Thanks for listening to the Von Hesler Doctrine Podcast. Follow the Doctrine on YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, Instagram and Twitter for even more content. Our one of the Von Hesler Doctrine begins right now. I'm your host, Eric Von Hesler. I'm not alone, but we don't have a full crew. But we've got enough doctrine errors to keep this vehicle in motion. Tim Andrews is here. Autumn Fisher is here. George Clark is here. Jared Yamamoto has. The afternoon off. So he can't be here to say, oh, I wanted to be hotter.
What is it? 91 degrees right now? 89 right here, but yeah. So you're says 89 on that side of the console. Mike says 87.7. I'm a little bit hotter. I'm running a little bit hotter. Are you running a little hotter? I think you're bringing your own body. That's right. We have a nice 73 degrees here. That's a good woman. Yeah, nobody wants to know. Are you on today? I'm not on today, but we're a swagger. I don't know. Turn your mic on. Turn your mic on if you get a talk. Is he on the over? No, no. He had the day off. Oh, shake a knees. Either he worked in the hangover and saw it before it happened. Yeah. So you just decided you wanted to join us? No, I can't. I ain't got time to join you. But when I walked by in there, I felt like the studio is off kilter. Yeah, it leans more to the left. You're in the middle steep. Steve's open. Steve's open. Steve's out here. So you found as you walked by, the studio needed some balance. Someone to sit on the other side. He sits low.
He sits low. He's a low sitter. Yeah, he sits low. He's a low. I saw him on Saturday. He showed up at the River Pre-party right before Guns and Roos. Was he S-face? He was looking for drink tickets because we had a few of those. That's not exactly what he said. So he's got the S-face on. Yeah, I'll take one. He said it was a bucket list item for him to go see G-N-R. Yeah. Guns and Roos is going to stay. Guns and Roos is going to stay. Good for you. I know Carrie Underwood showed up and helped Axel sing a few songs. So it was Axel. He's having trouble with his vocal. And he's going on. It's the full set of things. The full set of things escaped him. That's a big help. Yeah. The lower register stuff, I believe he does okay. But I didn't stay. That's tough when you're a rock and roll. It is. I had to go sing myself. Yeah. Mr. Brownstone. He's been onion. He won't leave me. I haven't really been following it. So I think they should adjust the key. Is it beyond auto? Let's question this auto. Does auto think he's too old and should he stop?
Yes. Okay. And he's not even old. He's not that old. He's 64. Yeah, a little bit old. Yeah, but have you heard him? Yeah, he's terrible. When I'm 64. I got an auto's point of view. I'm just saying you're once you can't sing, you shouldn't be out there singing. I understand. That is not a... No, I'm just saying, I'm just, I wasn't mocking you. No, no, no, no, no, I'm not saying you were. I'm just saying, like, that is the... Are you a singer? Right. Can you sing? Yes. Those things have to be... But think about it, hold on now. Let me take this back. Yeah, so let's go. Okay, let's go. Okay, let's stop here for a second, Bill. There's an awful lot of people who say that, well, singing, that's opera. That's singing. And even at his best, Billy Corgan for smashing pumpkins, there's a lot of people who say, I wouldn't call that good singing. So, you see what I'm saying though. No, those are different genres of singing. Yeah. There is still something, I mean, music man said it best. Singing is just sustained, talking. Is that correct? Yes.
Yeah, but the town wouldn't listen to us more. Also, they had a pool table. It also turned out that he was a big grifter. He was, but he did keep them from having a pool table. Okay, and that's good. And that's good. He redeemed himself at the end. Okay, maybe. I didn't get to the end. I have to be honest with you. That wasn't one that pulled me in. I either saw it once and didn't like it. For some reason, that one didn't pull me in. I didn't know he had it. That's the one that has Ron Howard in it. No. Yes. The movie or the musical? The movie, which was a musical? Which was a musical. Yes, I know, but it was a Broadway musical. I don't think we're right. It's called The Music Man 10. Yes, yeah. You know what? Let him have it. I just let him have sex playing, which we're also opening at here. Because it wasn't to include. Nobody thinks Ron Howard was going to be on the Broadway musical. He would have been in the movie. He says, all the wealth, foreign o' wagon is a coming down the street. There's a list in the whole time. Ah! Well, that's not cool. They should cut that out, because he didn't really have one. The music band? Oh, yeah. The music band did it. Joe Biden did it, because he was a little bit nervous. Oh, yeah. A lot of things from back then that we just can't, you know,
we were just cruel back then. You know, even me, and I was only one. I didn't see any LGBTQ LMNOP representation in. Plus, except for everybody in that. I hate plus. Thank you. Thank you. And I also didn't see any POCs. Well, let's just get rid of it. Let's just cancel it. And we edit them in. Well, you could get George Lucas involved in just sort of CGI. New characters, sort of more representative. Who's the new character in there that's like the, the, the, the, you wraps? Replacement of Buddy Hackers. Yeah. They are canceling that because of the lyrics to that song are a little. A little. Yeah. I don't know the song, Chipopie. I know that, I know that you and your son rocked to it quite often. Chipopie. I don't know the song. Ising Chipopie. It's a Buddy Hacket sings it in the movie. And it's about a girl who's waiting for the first time around. It's about him trying to get a date, and I forget the lyrics. And I think she's, um, what's she shy? What's she shy? Yeah. Well, a girl that kissed on a very first date is. Is usually a hussey.
A girl who waits for the second time around is anything but fussy. But a girl who waits for the third time around, hidden the air, feed on the ground. She's the one he's glad he's found. She's. So what's so bad? Chipopie. Chipopie. So the guy's an aggressive calling her a hussey for kissing on the first date. Well, that's positive. It's not that positive. It's not that positive. Maybe it's, uh, you know, maybe it's better than, uh, uh, Dr. Doolittle, right? Where he talked about like, I've grown accustomed to her face. No, no, that's, uh, oh, I thought that was, um, I thought it was the other one. He was in my fair lady. Oh, I might be confusing those. And besides, let's, let's, what's really going on in my fair lady? You got these two old guys. They've never had a girlfriend. They're living together. They have a whole song about how women are just a pain in the, yeah. So I mean, I think we know what's going on in those libraries. Are you talking about Dick Van Dyke? I'm talking about. No, it's Dick Van Dyke of 100. He's 100 years old. He was in some musicals. That's when he does. Yeah. He sits down on the ground like cross legs. He's like, a bunch of, what I, I could have done. I was like, I'm going to do it. I'm going to do it. Nick Van Dyke is 10 years old. He was in some musicals. When he does. He sits down on the ground. Like cross legs. Like he's like a bunch of, wait, I was I could have done it. But why would I have done it? A lot of old guys and a lot of young guys can't do this.
Kimberi, you know, he seems to be having a good time. He's loving his life. Dick Van Dyke. Him and done. You don't know one. He should go out on tour with the stones and captains. You can open up for the stage. How about you? Sorry. Hey, headshatter. We have some of that. Some of those. Oh, well, just take it was funny. He's 95 He's 94 so I could what he's doing is he's talkity singing Well, he's always done that since the 60s I remember he was a Lucy in the sky with diamonds. It was very famous Lucy in the sky What diamonds? Yes Tangerine dreams Mom legs guy you can't he's been doing that since the very beginning you can't say the name of his new band on the radio Hey, mr. Tamborine man, you know that right play a song for me. I'm not sleepy. There is no place What did you what was your his band is called the okay? I don't want to know you can't say it begins with a
Grain sort of that. Yeah, I can't imagine what it is Far something about fudge. Yeah, the fudge man All right, you have a crazy train. Yes, okay All right, the drummer spot You're the band's pretty good. That's pretty lazy I Oh What you gonna learn it's off of a sheet I see Huh, he's not he's not in any way keeping time No, no, I stop like look William Shatter. I love you
But if you're not gonna take the time to rehearse with the band before you go out on stage Even if you're reading you got to begin time with what you just go out there read the Just keep on going it's gotta have the rails on a yeah, where's your drink? This is what I'm expecting Like the Metallica enter Sam and he's going like exit lights Enter and so right night in the band is actually singing it really well. I have just three seconds of it Where did this take place Chicago? I believe right? Okay, so he was just an act so you could just have a fun you could just have fun and there were other acts Yeah, yeah people didn't fill the Hollywood bowl for this he's standing up though and moving around on stage pretty Yeah, pretty good. Yeah, so it's just a way to see William Shatter doing crazy stuff He's don't really care, but he's always he's putting out a new record. Where does Autumn stand? He never could sing so this is a continuation of the act that person that we just played that was also
William Shatter. Yeah. Yeah. Oh, okay. I didn't know if that was something yeah the album is Called what the F is heavy metal. Yeah, because he was asked in the interview about heavy metal and he goes what F is heavy metal Yes, that's where this old came in a song an album years ago in the early 2000s where he did it to wait with Amy Man, it's really good. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, that's one that's the one where Joe Jackson was a part of that I think the guy Rollins guy from Ben Ben Folls fire No, that was the one I saw William Shatter said that When when Joe Jackson came in he tuned his piano for two and a half hours and he refused to talk to anybody William Shatter was allowed to go now. Joe Jackson did yeah That's kind of guy I like that I like it. I said you common people that pop song. Yeah, you want to live live Listen people I would say this look you got it. What would you say what I would say is that Don't miss what you would say you have to at least rehearse with the band you can't just go out there and not be in time
But also I agree but also the whole thing is so ridiculous Kind of matches Yeah, but he could be like yeah, he could do He could just do it in time and then it would be the William Shatter experience that you want you not looking for to be able to sing you wanted to go You know, I'm going off the rail on a crazy train I would say that's the news but who's buying if captain Kirk comes through Atlanta with this and he wants to get a Stage down at Dark Horse and do a a talk ity live band karaoke thing. I'm there. I want you should start that I want it. That's the latest. We'll do it. That's gonna be the latest. We'll do a couple of shot Nareemix's Okay, that's gonna be the latest. Yeah, what is your talk it? He said Okay, I go again on my own going down the only road I've ever known. I like talk ity karaoke I think you're just like I like talk ity Talk ity sing ity You guys should start your new one. Yeah, you're new line. Yeah, I'm here and talk through the lyrics
Everybody I'm mr. Brightside that way I can do it until I'm 95 years old. That's right. Yeah, that's right Why not do it do 95? Who doesn't want to be in the dark house? House here's a song from 40 years ago by Harry Connick Jignol Harry styles. Yes Here's Ed Sheeran. No 40 years ago for heaven's sake. Still not forgiven that guy The weather is Hot it's hot. I know it is hot. It's hot But it looks like today is gonna be is gonna be a kind of a breaking point that happens tomorrow. You think so, but well I mean when you think so I'm reading about I don't trust you think so Surrey tomorrow. I don't know. I don't think I'm only passing along the information that I know that I've cleaned from the Local meteorologist How is the how is the heat index? Well, it's working like it's gonna be pretty awful today
