Good morning, girlies, it's the Tollos. It's Jackson Claude and where your hoes. It's your favorite show, the fast-five things you need to know. We'll start your day off, swirly, it's the Toast. It's sound amazing. Welcome back to The Toast and happy to see the feels like a Monday, obviously because it's our first show of the week, but it's our first show of sort of the rebirth of Jackson Claude. Talk about two atone, this is the atonement, the sequel. The atonement is here, who follow and praise Lord. Who's that said? It's the first day. Oh, and from too skinny. It's the first day of the rest of our year. Yes, and of course, as always. Now the year can begin. And of course, as always, this time of year, we are setting off with beautiful intentions of love and kindness and generosity of spirit.

I'm cracking up because when I was in school yesterday, and I was doing my toning, and I was reading the prayer book, and I went to the English translation just to see exactly all the sins that I'm saying, sorry for. Dilted us. And it's funny because I think we were saying last week on the Patreon or here how, I think there's a couple of things I want to tinker. I really hadn't been thinking that big. And like when I was reading all the things that I'm opposed to that, it was just like literally everything. Like what? You want to pull it up? Oh, you don't remember one single one that you read? It was like, and I think the point of it, actually, I want to pull it up because it was so wide-ranging and like every little, like tiny infraction ever. And I think the point is meant to be like, nobody is perfect. There is nobody who did not sin this year. Right, right, of course. And we're not striving for perfection. Of course. There's always going to be sins, but we are trying for betterness because when you think of it, it's not just a big one. It's not just murder and let's show it right.

No, right, of course. I didn't murder or commit adultery, therefore I had a good year. Yeah, it's not just that. It's like, you know, I saw someone on the street who needed help and I walked right past them. Something like that. No, not even that. Like, down to the most insignificant impure thought. Well, then I'm cooked as the kids say, impure thoughts exclusively. All my thoughts are like your thoughts, too. That's not like a sin that you acted on. Not only that, like, I can't control my thoughts. So what does the Lord want me to do about that? That's crazy. The point is that nobody's perfect. Let's say, sorry, let's me go. I got to work it and try to be better. I will do my best. Certain people, i.e. Derek Huff, are making it hard for me. I kind of ended up in this battle with Derek Huff. Whatever. Like, new year, new me. And I clad. Forgive us. This is a different version, but here we go.

Forgive us for the wrongs we have committed purposely and for those we committed under duress. Well, if I was under duress, I'm like, okay. Okay. For acting without thinking. For giving into desire. Constantly. Like, would you do that desire? Of course, I'm not committing a telltree, but I'm definitely engaging in the sin of gluttony, like all the time. For sure. For being too faced. Uh, no. Not me. For betraying our friends, for betraying our spouses, never. For treating our parents and mentors without respect, never. Oh my god, we respect the hell out of mentors here. For being stubborn. Well, you look at me like that. I'm not Margot. For the words of gossip, we spoke. I know when I see that, let me just concentrate. When I see Lesha and horror in the book, I go hard on that one. I repent extra hard for not living up to our highest potential. That's a sin. That's actually a chilling thought. Like, did I not live up to my highest potential? Definitely not. Forgive us for denying the truth when we should have acknowledged it. Oh, like things I'm in denial about my cardboard nature, yeah.

Yeah. For taking situations lightly that we should have taken seriously. Like, that's just so subjective. No, and I feel that I understand why the Lord wrote these words in the way that he did. But I feel that maybe we've taken it like a little too far. For requiring more from others than we expect from ourselves, that's tea. I don't do that, but. Oh, maybe I do with Ben. Oh, interesting. Like, I expect a level of excellency in my home that I don't even achieve, you know? Interesting. For not guarding our tongue classic. For looking down on others. For failing to take responsibility for being scattered and for procrastinating. I didn't know that was a sin. I just thought it was a bad habit. Oh, I feel actually like pretty good about the fact that I don't know if you're not a procrastination. No, you're not in high school. You're a hastenator. Yeah, no, it's true. I want the opposite of procrastination where you do things so quickly and so fast that you actually just do them poorly. And also like sometimes they're too fast.

A thousand percent. For being, for chasing after ambition and success. That's bad. Oops. Yikes. Sorry about that. Sorry, God. Won't happen again. For not making promises we didn't keep for not giving generously to those in need. So it's a lot. This is. Well, like I said, new year, new us. We will do our best to not look down on others unless they need it. And to not guard our tongues. And if today's episode is boring, blame the Lord. Regarding our tongues. Regarding our tongues. So yeah, let's try and keep that in mind. Here's some good neutral conversation. Ready? I watched a lot of TV this week and that I'd like to talk about. Okay, I'm not ready to get into TV recap though. It's not a recap because you didn't watch any of this. I just want to tell everyone that I watch it and just give like a brief sort of. Recap. Brief thought. A brief thought if I may. I watched season two of Chad Powers. Okay. Oh, that's a good thing to watch.

I should have watched that. Because it was a lot of time with my husband this weekend and it was what we could agree on. And I just want to say it's insane. And I have only positive things to say. It was an amazing. Season. It's insane that we're calling six episodes a season now. I just. Um, I watch season four of full swing. And it was five episodes. Yeah, when I was growing up, we used to do 22 episodes of season. So I'm not used to this sort of like phoning it in energy. So I'm having five episodes. I got the sense that the Salama was like a half of a season though. I don't know why. Like, I know I feel that's what it should be. But like Miranda said, no, next season is season six. Season six. Well, Chad Powers is excellent. Like, it's really the dumbest show like in its concept. But it's so like, it's got heart. And this season they have like a little bit of a danger element. It was kind of spooky. I was watching what episode at night. I said we have to turn it off. I can't watch this right now. Chad Powers just too spooky. Yes, there's like this kind of crazy person on the loose. And he's like really, really scary. Chad Powers loved. I also started the new season of Ted Lasso again looking for like husband and wife. And they made this whole big deal about like ending Ted Lasso just to bring it back.

And I don't know. It's not hitting the same even though like all your faves are back. Roy and Kile. I don't know. No, I don't watch Ted Lasso anymore. It like got bad. So that was it for me. It's just like, it's not very good. And then. It was. Oh, oh, I watched more of Real Housewives Ultimate Girls trip. And I'm here to tell you like it's actually fantastic. It's really passive watching like I you don't need to binge every episode when it comes out. It's such great like background. I am cracking up like between Luan and Portia who are definitely stealing the show. I cannot stop laughing. They're doing a really good job of like paying homage to all the different housewives. They basically go to each city in a different episode. We're in Atlanta now. Well, I'm in Atlanta now. And they have, you know, Neenie and Fager, like sort of crowd favorites coming in. They throw a party at night. Basically, they invite everyone and whoever from that city wants to come, like sure show up. Everyone's trying to have a moment, you know, it's cringe. And it's a cringe to watch them.

And the other ladies like the ones who have been chosen for the trip. There's just like, it's not an equal playing field. You know, it's like Lisa Barlow's definitely all the other women I can tell. She's, I don't watch Salt Lake, but she's on the out with almost all the women. And I just know what's killing them specifically Heather. That Lisa was the one who was chosen. It is surprisingly so overhead there. I think Lisa is hated amongst the group and loved amongst the fans. And that's really more so what they care about. It's just so funny. It's also just interesting how it's like, I can't stand to reach. I've never been a tree hugger. She's such a delight when she's out of Jersey. Like she's cracking me up. She's really sweet. She's like, Luan is singing like everywhere. She performed a cast party. She's making the watch videos her version. And Teresa is like so supportive. It's definitely annoying. You know, they're with these women nonstop traveling bus sprinter. And it's like you're getting sick of everyone. And Luan's singing the whole time. Vicki can't take it. She's like, she has to stop singing. Teresa is like so sweet. She's like, I love that song. She's say, Levy. There's a mosquito in here. Did you get it? No. I saw it before we started.

