Here's an interesting report. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection Officers found and seized more than 260 pounds of cocaine on the San Iizro Port of Entry in Southern California. Officers found the illicit drugs during a secondary inspection of a commercial passenger bus as a driver attempting to enter the United States from Mexico. On September 22nd, the Border Patrol Officers assigned to that Port of Entry observed a 2004 MCI Dina commercial bus approaching for inspection and entry into the U.S. according to a statement obtained exclusively by my friend's over at Breitbart. Officers referred the bus to a secondary inspection station where a non-intrusive inspection detected anomalies in the fuel tank.

5:36Subsequently, a Border Patrol K9, that's a dog, alerted to the fuel tank during a walk around, sniff examination of the bus, officers utilized other physical tools to examine the fuel tank and found signs of tampering, including the placement of a non-factory compartment. Officers then opened the compartment and found 110 packages concealed by drug cartel smugglers in the fuel tank. Officers reported that the packages weighed more than 262 pounds and had an estimated street value of approximately $5 million. The officers arrested the driver at Mexican National and of course they canceled his visa making future reentry into the United States illegal. He'll be processed and turned over to California law enforcement officers for prosecution on state charges related to the importation of narcotics into California. This seizure demonstrates the exception of work being done by our Border Patrol Officers at this particular port of entry on the Southern California border

6:38and the director of that port, Marisa Morin, she used to be commended. She said, and I quote, our officers understand the importance of every inspection and the responsibility comes in protecting our nation's borders. Through their experience, the effective use of non-intrusive technology and the support of our K9 teams, more than 262 pounds of cocaine were intercepted, Mary and continued. This is the level of vigilance and teamwork that makes a difference in keeping dangerous narcotics off of our streets. The Border Patrol Officials added under the leadership of President Donald Trump and the Department of Homeland Security Secretary Mark Wayne Mullin, the dedicated men and women of the U.S. Custom and Border Protection, alongside our law enforcement partners, have arrested and removed thousands of criminal ideals, aliens from the country including gang members, rapists, kidnappers and drug traffickers to make our communities safer. This is yet another example to me of the work President Donald Trump's border policies

7:40are doing to protect the American people. Had Joe Biden been president when this shipment of narcotics was headed over the border, I can almost assure you it had made it into our communities, our children, our neighborhood, and continued to poison the soul of our country. Over 10.8 million illegal immigrants surged over the southern border during Joe Biden's presidency. Many of them criminals, rapists, drug traffickers, some from Insanian islands, as the President often likes to say, as well as the highest security prisons in Latin America. These law-bakers brought with them crime, abuses of our welfare system, overcrowding the generated such controversies as the homeless list and disabled veterans being forced out of their hotel rooms in New York City in order to house income migrants. It's outrageous that any veteran reserve this country be forced out of their housing to make way for an illegal. The Roosevelt Hotel, national landmark, over by Grand Central Station in New York City, uh, uh, place I used to stay when I visited New York.

8:40Now, a homeless shelter where the state, the city government is paying the state government millions of dollars to house illegals. Joe Biden and Barack Obama's government then worked to hand these illegals access to taxpayer-funded healthcare, taxpayer-funded debt cards, clothes, jewelry, cell phone, and food. That gravy terrain is over. While the Obama-Biden Contra government raised taxes, increased regulation, took more from those contributing to our society. It also worked to hand the proceeds to all of that, taking people who had no right to be in the country at all. Department of Homeland Security reported 2,307, 565 Southwest Border Patrol Apprentices for Fiscal Year 2025, the lowest fiscal year total since 1970, and about 87% below the average of the Biden years. That was about 1.86 million. That means illegal immigrants under Trump's watch have stopped flooding

9:41our southern border. Fact, under President Trump's leadership, more than 1,000 new 287G agreements with local police departments have been signed after late 225, expanding local cooperation with ICE, meaning that criminals are rooted out of our communities at a local level. Deportations are also up sharply under Trump, who is campaigned on cracking down on illegal immigration, since he announced his first running presidential campaign way back in 2015. President Trump brilliantly identified from the beginning how important an issue illegal immigration is to the American people. So ironic because the polls were not yet showing that in 2015, the president intuitively made this part of his announcement speech. The media immediately said when he criticized the fact that illegals were coming over our Mexican border, including rapists and violent criminals, they predicted that Donald Trump's presidential dynasty would crash

10:42and burn based on his comments when, in fact, his candidacy took off. He figured out this issue before the pollsters. He understands how different it can be to juggle the rules and regulations of our government and business, having been a tremendously successful world class real estate developer in the top world markets around the country and the world for decades prior to his running for president. So that's why Donald Trump uniquely understands how unfair and wrong it is for our government to give a taxpayer funded, helping hand to people who broke laws to enter the country in the first place. Even now, with the border more secure than ever, in our nation's 63-77 percent of Republicans still rate large scale migration as a critical threat. That was revealed in a recent Chicago council poll. A more recent Rasmussen poll showed that 81 percent of voters will consider immigration when casting their congressional vote in 2026, showing how important this issue still remains to voters of all kind.

