About this episode

“My name is Brian I'm here with Allison and this is maintaining frame. Rogue juror the hold out hero demolished 11 bogus arguments to save due process Or at least delay the bastardization of it.”From the transcript
"She was a really great mother, and then she was a bad mother when she killed her kids, but then she went back to being a great mother again after that."

Brian and Alison talk about the hunt for the holdout juror's identity, and a commentator who reframed the case as being about the women of colour serving time for the same thing.

Also: the superchat pointing out that if hormones acquit Lindsay Clancy there are rapists who qualify too; why a juror weighing one piece of evidence against another was treated as proof he was being duplicitous; and the offer the holdout made that shows he was willing to step aside to keep his conscience.

"She still believes Lindsay Clancy is guilty. She just admitted it. What happened in that jury chamber to make this woman not vote her conscience? That's the sisterhood in action."

All right, and we are live. Hello everybody and welcome to Honey Badger Radio. My name is Brian I'm here with Allison and this is maintaining frame. What did we call this one? Rogue juror the hold out hero demolished 11 bogus arguments to save due process Or at least delay the bastardization of it. I mean, you know, trials not over It may still be the case that she gets acquitted or something I think there's a lot of people that really want that to be the case particularly women But yeah, we're gonna look at a few clips Guys and it is gonna be really something to behold the latest sort of I wouldn't say developments But more like commentary on what's been happening So before we get into that though, Allison, why don't you do the things? Yeah, sure I see I hear that my voice or I mean my connection maybe a little bit Hachi show we say your connection the voles may be on strike

But yes, if you at any point throughout the show you want to send us a message and Tip with that message go to feed the badger dot commons Just the tip slash just the tip that's feed the badger dot com slash slash just the tip How many boys can I say that wrong and send us a comment and they tip with that comment because it's the very best way for you to Get those comments to us because they don't go through YouTube's comment labyrinth and the best way for you to send us Support or one of the best anyway the other really good way is feed the badger dot com slash support Which will be available shortly and if you want to join us in our community that's badger nation dot online All of these options are in the low bar on YouTube. I see them in rumble as well and So avail yourself of one of them especially the comments. I'm curious what you guys think about this trial It's it's your time to shine and tell us all tell us all But you your thoughts on how justice is proceeding in this particular instance

So we're not proceeding or falling down and pull and getting Dabbed by Wouldn't pit so the wouldn't stakes the bottom of that hole all right, so yeah, Brian take it away because I know you got some stuff for us Yeah, yeah, I got some so you know Allison grabbed a bunch of Twists I did I'm adding some twists and turns to the to the what's happened So Allison was like busy, you know put it together a bunch of clips for us to look at and Yeah, and your analysis and everything but I wanted to add something extra to it because look to me and I've said this from the beginning like the trial proceedings are less important Then the people's reaction like the public reaction to the trial because You know the trial could go wherever it goes, but like people's like Desired to see a certain result is what I think is gonna set a

Cultural precedent going forward after this is over right so for example if everyone agreed that Lindsey Clancy was guilty and should you know Go to prison or suffer whatever consequences to the fullest extent of the law then even if she got off somehow At least you would have a Consensus of people saying that that was like you know a travesty of justice and they'd all be angry about it at the same time And they would all be you know There would be at least a conversation about going forward how the law should be reexamined or at least a way that we handle these kinds of crimes Should be reexamined because there'll be enough people pushing against it But since there is such a we don't know the whether or not it's a majority but there have been studies That suggests that there is a majority of women that are supporting Lindsey Clancy This not just tick-tock weirdos. It's like common You know every day women that just have this innate desire to

Essentially excuse other women's bad behavior because they feel like it's a little too close to home and it reflects poorly on them or whatever but That is a big problem like if that many women are in support of it And yes some men that basically are just you know Pairing whatever the women are saying I assume or they just have no concept of like why law is important And punishment matters right so Anyway One of the things that I learned about was I thought I knew who the who the juror was I saw some photos going around if people were like Oh here's the juror that dissented and it was like this giga Chad dude and Then I learned today that it's not that guy so there was a there's a picture floating around of a white guy with a beard and dark hair And people are saying that's the juror that dissented that's to hold out and apparently that's not the case I'm gonna show this clip from Gail King doing an interview and She is talking to one of the jurors and getting some information because they're trying to figure out who is this guy

That's like you know pushing back who is this evil evil? You know straight white male misogynist character that we can like demonize in the media and so they're trying to fish this out because this is like This is the you don't hate the media enough Part of the show so let's play the clip I'm curious about the jurors themselves because we know it was nine women three men What was the age range? What was a racial makeup? I haven't heard any of that. What was it? So Avi right off the bat fishing for we obviously know their genders So now it's like okay are these like boomers or are they all white like if if they're all white Then we have another angle to attack this from right? It's like playing the progressive like poker deck thing. So let's see what she says 70 in 70 ish to 22 Mm-hmm and One person of color and then everybody else was white a Lot of the jurors had children

Uh-huh one person of color was a person of color a woman or a man a man a man a Holdout your a person a black man. Yes a black man is a holdout your yes Well, I have to sit with that for just a second Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha how do I spin this to attack? White male patriarchy when it's a black guy that was the the holdout Yes, I have to sit with that for yes cuz I cuz I can't spin it. How do you spin it now? That's the that's their problem Yes, you see how these two women are like well What is the relational web coordinates of this event and they're like mapping it out And then they hit the black man is like what we were entering some part of the map There's no there's no there's no canned response to this. What do we do with RB dragons? We're in the void Yeah, yeah, here there be monsters. What do we do exactly?

What like this and that's the clip I just wanted to share that so that's Extra interesting. So yes the the the panel according to this juror all of the jurors were white two males and they were so they were standing with Lindsey Clancy and Then like a you know nine or eleven women or whatever it was a nine women and then you have one black dude That's like no she's guilty and look. I don't care what the reasons are it could be because he's you know once pervange I don't know but it doesn't matter. He is correct So they're like how do we deal with this right? So they need a new model to reframe and at the end of the day This supports the thing that I've been saying forever which is the The racial differences are irrelevant compared to The gender differences or the sex differences. There is more in common between black men white men Latino men etc. Then there is between men and women I know I'm not saying that there's nothing in common between men and women

But like that gap is bigger than the race gap so Well, let's look at the this is what something I wanted to point out. Let's look at that whole concept of a jury of His peers being tried by a jury of his peers The idea is that you get justice from somebody who can actually be in your situation But on the other hand, it also presumes something that the men who are trying the criminal or the alleged criminal All have a sense of responsibility to their custodial role So that they feel like they are responsible for others. They're responsible for their nation They're responsible for an external standard of Ethical behavior they're responsible for their families. They're responsible for their wife They're responsible for their kids. You notice how there's sort of a theme in the way they think They're responsible for something they occupy a custodial role So this whole idea that as you're tried by a jury of your peers assumes I think at its base

That your peers understand that you should be held to your custodial responsibilities And if you're not they're going to have a problem with that So not going to just be sympathetic to you They're also going to regard you as having custodial responsibilities that you can fail to Do or perform and that's completely absent here And that's that's I don't think women think that way natively and I and I even even the women who are like all Lindsey Clancy is is a murderer She should be punished for having killed her kids Some of them will turn around and say oh, but look the way we're not all don't all believe this way We don't all believe that she should be let go and be free because she's innocent and so don't paint all women with the same brush And that is the same problem Because you are not looking at this from a custodial position When I look at this and I'm like well, you know, I'm a citizen

I'm responsible for maintaining the society that I somewhat benefit from you know I have some issues. I'll put it that way But you know maintaining a society that is supposed to make things safe and Equitable under the law for all of us and I look at this situation and I see women and it is women perverting the course of justice trying to force this This case into the court of public opinion and then the female jurors Engaging in pressure tactics Engaging and one juror or some of those jurors getting up in the front of the judge having already Apparently decided that she was not guilty and saying that they were going to be impartial Prior to the jury the the the the court actually been happening I'm listening to all of this and I can see exactly what's missing Women don't think they occupy a custodial role when it comes to society to men to children to other people

And they don't judge women based on whether or not they live up to that role So even the women who are saying well don't judge us for the well, you're also doing the same thing like me I'm here looking at this. I'm saying women engage in this women have the power to do it They are being empowered by so-called equality to have these widespread perversions of justice like we're watching Women do this now What do we stop it? Ladies ladies who are concerned by this. How do we stop it? Okay, how do we take responsibility for keeping the bitches in line Okay, how do we stop it? And if we don't have an answer then we might have to go with yeah Not we shouldn't be part of this process Right, we either stop this behavior. We take responsibility for it We take responsibility for this failure mode because that's what I'm seeing With everything that comes out of these jurors mouth the female jurors mouth I'm seeing failure mode after failure mode after failure mode

Everything is about the relational web. Was she a good mother? That has nothing to do with what you were supposed to be deciding You they they set the standard was she a good mother First of all none of the defenses witnesses could attest to that the only people who could attest to that are dead And I would say that their corpses make a very strong statement whether whether or not she was a good mother Right, but the other thing is the prosecution probably couldn't bring character witnesses because that would have been considered prejudicial So these women stack the deck and then they find For the thing that they stack the deck to fight I'm like looking at this. I'm like what is this? This needs to stop If you're a woman who's like well, I'm not like that. Well, how do we stop it ladies? How do we stop doing this? Because if they keep doing this we are not going to have a society

Yep, so I my concern is how do we stop it not oh, I want a few blameless I don't like Lindsey Clancy. I think she's a murderer. I shouldn't be looked in with these other women Well, unfortunately we are Because obviously women have this power and this is beyond just equal rights Because what I'm hearing from these female jurors is they stand up. They stomped all over this guy Yep They stomped all over him Yeah, like and and they were decided Well and they they tried I mean they're trying to get him But I think this is a fascinating turn of events and then I want to contrast this so we have a black man That was the the holdout okay, he was the one person there were two other white dudes And they were like no list list of two the ladies and this guy was like no fuck that she's guilty She goes to do I mean, I don't know what the words that they spoke were but my point is he was the guy who would refuse to back down

