The Second World Scam

We're talking about the ongoing second global scanner second world scam as it's being called by whoever the guy as I talked about last episode. So sorry. I'm so bad with names. You can find him all over my Twitter. I've been reposting him a million times. And again, that most recent episode artificial panic that also covers who he is

1:06and his ideas. So we talked in that episode about him outlining how the next global scam has to be something like the first global scam, but no longer using health. So the first global scam or first world scam notice, COVID, pandemic, scam, pandemic, that whole thing. It's got some of the framework, right? It's got the blueprints. We can see kind of like how this was carried out. What the effect was who went along and why and you know we can be sure that the people who carried planned that and carried that out took even better notes than we did. But we can look forward to another attempt at centralizing power and removing freedoms from people around the world. And this is an ongoing war of, you know, globalists, satanists, communists. They're all sort of one thing, whether they know it or not, against the freedoms inherent in mankind and being alive. You know, they come with your birth, these rights. They're not from a

2:07government. They can be enshrined by a government like in the United States with the Bill of Rights, but they're not actually coming from the government. You came in with these rights and this dignity that you deserve. And so those trying to remove all of that from you and and have complete and total control over your soul, heart, mind, and body. They come under these guises and they enact scams like COVID. But like we talked about last time, it's not likely that the next one will be health-related. It's not likely. It could happen, right? It's not out of the realm of possibility, but they played that hand once and a lot of people are wise to it. So the best candidate for the next global skim and world skim in order to concede, take power and centralize it in the hands of a few, you know, stripping the rest of the masses of their freedoms is more likely to come in something like this current panic about AI. So we talked about that a little bit and what's going on with this.

3:07And so much more has happened since then that instead of talking about it during a winning report, which is coming up this week as every week, talk about the news and what's going on around the world and how it affects us or doesn't. He says this story is fascinating and he's talking about the story we kind of talked about that most recent episode. So it's a decent summary, but it's also got some new information. So he says this story's fascinating and is easily one of the most important things happening at the intersection of AI and politics right now. It's critical that everyone understands the situation because this is just the beginning of the AI info wars and siops. So just like we said, you know, this seems to be the next global scam that that guy seems to have nailed it that that is likely to be the next global scam. And here they seem to be rolling it out. And so here comes the siop, right, which doesn't ever mean that whatever false flags or whatever things happen aren't real. It never means that it can mean that. There can be completely fake occurrences. There can be completely contrived situations. And there can also be

7:20very real actual damage done, actual bodies in the streets on other things that doesn't make it, you know, not a siop. So a lot of people get that confused. I always like to clarify that. So we have that Jacob Coxson, a relatively unknown AI researcher. He says gives the Wall Street Journal exclusive story about his resignation from anthropic and his concerns about AI. Remember, this is the guy who kind of kicked the whole thing off. He says 20 minutes after the Wall Street Journal story drops Jacob posts on X about how he's concerned that AI could kill us all in a few years. So he comes out and says I quit because AI is so dangerous. Then he gives this to the Wall Street Journal's interview. And then right after that, he says he thinks that AI is going to kill us within a few years. He says this post now has over 149 million views for reference. Ilya Sutskiver, a very well known AI name left open AI in 2024. And his announcement post has fewer than six million views as of today. So over two years of collecting views, that very well known person barely hits six

8:25million. But this completely unknown person, no prior activity on X, no prior engagement 149 million was on a factor of many, many, many hundreds of maybe thousands of percentage. It's crazy. All right. So he's very artificially promoted. We can see this bear in mind Jacob Coxon's ex account had no prior posting activity in public. But it's immediately reposted and boosted by numerous AI doomer policy advocacy nonprofits funded by the same donor, Yang Talon, who just happens to be one of the leading investors in Anthropic. Anthropic where Jacob Coxon supposedly just left their donors, their people are the ones reposting this. Very curious, right? He says we find out Jacob Coxon who worked at Anthropic for only a few weeks worked for a far left wing political advocacy group in 2021. News speak. Is it really called news speak? Is this,

