The views and opinions expressed on analysed this are entirely those of the on-air participants and do not reflect those of the station's board management staff or underwriters. And good Monday morning and welcome to another show another week of analysed this here on your MP or station in the US Virgin Amos WTJX FM 93.1 where you are surely in a full chance. Let me call it with us always let me get it out of the way so they could ask someone going in and I'm gonna sound quite a bit music. And I'm one definitely gonna do the table talk a lot of things happening. I mean I ain't never seen

the kind of loss of life that um we can see in here in the world. I mean this is a bad run we go into. Aside from losing culture, culture bureaus. And every morning you wake up um there's some tragedy taking place. Well we'll get to that in a little bit. Good morning to the weather surface where am I speaking with. Um one call. How are you? Good. Good. I'm doing good. Now um can we get a forecast for today here in the territory and Koleirop via Kizan Puerto Rico? Yeah um so we we are having some passing showers across the island and

we will have that influence from an upper level low um to the to the west of us. So we'll have some activity like we will have mainly passing showers this morning but during the afternoon we could have more um active weather and more frequent showers and thunderstorms like Rocky Island. So we could have some um we are currently having some um very passing showers but overall we'll have this variable weather today. So variable weather for today. Can we get a marine advisory fire boaters and our beach goers please? Yes, of course. So right now for the island we have um um limited grid and moderate uh we don't we don't have

an active um marine risk for the island as of no. So is there anything out there that we're looking at in the seven day forecast here in September? So by the end of the week we may we will have another tropical wave that could enhance um um shower activity in that case um but die the wave is expected to be more vigorous and we go have um more adverse conditions we have um we die assistance. So die the will be around Thursday like Thursday could be the most active day and yeah that's basically um right next um for the next um for the rest of the week. And finally do we have a heat advisory for today?

Uh we don't have a heat advisory for today. Okay that's a good say. Alrighty thank you very much appreciate it. Yep thank you. You got it that's not what a service is uh down there uh in in uh sign one uh let me get out GMC day uh to start the week uh in a quail river in my mind go keep uh I don't forget and this this this is historically our our hell week uh here in the Virgin Islands today's the food team we've had storms that have three out of the four major storms that have impacted us came uh during this time frame day i think it's the 16th the 17th and the 19th okay so let me let me let me hear some good music and i don't get back to you i don't do it yeah

yeah so if i want i want to i want to have the listen to the squash and and the steel yeah yeah turn it over it's a different uh engineer yeah because she let me just ah yeah yeah yeah don't touch it don't be listen what does it don't touch it don't be ah yeah yeah yeah don't touch it don't be just because i get very rips

s not touch me don't be you maybe that's back by sax valves i heard something Hey I just think I got a guessparence You know it's a kiddo you I got a guessparence So I try to be the dancer And she's a blue-and-tee-blue I got a guessparence So I try to be the dancer And she's a blue-and-tee-blue I got a guessparence Well, who most of the times

I said that I was like, wait no I just like a whiffed up So I jump I just realized that I was like... Well... Not like that Not like that Not like that Not like that But I do think I am going to punish you So I practice With the ones in order to explain Right? I do this People do this but when you go out Put锭酒 I die , I die , fuck with God Listen when I'll say I don't touch better than you Aye, aye, Bee , הע, unterstüton better than you Don't make me feel just because I get管 shiny That night that election is And I won't get dirty I'll throw anti-f efficiency

And she fits me and she don't. Ay ay ay, don't touch it on me. This one doesn't look touch it on me. Ay ay ay, don't take from me please. Just because I get scared. I'm coming off the roof. I can't get scared. Just because I get scared. And I'm itchy, you get scared. Ay ay ay, don't touch it on me. This one doesn't look touch it on me. Ay ay ay, make it not big. Just because I get scared. Woo! Yeah man, yeah man. So saying right, the first major stone that we had hit with right in the last 50 years. Right? Co, we got in touch top.

We got in skirted with a lot of rain. Not the wind impact with David and Frederick back in 1979. Right? And then clothes. We had one clothes that hit us. I think I had my sharp appearance west. I ain't sure. Ay ay ay 84 86. But the real big one is. And we had Miss Gilbert. Gilbert had damaged Jamaica in 88. But we got hit with a devastating storm in 1989. We Hugo. And then our same Thomas got hit in 1995 with Marlin. Right? I believe Marlin was a 15th into the 16th. And Hugo was a 18th. And then our armor was a September 6th. But then we got hit with Maria. The 19th into the 20th.

