Digital Course Academy earned over $60 million and served more than 100,000 students. About six months ago, I retired it. This is the update. I'm taking you inside the three coaching programs I run now, the Monday Live masterclass everything flows through, the messaging problem that took me months of rewrites to solve, and the emotional cost of rebuilding a business I'd already built once. Revenue and profit are both on track. There have still been days where I've wanted to come out of my skin, and that discomfort has taught me more about the women I serve than 17 years of teaching ever did. Starting a new business model after years of doing something really well for so long, it is a mind trip for sure. You've paid for coaching, you've paid for courses, you've paid for memberships, if it hasn't worked, you weren't the problem. You were buying the wrong kind of coach for the problem you actually had. You cannot lose if you stay in the game. My guest today is a dear friend of mine. One of the girls got one over there, she's big money, and it was my guest today. Her name is Amy Porterfield. Amy Porterfield, the ever amazing best selling author of Two E's Notice, Miss Amy Porterfield. I want to start today with a moment that I have seen over and over again, really throughout the 17 years of my business. And that is a woman who is making good money. She might be making 500K a year, 600K a year more, and her business is working, but she finds herself working harder and harder, and that number is not changing. It's not correlating with the

effort that she's putting into everything. And she thinks in her mind, I am doing all the things. I'm following the strategies, I'm following the trends, I'm taking this course, I'm in that membership, I'm doing this, I'm doing that, and I am stuck. And I've talked to women especially over the last year, where this is their reality. They've proven they can do it, they have been successful, but there is something that just isn't clicking anymore, like it used to. And so that frustration, that confusion, I kind of get it at a more intimate level today, than maybe a year or two ago. I couldn't relate to it, I was very far removed from that, it had been a long time since I felt that way, not anymore. So I told you six months ago about a new business model that I was just putting out into the world. So I did an episode talking about my big pivot. And basically, for many, many, many years, I sold digital course academy, where I taught students

how to create and launch digital courses. And so in that pivot episode that I did, that created a lot of noise online, like how dare Amy change what she's doing, if she's not launching her course anymore, courses must not be working, she must not be making enough money, all of it untrue, but let them talk. But I decided I wanted to change my business model. And so I did. And so in February of 2026, we launched a brand new coaching program. And so it's been a little over six months from now. And I thought, maybe I should give you an update. What's working? What's not? Where I'm at in the business, where I am at emotionally or mentally, because we know that's 80% of being an entrepreneur. So I thought I'd take you behind the scenes of six months into my brand new business model. So do you want to come along? Okay, let's go. One of the reasons for this episode is that I feel like I've been a little quiet lately, not on social. I think we're kind of kicking butt on social

these days. Thanks to Morgan, who is running the show behind the scenes. But I've been a little bit more quiet in terms of what I'm doing, meaning I have a coaching program called Calibre. And this moment that I'm recording it or recording this episode, you cannot find anything about Calibre on my website. And that was by design, because we really wanted to ease into this, make sure that it was working the way we wanted it to before we put it everywhere. So by the time you watch this, it will probably be on our website, but right now it's not. And so I know that when people make pivots, sometimes because I've seen it, people will say, what is she doing? Is she still around? I don't see her as much anymore. I've heard it from you usually hear this about female founders more than men, but like is she still in the game? And so if you've heard any of those rumbles about me and you might have, the reason why is because when digital course Academy was out into the world, I would blast it as loud as I could all through August and September. And then everything I did

throughout the year kind of pointed to digital course Academy. And because I was in that lane for so long, I became known for that. So everyone knew what I was doing. Oh, Amy Porterfield, she's got digital course Academy. She helps people create launch courses, which has helped me immensely. I wouldn't take any of that back. But when I was ready for my elevation, where I earned my elevation to start doing something differently and a little bit more high caliber than what I was doing, some people just thought, like, what is Amy doing? And so I have a really good girlfriend. She said, someone just recently asked me, like, is Amy still launching? Yes, and no. And I'll explain that in a minute. But part of this episode is just to tell you what I've been up to. Many of you are OGs of this podcast. I want to fill you in. And I also want to tell you about my three coaching programs. I have three coaching programs. That's all I have. I do not sell anything else. Three coaching programs and done. One is my signature program. Also, if you're an OG, you know how I teach, have one signature program. And then the other programs either feed into it or send out of it. And

