Chronic Migraine is 15 or more headache days a month, each lasting 4 hours or more. Botox on a botulinum toxin A prevents headaches and adults with chronic migraine before they start. It's not for those with 14 or fewer headache days a month. It prevents on average 8 to 9 headache days a month, versus 6 to 7 for placebo. Prescription Botox is injected by your doctor. Effects of Botox may spread hours to weeks after injection causing serious symptoms. Alert your doctor right away as difficulty swallowing, speaking, breathing, eye problems or muscle weakness can be signs of a life threatening condition. Patients with these conditions before injection are at highest risk. Side effects may include allergic reactions, neck and injection site pain, fatigue and headache. Alerts can include rash, welts, asthma symptoms and dizziness. Don't receive Botox if there's a skin infection. Tell your doctor your medical history, muscle or nerve conditions, including ALS Lugeric's disease, myosthenia-gravis or Lambert Eaton syndrome, and medications including botulinum toxins as these may increase the risk of serious side effects. Why wait? If you're a doctor, visit BotoxCronicMigraine.com or call 1-800-44 Botox to learn more.

We really appreciate the love and support. That said, today is September 18th, 2026 and here's what we've got for you. Jack Draper season continues to disappoint. The WTA finds a new home and potentially some money issues. ESPN's US Open ratings are in and they are pretty great and the US Open Find list has dropped in two people, surprisingly, didn't make the list. But first, for set number one, do we finally have a return date for the world number one? Yonic Sinner has not played a competitive match since beating Alexander Zverev in the Wimbledon Final back in July.

A right knee injury knocked him out of Montreal since Nadi and the US Open. However, Yonic hasn't just been kicking it back. He wrapped treatment and turn last week and has been spotted in Monte Carlo practicing and his doctors reportedly considered the knee to be healed for fans as well as for tournament directors running events here in the back quarter of the year that is good news. Sinner is currently listed on multiple tournament entry lists including the Beijing 500 which is scheduled to start September 30th. An event which Sinner is the defending champ. Here's why the return timing matters. Kern World number two, Alexander Zverev won the US Open this past Sunday, adding 2000 points to his ranking. Starting him to 9,690 points. Sinner who couldn't defend his 1,300 points from last year's US Open Final dropped down to 11,500. That shrinks the gap between the German two time slam champion and the ranking world number one Italian to just 1,810 points. So on points earned this year alone, Sasha is already ahead.

To put it plainly, Sinner has to be nearly perfect off of an 80 day layoff. But probably needs Zverev to falter a little bit if he plans to finish the year ranked world number one. Now this isn't the only Sinner news, we may have buried the lead just a little bit with this one. Check out this clip from Juan Carlos Ferrero. Yeah, that Ferrero, Alcarez's former head coach. This is from September 15th on Movie Star Plus. For those of you who don't speak Spanish like myself, I'll paraphrase. Basically Juan Carlos Ferrero said that he's been enjoying time with his family in 2026, but he is returning to the tennis circuit in 2027. And he can't confirm with whom. So let the rumors begin and of course, a name that caught fire quickly, Yonic Sinner. Whisperer's about a Ferrero Sinner link have been floating around since Cincinnati and they picked up steam again this week. Obviously, nothing is yet confirmed and in fact, there is a competing theory inside tennis

circles. In fact, many think JCF wasn't talking about Sinner at all in that he was talking about fellow Spaniard Rafael Hodar. So all that said, we are still left with questions. Will Sinner be back on Cordenbejing? Will he have a new coach in 2027? Will it be his biggest rivals, former head coach? We will keep you updated on these stories as they evolve. Onto set number two in this one, Stings. Jack Draper has taken to social media. Once again to announce he will not be returning to court anytime soon. The former World Number Four is currently ranked 155, a tumble that is in large part due to a brutal run of injuries that have kept him sidelined for virtually the entire 2026 campaign. The main culprit, a bone bruise in his left arm that he's been managing since 2025. A knee problem cost him more time in the spring and on Tuesday, the 2025 Indian Wells Champion announced that he was done for the rest of the season, writing this. I'm taking this time to reset and to heal, so when I return, I'm 100% ready to go.

