Hey guys and welcome back to another episode of casual chaos.
Today I'm with my very dear friend, Hallie Badchilder.
Welcome to casual chaos.
Hey, thank you for having me.
How are you?
I'm doing well.
I'm doing great.
How are you?
Crazy week.
Yeah, it's been a crazy week.
Yeah, after Coachella.
How was Coachella?
Coachella was awesome.
Honestly, I'm not the biggest festival goer in general.
And I hadn't been to Coachella in five years.
Since I've been in this space.
So it was a bit over-simulating.
I feel like everyone there,
it felt like your whole-for-you-page
is basically walking around the grounds of Coachella.
But there was a lot of fun.
I know I was upset.
I honestly declined going this year.
Why didn't you go?
I know.
I had a family obligations
and I'm just such a family person and I was so torn.
My cousin is having a baby
and it's like the first baby in our immediate cousins group.
Oh, no way.
So it was her baby shower.
There were family dinners planned.
And I honestly felt horrible.
The week leading up to Coachella.
Like I felt like I had no time to row.
And I was like, I can't go to the desert right now.
Feeling this way and just with everything coming up.
So I was really torn.
But honestly, it's a lot.
It's a lot of walking around.
It's like a lot of dust.
It's a lot of waiting and it's a lot of traffic
and I hate traffic.
Yeah.
It was, I don't know.
Are you close to the festival?
Like I think kind of.
Yeah.
Close doesn't even matter if you're driving.
It takes about 20 minutes to get in
once or even on the ground,
just to get through all the crowds and stuff.
And like with Bieber being a headliner,
I think it was 10 times crazier than most years.
It was nuts.
And I mean, can we talk about the backlash
that he was getting for his performance?
I mean, you were there.
Yeah.
I was totally happy and actually like overjoyed
with his performance.
I thought it was everything that everybody wanted.
He gave his throwbacks.
He sang some of his new music.
And I mean, it's just in Bieber.
You can just sit there and sing
and look the way that he does.
And I would be satisfied.
Yeah.
I think what people were expecting
is him to act like how he used to be in his old days
like as like a little pop star when he was super young.
But I don't think you're ever going to get that version
of Justin Bieber back.
I feel like he's gone through many phases of life.
But you know, it was a slow start I will say
with like he was playing a lot of his like swag album
and stuff like that.
And I think people really wanted those throwbacks.
But then like halfway through, it was funny
because like halfway through people started to like leave.
And then it was almost like he waited for like
the die hard Bieber fans to like stay
and have like the like the fake ones
kind of clear out a little bit
where he started playing his like old throwbacks.
And then it was so much fun.
And say yeah.
And I loved how for the whole performance,
he really just found the humor
in everything throughout his career.
Like the clock it.
Me.
I mean, he like he hit.
No, I honestly he didn't strike me as someone that like could like
get up there and make fun of himself a little bit.
Like was self deprecating humor.
But I kind of love that he was like kind of clocking himself
a little bit like he was making light
of like some of his old past moments.
It was good.
He was great.
Yeah.
So how was your getting ready experience?
What were the outfits like?
Were you stressed?
Um, all right.
So like I went into it being like,
because Coachella's so like surround about like outfits.
It's so outfit based.
So outfit based.
And there was a lot of backlash this year.
About discourse online about the outfits.
And I wanted to go for comfy cozy, cute.
But like, you know, I had like a lot of like Alexander wing fits.
I feel like I had the car goes in the pants,
but I went for like the most casual version of myself.
But like I warned people I was like,
I am not going to be wearing chains and belts tied to my head,
like all these things.
That's just like not my style.
And I'm not going to like alter my style for a music festival.
I feel like I just want it to be.
I feel like that's the best way to look though.
Yeah.
I mean, even looking at looking at the Kardashians
and Haley Bieber all weekend,
they wore the most simple outfits.
Jeans and the cutest little top
or literally shorts and a bucket hat.
And they looked insane.
Yeah.
And like I respect people that do the most.
You know, like that really lean in to like the Coachella
festival style fashion.
But like I'm not going to get sit online
and like insult people for wanting to like keep it casual and cute too.
I feel like it's just whatever you feel most confident.
And I felt most confident in track bands.
And you also want to be comfortable.
Yes, it's a lot of walking.
A lot.
Yeah.
Insane.
What were your favorite headliners?
My favorite headliners, I love somber,
which I didn't think I would love.
Somber disclosure, I loved young thug.
Who else did I see?
Obviously Bieber.
And I feel like there's one I'm missing.
I feel like what you like, Carol G.
Everyone was talking about her.
I didn't stay for her whole performance.
But we're watching it on live stream
and it was really, really good.
Yeah, major laser was really good.
He was before young thug.
Do you think that Coachella was all it was, you know,
made up to be leading up to it?
I feel like it's one of those things that's so overhyped.
And I had RSVV'd, yes, to so many different parties
and after parties.
And like in hindsight, none of those things were realistic.
You kind of just have to go with the crowd.
And where it's just like a lot, honestly.
So did you commit to the afters?
I feel like you're a big afters person.
Did you go to the after party?
Did you do it a single after party?
That was crazy.
I was honestly a lot of people were commenting
being like, I've never seen you on such good behavior.
Like I was just on my best behavior
because by the time you like get out there, it's 2 a.m.
and I've been standing all day.
I don't like to stand, I like to walk.