So you know, this has always been the 10 day window. Right? From the 2011 to the 20th. Where we, you know. For whatever reason. It's a storm to hit you and crush you at any time. Right? We saw that we, we Jamaica last, last year. And late October. Right? I think there was Michelle or something like that. But for some reason, you know. I was a Melissa. I was Melissa. There we go. And for the last year. Melissa, I'll give it a listen. There we go. For some reason, the 11 to the 20th. We've had three out of the four. Big heavy hitters have impacted us. So looking at the seven day outlook. The graphical, tropical, tropical weather outlook.

The gas system north of us, northeast of us. Big wobble. It's at the same latitude as about, let's say, the tuna beach. But just way east of it. Right? And that's pretty much it. Right? So today's the 14th. So if you're looking at a seven day cyclone formation, chance, an area, that ticket to the 21st. So our 10 day window that we, you know, we tend to be very, very, very, you know, Larry of what can happen out there. If anything is to happen, it'll, it'll happen. Post the 20th of September.

But we don't want none to happen at no time. We're still in a recovery. Then according to the current administration. The real, the real heavy lifting in the recovery window is supposed to happen in 27 and 28. Now take that for what it is. That's what I was told back in February. Right? So we'll see if that pans out. At some point, you know, the budget session, I'm going to be coming up. And I got to get the chairman for the budget and appropriations and finance committee, and send an overly Francis on. So he could let us know how the process has gone. So the process is somewhat complex. Because they do the market and the markup.

Right? After they get the overview, the administration has stated that the budget, the budget should fall for 2020s. Physical year, 2026 is significant. But we are only 17 days away. From fiscal year 2027. So the hope is to survive it. With the budget shortfall. And hope that things pick up significantly. In the last quarter of calendar, 2026, which is the first quarter of fiscal year 2027. So keeping an eye on that. We got a blanky leg up. The floaty chairman are going to get it. Let me guess some of that. That's going to take us to the first break. Yeah.

Yeah. We feature in our saxophone this morning. So I could tease. We first all roll and we create an album. And we have a song about saxophone prowess. I don't understand. It's being played. This is the rest of my contestant. I'm out of the West. Yeah. We were all. Oh, hello and assholes. The midlanninger. Go on. I don't know. But I enjoy this saxophone. Yeah, man. Yeah, man. Yeah. Yeah, man.

Yeah, man. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Hey, Erie. Erie Bruce. Morning. Mara once again. Sit down. Sit down. Sit down. Roy. What a hell am I giving you. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. San Jose Torey. Manam. Yeah. I know you like how I play my music. So I better watch your head this way. You know, go away. I'm going to keep that. Before the paper backs. Check it out. I go again, Paki, Copman. I'm hoping that conversation, and by the way, I ain't in the business of telling people, what they now with people forced, and then I let stuff free, but contributor can, they'll have me div getting a car accident a couple of weeks ago.

And I reached out to him, and he told me he was having a medical procedure during last week, so I hope that went well, right? But you know, he's a resident, a physician, and he comes on, and as young as he is, very, very learning about the history of queer music and all that stuff. When we were talking about IG, is it all girls? We did their remembrance with Paikian, JC, and they were informing us of performances that they didn't have certain songs and all that stuff. So when take a break, you come back, right? No heat advisory today, so that's a good start. Like I said, my mom and I was September and October, are the two hottest ones to the year here in these parts, right? So we'll take a break, come back. And at some point, later on in the LR, maybe a couple of hours, we'll kick in with the table talk. Be back right after this.

And I'm just my winter room. And I'm just my winter room. I don't know that's a cow in the US Hmm? Look at this That's a loop there You know The reason why it's tiny And it tends to just nice Or so special What's because They always had great, great musicians Right? But they really had two special individuals And it's time you jack up and you can just jump with them That's it That allows for them The last of 50 is comfortably You see? I mean, I mean, very rare Right? And I'm not bad with how Geniuses are the last forever But it just kind of had the right kind of was not the piece But I guess it Yes, sir

No, no, no, that's supposed to be guarded on key Let me lay out here what time do I have to say about Seaguard a horse Right? This is 1995 When you were winning the British Coast Classic And You were coming down the stretch Right? And beyond that, some of these Each other about this all the time Listen carefully to what he said about Seaguard a horse Which could be applied to Seaguard the donkey And it's beyond compromise In the midst of all the bitter balls Seaguard The incomparable, invincible, undeadable Seaguard That's what the donkey wants right here When you go up against Seaguard on your Go ahead and knock off That's how big Seaguard was Right?

