mantra for every single team in the NFL.

Today, our task is the Indianapolis Colts.

I'm Ryan Wilson, that's former Titans GM, Ryan Carton, and the Colts by my count ran

have seven picks.

So they're about middle of the pack here, their biggest need, and your mind is defensive

line?

Well, it varies, honestly.

It's defensive line is linebacker, they moved on from Zaire Franklin, so let's just

see what's available.

Let's see what's available.

They do not have a first round pick.

They don't pick until pick 47, because they set that pick to the jets for a sauce gardener.

So pick 47, hey, hey, hey, hey, it's done, just do it.

All right.

So they took Liatu Latu at number 15, two years ago, the first deep hits of player off

the board in the 2024 class, by believe we're going to take our Mason Thomas here, producer

striker for edge rush help.

And this feels about the range where he may go off the board and Colts fans, as we say,

every single time we do one of these, let us know in the comments how you feel about

these picks.

I read those two, but, you know, we're trying to make this a better world.

Next up, pick 78.

And DPR doesn't have a past rush or a mental height is there, Connor Lou, Kyle Lewis,

you mentioned linebackers.

And let's see, Daryl Jackson Jr., I know I'm a little higher on him than you.

He's a enormous human being, but he plays a little upright, I think, as they were concerned

with him.

Let's see, deep hits of line and a linebacker striker and see what we got here.

So Ray Sean Berry, he's a good player out of Michigan, Anthony Hill Jr., I know you

like him a lot.

He's a good player, Deonte Lawson, also, any of these guys?

Yeah, I would say Anthony Hill Jr. here, because that, I mean, you just traded not only

your captain, but your lead and tackler.

And you have, I mean, Zaire Franklin's gone and it's just a big boy at the linebacker

spot.

And although, you know, we like Kyle Lewis, I think he's on the smaller side, this division,

you need to be bigger.

And so I would go, and for the reason why we took Kyle Lewis in our previous mock draft

around the same rage was for a specialty role to be able to come in and cover Anthony

Hill Jr. has a legitimate chance to start day one as a, as a third round pick, so I like

him here.

Yeah.

And the coach brought in a team, David Skater, who had played with Lou and Arumo and

Cincinnati, but they certainly have room in that LB room for more faces.

Anthony Hill Jr.

The Combine was six, two, two, thirty, eight, round four, five, one.

He's only just turned 21 years old, so he's just scratching the surface on what he could

have become.

Next up, pick one, thirteen.

They did re-up, Daniel Jones, of course, they got Alec Pierce back.

They signed Arden Key.

And so we have defensive line.

No, we have edge and lineback, or defensive line is still a need, Grant, if you want to

go in that direction, Xavier Harris is here, but that's too rich for me.

Yeah.

I mean, why receiver is going to be a need?

They signed Nick Westbrook or Keeney, who you had in Tennessee, and after that, they

had more.

And then Ash and Dolan has been more of a, you know, specialty, special teams.

He's played in spots on offense.

And has some solid production.

So this will give him an opportunity to fight for the number three.

I also have safety as a need for them.

Yeah.

I think it, I think, to cover this bare opposite of Cam Bynum.

Yeah.

Hunter, Woller out of Wisconsin is currently there.

Like Bud Clark, I, the wide receiver availability is, is getting slimpickens pretty quickly.

The Bud Clark is not going to be there when we pick 156.

And he is a ball hop, and he is a game changer in run support.

He was a big part of what my guy, Sawyer Robertson, was able to do.

I have a late day two, early day three, great on him.

So this feels by the range where he can be available.

If you like someone like Aaron Anderson, who's spent a lot of time over the summer talking

about, he's under size.

Do you want two Josh downs?

Yeah, that's the, that's the only issue.

Josh Jones is just going to be in a, in a bigger role, I believe.

Let's see what that looks like.

And what is, what is their backfield situation?

You got JT.

And after that, yeah, you have DJ Giddens and you listen to Bentley on the old miss back in the day.

Yeah, so let's, let's choose between these backs.

Um, and for me, is it Levy on Moss or K-Tron, Alan?

I said, let's go Levy on Moss.

I think we went K-Tron earlier.

Yeah, let's do Levy on Moss, give him some love.

So now we have something to make.

I do like an S Cooper, but how big are the needs?

They have Quentin Nelson, who's, is he going to play forever?

Feels like we couldn't make unsolves on the other side.

Jalen Trebs, the right tackle.

And then Bernhard Rhymon is the, the other tackle there.

So that's not necessarily a huge need.

Yeah, but they do, they do need depth, I would say.

Okay, let's, who are, who are their backups?

Blake Freeland is the backup to Rhymon.

Josh Sills, a guard, a Dalton Tucker behind Gonzales at, at right card.

So yeah, maybe on this, Cooper makes sense here.

I haven't rated a little higher than this, and he would provide

some much needed depth.

Guard out of Miami, just saw him at his pro day yesterday.

And now we have two seventh round picks, two 49 to 54.

So I'm looking at Cole Peyton and laughing because they have the right hand

to version him and Riley Leonard.

It feels like Cole Peyton might be a little better passer.

I think Riley has a better arm.

So I don't know if you need to double down there.

And, and we're, we don't know where they are with Anthony Richardson.