And, you know, I'd really early glam.
So I was just like, I don't feel like going to another location,
wait in traffic for 30 minutes and then have to like,
wait in another line.
It just felt like a lot.
Now it is.
It really is.
Unless you want to have like a 7 a.m.,
and I just didn't want to have any 7 a.m. nights.
No, because you're constantly going.
Constantly going.
And walking.
Really proud of you.
I was proud of me too, honestly.
Me and Green left there when we were like,
giving yourself a pat in the back for that one.
No, it was great.
Yeah.

Can we talk about the people exclusive for a second?
Yeah.
I mean, that was, was that a nice wake-up call?
You know, there was something.
I honestly was kind of giggling at it
because it was so nothing.
And I was so confused by, I was like, is there like a picture
or a video I thought was me like a lot worse
than it actually was.
But like, he just, also you weren't hiding it either.
You literally posted a photo on your story as well.
Like it was totally innocent.
I was like living in his comment section.
He was living in my comment section.
Like we shared a couple of kisses.
It was just very like, whatever.
But yeah.
What I thought was funny was he was that people article.
He was reposing it and posting it to his story,
commenting on it multiple times.
He loved, he loved all the things.
And I was like, starting to question what that like,
source was.
I was like, what is happening here?
But it was funny, he's cute.
No, I mean, listen, he is cute.
I just think anything around these Mormon wives
are significant others, husbands, fiances, ex-partners.
Oh my gosh.
You gotta stay away.
You stay away.
Like you cannot go near these men.
No, you know, they just find me.
I don't know.
I know.
But like, it was so silly.
Yeah, no.
Thank God that.
Over and done with it.
It was a Coachella.
It was a Coachella fun.
Yeah.
He went back to Utah.
He's back in Utah.
Back in Utah.
There's something in the water.
Yeah.
There's something in the air there.
Some things in the air.
Yeah.
And then you just filmed the Unwall game.
Yeah, that was also in Utah.
That was in Utah.
So how was that?
Did that give you a feel of the reality TV space a little bit?
Yeah, which is kind of why I did it.
Because I was like, okay, like this is under unwall.
And like, I feel like this would be a good first,
like dipping my toe into this space.
And I kind of looked at it as like a vacation.
That was just kind of like televised or recorded.
And I treated it that way.
I mean, it was fun.
We did like a lot of like activities and challenges
during the day.
And then at night, we went back to the shallow
for some apri activities.
And we were drinking and just like, it was fun.
I made some new friends.
And it was a great time.
I went a great cast.
Yeah, we had a great cast.
Yeah.
Who were some of your favorites?
Who was Cameron?
Did you see Cameron?
Do you know what I'm talking about?
Oh, Cameron from Bachelor.
You know, Cameron from, he's like a lot of polarizing thoughts
on TikTok and just commentary on reality TV stars.
Okay.
He got into it with a little bit with Huda,
but they ended up becoming friends at the end.
It's like a lot of, I think I saw this.
Yes, okay, I saw clips of this.
Reading people left and right.
But it made for great TV.
He's like one of those people, like it translates
so well to TV.
And I think he became like a fan favorite.
Also Dilling Cabbage was on there, you know,
at the club and f**king guy.
And we're good friends.
It was fun to have him on there.
Yeah.
Great.
Great in Grace O'Malley, Demi from Mormon Wives.
And there are some other ones.
I liked everyone.
Like everyone of Demi.
Demi, it was just kind of like, you know, in her own world.
Really?
Did she have any commentary on like you and Dakota in the hot tub?
Like did she care?
She had a commentary on everything.
But like Dakota wasn't the only person I was in the hot tub with.
You know, like I was just kind of,
I was almost treating like the show like Love Island a little bit,
you know, I guess a couple of people,
but it was all just like fun and gay.
I felt like I was on vacation.
Yeah, it was like Coachella, you know?
It was like a couple of people and I'm gonna blame Utah air.
It was the altitude or something.
But it was, you know, it was fun.
Did Dakota give like creepy vibes?
Creepy vibes?
Honestly, no.
He was just kind of like a nice normal dude.
I mean, we didn't spend, we didn't have a ton of conversations.
Yeah, he just scares me a little.
Yeah, he just kind of have scary eyes
and all that stuff came out after we filmed
and I was just like, oh.
Well, you know, and I feel like that is kind of just like, again,
all this stuff like, again, you did that,
that you were doing the on-wall games that happened with Dakota.
And then of course, he unleashes this video.
Yeah.
So it's like, obviously when you're meeting someone
for the first time, you're not looking at the bad in any of them.
You're just like, I'm meeting you for the first time.
Let's start off fresh.
Yeah.
And I also didn't know too much about him and that lore.
Obviously, I've like seen the show,
but like I didn't know like the depths of that lore.
There's an obviously.
And obviously, my wife's lore.
Yeah, it's a lot insane.
And this is filmed like way before all that stuff came to light.
So, you know, it kind of looked bad, but like, you know,
hindsight's always 2020.
I don't really talk to him now, so.
Yeah, and also, you did it again.
You did it now.
Yeah, I didn't know.
You didn't know.
Yeah, I didn't know he was giving Steven.
Oh, yeah, tell me.
Yeah.
A little bit.
I know.
The crazy eyes.
He just scares me.
I don't know.
I feel that.
I'm like, I feel like you're a very calculated person.
And I don't know what your agenda is.