So we believe that that's the right, I better We believe, you know, on the owner of the horse His name is Alan Paulson He's the one who built and And My defactured and actually just made these Goldstream airplanes The jets Right? What they are fashionable today And he named a majority of the horses after checkpoints Up there You know, that's the aeronautical thing, right? So we want to know what way made me here was Seaguard And this is Seaguard is a checkpoint Right? And I'm going to be saying I wonder if EI If EI Could tell we both This Seaguard checkpoint Orlando checkpoint Aeronautical To Orlando Let me explain if we could find this out

Okay, Orlando Okay, here we go See, we learned something again today Right? The term Seaguard In aviation refers to a popular pre-take-off Or run-up memory checklist The manic used by pilots When the connection to Aerospace Aviation checkpoint Also famously links To the naming of the legendary resource Seaguard Who was named after an aviation navigation checkpoint In the Gulf of Mexico By his owner Goldstream Aerospace Magnet Alampalson Right? In small aircraft operations The standard Seaguard checklist stands for C Controlls I instruments Get G for gas

A for attitude And R for run-ups Wow See? Learn something again this morning A dog's going to come on in a little bit Let the record reflect that we learn Something about Seaguard The checkpoint and also a checklist Right? Use by pilots You'll find that on Pavarazzi And James Brung I want to play this guy one mark of the catcher Don't I appreciate him educating me Right? And when James Brung came to the Virgin Island People talking about that up to this day He made us stop in St. Thomas Oh gosh He made us stop in St. Thomas And I stopped in St. Gray And they said boat shows Didn't start until after 2 o'clock in the morning One of Laundas had some to do with it

He's a house We shall make some bodies do it And we'll make some seal-gona-bottied man So low, better sky And the world is real So low, better sky And the world is real So low, better sky So low, better sky This is the main world Hi You know We know of the event But we don't know A lot of times we don't know the story behind it Apparently Pavarazzi and friends Right? It was a concert in 2002 Right? That raised over 2 million euro For Angolan refugees

Right? The star-studded event raised some 1.1 million euro in ticket sales And a million in euro in private donations from viewers in Italy And friends went to projects to help Angolan refugees in Zambia And the concert was held on a Tuesday night in Modena, Italy This is in 2002 And it saw Italian Tena Luciana Pavarazzi performed duets We're guests like Lou Reed, James Brown, Angelo Set Bocelli, Sting and Grace Jones Right? They were accompanied by the 70 strong orchestra symfonica Italian And joined by the Italian children's choir Ars Cantoghicepi Verdi singing alongside 30 children

From Angolan refugee camps in Zambia By the end of the concert a total of 18,000 private donations Among them to about 1 million euro had been received from television viewers As well as members of the Modena audience And this is a big increase compared to last year's the 2001 concert Which raised 1.3 billion euro for about 700,000 euro during the evening In addition, first estimates on the 2002 ticket sales stand at 1.1 million euro Also an increase from last year's So this is the kind of good in humans that we don't talk about enough You know Anything negative or bad or tragic makes no other time But the good stuff We don't give that the kind of profile it deserves But I will They get us So this ain't just about Pavarati and James Brown coming together There was a purpose behind this

So, believe me. Oh Oh I'm gonna come and do it. Oh, I'm here. Ooh, ah. Guys, I hear the orchestra. What are the orchestral songs? And I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm. Frank Sinatra, he's, he's your heart out, man. Tom and I went into the lead. Good morning, Carla. Good morning, Carla. Pop that pop that, um... Man, I'm... Where was this? This is my lyrics. Who, who, who you think is this? Oh, I want to know what I'm doing now. What I'm doing now, my leak, how are you?

