The rush hour with James Golden entertaining and informative on the Red Apple podcast network. Defending his belief that the Massachusetts mom is guilty of murdering her three young children. His name is Michael P. Deserrandville and that juror is now issuing a statement that reads this quote. I didn't have any doubts as I tried to explain different possible theories during deliberation. I kept getting cut off as if I had doubts based on the evidence present. Based on all the physical evidence key witnesses and what the prosecution
presents. I thought it was enough proof that she knew exactly what she was doing and planned. So his response comes after public scrutiny from several fellow jurors. The four person claims that he admitted he had reasonable doubt doing deliberation but refused to find clancy not guilty by reason of insanity. So the whole that jurors new attorney describing him as a man of God posting quote. This American hero and champion of justice loves the United States. America says greatest country in the world. Chairs is our sacred Constitution as the pinnacle of human liberty. Lindsey Clancy's next court hearing is scheduled for September 29th. The Pumptu County DA is not yet announced whether the state will retry the case. Well, my friends, this is not something. Yes, indeed, it is welcome to the Friday edition of Boston, Louise Rush hour, the fastest hour in American media. Glad to have you aboard. Mrs. Des, a desk run riddle has blown through the narrative.
And man, oh man, what a day that is. Let us, you know, the 60 minutes interview is coming up. So here we are back in Clancy land. He says he did not have reasonable doubt. He mentioned some things they were trying to tell him he had reasonable doubt. No, he didn't. They cut him off and they did double blood. Let's go back through my friends and just listen to a montage of some of these juror interviews and the Reddington lawyer that's cut for Elias. They got us to this point with this guy had reasonable doubt and he voted anyway like he's some kind of liar. Here you go. I mean, he had reasonable doubt. He admitted he had reasonable doubt. After we watched that video of the interview, he said I this and this didn't show it and this didn't show it, you know, that he had doubt and he said it out loud. And they said to him that's doubt. Oh no, I didn't say that.
Any clearly good so many times. But eventually there was just one holdout who he said expressed doubt about the case but voted to convict Clancy anyway. It was definitely frustrating mainly frustrating when he explicitly said, you know, I don't know if the prosecution or the defense proved their case. But this person again, like I said, that person really struggled with and again, acknowledged the no reasonable doubt but still is not able to apply that like needed to remove the juror who refuses to accept your instructions on the law unreasonable doubt. And that's the last one, the Reddington guy. Now coming up on 60 minutes is the interview with the social media has exploded with these as WMs, the social media women. Most of them white liberal women, let's just be honest about it, who are all in favor
of Lindsey Clancy not being held to account for killing her three kids. But they also, many of them have gone on record is saying, the husband did it. It was Patrick Patrick did it. The husband did it. I can't believe we played the clips for you here of many women from that ilk. The husband did it. It was the husband. Oh, by the way, today we're not just staying with news stories. On current events, we also have some social media women talking about other things and other cultural stories that we're going to get to. It's Friday. So we're not just going to stay with the hard news. We're going to stay with some other, we're going to go with some other news. Anyway, what's some other news to? I find that now there's definitive proof, I think at least in my mind, that Patrick Clancy's wife is a liberal too. They're attacking one of why do I say she's a liberal too because we have a sound bite from her.
And she speaks in liberal ease. Let's play it. Let's play the sound bite and I'll explain what I mean to those of you that don't know what I'm talking about. Liberal ease. Let's play Dr. Rachel, Rachel Dennis, who is the wife of Patrick Clancy. That is cut number three. And this is an excerpt from what we're going to hear on 60 minutes coming up here with you. I don't understand how the story has been so twisted, but I would hope people know that Pat is, as I said before, the most selfless father and supportive partner. And I was just a girl that met a guy running in Central Park on a really cold Saturday. And I don't think there's anything wrong with that. Okay, did you hear the liberal speaking it?