Yeah.
I mean, he just kind of seemed normal to me.
But it was just like, I just feel like all of the Mormon wives
significant others because the show rose to fame so quickly.
And all of the women are wildly successful.
Now the men want a piece of it.
The dad talk thing really makes me cringe.
Crazy.
I'm like, what?
That's for the girls.
Like, the girls started on the thing.
Like, you don't need dad talk.
Who's the one he really bothers me?
Jordan.
Yes.
He rubs me the wrong way.
He's like, this is huge for dad talk.
I'm like, what are you talking about?
What are you talking about?
That's on a thing.
It's so pick me.
It's so pick me and they all try so hard.
It's not like a scare.
It's entertaining reality TV though.
At the end of the day, it's all just reality TV.
And they're entertaining to watch.
They're so entertaining.
And there's never a dull moment.
I'm like, Jesus.
I know it's like always something new.
Always.
But let's start from the beginning a little bit
and tell our listeners a little bit about you.
So you're from Boston.
I'm from Boston.
Are you in Nantuck?
Are you from Nantucket?
No, so my parents got married on Nantucket.
We have a summer home there.
So we like summer on Nantucket.
You're always there.
And yeah, I love it there.
It looks beautiful.
You should come visit.
I would love to.
Yeah, I need to meet your family.
You need to meet your dad.
Yep, I love your dad.
I told you, you should have him on casual chaos.
And I want to.
He wants to start doing the podcast rounds
after he came on mine.
Oh my God.
And I'm like, I came with you.
Like, he needs to be stopped.
But yeah, I'm from Boston.
I went to an all girls' Catholic school group
and like, go into high school on the outskirts
and the suburbs of Boston.
And you like going to an all-girl school?
I mean, I don't really know anything else from it.
I kind of had a, I looked out my class.
There were some grades above and below me
that kind of had like a class.
It was only like 50 girls per class.
And I had a great friend group.
And I was there between the ages of nine to 18.
So I didn't really know anything else.
And then I went to college and upstate New York.
And now I'm here.
Nice.
New York.
What led you from going to college and upstate New York
to bringing you to New York?
So a lot of things like happened in the interim.
Like, I, you know, I graduated 2019,
which COVID happened shortly thereafter.
And I was a classics major in an art history marker.
And I didn't really know what I wanted to do with that.
I wanted to go into like music or music.
No, like classics like, oh, like,
I thought you meant like classical music.
No, like classics is like art.
It's like Greek architecture.
And I was like really advanced in Latin.
And it was like really random.
Wow.
I mean, that's cool.
But I didn't want to work in a museum.
So I was kind of just like waiting to see what I wanted to do.
I signed with a modeling agency.
But then I got like way too much filler and lashes
and all that stuff.
And they like kind of were like, no, thank you.
And then I thought maybe I wanted to get into real estate
because my dad's in real estate.
So I got my license.
I mean, less than your license is such a smart thing
to have at least.
And I think honestly, down the road,
I would get back into it.
This whole, you know, podcasting thing
doesn't work out for me.
But like I mean, but even so, I'm sure dad always tells you
like you can invest and then also like flip
and you know, just buy investment properties.
It's just the best to have that passive income.
Always come again.
It's good knowledge to have too.
Yeah, 100% agree.
But like I also didn't like the work that goes in to real estate.
I wasn't at a time in my life.
I really wanted to like put much work in.
So I kind of was just like hosting on Nantucket
and then not doing anything during the year.
So I started making like TikToks and third straps
and doing like story times online.
And then now we're here.
So that's literally how it happens.
Yeah, I started posting on TikTok.
Like really, I think half of it's kind of luck.
But the other half was just like, yeah.
I mean, it's just you are hilarious.
Thank you.
I mean, it was, this was red.
This was probably like maybe a year ago.
Maybe, I don't know, maybe more recent.
But my boyfriend, Christian,
literally was like, yeah.
Have you ever seen that belong girl on TikTok?
Like she's actually so funny.
Wait, really?
And I was like, Hallie?
Yeah.
Yeah, I'm friends with her.
Yeah.
And he like genuinely hilarious.
And I think that's like a huge thing for, you know,
your audience and the people that watch you
is you really are just so funny.
Yeah, I mean, I was really like,
I just felt like there was so much of like that
clean girl aesthetic out there.
And people just like painting their lives is perfect.
So like part of my whole shake was kind of just like also
like showing me hungover and like, you know,
also like pointing out like flaws in life
and just like being like really real and wrong line.
Well, the real shit.
And honestly, that's what people weren't seeing.
So then when people started to do that more,
yeah, people were like, okay, wow, I can relate to this.
It's more entertaining too.
Yeah.
No one wants to see like,
mantra being made in a thousand times.
Like in my opinion.
But like, yeah, it's fun.
And I just like felt like in that way,
you can actually think your audience better
and you kind of create like a little community.
And I feel like that's kind of the fun.
That's the thing I like the most about it
was just like talking people that like related to like
my random ass lore or story time.
So yeah, it's fun.
And this has obviously always been a part of your personality.
Like have you always been like this growing up
and with your friends and family?
Yeah, like I like love to find the human things
whether I'm like, you know, making fun of myself
or like situations in life that are thrown my way.
But yeah, I just try to make everything lighthearted.
I feel like people are too serious these days
and there's not a lot of levity to a lot of things.
So I just like TikTok was always like that.
