When it comes time for him to leave, because this is last year in the contract. Are you in a position now where you got to sit there as I told y'all this is why I'm hoping he goes good. So I can see what y'all got to do. If y'all got to get this man another 230 or more, because right now, if he goes and does this and he gets like an all pro or something like that.

That's not going to work if our run game is a hidden. And now when we talking to Mike McCarthy, he's saying we can't be no real dink and dunk. We have to be able to set up some concepts to be able to get down the field. That's not the way it's going to work. So it's only game two. We see our office is only scored one touchdown in this in two games. So Mike McCarthy is definitely understanding him and a rod. No, something got to give the office is looking fresh. I don't think personally if a rod he took two bad sacks and he's get got a strip sack.

9:14And then I think that he tried to escape the pocket one time. And I'm like, a rock, you're not fast. You know what I'm saying? Just staying there a little bit more throw it away. Dude, there was just two words. I don't care. But the office line. This period you can't say this with the office is why we got. No, no, no, I'm saying it's two plays. You the office align. There's a lot of plays they mess up, but I can say as a quarterback, great. I'm like, you could have did a little bit more pocket presence on this one. Just just two plays like a rod is there's no. I saw a rod that you could have stayed in the pocket just a little bit better and would have helped you out or to protect the ball when he when he stripped it out of there. 10:20I don't want to think and dunk all day and play keep away football. There's a place for that maybe situationally, but that's not the philosophy. They weren't even you know getting to do they weren't they weren't just friendin out to get to it. And he said he had the condense and you know, condense the playbook to make him simpler. So for you as whoever this exact is to just be like, it's all Aaron. He's old. He can't do it. You're crazy. Did you see some of those throws that he made? Yeah, he makes some bad throws, but all quarterbacks to, but for him to just lay it all on Aaron.

11:24Crazy. Like who you think go come in there. You go out Mason or will or out or all are do better with the with the line that we have. You have no hell no. That's why I'm not I'm with you a thousand percent is going to be a rod and we're going to figure out what the scheme him and Mike McCarthy understanding and playmakers got to be able to make plays all kinds of line. Like you said that it starts there if we can't run if we can't block for a rock. We don't matter. It don't matter. It don't matter who's back there being a quarterback. You're going to get hit upside the head and they're knowing that they're not respecting the run game. So we got to get that in check and then when we get the ball to our receivers hands. You got we got to catch it. We got to make plays. We got to start actually making people miss when Bernard. Did you see that he looked like we can't go. He was getting open and he was catching the ball. Come back catches across the middle. Like you got to make the routine things routinely. Like when you see when you see the bonsai atoms in those do's you're not expecting that a lot of those tip those toe taps.

12:25Those did passes those are tips those are drops. Those are first down conversions. Those are touchdowns that are just routine because that's what you do on offense. It looks like oh no, that's a crazy play. No, that's what he expects to do because he's the Montaillan to get paid 30 million dollars a year and you're in the NFL. Like that's what we respect to do crazy things but that's not crazy. Like if you don't convert those plays then you like like hold on. That's when it's just our looking weird people are. Questions on you. People are questioning you because the normal you that's what you this never a question when you're coming you're coming across the middle and you just plucking a ball out the air. You're catching with your professional. That's what you do. You supposed to be the one that's what you're sure. That's what you do. Now that we had a report, Joe, do you think that he should have accepted the offer taking the deal?

Joe. Because the, the what gets leaked. Sometimes I would think it's going to what makes the team look good and what does not make the player look good. So what makes the team look good and what everybody's looking at is average per year. $27 million a year, $28 million a year. I know what you're saying, but that's not it. 27 million. North of 27 million. Here, I mean, this stuff comes out. This is what makes teams look good, because you can make a good side saying, no, do we put a plan for 27 million dollars a year, is a good deal for the stillers to offer him. And that's just where they could stand. Maybe not, maybe not, maybe that's not what it is, but that's what the stillers can put out there. So when you don't say a guaranteed number, that's where the player is in favor.