9:25are they have no sense of irony? Like what is happening? Okay. News speak. This organization is a British NGO with ties to hackingocracy, Hillary Clinton, prison abolition and extinction rebellion. All of the hoaxes at once, this new speak 1984, unironically named themselves new speak and went about trying to bring about this globalist, you know, issues and movements. So crazy. Hillary Clinton prison abolition and extinction rebellion. All right. So it's tied in with all those same people. So again, we're starting to see who's creating this message, who's amplifying it and what do they want out of it, right? Says many major Democrat politicians are now using Jacob's ex post to fear longer the public into voting to regulate AI. And now we start to see the goal, right? We want to political control over AI. He says just so happens, Bernie Sanders has a bill already written to ban artificial superintelligence. Which, what does that even mean? What, what makes it super,

10:28not super, right? Just like kind of how would you determine if AI had achieved general intelligence or actual consciousness, a whole whole debate, even people who studied this their whole lives don't have hard answers to this. But Bernie Sanders is going to have a bill that tells you the answers. Yeah, right. Bernie Sanders, again, Bernie Sanders, is he a computer guy? Does he like deeply philosophically understand? No, he's just a guy. Okay. So Bernie Sanders has this bill. And this would create a new federal agency to protect the public from the dangers of AI. Oh, more bureaucracy. That's never good for us, by the way. So this bill was announced just one week ago on September 3rd. So a week before or just a few days before this Jacob Cox that comes out is artificially amplified and everybody suddenly terrified of AI killing everyone, Bernie Sanders already has this bill. What good timing. So it would also place a temporary pause on advanced AI. Again, artificial superintelligence advanced AI. These aren't words with hard

11:29definitions that everyone shares. But it paused on advanced AI until a new federal regulator exists and has issued safety rules in a model review process. I want to pause here and say, we do already have oversight. We do already have laws. We do already have rules and guidance. We do already have government involved in this. They're not separate things. So they're saying there needs to be even more and an agency with this centralized power, federal agency with this centralized power. Elon Musk then points out how none of this feels organic. And Jacob decides to take a shot at him for firing some XAI researchers. So Musk is like, none of this feels organic. I talked about that on that most recent episode. But apparently Jacob Cox and came back at him and is criticizing him for some people that he fired who are potentially, I would guess, globalists working with this same new speak type of globalist organizations in this attempt to centralize the power of AI,

12:35but the federalized and centralized the power of AI on a globalist way instead of for a sovereign nation, you know, freedom to the people sort of way. I would guess that those fired XAI researchers were aligned with that, right, rather than freedom. So again, he says, meanwhile, we know Anthropic has publicly asked the government to audit and block frontier models. And Anthropic has run a state by state campaign for rules that only large AI labs trigger, meaning the rules are structured around barriers only frontier labs can easily clear limiting competition. So we start to see some more of the potential motivation and impetus for this XI app for this scam. So no one else can come up with their own AI because to clear the regulatory hurdles would be far too oppressive for especially a startup, right. And by the way, there are still plenty of people who are working on various aspects of informs of AI for themselves. You know, one example that probably most people are laughing at,

13:36but I think it's very cool is a Christian only sort of viewpoint of an AI framework. So you can still accomplish similar goals, but without a lot of the anti-Christian and pro-globalist and Satanist sort of leanings that a lot of these AI's do have built within them. So things like that would cease to exist, right. Nobody would be able to create their own AI versions because of this. So just like a lot of government and big corporate collusion over the years, it would push out all the little guys and kind of enshrine these larger people. Remember, this is similar to the first world scam, too, where we saw things like Target and, you know, Walmart and Fred Myers, and they could stay open. But the little stores, mom and pop stores, little restaurants, little shops everywhere, they had to close. Why? There was no reason. It didn't make any sense. That everybody went along with it and it served to get rid of all the competition. It was one of the most