that's exactly what I'm doing. But I want to tell you about the programs, not to sell you into them, although some of you might be like, hot damn, I want that. I want to get into that coaching program. But also just to show you what my business looks like. And then I want to show you how the new business model is working and kind of not working in some places. So that's what we're going to get into. Digital course Academy made over $60 million. We helped over 100,000 students in that program and in other programs related to it. Like, it did really well. But in the pivot episode I did six months ago, I explained I was ready for something bigger. I wanted to step into coaching, not just teaching. I knew that's where my heart was. And I knew that's where the women I wanted to serve. That's where I could serve them the best. So essentially, I go into this in much more detail in the pivot episode. But that's why I've done what I do. Now, up into this point, we've been kind of working around the messaging of what I do and why I do it. I believe that more women need to

be rich women. I believe that putting more money into the hands of women makes the world a better place. And my job through what I teach and how I coach and all of my business and marketing programs is to do just this. I help female founders become millionaires. That's what I do. That's what my coaching does. I have three different layers or levels of coaching, but all of them are to help female founders become millionaires. Not just make their first million become millionaires and do amazing things with that money. So that's what this is all about. Why I moved from teaching in courses to coaching in coaching programs. So first, I'm going to run through my three coaching programs. Not necessarily to sell you into them, although it might peak your interest. But so you know what's going on behind the scenes because you do not see all of this front page of my website. And if you've been following me for a while, you've always known what I do. And so I want to pull

you in a little bit. And maybe some of this will kind of ignite some ideas for your own business, your ascension model, the business model you have in general. So I've got three programs. The first one is called calibre. So calibre is for female founders making between 100K and 500K. So that's that bracket annually. And the reason I chose that is a woman making, let's say, 250K. She has an email list. She has an active offer. She's been in it for a few years. We thought maybe two or three years. No, she's been in it for like six or seven years. And she's making good money. She might be the breadwinner of her family. She's calling the shots. She's working with contractors. She's got this business. But something has stalled. What used to work is not working anymore. And she wants to go to the next level. And so that's who calibre is for now. Calibre is a six month marketing coaching program. And inside calibre, I coach twice a month in group coaching. People

come on zoom. They get to ask me their questions and we pitch and catch. So I do this two times a month, 90 minutes inside of calibre. And then my chief marketing officer, Caitlin, she gets into the program and does one hour coaching or 90 minute coaching once a month as well. This is a big deal. Usually, if you've been in my world for a while, you don't usually get trained by my team as well. That is something that has shifted exponentially. Like at my last mastermind with women making a million dollars or more, I taught then Caitlin taught then Morgan, who does my content in social media, she taught. And so having other members who are excellent at what they do, helping me make millions in my business, teaching their specialty of what they're seeing work in my business has been so valuable. So my team gets involved in all of my coaching programs now, which is really cool. Okay, so we've got calibre. It's a six month coaching program. You get group coaching by me and

Caitlin. You get a one on one coach. I train all the coaches. They're there to help you get unstuck and for accountability. You meet with them every other week. It's your personal coach. You can send them work. They review what you're doing. They answer your questions. They have a direct line to me if they get stuck. So now we've moved from just teaching to actually coaching, getting in there and learning about your business. Now, calibre is the first way to work with me. And so with calibre, you don't get tons of one on one time with me. You're not DMing me and directly reaching out to me. But I have a huge presence and there's a curriculum. There's a curriculum in calibre. And it's all about messaging, offers and leads. And so and I teach offers in a really unique way. So let's say you have a course. I teach you how to package up that offer to optimize it, price it, position it, all the stuff. bonuses, guarantees, everything I know about courses, same with memberships. But maybe

your e-commerce or maybe you have a service-based business where you're not selling a course or a membership or a mastermind, but you're a therapist and people are coming into your office or they're getting calls with you on Zoom. We support you now as well. So when it gets to teaching you offers, we teach offers depending on what your business does. But all the women in calibre are making at least most of them are making a whole lot more than a hundred K. A hundred K to 500 K sometimes women making a whole lot more of that want to be in calibre to get the foundation and we encourage it. Okay, so that's calibre. It's amazing community. Great coaching has curriculum that women are like, how did I go this long without this? This was the missing piece. And it's really the framework I views to make multi-millions. That's what it is. I could not be where I'm at today if I didn't know how to do my messaging, offers and lead gen. Exactly how I teach them in calibre. Okay, so that's calibre. The second program is the Millie Club. And this is the one that actually most people know about

