1:00Welcome back to InSign, I ask you what is Wednesday. I hope your day is going well, whether you're watching or listening to this around the world. There's always thank you very much for joining me here on the channel, the home of the Premier League champions who last night made their way into round four of the Caravale Cup. In fairly comfortable style, we're convincing four to win at Ipsha. We're going to be doing a lot of great things and we're going to be doing a lot of great things to do with the new product. We're convincing four to win at Ipswich Town, Portman Road, four and a half, just after half time. Couple of goals conceded later on. But an easy night's work for a much changed Arsenal team. So we're going to talk about that in today's show. Obviously I did the live stream immediate reaction after the game last night, but I'll look at it a lot more in-depth. Today we'll look at what Michel Arteta had to say after the game, obviously, one big talking point in a press conference after the game. And that was maxed-down when there's two goals and it's performance and everything like that. So we'll talk about that. We'll look at what Michel Arteta had to say. I'll talk about Max Downman. We'll look at the highs, the lows of the game,

2:01player rating. You guys have been getting in touch as always. Thank you very much for that. So I have pulled some of them together and got them included in the show later on and got a few comments, questions, opinions, all those sort of things. So where should we start? We'll just start on a very good night's work. For Arsenal, there was lots of changes as was expected from the team that played at Sunderland. There was two who remained. Miles was a Skelly, although he dropped back from midfield to play in the left back row last night in Gabrielle, partnered 17-year-old Marley Salmon at center back as Reconzi was on the bench. There was no him capy, which was a bit of a worry. He picked up some sort of injury that ruled him out and obviously Timber wasn't involved either. So defensively Arsenal were a little bit stretch last night. So that meant that Gabrielle had to start the game. But it looked like a strong team. Made away, Ken, the right. You had a zone on the left. You had your queries up front, Max Downman, given the sort of freedom to play in that number 10 role behind Marino and Zubendi, who's playing, I was Zubendi was playing a right back, sorry.

3:01And yeah, so it was just a good, strong looking team from Arsenal. And the way they started the game was really, really impressive. Like so impressive. I thought the way they press the intensity in the final third, hunting in packs, winning the ball back, the out of possession where it was fantastic. And they sort of reap the benefits of that in the first 15 minutes with two goals. That came from turning the ball over high up in the pitch. The first was obviously scored by Max Downman. And as impressive as the run in the finish was, the fact that he kind of was the guy that initiated the turnover in the first place was a real positive for someone so young. Both worked his way to, as a later off, Downman took it in his stride. The way he beats his man, we saw it with the goal against Devaton last season, the Premier League. But the way he beats his man, the little change of direction, the speed of which he drops the shoulder. And just, he makes defenders look so silly. Like you watched that last night, and you're just like, what? What's the defender done here? Like his legs have just buckled. But it's just the pure speed of which Downman sort of glides

4:02across the turf. And the, as I said, the little drop of the shoulder, the change of direction. And players just fall over. They can't, they can't cope with how fast he's traveling with the ball. And it was so impressive. And then also, when you actually look at that, look at the goal. Look at how many touches he has with his right foot as he's racing through there. For someone who's obviously so strong on his left. But he's so comfortable running at pace, using his right foot with that as well. And the finish was right fitted as well, which was really nice. And I sent the keeper the wrong way. Just a quality quality goal from a quite ridiculous, ridiculous talent. And so that was one no early on. Arsenal carried on, stayed on the front foot. And they got the second pretty soon after again. They won the ball back high up in the pitch. Lovely play by Marino, who I thought was just fantastic on the night. And flicked the ball over to Madaway K. Great touch, great finish from Madaway K. That's what you want to see from Madaway K. Proper end products when he gets in those positions in and around the penalty area. 2-0, barely 15 minutes on the clock. And you just like, well, you couldn't have asked for a better start

5:03here from Arsenal. The intensity maybe dropped a little bit as you get sort of the first half war on. It's what you did get themselves some sort of foot hold in the game, never really threatened too much. There's a couple of opportunities that they maybe didn't take advantage on. But Kepers goal was relatively unscathed in that first half. And I'm sure M'Kell, half time, was very, very happy of what he saw from his team. Obviously Gabrielle started the game, but he went off at half time, which was clearly a predetermined thing. Which I think was actually was well managed. When that, when the team came out at the time, he looked at he thought, oh, Gabrielle, maybe let's then do 45 minutes and let cons to do 45. I never actually thought that was going to be the case, but it was. So cons came on for Gabrielle. And the second half was just superb start again from Arsenal. Again, Max Downe with the early goal. Just make things look, I'll talk about him and Marley Sam and in a minute. But I think what's so impressive about those two, especially when you consider the age of his Sam and just turn

