey, you got to hang nail on your

lower big toe, right? Big toe. Let's cut off the leg. It's like the end of a Superman movie where they destroyed the city to save the city. Yeah, we get it. No sense whatsoever. We have to have more intelligent people in there. Like let's, let's incentivize our economy by lowering rates, by making money easier so people can produce more faster, more efficiently. And thereby, bring down the cost of the goods. How about that? You know, anyway, amazing. You know, my, you know, my soapbox that I can get on with that. And I, I just think I am really, I am sitting on the edge of my chair today to see what comes out because it's not just the Fed chairman. You know, there are 12 governors on there, I believe. And, and they vote on it. So if we get on a majority that vote for a raise, it'll happen, unfortunately. Yeah. Yeah. Well, we'll be keeping

it on for you folks. Listen, we'll talk about it tomorrow. I'm sure the markets guys, though, are feeling pretty positive right now. It's green where it's supposed to be market. It's red where it's supposed to be nice to see that for a change. Good grief. Yeah. Yeah, especially seeing crude come down a little bit. That's good because it did get over 100. It's almost 104 now. So it'd be great for it to come down. But also with the Dow futures, the S&P futures, Nasdaq futures are all up. And I, I don't know, maybe the market is realizing, hey, maybe some people are realizing, maybe these aren't blue light specials, but maybe they're a good point to get into some of these things. Some of these technologies that sold off a bit. And that's a coupon for them might not be fully on sale. But hey, I have a coupon. Yeah. Yeah. You know, Monday looked really interesting to me. I don't know if a lot of people took a look at this, but what happened was Monday, there was a rotation out of AI type stocks.

But it didn't go to other industries. It stayed in the tech, but it just repositioned back into things like software, believe it or not. You know, people will have said that software is going down the two's for the last six months because AI is going to put software companies out of business, not realizing that AI is software. But anyway, we won't go there. I've already done that before. So the software company started coming back. So it's, it was very interesting. Yes, today was different. The market sold off. And it was a market wide sell off, which, you know, it wasn't just moving out of one sector into another or one industry into another. It was a sell off. Some of it going to cash and stuff. So as market wide valuation pressures, what I thought it was. And not today we're seeing the markets. I don't know where they're going to go, but there's what if they continue on the path of the futures so far, we might have a pretty mild day in general.

And so it tells me that everybody is looking at what's going on, what's going on with the interest rates, what's going on with the war in Iran, the energy costs, all that kind of stuff. And then we have on top of it the new, the new Y2K, right? You guys know what I'm talking about, right? Well, I know about Y2K. Yeah, you got the new Y2K is robots are going to destroy the world. Oh, yes, yes. You know, have the same. Yeah, we know, is it an interesting we get a few weeks before an election and all of a sudden, we have this, this impending event that this administration isn't taking care of it and all the large, large AI companies are saying, we need you daddy to come in and regulate us because we can't do it ourselves. No, they don't need that. You know what that means? There's two things that I see happening. We really got to be watching this with these sharks that these tech companies,

these disgusting people sometimes. One, is they are great business people to begin with. That's how they grew these businesses so good. It wasn't all just because they had a great product because they're still ramping up revenues to the point that they're not even covering their spending with the revenues yet. What they're trying to do is force any newcomers out. If you can create a lot of regulations and we saw this in the auto industry, they did this real well. The US auto industry many, many years ago started working with the government to create all these regulations. So if you wanted to build a car, you couldn't because there's so much regulations, you couldn't afford to come into the industry. Locked the door behind you. Exactly. So they're forcing out all the little guys or forcing out all the competition by trying to get Trump to jump in and start regulating them, which he just laughs and said, this is the hope. First of all. And then secondly, the whole idea is isn't it interesting that here we are in a year where we have

