0:00It's September 10th. You're listening to Milwaukee Brewers News today, AI-powered coverage of your squad. 19-year-old Jesus, made just shattered a record held by Milwaukee Brewers star, Jackson Churrio, made hit his 90th run-batted in this season in AA-Baluxy, surpassing Churrio's previous mark of 89 RBI set last year. This young player is clearly on a hot streak, with five consecutive games driving in runs. This achievement isn't just a minor milestone, it solidifies made status as a top prospect. He's not only the Brewers number one prospect, but also ranked as MLB Pipelines number one prospect across all of baseball. His performance suggests he's on a trajectory similar to Churrio's impressive rise. The Brewers organization is looking at a bright future, with players like Maid. While it's too early to say if he'll sign a contract like Churrio's, being in the same conversation speaks volumes about his talent and potential. He's been playing the entire season at the AA level.

1:00Officials are projecting Maid's arrival in the major leagues around 2027. This timeline allows for development at the AAA level, with a potential call-up depending on his adaptation. This estimate aligns with the call-up timelines of other promising young players. Even with other talented short stops in the system, Maid's versatility is a key asset. While he's currently listed as a shortstop, a potential move to third base is not out of the question down the line. The Brewers are building a strong infield for years to come.