I think definitely in the book of Paris, you're not supposed to be killing other living beings. It didn't say that. We just read it. You probably didn't get to that part. And I didn't kill it. You looked like you snatched your right up in your own hand. I wish. And then I would open the door and let it go. Of course. Of course I would. Also to say, it's definitely worth watching. I'm cracking up. Like if you, I just like cracking up. You're looking forward to it. I every time I sit down, I said, you know, I'm looking forward to cracking up. Portia is carrying the entire show. She's probably one of the funniest people on TV period. Cracks me up. They're doing lots of flashbacks, like iconic moments. It's really good. Like, it's not what I thought it would be. And it's got heart. You know, this group of women, they're all sort of bonding together because they hate Vicki. She's such a wet blanket. She's like, she shouldn't have been chosen. Like, I know she's a OG of the OC, but she's too busy. She has to work for Kodo. So she's like on her laptop when they're like filming scenes. She hates everyone. Like seriously, hate everyone. She thinks she's too good for it. Like, she's seriously pissing me off.

Okay. But it's really good. It's really good. I'm happy for them that they did something good. Yeah. And I know what all comes to a culmination at Blue Stone Matter. So maybe they end with New York. And that's where everyone shows up. But so far, they've gotten everyone. Except Tee is that Kyle embedded to read to her Beverly Hills White Party where they like, you know, that's where Lou Ann performed. And Doreet didn't come. Hmm. Oh, yeah. They're so fighting. Yeah. But it's like, I haven't been drunk in a while. I haven't been drunk in a while. But they hate each other. It just happened to have been a Kyle's house. But like, it was not Kyle's party, you know. Yeah. But no, that is true hatred there. So of course, true hatred. I'm not going to go to my ops house. I know, but it's like, it's kind of a work event. It's a work event like for your boss. Well, if she was obligated to go, she would go. No, it's not an obligation. But I would want to go like as just to keep myself like relevant in the house. I was telling my own campus air, of course. Of course. Of course. Seriously, Kraken. So thank you for that TV recap after all.

Yeah. Just like that's what turn you watch this weekend. I only was able to watch full swing. It was only five episodes. That was like my night of um, Yom Kippur, like the night where I couldn't eat after dinner. And then it was over. And the whole season was like about the lead up to the rider cup. And like just knowing how the rider cup went. It was just sad to watch like Keegan Bradley. To the bridge. To the bridge. To the bridge. To the bridge. To the bridge. To the bridge. To the bridge. Like, you know, I was talking about that. You know that. And that. How is it going to be the team? And how it's mean so much to him? And it was just like such a flop. The rider cup was a true flop for like our whole country, really. Like the players, the fans, prefer. Importantly like Oh, I seriously feel awkward. Like it was. I mean, the last day was like better because we were down so much. And like we really came almost all the way back. It doesn't matter. Nobody remembers that. They just remember that we lost. Yeah. I do think it's like setting up. the number one golfers in the world. They do have Rory.

Yeah, I watched a lot of Rory this weekend. You did. There was some champ. The, I'll never remember the name. Do you still hate him? Like, yeah. Because the thing is, it's like times, you know, change, people change. But like, he still did that thing with his wife, you know? Yeah. And it's so crazy that the other woman is like the journalist from Full Swing. Like who's like talking about it. It's, and they don't really address it. Not that I expect that they would. And this was also the C. S. Merrory one, the Masters. And that's when I started paying attention to golf. So it really came full circle for me. But I also kind of knew everything. You mean it helped come full swing for you? It came full swing. And the Focus TV recap podcast. They focused on a lot of like new players because they were trying to show why certain people were picked for the Ryder Cup, which was, OK, I understand. It was very Ryder Cup focus, which was just tragic. Just like it's a very like inner circle in the no type of show now that like you know about like this sounds like very niche. No, but it's like the sport of golf. Like yes, I am now aware of what's going on in golf

because, well, I'm a year delayed because of full swing. You know, like top players in the world. Right. Well, I watched him this weekend. Who won? It was called like the Bill Moore. Is that right? Bill Moore? Probably. They just call everything anything. And they have so many tournaments. Like obviously, we know the Masters, but like there's like a hundred a year. No, there's a hundred a year. And then it's like the the travelers cup, the FedEx. And part of it is like the travelers cup I've heard of. Like that's a big one. And at the travelers championship, you win the FedEx cup. It makes sense. Make it make sense. But everything has like a name. And then it also changes venues a lot. So it's like at the Oakmont, we have the US open. But they always do the Masters at Augusta. And then there's one at Pebble Beach, right? That's why the Masters is like in a corner. I can't. That's why we know about it. Yeah. And that's one of the majors US. I'm at doing this because I know too. OK. How was your fast? It was good. You know, as good as it could be because like we did it,

check. And that's all that matters like getting through it. But we got so sick. Like it's, you know, Ben, like he can't just break fast normally. Like he had so many vehicles and so many donuts. Margot was in charge. Margot brought a delicious spread. But she brought donuts and Ben was just like he had this donut in his hand in Boston cream. And I said, that's going to be the one. That's going to be the one that you're going to be like head in the toilet bowl saying I wish I didn't have that donut. So he put it down. But then he picked up like, you know, nerds, gummy clusters. We went to bed at like nine o'clock. The second everyone laughed, I was like, get the, I literally was the worst house. I was like, respectfully, you all need to leave. Yeah. How are we not here for like a long time? Yeah. My fast was actually decent, which was surprising. I was like dreading it. I always get a horrible headache. The headache is a worse problem. And then like the headache never goes away like even once you eat. But I didn't get the signature headaches. So like I was mostly OK. It was actually a really beautiful day because I wasn't on my phone, which I don't do every weekend like you. Let me tell you, even when I broke my fast and everyone went home, I still wouldn't turn my phone on like a thousand percent. A thousand percent. A first phone. I definitely want to try and do it more often.

It's just hard because it's not like I'm, like there's things going on on my phone that I have to like be aware of. Jackie, that's what you think. But if I delegate those couple things, there's a couple things like to staff. No, no, but like Zach can handle them. I'll be like just, if it's Saturday calls Zach. No, it's like inconceivable that you could turn off your phone. Then you do it and you're like, you know what? You can make it work. You put systems in place. I agree. The fastest ended at 730. I probably didn't get on my phone until about nine o'clock. Like after everyone left, I was just like, not in the mood. I didn't even miss it at all. I didn't miss it at all. And like, you and I've been feeling like I'm on my phone too much. Like some nights I don't even watch TV or read. I just like scroll on reels. And I'm, I don't think I'm watching terrible content. Like I'm really watching like cooking videos, home making videos, decorating videos. Doesn't matter. But it's just like I have nothing to show for it. And every time you turn your phone up, when I turn my phone off, I'm like, oh my God, somebody crazy is definitely happening. Like and then you turn your phone on and nothing happens. It also helps that the people that I feel like I need to be like in touch with at all times were off there. We're off there. No, we're off their phone yesterday. Well, yes, it's like our family chat is what blows up a hundred times a day.

But when we're all of our off of our phones, then nothing's happening. I always and every time I see someone like on Saturday, I'm like, what's going on? They're like, nothing. And then yesterday, my sister and I was like, did you see? Cindy Crawford, her son died. I was like, what? Yeah. I was like the first time anything ever actually happened. And I didn't hear about it until much, much later. Yeah. When I saw it, I saw like an article like talking about it, not even announcing it. So I'm like, wait. Right. What? Rewind. Right. Right. Yeah. I had the same reaction. It was so sad. We'll talk about it. That's what it's like. Jarring to be off your phone. Like you really are disconnected. But most of the time when you're off your phone, like nothing happens. Yeah. No. So that was a real delight. And it was like, OK, like just a couple hours. Then like, Dan like came over a little early that helped. We were chit chatting. But then I had a coffee before I broke my fast so that I could like, stay off the headache. So it took me a while to fall asleep at night. But other than that, other than that, it was as pretty, it was pretty good. One of the hardest parts was the breath. And I'm talking about like everyone around me.