14:40biggest movements of wealth upward. It calls consolidation of wealth at the top that we've ever seen in history. This could potentially have a similar effect, right. So it says there's extensive anthropic personnel and financial overlap with the groups that wrote the Biden era, AI policies. It's well-known information. You can seek out if you want the details, he says. So we see this alignment, too, with this Biden era. So again, Biden, like him, paid him, whatever, it doesn't really matter if you're left or right or blue or red or whatever, Biden definitely represented the globalists, the satanists, and the worst of what's in store for humanity if, you know, these evil people get their ends. And so those policies, you can be sure, serve that. These people who were talking about who are pro AI regulation, the centralization of power of AI, they're all associated with the same people. Those organizations are all one network of globalist communist satanists, gum. So he's not saying I'm adding that, right. Just for our

15:43framework here, but he says to finish, this all seemingly comes back to regulatory capture and political motives. None of this feels natural. Jacob can say these are his real views off he wants, and they may be, but there's clearly far more to the story. And that's true. Whoever Jacob Coxen is or isn't, he might genuinely believe all this, right. We have useful idiots all over the place. I used to be one of them. I hope I'm not now as we all do, I'm sure, but we're all potentially useful idiots. If we don't actually know what we're talking about, especially if we don't have our discernment, if we're still in our unhealed self, we're much more capable of being a useful idiot, right. So no offense to Jacob, whoever he is or isn't hired or not genuine or not, he might really believe all of this is good and what needs to be done. That doesn't make it true, right. That doesn't make it true. So there's your sort of summary and catch up. And then here's what's happened since then. This is four days ago, September 10th, Anthropic reveals that blocked several possible attempts to use Claude, again, Claude is Anthropics AI, for biological weapons

16:49research, including work involving gain of function experiments at a military institute. Well, that's sure to trigger so many people, right, gain a function. Oh no, another pandemic, another pandemic, another skandemic, right. Who has this technology? Is it just in the hands of any old person and we have to shut this down? Here's more reason to be afraid, right. So, but who's it coming from? Anthropic. So the very people who are behind this push to regulate and have been behind many pushes to regulate AI shutdown the competition, centralized that power, Anthropic, Sam Altman, Anthropic. Right. And so, you know, we're people trying to use it for that, maybe, but the regulation to take care of that is already in place. Thus them saying, we've already shut this down. We've already had people try this and blocked it. So we don't, it's not. You could be scared of it all you want. People could break through whatever protections, and no matter what we're talking about,

17:50airport security, school security, you know, nothing is perfect. But in general, we've done our best, right. We can assume because we've already shut down these attempts in the past. So it's supposed to stoke your fear, but actually by reading it, it should LA your fear. It should make you feel more, oh, okay, we stopped it before it even happened. Like that means we have pretty good, you know, things in place. So there's that, you know, coming out. We also have this very interesting, again, possibly true, but also being put in your face at this moment to stoke your fear. This also Ukraine's third army corps reportedly plans to replace around a third of its front line troops with unmanned killer robots killer robots as encloses. But here's the thing again, I've been talking about this for decades for decades. I've been publishing articles about it, talking about it, trying to get people to care about AI and robots and, you know, how crazy it all is and no one

18:52ever did, no one ever did so much. The literally people didn't even know what I was talking about. I had to just stop talking about it because people just don't care and don't understand and don't want to know. I never stopped here. Of course, you've heard me to be talking about this for eight years on rogue soul, but then rogue ways before that. But I've been talking about this. We've had robots with guns for decades. We've had robots who are faster than humans for decades. We've had robots that have been controlled, honestly, for decades. None of this is new. None of its new. AI, what we call AI right now, that's new. But the robots themselves, the fact that they can kill you, the fact that they're more powerful than you, that's been true forever. How many there are at this point, I have no idea. I was writing about this literally decades ago. So where is it at now? Far beyond whatever I'm aware of. I'm sure of it. Whatever seeing at the robot Olympics, not the totality of what we've got going on. So, you know, when Ukraine's army is going to have killer robots, you know, on the

