The 2025 Texas Ragners had the best ERA in baseball, and the two leaders of the pitching staff are looking for a repeat in 2026. Jacob deGrom hasn’t gotten started yet this spring, though by design. He’s healthy and expects to pitch soon. Nathan Eovaldi pitched Monday, though in a simulated game rather than face the Guardians in the Cactus League game. He was making his third start of spring training, scheduled to go four innings. The Rangers have also made several roster moves and have multiple injury updates.
