Shrimp on their ground. Go go. Bitcoin is ending a historical bear market. Welcome back everybody. I hope that you had a great evening. Good morning, good afternoon, good evening. All times of the day. So it looks like it looks like we're going to get no shortage of drama today with the clarity slop and tomorrow, armor and of course, right, the peddlers of, you know, the peddlers of, of wears are super excited about this, right? It's a whole lot of attention. It's a lot of engagement. And why not? Let's do it, guys. We're going to engage with all of this governmental sludge and slop. So of course, we're going to cover what's happening, the clarity act because as you could imagine, 24 hours before they're going to sit there and vote today at
2.15 pm. It's just a whole lot of nonsense going back and forth, right? Now, has it, is it really history? Is it maybe history repeating itself? Maybe it's even just human behavior, right? Because human nature is a constant. So why are we pretending like all of this is new? It's not new. Anyways, big Bitcoin, big Bitcoin breakout loading. That's right. We're going to take a look at some of that. What else are we going to take a look at? Sellers are pissing in the wind. I've been saying that for a while. You're under exposed and simply not ready for what's coming. That's right, guys. Possibly 378K in 2029. Barish, bearish. And we're also going to take a look at the overbought oversold oscillator that just changed colors. Bitcoin closing in on the end of its historic bear market. What does it all mean?
Can we expect Bitcoin surviving one of the least favorable liquidity environments? That's right. This is where the this is where the big hopeium comes from, right? This is where the real conviction comes from. Because when you zoom out and you realize just how terrible the market conditions are right now and Bitcoin is supposedly did between 70 and 80K. Anyone actually bearish on this? I don't know. I don't know. Anyways, big coins make an eight month highs against gold on a risk of day. That's right. Fortunately for the Bitcoin treasury companies though, eyes don't seem so bright. They don't. We've got some news from Satzuma technologies from Mueller or color. I don't even know what the hell that pronounced like. But yeah, anyways, look, I'm not surprised if you've been a longtime viewer of the show, you should not be surprised either.
Broke businesses can't afford to hodl. And since I'm not paid or incentivized to show you nonsense like that, I've been saying that the whole time. My message has been the same. Anyways, clarity act vote today also eight US banking groups urging the Senate to tighten the clarity act stablecoin reward restrictions. That's right, guys. That's right. There is nothing new under the sun. President Trump agrees to the clarity act ethics restrictions. It's all going back and forth. It's ping ponging. We're going to cover it all. As well, there was last night new text for the clarity act that dropped and at the same time, there was pushback already from the Democrats also. So and again, I'm not making this a Democrat Republican thing. I don't really care, guys. Government. It's all a giant fucking sludge machine. I don't care. And I get it. Yes, this particular party will make things better temporarily. I get it. I get it. It's all bureaucracy. Okay. Doesn't matter. I get the temporarily. We can be happy about something, but it doesn't make a difference. It's a giant fucking machine.
Anyways, speaking of giant machines, Canada's banking regulator, OSFI, just confirmed tokenized deposits. So while we're sitting here doing this giant larping circus. Canada just says, now you know what? It's the same as what we're already doing. Let it go. You got to and I'm not saying it's better. I'm just saying that's what they did. What else are we taking a look at? Malicious user likely gained access to Swiss Bitcoin pays internal systems. Yeah, that's right. I also have another we have an update on Revolut. Right. There's an update on Revolut. More, right. More Blake to blip. That's right. That's right. The drama doesn't end when you're larping about saving Bitcoin. And I'm here to make fun of it. Ah, the hash fly. Everybody's so excited about the fly that can mine Bitcoin. Yeah, we're gonna cover it. I think it's pretty cool too. At least the graphics are very cool. We're gonna take a look at the website and and in these very
very controversial times where the Panopticon seems to be building out. We've got a hitchhikers guide to online and anonymity. A lot of stuff guys. We are covering a lot of stuff. Anyways, let's dive into it. Here we go. Okay, so Bitcoin, Fiat Exchange. Oh wait, wait. Why would I do that? That's wrong. Wrong speak. Good morning. Good morning, Luke Cannon. It's all to be good morning. Linedeye. What is up plastic? That's right, Roark. It's Tuesday. And tonight, it's Bitcoin tonight. It's good times. Somebody that I knew that would pronounce Tuesday like that and it just got stuck in my head. It's awful. Absolutely awful. I appreciate it, blindeye. I really do. It's such, you know what? Every single time I make an episode, I think to myself, this episode is gonna be the one, right? This is the one that is just gonna be absolutely kick ass.
