Chaos on the streets of New York City, following an ice-in-bob shooting of a man. Tensions high. And at one point, an anti-ice mob clash

2:02got into a shoving match of sorts with police as they tried to block ice vehicles, ice law enforcement vehicles from moving. Dominic Carter here with you, we have a lot to brief you on this hour. 8489222. Anti-ice protesters clashing with the NYPD outside of Bronx Hospital. Now, if you're not from New York, this is a bridge that separates the Bronx from Manhattan. And this is where this clash happened. And this is after an illegal was being treated after being shot in the net by a federal agent, a five-year old boy was inside the same car as the man when he was shot. About 300 demonstrators gathered outside the New York Presbyterian Allen Hospital, calling for ice to quote, get off our streets after this happened in the Marble Hill

3:07section of the Bronx, which is only a bridge separating the Bronx from Manhattan. Two big debates tonight. One, the Michigan Senate race, Mike Rogers against L. Syed and also the race for New York Attorney General, Latisha James against Sarita Cometareti. So two big debates. Plus, Mamdani on the ropes, Mamdani doubling down the socialist mayor of New York City, doubling down on his statements of October 7th from yesterday, having the nerve to accuse Israel of carrying out a genocide in Gaza. Give it a break. Also, and we see a phone call coming in America, the Fort Hood attacker, his execution by firing squad will be live stream. The Pentagon has announced. Let's go back to our top story.

4:08We'll be beginning momentarily with your telephone calls. I want you to listen. I want you to listen, America. So you get a good idea of what things are like here. You have the police. You have an ice shooting of a man and a five-month-old boy, excuse me, was inside the vehicle. The man was shot. Ice just doing their job. So here come the professional agitators and everybody else and wait until you hear the screaming and cursing politicians. I'll get to that and just one second. The posturing politicians. But I want you to listen so that you get a good idea of what happened. This shooting occurred apparently at about 4 p.m. this afternoon. Mamdani rushed to the scene. All of this madness. I want you to just listen for a good minute. To the nap sound of what happened as the NYPD was trying to clear the road so that the ice vehicles could leave

5:09from the vicinity of the hospital. Ice, you're walking around. What are you doing? Ice, you're walking around. Ice, you're going. That'll be something that might be collaborating. We're not collaborating with anyone. How's the ice? Ice, you're pushing this into the floor. How's the ****? It's like the ice. You're going to be smart. Ice, you're going to be smart. Guys please get out of the road. I'm going to be smart. You're going to collaborate with us. You're going to the road. You're going to bridge. You're going to bridge. Everybody out, come on. 6:10You're going to be that ****. That is tonight. New York City. On the bridge. The short bridge separating the Bronx and the Marble Hill section of the Bronx, separating the Bronx from Manhattan. People travel it every day going back and forth. Takes about 10 seconds to get over, but it was completely blocked by these protesters refusing to let ice vehicles get by. And then what did the politicians do and flaming the tension? I want you to listen to the borough president of the Bronx Vanessa Gibson. Listen to the profanity that she starts out with. We want ice the **** out of our neighborhood. I am pissed off.

7:10I am outraged. This is unacceptable. Ice does not belong in the Bronx or anywhere in this city. There's more of us than the aura of them. And I want this to be a moment that we turn it to a movement to organize and be there for brothers and sisters. Because you know what? Just as it was this young man in his five year old, we could be that. Let us be very clear that ice has come into our city, into our borough, into our neighborhoods, threaten families, taking children away from their families. They do not care. They are here to shoot and kill us. That's from an elected official. If you want to know why ice is so badly and unfairly demonized, that's from the leader of the borough of the Bronx, New York, Vanessa Gibson, who you just heard.

8:10Two big debates tonight. The Senate race, L. Syed against Mike Rogers. Boy, did Mike Rogers give it to L. Syed here on the issue of October 7th? I do this one thing. Today or yesterday was October 7th. This is why you should get absolutely angry. He could not bring himself to even acknowledge the pain, the terrorism, the rape, the murders, cutting off of women's breasts, putting children in ovens and killing them in front of their families. Could not even muster. And he could not even muster. I didn't turn it into a theater like you did not. I just need to re- No, no, no, no, no. He's a leader for a little game from my time. So I'm so sorry, but like I just, I'm not somebody who tries to make political theater out of other people's pains. Your whole campaign is based on political theater. And you've turned it into a political theater. I just think that's what's Jacket. Gentlemen, gentlemen, gentlemen, we're going to take a break from this pleasant conversation.

9:14And when we come back, we're going to talk about. And so did you hear there how Rogers zinged him? He said your whole campaign is nothing but taking advantage and so on, including putting on, quote, a white jacket, calling yourself a doctor. Another big debate occurring tonight. This one in New York State, the race for state attorney general, Let's issue James up against the retail comment already. Here is comment already at one point going after Let's issue James. You know, every time Let's issue James mentions Donald Trump, just remember it's because she can't defend her failing record. She just admitted that the Medicaid fraud unit went from first to worst under her watch. And she has no good explanation for that. The reality is I have gotten the president's endorsement. And I've gotten the endorsement of people who are very critical of the president. People like Alicia Weisel, the son of Eli Weisel, who endorsed me because we are dealing with a surge of anti-Semitic hate crimes under cis-chains.