now, which I think is really cool. So the Millie Club is a cohort that I do for around 30-ish, maybe 35 women each cohort. Sometimes it's 20, 25, all the way up to 35 or 40, it just depends. But it's a cohort of women that have passed the half million dollar mark annually and they want to make a million and more. So some of them get into Millie Club and they're already making 800K. Some of them get into it and they've just had their first 500K year. But it's somewhere in between 500K and a million. And we're setting up your business to hit that million and way beyond. Now this is more intimate. You get a lot of access to me. I'm in a Slack channel with you every single day. It's a six month program, just like calibre. But we do two live events in Nashville. I teach Caitlin Teaches. This is where Morgan Teaches as well. We bring in different people from my team. We actually don't bring in outside speakers, which is very unique about my programs. This is how I've run my business. This is what I've learned in 17 years. These are all my mistakes

and my successes taught in a way that makes sense to your business. And so it's not like a conference in where you sit and watch a lot of strangers talk. It's like real teaching and then hot seats, brainstorming. You're in the groups with other women doing big things like you. Everyone in Millie has a course, membership or coaching. So we all speak the same language. We've all done launches. We've all done webinars, boot camps, challenges. So we're all speaking the same language, which is unique. So in calibre, not everybody has a course, membership or coaching. In Millie Club, we get even more specialized in they do. So I do these cohorts. Some of the cohorts overlap there six months and they're incredible. We have the most active Slack channel I've ever seen. I could sell that Slack channel and make millions because of the depth of knowledge in there. Because a woman making between 500K and a million, she's in it. Like she knows what's trending right now and marketing. She knows what strategies to use. She has contractors. She's not doing it all herself, but she knows everything that's going on in her business as she should. She wants to

move out of that. That's why when we hit a million and beyond, we start moving out of that. But these women know what's going on. They have a pulse and they're generous in terms of what they share. So Millie Club's application only and to get in there, you talk to my team about it. And then the third program is called the Seven Suite. Now, I used to have a mastermind called Made to Scale. It was for women making a million and more. We've actually retired made to scale, and we have now the Seven Suite. These are women that are making seven figures plus and they want to get to eight figures. So this is where we're 10 X-ing our strategies. This is where we're talking about your leadership team. So a lot of hiring, a lot of structure. We're talking about finances at a much higher level for the record. Calibre, Millie Club, and Seven Suite all have a focus on metrics and finances knowing them inside and out depending on what level you're at. So they're all a little different in terms of how I teach it. But in the Seven Suite, we're looking at how to make smarter projections. We're looking at how to guess what you're making in a year from now based on

the decisions you're making today. And so the Seven Suite lives inside the Millie Club as a top tier. So if you come in and you're already making a million or more, let's say a lot of women are making two, three, four million, they're invited into the Seven Suite where they get everything in the Millie Club. And we get to experience it all together. They get to come to the Millie Club events. They're in the Millie Club Slack, but they also are in their own private Slack channel with me, just the Seven Suite. And this is usually a group of seven to ten women. So it's very intimate. And they get an extra day on top of the Millie Club two days. So they come to the Millie Club event. Day three is only the Seven Suite. It's mastermind style. We're sitting at a table together. And it's me and Caitlin, my CMO, and the Seven Suite. And we're doing massive brainstorming and kind of pitching catch around each other's businesses masterminding. And so there's also more perks for the Seven Suite. And they get a one on one call with me. And they get direct access to me

and DMs. It's all this cool stuff. But I wanted the Millie Club women and the Seven Suite women. There's so much overlap there. And a lot of the Millie Club women are so close to that first million that I just wanted us to have conversations about ads and ad agencies and funnels and what funnels are working and so much conversation around evergreen funnels and conversions and the metrics and all of that. And both groups really need that. And so but Seven Suite gets extra and more access to me. So as you can see, each program as you make your way through closer and closer to me to pick my brain, ask me the things that I'm doing, how am I structuring my team? What am I paying people on my team? What do my conversions look like? Like all of it. Like we just did one for the Seven Suite, which anyway, I was going to get into details. I'm like, no, you used to be called Made to Scale. Now at Seven Suite, you know that. So the Seven Suite, we were with them recently. And I did a whole step by step of everything that's working and not working with my new business model. All the numbers, all the details, ask me anything. And here's everything I know. And it was so valuable.

