MLK, Jr Tribute to the Mountain Top and The Dream

In this episode, I salute and quote one of my all time greatest mentors and teachers, Martin Luther King, Jr.  Part history lesson, part stream of consciousness regarding two deer, and my daughter riding an ex-racehorse in the woods yesterday, this short mini-sode will return you to the hope of what it is you long for, and the reality of the grit required not only to get it, but to keep it once you have it.  The same principles apply whether we are talking about your body, acquiring a dream horse, summiting a mountain, or reaching the spiritual promiseland and vision for humanity that Dr. King spoke of.

If you have not heard his final speech, "I've been to the Mountain Top," I strongly encourage you to listen to it.  Here is one of many links where you may find the Last 3 Minutes of Dr. King's Last speech:

I would love to hear from you and what sets you free, and, in case you have not read it today, I love you and so does a horse, mountain and dog near you.  Reach out and hug or touch a loved one today - we all need to feel that freedom that comes from true love, as Dr. King truly loved.  You can find me on social media and my website:
