Since we beat Clemson and we beat Louisiana Tech, our season isn't over if we fall to the mighty Ole Miss Rebels at their home stadium this weekend. And I hate to say that they are mighty offensively. They are mighty, but defensively, I think we will be able to exploit them. So comment below who you think is going to win the game. And this is what I know about Sam Levit. So the first thing is he was indeed out yesterday or very limited yesterday and to my understanding Lenin Clark took a decent amount of the first team reps. Now, a lot of you know I've spoken to Lenin before. I did not speak to him last night. But I can say though, just based on my understanding, Lenin is ready to go if he is needed to go to the point where we did a film study on him earlier today just to see if he has looked really

4:33good through the first couple of games and Cliff notes version he has. But starting and actually playing against actual defense instead of mop up duty is a completely different thing as a lot of you know. So Levit returns to practice today in a bigger capacity for the walkthroughs and all of that per mat, Moscone. And I've also heard basically the same thing. And I spoke to a member of the orbit regarding one of these quarterbacks that the expectation is Sam Levit will start. Now what's interesting is Bud Elliott actually did the deep dive on this. But over the past couple of seasons, players under Lane Kiffin listed as doubtful have rarely played. Now questionable players play quite a bit and a guy like who we love TJ Dottery, he was listed as questionable trade S green listed as questionable questionable.

5:36They're probably going to play. The question is will Sam Levit be the second doubtful player for Lane Kiffin to actually play over the past couple of seasons. So the stand I believe 14 doubtful players, 13 of them have not played when Lane Kiffin and the staff have listed that player is doubtful. So it's going to be interesting. My best guess is Sam Levit will start on Saturday. That is my best guess. But Lane and Clark is ready to go. Okay, never has my phone blown up as much as it has because we also had one of the big barstable sports personalities tweet out some of my Lane and Clark content and that wouldn't make a viral and our phone just kept blowing up last night. So kind of a crazy situation. Obviously I'm cheering for Lane and I've gotten to know him a little bit, but I am more

6:37so cheering for LSU and I owe it to you guys to let you know who I believe gives LSU the best shot at winning this game on Saturday in the question unequivocally is Sam Levit. So I thought I don't believe in Lane then. It's the exact opposite. I do believe he is good enough to go out there and win as a game, but I prefer Sam Levit in a spot such as this one. Now, next thing and I think this is very relevant. Can the LSU defense stop turning at shameless? That is a big question. We did our full film study on him yesterday and you know going into this everyone talking about how dominant the LSU defense has been and look, I think it's going to be really hard for them to stop turning it at. I really do think so. And if I am wrong, I am wrong because I'm telling you right now if this LSU defense has a big outing versus Ole Miss, I have a tough time believing that we are not witnessing

7:44a very special unit and it's so much harder to have an elite defense than what it was in yesterday year, right? So it's a weird thing. It is a very weird thing going into this game where I am a little bit lower than most on our defensive matchup going up against Ole Miss. Now what I would also say is I was shocked at how bad the Ole Miss offensive tackles have looked in the first couple of weeks of the season. They have looked really bad. It's not too shocking because when Lane was at Ole Miss, he never really had elite elite offensive lineman. Sure, Bryson Sanders is good, the angel of ponds and so on and so on. But the truth still remains the same. Those positions in particular for Ole Miss, they simply could not block Charlotte's defensive ends. And now they are going up against LSU's defensive ends.

8:46Prince William A. Mey Allen, who knows this Ole Miss offensive line pretty well, I adore this matchup. And the truth is, you could be the most mobile, extraordinary quarterback on the planet Earth. If you have offensive lineman that are getting beat off the football immediately, it simply doesn't matter how mobile you actually are. So take that for what it's worth. Do I believe LSU has a leg up at that spot? I do. I just sink with the weight training at place. It does slow down your aggressiveness. So you take a look at Prince William, his sacks up to this point. A good chunk of them have happened on inside moves. Inside moves are more effective versus pure pocket quarterbacks. So you're going up against a dual thread. They're able to break that container and it could end up hurting you. So there's that aspect to it as well.

9:48But if Ole Miss is off its tackles, they're just getting whooped. It's just not going to matter and we're going to dominate. So we'll see. And if I were Ole Miss, I am running a lot more to tie in stuff because I am just not going to go into this game. Knowing that LSU's defense vans are playing at this level, I'm not going to lose the game to Prince Will and Jordan Ross knowing that they have been as good as they have been. Now the other side of that is LSU's best position group is probably their linebacker. So do you prefer to play 11 personnel sets and spread them out and try and run underneath them? I don't know. It's going to be interesting. Something else I thought that was very fascinating when I was breaking down Ole Miss is I thought Kwan Lacy looked really good versus Charlotte. And I know there's been differentiating opinions. We had our guests on last night. Chris Gordy.