Look at listening to the way she says the end. Listen to the AOC, Mr. All End. And then she goes up. The partner. He's a little bit of a partner. That's all liberal ease. Plant one more time and let's go through it and we'll flag the liberal flag points for you. Go ahead. I understand how the story has been so twisted. But I would hope people know that Pat is, as I said before, the most selfless father and supportive partner. Partner. And I was just a girl that met a guy running. And that's look. She's one of you. All you liberal women, she's one of you. And you're attacking this poor woman. Cut her some slack. The whole interview is going to be amazing. Now, you know, what else was one of the street teams? He's got their cameras everywhere now.
They're growing. They're in Washington, DC. They were in New York, I think. Yeah, they're in New York. You know, TMZ caught walking down the street. They caught Judge Judy walking down the street. And of course, you see Judge Judy walking down the street. What are you going to ask her about? Well, let's listen. Cut five. This is Judge Judy. Here you go. We have to ask you guys. Tons to talk about. The big is a haze. I'm raining on you. She's signing autographs by the way. She looks great. Let's do what you're doing in that case. Which one? Lindsay Clancy. The most famous one, the kids. Unfortunately, she got a little bit of a children. You know, there's a miscar. I can't give you a two minute answer on that. Well, do you feel like she was guilty? Or she didn't get back into it. Do you feel like what you're checking this? No question. The idea that she killed her children. Only question is, is there an excuse for?
Right. Make a few own lines on that one. Right. What do you think she's having next? Should she be retried and maybe if not retrying, could that create more copycat? I think there's a danger in that. A danger in that. Yeah. One last thing yesterday, TMZ got Nancy Mase and she called for the public execution of Lindsay Clancy. Any comment on that? Thank you so much. I think it's ridiculous. Yeah, that's it. The thing is ridiculous. Nancy Mase called for the public execution over. Yes, TMZ quarter. Yeah, okay. Thank you very much. All right. I said today's Friday, right? We're going to do some other things besides just the hard news. Let's check in. This is Dave Roberts. If you're heading into summer without a medical emergency kit, you're taking a risk. Speaking of family matters, you know we should have here lies. Do we have slime the family stones family affair? I think that would be suitable if we can just plug that in before I get to this story because this story is going to come to us from Florida. Now when usually here are the words Florida man, you know the news is going to be well interesting. This one defines my friends a family affair. We're going to cut 23. Look how many sheriff.
Grady Judd here he is. Okay. Get a grip. You ain't going to believe this. This is Christina Clemmons. She's 46 years old and she's from Lakeland and she's married to her husband. This is Shane Clemmons. She's 22 from Lakeland and he is the son of Christina. So apparently they had a little kerfuffle at their house which caused the sheriff's office to be called. Where by Christina complain because Shane Clemmons apparently battered his mother in a domestic violence event. Then you ought not to ever lay a hand on your mama for a lot of reasons but you have one more reason why you shouldn't.
So he got mad because she called and we arrested him for hitting mama and then he said well I'll tell you what I've been having sex with my mama since I was 18 years old. Get a grip. We said say that again. He said I've been having sex with my mama since I was 18 years old. So we asked mama have you been having sex with your son since he was 18 she says only about a hundred times. I didn't stutter that's why she told us. So our deputies said to himself self I need to get a detective involved in this. So we put the case together and we asked Christina's husband are you all happily married and living together he said oh yeah. Were you aware that your wife was having sex with her son.
He said no I absolutely was not but I think I am a little suspicious that they used to go in the master bedroom and lock the door. What else can you say? That's nasty. That's nasty. I miss it illegal. They got charged with incest. She got charged with adultery. It's still on the boat you know. Have a good day. Yes my friends James Golden, both snowy here fast as hour in American media. 1979 on this day the Eagles released. Heart eight tonight from their album The Long Rod. This song came from a jam session between Glenn Frey and JD Souther who we talked about yesterday yesterday was the anniversary of JD Souther's death.