I get to that level of detail as you get higher up in my coaching programs. So the reproaching coaching programs and the only way to learn about a coaching program, this is the business model, is to get on a call with one of my growth advisors. So every Monday, I do a live masterclass. I am live. And it is to invite people on a call to learn about Calibre or the Millie Club. But I teach a lot of things on the call. We do a full diagnosis of your marketing. And then from there, if you're a good fit, we tell you about Calibre or the Millie Club or Seven Suite. So we actually want to know you, because I work so closely with Millie Club and Seven Suite. And I get in there with Calibre as well. We want to make sure that it's the right women right fit. So that's why we do the calls. Okay. So that's my business model. And how do I get people in again is through webinars. So let's talk about that. So here's my business model. Every single Monday, as I mentioned, I do a live masterclass. And I, it's about an hour and a half. And I teach on a very specific topic in terms of right now,

it is where your bottleneck is, how to find your bottleneck, and then what to do about it. And I walk women through a whole framework that I've created. They find their bottleneck or at least guess what it might be. And then from there, I offer a free call where I help diagnose their business. My growth advisors do. And figure out is your bottleneck what you think it is. And when we find it, what's the blind spot inside of that? Everyone's blind spot is very different. So I created a framework of questions to ask to dive into your business. So it's an hour long call that is all about your business. So it's very personal, which I love that. So these calls have been very valuable. Whether someone works for me works with me or not, these calls have been valuable to these women. Quick interruption, then we'll get right back to today's episode. I want to talk about Mini Chat. Somebody sees your social posts about your program and they want in. Now look at what has to happen. They back out of the post, find your profile, scan your links, fill out a form, four steps before

wanting in and getting in. And a lot of people quit in the middle. Mini Chat closes that gap. Somebody comments DMs you or replies to a story. And second, later, that thing they came for is in their inbox. If they've got questions first, like what's covered or whether it's right for them, the DM answers it and points them to enroll. And you're not in your inbox doing any of it. Finishing the program was the beginning. The empire gets built after you publish it and that part runs on systems you're not personally staffing. Its users have seen up to 140% faster audience growth and it's an official meta business partner. So it runs inside the platforms you're already posting on. Go grab the link in my show notes and use coupon code Amy Porterfield for 30 days of Mini Chat pro free. All right, let's jump back into today's episode. So I do the webinar. Then I invite people onto the call and then they get on a call and then they decide if they want to join me in one of my coaching programs after they get their marketing diagnostic. I don't email my list every week because that would

exhaust my list. So we use meta ads, Instagram and Facebook ads every single week into the master class. And so that means we're spending a lot of ad dollars and we are attracting women who are making 100k or more. And so I'm going to come back to attracting women making 100k or more. That's the area that we've got some work to do. And so but that is my overall business model. So how do I get people in Millie Club? Well, they're likely getting on these calls realizing, oh, I'm actually a better fit for one of your bigger higher level programs. We also email my list and sometimes I do special master classes for just Millie Club potential members and things like that. But we also nurture relationships. And if a woman's not ready to work with us, we stay in contact with her until she is ready. So there's been a lot of nurturing pipeline work and also of course, these Monday webinars. But that's the business model. I sleep, breathe and eat this webinar. And I worked on it probably over 100 hours. So when we started it back in February every week, I would

put it through a webinar auditor that I created. Stay tuned because I think I'm going to be giving that webinar auditor as a bonus down the line with some promotion I'm doing in late September. So stay around. But this webinar auditor is so freaking good. And it tells me you said all of this, say it differently. You hit a beat here where you should have hit it here. This is what you said that's probably deterring them. It is so good. So I sent it through every single week till I landed on one that's converting really, really high, attracting the right women that I love to work with. Okay, so remember in the beginning, I said, I feel like I know what it feels like to not hit all the marks and just feel frustrated even though you feel like you're doing all the things. Like I said, in the beginning, I work with so many women who are feeling this and then I said me too. So let's talk about that. Starting a new business model after years of doing something really well for so long, it is a mind trip for sure. And I dealt with a lot of anxiety and uncertainty over the last six

