2:02According to Adam Schaefter, we have Lamar Jackson likely to miss multiple weeks. At least that is the thinking right now. There is an outside chance. They're kind of playing on words here. That there's an outside chance he could somehow get himself ready for week number five. But it is highly unlikely that he will play and then in the rap report added that he would be most likely out. There could be out multiple games. So we'll have to take this as it comes. But for right now expect to be out without number eight for week number five at least. And that there could be a multiple game absence. So we enter the panic chamber and we say to ourselves, what can we accomplish trade wise if Lamar's our quarterback and you have no quarterback. Do you trade him to somebody that has three wins four wins that is willing to wait on Lamar Jackson? And the reason that that is a possibility if you own Lamar, if you have Lamar and you don't have three wins, if you have Lamar, you are a one win team.

3:08You're the exact person that I'm going after if I am a three win or four win team. So there is a transaction that exists for two parties to actually benefit from a Lamar Jackson trade. So it kind of depends on what you're dealing with and what you have. But if let's just say real quickly, we want to solve this problem without trading Lamar away or doing anything crazy. The quarterbacks that come to mind as by lows, if you were to even try and entertain a by low would be people panicking on Chuck after a one game thinking maybe he's falling out. People thinking that Stafford is losing it. I can't tell you how many times I saw a Stafford's trash Stafford's wash even in my own live chat in my own Patreon. People freaking out about this guy walking into either the third second third quarter of last week's game. These are two very attainable players for the most part. You could also buy a little low on T law who continues to have good and bad games and kind of some spotty games.

4:09Now you could say me, Betty, why would I trade for a big asset like this if I'm keeping Lamar? Well, maybe Lamar is involved in this swap. If you are trying to get out of the risky business of Lamar Jackson's ankle spring, kind of a unique ankle spring wrap reports calling it something not necessarily tight deemed or label. High ankle or low ankle, but we usually get some of that double talk with some of these ankle injuries in the injury reports where it's like it's not a high. It's less of a high than it is a mid. It would be Drake may. Drake may feels like he bounced back. You know, people cutting him was just ridiculous. We said Benchings fine. Like if you want to bench him away from to do something, nothing wrong with that move. That was some in some cases a required move a smart move. But this is a player. That you can get for still pennies on the dollar and on waivers. So you have to check your waiver wire. He got dropped in a tremendous amount of leagues. And now he is kind of a top the waiver board. If you're walking into week number five and you see him on the waiver wire.

6:12So here's an update. We did a little bit of update. Shipley kind of moving to like the two spot. I only have a graphic form on apologize. Shipley. But when none guy's still the number one overall add. Shipley is becoming a very, very smart choice if you need a running back production right now. Because you have Barclay likely to miss at least one week. Barclay is certainly a player that I believe not only misses one week, but as the threat of missing multiple weeks. And that by year as well. But Shipley does climb on top the board. For those of you over here when we constructed this, we usually on Sunday evening kind of blue printed. And then we tweak it as the week goes along. Even after the waiver's process, I'll keep this board semi updated just so that if you're hitting the waiver wire Thursday or Friday. Even though a lot of the guys will be gone to the waiver process. It'll help you gauge where they may have ranked in the some total waiver wire, you know, ranking show. And then we'll see what happens across the the counter parts of that weeks week, you know, week five pickup.

It doesn't mean he can't be amazing for five games before he gets injured and you could have had a bunch of scoring for five games. It doesn't mean he'll even play like you really don't know just like Joe mixing in that situation. And then there's some more of the potential off the field stuff that constantly is brewing and whenever a player scratching into surface of re-emerging and there's still some off the field issues those are going to arise. So people are starting to dig into that again in the situation involving his ex and all this stuff. So that stuff's going to potentially emerge back to the panic chamber as we talk about how to navigate and get out of this situation. If you've got Lamar Jackson. I think the best option if I'm trying to pinpoint one singular option. It would be either Stafford because I think people are panicking a Stafford more than they are. I think the best option is to bring a lot more. You could say like lack of fear with the age of Stafford and everything. But this would probably be your number one player to go get if you are in a jam with this Lamar Jackson situation.

Even if you were trading for Drake May, you're probably okay with the back of capacity he brings to the table for your team and not feeling like you truly overpaid and you have a commodity that's going to grow week after week especially with AJ Brown back to climb back into the good graces of everybody's top six to 10 expectation. You can trade Drake May later. So it's kind of like an investment in a way to bring them on your roster via trade and if he's out there on waivers and you're losing Lamar, this is a full load drop potential opportunity for you if he's out there. It just feels like the easiest solution to a problem that is going to impact people on a temporary basis but impact them greatly because of what Lamar is bringing to the table week and a week out for you. And not to mention like this, I believe if you I'm just going to go to a random league right now. I believe the top score in most leagues at the QB position in week number four was let me let me just pull it up here.