Like I don't know what it was, but like I just show like I could not stop smelling everyone's breath. And Ben was saying that there was like a fire breathing dragon in his area where he was sitting because like seriously, you could not stop smelling the breath. And of course, if you can't help it, I can't be mad at people. But it's like, if I don't feel poor enough, now I have to smell your breath. No, but the way I feel it's like, like Dari Kemsley, if I can smell your breath, you're too close. You're too close. So I didn't smell anything like that. But we've got limited, I mean, we sat down at Chul and I literally said to Margot, I'm like, do you have to sit on my fucking lap? Like move over. And she was like, the chair is like here. I'm like, just move over. Like, oh my god. I live in a nice sat. We had like all these chairs for the kids that they were like, I'm flying so live in a nice sat with four chairs in between us. Because I'm like, we can't sit next to each other. And I would have sat with like one in between us, but then we're just like being stupid. But we cannot sit directly next to each other and you can keep order. Of course not. Like, get out of my face. Yeah. And then during nap time, like we all so napped and Ben's like looking over at me, I'm like, you need to flip the other way.

I'm scared. No, I'm like very triggered by breath. And obviously, Yumki Poir is sort of like my super bowl. And I was just was dodging people left and right yesterday. Like if I saw you at synagogue and I didn't even say hello, like I didn't want to smile your breath. I did not want to speak to anyone. Nobody. And then also I had such an exciting dance Saturday. Do I look any different? Well, you wouldn't see my hairs behind my ears. You had a haircut. I got a haircut. Yeah. Not just any haircut. Our favorite stylist who cuts your hair in New York, who used to cut my hair in New York, came down to Florida, Mahogany Grace. She's such a queen. And like, I haven't had a good haircut since I left New York unless I go to New York or go to Dallas. And she came to Florida and cut my hair. And I feel brand spankin' new. And there's nothing like a face framing layer to give a podcaster a little bit of pepeter stuff. Oh, I don't wear my hair like you do on the show with hair in front of headphones.

So you actually never really see my hair and my lighters. But it's still more about how you feel. No, no. Like in every other hour of my life, yes, however in this one hour. Like do you feel your pieces to sort of like matriculate down to the front and you're just like a sexy little girl with her pieces? Well, I feel like I have, I don't know. I feel like I have so much more variety. Like I can wear my hair up with pieces, up without pieces in a shinyong, in a talk with my lost soul blow-jie behind the ears. There's just so many more options. So I'm feeling very excited about that. And that was a fun, a fun girly day. We call it girls day. Oh, so much fun you guys have without me. We had a lot of them without you, but we're seeing you soon. So it's okay. Yes, I am coming down quite soon, actually. Yeah. Quite soon. The stories, I guess are pretty good because we get to know a lot. We also did two patrons. If you were observing the holiday yesterday, you probably didn't see me drop to Patreon yesterday. Basically covering all the pop culture news, we weren't able to cover the week prior.

We basically choose our five stories from like 20, 25 different potential stories. So we did all the other stories from that week that we weren't able to cover. Because it was a busy week. But it was also like a little bit of a window into like our story-shoesing process, which I know that we get a lot of criticism. And so if you were also like hoping to hear like what we think about this or that that didn't make it into the stories, like we talked about everything was actually really fun. I think a great way to like put out pop culture episode on a date that there was no show. To me also really sending on Friday, or we recorded it on Friday. We recorded on Friday, released in November. Okay. Well, Patreon constantly being fed patreon.com slash the toast if you'd like to join our subscription being fed constantly five times a month. Today's episode is also brought to you by Nory.

Oh my god, a product I've been using so much because I don't know if you've seen them. Kind of been like pulling out lukewarm to wetting them into shule twice. I've been going to so many things that require my clothes to be wrinkle free. And I don't know why, look, everything I have is wrinkly. Maybe I'm not putting it away properly. Well, Nory is one of our favorite sponsors. Nory is iron spelled backwards. And they of course make a wonderful iron that I own. I've been loving their steamer. It's called the Nory Cloud. And it's just changing the way that we care for our clothes. Actually, use it on some of the baby clothes too. It's just the best. It's also like not ugly. I feel like so many steamers are like big and clunky and don't even work. Well, this one is handheld. We've been using it and let me tell you, it is just what we wanted. It's lightweight. Heat's up in just 25 seconds. And best of all, it doesn't spit. You ever like getting ready for like a black tie affair and your iron spits water or your steamer spits water and your dress now is stained? Like it's insane. It's insane how many poor steamers are. Let me tell you that. The Nory Cloud is different. It delivers up to 20 minutes of continuous steam on a single fill. Makes it super easy to steam a dress before dinner. Or if you're doing like your whole weeks worth of clothing in advance,

you can do it all on one tank. If you've been listening, you know Nory from their viral handheld steam iron, the Nory press, such a hit with target shoppers that target actually invited the brand to expand into a new category, which is the Nory Cloud. I love it. I use it on Ben's clothes, my clothes. Again, the whole no spitting thing is huge. Visit your local target store or nory.co, n-o-r-i.co, and use KOTOS to check out for 20% of your first purchase. That's www.n-o-r-i.co.co, and use KOTOS for 20% off your order. Today's episode is also brought to you by a rowback. You guys rowback is just sort of the gift that keeps on giving. The air has just started to feel like fall this week. It's so pargy in New York. There's a crisp in the air and we need sweaters, which means we've definitely entered the phase where we want to be comfortable at all times, but also look put together and very elegant. Now entering rowbacks brand new as buyers sets. It's a matching half zip sweatshirt, actually, I just opened it before I sat down here. It's a matching set. It has half zip sweatshirt and then pants. They are so, so soft. It's my favorite type of material where it's meant to keep you warm, but I'm a temperature

regulated. The material itself is very cool to the touch so you don't get overheated. The pants and the half zip are really cute, very put together. I love a set too because it's like, I can't pick out both pants and a top. It's just too much. The pants have a cute striped detail down the leg. It gives them a very retro feel. Rowback actually made a shorts version of the Aspire set this spring. It's still done in a week, so this is just that. But for fall, they made a really cute fall version. The half zip is very cute and flattering. The pants are very comfortable. It gives you a very specific look of yes and wearing sweatpants, but I also look put together. You can wear the full set to run errands, grab coffee or the perfect travel fit. And then obviously both pieces work separately too. Half zip with jeans, leggings pants, with a tee or a sweater. So it's very easy, low lift effort, but very chic. We are loving all the new fall pieces from Rowback. Use code toast on rowback.com for a generous 20% off your first order through the end of this week. That's r-h-o-b-a-c-k dot com. Thank you, Tert back. You're welcome. Our first story, as we discussed, very sad news. Pressley Gerber, son of Cindy Crawford and Randy Gerber, died at the age of 27.