19:54front lines, unmanned and controlled by AI and autonomous. So we're just meant to fear this. This reality has been here for decades, but right now they're dropping it on us as a fear campaign. Nothing new about it. Just like the last tweet we just saw, nothing new about that, but right now you're supposed to fear it. Nothing new about this, but right now you're supposed to fear it. So all of this feels very contrived, right? Here's another one. A startup builds an autonomous drone system using GPT-6 Astra to locate and track a specific person from a single reference image. Now it doesn't see anything about how successful this is or how easy it is or how, you know, often they could use this or anything about that. It just says they've they have built it. Is it great? Is it working? Is it being utilized? We don't know. We just know they built it. So AI, GPT-6 Astra helped this startup build this system to locate and track a person from a single reference image. We all have a reference image somewhere online at this point. I would say most

20:58people, most of humans do. And so that means whoever had access to this could use that one picture and then it could locate and track you. Yes, but again, nothing about this is new. That it's considered a private startup and that they may try to sell this technology in some way and somebody you don't technically know or care about might use it. That might seem new to you. Not new. Not new. You've been every time you're outside. Who knows how many cameras and who knows how many decades that's been true and who knows how many systems have been tracking you and locating you, you know, behind your consciousness back, you know, NSA style. What? Who knows? Who? Nobody knows. But we're supposed to fear this right now. Then going on forever, right now you're supposed to notice and be afraid. Again, very contrived. Not new. Suddenly fear it. That's what they want, right? Then we have this from Bad Kitty Unleashed. Don't know who any of

22:00these people are. I'm just sharing what they're sharing, right? There's also an accident. They say breaking. New speak house. Again, that's same organization that unironically calls itself new speak. The Jacob Cox and his a fellow at routinely works with the UK behavioral nudge unit called Nesta. So these same people are already practiced at pushing ideas into the mass consciousness, using algorithms and timing and coalitions and all of this coming together to make people feel like it's organic when it's not. That's nudging. Remember, we probably first encountered the idea of nudging and organizations that practice nudging during COVID. When we said, how did this many people fall into line that quickly and easily? We started to pick it apart. We found this type of technology, you know, bot farms and all of that wasn't new, but the way they were using it and the algorithms, the nudging concept was new that you could be pushing, you know, just like advertisement

23:00into people's awareness over and over and over again, a concept or an idea so that it suddenly seemed like, oh, this is a thing I need to pay attention to. So Jacob Cox and his connected with the people who are nudgers and this new speak organization is the globalist, Satanist organization. There's no coincidence this here. This is not an accident. So he talks about Nesta, former UK government body set up in the late 90s to fund innovation and creativity and science technology and the arts and they took their behavioral insight team to become a social purpose company. So we're going to control people's minds basically. It's not super nefarious. There's a lot of that out there too, but this is just openly saying like, yeah, we're going to create public opinion, monitor it and suppress the public opinion we don't want in order to accomplish certain social goals. That's COVID, right? And so they were active in COVID and here they are active now in this AI scam. What is becoming and seemingly more and more of this AI scam? So it goes into new speak and

24:06talks about COVID, talks about what they were doing in COVID and that they've got this also working on various what we would call the social justice campaigns. So it's not just COVID. It's also, you know, Black Lives Matter type stuff and these types of ideologies and all of this sort of network is mapped out here. So Nesta and their network and their related organizations, you can see it all. It's not hidden. It's open. This person has it right here for you. We then have Beth, Beth J. Zos instead of Jeff Bezos, right? Beth J. Zos on Twitter saying the perfect timing and sequence of events this week has been extremely sus. Says Harry Doomer, unknown random guy, Algo boosted posts to 120 million 150 now, right? That's Jacob Cox. So then dem politician same day for