And good on him the guy is a fucking Chad, but let's look at the black women so Uh Oprah Winfrey Had it done a little bit of a little a little Power-wow with a bunch of ladies and this is a woman speaking on the case, okay? And the other thing that I would just be remiss To not say is I I hope this never happens again. We know statistically it really Will it will I want us to have the same passion for people who don't look like Lindsay Who don't have her same access? Yeah men Yeah So we have to pass on how many do this? Access and education Hermelanon her privilege there are Women of color sitting around this country in prisons for the same thing that we've never heard of And I just want to remind us to have the pink shirts and the energy for them as well

Hmm How could I make this about us? So so yeah, of course no, no, Allison. This is the way it works Women do something bad Maybe they'll get away with it women support it Then other women that are not the same women are like black women that like what was wrong? Why did not doing that for us? We're gonna make this about us It's just women making it about themselves It's got nothing to do with anything else if it was like a lesbian that did it or no like a If there was a lesbian up there she'd be like well, can we have that same energy for lesbians? It's just like how can we be a part of this? How can we make this about us? But yes, and Oprah is sitting there going and all the women are clapping for it These this is why these people should not have power at all like they they're just I don't know what it either just lemons like it's like Okay, and it was so predictable that that was gonna happen. I knew that was gonna happen I knew there's gonna be a black woman that was gonna come up at some point and say where's that energy for Black women when we murder our kids well if we like

Convict her and she gets like a public hanging Can we have the same energy for because I have the same energy for anybody who kills their kids? I don't give a fuck But they want special treatment so Anyway I honestly like that Compared to whom women already get special treatment when they kill their children. Yes Like you can't have the less of crime the fact that this case Is even Being entertained as one where she could be dismissed Is already showing that our justice system is completely screwed because no man would be able to get away with that Not that he should because he shouldn't But no man would be able to pull this off Yeah, no because again You know jury of his peers They're gonna be holding him to that custodial standard and I think that entire concept relied on something that nobody really thought through The fact that men hold each other to a custodial standard I've been getting into these arguments on Twitter where women will bring up some guy who killed his kids

And I keep having to tell them yeah, but where are the men supporting him? Yeah, where the men were they were in the jury Sentencing him to death will not I think the judge sentences, but you know, well you they were saying this guy is guilty Yeah, yeah, and they were absolutely clear cut cases of psychosis the guys were in the mitt in some of them or at least one was in the midst of a hallucination When he did it So they were verifiably not in their right mind doesn't matter There wasn't enough right reasonable doubt in that case Okay, you know, he's gonna spend the rest of his life in jail Um one of them I think the uh this gets a frenic guy was on death row So it didn't matter Are more evidence that they weren't in their right mind and Lindsey Clancy doesn't matter Because they're men and men are held to a custodial standard and they hold each other to a custodial standard And I'm I want everybody to think about this

Can we have a society and which we take care of each other While empowering the half of the human race that seems to have no interest in being held to any kind of custodial standard Where we protect each other where we where we uphold each other citizens rights Right and they're right to live in a civil society with half the human race deciding they have no obligation to anybody but themselves And people who look like them and share the same woman card Like is is that possible? Is that gonna work And this isn't really like it's okay But I'm not gonna just sit here making incoherent Brandt noises Shall we move on to the next video? Yeah, yeah, I got a super charm and read out and then I want to show you this other clip from Oprah And then we'll get into the sorry. I'm derailing, but I think these are really good Um, so official reverse trad gives us five dollars and says I was thinking about the one loan juror as being like that famous picture of the one guy in Germany not saluting the Nazis

Then I realized if you ever read night that was in fact the one guy who didn't support baby murder So feminists are in fact exactly like nazis once again. All right. Thank you for that I think that's why people like was a rush limbaugh coined the term feminazi Um, it's a little bit old-fashioned at this point, but all right. Thank you for that now I want to show you one more clip here because this is this is interesting because this is like um There I don't know what you call it. It's like the social push for consensus So Oprah again same same sit-in she's doing she's asking people their thoughts and there are these two women They're gonna give their thoughts. So let's listen differing about the case. We are yeah, yeah, we have opposing views We do and I think you know, I say to her. I think so she hasn't gone through it She's not a mother so she doesn't know how it feels to have a child and you disagree Might disagree. I um, I feel like I'm not with the majority right now. I do believe she's a murderer um I'm in all you've heard that's that it's wild that she's like I'm not with the majority

Like she doesn't feel like she's in the majority because she believes clancy is a murderer It just tells you about the bubble that these women are in but yeah, she's not a mother So she doesn't know what it's like to strangle a child to make yourself Yeah, to want to strangle a child Yeah, she doesn't know How much women like guys let them reveal themselves apparently women who become mothers have an unbearable urge to Strangle their children that they're constantly fighting and occasionally lose So you know if you choose to have a relationship with a woman and have children with her consider this But also she should get full custody. Should you get it divorced? Mm-hmm unbelievable. What the what You know They're even abdicating their custodial responsibilities for their own children And I'm like if if becoming a mother Is gaining the desire to strangle something that's utterly dependent on you

Okay Um, can we stop seeing motherhood is saintly now Yeah, right We can't can we start seeing it as demonic This is motherhood is it Something Reliant on you occasionally you just have you just have the urge to kill it and sometimes it just needs to be indulged guys Society needs to look the other way. What's a little and I put I brought him into the world I can take about what's a little infanticide when a saintly mother is doing it. Oh wait, this isn't even a fantasy What's a little child slaying when a saintly mother is doing it? I You can't you can't you can't handle that you can't give women what they need and want Hmm oh good lord all right. There's more to the clip so so the I think this is a daughter and a mother I hope it's not because it's crazy, but let's let's keep going. I'm in all you've heard today You should I'm an advocate for my so did you hear that Oprah says after all you've heard

Today you're still opposed To baby murder I'm gonna play that again. I feel like I'm not with the majority right now. I do believe she's a murderer I'm in all you've heard today you still I'm an advocate for mental health. Yeah, it's just unfortunate like And she's so quick to say it's she's like you've never had a baby. You don't understand what it's like to go through all the hormonal shifts but I just feel as though These were not instant deaths. They weren't gunshots to the head. She was there strangling her kids Three times You're telling me like even after the first time she couldn't snap out of it She you're watching the life leave your kids eyes, you know so I know I hear everybody's opinions and god bless mother. They're the women are furious in this audience. They're god bless mothers I just Yeah, let's let's do it. Let's Guys, let's all put a month of celebration for mothers in honor of Lindsey Clancy

celebrate my is You know, I just proposed something Once you've killed a kid as a woman once you've killed one of your kids you no longer get to call yourself a mother Now, why don't we just refer to you as a father so we can start seeing the correct amount of justice done to these women Mm-hmm. Hey Let's just erase their motherhood start referring to them as fathers you kill a kid you become a father and you get to be hated by all of humanity Because fathers do not get these do overs and free strangulation of your kid passes Oh, and there's stills we got a bless mothers We got to bless them and say yeah, you can kill your kids. Oh jeez You just had a bad day one dead kid And it's just let's just guy. Yeah, you're fine. You're still a good mother These those jurors still think Lindsey Clancy's a good mother

If you drop your head around that yeah What your head around how insane our society has become Well, she was a really great mother and then she was a bad mother when she killed her kids But then she went back to being a great mother again after that. So Well, I mean nobody can disagree anybody who had any a priori evidence of her motherhood was snuffed out Smok justice How can you simultaneously say that motherhood is saintly and that mothers should have the right to kill their kids Five year old strangled them to death I I feel like I'm alone on the island with the men Well, most like I guess there's a few cuts on the other like just floating and there's also a few women Yeah, also a few women. Yeah, admittedly. I'm sure Hannah. I would love this freaking uh I'm pretty sure that this is like the anti-hanna this entire Hannah wallen. This is the anti-hanna wallen case

Hmm it has literally everything that she probably loads Yep, I'm gonna play the rest of the clip broke quick, but uh yeah go ahead and emphasize with somebody that They weren't strangers. They were her kids and she was able to Grab those exercise bands that that took a lot of effort and it breaks my heart That these young kids gone through that but It's i'm grateful that this conversation is happening because I do believe like woman um They are on the back burner when it comes to mental health if this was a man Incorrect Incorrect with they the we spend like I don't I think we spend like three times or more as much funding on women's health in general Yeah, yeah She's stoming like how is it that we've gone to the point where women can just be in their own universe that never touches reality

I actually did a like a several week deep dive into Movember which bills itself as a charity for In you know trying to end prostate cancer and suicide in men Guess what they don't do anymore like they used to up to the 2016 actually have Some kind of clinical health available for men in australia But it only took like 40 percent men, but yeah, it was just at least they had services Then they quit that and now all of their services are promoting men Renunciating their masculinity That's what men get for mental health. Have you tried not being a man? Allison that's what men get. Oh, sorry. No, no, so you're my cutoff. You're my cutoff Maybe because I went nuts. Yeah, yeah, okay, okay Again, this is men's what men get for their mental health and this is again me looking through the paperwork of November for weeks

Right they used to get they used to November used to Fund clinical services of course those clinical services only We're expected to do 40 percent men. So You know that that's that itself seems a little sketch But at least they had something at least they had a place where men could walk in and get help You know what cafe does or the center for men and families up in Canada Justin Trotje a place for men could walk in and get mental health then they ended it in 2016 And now their programs amount to telling men to stop being men Hey, oh you you feel suicidal you have mental health reviews. How do you consider not being a man? This is it This is what they did this is what's available to men You know outside of the stuff that people like us have fought for