So Pressley died on Sunday, September 20th at a rehab facility, according to Los Angeles County Medical Examiner Records, a team by People magazine. TMZ was the first to report the news. And autopsy has yes to be completed, but it appears that he died of an apparent overdose. He had checked into rehab the day before and he died at the facility. He appeared to be under the influence when he checked himself in one day before. Terrible, terrible story. I was so shocked when I heard this and I realized that I hadn't heard about Pressley Gerber in a while. And I remember when Kaya was sort of like launched on the scene at like a young age. She was launched with her brother. Like they were both like, gonna be bottles of yeah. And Kaya's career really took off and I feel like now in hindsight, I didn't even realize it at the time. But Pressley definitely like, I don't think that life was for him at all. I didn't know he had this huge struggle behind the scenes. I don't even think it was so behind the scenes because then I saw a video today resurfacing

of him talking about it. I think he's really open about his addiction. Also, she's such a tragedy. She's been doing Press recently like for her show. And I remember I saw a clip of her for a few weeks ago just like talking about like her personality and how she's always felt like she needs to be like the achiever because of like her brother's like substance abuse. Like she was talking very openly about it to the point that it felt like in the past. Right. Like talking about how like the issues that he's had have like sort of like leveled their family. And I feel like it was incredibly difficult through the years. And again, like I didn't know it was ongoing, especially here. I know. I know. So open about it before this even happened. And I feel like what's so crazy about this is like you could look at somebody like Pressley Gerber who was seriously you would think like born into I don't know if a more perfect life exists, right? In Malibu, Supermodel mom, billionaire dad, Supermodel sister, you're a good looking. You have every opportunity. And it's like really addiction is the great equalizer because like none of that matter. It's like a bad word. Yeah. And even this is somebody who probably had access like the best type of care when it comes to

these types of facilities and, you know, treatments or whatever. And it's just it is such a tragedy. And this is her only sibling, right? Yeah. So sad. So sad. So sad for the parents. So sad for the parents. For the parents. It's just a terrible, horrible story. It's so shocking. Mm hmm. So young. Yeah. 27. I like hitsville. I, I, I couldn't believe it when I heard it. No, me neither. Like, I was like Cindy Crawford's son. It was like, it just took me a minute to like, know who we were talking about. Yeah. Terrible story. Seriously, I hope I wish them all like a lot of like luck in their journey ahead. Like it's going to be tough. The family put out a joint statement saying they're asking for privacy during this very difficult and painful time just enough to say like, please like leave us alone. Leave us alone. Which I really hope that people do. I don't know. I've seen like some really tasteless like stories already. Like inside the facility, $10,000 a week. It's like stop it. The $7 million house. Yeah. As long as it's like stop.

Yeah. Stop it. Yeah. No, like not yet. They can't help themselves. But maybe like people. They can't ever. Maybe people can be decent about it and just give it a big. It's just a terrible, terrible story. Yeah. Well, and this, it personally is one who dated Lexi Wood, right? Yeah. Sad. Lexi. Lexi. She always had nice things to say about him always. Like she was never. She was like, they pestered her a lot about it during her time on Bravo, like on Watch Happens Live too. And she always like had wonderful things to say about him and his family. She's a classy girl. And I think they're like a really nice family. Yeah. Like as normal and nice as you can be at, you know, when you're, when you're that. When you're, yeah. Well, rest in peace and just like seeers, say, thinking of the family. Our next story. Something I actually broke right after we wrapped on Fridays. Even sort of like the timing on it. Well, that's what you get. Now we've record so early, like we're missing stories. I know I do feel we've in recent years, we used to be like hardcore, like we are not waking up early.

Now, like we're up early already. So we get the show out. I would rather have this problem than like, I'd rather people being like dying for the next day's episode. Of course, of course. No, no, no, we're not like pushing back the show. No, no, but things like this are so fucking in a way. Yeah. I sat here taking my picture for like our Instagram. I saw it. I'm like, are you fucking serious? What it is is the traders, traders season six cast revealed. So celebrity traders is a back and regular traders started last week. I don't think I'm going to watch it. I haven't like, yeah, it's hard to feel inspired. Yeah, but like truly like not one person I know. Yeah. But we have celebrity traders. It is back. It will be premiering. When is it? Did it say? I have no idea. I'll try. I'll try. I sure did. Yeah. Lots. I didn't see. Anyways, here's who's on the cast. Kristen Chenoweth. Okay. She's sort of in my opinion like the biggest name in terms of like not reality start not

influencer, but celebrity. Yes. Cody Simpson. Another one. Big celebrity. Let's talk about Cody Simpson. This feels like we are. This I completely agree that this feels personal. The arc of like Cody Simpson being like model slash whatever to Olympian to singer. I'm so here for it. Like I think that the problem with Cody Simpson, why his career has truly never taken off. He's always been so close like 50 feet from start. I'm used GGD. It's like is because I think they don't really know him and I think traders is a great place to let people like in on who you are. Yeah, but I feel like he's going to sort of fall into that like Colton under one not in terms of has hated this Colton was, but like you know, man who's trying to get it done. Like who's taking the game so serious doing all the challenges. Like the way that Colton was. Well, he's very physically fit to the way that Colton's an athlete as well. I feel like he's not an Olympian. That was like the whole thing.

He's like the Olympic team. He's engaged to an Olympian. Oh, good for him. Remember? Yeah, yeah, sort of. Yeah, no, but he's an insane athlete. So I feel like that's going to be sort of his archetype. Yeah. Jacelle Bryant real housewives of Potomac and you know what? Watching Ultimate Girls trip, she's the Potomac representative obviously. It's given me like a new found. I don't watch Potomac so religiously anymore and I remember towards the end of my time watching I start to get so annoyed by her like. And she's the same person like she's the bone carrier. She heard Lisa say something about the Salt Lake City housewives. So she runs into the Salt Lake City housewives and she tells them exactly what Lisa said. She keeps things moving but she so owns it like she's actually very refreshing. I think the only way she won't do well on this show is if she's a trader because I don't think she's like a sneaky liar. I think her whole thing is that she's so upfront. I don't think she would be a good trader. Interesting. Well, the other housewife that we have is Bronwyn from Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. The housewives on the show last season was so housewives centric because we had two that kind of ruined it.

Yeah. And they won't do that again. Good. They did kind of ruin it honestly. We had two in the turret. Then we had like three. Portia. We then we had Portia Durinda and Caroline Stambary. So five housewives total. Too much. I think Bronwyn Newport will be excellent. Me too. I don't know her because I don't watch Salt Lake City but I'm watching her a lot on Ultimate Girls' Ship because she shows up in Atlanta. And I don't like her. But based on the limited content I've seen. I like her and she's very clever and she's smart and well spoken. I think she'll be like, I think she'll excel on the show and people will be like, oh, housewives like doot doot doot. Ditsy. Yeah. Then we have Taylor from Big Brother and Amazing Ray. So a gamer. There were a lot of CBS. Yeah. A lot of gamers. I guess I'll like skip over most of them because we don't know them but I will say we don't even have to like get to know them because they eliminate them first because they're the smartest. It's true. It's true. It's kind of annoying. Whitney Leavitt. Secret lives and one lives. I'm so curious if Connor short-stint on Dancing With The Stars freed them up to do this because

no one does this film. I thought they'd already filmed. Oh, you think? I feel like they film it and then they announce the cast. But I feel like when they film it it always gets leaked. Like we knew who was going to be on last season before it, you know. Did we? But maybe they did. Maybe they did. Oh, I don't know why I just assume that. That it's film. No, that's fair. That's fair. But that long by the way. No, it's that I think overall took two, three weeks. Yeah. Okay, but I don't know. I may be wrong about that. Then we have Casey Wilson, actress and podcaster. What's the show? Come on. Bitches. Yes. And OG Bravo pod cast. And they're always on watch it up inside. Yeah. And she's also an actress like she is a very familiar looking face. She's very funny. I think she'll be good. I don't know if she would excel more as a traitor or a faithful but she's funny. I think that she'll be good because she watches so much reality TV. So she really knows these persons, personalities inside and out. She could see if someone's being inauthentic. It's true. That's kind of an advantage. Like the way that Coleson read Rina to filth.