For me, where I like, you know,
just found humor and stuff.
And it was like, in outlet, yeah.
Yeah.
How many siblings do you have?
I'm one of four.
Wow.
You're one of five, right?
One of four.
I have two step brothers.
Oh, there's technically six of us.
Oh, there's six of you.
But yeah, I'm one of four girls.
Yeah.
I love it.
There's two girls.
And then I have two younger brothers.
And I love that.
I love the two and two.
I would have hated if it was two older brothers
and two younger sisters.
But you think your older brothers
would have been really protective over, you know?
I think probably.
I mean, they're still kind of protective over me.
But they really have no say
because I'm older than them.
So yeah.
So what's the age gap between all of you?
So it's kind of wild.
My mom really just wanted to get having kids get it over with.
I do too.
So yeah, I'm going to love this timeline.
So like my sister's 29, I'm 28, 26, and 24.
Wow.
So like my mom had four kids under the age of five and a half.
Wow, which is insane.
I can't even imagine how annoying traveling was.
So she was, she was sober for a long time.
Hopefully.
I mean, I don't know how hopefully she was.
I always think about that like I want to bang out kids.
But I'm like, wow.
It's pregnant for a long time.
Yeah, like no, can't drink.
Can't have a glass of wine.
No.
Although by the fourth, I think she was probably
having a glass of wine here and there.
But like, you know, I want to get it over with too
when I have kids one day if I do have kids.
You're going to have kids.
Hopefully.
I need to find a man first.
We talked about this.
That even next year, you're going to freeze your eggs
which are going to make me sick.
Yeah.
I just think it's like an insurance policy
on your body almost.
And it's like, why not?
If you can afford to do that or you can do that, like,
I just think it's such a safe option.
Also in like, you're like a security blanket for women.
If you aren't ready or you haven't found your partner yet,
to not feel rushed, because unfortunately,
we do have a timeline which stinks.
It sucks because the men don't have that.
Why do we get all like, we get the shit
under the stick.
We get everything in our period.
They have no, I push out a baby.
They have no idea what we go through.
No.
So Sammy's been getting you into the gym.
He's been training out.
Is that kind of his,
so is that his form of content?
Like, is that his expertise?
Yeah.
So he's certified in like personal training
and stuff like that.
So he kind of does that on the side.
But now he's like getting into the whole, you know,
social media thing, you know, like,
make commentary on random things.
And he's doing pretty well.
He's getting brand deals.
Like, that's like, oh no.
More than me right now.
Like he's getting all these little brand deals.
They decided to do the thing with Mike and Iks.
And that's so cool.
And he just moved to New York City.
Yeah, that's amazing.
Yeah, so he's doing amazing.
Chad is my other brother.
He's in Boston.
He's in real estate.
I think he's still doing it.
And then, and then my sister,
brand, she's a potty's instructor.
Oh, I love that.
So we have like a mix of like really wholesome siblings
and like the mean Chad or kind of in the middle,
like creating the chaos.
Yeah.
Yeah, it's so cute.
But yeah, are any of them in serious relationships
or married?
Yeah, my sister was getting married next summer.
Oh, I know.
She actually just was in New York,
while I was in Coachella, I dress shopping.
Oh my God.
Don't buy me this, that little part.
But yeah, she just found her dress.
Oh my God.
She's excited.
She's like so cute.
Does she look like you?
Like kind of.
I don't know.
I'll show you a picture of her,
but she wants to see what all your siblings look like.
We kind of resemble each other a lot.
Like I look exactly like my youngest brother, Sammy.
Yeah, no, I don't think I look like Chad,
or brand that much.
But people say that me and Brindu look like,
she's just like a Brunette version of me,
but I don't really see it, but who's to say?
Has being this open on social media affected your life?
Like how do you deal with backlash?
Obviously, controversy.
How does that affect your everyday life?
I've gotten really good about ignorance is bliss,
not reading things on Reddit,
and kind of staying away from that,
but also just like the people that comment,
the trolls online and stuff like that,
you have to kind of brush it off.
You have to have really thick skin to be in this industry.
I believe that.
But also I keep the mindset that I've never been
insulted by someone I want to trade places with.
So I kind of keep that mentality and just like,
let the insults run out.
Like, you know, I'm very open about my life online.
So I kind of like have to expect that,
you know, it can be polarizing sometimes,
and not everyone's gonna agree with what I have to say.
And that's okay, the world keeps spinning, so.
Yeah, I mean, you have been very open about your life online.
I mean, you even talked about kind of the struggles
that you had with your eating disorder.
And how was that opening up on social media?
You know, it's an interesting thing.
What the eating disorder stuff,
I mean, I visibly was losing weight last year.
So I felt like if I didn't address it,
I feel like I was kind of doing a disservice.
Also, like I was getting a lot of, you know,
polarizing commentary on my weight loss.
A lot of people telling me I look so good.
Like this is the best I've ever looked,
and a lot of people telling me I look terrible.
And I just wanted to point out that I was, you know,
clearly underweight and going through something,
and that like looking like this is nothing.
I didn't want to like set that example for young girls,
or people following me that this is something
they should strive to look like,
because I felt like it was bad,
and I felt like if I didn't say that
and address it like that, then it would be kind of like,
an elephant in the room.
Well, and I think it's like, it's definitely difficult now
because of Zambik, GLP1.