He went to often visit Glenn Frey at his Los Angeles home when he was in town on tour. They wrote the first verse while listening to some Sam Cook songs. They were jamming and then Glenn Frey called Bob Seeger on the phone and sang him the verse. Seeger blurted out what would become the chorus and there you have the song amazing story behind it. It's nearly coming back right after this on both the memories rush hour the fastest hour in the American media. That guy in Florida. Do you suppose when the people really call him MF and jail all the time just to X thing? I mentioned earlier the GMZ is in Washington ladies and gentlemen. They caught up with Senator Federman and asked him the libonic language there to show her inclusive. They asked him about this kerfuffle going on with what's his name Ed Sheeran and Maclamor
and this is hilarious. Cut seven. Here is John Federman. Something is wrong with this the audio did not translate right. I don't know who he is. I thought that might be like a British color or something. But now I looked into it. Now this is a I think I've heard he's a musician of some time and he did something for his political views in the middle of a concert. So then it is like doesn't that guy get the irony of saying and doing that at a musical point. So this is the point he kept making. The audio support we're going to just bail out of it. But first I love his response. I thought he was a British I thought that was a British car. Maclamor.
Although it was a British car or something. Nope. It's a musician and some kind. But then Federman went on as you heard him say look the irony of this is that Hamas. He's talking about free Palestine during shows notice. Hamas attacked. The October 7 attack happened at a music concert. And he doesn't seem to even recognize or want to be bothered with the irony of that. Good for John Federman. Not backing down with it. There is another musical act in politics intersection as the left leg to say intersectionality. There is another intersectionality happening with music and politics. Jasmine Crockett the outgoing congresswoman from the Dallas area in Tejas failed in her Senate bid. She did an appearance with Chris Brown.
And let's give it up for Chris Brown. And that erupted. He's on stage with him. That is he ruptured into a thing because as many of you know, Chris Brown pled guilty in a 2009 to felony assault after he attacked his then girlfriend, Rihanna. And the pictures of Rihanna, Rihanna being beaten up were all over the place. So he was also involved in another altercation with Frank Ocean and had a misdemeanor assault charge this that same year in 2017. Another ex girlfriend granted a domestic violence restraining order against him after she alleged physical abuse. And most recently Chris Brown pled guilty to charges of striking producer Abe Duarte, twice in the head with the glass to kill a bottle in 2023. So Jasmine Crockett has a friend.
We'll be back folks don't go away. Sound so 80s. Birthday today for Joanne Cothrose singer. One of the singers with the human league they were formed in Sheffield, England back in 1977. Widespread fame and commercial success soon followed my friends. They released their third album Dare in 1981. Four hit singles among the four hit singles. This was the biggest. And number one in the States and across the pond. Don't you want me baby. Don't you want me baby. You know what? Let's cut 21, Elias.
Tell me what you think of this. Elias tell me whether you think this is true. You think any truth to that Elias? Oh brother. Come on. What exactly? I can't even listen to her. Too much of home. Too much of home here. Too much of home. Oh, oh Mrs. Elias, I hope you heard that. Yeah ladies and gentlemen, let's move to the Senate of the United States. Senator Moreno you folks in Ohio you have a good senator there. Bernie Moreno. But he was on the Senate floor. I want you to really pay attention to this. There was a bill that passed the House. I believe I don't have the number in front of me, but I believe it was 417 to like three. It was this almost never happens where you have a bill that is so close to being unanimously passed by Democrats and Republicans.
And Senator Moreno explains what happened to it. Here you go. For everybody what just happened. If we had passed my colleague from Ohio's bill, the one who spent enormous amount of time writing the bill that he spent enormous time lobbying support in the House of Representatives. All we had to do was not have an objection from a Democrat senator. That bill would become law today and taxpayers all over America. Electricity users all over this country were to see the immediate relief. We would have advanced the ball. The term do nothing Congress exists for a reason. We absolutely accomplish that right now. We did nothing here in the Senate because again of Democrat obstruction. This bill would have done something that's not nothing. I applaud my colleague from Ohio for putting the work in, for having a massive bipartisan win.
And by the way, just on policy alone comparing two solutions, the last thing we need is a new federal interconnection queue to make Google pay for a transformer. My colleague from Ohio's bill would have actually required a deposit before steals in the ground for a new data center. The other would have required a FERC NOPR. Look that up. It's a bunch of bureaucratic nonsense. What you saw now is just over and over again. Democrat obstruction after Democrat obstruction so they could just put up another TV ad to say that electricity prices are high so that they can win an election. Instead, the victim of all this is the taxpayer of the United States of America who's going to see electricity prices continue to go up because we could have passed the law to solve it instead. It's more games after more games like the American people. I'm sick of it. And I know they are. And for that reason, I object. The objection is heard now. This is what happened.