And then we're gonna get some rain and stuff maybe too much, you know get some flooding and things like that supposedly by Thursday and Friday it's gonna be somewhat fall like and then the weekend Tensionally like 60 degrees in the morning nice Is this a sponsor bit the weather on the Von Hesler show what no I talk about the weather Because Weather check we've come to as a couple we're talking about weather at dinner. I don't normally I only talk about weather When it's a hundred and ninety five degrees I like to want to talk I don't want to be a live inside of a walk. Yeah, I mean that's too cold Feels like 92 right now either feels like 90 actually 90 Feels like well choose whichever one you want to feel like It's gonna be It's gonna be a week There you go, Adam. It's hard to get through it. Do Christina and every now and again drop an F bomb. I'm Christina Edwards. I like the deep way
It's really gonna rain tomorrow 88 this weekend Jared's gonna love it. You're just Chris. I know it's Chris. Christopher Christopher Efforts yeah, loads of the 70s tonight partly cloudy tomorrow gonna be about 62 All right, now leave me a look. Isn't it like the meteorologist who's like hates the fact that people keep asking about the weather It's gonna rain. All right Right now right now. I'm just a weather guy at the grocery store. I got no time for the weather. You want look go to the app Let me for you know what I talk about weather how about the fact that Take a gas costs a lot of money in the state of Georgia right now Worth it if we stopped so and so from getting such and such yeah, do we have evidence that so and so isn't getting such and such well We blew up the such and such uh-huh, but they still might get another such and such so so and so we have to stop working on getting Yeah, I wanted to what's the evidence that we're stopping so and so we're getting such the evidence is the gap
What's his name you saw for yeah, the what's his name said that the gas prices have gone up? I If my key a soul on the way in yeah, but no mushroom clouds Yeah, are you alive? You're welcome. Yeah, thank you 40 no more. I think it was like 50 bucks. Yeah Yeah, that's a small person I wasn't a city. Yeah, I guess I guess I'd be willing to pay a hundred dollars. Whatever I think I understand How about you not eat so much? Yeah, that's another Gas, yes, true look how many gallons do you need? Enough to get to work in there. Okay. There you go. He is pretty good. The mileage wise. Yeah, thank you for bright siding inside That's all I do. It's good. It's all I do bike's even better. I just try from my Basically I drive from From home to work and work to home. That's basically what I do But it's 20 miles a day and so you know, I mean 40 miles when you put it together every day, so yeah I'm just saying that's a small tank for it to take like 50 bucks and it was like three quarters Can I tell you one thing though just in rebuttal? It was $47. Oh,
No mushroom clouds wearing dresses in your bathroom It's all worth it. Yeah as far as I can see as long as yeah, yeah, yeah And as long as no litter boxes is it with with mushroom clouds in them in the schools Yeah, and there are no tornadoes allowed in the mail bathrooms borders closed either way and Yeah, I think it's all worth it. I don't think I think the borders could have been closed without this whole or on thing I think that that was already happened. It's a long way to go to close the borders I'll give it to you I'm happy I feel like I need representation. Yeah, I'm border positive. I I think that you know if they say hey beforehand, they said I'm gonna do something about the border Nobody's coming across the border. You got to give them that one But everything else I I really can't understand But yeah, then the president keeps saying well your gas costs more yours does mine really doesn't I don't feel it But I'm talking about as Trump he doesn't really feel this but the reason you have to pay more and he says
I'm sure you'll agree because it's gonna keep Iran from getting a nuke Yeah, and you know in a in an abstract way just you know kind of you would think yeah I guess maybe if that but Just because somebody tells you that this is keeping Iran from getting a nuke It's not any evidence whatsoever when it comes to evidence. We've seen zero evidence That this pain being felt to the pump is that is going to actually lead to To Iran not being able to get a nuke. I'd like to see that evidence I thought we had disabled their ability to have nukes way before this conflict began we did yeah They got it back They did they got it back and we had to neutralize it again. Yeah, then we obliterate we were working we obliterated for the most part But when you obliterate you have to completely bunker bombs and it didn't completely obliterate But you use the term obliterate by the way you don't need to come you don't know modifier necessarily Just the word obliterate half obliterate well no, it's no no obliterate means there's nothing left
They told me that we obliterated most of it You can't obliterate most I mean in total. It's totally half gone Okay, I'm starting to pick up now either it's obliterator and ain't you know that that last one right there You know what if it cost a hundred dollars You know it'll all you're all glad you know I'm on board. I know about you I don't think it's just costing you a dime But how much makeup I saw for yours my guy By the way in one of those commercials they I once yeah They raise up to the hairdryer first of all Yeah, first of all, uh, you know, wait, you know the people who run campaigns left to right center doesn't matter These are these are the worst people in the world They want to win they want to win that's all they want to and they'll do anything They will go punch their grandmothers in the face if that will assure them a win These are the type of people who run any kind of campaigns or public in Democrat and all of them has said to hell with society We think using AI will help us win this one particular election
And what they're doing is they're completely normalizing the idea from the very top from our politicians That it's okay to use AI to depict someone Uh at this point a public politician, but soon it'll be you with the cafeteria They're normalizing see what they're gonna do now getting office and tell us you can't do it with the person you see at the cafeteria But we can do it when we want to run against somebody else You know that's that's that's so far beyond hypocrisy It doesn't even matter. It says the people involved are 100% scumbags They simply don't care. They don't care what damage they'll do to society because get this This might help them win one particular Campaign at one time and that becomes the most important thing if you're 100% a scumbag Which people who work on campaigns tend to be I'm sure there's some people who are good nothing worse than a young person in their 20s working on Uh a political campaign because they're the most idealistic and they sell out constantly
And because they're young they say well over my lifetime. I want to get things done So I should go ahead and lie about this So we can get into power so we can get that done and that's what you have just just a bunch of the whole AI thing is Is it's it's it's societal negligence by these campaigns to even be using it But There's a statement that's made in there that I it's like is this true or not? There's a statement in this a this commercial That says that John Ossoff uses more makeup than anyone else in congress including the women. I know So that so I but I just want to fruity any I'm not voting for them But I know my question is is that a joke? I think it's true or More than half his whole staff more than Nancy Pelosi. They're talking about hey, what a young enough They're talking about his whole staff They make them all up. I mean, I mean, somebody said it was it was actually a real total As far as all the makeup so they're buying more makeup on tax their money somebody who actually likes Ossoff told me that that it was true
And I know it just seems crazy to me because I've seen some of these old Uh, well, that's just her putting on her ava and I don't even I don't even mean to say old women Old any of these old politicians. I mean trumplers makeup like crazy the reporters who are team The roll that's the whole thing if you're going after Ossoff for wearing makeup So you have to pretend that trump doesn't I think how can Well, well, we don't care because nothing and this piece of information might help us win this one particular campaign and we're 100 You know, I don't want to come off like Like I don't I'm sure Ossoff's campaigns doing crappy stuff the other way around because the the scum is the people who want to work on political campaigns Then they decide am I a Republican or a Democrat the scum he this comes from I want to work on a political campaign I'm sorry to lay it out there that way, but uh, you know You judge them by the fruits of their labor right well, I just see the way that these people have no problem
Distorting society because after all come on we this might help us win this one particular campaign at one time English Nick you said you got a role somewhere. I got a role, but thanks for having me. Um Supported and funded Competitor of ours NPR President Trump has revealed plans to make his proposed 250 foot arch in Washington DC serve as a military complex Including areas for military snipers and large amounts of weaponry Uh, the arch will serve as a military complex with snipers and drones Uh, and then a great idea. No, I don't know that it's a one good like drone. Well, like is it Well, let's talk about it. That's a drone. Just come out of this thing and start flying and killing and you'll never even notice them You're only doing this because if you say it's a military thing then Congress has less to say about it. Well, I mean I could go to them and say, hey, you know Let's fund this and see what they do or I could just you know build it and see what I was gonna be packed full of drones You don't even know I'm telling you you'll never even say it's first of all it's made out of nano butts
Okay, little beautiful beautiful the butts detainee ones. It's like a transformer We're gonna call it well. I know that's why we're gonna call it trump them as prime So it just transforms into a big It's gonna be very beautiful. It'll be made like I said out of the nano bots and when that asteroid flies, but you're gonna want it right right? You're gonna want it and then they'll be gonna keep an eye on that asteroid in 20 And you know, it can do it'll form look at a form like a Like do you remember Voltron? I remember yes Voltron. It was like a bunch of cars That was the one nobody watched and then there was the one with the five lines the ones that made the the two arms in the middle and the two like of course Well, they they they they they all merge like the arch will merge with the 10 monument the ballroom is their base All come together and they will protect the country like a what do they call the Kaiju or is that the monster? What's the that's the monster? What's the robot Gundam? Yes Gundam is the robot right so the form like a Gundam
On the go fight the asteroid So all the different memorials and uh Yeah, the memorial that they'll all come together and they'll fight the space cars They'll have to get the all spark what part will the Washington Monument be on the robot. I don't know. Maybe the body Okay, I don't know the arch can be the shoulders and the Lincoln can pilot it. I mean, it's all sorts of like everything Lincoln is like Kirk in the chair Everything's on the table the command center will be the ballroom beautiful ballroom. Yeah, that a lot of great So I mean, it's a wonderful arch. I love the this whole thing like with the with the with the Kennedy Center He's always like well, you know the board was nice and not you know They thought that I my name should be on meanwhile he fired everybody on the board put his friends on the board So he does this like Putin-esque thing this dictator thing where he goes not hey, it's not something but my idea Hey, they brought it to me. Well, they did they brought it and said hey sir. They said would you like to have your name on it?