6:03the 17, down the 16, is just how easy they make the game look. He's so rare to see players of that age look so calm, so composed. Obviously, Marley Sam, sorry, Max gets all the headlines after last night, but Marley Sam's performance was was equally as impressive as a center back. Now, there's a couple of times we've put under pressure, but the way he dealt with those situations, he kept his head, he didn't just lump the ball forward, steady held onto it, he backed himself, he got away from his man, he drove forward out the back four in some midfield. It's a 17 year old kid doing this against Premier League opposition, don't forget. This isn't league one, league two, it's Premier League opposition he's playing against. Just so impressive from him. So as much as Max Downman, deservedly gets all the headlines for what he did last night. And Marley Sam was, that was a mighty impressive performance from him at center back, I thought as well. But yeah, that second goal for Downman, when I talk about making things look easy, just the ease of which the touch is he takes when he gets slip the ball through from Zubimendi, the touch is he takes to get the ball out of his feet

7:03and work the shooting position. Again, it's incredibly difficult to do that, but he made it look so simple and then just rolls the ball into the far corner. So nonchalantly, just a ridiculous, ridiculous talent. So that was too, Marino got a goal that he absolutely deserved, so he'd after that, again, brilliant touch of finish. Aspen finishing, you know, the last couple of games we've all sat here and lamented Arsenal's finishing. I don't think we can do that last night. I think their XG will get to the stats. It was just over one really, I think last night, but it's good four goals from it. So the finishing was on point yesterday, which was good after a couple of disappointing games in front of goal. So that was four new early on. He kind of felt at that point that they get a really, really kick on here and get themselves five, six, seven, maybe it never really happened. Nips which got a goal fairly soon after Arsenal's fourth, they made a couple of changes scored soon after that. And then obviously you got the goal right at the end, which Arsenal were absolutely quite rightly furious about. Marsbiz Kelly clearly pulled back by a two-brap on the pull to the floor, refereed and give it, Liseman didn't give it, ball works his way to at pom in the middle when he scores.

8:05And you could see even after the full-time whistle, Conesa and Marsbiz Kelly were absolutely fuming. Our tetrahed to go over to Liseman, literally pushed Marsbiz Kelly out of the way, because he was still having a good at the officials over it, which says a lot in terms of what Arsenal had they pride themselves defensively and how few goals they concede that even after a comfortable win for two, the players are still complaining about a goal that was given that meant very, very little in the grand scheme of things. But yeah, superb win for Arsenal, exactly what you wanted from that much changed team, no injuries on the night that we know of, and just a really, really solid display. Right, I'm going to talk about Max now, then, shall we? Like I said, when I was sort of describing Marley Salmon, it's hard to really put into words what how impressive it is, what he's doing, against proper season professional players for a 16. I mean, think what you were doing when you were 16 years old, or if you're watching this in your 16,

9:06think about what you're doing. And then you think what these guys are doing against proper professional Premier League players, it's ridiculous and how easy they're making it look. In the way down and sits that defender down and the way he sat down the Everton defender, I think it might have been Michael Enker, a member for the goal last season. You know, it makes them look so silly, but it must be so hard to avoid as a defender because you're running at that sort of pace, he's running at that sort of pace, and then he just has the ability to, the little shimmy, the dropper, the shoulder, the quick feet, and suddenly you think you're getting the ball, and all of a sudden he's gone, he's changed direction, he's gone in the other way, and you just can't stop because you're running at such pace, and it makes him look very, very silly, but it's just so impressive from Max. And it's very hard to sort of keep the level of expectation down on him. Obviously he was a big topic of the post match press conference. I'll go through a bit here of what Michael said when he talked about Max. He was asked about the sort of impact, and he said, it's a joy to have him, Marley as well, to play at that level with a physicality