I was right. It was 417 to three. You I cannot tell you how rarely that happens in the House of Representatives of these United States in the history of the United States to have a bill that passes 417 in favor to three opposed. The bill would have blocked. It was legislation. It would have ensured that when these data centers go up, they have to pay for their own electricity, not you the consumers. And that was that gobbledygook language you heard about the transformers in Google, and blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah.
Whatever. The bill was backed by President Trump. One senator. One senator. Senator, this senator was from New Mexico, I believe, a Democrat. One senator. A Democrat objected to the bill and it did not go through. They could have just passed it. It would have been law or it would have been law. It would have been law. AI data centers have to pay for themselves. That would have the electricity they use they have to pay for, not you. A Democrat got in the way and said screw that. I'm going to block this bill from becoming from advancing in the Senate.
Now I also want to say House has already left split town. Before they split town, the House also passed this bill concerning a imm radio. Now what Democrats, and we had Princess Diana on talking about this the other day, what they want to do is Democrat liberals, progressives, kill off a.m. radio in cars. They know talk radio is especially prevalent in vehicles, people traveling to and fro. They put on talk radio. They wanted to eliminate it and kill it. Thank God for John and Margot Katzmatini's and others who said no, we're not going to let this happen without a fight. They put up a fight. It passed the House. You for good reason, whenever the communication system goes down, you can turn on the radio in your car, get in your car, turn on your radio here in emergency. We shouldn't even, you know what you use radio for, but they want to kill it.
Now we can't let the Senate is where a lot of good ideas go to dot like this one. I think all Americans would say, even those who oppose data centers and those who don't, I don't oppose data centers, but I do oppose passing on the cost of the data centers to everyday consumers. If you want to build these data centers, they require tons of electricity, tons of fresh water. We haven't even talked about the water that's consumed, but in terms of the electricity, they pay them, pay for their own electricity. They can put up their own electric generators, their own electric power lines. We're talking some of the wealthiest companies on the face of the earth. You want to data center pay for it and don't soak the consumers. One Democrat stood in the way, which is why we say the Senate because any individual
Senator can block anything. That is the power of the US Senate. And I'll tell you what, I hope that they don't block this bill with AM radio. I hope that it passes and I hope that this bill concerning the data centers is brought back time and time again in this session. If this does not pass before December, then and a new Congress is sworn in in January, you got to start all over again. They could bring, which is why we're going to then object it so he could bring it back up for another vote. But I hope that this bill comes back to the Senate and it passes. The Americans consumers deserve it. Democrats are, as you heard, obstructionist political games. They don't care if you pay your electricity bills as high as long as they can have an
issue in the midterm elections. The same way they've used illegal immigration, the same way they use everything else. Hey, it's Kelly Rowland. You may not know this, but I have Exema. So I get how it can steal your time. So why let Exema take over when you can talk to your doctor about Ebbgliss? At Verbo, we understand that even the best of plans sometimes need a little support. So we plan for the plot twists. Before you stay through the moments in between and after your trip. Because a great trip starts with peace of mind. And maybe a good playlist. But we've got the peace of mind part covered. Quick note. Donald Trump, do I mention this that he's banned CNN, MSNOW, and Politico from the White House? Prince is the one that sent me that story shortly. Oh, Prince, I can't wait to talk to you tomorrow about this one. I then, they should be in high agitation mode.
Responding about how unfair it is in their first amendment, rights, and all the rest of it. I won't even wonder. Why can't the White House just tell these certain groups? No, we're not telling you what you have to print or whatever. But there are enough reporters around you. You can get your news like it. You don't have to be in the White House. And kick them out. So apparently Donald Trump has banned CNN, MSNOW, and Politico from the White House. And they're saying others are to come. Looking forward to that. Looking at the clock, I want to get in a few more stories. Listen to the Democrat Senate candidate, Haley Schafner. That's cut 10. This woman is running in Arkansas. Now chances are, but anyway, oh, Angie Nixon. I'm going to have some more Angie Millhouse Nixon tomorrow. I heard an Angie Millhouse Nixon win the day. I don't want to do it in the show today too late to push it through. But I'm going to save it for tomorrow.
