Imagine if having your cake and eating it too was about banking, not baking. Silicon Valley Bank and First Citizens Bank have created a recipe that blends decades of innovation economy experience with more than a century of stability. Now, you don't have to choose between deep sector expertise and lasting financial security. Instead, you can enjoy them both. Silicon Valley Bank and First Citizens Bank. It's the best of bank worlds. Picture it. You're at a red light, window down, phone in hand. A guy on a bike reaches in grabs your phone and he's gone. Five seconds tops. If that screen was unlocked, he has your email, your text, and your banking app. Not anymore. I'm Kim Comando for Improve Life Sleep, a smooth, tart cherry blend designed to support relaxation, calm, and a more restful night without melatonin or heavy sleep aids. ImproveLife.com, slash sleep. For your phone, your phone fights back. It's called Theft Detection Lock. Your phone feels that snatch and run motion and locks the screen instantly before the
thief gets into a single app. Open Settings. Search for the word theft and flip it on. Ten seconds. iPhone folks, Apple's building its own version. Hidden code in the iOS 27.2 beta proves it. Launch date, Apple isn't saying. In two years, a phone that can't lock itself will feel as dated as a flip phone. They got your phone and not your bank account. Kim and Andrew have been picking it all apart on the show. Next. Here's something your body never tells you. Somewhere in your 20s, it quietly starts making less collagen. No memo, no warning. You notice it years later. It's not getting older. That's collagen slipping away. But you can support your body naturally. I'm talking about high quality collagen from native path. It gives your body the building blocks it needs to support smoother looking skin, stronger
nails and shinier hair. In some studies suggest, collagen supplements may even help support bone health. This is not about turning back time. It's about feeling your best at any age and glowing like you mean it. Right now, my listeners get native path collagen for a fraction of the retail price plus free shipping and a free gift bundle. So did you see the big apple event? Yes, of course I did. The foldable phone. Did you watch the whole thing? No, I just watched the phone part. I couldn't watch the whole thing either. Apple's first foldable phone I call the iPhone Duo. It's a weird shape when it's not folded. It's big. It's five inches. When it's closed, it's a weird awkward shape. I don't, would that even fit in a normal pair of pants pocket?
No. I don't think so either. Unless you had really big pants. You really big pockets. If you have hammer pants, this is the phone for you. You know what's coming back in style? What? Carpenter pants. I don't know. Oh, cargo pants with the cargo pockets? No, carpenter. So you'd have that big pocket so you could put your hammer in it. That's coming back in. That was ever in style? It was in style a long time ago. But now with those big, I was thinking like if you had carpenter pants, you could put a foldable iPhone right there. So I have the biggest iPhone that came out. What is this three inches? No. Well, the five inches diagonal. Okay, but still. That's like 6.3 inches. It's good. It looks a lot wider than even the biggest phone now. Yeah, they're not talking about how wide it is. They only talk about the diagonal. Right. But I'm saying the images that I saw, it looks wider than this. It doesn't look like it's, when it's folded, it doesn't look like it's going to be comfortable to use. $2,000. For the basic. Yes. And you can run two apps side by side. It takes a picture when everyone's ready.
I mean, it's got all these other little things. It's okay. I like the colors. Okay. I like the sky and star white. So you're going to black or white. It does. Good. What should we call it? Star white sounds appealing. And so does night sky. No, are you going to get one? Of course. But are you going to get it and make it your everyday phone? I have to try because it's my job. Right. I understand that. But do you think it will become your everyday phone? I don't know. I mean, I have an iPad. Right. I have a MacBook. Would you carry around with you? Yes. I don't know. I just don't see it. Then you have the 18 Pro, the Pro Max, has a bigger cooling system, I guess, on the inside. Oh, that's all getting excited. That's all getting excited. 45 hours of video playback. So it has a big battery boost if you want that. The Apple Watch Series 12 and Ultra 4. This is interesting to me. It has audio intelligence. Now, what do you think audio intelligence means? That they're going to listen to everything I say. And they're going to keep a file of it so they can sell it to market me.
Well, they say they're not going to market it. But you can record if you're having any conversation, I could be recording it right now on my watch. Great. More spying. Now, they did say that it will make a sound when it's recording. But you know as well as I do, it's just a matter of time before somebody says, oh, we'll hear do this and you want to hear the sound. A constant sound? Like a beep. Right, when it starts. So I, yeah. The whole time? That's what I read. I don't know, I'm not really sure, but we'll be that way. Maybe I misunderstood it. And then someone on Facebook marketplace will open up a store, you can go and get it turned off. Now, this is also interesting to me. Is that the iPhone 18 has something called the Pro Reference Image Detection? Yeah, I've been waiting for that feature. It'll tell you whether or not AI created or altered the photo. That's pretty cool. Yeah. So if you are working with an insurance adjuster and they say, oh, well, that dent was there before. And you're like, oh, right. No, there was no dent there. Meanwhile, Apple quietly raised the prices
across every iPhone this past, but after when they announced the new ones, they said, oh, all the old phones are going to be $100 more. $100? Yes. That's a huge show. Yeah, it is. And this is the first time in like 20 years when Apple announced new iPhones. And normally the prices of the old phones go down. Like two weeks ago, you told everybody don't buy a phone because the sales are coming. No sales, sorry. Yeah, this is the first time they've ever done that. Now when the new phones come out officially available in stores, do you will the price drop then for the older phones? It's hard to say. I think if you really wanted to buy iPhone 15, 16, 17, I would probably buy it. Hmm. I am hard to, I don't want to really say because they're being unpredictable. Yeah, I so you know, I mean, maybe you can buy it now. Maybe there'll be a Black Friday sale. OK. Maybe you can just update to iOS 27 and get a brand new battery. And then that'll last another couple of years for you. Seems like a new phone. It does. OK, smarty pants. I know that you need more tips like this