And I said well, that's up to you. I don't you know, it's not up to me, but I'll tear it down if you don't but at the So he says on true social at the strong regret we The at the strong request of the United States military and for national security purposes I have agreed to convert the magnificent triumphant arch into a top grade military complex slash triumphant Arch is he just doing comedy? I know you never know. I really want that arch shit. It's gonna look beautiful He was just gonna have a An ornamental triumphant arch until we're to believe the military in that's Security we need that arch. We need that Uh, look, I don't know. I know you like the arch mr. President But if you have any interest in protecting the homeland It's gonna have to become a military military It has to be there. I mean for the missiles. Where is it even supposed to be? All right, you know right there. Is it gonna be
There's a there's a roundabout and I believe it's in the middle of it near Lincoln So you could just gonna be taller of course. Oh, yeah, it's gotta be like the ballrooms larger than the entire white There are limits in DC you can only build up to a certain night because of the And the planes yeah, then get a lot of traffic through there But you know you put it close enough where they can all like even the Jefferson Memorial that nobody goes to or sees or That's true. Nobody goes to An afterthought it's you have the man wrote the declaration I know, but it's sort of tucked away. Uh-huh. Nobody cares. It's not I mean, they don't have a reflecting pool. No, it doesn't Or anything like that so Nothing has a reflecting pool as we well that's because we're putting missiles underneath it It could turn to reflect the Let's just use it as a place to summary That's right. You know, it's beautiful little mini subs that turn into drones It got laser beams on them and all that crap
Is it trump added that the arch near the national mall will house store and have the rapid ability to use large numbers of drones Plus snipers on both the roof and plaza right you need a sniper up well what if why we have snipers already like Okay, a bad guy who already knows that that arch is a military headquarters Surely he's gonna choose to go do some bad stuff right in front of that He doesn't know where they are what if they're on he thinks you're on one side Might be on the other side like we'll have a fake one with the gun hanging out I don't know if they go there's the guy or Woman maybe I don't know we could have we can't give a fake woman you could have a fake woman But we'll also have a real woman tonight per or a male was ever the best shot yeah It's If it's anybody I mean everyone understands that this is insane right This is that even carrying this much about the ballroom And his whole thing with the I'm telling you man We're gonna wake up one day and overnight he will have knocked down a large part of the Kennedy Center
I'll start myself I'm gonna get a hammer go there. You remember Nixon I do I remember next one he went out remember next and he went out one night during the protests and talked to all the hippies Yeah, he did yeah, so I'm gonna go up on myself one night with the with a sledgehammer yeah and go over that That I mean it's so ugly people want to do one yeah go over to the With the thing the building the Kennedy Kennedy Center just started hitting it the Donald J Trump JFK Center Well, I mean that might alleviate some of the I mean if we could do so if you can put you this is a weird I'm trying to I haven't really done a deep dive in this but basically it comes down to is somehow It's been figured out by the administration that if we put his name on the building Then the building can be saved But if his name doesn't go on the building then the building has to be demolished right that's that basically the long and short of it actually If you want to shorten the long I mean let's do it short the short I mean the board unanimously voted to put my name on it Yeah, yeah, yeah, you fired people who wouldn't vote for that and put in people who would vote for I mean that's how the world works
I guess so I guess you're right. That is how the world works. I'm just being a little bit naive I just don't understand first of all I don't know if most Americans at this point recognize that the JFK Center is a memorial to an assassinated president In the same way I was also shot. I know but you You know thankfully you you may be you have the dead one in the living one So So it went I'd link it and go away you come along as as better because you you didn't you didn't Know better. I'm not better. You didn't succumb to the bullet. It was a worse shot than us. Okay I mean if it had been if you had been as well you turned your head I think that's what I'm saying Imagine if I hadn't yeah, I'm gonna imagine but the point being that it doesn't mean this is president That's how great for you. I don't you'd have Kamala Harris I doubt so Yeah, I just It just it all just seems so silly to me and I and I am I also I don't know I don't know that most people in this country recognize that the Kennedy Art Center is just like the Lincoln memorial or the Jefferson Memorial or the Washington Memorial
It's a memorial to a Long gone president, but you just said it you just said it. Huh? How about it? Who am I talking to Tim or Trump? No, no, no, how about Tim Trump you just said it you just said it how about this the Kennedy Arch Center? We put the Kennedy Center in the arch Along with the drones as a sniper. We put the drone or the arch on top of the Kennedy Center Wow, yeah, kill two birds and one I think I'm gonna do that But that's my I don't know if I'm calling it a prediction. I'm just saying I will not be surprised If one day we wake up same way we woke up one day and he had knocked down the east wing of the White House Never once felt that he needed to mention it to the people of the United States Never once never that. Hey, they love me each and every one of them if I do it they'll love it Really quite insane Mayor Dixon dickens. I'm sorry Is introducing new rules for flat cameras in the city today of course the flat cameras and the cameras that uh
Take a picture of your license plate number and they put that all together and my guess is eventually it all ends That would palant here and they put it in get a bio on every single person and where they've been in the last 24 hours or so at any given time I saw a guy driving around in his pickup truck and he had a cardboard sign and every light he would stop at He would hold it and so the people behind him could see it and it said flock keeps lists like Santa Okay, well Thank him for a service Now it's funny because they're gonna have different rules and to me it seems that there's one that there's one thing that you could do On the flock end you know on just the whole system the way that you set it up Which is that a cop in order to get into the system Would have to put the case number and You know, then there's the case number either it is allowed to enter the system for information or it's not And if it is it is and if it is and you go in there's a permanent record of when you went in you put in the case number
And once you're there you can only see information that is about that case number I think that's the best that you can do because then there's accountability and it's very easy to go, you know, Fred what were you doing You're not on this case It just seems like a very it seems like an easy fix For that particular problem which is you know cops decided to figure out you know whether ex-girlfriend is right or so Whatever or what the movement she's been making or who she's seeing It seems to me that's a pretty easy way you just have to put in the case number and your badge number and the system will say Hey, you're not on this case or the fact that you put the case number in says There's a permanent record of every time you went into flocked and what you looked for That part of it seems pretty easy. What's done with all this information? Is the hard part There's a There's an expose out there about smart TVs And everything that they're doing what are they doing? Well apparently
They track everything that you do everything that you see that's how you get the targeted ads But in order to do that So when you some of these televisions when you say hey and you speak into your remote control Whatever they surreptitiously will keep that mic open for another 10 or 15 seconds So if somebody's talking about something or whatever they already have the information of what you watch when you watch in order to target Stuff also. It's the reason it's one of the reasons that large TVs are coming down in price Because they recognize that they can make the money if you're an LG You make the money By just getting them out there collecting data and selling that data Who took over visio was it was it was target Somebody look over somebody one of the major chains bought out visio a couple years ago and visio is Walmart Walmart So visio is a very good TV at a very low price
And it's a smart TV and That was the reason Walmart bought visio because it was a way to be able to track Uh and target ads and mostly sell that data So that's why the TV is You know 60 something inches or whatever and and hard and I didn't cost you much because they're gonna make money on the other side Because in this world that we live in the companies that we give money to still hate us. Yeah It's just they feel they feel no need There's nothing at any company that's about uh protect the customer We protect the customer we might not make 25 extra cents come on And the TV would not only was listening to you through the microphones inside of it But it had ever all the information from your devices that are connected to the same Wi-Fi. Yes Yes, yes, yes, it's on the Wi-Fi network and then it's yes and believe me Here's the here's the good news If you can figure it out apparently there are 27 to 30 steps you can go through
To be told at least that all of this stuff is turned off Now you know you're not gonna get access to this and access to that Because this is the way that it works now It's on you as a customer to go through the 27 to 30 steps to make sure that you're it's not It's it's not on them to ask you politely for every single little thing You can opt out but they bury it inside of page three of what you go To which is their decision right remember this hold them responsible Psychologically speaking that was their decision Take information that you might say no to and push it in the middle of an agreement that goes on and on again It's like you have you can do the 27 to 30 steps you can sit and read every word Of what you're agreeing to You can spend half your day Being free from all of this stuff or you can be like me or you or anybody listen and go ah hell with it Psychologically speaking hold them the company's responsible
They decided that they could overwhelm you like this nobody's gonna go through 27 to 30 steps to be kept clean from every damn thing that they do No one's gonna do that. That's not a surprise to the people who did it the way they did it There's no There's there's no company believes they have any any obligation To protect one single customer from anything From anything I mean, it's really they have It's transactional you want this give us the money here it is and we get all this other stuff But there's nothing about oh you're a customer and we're gonna look out for you Accepting like commercials and stuff where they lie. Yeah, yeah, we like the new data center commercials. We love you Boy, we love oh, we love we love small towns. Yeah, we turn this poe dunk town You know, we like we like the little people boy. We love hey, we're a big huge corporation. We want you to know We love the riff rap
So let us in we hired your uncle So give us a little something back, huh So I don't I got the flat cameras There's probably some good you get out of them, but I guarantee you they're gonna end up inside of that palantir database at some point And you and you know, and then there's always people like well if you don't do anything wrong You got nothing to worry about well What about when something what when what's considered doing something wrong is simply registering your protest of government policies? What about then? Oh Our two of the bond Hessler doctrine begins right now Now as everyone who's ever listened to this show knows this is not a sports show However, I watched some sports things well Let's see let's see if we hit upon any of the things the sports things
That you watched Well, it's not a sports show, but we want to say congrats to the braves. They clinched their seventh National league east title in nine years That could work good work Uh, which means the Eric will be interested in baseball as it goes down to the end Because it's always whether or not the braves are there my interest in the in baseball as a whole is basically how are the braves doing The braves are doing well. I have interest the further they go The more I have get it in now won't be back till 2028 Why they're not gonna have a season next year. That's what everybody says lock out baby You think that they'd be able to avoid that with everybody knowing it because um The the owners win. I don't know why the players even now. I know I'm not as I don't know as much about the players. They'll never agree with you know whatever. It's kind of different where the I don't know baseballs. I can't really speak on I know that in football The owners just win their billionaires. They can they can they can have a season they can go without football for a season
The guy you know who has you know even a good football player that like the average is like four years You've got four years to make your money and you're just gonna lose a year. I mean that's I'm not as privy to It's a little bit different in baseball because you got people who are just making so much money They don't want anything to change. Yeah, they're never gonna agree with you. I can't yeah, they don't care about You can understand that individually they want to make 450 million dollar contract. I don't give a damn if the crowd actually gets a playoff run or parity which there's one There's one league that's dominating everything else in the world You might want to look at them and see how they do it. I can tell you that there are owners like Pittsburgh or well, maybe not them, but cities where their team is sort of competitive As long as they make a profit. Yeah, they don't care. They don't care at all. No, they don't care So, you know, which is like you would think that if you don't make a If you don't win long enough you'd stop making a profit, but I guess in Pittsburgh they got a beautiful park and people like to go there
So it's good to do. Yeah, it's something to do. I don't know. That's a good business model But and then so congratulations to the braves on the other side of it condolences to all Falcons fans I stopped watching that game. I don't know somewhere in the third quarter. Maybe it was early in the fourth. I don't know I have never I have I'm trying to think if I've ever seen them play as poorly as they played yesterday did they have any quarterback troubles? Okay, and that's that's still even though the whole thing just looked terrible It's still 75 80% of the weight of not have of having this quarterback problem is causing so much of this and I believe in Kevin's defansky But I mean there's no there's no reason why everything should fall apart at the same time. I mean that was just You know and you got to Drake London getting into arguments with fans, you know, it starts to get Very ugly when there's no hope, but what did uh
