Uh-uh. That's Gary's. Gary has a tea in the collute on the date. Good morning, Gary. Good morning, Ricky. Good morning. I'm America. Good morning. You was Friday a beautiful day in the neighborhood. And here's what's happening in celebrity news. Oh my god. Being on say, I'm gonna always week for her. Cause my, my heart just always goes out to it. Cause she's always seeming like she may be going through, you know, a little suffering alleged, but I'm sure she's gonna be okay. But here's to deal. Jay Z. Y'all recently hosted the world premiere of his HBO docuse series at New York's Metropolitan Opera House and is letting it be known. Y'all that Rihanna is a real one. Now they say he was accidentally, which of his famous athletes and musicians mentees stands out the most to him and why. Now after taking a moment to collect his thoughts,

Jay Z answered, I will say Rihanna. And here's why. We gotta be on it. The boys used to like, to the band. I didn't want it in the body. And God, you know, if I didn't get God's eternal, you know, you know, and she's in the shape of their life and they forget really quickly. And she's just always been like super solid and steady the whole way. Oh. I could imagine how Beyonce cringed when she heard that because you know, a while back ago, it was, you know, a little less that, you know, Jay Z and Rihanna were close. It would look a little bit closer to him. Um, um, um, his beautiful wife, um, um, um, Beyonce will have you, but he's saying that she's a real one and she just was there. And I just, oh, no, I believe that. What did you ever met, Rihanna? Yes, absolutely. That's all. Wow. Super cool, super sweet. You love to be her. Yeah, I'm a big man Rihanna. Yes, Lord. And Jay Z is as well. Oh, God. You know, it is just, oh, my God. I just, I feel, because every time I see Beyonce in autograph, she looks like she's just kind of going through something.

No, she don't. You know, like she's suffering. No, she not absolutely not. But I see just cry all day. No, she absolutely does not. All right, come on, man. No, she really does. Do you like Beyonce in the song, Gary? Oh, I love Beyonce. I like Beyonce music on the computer. She got a Sunday day on the plane. They made the bridge. I love it. Some she got this song called Creole. I love that. Some people see this be bopping off. You're learning the club. But I love that song. But anyway, I love Beyonce too. But never let you out there. Say that Jay Z's new documentary series, Jay Z in Asia, is directed by legendary producer Rick Rubin. Which y'all shows a candy conversation about Jay Z's music lyrics. His life experiences and his creative process. Now, it comes out tonight, job at eight o'clock, Eastern on HBO and HBO, Mack Y'all with two episodes driving each Friday through October of Asia. So, Margey of Calendars to watch this show. Because I came way to watch it. I hope they put Beyonce in it. Because I really want to see how she reacts. So, I just love it, dude. And we just want to see him. Just even just, just, just, just, just, just, just,

just, just, just, just, just, just, just, just, just, just, I just can't get the words. I'm just so touched by this. All right. I bet you didn't stop. I bet you didn't stop. You move it on. No, I really am. I mean, I really am. Moving on. And other celebrities, New Joc, Christopher Brown, he apologized to Texas representing his Janssen of Crockett, but a backlash. She received, honey, after presenting him with a congressional record proclamation. Nine Instagram story reasoning. He's brown. Apologized to Crockett, but not. Oh, God. He did not to Texas representing Vintin Jones. I know Vintin Jones very well. Why should he? Huh? Why should you apologize to Vintin Jones? Because Vintin, well, Vintin apologize. If you don't hear that, listen to this. Okay, good. I'll leave. Yeah, yeah, yeah. First off, I want to offer an apology. And I think that this is a very important conversation around domestic violence. And I want to offer my apology to like women, to women, and to anyone who has experienced domestic violence. And really expressed that it was not my intention to be able to stoke the traumas that goes into that,

as well as the background of this situation. We were here at the request, you know, of the venue to come in and to be able to honor the importance of this healing that was going on. So both Chris Brown and Archer. Okay, so what you do, what you're giving to him for, in order to just to cause some confusion, then he get afraid of the backlash. Right, if it was all that, you should have did some, what you call an investigating before you did it. Right. Like you should have did all that beforehand and just didn't participate in it. And Chris Brown was absolutely right. He did not ask for that. He just said it to be for him. Now you're doing something in there. You did through him to some mess. And then now you want to back on him, on a moonwalk. And I'm happy that Jasmine Cracken presented him over. Absolutely. It's just bad that people ain't trying to let him get it. He deserve it. What he did was so long ago, my goodness, everybody making mistakes. I'm here today by God's grace. I've been the prison. I made a horrible mistake, but I'm here. Me too.