a midterm election and a crisis occurs just weeks before the election. Something that nobody saw coming right that AI may be dangerous if you don't do something with your product. Guess what? There's no product out there that couldn't be dangerous if you didn't build it not to be dangerous. So I think another thing that the large companies are trying to do is remove the responsibility they have and protect themselves from lawsuits. Like if AI does something stupid, then people will sue them. Well, if we have regulators, they can say, well, we did what we were told to do regulation wise. So you can't hold us accountable. Hey, man, I'm just following the regulation. Yeah, I just found the regulation is a tangible deniability. Yeah. Exactly. I think that these are disgusting moves on the part of these AI companies. These huge, huge corporations, the world largest

corporations are they're trying to monopolize it. They're trying to turn it into a cartel. They're trying to manipulate the government. What they forgot was Trump's a businessman and he's not going to allow that to happen. This week at Vons and Albertsons, USDA choice tri-tip roast untrimmed are 599 per pound limit for roasts with membership or applicable and medium-ripe hasovicados are 99 cents each with membership or applicable. Plus Kellogg cereals 8.8 to 16.1 ounces selected varieties or peppered farm goldfish 5.9 to 8 ounces are 190 nine each when you buy three. Limit three offers with membership or applicable. Visit vons or Albertsons.com for mortals and ways to save. Hey, it's Kelli Rowland. You may not know this, but I have eczema. So I get how it can still your time. But why let eczema take over when you can talk to your doctor about ebglyss. Ebglyss, lubricismab LBKZ, a 250 milligram per 2 milliliter injection, is a prescription medicine used

to treat adults and children 12 years of age and older, who weigh at least 88 pounds or 40 kilograms with moderate to severe eczema. Also called a topic dermatitis that is not well controlled with prescription therapies used on the skin or topicals or who cannot use topical therapies. Ebglyss can be used with or without topical corticosteroids. Don't use if you are allergic to ebglyss. allergic reactions can occur that can be severe. I problems can occur. Before starting ebglyss tell your doctor if you have a parasitic infection. Paid partnership with Lily. Respect your time. Ask your doctor about ebglyss and visit ebglyss.com or call 1-800-LilyRX or 1-800-545-5979. This week at Vons and Albertans, USDA Choice Tri-Tip Rose untrimmed are 599 per pound. Limit 4 rose with membership were applicable. And medium ripe hassovacados are 99 cents each with membership were applicable. Plus Kellogg cereals 8.8 to 16.1 ounces selected varieties

or peppered farm goldfish 5.9 to 8 ounces are 199 each when you buy 3. Limit 3 offers with membership were applicable. Visit Vons or Albertans.com for more deals and ways to save. So anyway, I know that there's a lot of things about the market but one of the things I really think people need to know is there's an opportunity here. And this is encouraging side. The S&P 500 is training around 19 times expected earnings. That's the lowest forward valuation since April of 2025. So this after today will take another look and after the interest rates come out. But we may be seeing valuations compressing better than we expected. And that's going to give us a lot of long term entry points to some very solid companies. Because if the valuations are coming down and the financial steel is maintaining that creates a lot of great investments for us. So there are opportunities coming. But what I do during this time, well, if you want to rebalance the portfolio

shrimp prune and trim, that's great. You don't have to go into another stock although we did put a couple of new stocks on but there's slow growth stocks but they're good stocks. So make sure you check the the partners portal. But I would just say there's nothing wrong with raising a little cash and hanging on it till you find the perfect entry point for a very strong company going forward. And we get past the elections and all the craziness that goes on prior to the elections. There's nothing wrong with buying. Just make sure you're buying at a right price. We never buy into a great company at a high price. That's not what stewardship's about. Stewardships about buying it at the right price. A great company at a right price. That's long-term investing. I have been following the advice of FASM for at least eight to ten years. I've been well-educated

and informed by this ministry and all things financial. Folks, if that testimony you just heard resonates with you, consider making a donation today for our ripple effect. Financialissues.org click that donate button and be a part of our strong year end finish that we're looking to have here to start 2026, 2027 on the right foot. Financialissues.org is a place to go. Mark, we were talking during the break there, you Sam and I just continuing that conversation from the first segment. I had a question for you that it's fascinating to think why these big companies that have done so well have been so successful. Why are they now looking for what is essentially imprisonment under the guise of government protection? Seems like they're trading their freedom for some kind of security. Am I correct in that? That's exactly right. That's what I was trying to say. I'm sorry if I was not very clear on that. When large companies like the auto industry or the communications industry, when the large corporations, actually the mega

