Hello everybody, this is Joseph P. Farrell with News and Views from the Niferium on Thursday, September 17th, 2026. I've got a whopper doozy for you today. So pay attention folks. First up, remember tomorrow there is no vid chat. Our next vid chat will be a week from tomorrow. Weather permitting as always folks. And remember if you like today's little news and views, please give it a thumbs up. Share it with your friends and visit the website for more blogs of a written nature. I actually prefer writing the video blogs because the devil is always in the details. But we do have a whopper doozy today courtesy of EE. And by the way, for those of you who don't know, this is a community driven website.

If you have articles that you think would be blog worthy, go to my website and email them directly to me. That's every article that I talk about or write about is actually an article someone else has spotted and sent me. And in this case, it was EE. And I always like to mention people by their initials and give them a word of thanks for spotting articles of interest. Now, like I said, this is a whopper doozy. And it goes with yesterday's video blog that I talked about the U.S. Air Force General who admitted for the first time since the Cold War that the United States has placed weapons in orbit. Today, we're following that up with a rather remarkable set of admissions by the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Cain.

This is an article and I'm going to read you the title, but don't leave to too many conclusions. The actual articles even better than the headline. So anyway, here's the title of the article. The Pentagon must prepare for battles around the moon. Says the Joint Chiefs chairman, but the article is better. This article is by Thomas Novelli and it came out September 16th just yesterday. So I'm going to read four, let me see here, seven paragraphs from this article. I'll link it for you. You can follow the article, which is definitely worth reading, but I've pulled seven paragraphs. Folks, this is like being on the Titanic and being informed, oh, the ship is unsinkable. It won't sink. It's by the way, folks, get your life rafts on.

Here we go. National Harbor, Maryland, that's the date line. So in other words, this is an announcement that was made to the same conference that the Air Force General yesterday made the remark that, oh, yeah, we've got weapons up there. All right. So in other words, this is the second shoot and drop at that conference. Here we go. The US military's top uniform leader says US forces must be ready for a war near or possibly even on the moon. A rhetorical leap that comes as service leaders are still wrestling with the legal frameworks surrounding its newly revealed orbital weapons. Folks, what could possibly go wrong with a war on the surface of the moon? Why, none of that debris would be thrown into orbit, and perhaps maybe just remotely possibly come crashing down on the planet anyway.

Quote and I'm quoting the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff right now. Quote, our task, my friends, is to adapt right now. So the joint force is prepared to fight and juror and win. Listen to these words, folks, in global contested environments from the sea bed to the syslooner earthes. In other words, folks, this is not limited to the moon. It's all the space between the earth and the moon all the way to the ocean beds. That's the war space. That's the war that they want the capability to fight in. Now the inclusion of sea bed with the moon suggests to me that they've long been toying with the idea that hey, all these UFO things are either coming from real close by the earth

or possibly even on the earth. But anyway, to continue from the sea bed to syslooner space, unquote, joint chiefs of staff chairman General Daniel Cain told Airman, Guardians, and industry figures during his keynote address at the air space and cyber conference. So in other words, throw in all of your artificial intelligence, all your financial clearing satellites, all your cryptocurrency blockchain, all of it is now in the war fighting domain, folks. Now I'm skipping two paragraphs here because we're not even remotely close to being done with the whopper dusiness in this whopper dusy. But while top space officials have provided a few details about how US forces would fight

between the earth and its moon, I just bet they haven't provided details. They have been vocal about adding sensors and capabilities to watch adversary movements there. Now stop and notice the ambiguity of that one. Not adversary. Well, possibly China, we know that China has a probe on the surface of the moon, on the far side of the moon, and they've got a relay satellite up there so that they can communicate with it. So yeah, I suppose you could consider China an adversary. We know the Russians have sent probes to the moon, so the Indians, so the Japanese, and basically everybody else on this planet that has the space capability. And who's the adversary? And why do we have to be concerned about the adversary on the seabed? As far as I know, China hasn't sent any probes to the ocean floor, but that's just me

to continue. Aaron Brindleson, a space law professor at the University of Mississippi, said it's understandable why the military would want to increase awareness within that region. Now let me stop. We're being told now that we're extending the war fighting theater capability to at least the surface of the moon, if not actually on it. All right. Now I want everybody to go back a couple of decades, if not more. Probably let's make it at least three decades. Let's go back to that story about the British hacker by the name of Gary McKinnon, MCK INNOM. Remember him? He was for years threatened with extradition to the United States where he was supposed to have stood trial for breaking into the American Department of Defense and into NASA

and discovering that the United States had a space fleet and the name of the captains and the names of the ships were what he hacked into. And of course, the US government denied any such thing existed and we got to get him over here and throw him into jail for the rest of his life and throw away the key. Incidentally, for Mr. McKinnon, the British government refused extradition. And while all of that was going on, you may not remember a few people do, but you may remember that a couple of intrepid reporters dug up Ronald Reagan's memoirs. And remember what Ronald Reagan said in his memoirs? This was in the context of McKinnon and his fight against extradition. For having said, oh, hey, by the way, the United States has a space fleet up there.