10:08that they have to be able to handle. It's remarkable. Max, yeah, it's inevitable to talk about him when he scores and he creates a moment and he's created tonight. It's normal, those sort of questions. But I thought this was interesting when he was asked about, not just attacking, but defending as well when it comes to down, and he says, attacking that something that's very natural for him, and he can deliver those actions effortlessly, I would say, it's his biggest quality. Defensively, his application is capacity as well to sustain the actions, which is not easy. He's only 16 years old. He's coping better and better with it. He did the act where he gained the ball when he wins it for the goal. For Ipswich's first goal, he loses his man. And that's the thing we need to continue to reiterate to him because he's an unbelievable player because of his character that he has, and how much he loves to play the biggest stage, and still handle the situation with such so naturally. So that's interesting, though. We need to keep reiterating to him, you've got to track your man, you can't lose your man. And that's the thing, when you play in this Arsenal team, I suppose it doesn't really matter how old you are, what, how big a star you are,

11:09it doesn't matter who you are. If you had to capture him, if you're the 16 year old kid just coming through making a debut, you need to, everyone has to play their part, everyone has to track their man, if they don't, then it's going to stand out because this is what makes his Arsenal team so great. I thought that was quite interesting that he had to reiterate that. He was asked about sort of keeping Max grounded. And that is quite a hard thing to do, I would imagine, with a 16 year old, he's just finished school. He's already a Premier League champion, which sounds ridiculous to say, but he is a Premier League champion. He's the youngest Premier League goal scorer. He's the youngest Arsenal goal scorer. He's the second youngest league cup goal scorer now after that goal. He scored last night. It's just record after record from X-Termis. How do you keep him grounded at 16 year old? And he says, what we have to do is just look after him. He's 16, you don't see that in this league. In other leagues in Europe, that's totally different context, but in this league with the demands that this league and the players that puts on you, we really need to make sure that when we do throw him in, he's in the right context with the right context with the right preparation. And that's what we're trying to do.

12:11And it is a tough balance in act, I would imagine, for our TETA for the coaching staff, because on one hand, you've got this outrageous talent who has shown he can do it in the Premier League, but you do have to remember, you do have to take his agent to account. And the players, he's can be playing against, we can we count the fact that his body is still growing. It will not be as strong as everyone else is. You have to take all that into account. The sheer demands on the body in terms of training every day, the demands of a match day against real, bruising Premier League players, which is just physically such a ridiculous league. You just have to look at that game against Sunderland on Saturday night, for example. And you throw in a 16 year old kid in there. So you do have to manage the situation. Yes, fans will be put in pressure on playmates, down on playmates, down on, but it's a completely different thing for our TETA and the coaching staff to have to consider because of his age. So when asked if he's going to continue to use him sparingly, he says, we're going to make sure that when we just throw him in, he's ready to hand away at every level. And it's not just that he can put,

13:12that he can run past somebody. There's a lot more things we need to look after when it comes to him, but he will dictate it in terms of how he behaves every single day, how many reasons he gives us to play him, because he's part of the squad like everybody else and that's no different. The only thing we have to manage is that he needs to constantly be aware that he needs to be prepared for what he needs to do. So there was a bit of a challenge from our TETA before the game. In terms of, he is part of the group. He's part of the squad he has to earn his minutes, just like everyone else. And there's still a little bit more of one there as well at the end of the game. And I think that's the right way to handle it with someone like down on his age. He can't just be laid out on a plate for him. He still has to go out and grab it when he does get his opportunities. And he did that last night. He showed he can do it last night. Will he get minutes against Brian at a weekend? Probably not. But I don't necessarily think that's a bad thing when it comes to his ongoing development. And the same goes for Marley Sammon as well, because it's easy to forget about Marley Sammon given their headlines at Max Gets. But Sammon deserves an awful lot of credit for the performances.

14:13He's putting in as well. So there's the numbers from yesterday's game if you watch on YouTube. He's expected goals, Ipswich, just under once. The Arsenal just 1.3 expected goals. These are from Scott Willis over at Cannons. That's these numbers. So 1.3 expected goals for Arsenal, but they scored four, which is good. 12 shots, 50% shooting accuracy for Arsenal. So six of them on target. 12 open play shots. Another game with no set piece goals. Possession wise, Arsenal actually dominant when it comes to possession, field till and passes completed as well. So I've teta clearly a very happy man after the game. This is what you had to say just on the match itself. Podcasting is fluid. Platforms and the formats, there are neither container. The way we attacked the game, how dominant, fluent, and aggressive we were right from the beginning to try and influence the result. We scored two very early goals, and that gave us a great platform for the game and individually some big performances as well. Some day views tonight, which is great to see. So we take a lot of positives from the night. Yeah, they kind of go perfectly really for our tattoo. He was able to use his squad. He made lots of changes. The Gabrielle thing only having to play 45 minutes. It kind of went exactly to plan basically. Apart from probably a couple of performances, individual performances, he would have wanted more for it. I'm looking at Ezra and Yorkehrez there when I say that because as good as the night as it was for Arsenal as positive a night as it was for a lot of players, I think individually those two will weigh off it and below the level that they needed to be.