15:29Because if you could say 27 million dollars a year, that sounds good. When we talk about what is the guaranteed number, the only highest I've ever heard anything is about 33. And like, anything, that just doesn't make sense when we talk about Joey Porter during his contract. Here, if you guys are thinking that $33 million a year, I mean, $33 million guaranteed for the contract of a four year deal averaging at $27 million a year is a deal that Joey Porter's assigned. Then that's where everybody's saying it. What Joey Porter's looking at is what is the market? The dues that are signed and it's the guaranteed number. If I'm at a $33 million guaranteed, it's not the average per year. Average per year, that's fine. We could do the 27th. I don't, like that doesn't mean, but what how many is that guaranteed? Is it two years? Is it 27 times two? Do it, am I going to get $54 million in guaranteed? Because those are my first two years of the season. Just to be guaranteed. And I know y'all saying that y'all love me and we're going to be good. But then I have my legs two years of the contract, the aren't guaranteed that the stillers normally

18:33when you sign a deal, they respect it. So I'm looking at the runes and just the relationship there is like, you sign a deal and your first two years of guaranteed and then the rest of it isn't. But it's like, that's what's happening right now. If we're saying it's 27 and the leak is that yes, it was just north of 27. And we're saying that the only leak was a 33, it was a guarantee or sorry, that a rumor was 33 grand, but the actual, we have a leak that says, oh yeah, it was a fist, I think it's Jerry Doolock report or Pittsburgh Post because that he's the one that said or was told or heard that the stillers proposed an extension that would give Porter 27 just north of 27 million. Even in that, he said that that was just for the next year for 26. It's not even said that that is the yearly. So he doesn't even say that that is the yearly average that it was 26 for next year.

19:34So or 27, load north of 27 for next year. Yeah. Like, can we get some other information that get leaked? Like maybe with the guarantees and all the other stuff because that's what we're really coming down to. And like he's saying now that well, obviously the two sides aren't negotiating or aren't currently negotiating. But here's my issue, man. Here's my big issue. What's up? You don't want to pay him whatever that is that it may be. And you don't want to trade him because you don't feel like you're being offered the value that he's worth. But you don't want to pay him. So it's like like what's going on there? Because when it comes down to it, if you don't want him, trading, if you don't want to pay him, trading. And you know what the trades should be? Which what was he? A second, I'm pretty sure. A second. It's a bunch of teams out there that would give a second. But you probably trying to get a first plus something else

20:36or maybe a first. Because you know what you got blah, blah, blah, because you know what you got right. Now, his back hurt and everything else. And you want to basically try and holding hostage in a situation where he can be franchised for two more years because you're not going to get the value that you feel like he's worth. But you don't want to pay him what he's worth. That makes no sense. And what point do you just be like, all right? Let's move on. What did they go happen? Because this is the only recourse that y'all have. As you know, as owner, you go ahead and you do what you got to do. And if they want to go and do this, now you come down to it, I franchise you. The worst case scenario is you get franchise. You get franchise, you get 23 this year. Oh, sorry, you get 23 next year. And you get 39 this year. 39 this year. In their book, that's still more than what you know, what you would have gotten then if they wanted to be super crazy.

21:37They can franchise you again. I think that would only make it like 27 a year after that. But I don't know why you would do that. If here's the thing, when it comes down to it, if they do that, and franchise you, and you don't play, it's a good likelihood that that is going to significantly handicap your career and your career. You talking three, you talking about three years. That's about two. That's that. This year, this year, this year, franchising, this year's four next year's 22. And in the year after that, it'd be like what 20, you said 27. So that's three. I'm saying just for these two though, if it happens just for these two, that's two years out. Okay. Yeah, it will go significantly because now you say you sit out the whole one because you don't want to play for the 23. Now you free, and you know what I'm saying? Now you got to do a prove it.