10:17And she's doing nothing about it. I've gotten the endorsement of 42 sheriffs across New York. That's an overwhelming majority. That's stunning. The current sheriffs of New York endorsed the challenger instead of the sitting attorney general who they've worked with for eight years. And so there you hear, to read the comment already. Now, as it relates to Leticia James, she's in some hot water because the governor of New York State has appointed her as a special prosecutor in that Cornell University alleged gang rape. And we're about to go to your telephone calls. We see them all folks. And James three days prior to being a pointy special prosecutor went on Facebook and totally cited with the alleged victim. So that creates a clear conflict of interest. James was asked about it in the debate. Those comments demonstrate empathy.

11:17And what we need now more than ever in our body politics is more empathy. The governor of the great state of New York, Governor Kathy Hocal, basically assigned me to analyze this case and to judge it and to do it without bias. And she's requesting an unbiased investigation and a thorough investigation. And we will do that based on the facts and based on the evidence. So it stops at the door in my office. 27:55New York City uh a man in his car and there was a five year old child in the car the man was shot in the neck being treated in the hospital um it it it happened in the marble hill section of the Bronx which is very close to Manhattan very close to Manhattan 225 street and Broadway you go over the bridge which separates the Bronx and then in 30 seconds later you're in uh Manhattan the inward section of Manhattan you go from marble hill of the Bronx to inward and Manhattan so that bridge between the two you had protesters about 300 people out there i don't know how they get them together so fast trying to block ice vehicles from leaving the NYPD had to have a secondary role to literally throw people out of the way what i want you to listen to listen carefully to this you're gonna hear the officers practically begging people to move and they just won't move

30:05So there you have it and Mamdani of course all the pandering politicians far left politicians Liz just made the point they don't want ice they don't want NYPD but yet Mamdani I won't say how many offices are assigned to protect him because that's that's private information I don't want to do anything to endanger his safety the public advocate of New York a guy you'll hear complaining in just a second of Jamani Williams he has 24 hour protection just like Mamdani he doesn't have as many officers as Mamdani but he has an armed police officer with him at all times Mamdani raises to the scene this is what he had to say about the ice involved shooting about 4 p.m. here in New York today we know that ice is rotten to its core today's shooting is only further devastating

31:10confirmation of what we have long known which is that ice operates with impunity that they soak chaos and terror across our country that they have killed far more of our neighbors than they could ever have claimed to save so that was Mamdani this is the public advocate of New York cities and a do nothing job he's supposed to advocate he advocates for all the things that are wrong his name is Jamani Williams. Peace and blessing, love and light to everybody not just ice I am almost sure that tomorrow morning they're gonna try to make the gentleman they shot the worst human being you ever heard of. That's right. Say it again. But I want you to know that a father picking up his child was shot by a rogue agency controlled by Donald Trump. That's right. That's what occurred here tonight.

32:11And people who are listening your skin color will not protect you. Your money will not protect you because bullets do not have a name on it. There were multiple shots fired at four o'clock in the afternoon while people are picking up their children. Anybody can catch that bullet. This is what we are dealing with. And this is what we told folks was going to happen. We knew people were going to get harmed. I am so thankful that gentleman is alive. I am so thankful that his son is alive. But the trauma that has occurred to them and the trauma that is going on this community is unacceptable. That's right. Everybody who believes that this is what's supposed to be happening. There's nothing happening here that has to do with public safety. At all. They are making this place less safe. They are making it more safe. That's enough.

33:12I'm about to throw up. Okay. If the man is here illegally, I call that public safety. If the man has a criminal record, I call that public safety. And again, they act like Mahamagandhi got shot in the neck. This guy was paper sheet. You got arrested how many times in the last few years. No, that matters. No, that matters. You're Mahamagandhi right now. Or Nelson Mandela, one of the other. Right. And of course, they try to make it sound like the five year old got shot also. You know, right? Right. No, it plays right to a band. He won the wonderful call, Benny. I got to take a break. Wonderful call. You're right about the five year old. What they're trying to say is rogue agency. Oh, one of the bullets and I don't mean to minimize this. One of the bullets could have shot the child. Anything could happen. Let's go to William line three central new Jersey. What's on your mind William? Hey Dominic, the point that I wanted to make tonight was that America. Americans must wake up because you know after the 9-11 attacks, there was two Islam Muslims in office, political office. And now at this point, I heard on the radio the other day that there is over 200. And if you don't think that these people that are getting elected into office have an agenda, just take a look at Mandani and the destruction that he's done to New York City alone. So it's time for people to wake up even myself, you know, like you gotta be proactive.

37:14You can't just sit back and say, hey, I'll let the other guy do it. You gotta get active because if you don't, you know, the Democrats are gonna get back in office. The next thing, you know, the borders are gonna open back up. They have an agenda and they don't care, you know, that's, you know, it's almost like they're religion. And that's why they're so focused on doing this. So that's what really frightens me. And I mean, I got to hold myself accountable too. And I can get active some way to make sure that, you know, elected leaders like Mandani and all these other, these AOCs with their radical beliefs are gonna be able to hold office. That's the scariest thing that I, when I hear you talking about that, I just get severely frightened, Dominic. Well, I'll just, and thank you for the wonderful call William, because everything you said is accurate. If that's how you feel, imagine how I feel. And I'm trying my best to ring me a long bell.

38:17This is no joke what is happening in America. Mandani is as slick as slick comes. And this is what I mean by this. He got in and said, just in case they get rid of me quickly, I've got to have my pieces in play all over the country. L-C-E-A-O-C all over the country to make sure that even if I lose his mayor, the movement doesn't stop. And it, it's time to wake up folks.