16:15And that is a shame because it was a big opportunity for both of them to impress because so far they've had to sort of weigh a little bit patiently. Now, it would have been so handy for us. And for him, if Yorkehrez did a back to couple last night and really be a handful and look good there because he's had a tough start to the season. No doubt about that. He wasn't getting any minutes. He's had a few run outs now. He's had two starts at Napoli last night as well. Got some minutes against Chelsea, obviously. But he looks way, way off it, Yorkehrez. Like miles off it. Now Yorkehrez is not the greatest footballer on this planet. I think that's fairly safe for us all to say. We can all agree that is, especially in this Arsenal team, stands out quite a bit because of his technical deficiencies. But what you get from Yorkehrez is just that undeniable sort of work ethic that in the second half of last season, especially sort of March April, time really shone through when it came to Yorkehrez. There was improvements there in his sort of all round game as well during that period, where despite the sort of lack

17:17of technical quality that he has, he was still doing lots of other things that made him really, really useful for the team, as well as some of the goals he was scoring. What we've seen from him at the start this season is just not there. That the improvements he made in the second half of this season seems to have completely disappeared. I mean, that was a rank-bad performance from Yorkehrez last night, like genuinely, genuinely, verge it on very, very poor. He just couldn't do any of the basics right. His movement in around the box was so static. The touch was poor. The passing, the layoff that the hold-up play, it was just a bad night for him. That can't continue because Arsenal need it to Yorkehrez. So Arsenal have to find a way of getting him back into some sort of shape, back into find some sort of confidence. And the best way for that to happen is fit him obviously to score goals. So we needed a big performance. It would have been really, really handy. It didn't come last night, and it's just raised even more questions. You just have to look on social media right now and all the chat is about Yorkehrez and his performance. And so that's not ideal that last night.

18:20He certainly didn't put any pressure on Caihaber sort of that performance. And the same can be said for Ezir as well, who was largely equally as disappointed to be fair. Obviously, he was involved in the first goal, as there was a couple of nice moments for him, a couple of runs into the box that ended with shots being blocked. But on the whole, it was a pretty lackluster performance from him. I thought Noni Madaway came by firing away Arsenal's best attacker on the night. He looked threatening. He was in the game. He scored his goal, obviously. And it was a good opportunity over on the left hand side for Ezir to really sort of put his hand up and try and put pressure on Christos Solis when it comes to Premier League minutes on the left hand side. But he just couldn't do it. Whilst Madaway, he was very direct. And he'd run in style caused Ipswich problems. As it was just the opposite on the other side, it was kind of slow, it was labored, a bit casual at times. And I don't think he's put any sort of... Even as soon as Solis came on, he saw there was just more of an injection of life down that left hand side. And Solis was on the pitch for the last sort of 10, 15 minutes.

19:21So I think those two will be disappointed with their nice work. They certainly haven't thrown their hat into the ring when it comes to starting minutes in the Premier League, I would say, on that. So as much as there were some positive performance, I thought those two were disappointing. And that's a shame. So I'll go through my player ratings now. So Keppra gave him a seven. I thought Keppra did all right. I saw some people who haven't got it, Keppra after the game. I didn't really think he could do much for either goal. The second goal shouldn't have counted. It's plain to see it was a play to have foul. But I thought on the whole, he was fairly solid. He came, there was one incident in the first half where he punched a cross, which I really think he should have caught. But apart from that, he was fairly decent. When it came to hand, Linford Cross is coming into the penalty area. Distribution was all right. So I gave him a seven. So he'd menu, I thought filled him well. At right back gave him a seven. I gave seven and a, I thought he was just really impressive. So I mean, he played the whole game as well. So I gave him an a Gabrielle and Luis Kelly a seven. Conzer, I give a seven as well, who came on obviously at that half time. I'm not going to give any other subs marks because they're only on the last 50 minutes or so.

