The U.S. Just Admitted It Has Space Weapons... What's Next?

The U.S. Air Force has officially confirmed the existence of space control weapons operating in Earth’s orbit—but is this a brand-new development, or just a decades-overdue public admission? In this episode of The Ryan Files, host Ryan Pelton breaks down the secret history of orbital warfare and military technology. We trace the timeline from high-altitude nuclear detonations like Starfish Prime (1962) and the Outer Space Treaty of 1967 to Ronald Reagan’s Strategic Defense Initiative ("Star Wars") and the prophetic Air Force 2025 future-capabilities study. Did SDI ever actually stop, or did it simply evolve into today's classified orbital defense systems?Plus, we examine how space-based kinetic and microwave capabilities change modern warfare, address counter-space developments from global powers, and explore advanced classified platforms like the TR-3B and recent sightings across the Middle East. Stick around to the end for a special behind-the-scenes Aftermath segment featuring Dr. Laura Sanger.Subscribe for weekly briefings on hidden history, covert operations, and military tech.Patreon: patreon.com/RyanFiles