All of these things are so heightened right now,
and everybody wants to strive to be skinny.
Like it's crazy.
People literally say online now,
there's no excuse for anybody to be fat,
which is such a hard mentality to grasp,
and to really like look at it as a whole,
because aside from that,
there's also people who struggle again
with eating disorders and body dysmorphia.
I look in the mirror sometimes,
and I'm like, there's something wrong with me,
because I have body dysmorphia.
I think everyone goes through their own weird thing
within themselves, and it's just a matter of overcoming it.
I think also when you're in the public eye,
and you're putting yourself out online,
like people make comments on what you look like,
and then you become extremely hyper aware to those comments,
and to what you look like,
I feel like it's very common for people
like to struggle with eating stuff and like this business.
But I felt that, you know,
as I was growing online,
that those struggles mentally started to like come to light again.
It's hard to balance the both, because it really is.
You know, then you have to also,
you wanna maintain this image.
Yeah.
And then you have to like,
people want you to get healthy online,
and then like want you to gain weight,
but then like gaining weight online,
people are gonna comment on that,
and then it's just all kind of a mindset at the end of the day.
You have to like be really solid, I feel like.
But I feel like there's so many influencers
that have eating issues that don't talk about it.
I know it's hard to talk about, it's very stigmatized.
So I just wanted to like kind of be someone that, you know,
bit the bullet and just spoke about it,
because maybe if it could help someone,
like create a conversation or someone younger,
like I always say like I wish I, you know,
went to my mom when I was first starting to struggle
and verbalized the things that was like kind of feeling,
because it's one of those issues where like,
if you nip it in the butt sooner,
there's a better chance of you like overcoming and tackling it.
So is this something you struggled with for a while?
Oh yeah, since I was like 12.
Oh my God.
In ebbs and flows, like there's phases in my life
where it's like a lot worse than it is,
but I will say like social media did not help.
And I was, you know, because I obviously have seen you talk
about your struggles,
but when you mentioned to me that when you first came to New York,
you signed with an agency and wanted to become a model,
I'm sure that also wasn't easy.
Yeah, hindsight's always 2020,
that probably wasn't the best idea for me to like want to model
as someone that had like a pretty bad eating disorder
at the time, but I was just trying to like, you know,
figure out what I wanted to do.
And I feel like now, so more than ever,
people are just commenting on my body,
but like everything else you kind of learn how to just like brush it off.
Yeah, well, you're beautiful.
And I, you're so,
I'll tell you this 100% your story inspired others.
Oh, thank you.
I appreciate that.
And just know that.
Who is your absolute dream guest to have on Extra Dirty?
Let's talk about that.
How did this opportunity get brought to you?
So, Extra Dirty in general?
Yeah.
So, like I said,
I was just kind of losing story times on TikTok.
And a lot of them were kind of like, you know,
I'd talk about the guys I was hooking up with.
Like there's so much.
They were all coated.
You know, like they were so one while like there would be got,
there would be me like doing a debrief.
I used to do like a Sunday debrief.
And there would be like a guy's like toes hanging out in the bed behind me.
And I'd be like telling a story.
And I was really unhinged.
What did those guys think about you just getting on the phone?
And you're telling these stories?
I mean, it's just like, I mean,
they think it was funny.
Did anyone at any time be like, what are you doing?
I mean, I didn't really say anyone's name.
I was pretty good about that.
But, you know, some guys liked it.
And some guys didn't like it.
And I will say like my form of content
is 100% affected my dating life.
And just like guys wanting to like hook up with me in general
because they were always scared.
I was going to talk about them online
and kind of like debrief our escapades.
So I've kind of tried to steer away from that
and rebrand a little to be like a little bit more like less,
you know, less talking about the guy.
But I was just kind of doing debriefs and talking
and talking about like the work I got done
and just really being really brutally honest
on the internet.
I think I love the dissolving of the lips.
I was just a game changer.
I looked like a sex doll for a while.
But then Alex Cooper found me, I think,
back in like 2023 or the end of 2023.
And she was like, would you ever want to do this
in like long format?
And I was like, yeah, like let's do it.
And of course, and she gave me a show.
And I've been with Unwell for a few years now.
And I'm obsessed.
I love it.
I mean, extradirties, sick.
Yeah, went on the set the other day.
It's insane.
No, it's so much fun.
And like we talked about a little bit.
Like I just like love having conversations with new people
and like getting to know them.
And in this setting, it's just been,
I can't believe like this is my job.
Like it's been so much fun.
So who is your dream guest?
It changes all the time.
I always feel like Bell Hadid would be fun.
But like I also think Kristen Wig could be cool.
Like someone that's like really funny.
Charlie Axiacs.
Like there's so many people I would love to have on.
Yeah.
Martha Stewart would be fun.
Or the Stewart.
Like there's a range clearly.
Like, clearly.
Yeah.
Gwen Blackwell.
I love Gwen Blackwell.
Yeah.
So I think there's so many people that would love to have on.
And Bigger's Cross, I'm manifesting it.
It will happen.
Yeah.
It'll happen one day.
One day.
Maybe they'll go on Caller Daddy and then they'll be like,
wait, I want to come on extra dirty.
That's the dream.
Yeah.
Exactly.
Hopefully.
Obviously, there's a lot of discourse online with the Alex
Cooper, Alex Earl stuff.
What kind of position does that put you in?
Or do you want to say anything about it?