But who's the nail for yeah The mainstream approach to men's mental health is you tried not being a man Yeah Okay, let's continue with this Well, I think what's happening here is I think that there's what she's doing is probably not defending Lindsey Clancy. I think that she's She's finding herself surrounded by ravenous wolves and she's like oh, oh, I'm in trouble. I'm about to get you know like socially destroyed by these women. I better say something Sentimental that women will like I don't think I think that's self-defense that she was doing when she said Oh, I think women need mental health like it's sort of like how do I protect myself? That's what I'm guessing because she's on point with everything else And I think that as she spoke more and was getting more like knives like i daggers

She was like oh, I better I better change course here, but let's let's be going My burner when it comes to mental health if this was a man Like there would be like a law the next day or something going on, but we already have a law. It's called murder There would have been research We've been funded something right away It's just I just feel like it's becoming she's becoming a mascot for Just I feel like so many mothers empathize with her so much that they want to put her out there make her a mascot and They're turning something so negative into a movement. Okay. I hear that yeah Yeah, what did what did I'm sorry what did oh, I say all right here. Yeah, I'll go back to here Okay, I hear that so y'all will continue you all will not be agreeing no time for Yeah, that was it shoot, but like Oprah's the one trying to maintain the narrative though. She's like

Oh, after all that you've heard I can't You still think she's guilty No, obviously, no, there wouldn't be anything. How did this become about men by the way all of a sudden You noticed that this just became a conversation about men now Okay, headline okay This is first order from peer reviewed forensic literature fathers are let are likely to receive much longer sentences that mothers who killed their children Fathers are also more likely to be sentenced to execution than mothers The same average US sentence for women convicted of philicide 17 years But of course men are convicted to life in prison and death Mm-hmm. Hey Our society often treats offenders as well mothers with lenience Um, no crime is more likely to succeed with an insanity defense than a mother who has killed her children We need to change that

Right if you're if you are allowed as a mother to just snap and kill your kids No, that shouldn't be allowed if you're supposed to be so saintly than you should be held to the standard of sainthood I kill your kid instant vaporization Maybe we should be handing out vaporization raised to children Or just buttons that they can hit to vaporize their mother they look at them wrong Oh, okay, so the categories are most likely to succeed altruistic and acutely Psychotic philicide for women. So that's what the defense goes for All right Okay, so the film in 25 year national data set of 200 philicides mothers 59 percent of philicide fathers 39 percent stepfathers to Um, not being responsible for ones actions by reason of insanity was recorded for 76% of the maternal perpetrators And 69 percent were not sentenced whereas fathers and stepfathers were deemed not responsible in 18 percent of the cases

While women were deemed not responsible in 76 percent of the cases Dead men were deemed responsible in 81 percent of the cases see how that's reversed This is absolute bullshit these people are lying Well, they may be not maybe they just never have touched Grass that is reality these women have never touched reality They have no clue what they're talking about Men don't get any lenience when they kill kids only mothers do Only mothers and nobody cares about funding any kind of research for men who kill kids Are you kidding We don't even have research funded for men who kill themselves Any legitimate research beyond oh have you tried not being a man Yeah And incidentally this is a these these things these um studies

These are the men who don't kill themselves Because the majority of men who kill their kids kill themselves The majority of women who kill them kid their kids don't seem to get step Right there depressed their psychotic but somehow It always lands on their kids but not on themselves Or they make some gesture to suicide but just don't manage to do it how come men manage to do it but women can't I'm just curious You know man kills his kids he's like yep, that's it for me Woman kills her kids. He's like well, you know what Maybe I could live Something more for me You know cute you a Broadway musical number Some I wish song Oh, I just think I meant for more

All right Um So I got a super chat And that's it for the videos I wanted to show so we can get into the other stuff now I think so yeah Master yeah, master goa gives us five dollars and says because of bad comedy parenting It takes a village to raise a child get the same village will let it to press mother and a child and a child burn the village All right, thank you for the super chat So now we got this this is um a new interview that just came out With turn number five yes and I'm gonna be we're gonna be looking at this um So let us get into the first time code Let's see oh just play the um am I playing the twin they're opening or no It says uh um no oh no no no we'll jump we'll jump ahead 25 seconds I know let me do that oh yeah, well, okay here we go

Oh On this it was muted isn't up Okay, then can I ask like do you have Kid I'm sorry this thing is coming out of one side for some reason so Let me see if I can change it to mono So that uh the reason why I wanted to bring this stuff up right is because I am getting a sense of what happened in that courtroom. I think a lot of people are yeah, and what happened is Based on their own testimony there were jurors the female jurors are are a portion of the female jurors that walked in that courtroom already deciding How they wanted to vote and they actually stood up in front of the judge and said they'd be impartial And then I'm seeing them disregard evidence of intent Um, I'm seeing them accuse the lone holdout of not having evidence and yet he's the only one is described as interacting with the evidence

So I'm seeing brow beating Right, I'm seeing the process of intimidation and social abuse Just from their own words these women are implicating themselves and showing What justice appears to mean to women? Right, they're not looking at the facts of the case. They're not looking at the evidence They're dismissing everything that isn't in line with what I call their motivated doubt which they've missed Mistermed reasonable doubt So what's motivated doubt? Doubt that won't shake right Like that doubt that no evidence Will resolve if god himself went into that courtroom and told those women He knew what she was doing They would probably say but god she was a good mother And because she was a good mother

Good mothers don't kill their kids for no reason Oh the very act of killing her kids means she's innocent of killing her kids Yep Motivated doubt everyone That's not reasonable doubt And I'm I wanted to point out all of the stuff that I saw so hard to have you fix the sound Yeah, it's fine now. I just change it to mono. It was only coming out of one speaker So it should come out of both now So I'm gonna play it. I got another super chat though from master grow up for five. Thank you And he says Psychiatry has been subverted mental health needs to be taken out of the equation equal punishment needs to be dealt regardless of Like in mice of mice and men. Okay. Thank you for that. All right. Here we go Shit, it's still doing have any well, you'll worry about it and that made this case Extra extra tough. I mean it's tough for anybody I don't have kids um And I feel like I did that probably made me like a prime

Like juror for this The fact that typically women are harsher on other women and I don't have what it wasn't as like emotional for me like not having to learn not having Grinch children, etc And like I said the fact I didn't follow this so I was kind of like I'm you know right you're the perfect juror Yeah Okay, so it's about you now that was the first time code So all right, she was the perfect juror uh, yeah Go to one 13 13 13 uh 133 okay Because he basically between these two time codes. She just says oh I was going to do it She's just basically saying I'm going to be doing my juror today. We don't need to hear yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I hear you And you had to see like some of the most I mean and here some of the most horrific evidence that like anybody ever has to on a trial

I mean just what was that experience like for you? I will never be the same after I will uncall um After we learn like after the trial I saw all conspiracy theories about how Patrick did it and That he somehow convinced Lizzie that she had done it when it was really him and all the things that Is some of these people could have heard of that like the digital Of like her lame scream You I don't think I did need a single after a second of the form Before that or he did and I was like he formed it but I I will never be a saying on side. Yeah, it was too people being when they become mothers like because I'm noticing sort of a A separation here the women who aren't mothers are like this is horrifying Right, I think she's guilty and this woman even thought that she was at still thinks apparently according to her testimony that she's guilty

Um, but for whatever reason didn't vote her conscience, but um You know, how is it that women become mothers and they stop caring about kids? How does that work Right, like I I got a dog right I got a puppy Right my my dogs keep you And before I got a dog and had to take care of a puppy I was not really I didn't particularly like dogs or puppies And yet the process of having to take care of a little life that relies on you utterly I sort of became very attached To uh to the concept of puppies and dogs And now it would really bother me to watch someone strangle a puppy in front of me Yeah, I probably would have bothered me before but now it would be particularly bothersome How is it that you become a mother? And you see this little life that's utterly dependent on you and you have to take care of it in every capacity And you don't develop Like you don't develop care for it Like it doesn't like you don't go out into this courtroom thinking

My god, I want to see this woman fry I want and you have to fight that back Right you have to fight that back of course they allude to this but the problem is that The jurors Apparently when they walked in saw her as or wanted to see her as innocent At least according to this particular juror But how is it that you go in there How is it that this is happening? How is it that women who've had children Understand You know how just deeply satisfying it is to strangle one And the women who haven't had that children are like What what are you doing? It's wrong. Do you notice this split? Does something happen to you when you become a mother just child killing just become on the table Just like yeah, this is something I would consider now Yeah Yeah, I consider this now This is within my repertoire

So instead of taking you know the process that I experienced Taking care of something helpless And then suddenly feeling like you're very much You know responsible for its care We'll mothers go through the reverse process Right they they take care of something helpless And then suddenly killing it just makes sense to them Is this is this what we're what we're saying now? Is this is this what these women are indicating to the world about motherhood? I'm just curious like I'm sort of floating it out with you can commentators if you notice this Childless women are like the she killed she murdered kids Mothers are like yeah, but I understand that you know I understand strangling my children to death something I've considered I floated you know I had my brunch with my mother friends Yeah, absolutely what I get Is something change in your brain when you become a mother

To the point where you just don't care about kids anymore. That's fascinating like Maybe we should have a study on mothers killing their kids And maybe we should go back to default father custody Another thing we should consider if this is the case I I think that this is breaking me this is breaking my Every like my soul my heart my brain like this entire But I'm not a mother so I actually care about kids. I guess so Yeah, it seems um that seems to be the case it seems to be the case Okay, um, so that was that time code Do you want me to get to the oh it just keeps going and looks like there's Purgery and stuff so we'll get into that. Yeah, I'm gonna keep going Just fine You know just imagine living through that and