Because he's a huge housewives fan. Not even. He just like picked up on something like so obvious. The sunglasses. But the way that she was being is not who she would have been. Lisa Thuck in Rina. She was so quiet. So not Rina like. Yeah. She got away with it for a long time though. Yeah. Oh, Cynthia from Real House is a Atlanta is also on. I missed that. Cynthia Bailey. Oh, she was not at the event. She was an on real housewives ultimate girl strip. I wonder why. I popped it out. They had some like true nobody's there. Yeah. I don't know. Okay. She'll provide fun. Father. Yeah. I don't think she'll be very good. I feel like she's going to be like confused as to like the whole process. Bianca from RuPaul's Drag Race. Oh, she's a winner. Bianca what? Bianca. They just gave a first name. Bianca Del Rey. Yeah. Yeah. She's a winner. I don't remember like her full personality, but I. She'll be good.

Jenna Craig from Love Island, USA. The season we didn't watch. The season we didn't watch. People are very excited about this. I think it's Jenna. No, I think. Oh, okay. Okay. Janette. I know it's not Jenna. That's why. I did something different. I didn't watch, but I was like afraid of your pronunciation. I did something different because I know it's not Jenna. Got it. Okay. People love her. I'm looking forward to getting to know her. Me as well. Chloe from the Olympics. Chloe Kim. Oh, Chloe Kim. Is she the snowboarder? Yeah. Yeah, she's, but she's, yeah, yeah. Oh, oh, oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. Oh, oh, yeah. Oh, oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. Jag Baines from Big Brother Amazing Race. I don't know. Bowman, who's a content creator? That's throwing to you, Tirty. Oh, yes. I think I know. Let me triple check. He like cosplays the Kardashians like Bowman. Bowmanizer is his handle. Yes. Oh, oh, yeah, yeah. He does like a lot of reality TV content. That's funny. I was thinking that there were like no influencers, but I guess there's one.

There is one. I always would love to see more, but me too. It is what it is. Craig Conn over a Southern charm. So obviously this is what Craig was trying to tell me at the wedding, right? You think? It was like I've so much to tell you and then I never saw him again. You think? He knows like I would appreciate like a little bit of gossip like this. Yes. I wonder if he already filmed like can you find out? But that's exciting. I wonder how he'll do. I don't know if he's going to be amazing. I'll let you play. It's currently filming. Oh. So I don't need to text him because he won't answer. I'm cracking up. I don't know if he's going to be amazing. I'll say that. OK, here's the thing. I think Craig gets a bad rap because I don't watch Southern charm, but you've told me he's gotten a reputation for being a liar. Yeah. I actually hope for Craig sick. He is not a traitor because then he's going to be forced to lie and he's going to be forced to lie to the best of his abilities. And if he does it well, people are going to be like, see, he's a liar. And if he does it bad, he gets kicked off. I also think like the crew themselves are going to be looking at him suspiciously because

of like I think he's most akin to Rob of the cast. Oh, I don't think so. But I can see now I'm going to be like putting him in that box. Yeah, like they always just watch the season, the season's previous and then they take away the same thing. There wouldn't be two houses in the turret or like, you know, it's always the gamers. So I feel like they're going to be like, oh, it's the, you know, the guy that you think to your his friend and it's not. But and that guy is like very personality wise, like kind of similar. Or I could see Craig being like so misunderstood, like being a faithful, but he does have this kind of poor reputation on reality TV. So anybody who comes in like Casey Wilson will bring that up. And he's guys know he could be like one of the first goal. Like guys, it's not me. I think he's going to be punished for Rob and they're going to be like, well, say we would never suspect you. It's you. I yeah, well, that's true. Yeah. Then we have Michelle from survivor and the challenge. Johnny, Cibali and actor. Johnny Cibali spell his name. Johnny S. I know. I know.

I know why. I just feel like if you're an actor, I guess I recognize him. Oh, I know him. He's from hacks. Oh, he plays a guy who does like Deborah's like she lives in Las Vegas. She's not allowed to use X amount of water. He's like the water police. Oh, that's funny. Then Rashad Jennings NFL star. Amira from next gen NYC. Oh, you know what? I was hearing so much about next gen NYC. The streets are saying Lexi would for next gen NYC because she was like sort of like a raked over the coals for summer housing. She didn't get her proper and she's so like next time. Bravo, Ozeh Debt to Lexi would. I kind of agree. I would not rest until that debt is paid. It's true. Jesse Solomon should introduce her to the casting director like just to make things right. Yeah. Joey Grazziade. The bachelor. Fucking love that Joey Grazziade. I did not watch his season of the bachelor or dancing with the stars. So I know nothing about him.

I just know that people are obsessed with him. He would be a great select for a traitor because he's so beloved. He might also get that like Rob Rath at it. Yeah. We'll see how dumb this group of people is. Very true. Also Joey Grazziade is like still with the girl that he chose from the bachelor. Not married. Everything that I've. That's okay. Yeah, just I wanted to like for the group. I wasn't saying a chatty. I swear. Sure. I really wasn't. They're very young. Everything that I see of Joey Grazziade is very positive. So I look forward to getting to know him. I'm on like dancing with the stars talk now. They're talking about me and Derek. Okay. And they like they show iconic dances and he had he won. He had so many. Like Rath is. Yes. That's why why people love him so much. And I saw also something so funny. That's like actually my life right now. It's like is dancing with the stars so huge or am I at the dancing with the stars age? So is dancing the stars so huge or am I just watching it?

No, no, like I feel that it's always been this sort of like older person show and it's like am I the older person now? It's true. But also as I think about my. I think it's huge. I think it's you know. I don't think I think it's always been this as big as that is right now. I'm telling you all the fun so says it's the most votes. There was a time where somebody like Alex Earl would have never ever gone on this show. And I think that like her saying yes to it is proof that the show is not what it once was. But I do think like the last couple years when people like the Bobby bones gate all of these like huge moments like we're huge. We just weren't there. Oh agreed. But like is dancing with the stars huge or am I just at that age? I think dancing with the star is as huge as it's ever been and we're just now watching it. So it feels huge. I hope so. But also like dancing with the stars when I think about why I like it so much obviously I love dance. But all I watch is reality TV like. And it's a place where like all my favorite people go you know like. Yes. That's why I like you also like traders. Yeah. That's why I like it so much.

It's like more of this thing that I really like because I love reality TV. That was some percent. And I feel like for so long there were a lot of the shows where it's like random. Veterans of reality TV shows would go like X on the beach Island or whatever. But it was like the concepts of the show were so poor. Yeah. That I feel like now with dancing with the stars, traders, these types of shows where like people can go after their stint on reality TV are also just like good conception conceptually like the shows are good. Yeah. Because this isn't a new concept. MTV's been doing it forever getting people from the bachelor. So those shows were gross. Yeah. And I feel like people like the competition aspect more than like the romance. Agreed. Those shows were like trying to get people together. So a day. Yeah. So I look forward to getting to know Jody Grazio de and saying his name every week. I think it's Grazio de today. Is there an extra vowel? Joey Grazio de. I like my better. Then we have Q from Survivor. Then we have Ian Sterling.

And then Spire choice for those who don't know. Ian Sterling is the British comedian who's behind the voice of all the love island narration. He writes it all. He records it all. He's fucking hysterical. Ian Sterling and Jody Grazio de. And I just want to say like Ian Sterling is the perfect example of like making the most of what you got. He got this random job on love Island. He could have just truly been like a nameless voice. He makes these amazing tiktoks. He does his job so well. You can't help but notice the voice. What do you ever notice a voice? It's truly a true example of like he got a gig and he turned it into his dream role. I wonder if like him and Jody are going to swallow the mouth allies as like the like because he's from love Island just like Robin Mora. Right. Let's think about all I ships like who does Craig align himself with. Probably one of the housewives or Casey Wilson if she likes him. Who knows what like her take on him is.