20:22So yeah, Zubimendi seven, Salmon eight. Gabrielle seven, Luis Kelly seven. Bruno, I was unsure whether to give Bruno a seven or eight. I've given him a seven, but it was, it's really sort of 7.5. But I don't do half marks. I thought he was impressive, Bruno, when he was on the pitch. Gives the ball away a fair bit. You see that? That's just going to happen with it because of the risk he takes when he's in possession, when he does try and progressible forward. But I thought he was really impressive yesterday, Bruno. So I gave him a seven. I gave him a seven. I gave him a marino and eight. I think marino, if it wasn't for Max Darwin, marino would have been my man and match. I thought he was, I thought he was excellent at marino. He got his goal, but just his all round place, such a classy player. He really, really is. His touch, his ability to get, work himself some space and just move the ball forward. He brings a calmness to Arsenal, when he's on the team. I thought it was an excellent performance from him. So I gave him an eight. Madaway K, as I said, Arsenal's bright as attacker, lovely touch and goal finish for him. So I gave him a seven. Down with my man and match was, I give an eight. It would be nearer sort of 8.5. As I gave a five, as I said, disappointing from, as they're all, they did at least get,

21:22was involved in the first goal, got an assist for, for down and in your career as I gave a four. I just thought, as I said, I thought it was a pretty rank bad. Performance from your career is just all round, really, in terms of what he was asked to do and what he did do, what he didn't do as well on the pitch. So I gave him a four of the subs just cons or the only, the only mark for me. And I'll give him a seven for a coming. And actually now I'll give cons, or a six. Give cons, or a six, second off, conceded two goals, although the first one, was the second one was not, was a foul, to be honest. But the rest of them, not really getting a mark. But it was good to see the union come on, down that right hand side, it was involved. I'll give, I'll give Julian a six. I will give him a, because he played, he played the majority of the second half, he played over half of it. So I'll give him a six. But he was decent down the right hand side at times, got a few touches at a ball, it was nice to see him. Nice to see Ibrahim come on as well, for some reason his name is not there on the screen, but it was good to see him come on and get some more minutes. Which was good for him and good for the academy as well. So those are my player ratings, Max Downman, obviously,

22:23man in the match, right? I'll go through a few of your comments and questions now before we wrap this one up for today. Irish Goona says, hope you're keeping well, Charles. Do you think if we were to make the Carrival Cup final again this season, would Michele stick with Kepa or change for Raya if we were to face a top opponent in the final like city game? Let's be honest, Kepa did cost us the final last season. As an Arsenal fan for more than 27 years, I never seen us win the Carrival Cup. So I really want us to win it this season. Would Michele stick with Kepa? I would hope not. I very much would hope not. Would he, it's impossible to say for certain at this point and it would certainly be a big question and a big talking point if Arsenal were to get to the final whether he would do it? I just don't think you need any sentiment when it comes to Kepa. I think he'll be off next summer anyway. So even if you hurt his feelings a little bit, I'm just frankly not too bothered about that. We saw what happened. He shouldn't have played in the last final. When he gets to the final and he got trophy to win, I think he takes sentiment out. I mean, this is Mick and Arthetta. It's very rarely has sentiment for anyone. It's just about winning.

23:24So I was very surprised. The first player he really seems to find a bit of sentiment towards was Kepa in that final. So I would hope not. I mean, hope he'd have learnt his lessons and played his strongest team when he gets to the final. But it's a long way to go before we can talk about that because obviously Arsenal was just in the fourth round draw which will take place tonight after Manchester United versus Brighton. John says, Hey Charles, did you see Sam and a hundred percent pass accuracy and down we've got the highest opt of points for anyone on the pitch at 9.82. A whole 1.28 points ahead of Memeati in second place. Did I see that? No, but it doesn't surprise me. I have to say, John, two very impressive young players. Nicky says, do we try and replace Yorkez in January? I think all the talk about him being replaced by Alvarez in the summer has really affected him and I'm not sure he will play well for us going forward. I thought Solis and Bruno might help him to score more, but I'm not so sure. Do we try and replace Yorkez in January? It depends if we have something lined up and there's a buyer for everyone. We've got someone to come in. Then I would, you know, I wouldn't be against it. I have to say, but I don't know if we will.

