Alright, so if you were new to quick picks, what we do on this show is that we take any generic cricket category and we draft draft our top five each for that category, it is Snake Style draft competition, which basically means that the pick order goes 1, 2, 3, 3, 2, 1.

3:05Sometimes we create or we combine to draft teams of 12 and sometimes we combine to draft really stupid teams of 12. It's one of those shows, guys. We have the teams that are not stupid. Yes. We are going to attempt to build a cricket team of superheroes and Jardikimba has first pick. First pick is Neo from the Matrix. And if you remember, ABW is was often called someone who could essentially top stop time to bat. Neo can literally stop time to bat. So can't think of anyone better to bat in that middle order and just a counter attack, you will. I like that pick. He's going to stop the balls mid-air and then he's going to duck really fancy, right? The bounces. Oh, you're going to go like, woohoo! Imagine trying to hit him with a bounce out. What a waste of your time. Absolutely. Alright, first ever pick on quick picks. Yes, it is. Oh, wow. I thought I would pick the spinner. There are lots of different things people I could pick for the spinner.

4:05But I thought I'd pick the scholar, which be the spinner? Oh, I like that. I like that too. For reasons, not only because she can alter reality, but because she can control things with her powers and she can easily turn the ball. That's why I think it was the end of she at the bat then. She's down the orders. Yeah, because she actually has to throw her hand. She's not very good. Scarlett Witch, it's halfway through the MCU. There might be one of the best characters ever here. And let's just, in the first movie that she's in. She's barely even a sub-slot. The most interesting thing that happens to her is her brother dies. And it's like, what are you guys talking about? So I have written a series that hasn't come out yet, which is all about the MCU in sporting terms. I'm like, that is the person you are scouting. I remember watching that movie going, what? Wait, what? This has to be the main star. And eventually they got their big fan. I can see how she could captain. Those are her spin as well. Alright, well, the scholar's time as well. Oh, yeah. The steam should have been a really good spinner.

5:05Anyway, that's a solid start for Eek in his on his quick picks debut. Alright, I've got two picks. I'm going to go for a really vanilla one. All of you probably had him. There are a lot of speedsters, but Flash is the most obvious one. Nothing Flash for running between the wickets would make sense. I flash her fast. Oh, for running between wickets. Actually, I actually, I actually, I actually click so. It's the same thing. It's the same thing, but that's, but I like this. Flash should be the fast polar. Yeah, okay. And the next one you guys will really enjoy. Now, I'm not sure if we keep this person as a super fielder or a wicketkeeper. Give me Mr. Fantastic, the guy who stretches. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, and I feel like he could keep wicket because, you know, nothing would go past him, but he could really feel anywhere. Yeah. And he could be that, you know, all-roundery, three-dimensional cricketer that we could really use in the steam. Now, I get that. I think that's a decent pick. I was trying to remember which one Mr. Fantastic was, but is he from the four?

6:05Yeah, yeah. Fantastic. Dr. Reed Richards is also that guy, man. Pedro Pascal. Oh, Pedro Pascal. Can we just pick Pedro Pascal? Do we need him to be Mr. Fantastic? Yeah. I mean, our Dr. Reed Richards is the Pedro Pascal version because we just need, you know, that, that, Fayscott. It's you, isn't it? Yeah, what is it? Is it how it works? So this is a snake style draft that goes one, two, three, three, two, one. I said that at the start of the show. You're too. All right. I think we need an all-rounder. And if I had to pick an all-rounder, I'm not a big fan of this stupid here on myself, but I would do Superman. Only because he could do almost anything. And be great at fielding. He's actually also playing speed as the flashing comment, which makes flashpoint less build. He is definitely a fast-pooling all-rounder though. Like, he's more of a fast-pooler than he was a badger, right? What's the cricketer that Superman is most like? Bad gunmen. And the obvious answer is, it's got for sobers. Yes, that's right. And little bit disgusted in both of you.