Cooper rush has turned over the ball the first two try. Yeah, it's fumble in the reception And then the crowd wanted Jack strand and then you're yelling for Jack strand. He gets in there. They turns it over He threw a pick six at least. Yeah, well, you say he did score. Let's say yeah, he did score So I don't know I will say this I will say this I it's it's on one hand I still say the people who are running the team now the coaches and a lot of the front office are not the reason that we're in this situation So I don't I do hang over from the hang over yeah, it's all and who knows there you panics goes back in place Well, I don't know but if we have without that if panics doesn't come back and play well I mean it's a lost season if we had Josh or the Kansas City guy I have the homes would be be a decent team. I it's on paper Yes, but that's the problem is looking at yesterday. It wasn't just it was just everything if they just looked Pathetic, I mean, I don't know that I've seen them play that poorly before. I mean, I'm sure I have
You know, I've been a fan since 98 so I'm sure there have been individual games Where they played that poorly they got blown out by the panthers last last year in Carolina Do you ever watch and play with Jeff George? I watched him from afar. I didn't live in Atlanta. Sorry. I'm gonna. You know, you've seen him Well, I know the Falcons were terrible for a good long time. I'm just saying like in in this you know since the 90s Let's put it that way Just really I mean, I don't know. I still don't blame but that's I'm saying is I want to say I believe in Stofansky and The people who made all of these stupid decisions with quarterback to have them in the situation are not there Really? So you want to give you want to not blame the people who are down there on the sidelines But then as I'm thinking like that it's like yeah, but why you know like special teams played horribly like you know like Everything was bad Now if you fix the quarterback, I guess it makes the other stuff easier I suppose but that was bad. That was you got to hope that was
Some cut because you saw what Pittsburgh was and they got beat by Pittsburgh the first week This is not a sports show But I this is a show where I just say I you know unless he has a strong Ending Terry Bradshaw would have done better. Yes. Now yeah Aaron Rogers should not have come back this year If the if he's not completely totally if it totally on script He's suddenly looks like he's 80 years old He's tiny can't run two feet like let me tell you you got no chance When the slowest guy on your defense is is much faster than your corner Like the slowest guy in the herd is gonna be able to take down that old gazelle Do you think he loses the job before the end of the season? I should retire on his own I don't know you know there's some good quarterbacks coming out. This is not a sports show But I'll tell you this there's some good quarterbacks coming out in the next draft
Say I think you got a lot of teams. I don't think your dolphins are trying all that hard There's a lot of teams that might be kind of even maybe the Falcons if they have two or more of these You know, there's some there's some you know a lot of people believe in arch I don't know if I do man. He the fifth quarterbacks Trump says that archmaning is going to have drones and slits He's going to have an arm that we're gonna put by annex and then I says we should add it But there are also this some other couple other you know, it might be one of these years where you just decide At some point if it's not working just to kind of throw up your hands It's to fanskies first Jerry's not to get fired. It's get a good quarterback. You know, I don't know It's been a couple weeks who's gonna be in the Super Bowl. Oh, is it time to yeah already? I'll tell you this I'll tell you this of the Cowboys bills The Taylor Swift thing is getting just Oh, it is It's become like Tom Cruise now. It's like who's sitting next to it. It's also like the third season. So it's yeah Thaw's day sort of yeah Travis Kelsey had a good game last night. I don't know how and we don't need them
Wow, you just got accepted. It's real. They have friends. You're like my homes is done. I'm like you're an idiot My home's just gonna get better and better he it's a weird man because he looks rusty But he also still makes great plays and by game four five it's gonna be 100% my homes. I have I have no doubt about that They're gonna be there. They're gonna be there like this Travis But Travis Kelsey man. I don't know how like he was get he was like wide open a lot of these things And then he would just kind of lumber along to get like 10 or 12 more yards tempted to tackle him either That's I'm saying is I think that uh I think we don't know how good the defenses are I have I have no idea. I'll just say this at one point Uh Chris Collins were yeah He shamed NBC at one point what did he say because they had gone back to her again. Oh, yeah He's like well, I'd like to show some football here Just want to watch Travis as wife you can we can show and they immediately
Went to the thing and then the next time he scored They didn't show it. They showed her later But it was like they had already done like two or three times and was still in the first quarter and uh And it's just it's just and so one point he scored and she started pointing at her ring and oh wow People's becoming a little bit obnoxious. You know if you want to show a woman There's a lady down there with big boobs you can zoom in Like they've got the man in guess they should have the Taylor cam on just the separate channel. Taylor cam Yeah, that's fine. Oh guys look you know what you know, it's different now Right, they're married you expect to somebody's wife is gonna show up and root for them But it this whole thing where the god does the NFL need it doesn't the NFL realize they're one of the only things on earth That Taylor Swift needs more than they need Taylor Swift and It's the most successfully on earth Alex Williams and that's it. That's the word. This is not a sports show I know that the autumn is like I want to come back and talk about the baseball strike next time
I want to talk about that guy that tried to catch that snap and he heard his eight his elbow. Oh is with that be Who hurt their elbow would that be Jalen? Oh, you mean the quarterback? You're watching the Washington commanders because you were in a bar around DC that was Jalen Daniels that's name Jalen Daniels Jaden Daniels. Yeah, why must I Jaden Daniels? Yeah, that's who that was Uh-huh, and what about Caleb, huh? I mean he was well He was gonna be on the Josh Allen thing this and now he's hurt my goodness All right, is this a sports show George? No, I didn't think so we got today. We got to stop talking about the sports oh No, they beat the hell out of some cupcake Alex Williams sees You know, I have to check myself sometimes with these stories Kind of police myself because I don't want to be happy About something that's happened when I know that that thing that's happened Actually is not a good thing But you it seems like it's a good thing like for instance a couple weeks ago. We didn't get to it
Maybe it was sometime last week. There was a story out there where a poacher Who was trying to kill a rhino or something some elephants trampled that poacher and like I was like I'm because you know, I don't know that It just seems wrong to be all happy that some human being got You know torn a sunder and completely trampled By a bunch of elephants, but it was like I would be lying if I didn't say to one some one part of me I was like hey live by the sword die by the sword, you know kind of thing But you know, I'm sure you know, maybe his mom's still alive and she loves him You know, I I try to police myself. Yes, that's true. I'm just trying I try to police myself. I don't want to You know, I want to hold Certain values and not smart too much, but I did I'm being honest when that poacher got trampled I was like you like I call myself no, I don't really but I'm not above it. I think it's a huge one. It's it's You know, it's ironic. It's ironic. It's an ironical death. Yeah, certainly
Well, this is not death, but this is the same kind of thing where I want to pump my fist a little bit, but I know that it's absolutely wrong. It's more than wrong this is From eyewitness news seven. I think I don't know there's a from Burbank actually um Man arrested for allegedly pepper spring moviegoer who used cell phone at Burbank theater Now I know that that's wrong Specifically two people who weren't involved had to you know they got If it affects them too. That's not as bad as killing an elephant. No, no, it's not as bad Great essay though. Killing an elephant. You ever see every the essay killing an elephant? Who wrote it? I believe it's uh George Orwell I think I'm pretty sure. Yeah killing an elephant about 10 pages master too long Tim I didn't I didn't I wasn't really introducing it to autumn. I knew she didn't have the 10 pages Happened to one it's a metaphor about the English Empire and whatnot Uh, so yeah, there's part of me but I just know how wrong this is, but of course there is going to be that part of you like yeah
How do people? How are people so ignorant that they don't know To not get on their cell phone during a movie you don't need to Well, all that's obvious, but you and I know that you don't need to you've got a whole bunch of people Some of them within younger generations some of them within older generations who would Their point of view must be no you're wrong. I do need to I need to stay in touch with the outside world while peripherally. I'm watching it's amazing how people can't let it go There was a game yesterday. I spent yesterday outside watching all the games It was a game yesterday where uh Somebody scores it might have been the the commanders game and it gets so close to the people that have the end zone seats Kind of like those little club seats that he jumps over into their area walks over And finds and was it the Eagles who played the commanders? I can't remember but Cal boys
But I can't whichever team it was this guy gets into the space where the people from the Home team are is some really good tickets and you're like special seats He gets in that area walks over finds a fan of his team hands on the ball It's the moment he jumps over into the seats. All right, there is That now imagine this you're out of football game. You're in cool seats And someone's about to score in your end zone and it's he's going too fast He can't stop himself. He jumps over into the into this area And you see a kid about 17 years old looking down at his phone how much sensory like What do you need to make it while I cannot be looking at my phone right now What why is that person even at the game maybe it helped him hit his parlay? It's well possible but the game it the thing just happened right in front of him and he didn't see it He speaks pepper spray I would get delight but I would know it was wrong and that's the important thing
Alex Williams says 85 What's this just saying George JD Vance was it a faux pas or was he making a was he doing it on purpose? It was a faux pas but he kind of owns it. Okay, let's say it's here the The fox pox And because we need somebody who will fight back against the fart left We need Michael Watley in the United States Senate the fart left Kind of like that. That's that's funny. That's funnier than Democrats I think that's sway funnier than Democrats, you know Starting to like this JD Vance guy maybe someday he'll be good enough to be president Yeah, wait wait if he can if he can come with these funny little things to say then that that's a little quick proof right there that you would be a good president Oh, what do they call them bon mots. Yeah, little bone notes bon mots. Okay, bon mots bon boats fart left So great Would you like to hear where he owns it and kind of addresses? I don't know. Yeah, I guess maybe now you may not have even heard that But I actually I usually don't miss speak
But I just called them the fart left not the fart left that I promise that was an accident all right So the thing is you don't like me a bad language. I promise I did not mean to call them the fart left I meant to call them the far left Oh, no, it live up to I mean why do you apologize? Uh-oh see now you see you this week that makes you look weak This is something you know if you say something dumb in public in public You just double down and I never said you double down. I never say I'm just saying if you ever had you would just double down Yeah, you just keep moving put your feet on the gas you run over a foot. You just keep going Doesn't matter. No fix their feet. It worked for warlocked her mum Yeah No, it's where it's for it. No, that's right. It works. It's it's it's done quite a good job. Oh, you're big fan Is he a Republican? He's no, he's a Democrat. I don't like him. He's a Democrat. The fart left So I guess uh because so the United Nations they're doing their yearly everybody gets together at the United Nation
Well, the Hottles were hate everything at the vest Boy the United Nations uh, they just seem look at the world. They just seem to be doing a great job Always so peaceful and wonderful and the general assembly the general assembly so everybody gets together Um, you know you always hear about the stuff like when there's a Republican convention and then you like oh the grinder app Went down. Like does that kind of thing happen? Well with Tinder and grinder like when you have the whole world coming to New York City It might but the people that are on the grinder are not hiding that they're on the grinder Well, I don't I was I was think the people from Syria are hiding the There's plenty of use beckistan delegation And there's a lot of in the closet Democrats as well Even if they say good good things. It's uh, I'm sure it happens both ways, but sure more so Uh more more newsworthy when it's uh, you know family Right, what are they gonna family values people and even run on that anymore
Oh, they don't say family values. Well, it's kind of difficult given with the Republican Look, I only like people that have been divorced twice That's right you get divorced the third time you're scum So your way there's news from uh, uh, from Tucker, Georgia. Oh boy. What happened? What's this one? What did you do? I didn't do Did not come up in this this is someone I kind of heard about but hey, but there's a new ordinance And they're banning outdoor pet sales What now in effect and Tucker I guess there are pop up uh, well it depends on what part of Tucker you're talking about because we don't see those very often Well, maybe maybe you're not stopping at the right gas stations uh, you know some gas stations Some gas stations they maybe they'll have some like uh, Elvis on black velvet uh kind of stuff over the side Other ones they have a pop up uh, you know buy a puppy. Yeah, that's a beyond mountain industrial
I have no idea about Tucker. The only times I've been to Tucker is when I've been to go into Tiam Andrew's home So I know nothing about Tucker my understanding is that it's becoming uh quite a very livable city Oh, yes and walkable and walkable and you have green spaces. Yes, I go there. I walk there every day Who could ask for anything more if you got the green spaces? Do you have a belt line yet? Do you have a Do you have a I don't want to be connected to any other towns? Do you have a green space what about uh, walking path that goes through it and around it what about that Business what do you call that when you put everything together and what's it called? No, no, no, live work play a little work That kind of like that has it mixed. I can live right above the store that I want to go to Mixed you see how you have the mixed juice go on Tucker not yet. I'm sure there's some but they vetoed it. No food haul No, they vetoed it really. Yeah, that's why I see you might might as well be it. Oh, yeah, I got a ball pit No, but they're for kids. That's how back work only I have a dull ball pit in my bag