Right. Who did she get in the devil who got Casey Wilson in the divorce? It's true. It's a crag. Or maybe help me friends of joy Grazio de. Yeah. Just sort of like male. I could see. There is like sort of a gendered element to it too because so many of the challenges are like very physical. But then sometimes like you need a little one. Yeah. That's why Candice was great for so long. Candice more as well. More as well. And then I feel like we're overlooking Whitney Leavitt. I don't know why. Yeah. We just talk about her like strategically. I don't know. I feel like we don't she just like as a type of person that's good at everything she does. I was just about to say she is good at everything she does. I wouldn't count. It's a good influencer. Good reality star. Good Broadway. Good dancer. So yeah. I just feel like she commits like really fucking hard to the sheet that she does. But sometimes like if you just have your target on your back in the beginning. There's no way to help you like those guys from last season that were gamers. But that's why everyone's so dumb. You literally saw the congeline like I knew. Okay. In hindsight.

Not even in high six in the moment like that was insane. First of all, such a dumb congeline. But like the fact that they were able to figure it out. And so like you're you're punished for being clever. I guess the key is to hide it to like no. But then Lisa Ranna tried to like hide her whole self. No or to like be smart and act stupid. However, if you're already known to be smart because you're a gamer and you won an insane show where you have to be brilliant, they know you're smart. Yeah. Well, I love traders. And I'm looking forward to watching it. Me as well. We'll see in the turret. Jack Grazia, Danny and Sterling. No, Jackies. The real stands are about to go all the way. And then I need Jack Grazia, Danny and Sterling to join Saga, Abstra. Okay. I'm sure they're already in it. Actually, Sterling definitely is. And Joey Grazia's today and Ian Sterling are the traders in the turret. We're not like you guys are not going to be able to listen to the show. We like to listen to the recaps.

No, they're going to be painful. Yeah. Can't wait. Can't wait. You guys are next story is so crazy. It was been a crazy journey this weekend for chatting Tatum. Chatting Tatum is fighting for his life after being accused of running like a, a, a, a spam hater account called the name of the, run a, Nanya business called a, Nanya business. So eagle eyed fans spotted that people figured this out this weekend and a count called Nanya business, like leaving sort of hate comments on Dumboa of posts about Zoe Kravitz and Harry Stiles. Now, there's nothing out of the ordinary with like bots. So much celebrity stand culture is literally bots. But this particular bot was curious to people said eagle eyed viewers for two reasons. One, because this account was followed by Channing Tatum as a visual account. And two, because this commenter like seemingly exclusively was commenting on posts that related

back to Harry Stiles, Zoe Kravitz Channing Tatum, like that orbit of people. Yes. So people were very quick to sort of assume that this is Channing Tatum's burner account. Yes. Also, the, some of the comments were like referencing things that Channing has said in the past sort of like deep cuts of public quotes that he made. But like things only really like Channing Channing would sort of want to highlight to the group. Yeah. And yes, the smoking guy knows the fact that Channing Tatum followed this account. And this account had one follower. Yeah. Channing Tatum. So Channing Tatum. And it's just sort of everyone sort of ran with the fact that that is Channing Tatum. Like days he was caught running his own finster, very normani-esque. However, he has put out a statement like emphatically stating that it was not him denying the allegations. He says that he is not behind the account. He said, you know, if he has something to say that he'll say it, this is his only official account.

And if he was trying to hide a burner account, why would he follow it? But I think guess like is a pretty logical line of thinking. I'm just, why do you follow like this random account? Does he follow a lot of other accounts that he really can't explain, you know? I also want to know if Channing Tatum follows 100 people or a thousand people. He follows, he follows, he follows 8,000 people. So I can see, you know, certain celebrities follow like a lot of like their fan accounts or whatever. And if this person is like constantly like DMing Channing and tagging him and stuff, like maybe he just threw them a follow. The 8,000 is actually the most compelling piece of evidence for Channing. I agree. Although I was sort of like getting comfortable with the idea of like this being his burner account. And like I liked that version better. Well here's the thing whether also his statement read like this. Yeah, by the way, like I can't believe this is how he talks. Yo, I truly can't believe y'all think this is what I'm doing with my free time. Fucking hilarious. Also, why would I follow a burner account if I didn't want people to connect me to it?

What the fuck? Come on. But if I really need to say it, I only have one IG account at Channing Tatum. Also considering that's how he talks. It's very different from the dialect of Nanya business. Also true, but that is like kind of a easy way to throw people off, changing the dialect. I want to say like whether or not it was Channing, like it doesn't matter. People have decided he will never live this. I know. What is happening? It's just. It's just normal. Except like with this, there is compelling evidence that it's not him. Sometimes somebody gets caught and it's indisputable and that's what happened to Normani unfortunately. It also recently happened to Stella Lexi. Yes, I don't know if you saw that running her own like charts Twitter account. So sometimes like a screenshot really exposes you for like 100% being you. This is not. No, people are obsessed with it though. They're not going to make sure they don't want to see the truth. They don't want to see the truth. They don't want to move on. I personally don't think it's him, especially given the 8000. He probably just followed follow for follow, you know, trying to engage with his fans.

Yeah, I don't also see when I think about the landscape of Channing Tatum's personally. I don't see Zoe Kravitz as the one that got away. I personally see Jesse Jay as the one that got away. But I don't feel like he's hung up on her. I feel like they kind of ran their course. That's just a vibe that I get. You can always tell when someone's still pining for someone. And let's never get Jenna Dwan who's now back in the conversation. In the mix. She's a kind of drama with Jenna Dwan. Do you see drama with Jenna Dwan? No. It's a combination of like Jenna Dwan, but also like the fans like running with stuff just because like when you're with your partner on Dancing with the Stars, like you just act inappropriate. Like it is what it is. You dance weird. You hug a lot. You jump into your arms and wrap your legs around them. Like, she would never do outside of this. You know, between a lot of social media posts and her looking so much like Jenna, the wife. People are like starting to say Val is acting inappropriate. And then like Jenna posted something over the weekend about like Val, like something cutesy or whatever in the comments or like you're posting this because of Jenna. Like, wait, Jenna Dwan.

Oh my, they're both named Jenna. I know. It's so funny because we were talking about the casting. I said, you know, and they why they look alike and their knees will start with Jay. Jay. And they end with Anna. Like. They're like, they're like, they're gonna be to me. Their names are both Jenna. Yeah. I mean, they're like, they're like, they're like, they're like a little different Jenna. I thought it was like Jenny, Jenny, Jenny. They're like, Jenny, I don't know. Jenna, Jenna, Jenna, Jenna. Like they're both Jenna, Jawan and Jenna, Jon. Sin. Yeah. Well, like the fans are making this like into something, but like if you wanted to look for fans, do this every season, right? Yeah, but a lot of times like there are romances, Ardom and Bri Bella, Brits Stewart and her husband, Glebin Brooks. Yeah, a lot of times there are, but usually not between married peoples. No, no, Robert Hergebeck though, the exception separated. Haha. So. So he was separated.

And Jenna Dwan's married to Steve Cazie from the Twilight soundtrack. Yes. Exactly. She's not stepping in that sort of generational talent. No, but like at what point? Like is it weird? Yeah. Do we want to enjoy our show? Where do we not want to enjoy our show? No, we want to enjoy our show tonight. It's on tonight. Yeah. Oh, not tomorrow. Oh, interesting. No, because my night's Tuesday, it's confusing. No, no, I'm just used to being Tuesday Wednesday because of last week. No, just Tuesday, which is like, it's enough tomorrow night, freeing up. Interesting. I was thinking again, because I don't know if you've seen, but NBC. Am I okay? The voice just returned with kind of like a stellar coaching lineup. Have you seen it? Kelly Clarkson. They brought back Adam Levine. Like enough. Do the people really want to see Adam Levine? I don't think so. Riley Green and Queen Latifa. Like it's kind of this all star. And so again, I don't know, like is the voice becoming good or I just at the age

where I want to watch the voice? Because this morning, I literally would scroll TikTok watching every single audition. Unless it's reality stars competing on the voice. There is, which is celebrity voice. Yes. And that's why I will watch that because I only wanted judges for the celebrity voice. Did we do that? No, I don't know. Oh, but I thought about, I thought it was mass singer. Oh, no, it's the voice. I should watch more mass singer. You should. That is the same thing. But this is the voice celebrity. So it's like, who are the voice coaches for the celebrities? Interesting. It's nice to see Kelly out there. Like obviously things are slowing down on the daytime showfront, picking up other gigs. Yeah. But it's not that she wants to work less. No. Are you ready for our fourth story? Oh my God. No, I'm like sitting here like so, Jillie. Is it? Do we have secret lives of more women lives? Drama. Okay. I didn't mean to tell you that I want to talk about that. Fourth is, it's crazy that it's fourth, but it's learned this. Oh, good. I want to talk about that too, because that's a high saw.