16:51I want to pull it up leaders week number five. I just want to I just want to pull it up in this random league before I say that week number four. Sorry week number four number one QB Drake May. Drake May random league Drake May 5.2 points in this league. I believe they're not but week four stats. Drake May top quarterback top quarterback 269 three touchdowns additional third additional was it. How many rushing yards was it? It was like 54. Yeah 54 rushing yards, which is essentially like an extra touchdown. It's like he gets another touchdown, no matter what he throws because of the rushing. And so that is essentially feeling like a four touchdown game 269. Imagine what Drake may will do when he gets his why receiver back. So let's let's dig into this a little bit more. And let's let's figure out what we could do for each of you individually that are running into this problem with Lamar Jackson.

17:58So some some total are we panicked on Lamar Jackson. Absolutely. Am I going to close the panicked chamber doors on Lamar Jackson. Absolutely. He is in the panic chamber. You are in the panic chamber. And if you have him and you're thinking about like what what do you do moving forward in terms of his injury risk that he's going to come with given he's scrambling more. This offense was definitely going to be more Lamar Jackson running than it was passing. That's the new scheme. That's what they've dialed up in in in Baltimore. We knew that this would come with some pros and cons him running more open the door to injury. And now here we are where Lamar Jackson is injured. We talked about this in the off season. It brings more fantasy potential production, but it brings a lot more injury risk. So if you were to go out and get let's say a drink may I think you protect yourself into future injury and having that backup.

18:58So it kind of kills two birds with one stone. The the drake may solution. If you were to trade him away. A team that has three or four wins and I would be one of these teams might hand you a drake may and something if you want to take that kind of gamble might hand you a Matt Stafford and something if you wanted to take that gamble might hand you a potential T law or Joe burrow Joe burrow would be kind of an intriguing prospect if you wanted to trade out of Lamar Jackson entirely Joe burrows without his top wide receivers. Now that comes with some risk of course, but it also is an investment on the rest of the season if you believe Joe burrow will bring the thunder and you can get out of this and the same thing goes for teams that have let's say a shock or let's say you have a drake may if you have a drake may and you have a burrow let's say you could trade burrow if you have a drake may and a T law you could trade T law for Lamar if you wanted to if you have a Stafford and drake may or Stafford and anybody that you can fill in for one week or two weeks then you can trade that player for Lamar Jackson.

21:10Please to get into this depending on your vantage point and tons of ways to get out of it depending on your vantage point. There is no right or wrong answers all kind of dependent upon your situation with situations specifically. What are you dealing with? What do you bring into the table? What risk do you have? What's your record? All of this depends on whether you should trade for Lamar or whether you should trade him away. So make sure you understand what time it is there depending on what your roster needs and what risk you want to take on. We got a whole other bunch of little bits of news that are kind of lingering around the news wires right now. Lane Johnson offensive tackle for the Philadelphia Eagles has retired. The Eagles are just a disaster of an offensive line. And so we've talked about what this Barclay injury looks like and Barclay is looking to be out at least the one week. So expect Barclay to be out one week. That's why Shipley moved up on the waiver wire board.

22:14If you were wondering why Shipley moved up on the waiver wire board. It's because Barclays out at least it seems to be one week of football. And Lane Johnson retiring the offensive line being in shambles. The fact that even Barclay can't cut a corner in this damn offense. What makes this thing Shipley will the only thing that makes me think Shipley could be a little bit more hyper productive for a short period of time. And I don't think he would be productive for a long period of time because defense would eventually start keying on him if he did have production. But the reason I see this as a not not so much of a a great situation overall because Barclay couldn't do it. What makes people think Shipley can do it. But for a short period of time, this team might focus on shutting down the past, not feeling like Shipley or this Russian attack as much of a threat at all, especially with Lane Johnson retired. Everything else looking pretty devastatingly bad for this offensive line and this this architecture of an offense as well that they let Shipley kind of, you know, get it get a shot, take a shot and leave him kind of unattended to you know they're not going to focus on shutting down Shipley.