Being the person to find their children that scenario like It takes you I want to ask you the the deliberations what Obviously, we only know what the note from the four person said what was the situation in there? I mean And and for how many days were you guys stuck like that So also did you know that you guys know the per the prosecutor? So this is the defense lawyer the prosecutor was a woman I don't know how to square that circle Maybe she doesn't have kids Anyway, let's keep going On it doesn't matter what side it was on was very strong and there are like stamps and there Their bullies kind of from the beginning um, you know, the standalone juror was not the only one that was unwilling to To see things from the other side this directly contradict and that individual in a sense

What go ahead this desk directly contradicts what the other jurors are saying Because remember the one female juror the four woman who's like I was already Run it. I was already filling out the paperwork. Yeah When he said he had doubt he said reasonable doubt. It's like any sign of doubt is not reasonable doubt lady Mm-hmm. I don't know if I can call her a lady foyd um, I'm sorry once once you uh, what's your start saying that women have the right to murder their kids and Uh I think you I think you qualify as a foid at that point. I'm gonna go for it foid I don't usually use that term, but it's making me feel better about this entire situation The foid the the four men who the foid who was the four men? Mm-hmm. Right she was saying oh he was he he expressed doubt because he was looking through the exhibits like the other ones didn't do He's looking through the exhibits and he was expressing his um, I would assume his logic

Which probably was something he brought into the room that they didn't recognize so they thought it was some kind of foreign evil magic So here I'm going to show you my logical process logic. What is this? What is this wizardry? What is this wizardry? What is this foreign evil magic that this man brings in? Right, so he's like going through it and he says I don't I think I think you know So he's going through the process of how he got to his position As far as I can tell that's the only way I can interpret that And she's saying oh he was He was he was said in his ways what she means is that the end he didn't complied to them because every other testimony I'm seeing suggests a man who was weighing the evidence Who actually was doing what the jurors were supposed to be doing And but what she reveals is really fascinating because she reveals

That the others these unspecified others came in determined to The declare for innocence But let's continue Yeah, I got a bunch of super things that came through just now Um, no, no, but fan 21 gave us a dollar and said if there's a silver lining It's the hilarious irony that the 11 jurors will claim to be empathetic yet some women admitted to wanting a black man to be lynched And they are realizing it's a bad look Uh, Gary Thomas gave us well, I think that's why they're so upset that it turned out that the whole that was a black guy Um, because now it's like oh shit. Do we do we darkpile him or is that going to look racist? Uh, Gary Thomas gives us five dollars on super chow and says I'm sure you guys have heard the latest news that the lone male juror was a black and how shocked gale king was to find that out I don't know why because I thought an aversion to the murder of defenseless children Transcended race gender or religion or at least I did until this case

No, it just means that men and women are more different than black men and white men That's what it means But thank you Gary Thomas. Yes, we did we looked at it uh first thing when the show started An anonymous person gave us ten dollars. Thank you and said This is really depressing. I feel like Frank Grimes just before he grabbed the high voltage cables We need women to behave right But we have these high profile women who actually arguing that Lindsey is innocent because of hormones Hormones affect everyone men have testosterone running through their bodies especially during adolescence And into their 20s and its strong presence makes men angry and horny If Lindsey can be acquitted due to hormones then there are some rapists We need to release back out into the public for the same reasons We cannot have that we can't have a civilization if we can't hold people accountable for their actions That includes women if women can't be yeah if women can't be held For their actions because women have innate Anti-social urges that they can't control

How can they have power they will ruin whatever they touch like a meth junkie Allison, how do we fix this can we fix this? Do we continue to try and reason with these women even when they don't reason or do We have to wait for these women to be bred out of the gene pool Okay, that's all I'm out for I can't address all of it But yes Literally they are saying because women have un Fightable urges to kill children. They should be able to kill children Well Wow And yes men do kill children, but other men say no that is not acceptable behavior We're not going to make excuses for it. We are going to send you to the gallows Yeah, because that's what men do because they judge other men by how well They have lived up to a custodial standard of behavior Which again is what I think is behind the jury A jury of 12 of your peers think I don't think when they created that they realized

Exactly how women can found it or maybe they did that's why women weren't part of the process But yeah, they got I don't like I it it It's there it's right there you can see it right plain as day women think that if a woman has on A Overwhelming urge to murder something defenseless That should be indulged and justified because of woman hormones Yeah, it's a complete and it's a complete reversal of the kind of idea of custodial responsibility Are the very act of taking responsibility for something gives you right to murder it for no reason None whatsoever not that if you know like You got the pattern familiar syndrome and this never actually happened You're supposed to have life and death of her family members never actually exercised it Only under state coercion Right, but now we have it. It's just like if the very act the strain of taking on a custodial role

Makes you depressed women should have the right to murder what they have responsibility for This is like the anti male position and I hope that it is a big wake-up call for the average man Yeah, I think that it is affecting a lot of men I Think this is this this this is the exact opposite of how men think About their responsibility to things that are dependent on them. They don't think oh, hey Oh, hey, I feel a little depressed because I I don't have any more freedom And you know, and I got a I got a feed this defenseless creature Right, they don't think well that should give me license to kill it Doesn't doesn't really compute for men. It does for women We got to think about that. We got to think long and hard about that We don't think long and hard about how Powerful that belief system is in women Because we're seeing institutional power fall in line with it

Right got you got Oprah. You got all the feminists Right all the inst all the lockstep with this idea that if a woman assumes custodial responsibility for a child And that responsibility proves to be a little depressing a little stressful Yeah, just off them Mm-hmm the custodial responsibility for women Isn't responsibility it's license Yeah, hmm and again That splits you like you were saying it's a split down between men and women But also apparently childless women are on the side of the children Yeah, wild right women who don't have children are on the side of the children. They're like wait my hold up hold up The mothers are on the side of murdering children the childless women are like oh wait hold up Except for Oprah. I don't think she's childless, but I think she's on the side of whatever makes her money All right, yeah, I got another rumble rant from nobba fan and then we're gonna keep going

For a dollar and he says some people have made a theory that defending Lindsey Clancy is revenge for the patriarchy Taking away women's right to abortion or for the patriarchy taking away women's right to abortion May as well bring back men having the authority to override women. All right. Thank you for that Um Possibly all right, let's keep going That's a stupid theory it's so Yeah, I mean it is stupid, but it's possible that women thought oh we'll get revenge by supporting a woman who murdered her children I guess Something and my failing to acknowledge or give this a wait or something like this doubt wait that needs

All right, that was that clip um So inability to move past your convictions lady that's That's what juries are for they're you're supposed to vote your convictions Okay, and the thing is that she's trying to what she's doing. She's doing the female thing And you have to decompose it using the you know the Rosetta stone for female language What she's actually saying when she says oh everybody was doing that okay? No You what she actually is saying is there was a group of women who were trying to coerce everyone to their point of view And she is trying to make two things equal that are not equal The group of women coercing everyone to their point of view and the one man who's like nope I'm just gonna I'm just gonna keep with my conscience and I'm gonna mention one other thing that was revealed He offered to be replaced Like when he refused to step back from what he felt was the correct position

Yeah, I vote that he that was compelled by his conscience and they were all herringing him no doubt And I say herringing because we know for based on their own testimony that the arguing could be heard through the wall Right he eventually said after I guess the many many days of deliberation where they were trying to brow be named into changing his mind He eventually said, you know, I will just step back Okay, all you can replace me or something Of course they couldn't Mm-hmm But he was willing To take himself out of the process rather than vote against his conscience What does that suggest to y'all Right, what does that suggest to y'all Okay, that suggests an absolute Absolute decision based on his conscience and based on what he thought happened

Mm-hmm Without even wanting a particular outcome Like he's willing to forego having his vote decide the outcome To avoid having to be brow beaten away from his conscience And again, you have to look at this stuff and you gotta decode it based on how women frame things She's trying to make it up both sides This wasn't both sides And she's already admitting That there were people that went into that jury chamber Already decided That Lindsey Clancy was innocent And they stepped up to a judge and they said they could be impartial Who knows maybe they decided it before even heard the case But we can go through all of their logic for how she's innocent and none of it actually touches the meat of the matter But yeah, let's let's keep going. Let's let's hear more. I figured this is a good place to start Yeah, yeah, it's a good. It's good

The Lord is the one who was trying to kind of swing that person from the very beginning So from the very beginning very beginning like what was your vote So I originally I saw as though she was guilty and she was criminally responsible for it um And maybe I still believe that in a certain way um Yeah, I Listen I still believe that it's a way I mean you You believe it, but it was against the sisterhood and this is the other problem ladies Right women who do stand up for justice who do vote their conscience What happens to them what is the sisterhood due to them It grants them down into dust So how do we control that ladies How do we control this edifice of horror Of evil of feminine evil because this is feminine evil. We're watching him or her describe it right now

She still believes that Lindsey classy is guilty She just admitted it She doesn't want to say it explicitly she's hedging it, but she's admitted it What happened in that jury chamber what happened to this woman To make her not vote her conscience Yeah, that's the sisterhood in action and until women can reign the sisterhood in the sisterhood Maybe women are fine. Maybe women can vote. Maybe women can serve on juries Maybe women can have jobs and sensitive areas like being the president But the problem is that women aren't just women Women are also the sisterhood and the sisterhood cannot be trusted with anything Not even the thing that women can try to be trusted with which is children Supposedly, I'm guessing that a lot of people are questioning that now The sisterhood cannot be trusted Right you can like is that

Fear and loathing in Las Vegas you can turn your back On the man, but you can't turn your back on the drug you can turn your back on the woman But you can't turn your back on the sisterhood I And unfortunately women are embedded in it All right, let's keep going Another super chow from official reverse strat for five And he says response to the other super chowar Ten years ago Karen was citing research that linking testosterone with aggression has been discredited It's not until testosterone is converted into an estrogen compound is it linked with aggression The real answer is if they already believed women hormones Excuse crime and men's hormones don't excuse crime that was already evidence of a cannot be reasoned out of a belief born of non-reason moment And the whole argument was pointless Okay All right, yes 100% Now let me see where is this that we're at 423 so we yeah, we'll just keep going