25:10your mongering about AI everywhere. All the all the news or platforms and organizations, all the people who are in the cult, they're all talking about AI doing the same day. Mainstream media picking it up and amplifying it. Nate Soros is on Tucker. I like Tucker. He's very long since been considered project mockingbird. Yeah, no. So of course he's going to amplify it. There he is doing it. UK regulatory later signing letter to ban artificial superintelligence. Also, I think we're getting to that too, but that also happened. Then the Dario letter, which is another AI, you know, thought leader supposedly asking for Doomer NGOs to have soft power everywhere and asking for world government. So again, these Sam Altman's and Darios and these higher up is in the AI world. They're suddenly sitting like, yeah, we need the centralized government control of AI. By the way, it should probably be a global thing. Oh, look, the globalists are in the door again. COVID, the globalists, we're trying to get in the door. Here we have global scam too. Global is trying to get in the door. So this

26:14is a coordinated, a fact he said, we're watching a full spectrum coordinated campaign to engineer crisis, manufacture consent for the response and turn engineered public fear into regulatory capture, indelible institutional power and unprecedented government control over the future of the most important technology since the dawn of man. They're all the most important. We start, we get a technology like fire. And then that's the most important one. And then the next one is, you know, whatever. And then that's the most important one. And so yes, it's in a long line of technologies, the most important one, but he's not wrong. Right? This is a very full spectrum coordinated campaign. Again, it is globalist centered. Here's me posting again, the second world scam and that info graphic that I have been posting everywhere from. Oh, here it is. Grzeggor's GPS Swadarski at GPS 65. That's the person who I had been talking about that previous episode and still talking about this episode. So they're not wrong. We see this globalist

27:17attempt. Then again, we have philosophy professor announces he will personally nominate Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize if he negotiates an AI pause with China. So again, this is all just in the past few days. This is the progression of this side up. And here now we have this philosophy professor. What it matter? No. What he's trying to do, and this is important actually, is he's trying to get Trump on board by appealing to his ego. They think they have Trump figured out. They don't. He does have an ego. It's a very healthy ego. And maybe you can do a lot of things by appealing to his ego. But some of these most important topics he came in knowing what he wanted to do in my opinion. And he's been on those tracks since. And he hasn't wavered. And so I don't know what other people see or don't see it. Trump, I don't really care. I just share what I seem to see him doing. And so this person is trying to get Trump on board with this globalist, Syub Agenda, with this AI centralization of power and stripping of sovereignty on a global level

28:24by nominating him for the Nobel Peace Prize. Doesn't guarantee he would get it just that he'd be nominated for it. And if he negotiates an AI pause with China, he'll have that chance. But good try. And definitely adding to the effect of the fear and also starting to already shift it as if Trump doesn't do this. Orange man, super bad. Orange man's been bad for fucking what what is it now? Like 15 years to at least 10. Okay. Orange man bad double triple bad. New speak double plus bad, right? This globalist agenda goes on. They want Trump in on it. Here's someone called former Republican. So clearly doesn't consider himself a Republican anymore. And they say two scenarios are possible here. And this is again that Dario guy who's a high up in the AI world and known by many people. He's retweeting Dario's tweet, which says we must pace the frontier. I've

29:26written a new essay on why the AI industry should slow down with a three-part plan for doing so an anthropic is unilaterally committing to the first of these steps. We'll provide third party evaluators with permanent employee level access. It's kind of like the nuclear scare, right? And then you know, they got together with Russia and the US and we're like, let's both just stop with the nuclear thing. We'll just reduce our weapons. You can come to our sites. We'll come to your sites. We'll figure it out. You know, the Berlin well wall fell all was saved blah blah blah. Very similar. They're saying, will tone down our AI development and anthropic and we'll let you all come in and make sure that that's actually what's happening. There'd be no way to actually verify this. Just like there was no way to verify if there was some other secret place where people were building nukes and storing nukes on either side of the divide, right? So anyway, so that's what they're saying. Elon Musk retweeted that saying he's right. He's right that we should slow down and we should let third party people determine that we have in fact slowed down and everyone slows down