Tennis is my purpose and passion, and so when I step back on court, I want to make sure that there's nothing holding me back from where I want to go and achieve the things I know I'm capable of. Draper Man is just 15 matches this year going 8 and 7 and missing sadly all four majors. We're hoping for a fast and effective recovery for Jack, and we will be excited to see him back on court next year. Edward Jones, we believe Rich, is about taking care of what gives your life meaning. That's why your financial advisor personalizes your plan to help you preserve your progress and create something that lasts. Let's find your Rich. Edward Jones, member SIPC. I remember telling my boss, it'll be good for the brand when leads were slow. Yeah, it wasn't.

Paiday bars have a bone to pick with the other candy bars, enough with the toppings and layers and stuff. Paiday bars are just salty, crunchy peanuts and sweet caramel. Delicious! Paiday, peanut caramel bar. Now to set number three and it hits home here for the serve squad, check out this presser. We are here to celebrate great news. The WTA is moving its headquarters to Charlotte, North Carolina, and from 2027 through 2029, the WTA will host its WTA finals right here in the city of Charlotte. That was North Carolina's Governor Josh Stein and Wednesday's announcement that the WTA is relocating its global headquarters from St. Petersburg, Florida to Charlotte, North Carolina, and the WTA finals are coming with it starting in 2027. But for an initial three or run, the WTA finals will be played at the Spectrum Center through 2029. WTA Chairperson Valerie Camillo also took to the podium to celebrate this move.

The cultural conversation around women and women's sports has fundamentally changed. Women's tennis does not simply benefit from that momentum, we created it and built it over the last 50 years. Together we will shape the next chapter of this incredible legacy. Our vision is to make the WTA finals the Super Bowl of Women's Sports. However, all of this great news from the WTA comes on the heels of some troubling reports that surfaced during the US Open regarding the organization's financials. Last week the telegraph reported that the WTA is projecting roughly $23 million in operating losses for 2026, with about 15 million of cash left by the end of the year. If the tour continues at that burn rate, it could run out of money by next fall. This all seems so surprising for a tour that is experiencing record attendance, record prize money, and has a cast of highly marketable athletes who regularly lead the Forbes highest paid female athletes list with eight of the top 10 being tennis players in 2025.

We will keep following this story as it develops and as a reminder, this year's WTA finals will take place in Indian Wells from November 8th through the 15th. Speaking of money issues, set number 4 brings us to the US Open Finelist. Twenty fines were levied totaling $112,500. The single biggest hit went to a 19 year old Argentine qualifier, Louis Sina Jovenini, the fine $20,000 for retiring just 17 minutes into a first round qualifying match down O5. Corritan Mute picked up 15 grand across two violations. Arthur Fees got another 5,000. Terrence Atman, 7500 for verbal abuse, which Sean and I witnessed, can't yell at a physio bro. And finally, Arena Sabelinka was fined 7500 for record abuse during the final. The biggest record abuse find on the sheet. But it's not who made this list that surprised anyone. It is the duo that did not. Venus and Serenolium skipped their post-match press conference after their epic first round

doubles loss. Serenol reportedly went straight out from the court to a car and left the grounds. Under the Grand Slam rulebook, that is a code violation and it carries a fine that can run into 5 figures per player. The USDA did confirm that neither sister would be fined and no injury reason was given. Now back in 2010, the sisters were fined $4,000 each for skipping a Wimbledon double presser. Venus got a 5 grand fine for the same thing at the 2016 Australian Open. Lastly, said number 5, brings us to the numbers that matter, the ratings of the biggest tennis event in America. ESPN released its US Open stats in the men's final between Zverev and Ben Scheldon average 3.2 million viewers, peaking at 4 million on ABC. That is the largest men's final audience since ESPN began televising the tournament in 2009. Up 9% from last year's center Algaraz final. The women's final, which was rebawken over Arena Savileca, drew 2.7 million, up 13% year

over year. So if you were to put the two finals together, you would get 3 million viewers on average, which is up 9%. Some more numbers beyond the finals, the All-American Friday night semi-final between Schelton and Francis Teofo average 3.1 million, ESPN's biggest men's semi-final audience ever. From one more for the sickos, the Algaraz Scheldon quarter final, the latest finish in US Open history at 3.33 in the morning, average 1.6 million, with 967,000 of U-10s addicts still watching at 3.30 a.m. So across the full two weeks on ESPN and ABC, coverage average 1.2 million viewers per day, that is the most watched US Open since 2022. Now time for our Tiberic trivia of the week, and we go back to the money finds that is, the question which player is widely regarded as the most fine professional tennis player in history? We will have that answer for you in this week's 5th set or newsletter, along with a few