I'm still driving. I'm still doing shows. People still love me. Life go on. Me too. Say it. Say it for the people. I love you. Some say everybody out there got their mouth and judge it. Folks, if you go without sin, then you can't have the first stone. And nobody out here perfect. On a one perfect person. Why would the face of this earth man? People kill me. And that's the only thing you can think of. You didn't do it. All these wonderful things. All the fit. You and Judy didn't fit. All these people gave hair products to the community service. Myself, we been out here doing stuff. And the only thing you can do is go back 10 to 20 years and point out somebody's flaw mistake that they made. When we were young, dumb, and then I went, it's like everybody else. How many dope, how many dope builders, how many pastors used to be dope builders? John P.K. built the church on the same corner when he used to say a dope. Wow. And that's a real testimony. He didn't tell you he built a church on the same corner. He used to say a dope. You know, everybody come from something and made some mistakes. And they nobody in their position to judge. Nobody, we don't ever, y'all didn't stop disrespecting Chris Brown.

But you may have, cause he's selling out stadium. He wants selling out stadiums. They're doing what he's doing. He wouldn't be talking about it. Yeah, but then was only trying to help and protect Black. Say out loud. He's selling on business. And you're going to do a stand on business. He should have presented it. After the fight, you do a war. And I stand by it and I don't care what you say. We can still go and help people in domestic bothers because they really do need it. There are a lot of domestic bothers, big, some victims out there. So let's do it. It would Chris Brown probably would have been glad to give him a donation to go to a local domestic violence shelter or something like that. But stand on business. Don't you think it was not against me? He was glad to walk up on stage and present that award in front of all of them people. Come on. You must go out and walk out on stage. Chris was a little tanker, though. He'd been honest. He was taken. You don't apologize to one. We can apologize to both. He should apologize to both of them too. He should have apologized to them. Yeah, we'll have a sign of man walking up on stage and found the 23,000 people. Absolutely. We have to go out there and read a proclamation

with them to sit the counts of shoes on. All of them, they'd be glad. But now you're going to walk it back. When you get back in that mountain, you can give it down with them people say, don't talk about Chris Brown. None of them said, I know what time it is. What time is it? Shall Allah be there. Shall Allah be there. Shall Allah be there. I don't got man. I ain't in the middle of the channel. Shall Allah be there. The color of the day, I didn't want to lie to you. But cool. My color of this, Erica. On the high, I just say Erica. And on the line, just a beautiful amethyst. And if I didn't realize, this is the newton they are giving colors of person name. So amethyst is Erica. So that's the color of the day. OK. And OK. Shall Allah be there. Erica is what are low in amethyst. That's a beautiful purple. Oh, amethyst. Purple. Never heard of that. Amethyst. No. Amethyst. Amethyst. Amethyst is the amethyst. That's beautiful. Y'all give it up again with tea if you would. Yeah. The way I do laundry hasn't really changed until now. Have you seen the new tide, evo? It may look different, but now I get it.

It's too dim, it's wake up, wake up, wake up, wake up, wake up! I appreciate it, Brian. You welcome, wake up! Alright, y'all, today we are celebrating the brums and subs. I order five theta fraternity incorporated. Their public model is building a tradition, not resting upon one.

And the Saturday is their Founders Day. I order five theta. And I was founded on September the 19th, 1963. And here with us today is their National President Orlando Grant. Good morning, brother Grant. How you feeling, man? Good morning, good morning, Ricky. Good morning to the morning. So, it proves good morning. How are you doing today? May we doing good, man? Thank you for jumping on with us this morning. I appreciate you using your platform to elevate not only the brums of our Yodafok theta, but all the D9 organizations as we continue to elevate and advocate in our communities and build better communities where impact will last well beyond the days that we are here on this earth. Yeah, and let me just say you in DC right now for the CBC. Are the IOTA is going to be doing something special at the CBC? Of course, man, we got a lot going on. We just completed our vote to live in on the yard at Howard University yesterday, where we were able to get nine or the nine D9 organizations and six international presidents to participate in our voter education about how getting young people out to the polls.