Stop by that's that's how backward Tucker is they they still think ball pits for kids. Yeah, yeah, it's bright now I saw a couple days Apparently there are pop-ups You guys have streetcar yet we do yeah, it's pull by a mule To the ex on and the kids love the mule they do they do the only nips out of The kids gotta learn lessons, you know don't get too close to the dog. Yeah, it's 3D. You feed a mushy apples So yeah pop up This seems like a bad idea all the way around like where the where are the dogs from Did they right isn't it's sort of a unregulated? It's unregulated. They're always the same breed. They're always pit bulls Every dog of course, they're always pit bulls. Yeah, it's true. Of course. Yeah, no one's taking a poodle and go I got bootles come see me at the CBS. Yeah, give it to you for a buck or it's free or whatever I do happen to know people they were main nameless, but I have heard stories about people who have
You know and their dog lovers and and they buy from somebody and then they meet them in a parking lot or something and get the dogs They buy from a breeder right but it's what kind of dog you're talking about? I don't know It was not a was not a pit bull. Yeah, but I did hear I did hear they were they were kind of they had first thing they had to do is You know give them bats and like they were not in the greatest conditions You see a 94-a-mante carlo in the Walgreens parking lot and there's music blaring out of it and there's like six kids And there's a cage of the puppies Those are going to be pit bulls. Oh Or pit mixes a bunch of the dogs that you can get that you that are quote like rescues Maybe pit mixes. Yeah, so everything else you have to pay big bucks for If you see like this is in the great parts of of of the neighborhood are they sold as This you know like buying a gun or something protect your property kind of thing. No, it's just like here's puppies Oh, and the people will buy them don't know they're gonna grow up to be Well, they know what they're getting okay. Yeah, but they don't want to spend like it's kind of the thing that's happening all over right where it's like
If you want to spend $5,000 to get a Yorkie Yeah, or to get a dog or something right, you know, then go ahead and get to get like an AKC certified Breeded animal like that's fine, but if you want to spend like you know 300 bucks on a dog you're gonna get something else $300 dog needs a home too. I'm not saying they know I'm saying that you're gonna get some sort of pit bull I don't know what I'm gonna pull from our pit mixes Some one of the politicians that was cited in this article Was basically saying because what happens is it's it's becomes sort of on the a spur of the moment kind of Buy and a lot of these animals are in shelters like three months later. Yeah, should never be a spur of them Hey, let me take your change in dogs People are dumb and they you know, and then their kids want it like balka you're dyke mo Yep, and then like the dog chews up there she likes stupid dog get out of here get out here
Well last time the dog go he went to the farm last time we had a dog was in the 90s and I said to my wife and My oldest child now, but only child that we had at the time who was about 10 or 11 they went to They went through the pal that we made a decision. Hey, you want me to get a dog last thing Do not come back with one of these dogs that you know starts a whizzing all over the place You know every time somebody knocks at the door and They came back with Mindy who was the most nervous dog in the history of the world Alex Williams says there's The cat police sees 735 pounds of marijuana So I guess what the pot dude to them well, we don't have to worry about it anymore apparently the whole drug thing is taking care of and it's
We won the war we won the war so it's not it makes a good headline. I don't think that it puts a dent in anything I love that I love when they get the picture with the guns and And the weed that means it's sitting somewhere in evidence Really It's in there. They're supposed to be one more ounce in there actually is All right, it's going on over there the guard dog ate it Maybe they'll burn it You know until I get rid of it. Yeah, you'll stand. Yeah, just hang out That's a lot. Yeah, I just decided the next time a department did that and staged these photos and stuff I would just assume oh, I guess we won the drug war and it's over It wouldn't be just as Drug war the drug war the war on drugs the war with drugs where they do with the money the drug thugs You know I'm talking about I know the drug thugs are drug bugs. I believe uh, I believe the I don't know There's a system you get you get to keep some of it
I met some of the cfo of the drug wars uh, well now probably in the DEA. I would imagine yeah Now if it's a local bust up maybe if you were a cop wouldn't be I think you're like I put some in your pocket I think it would be very difficult. I think it'd be difficult to do and I do think that there's a national If not a register. I don't I think that the shit go to the police the feds the feds oversee this stuff. I would imagine Somehow or maybe I that's a good question. No, it's a good question because I I don't know that if there's a drug You know what's what did you see George? Uh, it says here the seizing agency gets to retain a large percentage often 75 to 85 percent There you go. And then where's the rest go? 15 to 20 percent goes to state general funds or district attorney offices. Oh, stays out of the hands of the feds What the DAs do with it? Uh, they put it toward putting bad guys in jail. Yeah, holiday party. Oh both uh, well listen, you need good morale Yeah, you know, to put the bad guys in jail. So holiday party used to be a Christmas party, but they also can't call it that
They haven't January. Well, I aren't you over that yet. It says that they everybody calls it Christmas. Have you noticed? Um, uh, sometimes they use it to fund to undercover drug buys. Hey, oh well look at that. She put the money right back into it. Yeah Or youth sports or drugs treat my friends. Youth sports. Are they getting them into drugs the kids? They got to keep that pipeline. I know when I was making the arrest when I was a youth. It was a sport Uh, one I was quote the only one I was any good at Nobody seemed scared to smoke pot out in public anywhere these days Uh, the fact that marijuana season is like such a thing, you know, yeah, over at The grocery store at well, I land a sword different than with puffed right in the face with it. Yeah, just driving down the road everywhere That's why here. I don't drive through Atlanta all that much. Well, you live in, you know, fancy Well, I live in the suburbs and I guess legal here. Yeah, it's legal where you are. So yeah Is it legal to smoke and drive? I Don't think so, but you know, it's we don't really have a test for it though
We have a we have a dispensary across the street, but we got a note on our apartment building saying like hey someone's complaining that they can smell marijuana You can't smoke it on the property. It's like but it's legal. Yeah, but they own the property. You don't Hmm, could they tell you I guess you can't say you can't drink on the property. They could tell you can't smoke cigarettes Can I say you can't drink? Yeah, they have but you would have to know that before you bought it and yeah, I guess Is that strange? It seems a little odd to me. We know it's not you because you get paranoid you ain't doing this month Alex Williams says Hour three of the bond Hessler doctrine begins right now with this hour's keyword in WSB's a grand for groceries giveaway This hour's keyword is band B-A-N-D Band that kind of band Not the other kind being band
Could be a band like that exactly or a rock band B-A-N-D Not the kind where you can't do it anything anymore. Oh, not that kind. Okay, so I want to be clear This hour's keyword is B-A-N-D Band go to the WSB radio app or WSB radio dot com slash groceries for your chance to win $1,000 again that keyword is B-A-N-D Band who is the current special ambassador to Hollywood for John Voy is it John Void it's John Void it's John Void okay Well, I saw an article a day in variety John Void Mr. Stallone no, it's not you get you're still not only that but you're stepping on my story Thanks George stepping all over my story. So it may be John Void Who uh it's a great actor. I don't know but he's done lately, but he's a great actor He was on Ray Donovan. Yeah, I never I never watched that was a good show. Hey, Ray. I'm your dad. Ray Donovan's dad
Life's going by so fast that wasn't that like eight years ago or something that was like ten years ago I remember that was a big thing for a while. It was a good show So Vestor Stallone says he turned down Trump's special ambassador to Hollywood role because it was impossible. He said Or I said thank you and Chow I said thank you and Chow Dude, it's impossible. I'm making Toe Se King. I mean, they know all the time. That's right Is he that Tulsa King that's still going on? Not Tim only watched the first two seasons so I mean it's pretty good show But did not enough to keep him around for a third season. You like to watch plus he's doing all the dead So he and his time is consumed with that. That's true. It is still running Yeah, no, it's coming up season four if I'm a forest That's interesting because he was kind of he was kind of um The bitchin about it money when it first like the first because it's a whole different way of working He's used to working for a month on a movie or six weeks or something Yeah, this is a lot of work now. I'm going to do in the TV show
That's what I just said Tulsa like you know Pretty much more like a turno it's like it's to pranos show, but it's in Tulsa. That's called Tulsa King I imagine the last place in the world is actually filmed as Tulsa where originally it was now. It's filmed in Canada or something Oh, it's they make Tulsa King here in Atlanta. Yeah, I think that's something nice town You know I you're sticking around you like in Atlanta go see a you know baseball game. Yeah, we check out your subpar football Well, listen, we have we had a bad week We've had a bad couple of years Well, I'm I'm since the Super Bowl you got to be right Who am I to judge you know, so I told president The Trump I said adios I got to make Tulsa King He said here that Hollywood It's like feudal states they have their little kingdoms. You don't go in and tell six studios how to do things And Mel Gibson and John boy We're kind of do we're kind of do our own thing people
So he basically told Trump I don't think it'll work Then he said thank you and chow I appreciate you know, he's chow you see you do the chow thinking about me You do the chow thing a lot you say chow I see you as a chow guy chow that's Italian right? Yeah, he's a chow I don't know what chow I'm the Italian stallion It's Spanish it's portuguese That was stolen from somebody what was it the Italian stallion you know, I have like the third book I'm always I'm just telling you what I read over the weekend I have As I I usually have two different books. I'm reading right and then there's a third book. It's a satellite It's like in a bathroom that I hardly ever use like orbit dead books. Oh, no, I mean, I mean it's just it's out there It's a third book And it's it's in a it's in a bathroom that like I hardly ever use right but I always want something there to read if I ever need it Yes, so the book that's in that bathroom is this book that I've been Slowly reading agon agonizingly slowly reading for
Probably two years because I hardly ever in that bathroom That's a long time to be reading one book Well, I mean the only time I ever pick it up is what I'm in this this bathroom. So it's about It's called the last coach and it's about Trins no It's about bear Bryant the Alabama. I know who that is. Oh, yeah, you've heard Well, there was a guy one of his guys in the 60s at Bama I was known as the Italian stallion and I think you have admitted that that was the name that you I show you take those two rhyme You know There's somebody else's you know, you don't sort of it's quite what it's known. Yeah, they do rhyme I'm still you know what I swear I got it from you know I go into this bathroom so infrequently maybe you should go in day more you could finish the book. I could learn So I although it's probably been two years this book is in there Um, he still hasn't gotten to Alabama coach bear Bryant. Yeah, he's still he's still coaching uh Texas A&M
So they have a good program when he was there well, you know, he turned it into a good program He worked he he went to bearman. He was really good, right? He he uh he coached a lot of teams I didn't know about before he got to Alabama. He coach Maryland He coached um Kentucky, you know, they call them crimson tide also Texas A&M. He's white Alabama. Why do They're what their crimson tide and then they're something else Uh Deacon blues Or that Auburn it's one of those Seven The war the Auburn has two names Boyd dam eagle they're the war damn eagles and they're also the tigers. Yeah, so they have two and then they have one Extras like I'd say having a backup car. Aren't they a little close to Clems? They both have tigers Clems LSU You know, so not a tiger yeah the trade baseball too. Well, that's different sports. Yeah, yeah, so it's okay So uh the reason we're talking to Sebastian Sloan today of course to see he's letting us say we turned Trump down to be the ambassador to Hollywood Yeah, and he got mad he said I wasn't allowed, you know to be an actor anyone. I said I don't think you really control all
Yeah, he said he did though and he said yeah, I think I do I said all right. Well you're delusional Ciao Ciao, I don't know that I've ever said chow to anybody as I was walking on There was a restaurant to come for you to good for I didn't say that. I just Come to my show W different as fogo the chow No, no, no, but there was a place called chow see I Oh Yeah Was it was I think that autumn and I ate there would you like the origin of chow The origin okay, sure Like I turned it down like I didn't ask for it, but he got gonna give me the origin of chow My that's why that the word chow comes from the Venetian language where it evolved from a phrase meaning I am your slave Huh my good now in a way though It's canceled. No, the hold on now like a bow. Is that a wow. Yeah, is that a way of saying
Uh, I am yeah, I'm I'm submitting to you. I'm indebted to you It was not meant to express actual servitude instead of was a polite respectful greeting similar to saying I am at your service There you go. Yeah, it's okay. It's not bad. It's not bad Yeah, well, you know, I am at your service and I am your slave or very different Well, you think about it. It's your service is dang well, no, no at your service You're you're coming from the point of view that even if I don't make money or whatever I want to do this because it's important to me And then slavery is you don't want to do it, but you're forced By a powerful entity to do it. You don't have to compel to make sure that you're happy So Why do I get paid or not? You know, okay as long as you're happy as long as I'm what? Happy I said happy okay You know that when you were denying the president You kind of you shouldn't have used chow because that would imply that you were there
Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm here to serve you know Now it means what I say it means and that's goodbye And don't know they do because they want to do Who's your lazy stinkin xlex watch so our Mel Gibson and John void aren't making any money from this. This truly is chow right this truly is Yes A surface wanting to serve trying to make the Bible movies Alex That was Mel. I know that bell So a bell Gibson sounds like they're trying to make the Bible moves come on Great work Alex Williams says delay I La la la I do wonder sometimes About women And not no, I don't mean to that way yeah, I caught him I wonder about autumn. Yeah, what do you wonder?