months. Now, it's not necessarily that I'm not hitting my goals like revenue wise and profit wise, we are on track. But that's not to say it hasn't been hard to get there. And remember, I have money coming in from DCA 12-month payment plans. How wild is that? We'll make over a million dollars this year from payment plans on a program I sold last September. And then we have other different ways of money coming in kind of residual from things I've done in the past. But my main revenue source is Calibre Millie Club in seven suite now. And so if we take off the, you know, how much money I've made and profit and all of that, let's talk about how scary it is to do something new and then things that you're doing aren't working like you thought they would. So one of our biggest challenges is attracting the right woman to this master class. What we've noticed, you know how you've heard me talk about Hank, Hank is my avatar. She's a woman and I have Hank 1, 2, 3 and 4. Hank 1 is a beginner. She's not yet at 100k annually. She's still figuring it out.

And Hank 2 is between 100 and 500k. Hank 3 is 500 to a million. Hank 4 is a million to be on. So Calibre, as you know, is for Hank 2, 100 to 500k. Well, one thing about Hank 1, the beginner, is that she loves to be aspirational. So if I say I'm going to teach you how to make multi-six figures, she's like, great, I'm making 30,000 this year, I just started, I'm still in a 95, but tell me all the ways. And I love her for that. I was her. She's aspirational and if I'm talking about making millions, she's in the front row. The challenge is my program Calibre doesn't work for her because you need an active course you're selling. It needs to be working and I help optimize it. You could be at a place where it's not working as well anymore or you're stuck, but you need to know how to run a business and I'm going to optimize it from there and get you unstuck. And so when I'm offering isn't quite for her, but she loves to come to this masterclass. I say that kind of joking and frustrated because I want to attract a certain woman that I just haven't 100% figured out

how to grab her attention. Lately though, we've been doing a really good job. I tell you this to say, it's taken a while. I have had to change my messaging and change my messaging and change my messaging. I've had to pour over cloth, analyze numbers, analyze what I'm saying, analyze our sales calls because she's there, she's out there and she needs me. I know I am the coach for her. But if I don't speak her language, if she doesn't feel seen in the words I say, it doesn't matter. So if you're struggling with figuring that out, do not give up. We have finally started seeing, you know, getting into the pocket we wanted to be in, but it didn't happen overnight and it's not supposed to. But what this experience has done, like I'm working with the sales team, I've never worked with the sales team and they are a different breed from me for sure. Sales people just think different, they navigate different, they kind of like blow my mind in ways like what what are you talking about and I probably really frustrate them. So we're kind of like trying to figure that out. So I am

uncomfortable. There's days I am coming out of my skin. All of it is new. And I think that the universe did that to me to say you need to remember what it feels like to be in your business, to getting to a certain point and then things just aren't working as you expect them to work. And that empathy that I've been able to gain over the last six months has made me a better coach than any strategy that I could learn to teach or anything I've done in my business. It's the empathy. It's the understanding. It's me getting on a coaching call and a woman starts crying because she's given it everything and she can't get back to where she was in her revenue. And before I lay on all the strategies for her, I can say I get it and it sucks and she feels it because it's real. So these last six months I have built my empathy. I know what it feels like to come out of your skin, frustrated, confused at times. I might be doing it at a higher level. I have the privilege of when something doesn't work out. I've made a lot of money and I've saved a lot so I can spend

differently than you maybe. But my heart is where your heart is and I get that and I think that has allowed me to really connect with the women that I've wanted to connect with for so long and to be a coach to them and not just a teacher. I have a good friend. Her name is Jessica Swag and she went on social media like three days ago and she talked about five different types of coaches. And it was so good because she talked about the kind of coaches that have burned her in the past and she knows these types of coaches have burned her students as well. And so it got me thinking about like what type of coach am I? And so I want to kind of flip the switch on that or the script on that but I want to give her credit. The idea came from Jess so thanks girl. But I want to kind of do it in my own way. And that is I want to talk about the types of coaches that are out there that have given a lot of value to you and me but might not be the right fit for where you're at in your business right now and why. And I think this might be a light bulb moment for you because it was