corporations start saying we need regulations, that's to protect them. Those regulations, they take the responsibility off them. When they get sued because of something they put out or did, they can say we followed the regulations. We're just doing what's right so you can't sue me. Also, one of the things it does is when you get enough regulations, it costs a fortune to meet those regulations and only the large and mega companies can afford that. It forces out any smaller competition. The new kid on the block doesn't have a chance then. Effectively what they're doing is they're trying to manipulate the government into giving them a cartel style monopoly so that nobody can compete with them. First of all, and secondly, what they're trying to do is move the responsibility to the government for anything that goes wrong with their products so they can't be, they can't be responsible. They shouldn't have to pay the hundreds of millions and billions of dollars to people

that get harmed by their products or services. Yeah. JD Vance came out and he called the whole thing a Trojan horse. He says, you know, if you have so leaders coming out begging for regulation, he's like more than likely what they're doing is they just they just want to lock out the smaller competitors because you're right, Mark. They have all the resources to navigate the regulations. New guys don't. So you're creating products that you can't regulate yourselves. That's what you're telling me. Well, they're just business big. You're not big boy enough to be able to tell something's dangerous or not. You need the government to tell you how did you ever get to an IPO if that's true. Yeah. You have to have the the knowledge and wisdom. Obviously, these people are just conning the American public. And it's they're doing it right now because there needs to be a crisis for the Democrats to be able to say, look at the this administration has done nothing. The curb, the end of humanity by robots and artificial intelligence. They're not doing their job. We need

to replace them. So guess who runs all the mega corporations, most of the mega corporations? Do you think they're liberal or do you think they're conservative? Do you think they're democratic? Or do you think they're Republican? Isn't this the same thing that happens every time we have an election? Absolutely. They did it with COVID. They used COVID. They used Y2K. They used so many different things to try and do this. And I'm I'm really believe in this country. And I believe the average person is smarter than to let these people pull the wool over their eyes, scare them into voting. Remember, as a believer and as a steward, we don't move on fear. We don't have that fear. We might have concerns about stuff, but our hope is in the Lord. And we know what goes on there. We can walk in peace through through the valley of death. We can do that because we know Christ is with us. We don't vote in fear either. What we do is we vote on on facts, on understanding. And those

people who who are trying to destroy our nation are also God haters. So we don't want to give them the power to enforce their ugliness on the rest of this God loving country. That's right on mark 6 10 363 11 10 again, folks. That's the number to call in. One more time. If you are a new donor to financial issues, you've never donated to the ministry before and you donate any amount today between you and the Lord, you get this awesome FISM mug as our gift to you. Make sure you make that donation at financialisys.org. Are you men enough to meet that challenge? Go to your loins and get that mug. Love to hear that. That's what I'm talking about. Hey, for our partners, by the way, we will be having a new commentary come out today. So keep an eye out for that along with some new by-list additions that Mark was talking about earlier. So keep an eye out on that partners mark. Here's a question back to kind of relating back to, you know, what we were talking about with the Fed meeting later today. William from Mississippi is asking, what is the sweet spot for interest rates? I don't think it needs to be as low as before. It was described as near zero in

the past. Mark, ideally, I think zero would be great for interest rates. But what do you think? Yeah, try and walk it through, you know, think through it together in our minds here. And when we do that, it's thing about of what value does a higher interest rate any higher than zero bring to our economy? Well, some people say, well, it helps, it helps destroy inflation. No, not really. It helps destroy our economy. If interest rates overnight lending rates to banks were so low, they'd have to be efficient to be making money or they'd be shutting down. So that's good. Well, they can, well, it's such a low rate, you know, the overnight lending rate gets so so low that they can't make any money. Well, they can make money off your CDs and all the money you're lending to them. They will lend it out again at a little higher rate. It can affect more your rate. But think about this, we say we have a housing product problem. Well, that's been disproved. We have nine plus months of inventory. We just need the rates to come down so people