10:48He kind of pushed back on that. He said he was kind of shocked that Kwan played. I am too. I thought they would have just rested him and just had him ready for LSU but he played. I really did. And obviously they had the transfer from Michigan State who's also a pretty good backup. They also have JT Lindsey as their third string back. So they should be pretty good at running back and then at wide receiver is where I think they are weak. Do Salisander is very, very, very good. But he obviously talked quite a bit this week. I think the rest of the receivers are kind of just guys. So you know, I'm telling you right now as much as I think this will be a high scoring game from a lot of your comments and just in general, a lot of what I have read for people that I trust, it does seem. Okay, it does seem that the LSU defense is in a better spot than what I think they're

12:54in right now and that this could be a big, big, big game for them going up against this potent Ole Miss offense. Okay. Let's go to DHW. We've already had Tony legendary CEO Jack B. Sonny says we should start landing and we're going to get to all your comments and I welcome to the channel, Mr. Michael. Is Sam Levin streaky or a real high-sertrophy contender? Well, he was just a bit to your definition of streaky. Did he have stretches of play versus Arizona State that made you go what the F? Yeah, there was some of that. He's a gamer, he's a competitor, he's going to do whatever it takes to be ready to play. ESPN has even reported on how obsessive he is about this game. So I do think Sam will be ready to go, but yeah, you're right. The down-to-down consistency needs to be better.

13:55And then also one thing I feel DHW. This was a concern going into the season. There are a lot of receivers on this team that have overlapping skill sets and you look at when he walk in, sees your pure slot guy and he's been so damn good in that role. Well, Jayce Brown is also a guy in that similar role. Can he step up on the outside and make plays? You have a guy like Trey Wilson who's had a good season up to this point. Well, he continues his great play outside of that fumble. Jackson Harris really started to come on. Had that bad drop, obviously versus Clemson, but he looked pretty good. I thought he had a few opportunities in this last game to make a few extra defenders miss. Hopefully we get to see that tackle breaking ability we saw at Hawaii. So look, the truth is this Ole Miss secondary is not a good group.

14:58Jaylen Braxton has been a multiple year starter for them. He wasn't good at Arkansas. And now he is at Ole Miss and he had a treacherous game versus Louisville. So to me, I think the biggest matchup advantage for LSU is their defensive ends going up against Ole Miss's offensive tackles and LSU's wide receivers going up against this Ole Miss secondary that's not really been that good. And one thing I would say, I do not like it when a head coach is in a high profile matchup. In particular in the regular season, when he also has to call plays. So let me break this down for you. During the college football playoff, it's not a seven day strike from game to game. So I feel a little bit more comfortable with a play calling head coach because you just

16:01have more time to do all the tasks at hand. Whereas if you are a play calling head coach, let's say obviously LSU doesn't have a play calling head coach, but Ole Miss does in peak holding. He still calls the defense. So think about all the media stuff he has to do. Think about all the extra administrative stuff. Of course they have been preparing for this before Charlotte, but it's still a lot on the play to peak holding to get ready for an offensive coordinator that knows him better than anyone else. And all that offensive coordinator has to do is call plays. That's it. So I do think even though all the pressure is on Lane Kiffin, the truth is the hardest thing for a head coach to do during a game is call plays if they actually do indeed call plays. It's why I'm still not a believer in Steve Sarkiesian because there's just so much pressure on a head coach to win a big game.

17:02And I'll top of that you're also calling plays. So for me, when they have played the better defenses, peak holding got really been that good. 2024 versus Garrett Nussmeyer. And that LSU offense couldn't get off the field on fourth down. You played two men under in every play. Last year versus Georgia had a nine point lead in the fourth quarter. Guess what? Couldn't get off the field. Couldn't win that game. Then last year versus Georgia in the playoffs couldn't get off the field. Luckily enough, they did get a red zone stop and eventually the stripling pass happened and you won the game had a chance to win versus Miami. Couldn't get off the field versus Aliveau had a 14 point lead. They had no timeouts. Couldn't get off the field. So peak holding which he is known for being a defense coordinator has been more bad than he has been good.

18:03When it comes to actually calling plays defensively versus the better teams. Now no one is going to deny his defensive prowess. He is a very bright defensive mind. You wouldn't have been hired by Sabin in link if and if that was to the contrary. He's a Louisiana guy as well. But play calling has been less than ideal. So I do think LSU has a huge coaching advantage in this game. I think the next week versus Texas A&M they will also have a big coaching advantage in that game as well. It's one of those things where you do have to try to sling in the staff to go out there and get it done. So let's go to Michael. Welcome to the channel Michael. You have got a big smile man. I like to see that. Maybe the strategy is to hold Sam back until the dirty attempts to take out our key players get stopped. Well, I'm glad you brought that up.

