The Senate is now focusing on the partisanship of Smith's team that led to the bogus charges against President Donald Trump during the 2024 election. Jack Smith was illegally spying on and surveilling the text and email communications of 44 elected members of Congress. If that doesn't meet the definition of overreach, I don't know what does. The evidence released on July 14th of 2026 revealed that Smith's team secretly obtained and reviewed text messages involving 44 current and former members of Congress. The communications were pulled from a June 2nd, 2023 request by senior Smith-Postutor Thomas Windham to the National Archives and Records Administration, also known as NARA. For White House text messages covering the period from October 2020 through January 20 of 2021, NARA delivered those materials on August 21, 2023, weeks after Trump's initial indictment of President Donald Trump.

12:19Within minutes of NARA's delivery at 12.19 p.m., senior Smith-Postutor Thomas Windham had already downloaded the spreadsheets containing the text. By 12.24 p.m., he emailed the team to do the same, and by 1.02 p.m., he was sharing specific expert excerpts completely bypassing the filter team as required by law. Records further show that Jack Smith's team plans to turn some of these materials over in pre-trial discovery to Trump's legal team raising questions about potential mishandling and strategic use of the improperly accessed communications. Now these protocols were designed to protect congressional communications. The speech or debate clause privileges, Attorney General Client Privilege, and sensitive materials. The message is including exchanges, for example, between lawmakers and senior Trump officials, including the Chief of Staff of Mark Meadows, Presidential Assistant, Dan Scavino, a presidential

The topics focused on the certification of electoral votes in post-election challenges. The disclosure has also prompted Republican lawmakers to condemn Smith and his team for what they described as outright spying and unauthorized surveillance on members of Congress. 21:47If this redefinitions adopted required the BB guns and those will buy them undergo the same background checks and other prospective buyers of an AR-15 or a 9 millimeter pistol or other serious firearms are subjected to now. Daisy BB guns used an expo to comment on the proposed legislation writing this bill would include guns like the Daisy A80. Their goals would eventually include all air guns if passable tree air guns producing high velocity as firearms. The bill was introduced to the House of Representatives who would add all air guns that provide 800 or more feet per second velocity in 1.77 caliber and all pellets over a .25 caliber. In a Friday release Mullin's office described the current lack of background checks for a simple BB gun as a loophole. Adding Garrett Edwards who was a constituent of Congressman Mullin struggle with mental

Yet sadly when his condition worsened, Garrett legally produced a lethal air gun online and used it to take his own life. To prevent similar tragedies, Garrett's law, which is what Mullin has called his proposal, would close this dangerous cap in federal law by designating high powered lethal air guns as firearms. The aforementioned press release contains a quote from a gun control advocacy group, Giffords. They powered $800,000, almost $1 million into trying to defeat Congresswoman Anna Palina Luna, one of the most outstanding conservative leaders in the U.S. Congress. But they put out a statement praising this California Congressman Mullin's bill saying we're glad to see that Congresswoman Mullin's introduced this legislation to create basic guardrails for those previously unregulated weapons and we urge Congress to swiftly pass

Meanwhile, President Donald Trump on Monday announced plans to build the largest steel plant in the US history in the state of Iowa. Leadership from the India-based SR group, which owns Masabi metallics, joined President Trump in the Oval Office along with a number of Iowa officials for the official announcement. Today we're thrown to announce that Masabi metallics will be building the largest steel plant in American history in the state of Iowa.

28:05It's the largest plant or one of the largest plants in the world, but it's certainly the largest plant in America by far, President Trump said. Trump said that once operational, the plant will source iron ore from a Minnesota mine and produce a whopping 10 million tons of steel annually. But it's the first new iron ore mine in the United States in one of the 50 years with the highest quality of ore being used. So in other words, this steel will be mined, mounted and made right here in the United States, which at this point is extraordinarily unusual. The project is expected to create up to 6,000 new construction jobs, nearly 2,000 manufacturing and mining jobs, and add another $95 billion to the US economy, which is the number one economy in the world by far, the President pointed out. Trump touted his steel tariff policy and highlighted manufacturing job laws under former President Joe Biden in the White House Oval Office appearance.

29:06Under Sleipy Joe, steel production declined significantly, along with nearly 200,000 manufacturing jobs that were lost in the year before I took office, the President said. He said the steel is coming roaring back to life after he imposed a 50 percent section of the $2.32 tariff on steel from other countries. He also put a 25 percent tariff on steel and opted to 50 percent in late June of 2025. Everyone's building their plans here, because they don't want to create tariffs. It's really not that complicated, the President said. A lot of people say they don't understand it, but they do. They just don't like to give us credit. President's right about that. He has enormous accomplishments for which he does not get credit. As the tariffs the President said, we're taking in hundreds of billions of dollars of profits. It's one of the reasons I can offer if Republicans win the House and the Senate. $5,000 to every adult, and we will have the money to do it, the President added. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnik echoed the President's sentiment on tariffs.

30:10You have these 232 tariffs, the steel tariffs at work. Without those tariffs, this mine wouldn't have gotten built, and the steel plant does not get built at all. Lutnik has this one, right. Meanwhile, the Texas Democrat, U.S. Senate candidate James Tallahrico, sometimes called Tallah Freak-Ofer's outlandish progressive and left-wing views, in schedule 210 to high followed fundraisers right there in New York City on Monday, along with former Senator Sheridan Brown, with a number of Wall Street financiers, Hollywood figures, and other Wall Street elites, including a jewelry designer and filmmaker, who's publicly criticized the United States and its flag, among those involved in the fundraisin event. This September 28 fundraiser hosted by the actor Robert De Niro. It's amazing how short that guy is. And other prominent Democrat donors, he scheduled to take place at an undisclosed location, somewhere in downtown Manhattan, with top tickets costing $27,000.