But what matters to get involved in certain parts of it is that we have hundreds of students from Howard participate and tell them about how to be active, how to be engaged and ultimately how to get to both understanding our being in the count and understanding what it means that their rights and their privileges will be impacted. We impacted the day on voice up that concerns of the polls, so it was exciting. We had a great conversation. I want to thank everyone who came out and participated in this event during CBC. We got Howard University. Well, Orlando is the national president of IOTA 5 theta. What does found as they mean to you and your fraternity? And how will you be celebrating around the country? Yes, Father Mayday is basically a birthday. It tells the world that we are here. We ain't going nowhere. 53 years ago, the March on Washington took place. Many of our founders at the March on Washington, and about three weeks later, they came together as non-traditional students, students who wanted to see change.

And they went to Morgan St. John, hey, let's do something different. And we wanted to establish something under the premise that we can build traditions and not rest upon one and that from that day on. And 63 years later, we are still building traditions. And realizing that the impact that we can have in this world would not be defined by our years or the amount of people we have, but we are going to do in our community. And we've been working hard. So all across the country, we're going to be having voter registration drives. We're doing walks for St. John. We're going to be, of course, socializing on one another, celebrating. We're going to be telling our brothers about what we can do and how we can make an impact. All across this globe, once again, yes, I ought to fight for you to have international chapters. And we're going to be celebrating the world. It's telling the world that I ought to fight this here. We're going to be building traditions and then not resting upon one by causing impact and positive impact in our community. So President Grant also fraternities and sororities are usually known for something. So now the sounds your organizations make, the colors of your wear, the dances and the stepshells. But what are the IOTA's known for?

Well, we're known for a whole lot. I can go through a whole litany of things. But you know, one thing that we do take pride in is that we still have the last living founder of the D9. And that's also awesome. I know you spoke with him a few years ago in our 50th anniversary on the show for him to be able to sit down and talk with him about the history why they were founded and all the blessings that honorable founder Linus Rill taught us. That is the key thing that we are taking pride in. And he gives us the reason why they came together to fight the civil rights movement. The same things that are going on today, that just years ago is going on again today. So that is our call to action. That is our purpose is to re-understand that the civil rights movement of 1963 is really the civil rights movement of 2026. And IOTA will be on the front line fighting that good fight just now found us dead back in 1963. So that's what we will be known for. That's what we are known for. And we always going to have a good time socialize step. But we want to make sure that our communities are better as a result of a chapter of IOTA 5.0 to be there.

And you're going to be celebrating your founder's day this weekend. Let everybody know how they can follow you and learn more about the good things that the IOTA are doing. Yes, you can definitely follow us. We got our website at www.IOTA 5.0.org. But definitely everybody use social media. Just look up IOTA 5.0 on social media. I appreciate you putting this on this platform. Yes, let's give a big shout out to the IOTA. This is our 63th anniversary anniversary. Let's rock it all today. Give brothers our good brothers our appreciation using your platform to make sure we go make this happen. Thank you so so much. I have it. I have you ready. I'll give it up for the national president of IOTA. Brother Orlando great y'all. I'm glad to want to wear you at my age. I'm not going to lie. I'm not going to lie. I'm not going to lie. I'm not going to lie. I told you I had it all that department this morning. No, no, this night. This night we all died. The car you know, not going to see that car. You know, you let you know I'm coming in. But he had a chance. I had to come to the little hood dog over you.

He used to build a real doctor. But he got his license to because he did something somebody don't know. But he come to the hood and he set up in the office by the little muffler shop by the what they do you tired of the mufflers that he got a little office setup. And then he let us out. When you get to make it a point why you can't make it a point. Now you got to do it. Now he got to do it early in the morning. He got another job. He worked. He worked. I'm going to eat your little boy. Pack it. So he got to do that. He got to do the apartment early. But he got me more. I got to do a pro pro pro spray is. So he got me down on your land down on the table right now. So they had me take. But they're crazy. Those I'm going to tell you this. But I mean, I guess it's okay because it's a doctor shot. But I had to have a pants.

Yeah, they got me laying on the table right now. I'm waiting on him coming in. Yeah, take a pass on. Yeah, I tell you my pants. I put it's a pro straight. Pro straight. It's on. It's down. I know. I'm waiting on. And what city was sitting you in? I'm in. I'm on. I can't move. I get down. I want you to move to turn. I like you on the. I got a. He's coming. He's going to hold on. Hold on. It was some melt. I'm. Why did you see why they got to why they play a kid? Why they playing not seeing the background? They said they want you to be relaxed. They put some.