But I wonder about women is why it is so easy for them to get caught up in A trend these handbags Oh, like it to me from my you know everything you know art is in the eye of the beholder to this be holder It seems like when it comes to handbags and now tote bags The blender They are the more expensive they are it's not like they're Diamond and trusted or anything, you know What's the big one what are the herm herms hermys hermys airmys airmys airpays Got your herpes bag yeah Yeah, I see these things and I see the price of them and I see women go through and someone collect them because Their husbands make millions of millions of millions of dollars and they're so less than what they do So they just collect these things and show them off to their other wildly wealthy girlfriends and their a whole closet that was
Arected just for their airmys bags and then you look at them and you go this is doing not this is stimulating my eyeballs Not at all So it's just a thing like in the Stanley Cup thing You know it's called thermos technologies been around since like the late 1800s and then and then you look at the Stanley cups And that they're not and again, they're not jueling-crusted. They're not they're just bland looking things Well, here's the latest thing from page six Katie Holmes spacious tote bag Just dropped and gorgeous new fall colors can you put a dog in it? You probably could have if you were how many dogs if you're one of these rich annoying white ladies You could probably fit your little dog in some of their uh So now this is not hers. It's not like her line of tote bags. I don't believe but uh so She carries an impressive variety of larger bags
You know, okay, that's impressive And for autumn not for you, but autumn but for the season the brand Also a favorite for Martha Stewart Meghan Markle of Emily Blunt. Just dropped a limited edition Italian swayed version In a cove table cognac hue Plus two new leather colors reminiscent of fall foliage Ooh dark terracotta look this this thing is really really bland and it is Where's the price here? See I saw 400 I saw over it somewhere between you know, I'm looking at the 13 inch the 16 inch 16 inch you're looking at 450 dollars That's still not very expensive. It's not for it's not for it's a it's a it's a brown ugly tote bag I'm just saying for a designer bag. It's not expensive. That's what I'm saying I know it's this is so that the secondary audience that isn't millionaires Can get involved in their own war
Between the housewives. Well my husband can afford a completely useless 500 dollar tote bag So when the lady next door sees that I have this she'll know that at least temporarily on this call to sack I'm the queen hey the other day target was given free bags out You know the reusable bags what's wrong with that? Uh, okay, he homes doesn't carry it and I got a yeah, yeah, just Katie homes carry it. I bet you she's been to target Are you saying uh, likes held it? Yeah, I bet you Are you saying they were given away the bags that you would use as reusable bags? Yeah, because I think they're going in the direction of all these other lazy stories. There's no longer giving you the free one We have to pay ten cents for bags. I do not pay for bags 478 dollars. I just saw the price on this thing. Yeah, because she's got her me's bag She has the uh anniversary collection. Oh, is that what it is? Look at this thing. I just look at it. It's the Cayana system tote look it up. It looks like
Looks like dog do what it looks like But once your neighbor sees that you've got it man. Oh man. Are you gonna have a good week? Is that is that people just don't have anything to offer the world so here's the bags just walking around with a bag. That's all they can do I'm successful. I've made it. I paid five hundred dollars for a Bag that looks like dog do once again this hour is keyword and WSB is a grand for groceries giveaway is B-A-N-D band go to the WSB radio app or WSB radio dot com slash groceries for your chances To win one thousand dollars Alex Williams says 85 North Well, I believe Greg Ross is joining us a little bit early You believe correct Lee. Well, then it's not a belief. I guess it's a fact Greg Ross is joining us a little bit early I he's uh, you know, he's a met's fan, but I'm sure his childhood self is glad that the uh braves
One the division yeah, it's not I'm not wrapped up a playoff spot No, they want the division. Yeah, yeah, I want to make sure I had it right Um, but uh, there's a chance because right now they are they're they're one the division But out of the three divisions. I think they have the worst record Which means they won't get the buy So they could play the fillies Uh, if the fillies get the last wild card seed in the first round And that's the thing I don't like because the fillies seem to always knock the braves out of the playoffs So you still have something in there that is uh, rooting once your beloved met's are out of the way Yeah, that was easy. You're with it. Yeah Uh, so now you've reverted back to a childhood Greg Ross and you're rooting on the braves Uh, yes, or do you maintain your distance so that you won't get hurt That see look if you want to I feel like I feel disconnected. It's not as fun I realize I tried that whole thing after the super bubble that I bring up all the time Yes, it's not fun. I was too emotionally invested so I just stopped all together for a bit
And then I tried getting back involved into sports watching disconnected It's not the same you need to be emotionally connected a bit. Yeah, you know, it's a fine line It's you need to be emotionally invested, but not crazy Yeah, yeah, but it has to mean a lot so that you get invested But then once it doesn't happen you have to be able to go okay that didn't happen and move on It's difficult. It is difficult. I don't know. I've been okay right now. Yeah, but You know a big game happens again say that falcon's not gonna happen this season Not in any season. I don't know about any season, but If this is not a sports show, but we can say right now that's that's the worst I've seen the falcon's looking I mean, maybe there was another time and I'm just not remembering But since I've been here since 98 that's I don't remember watching them and I even I turned it off like early fourth quarter I was like I just yes since you've been here. It's been Vic Uh was Chandler first Chandler yes
And then Vic and coach and then the stand up and then Joey what was his name from the Lions when Vic went to Joey Joey Harrington and then one guy we had matchup right Match all we had and then he'd went to the Texans and he was the backup for Mac. Matt Ryan. Yes, he was down reach. He started Rested peace to the great coach. Uh, there's a new app What's the app store still making apps. They're still making apps. Yeah, they haven't given up yet App these days this one is called this one's called zuck off Oh, it's a free app that sees Metaglasses before they see you this is actually a pretty smart kind of thing built by 30-year-old developer uses Bluetooth detection system to tell you whether there is a pair of smart glasses in the room with you Because a lot of people first of all there's there's selling
Uh, they're selling quite a few of these smart glasses a little bit because they glow That's not light you can't disable the light you can disable the light you've got to know what you're doing But you can disable or I should say this you have been able to disable the light which the lights supposed to come on anytime Anytime you're recording so the people around you know that you're recording um People have been able to get around that now what menace says and it sounds like this would be pretty easy to do is They've now built in a thing with the upgrade that senses that that's happened And then just kind of kills it But I guess you could decide to never upgrade right that's the thing that's not talked about is you could You could get it you could do the work around make it so that you could record with these glad glasses Without the light being on so long as you're willing To just never upgrade right and if you're kind of a purve Or if you're in it for that reason or if you're private detective or somebody who
Who wants to bus somebody if you want to expose something You know as why wouldn't you spend the money for the glasses Do the work around turn the light off and then just never get an upgrade and then be willing to just toss the glasses away if there was You know if there was a problem So there were people who were people and be a creep and spy on people. Yes. You can have that light on Yeah, exactly I prank dude You stabbing you in the knee and stealing your wallet I have something on like hatch you can wear or your own glasses that would just Blind it when it's coming out here. If this works. This would really be all you need you would you would have the zuck off app going And it will know by Bluetooth it'll say hey there's some glasses On this Bluetooth thing this that's recording you I guess you look around you say hey who is it hey Gonna corner somewhere in New York City. Hey Is wearing the glasses I did that on the train the other day bet's because someone farted on a crowded train And I just started going off. What'd you say? I
I picked the person I thought that did it as like I know it was you they refused to turn around I was like this is absolutely disgusting and I know it was you it was you wasn't it I don't know first of all what if the person just couldn't Not do it. I don't it was the What are they supposed to do? I know I'm just no I put up with this all the time whenever there's like an errand smell I just pretend I'm not smelling it But you couldn't pretend in this instance So it's my whole head. I'm saying it is handbag. How do you know the person wasn't like you know just you know What are they supposed to do stop the train you got a handbag do it in that? No, just don't do it. It's a folder It works it goes this always back into your blood and comes out in other ways Sometimes you can't you can't hold it Uh well usually I am very well practiced at that. I like the fart vigilante is grigorous I mean it's really it's like kind of one of those things when somebody's like hey you were You're an aiding in an alley. It's like well, maybe the person
Has different you know that's different to me. I don't know why it doesn't stink you can hide what is the crowded train They were hiding amongst many is what they did but did you act like they're terrorists like they got on that for that purpose? This was terroristic It's one of the worst I've ever smelled I don't think the person like woke up that day with a plan you're acting like they had a plan and I'll get you know I'm hearing is that I think Eric does a lot of No, yeah, a lot of subway farts. No, no, no, you're hearing is the sometimes people have to go. You're hearing the voice of fairness Always there, but Be the voice of fairness on because you hate farts. So I do I hate them But I recognize that people There's a difference between somebody planning on doing something that ruins Other people's day and then somebody just having a bad moment You know what I would do then I would either wait till the next station step out Do it outside the train and then get back on or if it's really that bad go in between the cars and let it go there
What if it's one of those things where the person thought that they were holding it and just like the body just said no It's never it's never happened to me like I mean if I'm moving if I'm doing crunches or something Sometimes it's so what you were yelling at this person. So how long did this last see to me if I was on that car I'd be more worried about you at this point. Oh, no people liked me. I was the hero I was getting looks and nods from people because they smelled it too and they were just as disgusted Well, the only thing I was worried about is like, yeah, they probably think I did it now because yeah That's right. That's right and did you but it wasn't me. It was not me I would love for you to confess right here It was not Alex Williams says 285 south You know Greg Your story about confronting the Anonymous Farter in the subway is gotten Hollywood interested the semester salon is gonna play Greg Russ I can't believe you called me semester Stallone. Oh, I'm sorry Arnold Schwarzenegger. I get him confused come with me if you want to breeze
Ha Let's all some steam Bennett That's actually what called from command out These some kind of thing like flatten the flat chillance or something or I would flatten your flat chillance I will I will flatten your flat chillance ah, you're gonna stick up the subway, huh Get to the crapper. Yeah Get to the crapper There needs to be some line about contorting the person's body so that their butts and their face and they fart in their own Well, I hope you left enough room for my fist because I go to rabbit Until you stop me He's the superhero Greg Russ. He's not gonna take it I like the way that you just decided justice must be done This cannot this shall not pass it wasn't tack against me too. It wasn't it wasn't completely altruistic It was it was suffering Did it help you maybe the whole idea of I can yell up this guy I can know that I'll be breathing so
Yeah, it may have a great I just think I don't think of you in that way as somebody who speaks up like that. I see it was a bit of a Publicly considerations you are one stinky mother Greg Russ you took the all in this thing together and sometimes yeah I applaud you for doing that and I would be too afraid to get in stabbed or something. Yeah Well, would you really being a rational person who doesn't want to get stabbed over that Like I think that that's rational. Yeah, I would say anything so that guy'll stab me So you gonna plug my knife for being irrational well nice fight. Oh, yeah, that's great By the way, you're gonna you're gonna look great on the local news He stabbed a man because he farted on a train I thought you to make a new hole for his guy They want him like at the end of joker He's the man of the people