for me. But I want to read my notes here because you've paid for coaching. You've paid for courses. You've paid for memberships. You paid for coaching. You've paid for it all right. If you're at that you know six seven figure mark you've paid for a lot. And that's good. We should all be investing in ourselves. Whether it works or not that kind of isn't the point for me. It's that you actually said I am worthy of investing in myself. So right away that's the most important thing. But also some things work and some things don't right. So I'm here to say the coaching that you've gotten the past. If it hasn't worked I want to read my notes here. You weren't the problem. You were buying the wrong kind of coach for the problem you actually had. And so it's not like the coach was wrong or the coach was bad. It was the coach that you didn't need at the time that you thought you did. And this has happened to me many times. So the first one is the teacher. And you don't know how to do something. And she's going to tell you how to do it. I have been the teacher for 17 years.

The teacher coach is ingrained in my blood. I can do her in my sleep. She is me in the form of step by step by step. If you've been around for a while you know when I taught DCA I would tell people before you buy this. This is step by step by step. I'm really good at taking complex information and making it tangible and doable and something that people can dive into and understand. So that's in my blood. But that's not the kind of coach I am anymore. And so the teacher is when you don't know how to do something and you want them to tell you. You my friend where you are in your journey you know a lot. You don't really need to be told how to do everything. So you've got enough information, enough access to that that you're good. So that's why I don't think that's the coach you need right now. And the trap you could get into is you keep buying teachers when you already know enough information. So if you feel like coaching never works for you ask yourself is that a teacher

or a coach? The second kind of coach is an accountability coach. Now I love an accountability coach. And I actually like to weave in accountability coaching in my calibrary program because essentially when you're overwhelmed stressed and have too much information you need someone to keep you accountable and say hey, hey, hey, let's get back here. You said you were going to do this. You said you're going to do it by this date. If you're struggling let me get you past that. But let's be true to our word. And so you don't just need only an accountability coach. But I think in accountability coach we've done to other things that you're doing right now is probably really valuable for you. But if you're not sure where to focus right now the accountability coach alone will just have you do things that aren't even what you should be doing. But you said you're going to do them so you do it. So that's where it gets a little tricky with just an accountability coach. The third one is a mindset coach. And let me tell you I have paid a lot for a mindset coach and I wouldn't take a

penny back. Now also a mindset coach I also do therapy. You know I've had to work through the fact that do I have to earn your love or am I just worthy of love? I've worked through am I good enough? I've worked through I want everyone to like me like mindset coaching has been so important to me and I've invested in it along the way over the 17 years. And I always say that Tony Robbins used to say 80% of successful entrepreneurship is getting right with your mindset totally agree. But the thing is when you need to fix a funnel when your numbers aren't matching up when you keep doing the same strategy over and over again and it's not working all the mindset in the world won't fix the funnel strategically. And so that's when sometimes mindset coaching stops working or you need mindset coaching and something else. And so mindset coaching alone when you need someone who's had success to show you how to get it likely at the level you're at will not work on its own.

So something to think about also here's something that I've done before like I've gone for the mindset coaching because I didn't want to address the fact that I've got a numbers problem or a metrics problem because who wants to look at the numbers right especially when they're not working well. So sometimes we use mindset coaching as an excuse to really get into the business and at your level my friend you need to get into the business and understand it at a deeper level. The fourth type of coaching is get in the room type of coaching. This is where the host isn't the know all be all and demanding all of the attention. When you have a really good room in and it's for coaching especially in my case for business coaching this could be some of the best type of coaching you get into. And that is that the room is just as valuable as the host. This is the Millie Club. So I teach in the Millie Club I have something called the Millie Method. It's a curriculum finances systems leadership revenue. I've got this whole system inside Millie Club. So there is curriculum. I do