7:05Well, Clark Kent has, like, the gunmen's tingling, right? Even, like, Patrick was even wears spectacles, you know, and is a non-thinkable. When he's not bowling cars, he's not bowling cars. So, if you just are like, Pat Cummins, and I don't like Superman. Oh, so you can't wait. You're going to make a complicate, because you could have gone on Captain Marvel. He would really like. I would advise a ton of things. You could have done a few things. Do you want to update it? Yes, I would like to. Oh, he's allowed to update it? Yeah, he's a child. Okay. Also, I'd rather have kept the Marvel in the face. Yeah. Maybe not the only captain. We'll get to the next one. I think it's the only captain, buddy. I don't see any other captains getting in here. I've been a captain, it's in my list. All right. We need a number four who is incredibly talented, but incredibly selfish. That's why I've been thinking about the number four. I'm not sure if either of you know not about this superhero, but I'm going to Dr. Manhattan. I don't know. Oh, my God. I'm a watchman. Big fan of Dr. Manhattan. He's basically Superman as well. He is, but he's. Do you know what he's just cool? He's kind of like a grumpy Superman.

8:06He's kind of like a weird horny Superman. He is a weird horny Superman, isn't he? Yeah. So yeah, I've always been a big fan. I love the comics. I love the moves. I haven't seen all the TV shows, but big fan. I think Dr. Manhattan at number four. Again, cholera. As you know, as how I want my name. Well, I mean, he's not my favorite watchman character. Rawshack is. Oh, same. Yeah. I mean, there's still chance. I don't just have one watchman character in it. I did have a raw shack on my list as well. But I'm actually going to go something a little bit different. You want to see him who is kind of a little bit mechanical. You would just go at the job all day, line and length. I suppose you could be. Yeah. Flash is the quick one with the new ball. And then robot cop is like the, the, the one who just bullslighten and metronomic. So I need a first change and so for that reason, I can't pick the main superhero. I need to pick the second fiddle guy and I'll go rob it. Robbins, the guy who was just going to give you the long spells, who you use when you don't want to use the other guy. He doesn't have power. Yeah. He's like, sweet. Basically, yeah. He's just going to be in there. Are you sure you want me to write this down?

14:09You want me to reconsider? No, no, I never said that. Don't do it. Okay, wait. See, I was simply the hulk at five, but you put me outside. If you want to put Robin in, you put Robin in. I mean, barely a superhero. I don't like you. More like a superhero's assistant. But sure, he's in now. Yeah, again, does that know you? If you had me at first drop, I would have gone to hulk at five. Yeah, but I feel like the Hulk is just trying to hit it. Robin, we're just 60, probably going to be 12th man in this team. I think Robin should be 12th. Yeah, I was the drink guy. What have you got? For the SEMA, I would pick someone he's probably not going to be very good at batting. But he is selfish and you'll definitely think about what he's doing. You think about the world much else. So I think Cyclops. Okay. Yeah, laser focused. You could see. Yeah, I don't know. I do like that pick. That's not bad at all. All right. So yeah, yeah, Robin's getting the drinks. And that kind of makes sense as well, right? Robin can cheer.

15:10It's funny how even in this kind of a crit creeps, he can screw up the 12th. So even with a 12 year old here, you managed to be the one who picked the random thing. Hey, all right. I wanted to pick the hulk I told you. You had Neo at five. I would even be the Hulk because the Hulk is a conscious when he doesn't. You have to be the right Hulk because that was in his conscious. But that's not a superhero. That's a villain. And someone in someone's. Okay. We need number three. Yeah. I am going to go judge Dredd. I have no idea who that is. You don't know what? No. Oh, my God. We need to show him judge Dredd. Yeah. Judge Dredd, he's one of the few like famous non-American superheroes. Dad, he's an answer to the number. Hey. Oh. Okay. He's a judge. He's an English superhero who is a police officer who, yeah. He's an answer here. Well, he's an answer here, aren't he? He's a hero. He puts people in jail who do drugs and things. Can I put Batman on the list them? No, we've got a 12. And I'm going to go pick your sister up from school because apparently I've forgot because that's her first day back. I'm going judge Dredd. He's awesome.

16:10He wears a helmet. He's on a motorbike. He shoots people a lot. What's going on here? Also, I've got I picked people with helmets on. So why has it already made for cricket? for cricket.