I don't know when that, I don't think it's happened yet, but I strive for it. I strive for it every day. Psycho train. Good morning. It's dude. It's not so over. We're not doomed. Okay? Nobody even knows what the hell is happening. All right. How can you be such a doomer, psychotrain? But I also appreciate your doom or is him. For some reason. I don't know what it is. What is it Bitcoin gonna crab? Yeah, dude. It's, you're not the only one saying this man. Anybody I know that's been here for a long enough time. Say the same thing. We are just gonna crab to a million bucks. Maybe, maybe. What else? Good morning. Oh, the price is down. Yeah. Good morning. No name extra. Yeah, the price is what we had. 76K. Yeah. We'll take a look at that in a second. Good morning. Cold deck for your guys. What's up? What is up? Marco, what is happening? I appreciate that blind eye. I appreciate that. Thank you so much. I do acknowledge you guys. What are you talking about?
I acknowledge the viewers. Oh man. My doomers and misrefessioning with all the hope you've solved. Hey, hey. I put in a lot of effort for that hope you're not. Okay. E for effort. A for aggression. That's right. E's and A's all across the board. My friend. Okay. Anyways. Good morning. Good morning. Dieter. Bob. I think owning a house is better than renting. It's not your post yesterday. I'm like, I don't agree with this. But it's okay. Teach their own. All right. So we can talk about it later. All right. So Bitcoin, Fionics, change. 76,351. New all time high on the block height. 967,150. What else? One sat per V by all. No. Coffee's are affordable. Damn. What the hell happened to Lightning? Yesterday was all excited. I was like, 4,450 Bitcoin public lightning channels. And it's got 3,753 public liquidity for lightning.
76 iPhones per Bitcoin and only 19% of a house per Bitcoin. We lost two iPhones since yesterday. Oh yeah. No, ACP. It's it's totally over. It's it's totally over, man. We're we're done. This is done. But it's okay. Don't worry. We've got some hope in because while we're dead. That's right. Big, big breakout loading. Guys, this is all just part of the crab. All just a part of the crab. We're about to break out. And you know where he's pointing to guys. Burb is pointing to 100K. Okay. 100K by. All right. So guys, we have about 15 days. Still 100K. Okay. So just. Yeah. They're I've worked. They are not using the new iPhone. It's not the new one. The flip thing there. The purse, the electronic purse. Yeah. No, this is the this is the new one. I mean, a regular phone is like an electronic purse too, but it's I think it's the folding mechanism that just totally.
I don't know. If there's anything wrong with that. There's nothing wrong with that. Okay. Each their own. It's fine. We can use whatever they want. All right. So super Bitcoin bro. Let's dive into it. Bitcoin daily. Exponential moving average golden cross confirmed on Saturday. Then why are we dying, bro? Sellers are pissing in the wind, but I'll tell you this. They won this morning. They definitely won this morning. But look, let's, you know what? Let's just pull up the damn chart. Let's just do it. The hell is it? Yeah. Share this tab instead. Make this go away. Make this appear. Okay. So look. So this is what we did this morning. Right. We did the little whips off. Right. Yesterday. You know, everybody's flying high 79K. Here we go. 83. Yay. I'm excited. And it's gone. Okay. And all night all we did was just dump, dump, dump. And there we go. This is a very. This is a very inspiring candle right here. Right. Because we came back. We, we came back.
And so she just tells you that there's still bulls that are looking for these opportunities to buy these dips that that's really all that tells you them really tell you anymore. I know some people will extrapolate a whole lot more information out of that, but I don't like to to wreck myself. So here. Here's the daily with the high Kineshi chart. Okay. This is the daily on the high Kineshi. Let's go to the weekly. Guys, we are still coming up into this cloud. Okay. Still coming up into this cloud. We still have to break this neckline. I know I don't mean this in some weird violent way. It's just a sizable move beyond that point. And we can start to talk about bigger numbers. Okay. I'm going to talk about bigger numbers anyways. Why? Because it's opium and it makes me happy. All right. So kill XBT. I'm feeling pretty good man. I'm feeling pretty good. If this, if this has been the bear market and I'm crying about seven between 70 and 80 K.