Angie Millhouse Nixon will make a return tomorrow. God will allow here for the Saturday morning extravaganza. But here's Arkansas Democrat, Democrat candidate, Haley Schnaffner. Listen to it. It's quick. Listen close. Every farmer will tell you, yeah, at one point we did or still do employee undocumented immigrants. And it's absolutely ridiculous that these folks are being round up because they're hard working people. They're some of the best people we know. And honestly, we trade five Americans for just one of them because of how hard they work. And why is it that there's no pathway for them to work here legally when they're good workers? We pay them well. They spend money here. They have family here. We would trade. Yeah, we hire illegal immigrants. They work hard. Unlike you lazy ass Americans who don't want to do any work. You lazy shuffling. No good Americans. We trade five of you lazy beaches just so we can have an immigrant, an illegal immigrant.
And why is there no pathway? They broke the law. Why don't we just give them citizenship so that they can keep working? I mean, dammit these people. Remember that woman. Oh, man, I got to get this for tomorrow. They can know that woman from Vermont who said that illegal immigrants are the ones who wipe our behinds. She didn't use that word. A ballot is her name. Representative, a ballot. Yeah. A legal immigrant's white. You have that alliance? Because if we have it, we won't wait till tomorrow. We got to go. We'll do it tomorrow. We got to get clipping the day in. Ladies and gentlemen, I just looked at the clock. Clip of the day is coming up. Whatever you do, keep it right here. You know, clipping the day is always worth it. We got to get that for tomorrow. And night. Oh my gosh.
Alliance, I haven't heard this in ages. Thank you. 1939 American singer actor former teen adult Frankie Avalon was born 31 singles from 1958 to 1962, including this one which went number one in 1959. Venus. Wow. James, go and snarly with you here. Coming back. Clip of the day. Coming up. Don't go away. Clip of the day. You want to hear it is the clip of the day. Ladies and gentlemen, the clip of the day is impossible. It cannot happen. It does not happen. But it did. It's an impossibility. Here it is. In Massachusetts, a Nigerian non-U.S. citizen was picked up this week for allegedly voting illegally in the 2024 presidential election in the 2022 midterms. The 30th, a Gladys Okofur, attested on paperwork two times that she was a U.S. citizen,
illegally voting as a non-citizen, could land you in jail for up to a year and a fine of $100,000. Those are the attestations that you can see from her case. This woman 56 year old charged by the Justice Department, unlawfully voting as an alien fake to say, yeah, she was a U.S. citizen. She wasn't voted in the presidential election. She had permanent, lawful permanent resident status in 2022. She has not a U.S. citizen, has not applied to be a U.S. citizen. And this is impossible because Democrats tell us this does not happen. Illegals do not vote in elections. They did. She did. She was caught. And if she was, well, illegal immigrants don't do that. She did it. What's got to say now, bro?
Man, oh man. Yeah, it's impossible. But it happened. And we still don't have answers. You know how quickly they, the Democrat party has swept up what happened in New Jersey under the rug. We don't hear much about that anymore. Now all those people that should not have been on the voting roles in New Jersey were on the voting roles and the Democrats are still withholding their voting roles from scrutiny from the federal government. They have lawsuits that don't want to show them what's going on, folks. We're going to leave you today, my friends. Let's move to selections. 1970s sad day in music. Without question, one of the greatest guitar players of all time, Jimmy Hendrix found dead on this day in 1970, 27 years old, dead on arrival, St. Mary Abbott's Hospital in
London, choked on his own stuff. The music will live forever for Mr. Hendrix. A lot of conspiracy theorists about that that he supposedly committed suicide, but that's contradictory by reports. He was in a great frame of mind. And also on this day, one of my favorite groups, the emotions lost there. One of the paramilah Hutchison. I always love hearing this. Mary's produced this.