23:24Barclay you do like Barclays still need to say okay. He still looks strong. You can't give Barclay a lane that's open and that's part of the problem. It's like Barclay was never an avoid totally because of and he wasn't a void on this channel 100%. Barclay was never a total avoid because he looked like there was no talent left per se. It was because Barclay looked very very what's the word incapable in a victim of his situation just a total victim. Someone said, Emmanuel Wilson, Emmanuel Wilson is yeah, he you know, he deserves to be in this consideration. Sorry, I'll put him up higher with the with the mixing news. I definitely think Wilson deserves to be right here. I think while he's the number one waiver wire to a lot of people, the reason I'm not as excited. I'd have him over Shipley with the mixing thing being thrown out the window. But the reason I don't love him higher like over Harvey or Minungai is because there's almost certainly a stronger chance that he's a part time.

24:30Short term fix for you then Harvey or Minungai. So I think while I had him three with Charbonet. Charbonet is is almost you could say as valuable like in a sense like you could put sharbs right here. I think all the Gordon's really saw it. I think Shipley Shipley's more the more to more you even look at Shipley. The more you just want to move them down because if Barclay couldn't do it. What makes anybody think he's going to it just it doesn't make a lot of sense to expect somebody to go in to a horrible situation where Devonte Smith is injured. The entire Y receiver room looks horrible. Jalen Hertz looks like trash. They're being questioned by the media every second whether Jalen Hertz should be playing from under center more like they are. Should they be reverting back to a lot of their their older ways and trying to navigate this offense. But they just continue to stick to their guns on this is how the offense is going to operate. They don't want to shift or change anything. And so Barclay. Barclay Shipley Shipley. Barclay whoever they bring in they could they could have brought in the pirate if they wanted and he wouldn't have done well either here.

25:34No one's going to do a consistent job in this running back room given the state of this Eagles offense. The defense is so good that they carries them and they'll certainly be a contender in the division the rest of the season. But this is a team that's going to scrape by wins and be that team that figures it out maybe because of the defense. And this man continues to just not produce. And I can't believe Cereonis still has a job. I can't believe people don't see Cereonis for what he really is. He's never any better than his offensive coordinator can make him. And so when the offensive coordinator or the architecture of the offense is gone awry or bad he's he's trash. And he's a immature baby of a head coach and he just keeps skating by because they end up having either a defense to carry them or an offensive coordinator to carry them. But when those things go awry Cereonis folds and crumbles like the bad head coach that he truly is. He is a good head coach seemingly when his offensive coordinator is guiding the ship properly.

26:35But guys how many years in a row do we have to look at a team that has an arsenal of weaponry on offense that plays like one of the most boring mundane and useless offenses in the national football league. How many years in a row? You know people cite a championship or this or that. How many years in a row before Cereonis is called out. By his own fan base. I don't know. But I just know that Barclay is somebody that back to the topic that everybody should be worried a little bit about moving forward. If you have him you probably shouldn't keep him if you can get rid of him. Even selling him somewhat low. Who would you trade Barclay for? It's a great question. And let's put Barclay back back up on screen real quickly and discuss a trade. My favorite player to go get right now in the questionable running back space where you're not sure what's in store for him. People selling him at a discount would be breeze hold number one number one player to go get all the super chats in one second guys appreciate them.

Breast hall is almost a zero risk proposition. These are two of the best by low players right now in fantasy football at the cost of entry and they are a fine replacement. You get more with handy if you swap these two. You could do this straight up in some cases. I'd even give up a little more to swap these two. Barkley's out even if hall ended up having a setback and missing another gamer to. You're no different shaped than you are with Barkley and when a hall comes back he's dominant. So this is these two of the best options to attack and a trade lab mcconkey unfortunately is still going to be day to day. And day to day seems very generous to me day to day means you're very much in line to potentially have a shot at starting that coming week.

29:41I don't know that that feels like this right now day to day. It feels like month to month with lab mcconkey. So we'll have to play that by year but right now it's being called day to day with the foot injury. He spent last season. Let's see here three aggravated. Let me see if there's anything else on the line nothing nothing right now as we talked about with Joseph Nixon. Everybody you missed this news. There's nothing really here. This is an option for you if he did get cut some people freaked out hold the plug on the J.D. 5 experiment thinking he'd get you know off off in season surgery and be done for the year. So if he's available he's definitely somebody you should go grab.

31:43He's also somebody you could trade for if you want a temporary fix and probably wouldn't cost that much to replace J.D. 5 for a couple weeks but hard to say J.D. 5. I'm sorry Lamar Jackson. So if you wanted to you know have these two couple together kind of save your your QB production you could look into that.