19:05I do not think Ole Missus players are going to play dirty. I understand that that's been a prevalent theme this week. What I would say though is I did not think Ole Miss did something responsible by making this a light up wristband game. So I'll put it on the screen. At all like putting Ole Miss content on the screen. But they're going to have these light up bands at the stadium on Saturday. Play the wristband. If you have been to any concert or any big event, you have put one of these on your wrist before. If Ole Miss starts to lose, these are going to get chunked onto the field.

20:11I do not think this was a responsible move. I think Ole Miss has handled this well. I want to shout out the LSU football report. They ordered funky pizza for the Oxford Police Department. I thought that was great. I feel like all the extra security has been great. They have even barricaded the LSU player section. So I felt like this security has been good this Mr. Mark. You do not want to give a hard object to a fan to throw onto the field. Then it gets into a pretty interesting dilemma. How good is the fan experience going to be for Ole Miss? And it would not shock me. This isn't me calling out Ole Miss fans because if I was in LSU season ticket holder and the roles were flipped, let's be honest, we would at least think about selling out here.

21:13Tickets to this game are at a ridiculous price. To the point where you can justify paying off your entire season tickets and then some with this one game. You have to pay $1300 to state a Lakinta Inn. We're not talking about a four seasons. A Lakinta Inn. We were in New York City for four nights, stayed within a train ride to Madison Square Garden. And then paid $1300 for four nights in New York City. So this is the biggest event in the history of Oxford. That's not a shock. This is one of the biggest games LSUs ever played in. You could pay a lot of shit I'd off selling this ticket. I think about all the media, friends of the channel, snap back sports are there, bar schools there, got all these big sites, business reporters, all of it just so they can see this spectacle. Well, not everybody can get a media credential.

22:16They're selling tickets. So I think the fan experience will still be hostile. There's going to be a lot of birds being flipped. But if you can set the tone early, you could take them out of this game pretty quickly. Okay, because I do think in the Ole Miss Fingens guts, I do think they feel their guy isn't good enough to stay toe to toe with Lane Kiffon. I truly do believe it. Okay. DHW. It's awesome to hang out with you again this year Carter brother and arms. I love you, man. I love you too, man. Love each and every one of you. Crazy. This is also interesting.

23:18If you are an LSU fan and you have tickets in the Ole Miss student section for whatever reason, no person wearing an opposing team's gear or colors will be allowed entrance into the student section in Oxford. So I saw some LSU fans get kind of a turd by that. How could you deny somebody? Well, part of that's on us. We had a fan fight some students last year at a baseball game. It's also how they do it in England where if you're in an opposing section, you can't wear the other team's colors. It's not too out of the ordinary in particular in the student section. So I don't know how anybody would have tickets in the student section, but you know, Crowley, what's good? Hold it down in the northwest. Oh, baby.

24:19But you know, I don't, I don't think any of you have tickets there. I don't know how many of you are even going. I should have done a poll earlier this week. How many pH Lers are actually going to again? So very, very interesting. Tony says just bring Mike and let him roam the stands out of control of the crybaby fans. Oh, yeah, let's go. Okay. I'm going to go ahead and see. Got into it's a mold of this fans today on social media. And I shouldn't have stepped into this and I take full blame for this. Okay. And last thing, Pierre says, what if they're ECU pirates, or what if Ole Miss has a QDog chapter and a megacifi?

25:23I don't know if Ole Miss does that doubt they do. But if they have cues on campus and they have student tickets, are you really going to deny the cues? Is that what we're going to do? You're going to let the Omega sci fi throw the hooks in the student section and Oxford. And then you're going to go ahead and see if you can get a chance to get the CQ dogs. What if you want to wear purple and gold? What if that's the case? Daniel says he's watching from North Folk Nebraska. That's awesome. Okay. But I got into it with some Ole Miss fans about the growth. Okay. And this isn't a new rant. I'm not the best tailgator in terms of going to different SEC schools. I like Chris Phillips. I like Jack Settlement. People that put sweat equity into actually going to these games, not going to deny their

26:28expertise on the subject. But every time I read a blog, people tell me about how the growth is overrated. The one time I went, it's kind of overrated. Not going to lie. Why is it that everybody that goes to an LSU game when it comes to tailgating? I say, oh, I'll live up to expectation. Look at this slate of SEC games. Georgia versus Arkansas. Vainer versus NC state. The Jared Curtis first start. Alabama versus Florida state. Texas ain't him versus Kentucky. Mississippi state in South Carolina Florida and Auburn. This is a good slate. This is a really, really, really good slate. It's not in the lead slate. But it's very, very, very good. I can make a case in Mississippi state.