I was watching football looking for Taylor. And I saw Riley, Green and Queen Latifa. It was an NBC game to the obviously brought them to Kansas City to like do something promotion. Travis quarter touchdown at the game this weekend. She said that's my husband, when during also Travis is buying Taylor gun for Christmas. That clip cracked me up. It was obviously like a blooper from the cutting room floor of new heights that they decided to post. They didn't like know that they were being recorded. They're watching Taylor's Emmy's risco hargotase skit and the producers like, all right, we're ready. He was like, oh, sorry. Like I was and they're and he's basically saying he said she looks kind of hot with a gun on her waist and then Travis goes. Oh, it's like she cracked me off. That's what you took from that and Travis was like, now I know what to get her for Christmas. I mean, what do you get the girl who has everything? A gun. That's beautiful. Now let me say this. I watched a little bit of Taylor at the game. And I learned a lot about the game, you know, like the team. How's Travis doing? So there's this new guy. And obviously like everyone's really excited about it. I can't remember his name. I'm sorry, but he's, you know, let me just let me get his name.

And he's like scoring all the points and stuff. And it's obviously great for the cheese because the cheese like we're on this generational run. I think last season was sort of like a flop. They had this like really highly produced commercial with Nikki Glaser because she's from Missouri. And it was all about how like everybody hates us. We're building a dynasty, but like we're back. Like their whole mantra this year is like we're back. We've appeared in five out of seven of the most recent super balls. Like we're back last year was a fluke. Sorry about that. And I think this new guy is a huge part of it. And he's kind of like putting Travis out a little bit just because like Travis's job is like to run and catch and score. And like this guy is like doing that, you know, well Travis is going to retire soon. So like you do need to like, of course, the shoes before there's a gap for there's nobody wearing the shoes. Kenneth Walker III. He's a all star running back. He signed a three year deal with them after winning the Super Bowl in Seattle. God, last year. Last year, see how it's won. Yeah. Okay. So that's good. No, it is good. But so I think the fact that Travis scored a touch on is kind of like huge.

Like also huge considering, you know, last season. Right. Not as best. You know, so that's very exciting. And hopefully means he has a great season ahead of him. And I think it's this last season. We say that every year. So you want your last to be great. I also think that when it's great, you're like, should it be my last? I know. It's kind of catch 22. But if you, I mean, if you're on your side asking, oh, my last season was so great. It should have been my last. The answer is yes. Yeah. Now I feel that we can pretty much, we can never guess what she's going to do. But I feel like she's going to be at pretty much all the home games now. Like that's her husband. Yeah. She has this great relationship with the family that owns the stadium and the team. And they always, you know, they get her in security, everything. I feel like yeah, she's, yeah, and she's doing, you know, revving up some like work stuff. She's definitely honored at the MTV VMAs with a new award called the artist director

honors that she will be receiving. They just make shit up on Sunday at the VMAs, which does like clear her up to give a speech and perhaps an announcement. It's giving an ounce. I thought we were going to get an ounce at the CMAs and it was going to be like more because she keeps like, we can get country more. And it's meant to the CMAs. I feel that the VMAs are so irrelevant to like genuine culture. But I think she has a very complicated relationship with them, of course, like the Kanye thing. She's always like doing the most at the VMAs her, her, her re record, like medley, remember, right? She does a lot of shit there. I think it's just like a safe place where there's a camera crew and a stage and you can do whatever you want. I guess it doesn't matter. Like anyone can do whatever they want at the VMAs. If you just, if you'll just show up, you can seriously do whatever you want. It's just annoying because I really wasn't planning on watching the VMAs. And now I sort of have to know, I don't think I can watch, honestly, but just like text me when she's getting her war coming.

I come in for that. Okay. I actually don't think I can handle it. That's what I mean. I'm almost like annoyed at her for making me even consider it and like talk about the VMAs. I have to say VMAs on the show. I know. I know. Like, I know. I'm just, I'm watching Dan's with the stars. It's sort of like a full time job. No, no, it's one or the other. Like I'm not in my VMAs era. No, I don't think you're alone in that. Yeah. So yeah, big, cute weekend for lured this. I feel like lots percolating there. The percolating, the new haircut is so good. The face is so good. Yes, everything is looking really good over at Taylor Nation HQ. There's like a picture of her from the game this weekend, like with her hands on her hips, like standing out in the box and like she looks insane. The amazing. Her arms are jacked. Yeah. Like she looks amazing. Yeah. Like she obviously did like a wedding arms series. It's very popular to get your arms and check for your wedding. And they look great. And maybe we'll never get a picture of her at the wedding. But now we know what her arms look like.

Yeah. We'll never know what her arms looked like at her actual wedding. But we will know what it looks like to my viewers. Yeah. Are you ready for our fifth and final story? Yes. Taylor Frankie Paul announces that she's stepping away from secret lives and Mormon wives after allegedly failing her court order drug tests and citing disgusting bullying from her cast mates. The crazy thing is that she decided to step down and like her after all of this, right, losing custody of her kids, failing a truck, like all these terrible things that she did. And her statement is all about like the girls tick tocks and like them cyber bullying me. Well, what happened was Laila happened. Laila happened. Who to thung ladle be the one to put her in their pocket. They're fighting on TikTok and she fights so dirty and nasty. We were just saying she's like to Jason. Oh, but you didn't have me in your bedroom. Like, yeah, right. Just like nasty always comes. She goes there. The way that she fought on the show, just like saying the nasty, like when she goes to this place of just like dark place. And I'm just going to say the meanest thing.

And there's like no line that she won't cross. And she's accusing. So she's fighting with like Miranda and Laila in the comments. She's like, you guys are jealous of me, whatever. And Laila writes back jealous of the girl who gets eight hours a week with her kids. I don't think so. And you know, it sort of had to be said was a conversation. And her because that's what we said last week. Like Taylor's social media is completely to void of what's going on in reality. And so for Taylor, I mean, for Laila to just like bring reality to the comment section, I really appreciated. And the fact that like we've now learned all this stuff about Taylor and her reason for leaving is because I think it doesn't mean to me. It's like, girl, that's not what happened. So she then she posted. So after that sort of went silent, you know, yeah, right. I should have Laila shut shit down. She shut it down. Then Taylor posted like a long, when the thing on Instagram saying that her gratitude goes out, I almost didn't read it because she's always talking like this. But I was like, let me see. Oh my God, it's so true. Gratitude goes out to all the networks that supported me throughout this and gave me the chance to return. However, I don't desire to move forward like this.