I'm not complaining. Now the people who are under exposed and waiting for that perfect entry so they could double their stack and be heroes. Yeah, that's right guys. You ain't ready. You ain't ready for the lines. He drew on that chart. Look at that. 112 K. 112 K. By what mid 2027. Three quarters of the way through 2027. Maybe. Maybe. All right. So this is a face we haven't seen in a while. Right? Frank Athera. The bottom is in. I think it is. And BTC runs back. Run it back. Here we go. Back to the previous cycle fractal. We're looking at 378 K in early 2029. Still like my 9.6 million. Better. I guess it was like come on 12k. Any time you post that play, I always think of Dumburg, you know, the little green chicken who sat there and went on.
I don't remember if it was Pomp's podcast or Tales from the Crypt or whatever it was. And he was all spouting about how he was waiting for the 5K. Got a little bit. And hey, Frank Athera puts out check on chains charts. So if you're not a subscriber, you can go check out his right here. It's good times. Yeah, you're buying a 12 K. Me to the skeleton at the bottom of the ocean is also buying a 12 K. Hey, good morning, Jing Dung. Good morning. Matthew. Got the logos done. I know I got updates. And now I have to update everything on the show. But guess what? Finally going to have some merch with pleb underground logos on it. That's right. Yay. It only took almost a year. Not bad. Okay. Anyways, Gordon Gecko. Let's do it. The overbought oversold oscillator has just turned blue. Boom. We're changing colors. Historically, when this happens, we get a minimum 18 months of. Yeah, I think he means bullish price action, not bullish bullish piece action.
But yeah. Let's go for it. Yeah, we're also, yeah, we're looking for three green months in a row. Dude, we need all of this stuff to converge. We need the convergence. Okay, convergence. And of course, synergy. I'll never forget when I used to sit in these the meetings at the company that I worked out right and the, you know, engineering director would talk about synergies and multiple synergies. And then you'd have other managers that would pipe in and talk about lessons learned, right, being agile, right. Fail fast pivots. This is all just language meant to make you crazy. Oh, God. And you can't just help but laugh at it. Right? Okay. Anyways, here we go. Roman Bitcoin is closing in on the end of the historic bear market. I agree. And so does the simulation.
As you guys know, the simulation has predicted October 6th is the bottom. And we're tracking this. Okay. We're tracking this. There's always a chance we spend more time finding a bottom. But history says it's been between 52 and 56 weeks. You're running out of time to buy before we enter our bull run. The time to buy when was still look really the time to buy if you were like super panicked about getting in. The time to buy was when everybody thought it was going to 40k. Okay, when you had all of these, these pundits, right, all of that stuff and they were just bang in the drum. 40k. That was the time to like sit there and do that stuff. I'm not saying don't buy now, right? I'm still stacking. However, when it was sitting at those levels, I was like, okay, what do I do? How do I do this? You know, like I need to, I need to get more now. This is my time. So. Ah, Sanny. I'm never going to stop looking at charts, dude. I can't, I can't help it. I leave the charts up 24, 7. Not going to stop.
It's fun. In all fairness, I find it so much fun. I know, right? He had good colors. It's very, very synthwave, right? Like the colors are very synth wavy. I like that. Yeah, I'm also not a fan of synergy. Synergies just bullshit. Right? It's the same thing as like lessons learned, you know, after something completely falls apart. So essentially what it is is this, right? The engineers will often tell you about the problems that may occur and they'll tell you what the percentage chance of it that that's going to happen, right? Then management, of course, needs to keep on a timeline, right? So they don't really give a shit about the problems. They just need a minimum viable product. So they're going to deliver that. And when it inevitably collapses in a major way for a very important customer, they save the day with lessons learned. That's how it works. You step in and you go, oh, listen, listen, we're not pointing fingers here, guys. We're learning lessons. Now the customer's pointing fingers, you screwed them. Anyways, sorry, you can see I have a lot of like pent up anger.