I think that this was a woman who You know she was not mentally healthy she was someone that was in the sorrows of a significant mental health crisis Try really to felt like she was so deep in it that she Clancy her way out Okay, that was the time code that you put in like go ahead. She obviously saw some way out. Yeah Uh, right I got no words, but again again her chioa has had the option of Just walking out of the situation and giving Patrick full custody Right that was always available to her And what this woman is saying now is what the other women Got her to agree to But it's interesting that she still maintains that part of her still sees Lindsey Clancy's guilty But you know the part that is

Beholding to the sisterhood has to Speak the sisterhood's words shall we say? I always keep going And so you And so you kind of Like describe sorry just tell me a little more about like the the evolution for you because I'm I'm interested because you mentioned how there are So many strong personalities in there, but then tell me how you kind of You know you you changed a little bit Because at the end of the day there there was so much doubt You know the prosecution to have a figurative You know smoking gone There was not a single moment throughout that presentation in that case that you could say oh yep 100 percent. I'm certain she did it or that she didn't do it. There's she did it. Yeah Okay, what is it does it talk to gray area though Okay, yeah, no, but but even the lawyer or the NBC's lawyer said there's nothing in life that doesn't have a certain bit of doubt

That's not reasonable doubt and she 100 percent did it Right she 100 percent did it What you were adjudicating on was whether or not she was saying when she did it I Maybe this is just colloquialism when I shouldn't just you shouldn't like get to into it But this is like Did did you engage with the defenses or the the prosecution's evidence at all And all okay, let's let's keep going all right. This is the next time code 521 to And eventually I decided the only way to get justice for Korra Dawson and Calin and Patrick and her parents and everyone else that was closest What's the get her the help that she desperately needed and And Oh, no Yeah, but the rest of the world is getting help by not having her in it

Yep Okay, but this is this is exactly what I was talking about last time when I explained the difference between men and women's morality You notice how help roots through the mother Right, it's because with with with with mammals offspring don't survive unless the mother survives so self-interest is selected for with female mammals And this is what we're seeing here everything roots through Lindsey Clancy You know If we take care of Lindsey Clancy We take care of her dead kids Her ex-husband and the family she they that she deprived of their grandchildren Yeah, I don't buy it. I think that the way that we take care of everybody who isn't Lindsey Clancy Is lethal injection, but that's just me Or just putting her away for the rest of her life Or sterilization

Right, so she can't do it again. That's the other thing there have been women who have killed their children There's a case in the 1950s of a woman who killed who drowned her three children Right was released Because this is something that we've been dealing with For a very long time still there in the 50s People still had this idea that what mothers were saintly. I hope that ends today or soon Right Okay, and then like 12 years later she drowned her next set of three children Seems like she had a bit of a pattern that serial killer She had like a she had a um a signature, shall we say Same bathtub too same freaking man like what are you okay? This is this is where I have to deviate and start yelling it meant Don't Don't do not patch women who do this stuff Deforce them and get a new one

Oh lord I'm glad Patrick had the good sense to do that Even if he has doesn't have a good sense of a freaking turn up in any very other context I don't need to be mean to him, but He's he's going to bat for Lindsey Clancy like he just there's there's a there's a lack of um good sense there somewhere But anyway, so like yeah She should not be allowed to have more children Right, this should be this would be the no pass go No more motherhood for you Okay, let's uh keep going all right That's so interesting and you you mentioned like you want to defend that Lone juror a little bit for for standing their ground um Do you agree with the note that was sent to the court saying that they were like not following the law and reasonable doubt? I do because at the end of the day It's been to not follow that reasonable down into acknowledge that it's there

You morally and legally cannot Convict somebody for that and that was there Yeah, this is bullshit This is not reasonable doubt as defined by the law it's reasonable doubt as defined by the female foreman for forefoyed Yeah, right that that's that's not like this is and I found out that the Lone juror Wanted the judge to tell them all what reasonable doubt was Yeah, probably I think that's why he was asking what it was. Oh, I think he was trying to Yeah, but he was also you's trying to get the judge to tell them because he likely realized That these women and the men who subplicated to them Did not understand what reasonable doubt was Yes, they were actually operating on motivated doubt and Nothing will prove that this woman killed her children And I want to point out that when you go through their testimony

You discover that they based their belief of quote unquote reasonable doubt On evidence or just material. It wasn't even evidence that wasn't even germane to whether or not this woman was saying enough to know what she was doing so they They didn't engage with the prosecution's evidence They just engaged with the defense showing Lindsay Clancy to be a quote-unquote good mother Based on testimony that couldn't even establish that let's be honest You can't establish the goodness of someone's acts If you're not somebody who is a beneficiary of those acts. I'm sorry. You just don't know The only people who can establish that Lindsey Clancy is a good mother or dead And the fact that their dead suggests she wasn't Right, so they just paid attention to that which did not bear on her sanity And whether she was saying enough to know what she was doing

So these jurors didn't even pay attention to evidence They based their reasonable doubt on some bullshit about how a good mother couldn't kill her kids Without even properly establishing that she's a good mother. I mean personally, I think once you kill your kids as a mother you're no longer a good mother Right, but they do it the reverse they did it the reverse She's a good mother therefore she couldn't have killed her kids. I'm like she killed her kids. Therefore she can't be a good mother So they seem like that's a pretty low bar by the way for not being a bad mother is like Not it's a low bar. I think we can clear this don't kill your kids step zero Don't kill your children Yeah, you want to be a good mother. Don't kill your freaking children Right, so I would say that being a good mother or not being a good mother Personally, I don't think she was I think she foreclosed that option

Not even relevant To the thing that they needed to look at was whether or not She knew what she was doing Which required engaging with the prosecutions evidence That she did know what she was doing that she wasn't psychotic Like she wasn't in the grip of a hallucination And the evidence that Nobody who saw her prior to her killing her kids Said that she had psychosis or had had these mental health disorders the men Who were charged who still went to death row they did they did have a trail of mile wide Of mental health issues Incidentally women don't don't have children with men with mental health issues like schizophrenia like depression is fine But it's gets a yet just I know he's a bad boy and he talks to molecules But maybe don't do that but anyway that's in the side anyway So they didn't engage with that evidence that there was no evidence prior to her killing

And no evidence that wasn't motivated like the defense going and shopping for an expert witness to say oh yeah She had bunkula itis which means that she can kill her kids without knowing she's doing it I made that up. It's my patented disease of the mind Oh and by the way if you don't want bunkula itis why my snake oil Like you can find an expert witness to testify for anything Yep, the fact is nobody prior nobody that saw her prior to her killing her kids Saw anything to indicate she wasn't saying And the state witnesses the state expert witnesses said no she's saying But they didn't engage with any of that. It's gonna come apparent as we go further Which um is taking a while so let's keep moving. Yeah, that's okay. I got another rumble ramp from Nobafan 21 for a dollar and he says I haven't verified this but I heard many of you's Lindsay Clancy as evidence to win custody after divorcing their wives

I can accept this white pill. All right. Let us continue. Yeah, I hope so I hope so I elation of Constitutional rights and essentially that is what we are there as a jury to do is to uphold that constitution So I can even know about noises women Does no And it's not simply because of that She had an opposing view or he's up. She's just personally Um, she was guilty There was the inability to kind of back that up with any logic That you just had to tell their heels in on that vote Yeah, and again, it's not been able to back it you know Everyone okay wait wait wait wait Not being able to back it now. I wish we could just bump over to the extended interviews at NBC went out

Uh put out at 28 you have it go to 28 20 extended interview this one that's like 33 minutes long Yes 28 20 minutes 28 21 all right here we go Yeah, I'm on it. Okay, that she's not guilty by reason of insane or he would just and I Like we tried all different ways right and we had one of the jurors in a very calm way asked him some questions and he Said I This and this didn't show it and this didn't show it, you know that he had doubt and he said it out loud and they said to him That's doubt. Oh, no, I didn't say that no Yes, okay, so he's going to the the actual exhibits and saying this didn't show and this to show now Honestly the way that I'm seeing this is Was he's what needed to be decided was whether or not she was insane

Okay, so that the defense needs to decide at the prosecution needs to decide that she's saying right This doesn't show it. This doesn't show it reads more like this doesn't show she's insane This doesn't show she's insane, you know, so I have doubt that she's insane and she's like but you have doubt And everybody's like oh, she said doubt. He said the magic word doubt like what okay, so they're saying doubt So the front the the context of this is that she needs to be found guilty Beyond a reasonable doubt So when he says I have doubt Then the only question is is it reasonable and I think it is So they think it's a gotcha, but I think they got it backwards. I think we're dealing with woman logic Because they think that he doubts her guilt But what he doubts is that the evidence proves that she was not of sound yeah that that she was not of sound mind and body So yes

So yeah, it's probably not wrong even you know, even if it's misunderstood or misinterpreted or whatever but still man Let's still man their accusation right He's going through the evidence and says yes, this gives me doubt But not reasonable doubt and they're like oh, oh, oh, and then the guy says but I'm no, that's not what I'm saying It's not reasonable doubt Right, I see your point of view. I don't think it's reasonable. Hey judge Can you describe to these hooligans these heredons These gorgons what reason you doubt actually mean yeah, could you tell them? That's what I'm getting from this Yeah It sounds like he was the most reasonable thing in the room reasonable black man Yep versus the coven Um versus the coven All right, so you want to go back to this one? There's like a little bit there's one more clip from this one So it's a last clip sure