can get into them at a fair and less expensive rate. So their payment can come down. The only thing interest rates do is is take money out of businesses pocket. They therefore have to pay pass that on to you. So effectively, the higher the rates, the more inflation there could be. Instead of looking at it being natural, there's organic inflation and then there's synthetic inflation. Synthetic inflation is is playing with the rates. I say let the rates go where they need to go from a business perspective. Let the markets decide where the rates need to be for companies to be able to borrow and for companies to make money even in the financial industry. So yeah, I mean, is it good that we see the long-term bond at over 5% right now? I think it's a great opportunity for people who are in who are depending on their portfolio to support them for the rest of their

life and they don't have millions upon millions of dollars to do it. So they can get into something probably one of the safest products on the market now and earn 5% instead of risking it in the market. That would be great, but it also hurts us on the other side having it that way. So is there a sweet spot for interest rate? Yeah, somewhere between 0 and 3% would be fine. My history in the markets is when it's there, the stock market is very is usually very productive and it makes for easy borrowing for companies to get started if they want to. Obviously, the Bible warns us about debt anyway. So we should move on from that and stop using it as a tool to destroy our economy so that we can stop people. Here's what happens if you haven't heard this before. When they raise rates to as a lover to slow inflation, it does nothing to inflation. What it does is it slows business

productivity. When you slow down productivity, people get laid off. Products have to be because they don't have the money to expand or enhance their manufacturing. So because people stop buying because they can't borrow and companies can't borrow. So it causes this vicious cycle of people get laid off. The economy slows down because people aren't spending a much as much. So inventories come down then because the stores aren't buying as much because people aren't buying as much. So manufacturers aren't making as much. So they have to lay more people off and it's a vicious cycle like that. And then you have to go to the other end of it and try and stop at cascading from the synthetic. This week at Vons and Albertsons, USDA choice tri-tip roast untrimmed are 599 per pound. Hey it's Kelly Rowland. You may not know this but I have Exama. So I get how it can still your time. But why let Exama take over when you can talk to your doctor about Ebglus? Ebglus, lubricism ab LBKZ. Visit Vons or Albertsons.com for more deals and ways to save. Interest rate hikes and it just destroys the economy when the economy is destroyed. Inflation comes down because nobody has any money. What a stupid way to do things. Why not do something that causes more productivity allows manufacturers to manufacture more efficiently

and more productively which means prices would be coming down which hey that's the definition of reducing inflation when prices start coming down inflation is coming down. The same things true with transportation and stuff if we can get the fuels that and by the way this inflation the natural the organic on this inflation is actually caused by the energy. Well we have energy because we had a country that wants to nuke everybody who believes in Jesus Christ as their lord and savior who believes that free enterprise is a good thing who believes that if they're not in control of everything and you're not their slaves then they haven't won the battle yet they hate us they want to destroy us and if they had a nuclear device they would use it first on Israel then the United States of America. We I respect President Trump for stepping into this. I don't like where we're at right now I'd like it to get done I'd like them to shut down this this regime and move on but he's moving in the right direction he's he's trying to do that

but the destroy our economy because of what some jihadist communists ugly discussing people are trying to do to the world terrorists are trying to do the world does not make any sense to be at all well that was supposed to be a short answer like that mark now that was good I was I'd want you to keep going that's great throwing a couple more of those we can't describe the mohamadins who were trying to fight right now. They're punks that's the shorthand they're pumps they're punks and they need to be put down they need to be stopped and we have a president who's willing to do that and it looks like the U.S. is getting behind that more and more hang in there people that's what I'm saying look at the resilience of our economy look at the resilience of our capital markets you know what I'll change my mind by the way if I'm wrong and I'll know I'm wrong when I see a boat full of people leave in Texas and Florida trying to get to Cuba or Iran

you know exiting the U.S. on their own because we our country is so bad we don't see that you know why we're the best country in the world everybody wants to be here. Mark, you're the best because this does in Bobway last one. Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah. Some days it doesn't happen. It doesn't happen. We have the best country in the world or as I like to say we have the worst country in the world. Sans, they'll all others exactly. Yep. The number you're six, ten, three, six, three, eleven, ten give us a call we'd love to hear which you have to say as you know we're in a fundraiser for financial issues hopefully you'll join the party with that as well and if you have to leave us we're sorry to see you go but join us on financialissues.org where you can see the whole show not only see it but you can participate in the chat and you know if you haven't yet you could call in.