11:44Republicans secured the borders. Democrats left it open, allowed for millions of undocumented criminals to stream into the country uncontested. Before President Donald Trump, Republicans were terrified of addressing this very issue of illegal immigration. Now, it remains a top issue for voters nationwide. And a pillar of Trump's policy, despite what you read in the fake news media, all polling overwhelmingly shows the American people approved of the deportation of violent illegal immigrant criminals. Socialist Claire Valdez affirmed that her trans bill of rights is among the top issues that she wants Democrats to deliver on if they take back control of the US House. During the appearance on the Hell Gate podcast, Valdez, who is the Democrat candidate running for a seat in New York's seventh question, asked what more members of Congress should be doing to end the war in Iran and to block the sale of arms to Israel. Lisa Avila Shoaie, the Democrat candidate running New York's 13th Congresswoman District, also appeared on the podcast alongside Valdez. Valdez and Shaveye also asked if they had spoken to House Minority Leader Hockim Jeffries about issues like whether to end the war with Iran as a condition for supporting him as speaker if Democrats take control of the House.

17:58our New York State will not increase its minimum wage in January of 2027, making it the first time the state has frozen wages since a 2023 law tied future annual adjustments to the right inflation and job losses. Democrat Governor Kathy Hockil, who's running for re-election in November is seeking approval for the change from the Democrat led legislature, according to a report in the Albany Times, June the last week. New York official says the state has lost thousands of private sector jobs this year, which triggered the law forcing the minimum wage freeze. Consumer costs have also increased while confidence has floundered. Hockil blame the states woes on the misguided policies of President Donald Trump, citing his tariff actions and the Iran war. Obviously Governor Hockil is unaware of the fact that New Yorkers play the highest taxes in the country. This change is good for workers and businesses as it will ensure those who are hardest hit by Trump's affordability crisis keep pace with the cost of living, maintaining our purchasing power,

19:03contributes to the state economy, and support our small business community. The governor said in a statement, Governor seems oblivious to the out of control spending and taxation of New Yorkers. This news comes as another blue state are set to hike their minimum wages for 27, including neighboring New Jersey, California, Connecticut, Michigan, and Washington state will also be raising minimum wages beginning January 1st, according to a Fox News report that I read this morning. Washington will have the highest wage at $17.73 an hour of 60 cents from the current $17.13. Connecticut's minimum wage rise from $16.94 to $17.48 per hour while Californians will climb from $16.90 to $17.40. New Jersey will increase minimum wages by $0.56 to $17.16.48 an hour for most of his workers while Michigan's rate will climb from $13.73 to a full $15.00 an hour. California was

20:10recently cited in a report by CNN about how high labor costs for causing businesses to close and hurting the local economy. CNN's senior correspondent, Kaylen Law, interviewed Los Angeles business owner Tom Sopit, who's restaurant survived the COVID lockdowns but is now closing down, due to regulations, taxes, and high labor costs, Governor Kathy Hokel pay attention. The cost of goods, the cost of labor is much higher than anywhere else in the country he noted. I think you can just keep paying taxing people and businesses. 22:19by acquiring Florida real estate as well as hundreds of gold bars worth over more than $40 million. According to court records, I read this morning. David Rush fabricated a highly classified government program to justify acquisition of luxury property in South Florida. The intended to resale for personal profit according to the court filing that I read. Rush separately concocted a bogus sensitive government activity to obtain the gold bars according to that same filing. Rush's fraudulent conduct cost the federal government $194 million in total losses according to the US Justice Department. The losses included over 1.8 million dollars in privately chartered flights that Rush authorized for personal use at taxpayer expense. Under question from investigators, Rush admitted that he had provided a foreign government official with information about the identity of a secret source of the US government.

23:21That was also in a new court filing. The filing doesn't specify which country the foreign official represented. Prosecutors are also accusing Rush of lying to colleagues in government contractors about his military and academic credentials and about the fake program that he invented false claim it was authorized by high ranking US officials. Rush uses legitimate government authority and his manufactured personal bonafidees to create confidence in his direction according to the court filing. Rush who's 49 years old, the resident of Ashburn, Virginia, pled guilty to one count of wire fraud which carries a maximum prison sentence of 20 years according to the court records. District judge Michael Knockmanoff is scheduled to sense it's Rush on January 28 in Alexandria, Virginia. Seems to me allowing him to plead to one count of wire fraud is a slap on the wrist considering that he cost American taxpayers more than $184 million.