I'm okay. I, I, maybe the, um, personal, I just, maybe thought it was, um, Donald Trump, I just, uh, all the way. No, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump playing golf in Ireland. Ireland? Okay. Is that Donald Trump? Is that, is that the Donald? It's, uh, to what it's been told me and them, man. Donald, I mean, he, he, he, he, he, Donald. What game, man? Listen, mean, mean, good morning. Me and Dave and I are in Ireland. So stop talking to Donald in Ireland. I, I, I, I, I, I, they're right, yeah. No, no, hey, hey, we got good news this morning. There is not a heat advisor being a virgin. I lost a day. So we good. Right? I was sure, man. Yes, because I had a post and he didn't have a, I didn't get a read, I didn't get a read, what a way to mind and say we're going, gay. Well, the clean we don't get some showers. You know, they like to use that term variable, right? Variables. So that means you might get it. You might not. But we definitely gonna take it. But this is all, I see some, I see some over the ocean.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah. Hey, look, man, this thing tomorrow, hey, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I just done a me, Malika and docs. If tomorrow is seven weeks from the election, right? The, the, the, the general election. And we know that seven times seven is 49. And you're at one more day. We are 50 days and the head from the next election. And, and we have never heard, we have never heard of anticipation. Malika, of a midterm election like this one. This one is, this one is wild. Well, well, if I may, I'm, that is, I'm doing this. If I may, I believe I had a little bit of experience running at a territorial level in 2010. And I could tell you, right, even if you are doing well, even if you think you're doing well, there's a natural sense of intense emotions.

You know, you have a sense of comfort, but also a sense of air, a sense of concern. And then those who are not confident, you know, you, you have a sense of anxiety, like, like trying to get that level of support up. So here in a virtual context, one side is quite confident. Double factor, pay it. Quite confident. All the ones that interact with teams to be, you know, sure, then that the upper hand in this election. But they have a sense that something that happened to the very time, but those things that happened, I couldn't make things a little difficult, but, you know, they have the upper hand in that sense. And then the four teams, three are ever think of no party party. I think they have a difficult task. Because of the lay of the land, harder for challenges today. It's very difficult for in no party candidates to prevail, but it could happen, but it takes a lot of effort resources.

And the power of the lineup together, the green party candidate, top one, we don't have a green party base in the city. So that's the top. And then at a national level, a lot of us have serious. I think the national level, the stakes are high. And on both sides, the stakes are very high. I think the Democrats really believe that they have what it takes to have a dark board blow, at least in Congress. And I think the other kind of something to win by hope go back. Well, well, not school. We see that the current administration trying to use the postal service as a means of gaming and advantage. And to me, why don't like about it as a hypocrisy? You know, the president complains about voting by mail, but that's how he does. But can the president vote? Isn't he a pan Victor Fallon? I don't know. I don't know, but he did vote. He did vote this year in the in the primary because you know his boy, or his guy by Randanos was in the primary, right?

And he endorsed him running for governor in Florida. And he did vote by mail. No, I don't know what the deal is. There, but apparently, remember his, remember his case, his case is because his plural. A lot of them dismiss appeal, you know, whatever if there was a conviction involved on all that stuff. So I don't know, but he did vote by mail. And you know, all of that. What do you think about the media normalizing how he has ran the presidency completely on Orthodox compared to the customs that typically come with the presidency is pretty much doing whatever he wants when he wants. And there's no follow as a result of that. What's your take on that, docs? Well, let the remember we talk and in politics, I know my leak notice that there is an afford branch of government that we basically refer to as the press, which is opposed to whole.

Individuals accountable, but you know, he has he and his millionaire billionaire friends have bought out made the stakes in in these news legacy news networks. And he has the power to tell the FCC to pull their license. I remember I think was it CBS that that paid him millions of dollars. Yeah, I think paramount. I think paramount. I think paramount is a one CBS. No, I think. Yeah. These entities are called tongue and so they're not holding him responsible. I remember one of the commentators. I think it's Jake Tapa who wrote a book, a whole book and the Biden administration and how and the president. I'll in his sleepy Joe. And now he's now the president literally sleeping on the job. And you hear nothing from these people.

I believe they're more than by by the corporation and these boards are sitting and determined what are you going to discuss and how you're going to present the news. And that that is the problem. So so the legacy press is basically non existent. They go along to get along. And that is a real real problem. I mean, the thing that has been delineated about this president. If just a soon at Barack Obama, right? And just he wear a wrong suit at tan suit and the wall went crazy. The president. This president. Accept a plane from Qatar. This president. Is a part of his son's his son in law. Doesn't work for the government. But it's an envoy to negotiate peace and an early

decision that they're getting from his authority to press the legacy president saying not working. I mean, the independent media they go and they go and they go.