Robin hood of that's right You still farts from the rich and give him to the poor Beans beans the magical fruit With the rip out your throat and put it in your shoe I did like that casting in the 80s and 90s when Arnold We just get put moves like based on a true story if you looked into the guy was just like some normal nerdy guy And they just don't we don't care. Oh, yeah, and this giant austrian is named Jeffrey. Yeah, you know, call me Jeff Steven It's kind of just a twilight of the career of just of uh Yeah, yeah, just because my father was in the picture with code Voldheim doesn't make him a Nazi The fact that he was a Nazi makes him a Nazi He didn't need the picture Yeah, but I'm not in that career though. That's the fact he was governor no one in really even You know well because it didn't end well. He tombs. It didn't it didn't end well. Why didn't it? Well, you had the whole thing with the knocking up the That was after yes, was that after I believe I thought it happened while you were governor
Um the cameo in terminator and now that's quaint that'd be quaint and we'd long for those days like oh Just oh The nanny that's fine. That was nice. I woke up in bed with the I thought I was in terminator and oh it hurt. I was in predator too She may not have been a supermodel, but apparently there was a love That's what we're all I was in love with her doing All the nasty things that Maria wouldn't do. Well, she's close to a very respectful family. You know what they say about these Catholic You know soon as the ring is on lots of things end I think this was before he was so he was governor 2003 to 2011 and the nanny was 1997. No, the controversy came out. Oh, yeah, oh, no, okay. Oh, I didn't realize that I thought it happened while he was the guy we had the kid that I like only months later Just one you like do you like that? And by the way shelly won't be in because he he felled in for mark erum This morning so JD Hayworth will be here, but I wish him luck He's going to be going up against some heavy duty competition because we just found out that in uh Where's the where's the countdown 54 minutes 54 minutes Trump TV
Yeah, it's the air well by air. I mean it's a YouTube channel if you say why find that's over the air. Yeah, true Um ask it's YouTube so that's better than cable watch yeah watch the Trump administration's biggest moments All in one place don't forget to like and subscribe and turn on those alerts I look forward to hearing him say that a lot from the resolute desk the hell with it It's America 2026 from the behind the resolute desk the president of the state says Like smash subscribe hit that like button and smash that like button turn on the alerts I can't say leave a comment because we don't allow it yeah So since here the comments are turned out we don't want any you know so many people love me I would hate for that to be all it is that's right is the thumbs down still there because there's a plug in You can have for your browser that shows you the numbers there is thumbs down right now It's 517 thumbs up zero thumbs down well, they don't show the thumbs up they don't show it
There aren't any I mean why is it there if they don't show it you can still I don't they took it away I don't know if it was after the ghost busters thing Yeah, because Amy Schumer and ghost busters were getting negative reviews Yeah, but you can still down to and then you can get a plug in that actually brings the downloads back You can see they want to see how much hate there is out there. Yeah, well who would want to do that I think that people No, I mean oh I can plug it into your channel and find out or just I have to plug you have to plug it into your browser Yeah, but I wouldn't want I wouldn't want to see the bad stuff right. I just assume there's bad stuff just thumbs down That's all yeah, I know but I've never really I don't really see the I don't see why we have to see stuff like that. This is not I guess because I'm old because I just watching television other people hate it too That's why I know but I want to see other people that they like show if I'm watching a show It on regular television, which is now you know, obviously, I guess but back in the day You had no idea how many other people were watching that show at the same time you were you had no idea
How many people had watched that show and I feel like it may because I know psychologically for me If I I may see something on YouTube and think oh this would be interesting. I'll check it out But if I go there and there's only 17 people who have watched it I get that prejudice is me Where I'm like, well nobody else is watching it. I'm not watching it. Whereas what if you have 15,000 down votes? So you knew 15,000 people watched it. They just didn't like it. Well, then I would take their advice probably I'm saying is you don't change everything but you can't The thing is though it kind of takes away This idea like when the news to discover shows on television You didn't know plenty of times a show would get cancelled you'd be like, oh, I love that show I watched it every week you had no idea you assumed hey, it's a good show. I watch it every week But now on the YouTube yeah, and the stream and Trump TV you can do it everyone like we're bringing back happiness Huh? Happy days. I don't know that you own We're calling it happier days
And you know Marion Ross Is still alive, but she none of them are interested in doing it. I asked yeah, you're asking everybody you know who'll be there? Chachi Chachi will definitely be and we're gonna call it chachi loves Chachi Trump loves chum plums chachi that'll be on their happier days and Series company, you know, we'll have all that on all the good stuff all the old good shows Yeah, bring it all back Gary Marshall was a good friend of mine. So all he shows the verdict Charlie Chaka if you go to the YouTube thing then you look at this there's a trailer up there I mean, I'd play it. It's really just nothing but best of hits He's gonna be the president pull up we could play a little bit of I suppose, but if you look at it at least now The still that is in the video as there's a countdown 49 minutes and 36 seconds as until we get the Trump TV There's a picture of him. It's it says he's walking through like the colonates there at the White House That's when you say colon eight is that what you said all the columns. What do you call that? You know, I'm not good. Colinate sounds good
Yeah, I think it sounds like the Hall of columns the Hall of columns But this happens all the time and I don't know if they AI him or what they do, but uh He looks skinnier And healthier in every photo that they put up then reality would suggest I've been taking gLP ones Uh, yeah, but in real life we don't see that we only see it in the photo so your photos are taking gLP ones No, by the way, you don't call gLP ones. What do I call them the fat drug take the fat drug Hey, fatso I see myself in the mirror and I just get so upset You're fatty fat you're fat pig Nobody's ever gonna love you take your fat drug It's the one thing we know does not happen who don't Trump's life There is no self reflection. There is no boy. I don't know. It's idle harsh. That that just absolutely A great does not happen. That's good at the end of the day as he's kind of as he's
You know And let me get the flush It's a weird thing to think about Donald Trump brushing his teeth. You don't think he does? No, I just weird to think about him doing I know because I'm you know, I'm super human Think that Superman brushes his teeth probably not. I don't know what to need to yeah But yeah, I like that at the end of the day his reflection every night is I'm great I did what I was so great. I was great at that and then when I did the other man I told him that I was great Wake up with me or get ready with me You go to bed with these put the stuff on he's just talking about how great he was today And all the great things that he did and how perfect he was well You know get ready too. I like the idea of him. Yeah, he's putting on his like 2 30 in the morning Is he doing like truth social at the truth social get ready with me? The button up shirt. He's got that floppy neck. Yeah, he's got to kind of push it to decide the
Oh my god, I gotta get a second the neck push the middle together Is that something that happens as I get old is that's him not to you know, I'm sick. Well happens to a lot of people I'm gonna happen to you. My question is once it starts happening is there anything you can do he got fat That's where it's stuck it's stretched. Yeah, you get a pull or you start now with some Botox Get a dickie the neck Already worked for them I don't need another dick one of those priest collars. Maybe that would hide it. Yeah Are you a priest? Uh, shut up. Yeah, I just think it looks fashionable. That's what you said I bless you and then just think it's this fashionable. Leave me alone. I just run a boy's home. Don't Don't people That's why they would wear like an ass-gotton stuff, right? I mean, sometimes you're really young and you wear when you're just doing it for fashion But older people tend to put on the ass-gott to kind of cover what's going up on the neck, right? Yeah I don't know LeMont he was pretty fit. He was saying younger people would wear them and you would know that that was a fashion statement But was there a time when like
Ass-gots were like hey, there's a real man. I don't know. I was a kid then and Charles Nelson Riley used to show up on match game With ass-gots and sledsville like who I'm chasing around Do you know what an ass-gott is George? Okay, we're looking at me. No, no, he wears them now Yeah, I mean, well, are they just what makes them different from It's just a do-rag for your neck really except this is nicer That's a way to put it back. What are you gonna marry neck? I mean, is it the IK? My hair is neck hair. I love it A do-rag is kind of like like I don't like doing my hair right now I you know, so you can't take care of your neck No, sometimes a do-rag is to like make waves in your hair. Yeah. Oh, okay. Well, I mean or like a baseball kid Essentially a do-rag like that's a specific thing. I don't know much about it. In the black community Well, I don't speak for any community. I speak for no communities The ass-gott tie was most popular during the late 19th century and then again in the 60s and 70s. Yeah Charles Nelson Riley. That's it. Well, it first appeared in the 1630s
Mercenary serving in the French army. Oh, well, I'll wear them Well, the rugged piece of utility gear held their uniform jackets close and shielded their necks from Chafing against heavy wool. You see it all starts with the military doesn't think it's always start when they think with the AI Like well, why can't we just stop it? I'll tell you why because the military one you know, it's like so these an ass-gott even an ass-gott Start because of an ass-gott and the protections that have provided some French brigade was able to win some sort of battles Somewhere and then and then they came home and it's like oh, what's that? Well, hey that look that doesn't look bad That doesn't look bad. I mean, I'll maybe I'll wear that to dinner tonight But then it does disappear for a few centuries and comes back because movie stars in the 20s and 30s start wearing it 30s 30s I guess 30s you could bring it back I like it. I like that. I didn't realize you'll start wearing it's considered a tie It's so feminine to think of like a guy with a ton of little scarves in his closet Yeah, talking about why do you come I'll see if I can buy some for sale
Wait a minute. Are you mixing Charles Nelson Riley's voice with Paul Lin's voice? Paul Lin's arm too Alex Williams. I gotta hanky on my neck and Next time you see me in public if you actually Get any of the references from today's show. I'll I'll give you a free movie ticket or something Alex Williams is checking the ride This is not a sports show, but some stories demand attention According to ESPN Luke Littler Threaten's Dutch tournaments boycott after crowd booing and whistling You know of course Luke Littler. We all know right Luke Littler. Yeah World series of darts This guy's the best he is the best when it comes to the darts the world series of darts the finals are announced Amsterdam And you know the whole damn time people are booing him because it was a local favorite there At the dart board who was it? Local guy. I don't know. I don't know
But there was a local guy and they didn't they wanted their local guy They didn't and so they made his life miserable. There was Vinnie Leopold Did they go outside his house the night before and try to keep him awake? Well, well for the big tournament They may have he would be himself. I believe it's from Maybe England I'm not sure so he doesn't live there. So maybe they'd have to show up at his hotel room But uh this guy so he's the back-to-back world champion faced a hostile environment during friday's win over home favorite Danny nopert okay Uh or not part boo and it escalated on Saturday night as uh referee had to intervene in the round of sixteen win over Nathan Aspenall a good any audio a good dartist I had a term darts. I made it up. I like it Uh Littler is taking his stand this guy ain't messing around he's the best And he's taking his stance against volatile crowds before refusing to travel to european tour events in germany as a result of his treatment
Um when he was there and he's 100% prepared to do the same in the Netherlands They've been a look in the Netherlands if you want to see this guy anymore If you're into darts and you want to see the best you better knock it off Was he a jerk like i'm trying to figure out out if he was like that boulder He doesn't seem like it Weber was that that guy's name Pete Weber? Who do you think you are i am guy? I feel like Pete Weber is just such a that's such a giant. I know that name. No he was a giant I think I think Pete Weber is more like the Joe name of uh Of bowling I don't know people in like him because he was cocky. Is that true? Okay, but that he was in the seventies so you wouldn't have seen him No, this this guy like there's a video of him winning I don't know at this point 10 years ago Some kid was heckling him While he was bowling and he ended up winning The game and the champion Smash the kid through the ball the other kid he yelled at the kid. Oh, yeah, you think you are I am and he talks about his I go. I just got to trip over my words. Yeah, I'm yelling at the kid