All right. So yeah, that's right. We're doing the simulation once again, once again, it's the simulation. And it looks like the bear market has run its course 50 weeks. We maybe have six weeks left. But guess what? According to the simulation. We have like four weeks left. So is it six? Is it four? Nobody knows. Nobody knows. All right. One of my favorite, Hopium dealers. I love it. David E. N. G. Let's do it. Bitcoin is surviving one of the least favorable liquidity environments. This is the signal. 5% treasuries. I think about it, guys. Right. Like these levels haven't been seen since what like in 5% is almost nothing. I think the treasuries were higher back in like the 70s or the 80s. I got to go back and take a look. But yeah, Bitcoin's dead between 70 and 80 K with 5% treasuries. Yeah. This is bullish information. I agree, David. I totally agree. And Durdon echoing that one of the best Bitcoin charts you've ever seen from an account with under 500 followers every cycle normalized by days since its bottom.
Their circles are where each one went under the power law. We are there again, guys. We are there. This is one of the toughest macro environments. This is what Bitcoin was meant to do. And here also James Van Stratton. Another charts dude. Also echoing the sentiment Bitcoin making eight month highs against gold on a risk off day. That was yesterday. It was pretty cool. Now, of course, you could just argue that that pump had to do with the clarity slop and everything like that because we pretty much gave back all of those gains. Yeah, I'm also not a fan. I never do that. People like, what is it? Is it because they want to show the chart or something like that? I never liked hash tags and all of that. So I just I agree. Guys, this thing looks like it wants to break out. Okay. So we are either this is the Bitcoin gold chart. We are either going to break out in a major way.
To the upside or to the downside, but the momentum is clearly clearly pointing up into the right and making me very happy. I will take this. I will take this today. All right. On to other news of businesses that couldn't afford to hold Bitcoin and lied to everyone anyways because people got paid. Mark Mossback British British Bitcoin Treasury company set suma technologies. Sats just announced its sold all of its 1669 Bitcoin following a high court order will return forty one million dollars to a shareholders at least not a rug pull. Okay. At least not a rug pull. The company's treasury business has completely shut down and LSE trading has been suspended. Indeed, you can't find the ticker anymore. This is completely unsurprising. Of course. I know I'm just a Heytor. So you know, it's for me, it's unsurprising. But look, if you bought the bullshit, you're obviously shocked that a Bitcoin that a company holding Bitcoin couldn't stick around. Well, if you understand how businesses actually work, then you're not surprised that broke businesses couldn't hold on to Bitcoin. Right. Now, just for the sake of it's right. Let's let's go take a look at another one of these the winners. Right. Yeah, the chief visionary officer. You know what he saw. You know what he saw, dude. He saw himself getting paid. Of course.
I mean, how many I wonder how many of these cheerleaders, right. How many of these cheerleaders are we we collectively as as Bitcoin supporters. How many are we going to continue to pop up even though they're consistently negative. Like what did this really bring to Bitcoin? Oh, sorry. That's the Bitcoin chart. Here, this is another thing that he was working on. What was it called? Matt adore, right up in Canada. Matt. What is it? Matt taft? Matt, it's literally no fucking volume on this thing. It's it's two cents. Okay. It's two cents. Let's go take a look at how many shares were traded just for the sake of it. Imagine you listen to this idiot. Right. And you paid over a dollar for this.
Guys, don't hate these influencers enough. You really don't. You can't hate thousand shares traded. This thing is dead in the water. Okay. Dead. And they don't have any problems. Shilling you with the stuff. No problem at all. Right. Let's just get him in a conference. Get him to be a speaker at a conference. Right. Let's pay this guy to fucking lie to noobs. Why? Because he's selling a product for wealthier people than him. He's got to get paid. Everyone's got to eat. But if you think for a second that this guy doesn't know that he's showing you trash. That's that is just mental gymnastics. He absolutely knows he's showing you trash doesn't give a shit. You know, who have never looked into Marx history in particular. You might be a little surprised at what you find. You know, a lot of these people come from multi level and again, I get it. Right. But he's got to eat.