Remember what Reagan said in his memoirs? And I believe this was circa 1984-85 when he was briefed, according to his memoirs, that the United States had a space lift, listen to these words, a space lift capability in or around about 300 people. Now folks, at that time, we did not have a space shuttle capacity to space lift 300 people. At best, it may have been around 40 to 50. So in other words, Reagan led out a significant little clue, somehow it got past the censors that the United States could move about 300 people in the 1980s to any point on the globe using space assets and presumably elsewhere in nearby space. So my point is here that everything that is being said by General McKinn tends to support

this idea that we've had a space capability, a military space capability for much longer than has been disclosed. They're just disclosing it now. And we need to remember that Reagan in doing this just kind of let the cat out of the bag. So in other words, this has been around for quite a while. And let's remember that President Trump, when he made his announcement to create a space force, remember his slip of the tongue, go back and listen to it. He's out there in California. I forget where he was. Edwards Air Force Base or someplace like that. And he comes out and he says, we need another space force. Wait a minute, Mr. President. What do you mean another? Isn't the one we've got right now adequate enough? So anyway, this is the problem. We're talking about weaponizing space. Now, we're not done with the whopperedusiness just yet.

Quote, there's a fear that recent Chinese activity on the moon and in the sister lunar space might outpace the United States, Bryndelsson said. China has a relay satellite in sister lunar space and is performing robotic missions on the far side of the moon. You continue. Space force Lieutenant General Gregory Gagnol, head of, and I don't know how to pronounce that surname, the head of combat forces command told reporters during a media roundtable that the 18th and 19th space defense squadrons are now both sharing the sister lunar mission among each other. Now, again, let the ambiguity of those words sink in. What is the sister lunar mission? Is it just monitoring what's going on on the moon? If so, then how are they monitoring what China is doing with its robotic probe on the

far surface of the moon? One would assume that they've tapped into the communications between the relay satellite and the Chinese control stations here on planet Earth. That's just a minimum assumption. But when you're dealing with a space personnel lift capability, thank you Ronald Reagan, it could mean boots on the ground quite literally. Quite literally. So, call that high octane speculation, folks, but I keep the door open because the language here is disturbingly ambiguous. But we're not done with that ambiguous language. Goat, when asked if the outer space treaty limits the military's sister lunar ambitions, General Gagnon or Gagnon, again, I don't know how he pronounces his surname, Gagnon said it did not limit orbital operations.

Quote, the United States Space Force will continue to execute safe and responsible space operations in all regions of space and in all orbits, unquote. So in other words, if it should be that the legal requirements of that space treaty do not make any sorts of prohibitions on orbital platforms, then just extend those orbits all the way to the orbit of the moon around the Earth. Folks, if you've been paying attention, that orbit of the moon is one of the boundary zones of the quarantine zone around this planet specified in ancient texts and specifically in the Slavonic text of the book of Enoch. That's the boundary of the quarantine zone. It's just like the treaty of Versailles with the demilitarized zone starting at the

Rhine River and 30 kilometers to the east of the Rhine River after World War I. That was the definition of the demilitarized zone. And notice what they did. They picked a significant topographical feature on the map to make sure everyone knew what they were talking about. Well, the orbit of the moon is a significant topological, so to speak, feature in local space. That's the quarantine zone. So they've just said all that is now fair game for America's space fighting capability. Now, if I'm correct in that ancient cosmic Versailles treaty does have a quarantine zone either at the orbit of the moon or at the orbit of Saturn, and those people are still out there watching, guess what we just did? We just did what Hitler did when he marched the battalions across the Rhine River and said, no more treaty of Versailles. We're not going to obey any of its treaty stipulations anymore.

That's what we just did. Okay? Hope all of this is sinking in. All right. We're not done yet. One more paragraph to go. Quote this week's revelation by Air Force Secretary Troy Munk and Chief of Space Operations General Douglas and his last name is Shee's. I want to pronounce it the other way. Said that the US has on orbit, listen to the ambiguity again, folks, has on orbit space control weapons. And this has raised legal questions about their responsible use. This has speculated that the weapons are likely non-kinetic. In other words, they're not firing projectiles or missiles at anything, such as jammers and electronic warfare capabilities.

Now the real question I have is, well, are you including directed energy weapons like lasers, lasers, grazers, which are gamma ray lasers? Does that fall under the definition of kinetic weapons or under the direction of electronic weapons? Because let me tell you folks, a gamma ray laser packs a whopper of a punch. So again, they're hiding all of this capability, in my opinion, behind all of this ambiguous language. If you read between the lines, what these articles are telling us is they are going full bore space militarization and rest assured China and Russia, according to the articles that E.E. sent me. I'm just talking about one of them. I may talk about the other articles in written blogs next week. China and Russia have already responded to these statements.

In other words, they're viewing these things as very, very serious matters. So there you have it. Go space force. Anyway, they can't even shoot, Wes in the chat room says they can't even shoot down drones and they want to create the space force. I know. It's just, honestly folks, that we are subject to the Chinese curse. Can you live in interesting times? Anyway. Anyway, he realized Russia and China would do this if they could. Yeah, that's... I'm pretty certain Russia does have more space capability than they're letting on. They had killer satellites in orbit. It was strongly believed, and I'm one of those on that in that camp that had killer satellites up in orbit in the 1970s. So this is not new.

Anyway, that's it for today's news and views. Folks, remember, please give it a like. Share it with your friends. Visit the website, please, because this is not the only platform that I blog on. I prefer, as I said, written blogs to video blogs. And if you are so inclined, join us as a paying subscriber for our vid chats where we talk about these types of questions in greater length. Anyway, that'll do it for today's news and views from the nefarium. Bye-bye, everybody. See you on the flip side and God bless.