See, that's how these Hollywood starlets, actors, and others in the entertainment industry burnished their credentials by campaigning for Democrats and Trashing Donald Trump. The event comes as Tallahrico promotes his campaign as a people-powered movement to take back Texas, despite the fact that he's received the vast majority of his campaign contribution from outside the state of Texas. According to figures reported by the Texas Tribune in July, more than 55% of Tallahrico's contributions came from out-of-state donors, while approximately 44% came from Texas. By comparison, Republican Senate candidate and Attorney General Ken Paxson received 82% of his contributions from Texans, and just 18% from outside the Lone Star State. The New York fundraisers' host committee, including Charles Alimoe, a Democrat maybe donor and the Magi-Unirector Group I trading, Saddle Mar-Kurneveck, a former managing director

Sayad declaring that the traditional Democrats have one foot in the grave. Take that Jack Kennedy, Bobby Kennedy, Harry Truman, the revolution has begun. Bittar has discredited Zionists and the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, suggesting that their influence along with major media companies could prevent L. Sayad from winning his election to the Senate in Michigan. In an interview published shortly before America's 250th anniversary, Bittar called the country a S-hole. 35:28On September 10th, Grey's Anatomy creator Shana Rhymes had lost co-creator Damon Lindow off and his wife Heidi were sent to host a watch in front of Grey's gift for Talleriko and Senator John Ossoff, who is the one who President Trump correctly said looks a bit like P.W. Herman. That was supposed to be a Lindow lofts Brentwood home. Take this range from $1,000 to $27,000 with fundraising proceeds expected to be split evenly between both candidates. Earlier in the summer, the Lindow lofts attended a separate fundraiser hosted by mediums executive Peter Chernan and his wife Megan for Talleriko and three other candidates. Talleriko's campaign is also fundraised for Illinois Governor JB Pritzker and the billionaire heir to the Hyatt Hotel for Chay. I say these names simply to point out that the Democrat Party is now the party of the wealthy Wall Street and entertainment elite.

36:30Used to be thought that the Republicans are the party of the wealthy, the party of the country club, but under Donald Trump everything is juxtaposed. Now the Republican Party is the party of working people and the middle class families while the Democrat Party is the party of the elite ultra rich. When we come back from talk about the banning and censorship once again of Trump supporters and Republicans online, their spam filtering I think is obstructed over $117 million in fundraising for Trump and the Republicans. We'll be back into the Stone Zone and nearly published study estimates that Republican fundraisers lost $117 million last year after email providers, chiefly Google, Microsoft and Yahoo, inappropriately flagged Republican fundraising messages as spam while allowing Democrat fundraising emails through to the email box for those that they were intended to. The New York Post reports the study authored by Dr. Cameron Ellis of the University of Iowa and Dr. Lars Powell of the University of Alabama uses itemized federal election commission donation records to separate first time donors from repeat donors across the Republican platform Winred and his Democrat counterpart Act Blue then tracked down donations and moved

38:56between two stretches of spam filtering last year. The first stretch ran from June 30th, 2025 when the Republican consulting firm target victory told Google that Winred, funding emails were landing in spam through September 25th when Google dropped a spam blacklist called Surrible that the researchers say had been properly flagging the messages. During that window, spam filtering cut first time, win run donations by more than 75% across Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo. The second stretch affecting only Outlook ran from February through April that same year and saw first time win run donations drop a whopping 83%. Together the two periods cost Republicans 1,400 and 2,126 expected first time donations which the researchers converted by calculation to be about $170 million using FEC data.

39:59See the point is that when a Republican fundraising outfit sends you an email thanks to Google or Microsoft, it ends up in your spam filter doesn't go to your email box yet when a Democrat organization such as Act Blue sends you a solicitation, it went right to your email. This is just another way that the big companies in Silicon Valley cheap. So you use number, Paul who conducted the studies told the New York Post, he said the lost double as a gift to the other side, you can really think of it as an in-kind contribution to the Democrat recipients. Both Ellis and Paul who wrote the report said that a narrow, linked level placement decision by a small number of mailbox providers provided a measurable and economically meaningful drop in political fundraising. And the mechanism was ad drivable only because private-paired testing evidence leaked to the public reporting. It's how it ended up in the New York Post.

41:00Paul wrote the study was up front about the limits of studying the system companies keep so open, can't read their minds, he said, but pointing to other evidence putting down the cost. In-box placement data and paired email tests shown that when the filtering happened and supported that win-write links were those that were the trigger. Email placement for the Republicans researchers found were normalized once Google stopped using their surble program on September 15th. For scale, the Republican National Committee, the Republican Congressional Committee, and the Republican Senate Committee fundraising to $375 million combined in 2025. Gmail, just for comparison, has more than $3 billion monthly users. Google pushed back hard on the report. The spokesperson said the study relies on deeply flawed methodology that most of the students out Gmail works. The Republican Congressional Committee called 170 million dollars a theoretical estimate rather

42:02than a real-world number. Our spam protections apply equally to everyone regardless of political affiliation and we encourage folks senders to follow the best practices to reach inboxes. This folks been said. Adding that people are in full control of their inboxes, not true, with the power to mark messages this spam, lock senders unsubscribe at any time. Microsoft declined to comment. Yahoo also did not respond to the report when they were asked by the Nureppost for comment. Google changed Gmail settings that August, a new verified sender program, letting political campaigns impacts bypass the Gmail spam filters as long as they say.