24:23Several months ago Rush tried to fraudulently authorize the release of $100 million from a government contract according Tuesday's filing. He directed somebody else to transfer approximately $145 million to a holding company formed his direction then used those fines to acquire four luxury properties Palm Beach and Hope Sound Florida according to the filing. In previous court file, his prosecutor said Rush stashed roughly $46 million with the gold bars from the federal government in his Virginia home. They also accused him of fraudulently claiming tens of thousands of dollars in compensation for military leave after he was arguably discharged from the US Navy back in 2015. Federal employees are entrusted with serving the American people not themselves. Attorney General Todd Blunt said in statement. CIA Director John Radcliffe said the agency immediately referred the matter to the FBI after an internal investigation turned up evidence of Rush's crimes. David Rush abused his position but trained the public trust

25:29and should be held fully accountable for his actions according to the CIA Director John Radcliffe in a prepared statement. Rush was arrested after investigators searched his home and seized approximately 300 gold bars roughly $2 million in US currency and 35 luxury watches according to the FBI agent's affidavit which I read. A judge ordered Rush to be held without bond after his initial court appearance earlier this year. During a hearing in June, defense attorney Jessica Carmichael said Rush wasn't charged initially with any crimes related to the described of the gold bars which referred to as basically a non-issue and nothing more than a sensational tidbit I'd say. She said her client properly dandered the gold bars and kept them locked in the safe in his basement. Mr. Rush never claimed they were his as lawyer Carmichael said. Carmichael however declined to comment on Rush's guilty play after Tuesday's hearing.

29:42is typically regarded as a battleground in Governor Tony Evers. The current Democrat is term limited. Trump won Wisconsin in 2016 and 2024. The state did at least theoretically flip back to Democrats in 2020. Always shocked me though in 2024 that Trump won Wisconsin fairly comfortably while the Republican candidate for the US Senate lost narrowly. There are a lot of anomalies and abnormalities in that election. Meanwhile, Israel marked three years since October 7th, 2023 in that attack, with a moment of national silence at 6.29 a.m. this morning was a minute of reflection at noon and memorials at more than 400 sites, including the Nova Festival where 44 lives were prematurely taken by the Hamas butchers. 31:54Israeli friends for doing what they would have done. That's what we would have done. We must stay in with them against the enemies of civilization during these crying times. Democrats are once again taking President Trump out of context saying he invited Iran to attack Los Angeles and San Diego. The line they used came from under Bras Corrali, where President Trump said they can take out a city, let them take out Los Angeles, let them take out San Diego. This is a very small price to pay. He was referring, of course, to the attacks on Iran and the fact that they have driven gas prices higher. Even CNN's Daniel Dale said that was not a direct quote in the sense that the critics meant and not a correct paraphrase. President Trump was argued that the cost of the war, including higher gas prices, are a small price to pay next to an unchecked and nuclear weaponized Iran. CNN's Aaron Blake read the small prices those costs were not actually encouraging nuclear

32:55strikes in the two cities. Sarah Matthews, a former Trump aide, turned frequent critic, said she did not think the president was offering up blue cities for the Iranians to attack. Of course, the Atlantic's Michael Hewre said the point was that without the wars, San Diego and Los Angeles would be at risk. So once again, the gotcha designed to make President Trump look silly or irresponsible was based on a deception. It's kind of like Charlottesville and some would people that controversy. In this case, the deception was so obvious that the bias fake news refused to go along with it. Democrats don't want to defend the notion of a nuclear Iran. Polls of freaking show the American people do not support the rogue terrorist state of Iran to be able to have a bomb. Instead of being intellectually honest with the American people, Democrats would rather paint President Trump as a crazed, war-monger by deliberately misinterpreting the statements. It's because Democrats know national security is a losing issue for them, and in a fair debate,

33:58the public sides with the president every time. Meanwhile, President Trump told Republicans over the weekend to vote early, vote by mail, or vote in person on November 3rd, and he repeated the instruction on Tuesday. The line is a change in campaign messaging for the president, not it was through all of his criticism of mail-in ballot rules. The administration has kept trying to tighten those procedures and rightly so. I remember one former Attorney General Bill Barr in an interview with Wolf Blitzer of CNN admitted that mail-in ballots were an open invitation for voter fraud. It seems to have forgotten that as Bill Barr turned against the president. In September, the Supreme Court refused to let new postal service requirements take effect before the midterms. Justice Brett Kavanaugh agreed that imposing them this close to the election arbitrary because state and local officials had not had time to prepare and left open the possibility that similar rules could be lawful in the future. This was, in my opinion, an

35:02unfortunate decision, but the implications are that mail ballots will still be in play. And if Republicans do not chase those ballots, they'll be the distinct disadvantage in the midterm elections. My home state of Florida, Republicans have been particularly adept at chasing mail-in votes and we are doing that right now in preparation for what something will be a closer than expected good material election. But I'm actually to the point where I'm prepared to predict that Byron Donald's Republican candidate will win more comfortably than the current polls show. A Texas PAC aligned with the Senate Majority Leader John Thune spent another $83 million on us and advertising to hold the seat. The department says the allegations run from acting as an agent of a foreign government to manslaughter and other serious sexual offenses.

But LeTeacher James has a problem. She already opined on her newsmax page that the seven men, according to her, were guilty. So how can she determine now in an investigation whether a guilty or innocent having already opined a given opinion that they were guilty? It reminds me very much of the Duke lacrosse case where it was enormous, rushed to judgment until we found out that the woman in that case lied and the men were innocent. Also made the prosecutor in that case was forced to resign and he just was disbarred in this particular case.