I'm wanting to understand where the other person was coming from and how they kind of over-ide-sact conclusion so either they could Explain where their reasonable doubt came in or could open their eyes to something that maybe they didn't see But this person again like I said that that person really struggled with You know again acknowledge the No reasonable doubt but still is not able to Apply that like you did too. No, okay, right. Okay. No, they mean He didn't accept their motivated doubt Right, they didn't he didn't accept their motivated doubt which is exactly The point Right, yeah, probably why he was going back to the judge and saying hey, could you explain this? Can we go all listen to what reasonable doubt is again? So I don't have to continue to go through the exhibits and show them this doesn't create reasonable doubt

This doesn't this yes, he creates doubt, but not reasonable doubt Do you I'm like can you imagine this like this guy just trying to school these people who do not understand logic They think it's some sort of foreign wizardry Oh, good lord Okay, so Yeah, go ahead to the extended cut and do those ones They're okay, all right. We're going to the extended cut here it goes all right So time codes for this I got to open my Document again hold on here. It's right here. All right Let me see Extended cut right 33 do we have it? What do we have any um, I'm gonna do something I'm gonna do another call out before we go into the yeah, yeah, go ahead Yeah, this is this is essentially my rundown of the 18 stupid arguments that these jurors Presented or a ways that they tried to extort a not guilty vodic a verdict against this guy's conscience and again

When you're listening to this he was willing to withdraw as a jury member So he was willing to not have any influence over the ultimate decision Wanted one has can only imagine what they did to get him to that point But he couldn't of course, but he was willing to Not have any influence over the ultimate decision in order to maintain his conscience now think about that Think about how Absolutely firm he must have been that he was voting his conscience This wasn't about a guilty verdict like if it was about a guilty verdict he wouldn't have made that offer It was about staying with his conscience deciding based on his conscience based on what he believed was true Yeah, and these everything these people are saying Is indicating that they don't understand what a jury is for They don't understand due process. They don't understand court procedure. They don't understand reasonable doubt All they understand is consensus and oh was she a good mother. That's it

Which they couldn't even establish from the evidence they had Right that wasn't even that it wasn't even relevant to what they were asked to decide Mm-hmm all right, so oh yeah, let's go for it. Let's do it all right So playing it from here cold open Can you second? Um I believe in the jury system. I believe that Lindsey was wronged by the medical system and I hope this changes things in this country for women and all people really What what are you talking about? Like I hope that you can make it legal women for murder. I well yeah, I know that every it has to come back to that How can I make this about women everywhere instead of This woman who come in the crime is you're for women to kill their kids. Yeah, I want to make it easier for women to kill their kids And of course she doesn't want to

Admit that she's a a maternal supremacist so she says in everyone No, I don't want to make it easier for everyone to kill their kids lady Right Hey, that's not a mensage. This is what's astounding to me. I'm like I'm a mens issues advocate I'm treated like a pariah everybody who does this right what do we want We want equal services for men who are experienced domestic violence sexual assault We want false accusations to be recognized as a problem and prosecute properly right we want men to have services for mental health issues right To one men to have access to their kids. We want to stop mutilating baby boys genitals. We want to You know like these are not unreasonable like allowing men to kill their children You know what you want there making it easier for men to kill their children Men's rights activists guys men's issues advocates guys not advocating for men to make it easier for men to kill their children

Women's and activists women's issues maternal activists what do they want to do make it easier for women to kill their children And we're the ones who are like you can't show our pays faces in public Can you freaking believe it? Actually, yes because what's left what's left for women to fight for like what what is a right that women Our left are still left to try and get other than Yeah, like post-birth abortions like Lindsey clansies I mean, what else is there I'd get like seriously because of most of the rights they talk about are not rights at all Things like oh, I just don't want to feel unsafe. Well Sorry, if you live in the world like the world is not safe Um, and we do the best we can you know But now it's like well, I guess there's like killing our kids. We should be able to do that

Some some days, you know, I just want to strangle my my children and that should be legal when I feel that way Okay, I want you to go now to 1641 on the 1641 Um one thing we all agreed on and that we believe in Massachusetts. Massachusetts is it the um The jury should be pulled to the majority wins. Yeah, um, we talked about that a lot. Yeah I personally believe in the American jury system. I think having a Not your average. No, uh, you just said you want to change it So you don't believe in it like your mad that you didn't get your way And now you're like what would you let the change everything to fit so that I'll get my way Mm-hmm. I go to 1711. All right 1711 It's like right here, but but we'd like to see Massachusetts go to a majority rules

When the prosecution asked about uh, okay, that's it. That was it That's it One thing we all agreed on we believe in Massachusetts the jury should be pulled the majority wins We talked about it a lot and we'd like to see Massachusetts go to a majority so they want to see The judicial system changed completely To verify their process If I could you imagine this guys this becomes a law of the land It's it's women's women want consensus Yeah, that's what they want this becomes a law of the way nobody doesn't matter Consensus matters not the truth and it's not even consensus like a free consensus like democracy It's whoever the biggest baddest bitch in the room is she makes the decision everybody cow tows to her Everybody supplicates to her all the women who uh actually think the Lindsey Clancy was guilty because apparently there was I think three of them right they have to Supplicate to the sisterhood and the sisterhoods opinions are established by the alpha female

Who apparently is the oldest fattest frisiest hair one in the room Okay Yeah, I love it. I love the sisterhood Can't have justice can't have a modern system and allow the sisterhood to rule. I think that's what we're discovering here Okay, go to the next time code um sequentially so there there ranks uh just real quick Zaryn's gave us five and says I believe she wants to believe the medical system fail Clancy Either that or I believe that she wants us to believe that what she claims to believe All right All right, let me see the next Go to 24 16 really quick All right 24 16 Say out loud what you think one person said you know, I really believe in my gut That she Wasn't in psychosis and she was guilty But I have to look at all the evidence and the evidence is not showing me that that is true

I have so much doubt and I have to do the right thing I mean we all had different ways of dealing with it. Yep the stress So What do you think? What where did that doubt come from because when you listen to how that doubt was established again It was simply this Lins at the defense showed that people said people who had no ability to know Lindsey Clancy was a good mother Right, they brought in the testimony that has bears on nothing not even the fact that she's a good mother And these women were like oh, but she's a good mother therefore we must acquit Because all good mother wouldn't kill her children therefore she didn't kill them Right, that's the logic What they were there to answer was was Lindsey Clancy capable of knowing what she was doing was wrong Right, that's what the prosecution presented that's the argument that's not the argument they engaged with

The prosecution can't even bring you know if only the prosecution could have brought a few witnesses To Lindsey Clancy smacking her kids around or Or alternatively the prosecution could say that the evidence that Lindsey Clancy is a bad mother Is right here in the pictures of her slaughtered children Right, but no that that they can't do that that's prejudicial So the jury decided on an argument that the prosecution was blocked from opposing And wasn't even germane to the actual question About in front of the court and they ignored the argument and they explicitly say this In their discussion that they ignored the argument or they they couldn't they couldn't Describe the prosecution's argument And now they're saying well reasonable doubt. No, what they mean is These these people new

That this was not a correct assumption that this that aren't what they were Judicating what the jury's majority was adjudicating wasn't The question before the court It was some other thing they decided In order to arrive on their already Agreed belief or their individually decided beliefs that this woman was innocent Again, juror five what does she say she says they came in already decided right We have evidence that the holdout actually went back and forth which is what he was allowed to do and we have evidence because the juries looked at this guy Going back and forth through the evidence and weighing it all and maybe not making a decision until he had weighed it all as evidence He was being duplicitous and denying due process literally the man was doing what he was asked to do And these people look at that and say oh my god

He's he's Underlining the process of law Because he he had okey he had an opinion then he had another opinion according to this new evidence Can you believe him? He didn't come into this believing that she was innocent and not and having every bit of evidence that she wasn't Bounce off his skull. He actually engaged with the evidence. Oh dare hey. How dare a juror do that And then they're like oh, yeah, this is this is evidence that his his opinion is wrong because it changed with the evidence you see That's that's one interpretation of what they're saying the other interpretation is what they're saying is that he was always You know in the camp that you never move from the camp because the evidence didn't move him out of her guilt Or the evidence did at places move him out of the camp of her guilt But then then toto it moved him back either way what they're describing is a man doing his job A man taking responsibility for his role a man with a custodial instinct about what he needs to do

Oh, this is what I do as a juror and they are using that to indict him as the problem Because he didn't complicate to their consensus And Now they want these women by's want to remove people being able to vote hung jury They want to remove The reality that if you can't convince 12 people of something That that itself is reasonable doubt Right there They want to remove that and replace it with consensus because they're women And men who are Supplicating to women I guess it's So now they want to take this massive and miscarriage of justice that almost happened and they want to make it Standard legal standard

And also Do you notice how this is a subtle Self-own here? Oh, hey, uh, we we want to change how juries are conducted Oh, yeah, the way that we conducted it this jury is accurate to how yeah Now that's a subtle self-own because he's she's admitted Allison in a way what she did as the foreman is not procedurally correct But let's uh, let's uh or didn't result in the the outcome that she wanted, shall we say? That's not motivated reasoning Okay, let's go to the next one what's the next one because I've been bouncing around a little bit So I don't know where we are is it three three 25 or no, did we do that one? Ah, just give me a second here. I'll be the self. Yeah Sorry, we're bouncing on some a little confused. Yeah, no, this is a little bit complicated. This is a lot of material guys I did a lot of work on this All right

Okay, so let's go to three 25 all right three 25 And this is the first yes, it showed huge reasonable doubt stupid argument that they started out with one motive or Saying okay, so what this person is doing is she saying the defend or the prosecution started out in their opening statements with apparently a A mistake and what they thought happened Right, but this changes over the course of a trial. That's why the jury is instructed Not to necessarily Way the opening statement Right, so let's keep going. So this is the first one. This is the first Doofus. She's she's already trying to change the meanings of words to I don't know like she's trying to figure out how to like Frame this so it doesn't make Lindsey Clancy look guilty, but let's keep going. She hung out the window

