1:26All right, y'all. So let's kick off this latest sending a congratulations to Bun B because it was announced that he is adding a fourth location to his Trill Burgers Empire. So, hey, see, yeah, so this will be another Houston area location. And this new Houston location will actually be the first Trill Burger location for the late night hours. So congratulations to Bun B.S.H. Expansion Empire. I'm gonna tell you something. The Trill Burger is as good as advertised. After all these years, I finally got a Trill Burger over the summer. So we talked about Jay-Z in the last latest. And I told you guys that the woman, the Jane Doe, who accused him of sexual assault,

2:27almost two years ago now, recanted, fully recanted her statement saying, she had never even met Jay-Z. But there's one part of this I do want to mention. You guys mentioned last latest that that story won't get amplified as much as all the other stories. Well, there was a story that was recently amplified. Jay-Z, the headlines where Jay-Z lost appeal to revive extortion defamation lawsuit against Tony Busby. So when that lawsuit was dismissed, remember Jay-Z filed an extortion lawsuit and separately a malicious practice lawsuit against Tony Busby because he's like, now I'm taking this to the first extent, even though a judge already dismissed her claims, because obviously it wasn't tracking. Well, I just want to mention that when that was dismissed at the time, the judge only did that because the judge is like, there's no proof that Tony Busby didn't know that her claims weren't correct or weren't founded at the time of recent she did extortion. Let remember that crazy letter that Jay-Z got. But isn't he a lawyer? Like shouldn't lawyers have some level of discernment? Well, Tony Busby and team said that they did their due diligence to up until that point when things kind of took a turn. But now, because of that statement that we just talked through,

3:30the declaration that Jane Doe made where she says she, she says in her own words, nothing, directly, nothing was ever investigated. She says that there were certain lawyers that represented her that she hadn't even met before. There were certain questions they didn't ask her when she told them that she had suffered, you know, from certain medical mental illnesses. They never asked her about them. They never asked how it affected her memory. There's just a lot of things that did not happen. I wonder why I hope it's not someone bugs being them. She did. No, he did. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. So he sued him for extortion first and then malicious practice. The extortion lawsuit was dropped and everybody was like, up see Jay-Z didn't even have no no leg to stand on in that. But now, because of Jane Doe's claims, he can go back to his house and yeah, he can't sue him. He can take this because it was filed in New York. He can take that over to California and say, well, look, she's saying that there was no, none of the justice, none of the investigations were done. So, you know, if Buzz be them are saying they did do diligence and they couldn't, they couldn't find out she was lying. Doesn't it show there incompetence? If you did your due diligence on a person and this lie can't got through,

4:32doesn't that show there incompetence as lawyers? Yeah, and they try to make it seem like once her story begins to get shaking and things didn't add up. That's when they decided to just dismiss the lawsuit. She's like, hold, should be entitled for some some compensation. Here we go. Especially lawyer fees. Here we go. I got to pay all this millions of dollars for lawyer fees and you didn't do your due diligence the right way where you could tell she was lying. Yeah, man. Since you got to pay millions, yeah, man. Since you wait just back, situations like this can't just be of my bad. An example needs to be made. Creech need a bot. Okay. Like, you know, for real, people should not be allowed to make false accusations, damaging reputation and then say my bad two years later. If you waste the court's time and file false accusations, you need to be punished. Yeah, it's not about her mental health. What about J's mental health now? What are all that? That's what I said earlier. Yeah, blue needs another painting on the wall. They should be able to get that money. Yeah, that's bad. Yeah, that's bad. I don't care. And I don't care the young woman is broke. Something has to happen to you because situations like this cause damage to your reputation and finances and the lawyers who took the case, they should lose their life. Yeah, the lady, yeah, cool, but the lawyers who took that case, but no lawyers should be licensed.

5:34I got money in time. That'll be the next update is what is going to happen. Not even just in the opinion of the people, but how the courts are going to handle these attorneys now because this woman has documented very in detail about what did not happen. That should have happened because these attorneys were supposed to be acting in good faith. And if she does have mental health issues, then she was preyed upon. And a woman like this who had mental health issues and was taken advantage of by lawyers, hey, all of y'all got to go to prison. Yeah, something they got to be some type of punishment, something has to happen. Okay. Yeah. No lawyer should be licensed to commit fraud, man. All take advantage of people with mental health issues to push cases like this. Over, over, over. He got time and energy and money. You should go at him. Yes, absolutely. I'm sure he will.
