About this episode
Derek and Darnay catch up a few days later than planned to discuss some notable topics from the last couple weeks. They start by sharing some thoughts on the most prominent and controversial baseball topic to arise of late: the Hall of Fame vote (1:39). Then it's on to Padres topics, like the role of former Cardinals skipper Mike Shildt (15:04). There's another prospect list out and Keith Law's lends some optimism for MacKenzie Gore (24:26). After some thoughts on prospects to protect at all cost, the guys consider a player who could be the best option in the outfield (35:20).