Yeah, no keep going keep going. Yeah, I'll let them think that they were saying it was all disprove them Um, but that doesn't sometimes they're on professionals. So that okay, but that's fact-finding All right, does her hanging out the window is it germane To whether or not she was saying or insane Yeah, that's not just a logistical question You know, it's like She just she has gone into this deciding the truth and any evidence that One party in this is trying to figure it out is evidence that they're lying. Do you see that? So it's like if you don't if you don't have everything in order At the beginning of the fact-finding then you're lying. Well, what the what's the fact-finding for? Right, what what is interviewing these expert witnesses for if you already know everything

it's to Participate in the process of finding the truth And it's like this woman doesn't understand that It's just like the same thing with the juror the juror is like okay. Well this piece of evidence this piece of evidence I deal this way or I I'm coming to this conclusion based on this piece of evidence and this piece of that but in total This is my conclusion and the process of weighing everything becomes evidence that he is being duplicitous Like she's just basically demonstrated that women can't understand science or this this woman can't Because you don't know everything Before you start finding the facts Why it's called discovery and again? I'm pretty sure that the jury is counsel not not to necessarily weigh the opening statements Because if they're the opening statements things change And that none of this is germane to whether or not she was insane I want to point out all it does is show That she's holding the prosecution to an evidentiary standard

Right she's saying oh well this was wrong therefore it's reasonable doubt even if it's not even relevant to the question before the court Oh, okay, let's keep going all right I'm gonna bolt out to the case. I just found it to be harsh so very very harsh. I mean again The prosecution is hard. We're talking about with us. Yeah, they're doing their job, but it's harsh So it's here, but remember the prosecutor was a woman so the fact that They had no character witnesses To in we got to Lindsay of being a bad mother. I mean right out of the gate. It's like That's not your name Yeah, it's also not relevant like character witnesses stupid This is stupid argument number two Mm-hmm stupid argument number one is It inconsistencies in the opening statement while you're not supposed to necessarily weigh the opening statement Right, so basically they're holding the prosecution to their opening statement

Which they're not supposed to do and they're saying if there's any deviation That that's reasonable doubt over the whole case That's an insane standard and I'm pretty sure they would have been counseled not to have it number two Is the prosecution is harsh towards the defendant? What? Okay, all right, but also the prosecution didn't bring any negative character witnesses What do I think they would have said about the prosecution if they had like a train of character witnesses that were harsh towards Lindsay Clancy? What would these women say? That would be even more evidence of her innocence because the prosecution's being so mean to her Yeah, they're being so It's highly likely that the prosecution couldn't bring any character any Any character witnesses to Lindsay's bad character because that would have been ruled Prejudicial, prejudicial and not relevant to the question at hand, which is whether or not she was saying

Right, so they could they had their hands tied And this juror has the audacity to say Oh, the prosecution didn't bring witnesses it couldn't bring Well, aren't you an ignorant one? So this is the second bogus argument actually there's two here that the prosecution was harsh All right, what else are they going to be? Or they weren't compassionate to Lindsay Clancy and two the prosecution didn't bring character witnesses it probably was restricted from bringing in the first place All right, let's move on to three All right, so five fifty six Yes Oh, no wait, this is not Kevin. It's his three. It was already who's already you know keep people no no, no, it's not okay Was really really shot from his heart Um, again the prosecution had no witness Yeah, this is five fifty six Okay, I'm gonna go back a little bit okay, so that Kevin was really really shot from his heart

Um, again the prosecution had no witness to question her credibility This is the evidence of her innocence guys People that loved her family her through in laws. I mean even Patrick was very compassionate So we appreciated the fact that What was matter what matter here was compassion for Lindsay you real are you getting a picture here guys? Oh, yeah These women walked into the courtroom and they were like yeah, we're advocates for Lindsay Because she's a mom Oh Is there like some kind of hormone that turns on and women's brains when they become moms I I would think and I mean I would guess that Well, I don't know. I don't know. I don't think that Lindsay Clancy is the norm I'm just gonna go on the limb and I don't understand where this is coming from But they seem to be making the case that yes when a woman becomes a mother

she is Understandably becomes more murderous specifically towards her own spawn so her own Children Uh, offspring We got a ways to go and only if 18 minutes to get that I know I know with a bunch of more Medical BS and get more to the point of really who Lindsay Is in what her life was like we kept having to go now. We got it. We got it. We got to learn her Her backstory, you know, I watched uh, I watched Maleficent the other day and I and even though Maleficent was like the evil dark demon fairy queen that uh, you know tried to get revenge on the king By you know Poisoning his daughter and putting her to sleep for a hundred years and trying to kill him and take over the kingdom I learned that a man done did her wrong in that movie. So all of that stuff is understandable now So we just need context everybody context

I got to look at the whole way. I mean look. I think there's what I'm saying. I don't think that's crazy though because Like we have been bombarding people with this sort of like hey this person that's evil that you know Well, maybe they're not because here's some backstory that explains it and you're like oh well then I like this person now And now they're siding with killers and and child murderers. So you know Just saying it there could be something there Oh that okay, can I just point something out? Yeah This the the question before the court Was whether or not Lindsey Clancy was saying Yes, and knew what she was doing The woman has just said that that was medical BS and she just wanted a adjudication on whether or not Lindsey Clancy was Was a signaled her goodness to the violation of webs efficiently Which apparently she did because the prosecution Who couldn't bring probably couldn't bring negative character witnesses Didn't bring negative character witnesses. So they wanted to adjudicate this based on what Lindsey Clancy was signaling to the relational web

All right, let's uh, let's get to the next one six 22. All right six 20. Oh, yeah, that's what's playing right now So I'll go back a little bit. Yeah Right here selves back to the fact that She we weren't trying to figure out if she murdered the children she did And she's admitting that we're trying to figure out did she know right from wrong at that time And with everybody saying she loved her children so much and Everything proved she loved her children from our journals to um Her mother-in-law Everything proved that she loved her children. So she had to have snapped and not known what she was doing to me that okay All right, so there you go The the all of the prosecution's evidence that Lindsey Clancy was saying and knew what she was doing is irrelevant because the real evidence lies with

Did Lindsey Clancy well did Lindsey Clancy signal to the people around her that she loved her children correctly? Oh, she did well, therefore she must have snapped therefore she's innocent Right yeah, you know some of the stuff we've already gone on The last stream what we did yeah, I know that's but this is like that's number four. Yeah, yeah, let's go to number five We'll just get through this all right seven thirty should make any points at all to do did Was there any prosecution make any points you considered? No, I don't see feel like the prosecutor didn't themselves more damage than good by just Not thinking about Lindsey. I mean the the whole picture not just post-partum depression Not just a delusional not just the voice But the meds the whole cocktail of her mental health what the prosecution didn't do of them a favor By not thinking about Lindsey Clancy the product hey guys the prosecution and take it into consideration. What about her humanity?

Yeah, then they would have gotten further with these women Yeah And they didn't they didn't make any points at all so the seven thousand pages of evidence about Lindsey Clancy's Be hey like behavior and all of the the the um psychologist that saw her prior to the murder the states I called none of this penetrated they didn't even the prosecution guys didn't even make any points Not that the points were bad. They just didn't exist Because all that mattered Was that the defense proved that Lindsey Clancy was seen as a good mother by people who couldn't Actually tell if she was I mean I'm good like I said like I said last time The only people who can say if Lindsey Clancy is a good mother her children they're dead So they've speak with their corpses. No, she's not a good mother But we can now determine Whether or not she was saying but of course what they're saying here is that evidence didn't even didn't even enter the plaintiff their minds

Wasn't even considered it wasn't taking off the buffet of evidence Did even be considered by them all right? Um, we're gonna skip 1855. Yep. I already I'm already there all right Wait, who's your least favorite expert with this there was a few. I'm gonna hire right that right now so um Obviously, Dr. Mack. Yeah, how come? Um, I thought he was smug. I thought he was uneducated with I mean with his background But the four weeks of postpartum depression I didn't like his expressions. I felt like he was just not sincere at all and um, I thought he took way much time out from that court to prove what he wanted to prove and it was very ineffective to us Oh god I don't like I don't like the way he felt made me feel he was kind of uneducated his name was literally doctor something I was we don't know I was at what unbelievable

Unbelievable okay, what do you want to bet it was a spurg like he just yeah, he might have been there's a little bit more to this Sound bite, but yeah expert witnesses. Okay, let's let's finish there and then I will go on that Mack he had Mack he wasn't believable. He wasn't professional um Also, you know being a special ed teacher. I'm very used to what did he say having Giving my students wait time But some of those professionals needed so much wait time it was Hard to follow them Okay, so you're an idiot Okay, so while she works with special ed kids. Oh, maybe some of that rubs off. I don't know But I'm sorry Yeah, mentally disabled, but maybe they're teaching her stuff. Yeah So these expert witnesses took time to answer the questions

You know that when you're an expert witness There's a lot of stuff that you have to sift through to create an accurate answer So the fact that these people you know Jordan Peterson pauses a lot. Have you noticed that? Sure, he said well, it's because he's to think about what he's gonna say He tries to be very careful especially when we know that everyone is waiting for an opportunity to use your words against you If you like, you know, speak Carelessly enough. So yeah, let's smart people take their time if they're to say what they mean Exactly they can take a lot of time because there's a lot of factors in consideration I mean that what these women are revealing is they did no factors no consideration Right everything is just surface impression in the moment. Oh, he had weird expressions. Yeah, oh he didn't He seemed he seemed like one of my special needs children I'm insulting him by using my special needs children because I think they're stupid Oh god interesting like this is a this is a polling