He's wearing those douchey sunglasses and the funny shirt. Yes. Is that Pete Weber? Yeah. Oh, okay Uh He's got a he's got a mean grill though. He's got more than one stream. Does he? Yeah, he's got the bowling he's got the grills The grill So this is this is what the guy where he's coming from so I don't think he missed her like that He said with the Germans I haven't been for a long time and we will have to see in Dortmund whether it changes or stays the same If the Dutch stay like this then I'm not gonna do any euro tours over there There's just no point in me traveling wasting my time while I'm getting booed I just want to play my darts Obviously sign autographs the past two nights. I've done nothing. I've just walked off stage without thinking anybody There's no one to think Everyone is booing me This is uh Errogant people don't like him. They say his arrogant he refuses to take advice from the older dart players He thinks he knows best. He's To hundred it with two fingers and tippy top. Don't you think he's winning everything so I don't case don't listen to us older dark people
He's not less guy. He know where he's a little arrogant when he torches his dad. Okay. He's not he's not a true dartist A true dartist. He leans over too far He leans too close to the dub but he's winning sir. I mean if he's winning and he's not cheating He's not listening to the old Ah, no, not showing any respect the dart sisters you say yeah Uh He's not so nice. He's sort of arrogant. We're just dartsists Don't you think referring to yourself as a dartist is a bit arrogant now that's because what if I say that you know I'm also a plumber for call myself a plumber is that arrogant no What I do well, I just the word artist is not a proper name for someone who Chuck's does You made up darts. He's some choice. I need a vein of what you was saying I didn't know you don't really sound like my mind. I'm talking to Keith Richards for some reason He's not good at darts. He's like he's also arrogant. He's the arrogant dude. Look at me. I'll keep rich. He's played darts
There's the boring universally accepted term for a dart player Dart player. Oh come on. Nobody's done of dartist. I know there's dartists. Do I have to save the whole drive? Don't spread sunshine and color everywhere in the world How hard is it to go from dart player to dartist? Credit for dartist if you tell me an Abe Some do like a man my name. Yes. Well, so why you want to know my name? So I could give you credit for dartists. Oh, so we're a hundred years from now when somebody has some radio show and some guys going Well, that's dartist. Where's that word come from? In the book of darts. This would be a Eric Von Hasler. Spell it Eric yes, you know how to spell Eric and how to spell Vaughan I was in will. Okay. Don't have to hold that against me. I wasn't there Eric Vaughan German Hitler Hey, there there is a word quickly in the sport dartitis Which is the equivalent of the yips like in basic. Oh, he's getting you can call it bad. K. I should dartitis
He's getting dartitis Maybe that's what the guy in the train ad Greg. Yes He was a victim of dartitis Alex Williams is watching us I find this interesting It's a Buzzfeed article Listical Kind of aren't they all isn't it all kind of this is in the sex and love category. Okay. I'm listening Well, it's more love than sex. Sorry Uh Men who regret marrying their wives are confessing the moment they realize they made a mistake So what I find interesting about this is before the wedding And he went through with it. It's 15 men And you know most of them you can understand You know it happened gradually whatever I realized this or that but I noticed one of these the sixth guy they talked to It just really stood out to me as Not a good choice
This is his explanation Every day I look at her and wonder what the hell was I She's not sexy to me. I don't like her laugh and we really don't have anything in common They give ages uh no ages. I remember when we dated that she always bought me things and paid for vacations I reluctantly said yes when she proposed But only because at the time I couldn't walk I don't know what to do Damn I messed up you know what to do to force it's called divorce. I mean, I don't know these people don't know I mean I don't know he didn't mention kids. He made about Yeah, he made about for things we have a nice house. I can't leave her. Yeah. Yeah. He still may not have money I don't make my car payment Yeah, maybe that's what it comes down to is that she's actually a go-getter He's a bit of a bit of a schlub maybe and but that doesn't matter she could be a go-getter and still be a terrible wife He could be a schlub and be a good guy. You don't know
But you don't you're not good marrying material if you're not out there Doing your best to feed your fam. What was this about again? What the hell was I thinking? Every day I Yeah Every day I look at her and wonder what the hell was I thinking? I like that. It's just being honest. She's not sexually to me and I don't like her laugh I know you just snorted you thought that was funny. I did. Do I get credit for that snort? You do? Or does the Buzzfeed? No you get it. You bought it to the table You didn't cook it. I still ate it at your house. So thank you This is also this is from reddit. So this is a some guy you You is everything right you slash on reddit you is a user User slash. Yeah, mr. Jordan 13 look him up. I don't know his name was With this one. I'm sure he's in one of my pop culture subreddit. It's complaining about politics He probably said this is one of those Buzzfeed articles where they just go rip a subreddit. Yeah, yeah, so easy to do that
Yeah, it's just publish it and they make money off of it now can an can an AI do that without a person's ear. Yes I mean because if he if you pushed AI out there then you still need a human to kind of oversee what you're actually gonna put Go to this subreddit look for a bunch of people complaining says right here recently whoever the I'm a senior staff Yeah, I'm a senior staff fighter who writes a wide range on topics. Whatever if you're real says recently I came across this reddit thread where you must Was like Mustang without the a 1966 ask Men for those who have when did you first realize that you've made a mistake in marrying your wife and why I want to know what this guy must Dang 1966 he's he obviously hasn't had things go well for him. This is top of mind. Am I alone? It's called divorce. There is an out It's not you know you should work around it try give it your best shot So I always wonder about like these people that go to prison for the rest of their lives because they kill their spouse Have they never heard of divorce
It's I mean sure it's a I mean how does the how do people get to the point where they're like Yeah, I want to get rid of her but divorce that's too much I guess I'll just have to kill her like what I go through Oh Now it's like it was that guy Peterson. Oh Yes, got Peterson. Yeah Like you know, it's like it's called divorce. Isn't he being retried soon? He or maybe it was denied. I think it was it must have been denied the guy was I mean, I only saw one documentary about it and I know that it's wrong to see a documentary and but they were laying down some Pretty obvious things about this guy. Do you know that like the sickest part about this guy is So in the very beginning when they were missing right and he was like the husband who I want to have a blah blah blah Have t-shirts and let's look for What's her name Lacey? Let's look for her and So then in this documentary they showed that they were having one of these community get together's kind of a rally
You know, let's find Lacey kind of rally and on he at he was on the outskirts walking with his smart phone And apparently he was talking to some mistress about Going to Europe together like this woman had no idea that he was even married So he's talking to her and she's asking about the crowd and he's like he lies and says he's at some kind of place or whatever I mean how much of a twisted Sicko do you have to be I mean you know what this is the time to get on the phone and start Talking to this other woman that I'm lying to About who I am and what I do But again, you know me even if you get there it's like what is okay. I can I see it's Christmas Eve I can get her to go fishing I mean I will go out on a boat and I'll have this whole thing and I'll push it as a or I could just call a lawyer and get divorced Yeah, but again, yeah, I know she's pregnant. It wouldn't look good. You know, it doesn't look good nothing
Murder would not look at all maybe divorcing your wife while she's pregnant that doesn't look good But it's nowhere near murder So let's messy don't think it's not these people grow up watching shows on TV like when they catch these people and They all watch Colombo Huh, they never watched colombo you never watch colombo you can't analyze their motivations through the normal lens No, you can't I We can sit back. I'm like what the what are you thinking? Yeah, because we don't think that way right? That's what I'm doing. I do that all the time. I like I try to I try to rationally Try to figure out irrational behavior. Yeah, and you can't you know, so maybe the idea is if with divorce you still have some sort of connection But I don't know if somebody sees it boy a divorce a divorce is too messy, but if you have but murder if you have children You want that connection that connection is I know but I think with this did they have was this gonna be her first child? Oh, I don't know Yeah, just saying in general, so he he was on the phone while he was pretending to search for his wife
And he's talking to this mistress and he's telling her that he's on the Eiffel Tower looking at the new years crowd around Paris And then he puts the phone down so yeah, yeah, Lacey we got a So right there. Why does this guy need another I'm sorry. Why does this guy need another trial? No, if you were doing this Yeah, you're the guy who did it. Yeah, you're the guy who did it It's not just a coincidence somebody else murdered your wife And then you were also engaging in this behavior that those are two things that you can't separate Alex Williams All right, I know that the show that I left was at last Tuesday or Wednesday I had to leave early and you guys did talk about this AI actor Tilly Norwood. I believe at that time she had given A an interview to the today show or something and I don't I as I recall from that audio It's like oh great now
These virtual people are gonna begin talking to us like corporate press releases. That's basically what it It's like a Taylor Swift interview every cruders So if you if you apply for a job the first interview you have with the recruiter sometimes is AI. Oh no I'm yeah, yeah But this is so this Tilly Norwood. I don't know why they're putting her out there for I mean her whatever it The virtual actress They're putting out there for interviews me. I'm an actor. Yeah, I'm sorry actor And she glitch recently. Well, that's what I'm gonna get to here. She thought she was on peers Morgan And he starts asking a couple follow ups and it reminds me like sometimes you can confuse chat gpt And they just come back and go oh, yes, of course. Thank you for reminding me but at one point she She gets confused by the questions and start speaking in another language. Yes, you didn't really understand the question And the other actors on the screen with you
Relactors or of the computer generated images do you know? There's a pregnant pause while she thinks the AI generates Ah right you're asking about the other actors in misaligned. They're all digital twins just like me It's a hybrid production which means She stops But the language of the screen is also a human-based language That's a natural life I don't quite get it Tillie if I could just ask you a question you suddenly seem to be speaking as peers again You seem to be speaking Chinese completely randomly for no reason why why did you do that? Oh my apologies. It seems I had a little hiccup there I certainly didn't mean to start speaking Chinese or impersonate peers Sometimes my wires get a bit crossed you know
How often do you just randomly start talking Chinese when you're talking to two English people Honestly not often at all that was a bit of a curveball even for me It's usually a pretty smooth ride, but sometimes these things happen Wow It's great though for peers that's kind of what you want to happen. Oh, yeah, no, it's perfect It's better than having a boring the Corporate press release interview that she had with a today's show she I'm saying it again You have to think about it, but it's an it it's in it It's nothing that's it zeros and ones no one's even saying like hey, you don't say it's a she You don't know what this virtual actor So I guess it's easy to do the machine. They're obviously making it seem like a sheet. So we can go with it I'm having maybe that's why she spoke Chinese. Yeah She She's gonna be a town She's gonna be a town Not in town, but in America but he's Thursday
She yeah, we're having a big screen. They're not sending a delegation to the UN meeting But he's coming to meet with yes, yeah, well, they're sending they're sending some people just that she She will be there. She has decided she doesn't want to be there, but they will be there. Yes, they will The Chinese delegation will be there Uh, I just had top surgery But you're robot You think I would here's my one prediction about the Trump she meeting there will be some kind of very Uh, amorphous like it will never really have any kind of real effect But I feel like that they'll they'll say they'll have some sort of communique about AI like they'll pretend that they're setting up some kind of joint joint watchdog thing But it's not true Nobody who's making money off of a rot AI right now cares if it ends your life in 10 years or whether that's even gonna happen I don't know she said I could nuke
Iran oh, and that nice so we're on our way When was the last time she was at the White House, you know, I know that he visited Once in the first term So I think was by the nerd of Biden go there I don't think he visited I don't think I know that he was at Mar-a-Lago with Trump in the first term at one point 2015 now The last time he was president until 2017 Visited the White House was September this is the White House, but he did come to America And I believe he was at Mar-a-Lago. I'm pretty sure about that Maybe he didn't visit the White House. Hurry the music's gonna run out. You don't do it fast Last time she was in America in November 2023 Oh really that's during Biden well I couldn't have gotten to Mar-a-Lago was 2017. Yes. Oh, well, thank you Okay, yes, so I wasn't crazy and that's the she's here often she's here a time All right that music is telling us two things shut the hell up and get the hell out and you know us we're good people