But a lot of these people come from multi level marketing and telemarketing and stuff like that. And the reality is is that there's a salesman will stop. They're just salesman. Like right now, who was it? Adam B. Live or something like that just got hired by strive. I give this guy a year, maybe two years. And he'll be gone. You'll notice how many of these guys lost their jobs. The Bitcoin, the Bitcoin treasury companies, they just needed them for attention. They just needed people to buy their shares. They don't have real businesses. When you have a real business, you don't need to pay these people that do nothing. But promote. You just don't need it. You actually have a business that has revenue, product services. Anyways, just so pathetic. All right, speaking of pathetic. Yeah, exactly. The guy who did the fake Zuckerberg call. So think about it. Right. So they just hired Adam B. Live and it's so funny. Like so the CEO of a company performs a fake phone call with another CEO pretending that he's explaining to him the virtues of Bitcoin.
And you're going to give this guy your fucking money. How stupid is that? It's nonsense. Anyways, okay, sorry. I always appreciate ACP you bringing up that fake phone call because that that to me is just like, why the hell is everything so fake? All right, so Bitcoin archive 105 million dollar color technology sells 764 Bitcoin for 58 million dollars exiting the reserve strategy. Oh, look at that. Another business that couldn't afford to hold Bitcoin. Could not afford to hold Bitcoin. We're so surprised. Holdings peaked at a thousand 92 Bitcoin total investment loss losses reached 30 million dollars. There you go. You have to keep in mind guys, the people that got hired by all these Bitcoin treasury companies. This is what they came here for. It was a long game. Right. They built up massive followings. They said the magic words. And when it was time, they put on the fucking suits.
And they shield you the trash. That's simple. Okay. All it is. Every single human being is a moral hypocrite. I'm not excluding myself from this. Every single human being. None of us are exceptions. All right. Let's dive into speaking of hypocrisy. Let's dive into the clarity slop. So as you guys know, 215 PM Eastern is going to be the time when this all happens. Right. Let's dive into it. President Trump agrees to clarity act ethics restrictions covering himself elected officials and judges with state attorneys general given enforcement authority removing the final obstacle to choose days. Senate vote. Not so fast. Eight US bank groups are urging the Senate to tighten the clarity act stable coin reward restrictions arguing the latest language still leaves room for interest like payments. Guys, this is all been in the last 24 hours.
Okay, Alex's massive thread, which I summarized. New clarity act text dropped last night. Okay, two big things stand out. The ethics sunset has been deleted entirely. It is now permanent broader and enforceable by state AGs and what appears to be a big compromise on BRCA all refs to 18 USC 1960 are gone. What that is guys are the provisions for the devs because because look at the end of the day, the government doesn't give a shit about your freedom doesn't give a shit about your privacy. It is a giant machine designed for control and power. That's it. Anything else. All that serving the people crap. That's just made up feel good nonsense. Stari not sorry. Republicans are calling this their best and final offer ahead of tomorrow's vote. The motion to proceed is tomorrow 915 to 15 PM, right, which is today. Okay, this is still a partisan draft and whether this text is enough to get the Democrats on the bill is unclear. Well, guess what guys it's not enough to get them on the bill.
The combined banking and AG draft came out in July sat for roughly two months and then two revisions in three days, one on September 10th and this one released last night, the September text, the September 10th text barely touched the contested provisions. This one goes straight at them. So look. If you've ever again, you've ever worked in a big enough company high enough high enough up the ladder. Okay, then you know that this bullshit is par for the course. Okay, you'll have like two months to work on something. You won't hear a peep until four days before the deadline. That's just how shit works. And if you imagine that our legislation right our regulators, the government is somehow this magical entity that is better than the average person. You're wrong. Okay, the people in government argue arguably are maybe even worse than the average person. And I'll say it again, it is not the noblest of people who desire to govern their fellow man.
That's like anybody that sits there and tries to make that shit up. They're just lying to you. That's just ego slop. Okay. Real control is self control. Controlling others is ego games. That's it. And it's most likely rooted in the fear of death. Anyways, let's continue. So what actually ended up happening ethics conflict of interest rules, what changed, what happened, the ethics sunset is gone. The ban is now permanent prior drafts ended the ban at noon on January end at noon on January 20th, 2029 and wiped liability after that date. The ban is broader. Officials can no longer keep a significant financial interest in covered digital asset businesses. The old investment carve out is gone. The ownership all this does is just all it does guys is just it moves the line in the sand. They're going to find another way to do this. It doesn't matter. Okay. Just you know, a lot of people are talking about this term K-fabe, which is, which is going around recently. Okay. But really what it is, right. The TLDR is like just think of what the world wrestling federation is. Sorry, world wrestling entertainers, the WWE, but really it's the WWF that that's what this is right. We're watching this is large. Right. This is large world.