But yeah, they took time to speak they took time to weigh their words They took time to consider all of the factors that as expert witnesses No doubt they had to consider and these women were like oh my god Just wasn't entertaining I had to think for more than five minutes. I have to follow a thought for more than four than five seconds Like how can you expect that from me? Okay, let's let's go to the next one. All right next one 21 07 All right What's happening You know we were waiting for an answer from the last note we sent which We named the juror that the number of the juror that um Who who had reasonable doubt but would not acknowledge he acknowledged it to us, but would not knowledge No, he didn't acknowledge it to you verdict

We just went over that remember If he said he had reasonable doubt that's not a win for you guys that means that he doesn't believe that she's innocent Or yeah, that's what it means like there's not enough evidence to prove her innocence So he has it well he has he does not have a reasonable um or he has a reasonable doubt That she is her sanity. Yes, like her of her insanity like yeah that hasn't been proven beyond a reasonable doubt But you actually listen to how the jurors are describing this thing He was he was looking at this piece of evidence looking at this piece of evidence and saying uh this gives me doubt No specification of what the doubt actually is about it could be a doubt to her sanity Considering that that's the evident that's the question like and then honestly the thing is that it sounds like he had the process He was like okay. I'm gonna look at the evidence of whether or not she was insane and these women were like, but that's not relevant Not relevant to an insanity play whether or not she's insane

It's whether or not she correctly signaled being a loving mother to the relational web like Like she virtue signaled correctly uh and and like again no awareness That psychos are very good at that can be very good at that narcissist can be very good at signaling correctly But being absolute bastards in private like all of these nurses seem to be unaware of that probably because it's a little It's a little too close to home for them But I got want to point out and then he immediately corrected them according to another juror when they said oh you have reasonable doubt He's like no So he's being hung For doing what a juror is supposed to do which is looking at the evidence letting it letting him move himself move one way or the other And then in total making a decision And they're just jumping on him for that. Okay. Let's move to the next time go because I know we're already there All right, here we go. You good. I think that's what it was

He admitted he had reasonable doubt and I started filling out the forms. I was so excited I actually the with three forms. I had a fill out and I started filling them out I wrote my signature on which is went through that and then oh what 30 no no we didn't Yeah, well, I played it. Yeah, no, no, no, no, no, no, I mean I we went through the time code where The guy said no, I didn't say that or at least the court of another juror. Yeah, yeah, yeah, right. Okay. Keep going keep going Yeah, well the net this is the no wait the 2809 Oh, okay, and he said but I'm still not gonna say that she's not guilty by reason of insane Yeah, he was very motivated thinking for these women Mm-hmm like we tried all different ways right and we had one of the jurors in a very calm way asked him some questions and he said I This and this didn't show it and this didn't show it, you know that he had doubt and he said it out loud and they said to him

That's doubt. Oh, no, I didn't say that Any clearly did so many times for me. I'm not sure what the Yeah, but it doesn't matter Okay, they don't they don't seem to understand the idea of conscience or Independent thought he may have had doubt at any time During the process of weighing the evidence, but if at the end he weighed the evidence and said no I don't this isn't reasonable doubt That's the way he should have conducted himself like what I'm getting is that the only person who conducted himself correctly is the holdout And then the other thing is that right here Right here they're saying I think what they're Based on all of this that I'm hearing Is that his problem is he actually looked at the evidence at hand and did not agree with them like I mean Can you imagine being on this jury and they're talking about oh she's correctly signaling

She's performing the dance of a loving mother She's learned it really well. She must have a fantastic choreographer Choreographer So therefore she's a loving mother and they're like that's not germane We need to figure out whether or not she's saying Right and then but what I know it's perfectly God damn and she and honestly he's right Because they're adjudicating on something that isn't relevant to the the question at hand is this woman saying And they've made up this entirely new concept of evidence In order to What a surprise land on the likely Belief that they brought into this entire process, which is that Lindsey Clancy's innocent And that they're advocates for women who have postpartum depression everywhere and just need to kill their kids because that's gonna make them feel better How does that work anyway? Now you got postpartum depression you kill your kids that makes you feel better

Hmm It seems like it's a little bit off, but let's go to the next one all right now I 2916. I'm already there him on numerous occasions the definition of a reasonable doubt from Judge Sullivan's instruction. He actually said one day in the end Well, why don't we have the judge come in and read it again and we were like no we have it in front of us Yeah, and you guys are you can't the anger voice? Yeah, yeah, she wants in the cage She wanted him to give up and just be like submit to She wants him to submit to their version of a reasonable doubt which he yes, which obviously from everything they're saying Is wrong and he like and he's like let's bring in the judge to please who will you people? Okay, let's keep going all right next this is the next time code now. I think 2935 Double checking wait Yeah, no, no, no, no, it's not that it's 3019

3019 yeah, sorry I'm on the scale. Do you think Judge Sullivan should have done an inquiry into this journey? Well, what he did was he took us all individually and asked us if If we understood the reasonable dollar doubt and everybody said yes So when we came back in the jury room at that point I said Well, if everybody said yes, then I you know because he should have said no Yeah, I said okay everybody raise your hands if you said yes And he raised the same That doesn't make sense and that's when a lot of us said you know what that's it. This is no changing this guy's mind Haha, thank god Thank god like as literally this this guy did everything he could Yeah, this this man was holding on to rule of law by his fingernails Right and listen to what they're saying

Okay, this is what they're saying The evidence that they weighed was a bunch of people Beaking off about this woman being a good mother when they couldn't have even known Right They were they were testifying to something that they couldn't actually know And they're ignoring the fact the the evidence before their eyes of three dead children whether or not She's a good mother and they're using the evidence that she's a good mother to say while she must have snapped So the war horrific thing that Lindsey Clancy did the more innocent she was and this guy was probably sitting there listening to this thinking I'm in hell This is insane This is freaking insane We have the question before the court is is this woman saying and I'm here wondering if women generally are saying If the women on the jury are saying The question before the court is this woman saying nothing to do with whether or not she's a good mother

And your entire framework of Generating reasonable doubt is incorrect. Please talk to the judge Right have the judge tell us all so we can bring it out in the open and it isn't your Narrative interpretation of reasonable doubt. That's what I'm hearing from all this No What the Was before the court and he's the only one who even considered it they even admit all the prosecution made no points no points What do you mean they just went up there during the entire trial and they were going homin homin homin homin homin For the entire fucking time They're just speaking like peanuts, you know, um Charlie Brown adult armor Yeah Like these women said they made no points. That's not physically possible What she means is they made no points relevant to what she had decided the the entire court case was about

Which was what were not Lindsey Clancy was a good mother Which was not even so it's like Thank God for this guy because he defeated he managed to wade through the swamp of abject Femaloid ignorance and come out the other end somewhat triumphant but very stinky All right all right Okay, and the 11th one. I'll just tell you what the 11th one the 11th one which is the crowning jewel of this shit Brick and caskets shit Is what we just covered which is that they want to make it they want to take away jurors Being able to vote their conscience and just replace it with majority rule Uh-huh, so they want to take their travesty of justice and export it to every courthouse in America Wow Yep, yeah women voting everyone Yeah

And they want to control that yep Yeah, and like again, I personally don't see how it's gonna happen because women have to vote to get rid of the vote So we'll see we'll see what happens. I don't even think that that is long isn't Isn't also cocked Like don't know if they're gonna be able to do it. Yeah. Oh, man Okay, let's uh, so that's it those are the 11th stupid ridiculous arguments that they made Absolutely retard nothing to do with the actual evidence Of whether or not she was saying or insane everything to do with people's facial expressions their demeanors Whether or not they thought before they spoke or had a fluent and charming way about them Whether or not Lindsay correctly broadcast her love for her children to people who couldn't really determine whether she did or not

no evidence No consideration or engagement with the actual question before the court Just a whole bunch of relational web bullshit Okay, there you go guys there you go Women and justice all right all right So uh, yeah, let's let's right. Yeah, the female injustice Oh, anyway, if you guys would like to send us a message and is there do we have any messages or we just got that we did let me uh I gotta read them so I got a Another super chat here. I believe it was from Uh, master goa who gave us five dollars and said I'm sorry if this is on topic, but I'm curious to hear Allison's story What broke her out of the out of or how did she avoid the sisterhood called a feminism? Um, maybe I don't know if you can give like a really short answer for that I think I think I might be one of the most D1A activated women on the planet

That's all Yeah, just considering what I live through Like I just I don't I don't feel any sense of security from the sisterhood at all Right none and I can see who is actually protecting women who is actually enforcing justice And I see who isn't and it's as simple as that I'm going to align with anybody who wants a society where you don't excuse child murders Yeah, that's it All right, okay, let's uh next up uh and four at 9819 D gave us five dollars and said super chat for the algo I'm not even spending my own money for this and then zarynx gave us a super chat for five and said Something I came across on x in the ancient Greek city of militus There was a high profile suicide by a young woman and because depression and suicide are Psychogenic illnesses some other melisean maiden saw the intention she got and committed suicide herself

And pretty soon they had a suicide epidemic How did it end you ask well? They tried everything but the young woman affected by this epidemic of madness seemed immune to reason And then the leader of the city decreed that the next suicide would be stripped naked and left hanging in the city center to be Leard at and then rot how humiliating you say how cruel how inhuman But that was the last suicide in militus now. I'm thinking that there are too many that are uninterested in capital punishment Fine how about we make permanent cases for such women as Lindsey Clancy to ever have to worry about another period for the rest of their lives Either capital punishment or something similar to what's done to petos. I'm good with either Okay, thank you for that. Yeah, that's because you believe that people have custodial roles and should be held to them On to death or serious punishment. That's that's a very masculine way to think about things All right, so and then lastly, I just got one that the last second So nobba fan 21 gave us a dollar and said feminist you just hate women me well

I see them more like a pet quoting omni man from invincible. Okay. Okay. Let's get out of here.