30:28together. And this person's retweeting that saying there's two scenarios here that are possible, right? He says one AI is super intelligent and sociopathic billionaires are genuinely worried for us, which is funny in itself. You're right, right? These are sociopaths. Sam Altman is a sociopath. He's allegedly potentially committed murder at least once that we know of. Dario, a sociopath, Elon Musk maybe is a sociopath. I don't really know. I haven't seen as much evidence from him as the others, but maybe, right? And in billionaires in general tend not to really care that much about what happens to you and I. So he's saying is AI is super intelligent and these guys suddenly care about us. Based with the whole lives doing this, he would have they knew the possible outcome, but now all the sudden they care. That's scenario one, right? Not very likely. And he says scenario two is capital is gone and AI advancements have slowed. Now billionaires need to use the government constraints as a cover for shareholders framing the slowing as a regulatory issue outside of their

31:29control. Very much more plausible. Also, still part of the scam, there has to be some believability even from people who are skeptical, right? So this is like we see many layers each time of what potentially could have happened or happened. Here's the version we're telling everyone and that most people will buy knowing that a lot of people will be skeptical and will look for a deeper reason. Here's the deeper reason that all these people rushed into AI and they've rushed to rush, they've got all these investors and they've built and built and they've promised things they can't deliver AI can't actually get to general AI or, you know, actual super intelligence, but they can't admit that because they'll lose all their investors all their money, you have to go bankrupt, you know, they can't admit that. So they have to have this plausible deniability. The government made us slow down. Man, isn't that a bummer? Oh, darn. That's a plausible scenario. It might in fact be what's actually happening. I think there's something more to it than that because I see all the

32:33globalists scrambling to be like, yeah, yeah, totally, let's do this. And there's a bigger and deeper reason for that that has a lot more to do with global control and total and complete tyranny than anything else. So option three, he doesn't say in this tweet. Those are, this is a good overview of what other people are going to think is going on. The Normi world, Normi world level one, Normi world level two, but then in like real reality, what's actually going on, this is a globalist scam. It is intended to take your sovereignty and to centralize that power, right? So anthropic CEO on that same level with Dariel, what he's saying, anthropic says he would give up AI to the right combination of governments. And that means a globalist combination of governments. He's saying, I wouldn't just give it to the US. I wouldn't just give it to China. I wouldn't just give it to Russia, but I would give it to a globalist collection of governments like the UN

33:37or something like that. It's a globalist scam. You see it more and more as you go. So anthropic admitted that we would give our AI to this globalist government. Well, there's nothing more anti-Christ than that. So we can see the beast emerging. Here's Obama now, beast on beast. I mean, like him, you're crazy and you don't actually know what he did to the world because you saw like a black man and that just like glamored you and you didn't look past that. This is one of the most evil men in history. And Obama urges Democrats to move AI oversight to the center of their agenda. Again, we already have AI oversight in the US. So AI oversight center of their agenda is centralizing the power even more, making even more bureaucracy. That's even more way for globalists to come in and also share control of this or just giving it up to the globalists to begin with. These are all parts of what he's proposing. And again, why is anybody listening to Obama?

34:39Who is this guy has done? He's gone. He's not a leader anymore, but he still travels the world meeting with all the globalists always at the right time and always with the right agenda to strip you of freedom and sovereignty and centralize power in the hands of the few. And if that happens, because you've thought about this in depth heard about this from me and whoever else might be talking about it, you will be prepared to resist that level of mind control and siopying and see through it when it happens, right? That's just from this morning, then also from this morning, Microsoft unveils new limits for future AI models, including bands on autonomous goal setting, concealed reasoning and assistance with weapons or dangerous substances. Well, that's great, Microsoft. You can play that role. And just like that guy said, don't need anyone's permission to put these limits on. So good. But I don't believe you that you're done trying to run this global scam. I don't believe you that you're done trying to centralize power Microsoft, always been the belly of the beast.