The ownership threshold is much lower previously 20% vote value in a firm getting more than 50% of the revenue from digital asset issuance in calendar year. Now 15,000 of equity in a firm that got a plurality of revenue from the activity in any of the last three years coverage now includes officials elect. And spouses, they must divest or use a blind trust with three day notice to the ethics office. You see guys. You see it's just it's a big club and none of us are in it. Look, we fixed it. You need to create a shadow business. Otherwise, it's not going to work. What garbage state AG's now have sorry penalties rose from the lesser 10% or 500 K to the greater 20% or 500. What again, slapped on the wrist. Okay.
State AG's now have standing now have standing if a violation harms residents. Relief is injunctive. The office of government ethics can clear officials and cut off state AG actions prior drafts limited enforcement to DOJ only. Okay, the BRCA. This is what matters to the bit coiners the rest of that stuff is all just nonsense for the banks and their circle jerk all references to 18 USC 1960 were removed July and September 10th drafts each cited it twice as a criminal law exemption. The safe harbor now ties to Finns and money transmitter definition and to bank secrecy act financial institution categories instead of a clear criminal exemption. That's right guys. It's what you do is you muddy the water. You muddy the water in that way when somebody goes against the state like the samurai devs just screwed and their lives get stolen.
The old carve out preserving 1960 against people who move funds they knew were criminal proceeds is gone. What's left is a general savings clause for conduct outside the scope of the safe harbor. Thorn calls this a setback for BRCA supporters civil registration protection got broader but the explicit criminal shield for non controlling developers was removed. It's all the government. It's all about maintaining all mode control and power always there is the state and there is you that's it. State money transmitter classifications expressly preserved creating a new state licensing exposure. Here comes a new administrative body here comes more fees here comes another regulatory modes. No, no, no, we welcome competition. You just got to be able to afford you know lawyers and be able to afford to go through all the sludge that's all and the stablecoin yield the core ban on exchange paid stablecoin interest is unchanged new community bank circuit breaker if treasury finds within 18 months that the party.
In 18 months that the positive banks under 10 billion migrated to stablecoins because of this section treasury must write tougher anti yield rules now if this sounds stupid and you almost you feel as though you're being insulted it's because you are and it is you are being insulted and this is stupid. Further this morning, Santa Democrats delivered a counter proposal on the clarity act overnight keeping negotiations alive. They're really earning their paychecks those guys work three days out of the year. Good job. Banks are using the same arguments against the clarity act that they used against money market funds in the 70s shut out the Bitcoin archive on this one. It's just fear mongering okay and that is exactly what it is now of course it's really important for us to understand this though right. Who was the money market funds because remember the banks are fighting against this right now banks are fighting against stablecoin yields now let's take a look at who is running those money market funds back in the 70s a small group of large US financial institutions and asset managers control the majority of money market funds so hold on a second so the banks who were fighting against the money market funds.
Now the institutions that primarily run majority of money market funds 58% of the entire market let's see who it is let's see who these players are fidelity investments JP Morgan chase Charles Schwab the Vanguard group black rock yes totally not the system those money market funds were about to crash everything weren't they. It's all a bunch of crap guys it's all just slop I'm so sorry anyways. Let's move on to the armistuff because that's coming up tomorrow right and here you go this will be another. Hit point for the the slot peddlers to make you think that somehow you're going to get a we're going to get a Bitcoin treasury that doesn't consist of entirely stolen Bitcoin. So here we go high house financial services committee to mark up strategic Bitcoin reserve bill on Wednesday that's right guys that's tomorrow at its core armor would impose a mandatory 20 year lockup on all Bitcoin held in the reserve no trades no swaps no sales sounds great.