you folks give us a call the number is six ten three six three eleven ten boy we would love to talk to you. You know Mark and Sam there's an interesting question that we got in our chat here James from South Carolina is asking a great question he says how do you talk to a person who believes everything on PBS news before I finish the question let me just say I was shocked when I read this James that anyone still watches PBS news but I really thought it was a typo I'm like is he does he mean like CNN CBS I don't know but it's like no PBS news they the only thing PBS is good for is Bob Ross reruns. That's all you watch. So here's James question he apparently has a friend who's a Christian but gets poisoned by that source and Mark I'm sure there's other

sources like it mainstream media maybe it's not PBS news but maybe it's one of the ones that you know might be a you know CNN and MSNBC what does he do Mark? Well you know first of all let's slow down let's take the Bob Rossi fact let's move in there we need to have a little happy message here you know that's true let's put a little happy message over here yeah that's nice okay and that happy message is slow down take your time yeah it's okay talking peace maybe and please don't take this wrong but maybe use smaller words and gentle words because we don't want to offend them our cause them to our cause them to trigger or anything but lead them back to the Bible and that's where the real joy is start talking about the Bible let the Bible tell you know people don't get saved by what you say they get saved by the word yeah the word is what's driving it's a holy spirit it's God that does it the same thing if this person says he believes in the Bible take the Bible and just talk shown versus like like don't lay hands on somebody too quickly less you participate in their

sins what does that mean and how would that apply to PBS you know or others that that talk about foolishness are talk about surrounding yourself with wisdom godly wisdom not worldly wisdom like is on PBS so we'll put a little happy tree over here of talking gently and another one over here about leading them back the Bible and pre-sune they're fighting joy of the Lord and their PBS station is no longer at the top of their list on on their TV you know what markets interesting and I'm waiting into tricky waters here when I say this but I talked to my wife yesterday about this and we were talking about you know the temptation of not living in reality and I I really do believe that a lot of these mainstream media sources they try to craft a reality for a specific outcome the outcome is right the outcome yeah gaslighting it's getting a specific message that will keep people attached to them that sometimes is very different from what reality actually is the

Bible tells us that this that you know God God gives us you know not a spirit of fear but one of power love and a sound mind Christians have a sound mind and so in order to have a sound mind like you said Mark the first and foremost thing we have to cling to is the Bible and what the truth of that says and then use that to be our lens to read the book of nature to read the world to see what you know geopolitics and all those different things are happening to see it through the lens of Scripture it calms us and it gets us realigned with reality and the Bible doesn't call us to listen to everybody it really does it it calls us to listen to godly wisdom and if a person says anything counter to the Bible if they say there is no God or all all roads lead to God or anything that counters that goes against the true message then you need to really think about whether you should be listening to this person and you can trust what they're saying most people would say no you can't trust that and you'd have to move on from there and find godly wisdom instead yeah amen

well James I I trust that you have that wisdom for sure and you know even James just even trusting the fact that you've got the spirit of God in you and as you engage with this person and talk with them trust that the Holy Spirit is going to use you and just be ready to be used you know and like we said seriously we were joking with the Bob Rossing thing but be gentle Mark you're in absolutely right god god loves this person he loves all of us he created us we're all his creation before you were saved god god sent his son to die for you even when you were in your sins and you did the same for me guess what for the pbs watcher as well yeah he died for them that's right while they were still in their six of them that are left who still watch pbs there's one of them being James right and I think but oh what what is this oh okay some some breaking news here said there is a boat made out of milk cartons and old plywood with 43 people on a four by eight sheet headed to