I mean, it's never like a fun position to be in
because I know all these people.
And I wish everyone could just get along at the end of the day.
And you know, like when it's like an internet conversation,
everyone loves to put their two cents in.
It's between two people.
And I think that most everyone else should butt out.
And I don't like to see people fighting.
And I don't like seeing people saying mean things about others.
And it's upsetting to see.
But it just creates me because there's
so much hype around it.
So that's why people are going to put their two cents into it
because anything's going to get picked up right now.
But you know how the internet works?
Things go in cycles.
And it's a hot topic this week.
But then someone's going to, you know,
bang someone's husband next week.
And then that'll be the hot topic.
And you know, I feel like this year in general,
there's been a lot of pop culture.
You know, there's been a lot of drama this year.
Yeah, it's fun.
You know, and we have the Summer House drama.
We've got the Taylor Frankie Paul drama.
We've got this drama.
There's lots that have happened, honestly,
in the past like three weeks.
So insane to watch.
And I like to say out of it.
But you know, when there's a hot topic,
you know, people like love to make,
like the hate train is the easiest train to hop on
because once there's a trending topic,
people come out of the woodworks
and start making videos and try to get views.
And I just like, it becomes like a snowball effect.
So, you know, I hope all this will end soon.
I'm sure it will.
And there'll be something new to bitch about next week.
Yeah.
No, 100 percent.
I mean, you're under unwell.
So how was your experience with Alex Cooper?
Like you guys seem like you're very close.
Yeah.
Alex is great.
Alex has become one of my good friends.
I love working for her.
And she's amazing.
She's from day one taken like a lot of,
you know, she's shown a lot of interest in me
and developing my show and, you know, wanting me to succeed.
So for that, I really appreciate her.
And through, you know, all these, you know,
unwell events and stuff like that,
I feel like over time we've gotten really close.
We've gone a vacation together.
So yeah, I'd consider her a pretty close friend.
And she's the best.
I love that.
Yeah.

Talking about all the stuff that you have done over the years,
obviously you've got some lip filler,
some Botox, some surgeries.
Can we talk about it?
Let's talk about it all.
Let's do it.
Okay.
So what are, give me a list of the things that you've done.
Should I go head, toes, head, head, knees and toes?
So like, I get a ton of Botox and I love Botox.
Also, tell me the things that you have regretted.
Okay.
And I want to hear about the tits.
Yes.
So I'll start from here up because I've gotten so many things done.
So I never in my life have regretted Botox.
I think Botox has some weird stigma.
I get Botox.
It's, I love my phone.
No pre-susings now.
Glowy, like I, glass skin.
It's like you have a facial all the time.
It's a facial all the time.
I agree.
Botox highly recommend Botox.
I think Botox has some weird stigma.
I get Botox.
It's, I love my phone.
No pre-susings now.
Glowy, like I, glass skin.
I recommend.
But if you don't want to get it, you don't have to get it.
But that's fine.
It's also preventative.
Yeah.
It's preventative.
That's what I tell people.
I say clock in.
It's preventative.
I've gotten veneers.
I've 10 top veneers.
Oh, you did.
Okay.
Cause it veneers.
They really aren't that like white or like crazy.
I really wouldn't now.
You can pick a shade.
Like, yeah.
I think they used to be like a lot crazier like 20 years ago.
But I have a great doctor, doctor, Lena, of her own, anyone.
She goes, she does all the influencers.
She does like, really awesome bonding.
She does everything.
She's the best.
I've done in the past a lot of filler.
I used to go this one lady on the upper east side.
And she used to just pop my face with filler and never say no to me.
Did you get happy with it because, you know, like filler happy because, but did they,
was she giving it to you also for free?
No.
Oh, you were spending money.
I was spending so much money.
And I ended up getting it dissolved recently, but it took five rounds of dissolver.
And it was annoying me that I, you know, like, is it all out because you have really
nice lips?
It's most of its out.
Yeah.
Okay.
I had nice lips to begin with, but then I just like want, it was a moment in time.
Yeah.
It matched my like bleached blonde.
Like it was a moment in time for me and I like loved her and I appreciated that person
who she was.
Um, but like, as I've gotten older, I just felt like I was transitioning into more like
a natural state of wanting to like look a bit more like my old face.
Yeah.
So I took everything out.
So painful to get it removed.
So like if you're, I've always said like, if you are interested in getting lip filler,
like I know it can be, feel like a moment in time and like you like think it's like amazing
and everything, but you can overdo it so easily and then it starts look really bad.
Yeah.
Um, it's just the worst when it starts migrating because it migrates everywhere.
I think at one point I was probably in my arm, like it was just going up and down.
Like you can't control where it goes.
It doesn't really, you know, leave your system until you like inject it and the injections
hurt a lot to get it out.
Um, so I did that.
So I have a little filler in my cheeks just to add a like a little shadow and contrast,
but it looks very.
Yeah.
And like a little like under my eye, just to like see what things out a little bit.
Yeah.
Now, but it looks great.
Yeah.
And then I got my boobs done twice.
And the first time I did it, because my boobs kind of looks like a rock in a sock, like
they kind of like sat in the past.
Yeah.
So key, keynote guys, how he doesn't like when the boobs bounce.
I didn't like the bounce.
How he has a bra.
I have an internal bra in her in play.
So the first round of breast surgery, I went very conservative because I didn't want to
like look really nuts.