The bill also mandates quarterly proof of reserve reports conducted by third party auditors. Now look I don't mind proof of reserves I don't mind any of these things I just want people to pay attention to the fact that we don't have a fort Knox audit we have videos of important people standing in front of fort Knox yes we also have videos of people walking through halls and pointing at portraits of people at the Port Knox. But there's no actual audit and of course the you know the whole thing while you don't want to let your enemy nations know how much gold you have in where your tpa whatever that's good nonsense supposedly the most right where the strongest country in the world and yet also at the same time afraid that other countries will come and know where the gold is. It's like stop wrapping shit in a bow it's still shit. Alright anyways within 180 days of the bills enactment the treasury would need to establish secure storage infrastructure for the Bitcoin holdings we've already seen that we've already seen that that work is being done the reserve would primarily consist of Bitcoins already seized through criminal and civil forfeitures meaning no new market purchases and no fresh tax payer dollars see guys it's okay they're not using our tax dollars because instead they're benevolently steeped.
They're stealing it from people. Less the government. Notably the bill also creates a separate category called the digital assets stockpile for non Bitcoin digital assets that's right because that they're going to need to dump and turn into Bitcoin right so they're going to dump the stolen shit coins from the criminals again it's fine. And I'm going to turn it into Bitcoin but again it's all just going to be stolen none of it is going to be purchased. It's been two years so far the people who told you that the US government is never going to purchase a single sat so far this has been accurate so far maybe it becomes inaccurate we'll see. I'm slow and I love the government. Oh, sounds about right. Yeah, damn rights Bitcoin plebbing I'm proud to man.
Dude not only do I like turtles but it's turtles all the way down never forget that never forget that. Oh cool let's see let's see I check my this is for more I check my podcast app to see what podcasts are out pop interview and Zach prints. Oh yeah block by. Amazing you know what I'm I'm really thinking I've done this all wrong I've always I've been attempting to be accurate so that that way I don't get wrecked but maybe I should just go this other route and just make some scammy shit company that fucks people over and then all end up on interviews too right and then people will be shilling me and being like he says such good stuff about Bitcoin he knows everything. Maybe that's what needs to be done anyways. Whatever it doesn't make a difference I don't really care about doing that so more more on tokenized deposits so in Canada right unlike the unlike the clown show we're having here Canada has their own clown show okay I'm not saying that Canada's been I've lived in both countries so now I grew up there as a child and I'm here in the States as an adult so anyways.
The statement clarifies OSFIs technology neutral stance regarding FIs permitted business and activities under federal red legislation tokenized deposits are for example not legally distinct from traditional deposits you see Canada doesn't care. There it's like over there everything is so thoroughly controlled and owned. They don't need to put on a show to pretend like something is going to change something is going to be done the government is working for you you already know for a fact in Canada the government they do it shit for you. Like yeah we're just going to stick that into the existing framework and you're going to pay that's it. You got to love it yeah I love it. All right the Swiss Bitcoin pay stuff guys a malicious user has likely gain access to Swiss Bitcoin's internal pay systems at this stage we believe they may have accessed customer email addresses Bitcoin addresses and I bonds transaction history wow this starting to sound like a theme user funds are safe and any amounts owed to users will be fully returned.
We don't have a reopening date yet but we're working as quickly as possible to secure everything properly so yeah everything's been shut down good job. Okay moving over from the Swiss Bitcoin pay thing we're going back to the Revolut hacker stuff guys because there's more right this is from international cyber digest we're in contact with the Revolut hacker according to them they didn't only take They didn't only take Revolut data and guys this is way worse this seems to have like infiltrated the government itself the government of Italy specifically. They've also compromised multiple Italian law enforcement departments they say the operation targeting Revolut ran for six months and that they use the Italian law enforcement systems to send data request the Revolut they claim to hold 147 gigs taken from the Italian side including internal docs calendars and personal material among it. It the chat logs of a federal officer arguing with his wife.
Yeah. That's right that's right psycho trained the connox they don't care I know because I was there and every time I'd see laws pass I'd be like yep that's what it is nothing I could do. They need those chat logs ACP they need those all right so now the threat actor who's been identified as I am not a villain. Is this gaslighting says most of the Revolut data comes from Switzerland and France but claims Revolut has also handed over data on residents of the following country Cyprus Portugal Germany Spain Bulgaria. Is that Chechi Romania Poland Malta Norway Sweden Italy Greece Netherlands Latvia Austria Belgium Estonia Croatia I mean like is it is it all all of Europe Croatia Ireland Slovakia Finland. Sweden Hungary Denmark Turkey Monaco Luxembourg Bahamas Slovenia United Kingdom. A lot of data anyways and and of course in the interestingly enough I'm sure this is coincidental right like the like the liquid hack right report here we go Revolut got a report about a user database they ignored it so we are exposing them for failing to keep user information secure and you know how they're exposing it.
