Kentish Town Football Club Wins Multiple Cups

0:00On March 27th, young footballers from Kentish Town Football Club had a weekend full of wins in the Regents Park Youth League. Several of their teams picked up trophies on the second to last weekend of the season. The under-9 squad beat Northwest Football Academy, two goals to one in the league cup final. That marks back-to-back titles for them after winning the under-8 cup last year. The under-11 team made it a league and cup double by defeating ELA Juve-1 knew in the league cup final. They had already gone undefeated in A Games to claim their league title. Meanwhile, the under-12 side wrapped up their nine versus nine league by three points. They won all seven matches while giving up just one goal all season from a penalty. Club Chairman Thomas Looney praised the hard work from players and coaches across the board. Highlighted coach Daniel Flynn for his great job with the under-9s over three years. Everyone's efforts are paying off in strong results and player growth.

1:00Nine-year-old midfielder Jake Louch stood out big time. He starred in the under-9 final as player of the match and also played up with the under-11s. Top professional clubs are now chasing him and it looks like his days and grassroots football might be ending soon.