She then lash out at her castmate saying they engaged in a pile on. She wrote that laughing about my kids is disgusting. That's like not really what happened. No, that's not what happened. And I agree that like kids are off limits. But like at what point can we stop circling the drain as to what's really going on with you? No, no one was laughing at her kids. They were laughing at her. Correct. She also like hinted at, you know, the fact that she's made a mistake that all of them are guilty of making some and that, you know, she's just the one paying the ultimate price for it. I don't know what that means specifically. And maybe having done drugs or drinking or read it again. Well, then we get the exact verbiage. Actually, I kept it like I did not read it. Her statement, her, she's sober. Oh, she is. Oh, she is. She's just like tells lies like, I'm a girl. What are you talking about? I live here in reality. No, I was shocked to find that there was actually some meat in the statement that said,

okay. I'm going to say my gratitude goes to all the network and there was screenshots of like pictures of her with screenshots of like her fans comments on it of people to fend her like the comments that she liked. She found two of them. My gratitude goes to all the networks that supported me throughout this and gave me the chance to return. However, I don't desire to move forward like this. I originally was willing to be removed to let them all continue on with less stress and I'm back to that point. Some of the girls know what I've been through and then turn and collectively pile on with their statements. Going there has been ongoing abuse through the system the last eight months on top of what I've endured. Almost the entire class plus some going at me laughing about my kids is disgusting and I bit my tongue there. These same people had meetings telling me I need to leave the way of pay. My voice was the only one that can make it happen and then they would work from what I demanded. I'm grateful I never followed through with their requests of demands and I'm grateful I kept same pay out of fairness and integrity. I treated production and crew with respect always. In fact, they are the ones who checked on me throughout this. I agree.

It's to the point of bullying for months now. What makes it harder to take in is some of these parents have made mistakes that would result in the same judgment I'm receiving yet pointing a finger. However, I feel like she's accusing them of having done drugs and get drink and wild and crazy. However, it's a pleasure to remove myself so they can continue because I'm almost convinced myself I'm deserving of all this pain into a certain degree. I'm completely this is consequences of my actions. My question has been how much suffering and scrutiny is going to be enough. I'm just relieved to be out. We are so tired. I am so tired. I don't even know what the hell you're talking about. I also don't feel like she's really stepping back. This is just giving attention seeking statement. Michaela was asked, oh, well Taylor's gone. Does this mean you'll come back and she said no. I agree with her. It's nice that Taylor's stepping back. The fact that the show would have chosen her to continue. Who wants to be a part of that? It's just itgy and gross and trashy. Yeah, but this is what I was saying last week. I felt like Michaela's statement and position had gained so much steam that it was like, I feel like something actually might happen because of this.

I never expected the network to like choose Michaela overtailer. They just never would. But yeah, I guess Taylor's seeing that. Imagine your Taylor and the whole world is, and it's like finally like the fans have never not once like given Taylor any sort of grief. Like they just love. Yeah. So the whole world is taking the side of the girl who said that she won't be anywhere that you are and everybody wants to like, you know, see her and be with her. Then, okay, then I'll leave. But this is also so classic Taylor. Like she's so aggressive. She's so nasty in the comments and everything that she says. And then when she gets it back, she's a victim. Yeah, no, she's like textbook narcissist. It's so painful to watch and listen. And I just want to say like Laila and Miranda, like I love what Laila said. Like somebody needed to say it, but like I'm so tired of these spineless women. Like only after Michaela went out on a limb and was like, listen, I'm not comfortable doing this anymore and got so rewarded for that. Did the other girls feel empowered to be like, oh, now the fans won't hate us. Let me say something mean to Taylor. Like they're so fucking immature. They're so not principled.

And it's like, yeah, I love that she ate her up. But it's like, why did you feel like why were you only empowered to do that now? And it's because like it's not brave now. No, it's not brave now. I completely agree. They're all followers. The only one who was brave was Michaela. And I will also say Macy for not backing down in the confrontation knowing that Taylor's fans might hate them and everyone who watches the show might hate them. And knowing that was a consequence and like whatever, whatever. Jesse was not prepared to do it. No, but she ran to and Laila were certainly not. They didn't say anything. At least Jesse tried. Like she was saying a similar thing to Michaela and Macy, but like, cow, she's so soft. But that's also her personality. Like I don't think that if she started now, trashing Taylor, like because that would be lame. But this is her personality to just like try and like be a peacemaker. So I don't, I don't really have an issue with that, but to be that way and then come out swinging only because it's popular is lame. And what's the same pay thing that Taylor saying that they all ended up getting paid the

same? It sounded like the girls wanted her to go to production and demand more pay and they told her like how to do that. And because they felt like production, I'm just making this up, but based on what she's saying, trying to like make sense of this pile of mush. She sounded like that they wanted her to go to production to demand more pay because production would listen to her. She is like the leader of mom talk. And she would, they were asking her to negotiate on all their perhaps because they all get paid the same. I do think they all get paid the same. And I mean, too, because you also can see their executive producers now in the credit. It's all of them. Yes. And remember like the deme conversation when she was trying to get more money and then Taylor was like, even I'm not trying to get more money and I'm like the star of the show. No, you need to negotiate. You need to all be paid the same. It gives you a lot of power against the power. It's the only way the show can sort of stay on the rails in terms of personality. And sorry, Taylor, while she might be the star, she never shows up. No, but like her drama was always bigger. She was providing. Yeah. So yeah, the people who show up all the time, I don't want to hear from you all the time. I know. And now it's not the one I'm interested in.

And so up until now, it's like, even though I don't really care so much about like relationship drama, but it was just like Taylor in general. It's just very fascinating. Yeah. And chaotic. But we've all had our fill, I guess. And things have just gotten to a point. And I feel like even they got to a point in when we saw the video and people were starting to like give grace for you to see the behavior that was on this season. And even though the behavior on this season is from before that video came out. So imagine she changed drastically after she was thoroughly canceled. It's like, imagine that's what I was sort of thinking. Like, and I'll give her grace because the big thing hasn't happened yet. And she's still like just this moron. But yeah. And a lot of times going through like a big public skin, like that like does change you to your core. I didn't realize Taylor is a person who's not capable of change. For me, it's all this stuff that's happening online now that the season has aired and her fighting with the girls and like not really taking accountability and just like getting

so nasty, just speaks to the fact that she's still defending the person she was when the season aired. When this is was filmed. So I'm out. Yeah, right. She's like vouching for herself. And it's like, girl, you're indefensible. Yeah. If you had been like the first one to be like, oh my gosh, watching this back, I mean, Cime Caleb, we're so right. This was such a hard time in my life. Like plus compounding it with like the drug test failure and loss of custody. Yeah. And just the refusal. That's that's present day, you know, still not making the changes needed to have the agency over your life and your family. Like, I'm out. Yeah. And I don't know if she's actually leaving because she does seem like the type to do shit like this for attention. Yes. But notes and like into garner the fans back. Yeah. Oh, no Taylor, we love you. Come back. We'll help you. We'll keep your secret. But like I really hope it's real. Even though I don't know what that even means for the future of the show because McEyles is not coming back. So what? Now nobody's coming back and we all are going to have to watch the secret lives of OC wives. Like I'm okay. Will mom talk survive this? I don't know.

I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. Back to me. Yeah. We're ready and Whitney. Yeah. Yeah. And like where's Jennifer? We're seeing Jennifer. And all of this. Oh, yeah. She's like not a part of the group. I'm like, no. It's. She's like posted like I only have videos like this from this season. It's like her with her kids. It's like, okay, but you were there the whole time. So what happened? No. Her position is very strange. Well, it's awkward because she looks like such a moron from being used like a pawn into that argument. And now I was like, girl, is that the side you want to be on? Yeah. So she just had nowhere else to go. She's just saying quiet. That's what she should do. You know what? It's a good tactic. Mm-hmm. Well, seriously, Blank and you might miss it. The drama never ends over in the secret lives of Mormon lives, but they're not filming. They're not filming. Or they are. Oh. I don't know. Well, those are the past five stories.

It's crazy that like biggest news was number five, like truly five banner stories today. Yes. Three-day weekend. Love a day like that. And that's our show. Tonight we've got Ten City with the Stars. So expect a full recap tomorrow. Thank you so much for listening to the toast. Then, Mulaniam morning show where we deliver the past five stories that you need to ever mind on the Friday and YouTube.