some teaching but the value of the Millie Club is not me in my curriculum. It's the women in the room sharing insights ideas being honest and vulnerable. And sometimes you get to a level a lot of women around 500, 600, 700 K they need the room more than a one-on-one coach. It opens their eyes. It shows them what's possible. I always tell that story that Brook Castillo of Life Coach's school tells where one day she heard me talk about making a million dollars and she was making I think 300K at the time and she's like wait I could make a million dollars and then went on to make like 50 million or more. And so sometimes being in the room hearing what other women at your level are doing opens things up where me just as the host of the Millie Club maybe I couldn't do that alone. So that's worth all of its money when you're ready for that kind of room. And the fifth type of coach is someone who helps you diagnose. So in my case diagnose your business. Now this is the type of coach I have stepped into

through Calibre through the Millie Club and through the Seven Suite. What I mean by this is it's somebody who looks at your business or creates tools to investigate and look into your business and find out what is keeping you stuck. Where is the funnel breaking down? What's going on with your messaging? Why isn't this offer converting? And so I really get into figuring out your specific business what is not working and what to do instead. And it starts in Calibre then it goes deeper in Millie and goes deeper in the Seven Suite because as you start making more money we've got to go deeper and deeper to find those opportunities to 10x your business. And so for me it's not that I'm just a teacher anymore. And I'm definitely not a mindset coach but I always weave in all the good bad and ugly and how I've overcome some of my biggest insecurities as an entrepreneur. So that's just who I am. I just share that automatically. But definitely I've become the coach who cultivates the right rooms but also helps you diagnose what is working and what is not working and then gives you

the accountability coach gives you the coach that gets you unstuck gives you the marketing advice that you need. So all of my coaching programs although there's always a slice of mindset there's always this empowerment part of it. These are marketing coaching programs from a woman who's been doing this 17 years and earned $139 million and show you everything the good bad and ugly. And I think that's who I've wanted to become that's who I've stepped into the last six months and that's the coach that I think so many of you listening right now at the level you're at absolutely need. And so I wanted to share that because we all coach differently and I've never explained how I coach or why I stepped into coaching. So there you go. Okay so to wrap this all up and usually I don't do episodes where I just tell you all about me or my business I always like to weave in the lessons and the insights that you could take in your own. But I think you need to hear this story and say what about this story can I take into my own business that I really feel instead of me telling you

what to do you have had a little pings here or there throughout this episode. Maybe it's that giving yourself permission to make the pivot. Maybe it's that wait Amy sticking with this even though she wants to come out of her skin and feels uncomfortable I'm going to stay with it a little bit longer as well. Maybe it's that it's okay that it doesn't all work out all the time. Am I hitting every goal every week? No. And do I tell myself sometimes but you should hit every goal Amy you've been in this for a while. Yeah I tell myself that I know sometimes you tell yourself that those are lies why we can't do anything new we can't be new or experiment we have to. And also let them talk six months ago when I did this episode there were women which makes me so sad online saying terrible things about my decision like they know me and they know my business and saying you know why I made the decision which was super like out of nowhere but they got mad that I made a pivot and I think the only thing I could

think of is it came down to maybe they were uncomfortable in their business or maybe they were grappling with something and maybe I was that foundation if it's working for Amy it's got to work for me and then I make a shift and all of a sudden maybe it's not working for Amy so what does that mean about me? I don't know exactly why some of that craziness happened online when I said I'm making a pivot but for the first time ever I ignored it maybe it's because I'm getting older and as I get older I give less and that is just true people are going to talk when you're great people are going to talk when you're down so let them talk it's not always easy but you've got if I could give any advice as my older self to you probably a lot younger than me maybe maybe not just care less about what they say it does not matter do your thing make your pivot experiment but just stick with it you cannot lose if you stay in the game even when you're not winning you are not losing as

long as you're staying in the game you will win you will come out of this you are resourceful and I tell myself this to myself every single day so I'm just sharing with you kind of what's in my head okay so if any part of this made you think I want Amy to coach me then I want to tell you where to go it's Amy Porterfield dot com forward slash free training that is the masterclass I do live every single Monday now that masterclass is not selling selling selling in fact I don't sell you anything but I do help you get unstuck unstuck with the bottle neck that you are facing right now that you don't even know that it's there and what to do about it and then if you want to get on a call and learn about my coaching you could do so from that masterclass so Amy Porterfield dot com forward slash free training thank you for letting me just kind of share with you the good bat and ugly what's working where I've been what I've been up to I really appreciate you tuning in and I can't wait