Cuba from oh oh no they just figured out they weren't headed to Cuba they were headed to Florida of the eye change I will will you won't go scratch that reverses yeah that's right boy that'll be the day mark if there's ever a day where we see that that makeshift boat leaving the United States going to another country like Cuba will know we fallen I haven't seen that day come yet not expected coming now hey isn't today winning it it hey it's Kelly rolling you may not know this but I have eczema so I get how it can steal your time but why let eczema take over when you can talk to your doctor about epglyss epglyss lubricism ab lbkz a 250 milligram per two milliliter injection is a prescription medicine used to treat adults and children 12 years of age and older who weigh at least 88 pounds or 40 kilograms with moderate to severe eczema also called a topic dermatitis that is not well controlled with prescription therapies used on the skin or topicals or who cannot use topical therapies ebglyss can be used with or without topical corticosteroids don't use if you are

Looks like Christians are wanting more and more to align their faith with their investments, aligning their investors with their values. It's so cool. That's this is a wonderful story, a wonderful winning Wednesday. I love the alliteration there, but it's also a call to action and it shows that financial issues is desperately needed because what this is, it's an even tied survey from 2024, finding 88% of Christians want to invest in funds that are aligned with their values. So basically nine out of 10 Christians want to be invested in things that align with their values. And I wonder what the other one is even talking about.

That one out of 10, are they even Christian? I'm not sure. The problem is though, only about 25%, one in four, think they're currently doing so. So there's this deep heart desire to have their investments align with God honoring things to not be offending God's heart. But so many people, about 75% don't think that they're currently doing that or don't know how to do that. So Mark, what do you think about that? And what would it look like? What would the amount of money going into God honoring things look like if Christians did invest with biblical integrity? Well, I think it comes down to the reality of, you know, we're not just supposed to look at somebody and say, hey, they're not really a Christian because they don't do things the way I do it as a Christian. We're supposed to look at people if they claim the name of Christ, if they say they are saved by the, what Jesus did, not what they can do, then they have their salvation that

God did provide salvation to them. So it's hard to judge it, but 80% of Americans, let's just talk about America for just a little bit, say they are believers. I did, if that was true, if they were true believers and they were like our partners and they were walking in stewardship, actually honoring God with all they did with all they were entrusted with utilizing it to his, for his purposes to his glory, then we would have probably 50 trillion dollars invested instead of some say 200 billion, some say 50 billion invested on purpose and biblical responsible investing. Say that again, I think I was trillion dollars. Right. Wow. Right. That's what would happen. A lot of people are not truly believers, right? They're fans of life or they look like the cultural attitude of it. They, you know, that kind of thing. But true believers, I think a true believer would have a very hard time and I saw it over

the years with my clients when they found out what was in their portfolio. Someone broke down and cried. Some people got angry and actually one guy reached his cell phone, got on the cell phone and immediately called his broker and fired him on the spot for doing that to him. So I mean, that's just incredible. A lot of people are true believers. It's step by step. But remember, every time we do something that honors God, the enemy is going to try to sustain it as much as possible. That's why we had to be careful about all the wolves and sheep's clothing coming into the market now, claiming they are typically responsible by using terms like faith-based, our values based. Well, whose faith, whose values, if it's not the Bible, is not the one true God's. Absolutely. Great stuff, guys. Hey, phone number six, 10, 36, 3, 11, 10. Listen, we would love to hear from you. This is Craig Hauberg with your weekly financial issues, Ag Focus.

Today, I would like to take a look at the agricultural economic state of the Union. The move crop price outlooks prompted USDA to recently increase its net farm income estimate. Net cash farm income is now projected to be 176.4 million for the year, up from a February estimate 158.5 billion. Net farm income, which also accounts for non-cash items like depreciation, inventory changes, and the rental value of farm dwellings, is down 2.6% or 4.3 billion lower than in 2025. Now, grain farmers' pain is not always livestock producers' gains. The numbers indicated feed costs are one of the few categories with lower expenses projected in 2026, yet income from the animal sectors also down for nearly all categories except for cattle. The crop side of the equation is benefiting most recently from higher prices. We especially see that reflected in roll crops where corn and soybean farmers are going to benefit from stronger commodity prices. USDA is projecting net farm income for farm businesses derives by 44% for soybeans and 46%