40:00to do is I feel like do Salisander is going to motion quite a bit. Who are they going to try and get him matched up versus non DJ picket defensive backs. It's going to take our guy stepping up to the plate and being really really really big in those spots. Something else we mentioned this in the film review as well. If I am Blake Baker I am crowding the line of scrimmage a lot versus LSU in this game. I'm crowding it a lot. And the reason is I said against LSU in soul miss. Trinidad has taken one sack this year and Lane if you want to hear him go wild on a subject. One of the biggest things he liked about Trinidad is how good he is at affording sacks. And he really didn't have any bad sack games outside of Florida last year. Miami to a certain degree.

41:00But the only sack Trinidad had was when the line of scrimmage was crowded and Charlotte actually backed everyone out and did a rush three with the QB spot. I'm doing a lot of that. Okay I'm doing a lot of that because one thing that Trinidad has struggled with seeing are overhang defenders in zone. Okay. That is what I would do. One thing I would be very careful with with Chamblis is I am simply not blitzing him a lot. He is so good at dealing with the blitz. I would be very selective in how I actually decide to pressure him. And I also think I would trust my defensive backs in coverage versus all miss his skill guys. I'm still not a believer in the non do salix and receivers.

42:01Even though Caleb Cunningham has shown some flashes, John T. Cook's a former five star. So if I'm Blake Baker, I am doing a lot of line of scrimmage crowding. I'm trusting my DB's and man. You know teams to me, it feels play more middle of the field closed. Coverage is I would just play some simple two man under mix in some of that as well. So obviously Blake's defensive prowess is 10 times better than mine. The one thing I would do though is versus Chamblis last year. Our defense played really well. It was when we gave up wide open games. That's when we started to hurt ourselves. And if I'm being fair, a lot of those wide open games were in the direction of Harold Perkins side of the field as was often the case.

43:01So I do think we'll be a little bit more organized and I've given up wide open pitching catch conversions because we had quite a few of those. Dayquan right on a fourth down. Dayquan right to end the game. Ironically, another one of our players and winning walk in wide open. You just on a third and Placaman. Well, Rancid cats in here. Third in Ponce, Dula. When he just ran, sat and they're able to throw it in because we weren't lined up properly. So getting lined up is going to be big. And I also think our defense in many ways is going to be better suited for this game because well, we go up against an offense that goes fast. And John David Baker at a CU ran more place per game than all missed it. So he likes to go even faster than Lane Kiffin goes. So it's very, very, very, very interesting.

But Kai Frazier listed as questionable to back up. Pretty interesting. But the guy that I have really enjoyed watching is Cam Franklin. He's blocked a kick. He's one of these traditional, thicker edge players, suntering Perkins who we're very familiar

56:05with. So we have a fourth matchup with them. More of your Harold Perkins type of player. Little Eccles as good as it gets at defensive tackle. Blake Purchase is also an interesting in. I've seen him play a decent amount this year. Luke Verelli, the linebacker transfer from Cal. Not in love with this Ole Miss back seven. And I think that's the weakest position group in this game, which are the Ole Miss defensive backs. Which is interesting because Janela Guero is a former five star. Pretty good player. But Jalen Braxton is someone who's experienced who you can attack. Don't go to the office side of the football. Thres Davis 55 was a traffic cone on tape. I love that matchup for LSU. Tommy Kinsler, same thing. You can see Carrius Kern who transferred over. He's third string. He might be just not good.

And they talk about Lane Giffin being petty. When all of this has happened, simply because of the worst college football calendar ever made.

1:00:18And look, there is a lot that you could criticize LSU about. A lot. There's a lot that I think a lot of you would say, hey, you know, I wish we weren't associated with that. Hey, I wish that person wouldn't have said that. I think a lot of us would agree with that. But it's interesting that a year's sixth quarterback who is a high-profile player in this game. He's the best player in this game. I think trade-as is better than him. But the most impactful player in this game is Trident Ad Jammless. Year six. At all Lane Giffin won, it was year five players. It seems as if the SEC has been against LSU in this game. Seems as if Ole Miss is the ones that are really claiming this thing up for more than a football game. And I get why. But ultimately, it comes down to what is between those white lines.

1:01:22I think LSU's got the better roster. Thus, they will win this game. Final score. LSU wins. 38 to 30. That's actually too high of a score. It's interesting because if you go to our Patreon page, every advanced analytic projector has the under-actually hitting. And I have believed for a while now that this game is going to be higher scoring. But that does kind of frighten me that the sharper people thinks that this game will be lower scoring. How bad do you think it gets realistically if LSU wins? Yeah, it gets pretty bad. It gets pretty bad. I know this is just a talking point over and over. But Ole Miss fans are not going to want the wrist bands that are given to them, that are a hard object.

I mean, he has a full year of starts. So, you know, you have that goal in form and he's got weaknesses. But, you know, his arm is spectacular. It is truly breathtaking.