By stealing the information and selling it themselves. You know when I talk about moral all humans are moral hypocrites. This is just what we are people it's a good idea to probably learn about moral hypocrisy. Absolutely insane. Revolut breach did escalate the attackers are now leaking the customer data and demanding payment. You're going to teach you a lesson. They've started publishing passports and KYC selfies of named individuals tennis player Alexander Shoshenko, Gamdom CEO Felix Romer they say they'll release more every day until Revolut pays. That's right and in blip 110 world. Poor alpha minor poor alpha mine. They'll arguing with the the delicate leadership of the blip 110 folks alpha pool has spent the last 22 hours at approximately 28% of the total network hash rate of the knots network.
I wonder if see Gweta will post day six of alpha mine being a liar today. What will they say 48 hours in on 25 to 30% delivered what will they say when more nodes start start propagating on their network as a direct result of my work. I hope the small faction of individuals within the knots community who were able to see this situation for what it really was. Enjoy taking a well deserved victory lap this week and tell your Karen of a spokesperson to calm the fuck down and stop compromising the integrity of your protocol with this Tom Foulery spoiler alert there is no integrity in that protocol. These poor guys are just absolutely larping. Now alpha miners just doing a job but I'm just saying you know he's I don't think that this person or this entity truly understands what the dynamic is that that's happening over there like you're dealing with like three or four people that desperately want attention and power and control and they're doing everything they can. It dude it's always the carons always and it always will be.
Alright so this is an interesting post from from Jor miner gets majority of hash rate on Lake to be chain youtuber and lead developer yell at him to cap his hash rate or address or address is blacklisted minor caps hash rate at 30% youtuber and dev continue the attack on YouTube claims to be decentralized is this guy for real. Yeah that's right guys it's the cracker stuff so apparently alpha mine who has chosen chosen on their own to mine that shit coin and follow all their rules and not only that but placate them with their their nonsensical tyranny right instead of actually competing because they can't compete so they must coerce and they must corrupt. So look at look at the framing fighting an attacker is not abuse and when you're fighting a war you don't care whether it's a great look it's ugly and messy because we're decentralized.
Really. Like guys this is so embarrassing this is really embarrassing stuff anyways let's move on to the hash fly the organic neuron Bitcoin miner based on the fly brain everybody was super excited about this. And of course you know I had to go dig this up right it's got to go take a look. You have to go see what the hash fly is all about look at that it's pretty cool stuff. Look you start mining right away. I'm not really hitting anything. It's fine. It's absolutely fine no but look guys just just so you're aware this is not. Not real you're not actually hashing anything okay just proof of concept it's very cool right it's very cool.
And look the fun fact is that if this could be scaled to real organic neurons it would hash at one watt per terrahash 10x the efficiency of the best silicon three nanometer a six so yeah. We're going to be hashing. Hash and with flies. Pretty good name for a company though fly hash or hash fly good one. Guys and of course with all the hacks that are going on all the data breaches. There is a link to the hitch hikers guide to online anonymity in the show notes please check it out you can read it online you can download the whole entire thing to read it offline. It's very cool stuff unfortunately this is becoming more and more relevant and of course I always give this suggestion. It's a great book from Kevin Mittnik it's called the art of deception he details his own adventures in the land of social engineering.
It's really important right it's really important to be aware of the stuff it's important to understand how social engineers work it doesn't mean that you are not going to get socially engineered. But it does mean that at least you know what look for if God forbid that ever ends up happening. Yeah that's right. Hitch hikers guide to online anonymity it's there don't forget to please sign the petition and if you feel so inclined please donate to free samurai guys that is going to do it for us. For today don't forget tonight 8 30 pm bitcoin tonight. Have a great rest of the day and of course thank you guys for the chat. It was awesome. Catch you later. Peace.