22:37Now you want to prove it? What is he 26 right now? 26 26. You want to prove it at 28? Trying to get back to the bag at 29. Like if it goes that route or like I said, then you would hit the tag again. And if it goes that route, at some point, you're going to miss what it is that you could have got. But again, if I'm him, I'm sorry, I'm doing the same thing. And looking for the trade, unless they trying to, you know what I'm saying? They trying to get too much for the trade. I don't know. But if you don't want him, you don't want to pay him. Let him go. He came in as a two, get out as a two. I think that should be something that you go for the NFLPA. NFLPA, if they don't want to pay the player that comes in, they can't come to agreement on negotiation, then the trade should be no more than the value of the person of the other player's draft. How about that? That's not a bad idea.

23:39Because of her. Yeah, it's like you said, it's ugly. Because right now, it's the guarantee money. Yes, so we have to come to the, we have to come to the fact of, it's, yeah, are there are the runes going to budge? Because it's like in the end of the day, I do, when I signed with the Steelers my first time too, it was, you got the first year, they was saying the way that they were doing the deal. I can get the first year of guaranteeing whatever. And then it's like, I believe that I was going to play on my contract. I knew I was going ball. Did you play on the contract? Yes, yes. Yes, I played on my contract. I just didn't get, I knew it was done. I didn't get it, was not able to get an extension. They gave me, I got my first deal. I signed an extension to that deal. And once that deal was up, we were talking. And I just played that contract out. And I knew it was over. Because we basically stopped talking, we couldn't find a spot. And they let me play my rest of my contract out.

24:40And then we just, when I separate ways. So I'm looking at with, with, with, with, with high Smith, with, with the history of it, it's like, you expect to play well. Joey Porter, Joey, I know he expects to come in there and not get hurt and play well. And even if he does get hurt, I, with the Steelers then, when they, when they, when they, when they, when they, when they, Wheeling, but everyone and putting everything up is why I would do more than that money. The average per year is not the problem. It's just the two years guarantee. I'm going to be here for more than two years. I'm going to be here for five years. So what's the problem of us making that guarantee? It's not the average per year, we're not negotiating over the annuals, that's all good. But just guarantee me my first two years of this contract is guaranteed and I'm expecting to continue to play. But you could tell me that you love me. Show me. Show me that you love me. Your words don't mean that your actions is everything. No, how you going to tell me you love me, but you beat me? You can't do that. That ain't going to go together. My good man, Herb got 42 right next to me, saying class guaranteed. You can't tell me you haven't done it before.

26:44And with somebody like right in my saying class, this is very recent. This is very in home. This is my next door neighbor. You know what I'm saying? All right, so you can't tell me. 29:46I got a coach who I can play out on the field. You know, we're figuring stuff out. The people that we have out there, we need to be communicating and making sure we don't have busts and have people running Scott free. When we, the safety, like that's not a person-held thing. Yeah. That's a, that's a, you need to be on your assignment. If you're right there and he catches it on you, then we don't look as crazy. Well, we're going to start so many yards just being where we're supposed to be. See him with both C and making play like this is simple. That's what I'm saying. A lot of that stuff. So that's what, what, what, what the coach can do? It's help the players that are on there and figuring that stuff out with Joey Porter. He's like, it's, it's back might not be good. It's conditioning. He's keeping it just as what it is, with what he not got knows what's going on. Joey Porter, the back, like you said, D-Bo, it could be tricky. So until they figured, until they, the top and everybody figures that out, coach can only say what he can because he's managing the people on the field. 30:46So people are in the position that it's going to go just like this. Everybody's got sinking their feet in to what it's going to be. So we're just riding along seeing what's going on each week. When they ask my card, he can only answer what he can answer. Joey Porter, Jr. can only answer how he's feeling. It's his back still feeling a little tricky. Omar can only ask what is the contract?