24:29But the only way I'd want to replace Yorkez in January is if we've got a really top player lined up to come in and replace him because now I'm still hoping Yorkez as much as, you know, it's hard to, you can't really sit here and defend him at the moment in terms of what he's doing on the pitch because he's just not playing and operating at a level in any way in terms of goal scoring. He's not scoring, getting chances. He's not getting chances, getting shots away. He's not getting shots away. He's touched his poor, you know, it's impossible to defend to defend his performances at the moment, but you can put some context behind them of he has an ears rusty. He's not played that many minutes and all of that, but you're a top level footballer. You've got to be ready to come in from the cold and perform and he's not doing that at the moment. But I'm still hoping that he can find a way to get back to what we saw towards the end of last season when he did make an impact. He did improve. He was more of a team player. He was holding the ball up better. And if you're going to do that as Arsenal Striker, if you've got to be an Arsenal striker, you've got to be good at those things because that's what makes his Arsenal team so impressive going forward. As we see when Kai Havett plays, or even Marino plays in that number nine role,

25:30if you've got that technical level to be able to bring everyone else to the play, Arsenal are just a better team. So he needs to, he needs to raise his level on it. Brox says, should we go for a new second goalkeeper in January? No, I don't think so. I think Kepp has fine for the season that DJ says, despite the performance last night, is he so many people online, blame him, Mackell and other players for Vic being so poor? Why is that? Do you think it's because of the celebration? People are obsessed with the brand and ignore the shortcomings. Be we wanted to kill a nine for so long, they can't get over the fact that it just hasn't worked to be an interesting know-your-forth. Yeah, it is interesting. I just don't buy and see, so you're not Arsenal on playing into his strengths. I thought, why should Arsenal play to his strengths? You can't, you know, this is a title win in team, Arsenal of the Premier League champions. They have their own style. You cannot change all that through it all out the window, just because you've got a nine with, let's face it, lacks an awful lot of top level abilities. So you cannot just change your entire team to try and get, to try and get him a few more chances or a few more shots, it's just impossible to do that.

26:31So I don't, I could understand that argument after a few weeks maybe of him being in the team, but he's been air over a season now. It's not the system, it's not anything like that that makes him boot the ball out of play when he's trying to slip a ball down the wing to Madaway, Kay, you know, so I don't know what it is. I think it's probably, I don't think it's a celebration in the brand. I think it is more be, you know, we all sat here, we all wanted an absolute roofless number nine. I would say that we all thought we'd got one in your career. I don't think that was the case. I think it was obviously a lot of people who had flagged up the issues that could rise from your career as he's signing. But, you know, we all were desperate, desperate to get sort of our own Harland. And I think there are some people that still clinging onto the fact that he could be that guy when I think he's pretty clear that he won't be. 27:31that he might eventually turn into this absolute, unbelievable Premier League striker? I just don't think it does. I think we've seen, there's too much of a, we've seen too much of a sample size now for that to suddenly happen. But as I said, he's still got an important part to play this season. We're going to need Vick to Yocres this season. A few more now before we wrap this one up. Harry says he was interested in seeing Marino wearing the on-band ahead of Big Gabby. And he thought, yeah, very interesting. I thought, I don't know if that was mainly due to down sort of fact that they knew that Gabby was only going to be playing for 45 minutes. So they were like, well, what's the point? We'll just stick the on-band on Marino for the game, rather than someone who's come up and come off at half time. But he's clearly part of the leadership group, Michele Marino now, understandably so, because he's such a smart player. And Michele was full of praise for him after the game about how, just how clever he is, his football IQ and it is off the charts. McCormick says, I thought there were some great performances that hopefully lead to more rotation for European games and rest players like Zacharyf is playing well.

28:33Ezra and Yocca is really poor though. They have no quality. Zach says, I have some worrying things on my mind. Vick and Ezra just look like they've checked out at the club, Vick to be fair to him, doesn't get the level of service. When he tried to do something, none of the players show interest as it just looks like a fish out of water. See, I don't buy into the Vick, doesn't get the level of service. He doesn't make the runs to get the service. He had a tapping in that first half when Madaway K got down the right hand side and crossed it in a little bit of movement to get in front of his man and he would have had a tap in from six yards. But he stays behind the defender, is what he does. Very, very rarely do you see him show good movement in and around the penalty area. That's why he doesn't get chances for me. The whole lack of service thing, it doesn't really ring true with me. It's his inability to create space in the box that is the big issue with bits of your crazy. It has been since he arrived at Arsenal. He's been so nervous to be flared out at you and we saw it again last night. So I think the reason he doesn't get chances, he doesn't get shots away. It's not because of his, because of the level of lack of service. It's because he's just not on the same wavelength, technically, your quality wise. And everyone else on the pitch in the Arsenal shirt, in my view.

29:36Vida Techhurst says, your crazy form shouldn't be a surprise. We knew the kind of player he was. Frankly, he did well last season and over achieved in a mid-level team he'll score for fun. But for us, for our football, he isn't the right player. I seriously prefer Marino as the Kyle Turners.