Um, and I got like two 65 CCs high profile, like a natural shape.
And I thought they looked too natural, like people kept thinking it, those are my real
boobs.
And it was like insulting me because I went under the knife and everything because you're
like, this is not what I want.
No, this is not what I wanted.
I wanted a more like, I wanted the more manufactured look.
Yeah.
So I mean, sometimes that's what people want.
Yeah.
And I mean yours also, they do look really great.
And they're not like.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Like toppling over right now.
Um, but then I got the internal bra and went like, I went up to 355 CCs.
And then internal bra is like a mesh scaffolding that surrounds your area.
I felt it yesterday.
It was crazy.
And over 18 months, it hasn't even been a year.
So over 18 months, it breaks down and is like a collagen bra, essentially.
Um, so I have that.
So like when I lay on my back or like anything, they don't really move.
They just kind of are both ons.
People say that all the time, but I'm like, they are.
If I ever decide to get my itty bitty titties done, I would want like a B max.
Yeah.
But maybe I will do your, what you have first one, first one, because those are bouncing.
Yeah.
I want them to bounce.
You want them to bounce?
Yeah.
Okay.
But I want them to like, you still be like, like you want like, there's nothing right here.
Like my bras open right now.
No, yeah.
You want some like, like I'm floating.
Yeah.
Like there's my bras lots of room.
Yeah.
Like I was that kid in, um, did you stuff your bra?
Yeah.
It's okay.
Always.
It's okay.
And I really wanted a training bra so bad because all the girls were getting one.
And my mom like laughed at my face.
I don't know if you saw that on Real Housewives in New Jersey because Halley also is a big
reality TV stand.
I love Real Housewives so much.
I was, this was again, early seasons, best seasons of Real Housewives in New Jersey.
And I'm like sitting there in my, in my mom's room, dancing around.
And I was like, mom, I think it's time.
I think it's time for bra shopping and she's like, oh, we remember this.
Like I was so dead ass.
Yeah.
She's like, no.
And she's just like laughed, actually laughed because I was as flat as a board.
There was nothing there.
Like maybe I had an oversized nipple, but like nothing was there.
Yeah.
But I was like, fully convinced.
You just wanted to be a part of it though.
I just wanted to be a part of it.
We went to the bra store and the lady gave me like a napkin.
It was like, did you do the padded bra?
No.
I think my mom bought me one just to make me feel better.
Yeah.
But she literally goes, here's this piece of cloth and here's your training bra because
you have nothing.
How real?
At least, at least, like 11 or 12, but had to have been sixth grade.
Yeah.
Like I would, I want to say it was definitely middle school because that's when everyone
was getting bras.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I was a late bloomer as well.
But thing is when I went on birth control when I was 15, I had the most massive rack
ever.
But when I, like, oh, it's a good double deal on point.
What?
So then what really made you want to get a boob job then?
Because when I went off birth control, because I was taking the pill for a while.
Okay.
And then I went off it because I was very inconsistent with it.
So I was just like bleeding a lot.
Then I just like lost that weight.
Yeah.
And I was always fluctuating because of my eating stuff.
So they just kind of like looked like deflated balloons, like a mochi ball I compare it to.
Yeah.
So you like, regardless, you probably needed like a lift and like I needed something.
A goal is jushing up.
Well, sure.
And then what else have I gotten done?
I think that's it.
Yeah.
I don't think I've done anything underneath here.
No.
No.
I don't think I need to.
No need.
I'll let you know when I get a BBL.
No.
Um, how often do you go out in the city as much as I can?
I'm one of those people like where like I get an invite to something and I like have
a hard time saying no.
Because I'm like, I don't want people to like create memories without me or like have
like an inside joke that I can't like button on, like I get real foam out.
It's like bad for me.
But I try to keep it cute like three times a week.
I'll go out Saturday, like Friday, Saturday.
Like Thursday and sometimes around Tuesday.
Yeah.
So Sunday is not it for you.
No.
I don't trust people that go out on Sundays like it's like a lot.
It is being hung over on the Mondays, the worst feeling in the world, the worst scary
is ever.
Do you get hungover like doing bad hangovers?
If I were to go on a Sunday, I would feel a hangover on Monday.
But like Friday, Saturday, um, do you get hungover?
Not really.
I feel like you really like push through it.
I saw you tar trip, you're bloody married, you're starting the morning, like I feel
like you don't get hungover.
The only way out is through.
I get massive anxiety.
But also like on vacation, there's something with like the tropical error when we're
in turks together.
There's something with the warm weather that just makes me not hungover.
It's almost like a placebo effect where my brain writes it off as vacation.
So like I feel okay with that only happens to me in Europe.
Yeah.
See?
Maybe it works for other people's in different locations.
But I-
That's a blessing.
But you don't get hungover.
I also don't day drink.
I don't go out during the day on Saturdays or Sundays because then that's, I'm really
bad at, you know, limits.
Yeah.
So I can't do both.
It's one or the other.
Wow.
Please bless me with not being hungover.
Yeah.
I wish you're dating life looking like right now.
Dating life.
You know, I want a long-term partner soon.
I do.
But I feel myself wanting to get things out of my system right now.
I feel like I'm in that kind of phase of my life.
I'm also just like so busy with like this sounds like a cop out but like traveling a
lot and I just like, dating is not a priority to me at all.
So like I'll have like guys, I'll have like a pretty solid roster all the time.