for corn. Wheat is expected to jump a whopping 189% over last year, driven by poor domestic yields and short crops globally that have boosted wheat price outlook. A government payments will make up roughly 26% of net cash farm income in 2026. Those payments are projected to increase by 9.5 billion from 2025 after the one big beautiful bill updated the farm bill programs with payments for 2025 crop losses scheduled to begin on October 1st of this year. Total crop receipts are forecast to come in at 253 billion in 2026. That's an increase of 4.6 billion over last year in nominal terms. From a farm sector balance sheet perspective, assets are up 3%, it is up 4.6% and equity is up 2.7%. Farm businesses are also projected to fare better in 2026, up 7.1% from last year to an average farm income of $121,700. Well, this has been Craig Hullgarde with your financial issues, egg focus.

Mark and Sam, the markets are open and everything is feeling for the most part just fine. The Dow's down a little bit, but is it Dan? Might be fine, but is it Dan? Well, again, the Dow's not. But the other ones seem to be okay. We don't have a dandy Dow. I wish we did, Mark. I wish we did. But alas, strutting down the street in a sweet jacket. It was exactly exactly. But crude still down to crude. That's good. That is good. Yeah, crude has been acting very crude lately, by the way. It has been behaving very well. So Mark, here's a good question. Patty is asking. She actually got two questions here. One of them is in regards to our conversation we had. I believe it was yesterday about donor advised funds. She's asking, how does the donor advised fund actually make money? What is it invested in? Oh, okay. I thought at first I thought she was asking how the donor advised fund administrators make money. Obviously they charge services. But a fund makes money the same way you do. Think of it like 401k, except you don't ever get to use it.

You donated it. So you get to deduct it. That's true. But once it's in there, you can start investing it. And you advise the administrators on where you want to invest it in the pool of investments they have. That's really important when you ask that, Patty, because a donor advised fund, it could be a great ministry, but they may not have any BRI options in it. They may not be aware or aware, conscious to the truth, but what it means to be an investment steward yet. And so they're just, they sponsor this and then you put the money in it. And unfortunately, you can't invest it in a way that honors God. I know that sounds terrible. And actually it is. It's amazing that so many Christian 501c3's donor advised funds do not allow biblical responsible investing. So you want to, when you go, when you decide to do a DAF, you want to make sure that

who's ever, the spot, who's ever administrating it, they have the ability for you to invest with biblical integrity in it. So you can grow your assets and not just give what you donated, but give what you donated more, hopefully, because of the growth. It's awesome. Patty, it's a good question. Speaking of another good question from Patty Mark, she's asking this one, supposing the Iranian regime falls and a result citizens are armed as in our second amendment. Do you think companies like Smith and Wesson or Ruger could experience growth? And then where will the guns to arm the people come from? That's a really good question. The CIA. Yeah. Well, yeah, I guess if Iran's current regime fell in new government recognizes the right to bear arms, that could eventually create a large new firearms market. But I'd be careful about jumping from possibilities of sum in Smith and Wesson and Ruger would immediately

benefit. I mean, think about it. We're talking about Iran. Iran already has millions of firearms inside the country. A small arm survey estimated roughly 5.9 millions to billion health firearms in Iran. So that's old data, but it's still there. It's probably even more. And here's the interesting thing. Remember, most of the firearms didn't come from the United States to begin with or from a U.S. company. It's AK pattern rifles and munitions. We're talking about Russian made and other made weapons is what it comes down to. So eventually could it be? Yeah. But I wouldn't invest in either one of those companies because you believe Iran's going to fall in that Smith and Wesson or Ruger is going to step up and be the main supplier of weapons in Iran. So that could be a long ways off. Mark, it also seems to me like there's a whole lot of hoops that have to be jumped through

