Healing can look like a solo grind until you realize what’s missing: a witness. I’m sharing the shift that’s changing my life right now, the moment healing stops being an individual sport and becomes a celebration of remembering who you truly are. When the right people see you clearly, they don’t “fix” you. They mirror you, and that reflection becomes medicine. 

We dig into why community can feel hard, especially if you’ve learned hyper-independence or carry abandonment wounds. Then I offer a simple, powerful relationship filter I’m practicing: not “Do I like this person?” but “Who do I become around this person?” Because relationships aren’t just connections, they’re environments, and those environments either nourish your creativity, courage, and self-trust or quietly train you to shrink. 

We also talk reciprocity in friendships and how it differs from keeping score. I’m drawn to transformative relationships where both people feel seen, both grow, and nobody has to dim their light. To me, that’s the living blueprint of the divine feminine rising not in isolation, but in circles, in conversations, in brave truth-telling, and in learning to set boundaries from love.