But, you know, sitting down and creating conversation with a man seems like the last
thing I want to do right now for some reason.
I think I need a girl a little bit, to be honest, you know, you're still on your fun
stage.
I'm in my fun era and I, you're also thriving, you're working, you're making money.
Those things to me are more important.
My girlfriend, the people in my life are like more important to me than like, you know,
finding a man.
Because I'm honestly a little bit of a commitment fob.
I don't think when I look at relationships, the thought of being with someone forever scares
me a lot more than like heartbreak and breaking up with someone.
So I think that's telling.
Yeah.
I mean, I don't think anyone wants to really go through that.
Have you had like a bad breakup situation?
You know, I've had like a ton of failed situationships in the past four years I would say, but
I've been in like a serious relationship in like five years or something, maybe longer.
Mom.
But, you know.
So just like made you cheat or like college cheating, like, yeah, but did it like make
you fear wanting it, like not wanting to yet hurt again.
I've always said that like when I like someone, it kind of brings out the worst in me.
Like I become not like a strong woman.
Like I get like kind of, I fold like a chair like I get very caught up in like liking
someone.
And I like let myself get treated like poorly because of how much like I'm blinded by like
my loss for someone.
I mean, it's hard.
It's really hard.
Yeah.
Like I almost like don't like when I'm like really into someone because I like it.
You guys might lose yourself.
Yeah.
A little bit.
Yeah.
So until like get that figured out, we're staying single for the time being.
Let's just talk about your friendships.
Obviously you have some friendships that the internet loves like graded and Lauren.
Now what do those friendships mean to you?
Those friendships, you know, I keep my circle extremely close.
Gradin is obviously like, I always say it's like a lavender marriage.
Like he's like my boyfriend, like I don't need a man because I have gradient.
And then I have Lauren and Liv here, my two best girlfriends.
And as long as I have them and those friendships are solid, I think that and are those your
friends from Boston?
No.
Lauren is like my best friend from high school, went to college with her and then introduced
us and then we just like hit it off.
And then Liv, we had mutual friends from Boston, she went to BU.
And we just kind of like hit it off as well.
And I don't, as long as I have them, I don't really feel like I need to like make things
complicated and add more people to it.
What's a red flag in a friendship?
A red flag in a friendship.
A red flag in a friendship is when you feel like you can't talk to that other person about
heart conversations.
I feel like that's a red flag.
Like when you feel like bringing up something that's important to you might upset them.
I also feel like not saying that I have this in any of my friendships currently.
Another red flag I think is when people don't inconvenience themselves for their friends
or celebrate their friends' wins or like don't want their friends to have wins.
I think that's a red flag as well.
No, I totally agree.
I mean, you want to lift your friends up, you want to lift each other up, want the best
for them.
Honestly, I feel like a most friendships and based on jealousy.
Yeah.
I also, a third one I want to add is like a friend to everyone as a friend to no one.
I think loyalty is very important with friendships.
So being friends with other people that have crossed your close friends, I don't feel
like your real friend if you're doing that.
So loyalty is important to me.
Cut and agree more.
Yeah.
I'm the most loyal.
You know.
I am too.
I mean you too, sister.
So what is next for you, Halle?
Next for me, I really am prioritizing the podcast right now in just like traveling.
I want to have like a fun, hot girl summer.
I'm going to Lauren's Bachelorette actually this summer and we'll do some, you know, I
just want to keep working.
Working is like my biggest priority right now and hopefully getting some fun guys on
extra dirty and just, you know, really leaning into that and the new set and the refresh
of the set.
And so that's what my summer is going to look like.
And maybe some more reality TV.
Yes.
Come on next, Jen, with me.
I'm going to start filming.
I'm going to come on.
I'm going to be guests.
Just break down literally put your foot in the water.
No, yeah.
Tap your foot in the water, come in, come swim.
And like I told you, like I know some people on the cast so just seamless little transition
as well.
Like just come to the parties.
Yeah.
That would be fun.
All right.
I love you.
Thank you for coming on.
I love you.
I love you.
Thank you for having me.
So much fun.
We have all been duped by the so called Better For You ice cream options.
They claim to be just as delicious as regular ice cream, but it's really more like a mouthful
of chalk.
But don't despair.
I have good news.
Yasuo is the real deal.
They took everything you crave about ice cream and upgraded it with creamy frozen Greek
yogurt.
Their new Spoonables are around 400 calories per container 19 grams of protein and five
ridiculous flavors.
And because they know how many of us have been burned by Better For You ice cream, Yasuo
is giving away 40,000 and one Spoonables.
Visit Yasuo.com slash iHeart to enter and upgrade your freezer.

It's Matt Rodgers and Bowen Yang.
We all know the feeling when life gets really busy, taking care of yourself can feel impossible.
That's why Premiere Protein Shakes are my go-to.
They have 30 grams of protein, 160 calories, no added sugar, and they taste amazing.
So they're a healthy choice you'll actually want to make.
It's not just for fitness, it's for getting after life.
The 30 grams of protein gives you the fuel you need.
It's not just for intense gym sessions, it's just for life.
With a wide variety of flavors from Capay Latte to Cake Batter, it never feels boring.
It's a flavor for everyone.
I personally love the peaches and cream, but maybe you're a root beer floater, cinnamon roll kind of person.
Premiere Protein powers me to say yes to more.