in order to get from the conclusion of the Iranian regime falls to Smith and Wesson, Ruger companies like that. Yeah. That a huge stock bump. Just from the international divide, I mean, you've got a country that is not Western and then, you know, assuming it becomes Westernized, there's no guarantee that those the gun companies are going to get. How long it will take? But this is this is just my thoughts, Patty. It would take at least a generation. Even let's say tomorrow, the Iranian regime, the all the Muslims, all the peat that the jihadists are the terrorists. They all decide to stop being terrorists and stop being jihadists and form a free, try to mirror the United States. It will take a generation or two or three for that to ripple through the society. So and think about how long it takes for contracts again in place, trading deals, all that kind

of stuff. Smith and Wesson wouldn't be at the top of those trading deals. It'd be more food supplies, things like that to rebuild the country because if they fall, the only reason they fall is because President Trump. Does a huge bombing and he takes out as many people as a game. You know, so that's the only way it's going to fall. These people have been brainwashed for centuries now. So it will take generations. I would not invest on the speculation, that speculation. I would invest for other reasons that Smith and Wesson and Ruger, when the value, when the price is right and when the financial steel is there. There it is, Mark. Exactly. I mean, that seems to be the lesson. And Pat, you've brought up a really, I think, a great kind of larger topic here, Mark, which is do we invest based off of assumptions of what could happen or do we? Or a whole set of what could happen.

Exactly. Or do we do it based off of the reality and facts that we see. The strength of companies like Smith and Wesson, the strength of companies, what's their debt looking like, what's their PE, all those things that we look at to determine the financial issue. That's the reason to choose to invest or not, right? Absolutely. Yeah. That's a good question, Pat. Appreciate that. Mark, we've got a question here. Ron is 71. He's saying, when two or more beneficiaries inherit an IRA or Roth IRA that contains multiple stock holdings, does the inheritance pass in kind, fractionally, to each beneficiary? And does the beneficiary have to maintain the inherited IRA at the same brokerage firm that held the original? I'm confused about how the annual required distribution is handled when there are multiple persons inheriting. What do you think, Mark? Yeah, and it can get confusing. First of all, let's put aside that there are brokers or advisors who might say, well, you got to stay here and that kind of stuff. Of course, you don't have to stay there. Ron, the good news is as much cleaner than it sounds. If several individuals are named beneficiaries of an IRA, they can divide the IRA up.

It can be in like kind or in cash, depending on how you want to done. Now, I will say that most platforms, most things like Schwab or Fidelity or any of the platforms, they'll say we have to open up an account in your name here as a beneficiary IRA account. Once the assets are moved into that, then you can move that to any platform you want. That is how that works. So you're not stuck there. Let's see, the IRS doesn't require every stock holding and be divided fractionally in exactly the same way. The custodian handles these mechanics. They do this daily. In fact, I have a son that works at a major brokerage. This is exactly what it does. When people die, he helps them to move through what's needed to be done, get the right paperwork to move it as quickly as possible for them to make it as easy as possible.

You can move it, though. Once your inherited IRA has been established and everything's been divided, you can move it. But there's a more important point here. Before we even get to the idea of dividing up the IRA, remember, if the IRA owner died on or after his required beginning date for RMDs, an RMD has to be paid out of that account before you divide it all up. That happens prior to dividing it. You don't divide it. Then each of the beneficiaries, if there was three, pays one third of the, does a one third RMD because that would be coming out of your social security number now, not your, not the original owner of the account. That has to come out while it's still in the original IRA. Obviously, Roth is different because there are no RMDs on that. It's a lot simpler than you think, but there is a lot of paperwork. It's more of a couple of steps.

One, make sure the RMDs are done first, second, get a hold of the brokerage where it's held and have them make sure all the beneficiaries can get online in eSign or their documents. They need to establish their beneficiary IRA once that's done or do it manually. You can do it manually, still believing that. Once that's done and the beneficiary IRAs are established, you can do whatever you want. Stay on that platform or do a trusty, trusty transfer to the platform that you prefer. I love that, Mark. It's great stuff. Wish we had more time, Mark. I do too. Thank you all so much for being with us today. It's been a fun, windy Wednesday. Thank you for putting up with our, what we call humor.
