I don't know what else to do besides cheese and smile. Cry. Text all my friends. I love it. Show so much. Vote 140 times blindly because we get the West Coast feed. Courtney and I did separate but together. We watched it together, but obviously a part. I think that is so fun. I did see a tick talk about a girl. She's like, I am talking to people from high school that live across the country because of dancing with the stars because I know on Tuesday night, I can text a friend and be like, what do you think about Julia's styles or stand with Juliana's wearing tonight? What is her name, Mary? Juliana.

4:13And it was YSL and even YSL makes mistakes. Honestly, it would have been nice. The gold dress. It was the stuff blue scarf and pink lace that threw me. Okay, so that was definitely a green dress. No, you're, you're so. No. Wait, what? That was a green dress. I am colorblind. That was gold and it was like royal blue scarf and then pink scarf. Frank calling scarf because Miss Rachel called them scars, but I know what they are. It was lace. I'm going to look this up. That was a gold dress to me in my eyes. You know what it is? It's green with gold detailing, metallic like woven in. This is definitely green. Can I send this to right now? It's like that blue dress. It's okay. I'm okay with being wrong about colors. I think I looked at it for two hours. Guys, she literally did green heart blue heart. So I would call this gold in my opinion, maybe with a slight green,

5:17but to me it's gold. And that's okay. I'm okay with it. I really do see gold. I'm not joking. Green is your trouble color, I think. Okay, it's true because like West Wilson and that suit, that's exactly where my mind goes. Whatever. The first of many will disagree on today. So we opened the episode. We're entering a diner and we have Totsiana and Connor and they're walking in because they've got to find the hitman because it's viral hit night. It was really cute and cheeky. So cute. They give it to Taylor Hansen who's like, I can make a hit out of this. I was surprised not everyone was featured in that. Right. Right. There was only about six and a half featured. Yeah. But thank God Sierra was I'm just so proud of our girl. I'm so proud of her. She really did well. But I was ready for the night. That got me giddy. I started giggling. I started texting. My kids are so silly because the best part about dancing with the stars is not only a set of feel good show. It is camp as hell. Like Julian, people keep calling for her to be fired. And at one point,

6:18I thought that Julian should find another position. Maybe she could be a Christian seriano and she could really be this mentor for the pros for the stars. But at the end of the day, we need her to be that host. We need her to flub a liner too. We need her to ask a question because she didn't listen to the package. We need her to kind of stall a little bit and be live on TV. We need her to throw back to Alfonso. Thanks, Alfonso. We need that. It completes the entire show. I think it would feel worse without her. I agree with you. Like I can't stand her, but I love watching her. And I do feel like Alfonso is the main host and she is the co-host. So I kind of like that. You know, we do have to report as well. You guys unfortunately, Rusty did not participate in week two. Were you shocked? I thought maybe he would like dip a toe and maybe watch a video. I sent him Ezra's dance and he has not responded to me. I even followed up any commentary you'd like to add. We will be recording

7:23today. No response. Am I blocked? Perhaps. Maybe you could ask him to do the one word. Oh, I wish. Yeah, but he won't watch them. I'm like, I literally sent into dancing with the stars profile. I said, all dances are up. If you want to just watch the dances, no commentary. Feel free. Zero response. So maybe you are blocked. What have you done recently to offend him? Exist. Look, I think he'll come back around. I think there's too many people for him right now. I think he needs where he can focus on maybe like eight or less. It was very rush last night because we had 14 people to go through. We didn't even have a pro dance. We obviously had the troop pop in here and there while they were changing scenery and whatnot. But there were 14 stars. We had to get through and did we get through them? What did you think overall about viral hits night? I kind of am with Rusty in that there are a little bit too many people right now, especially

8:26from four hours the previous week to two hours. I just I really do love that I can fast forward, we started at like eight 15 and I like that I can pause a little bit because I caught up. But I did find it hard because you're like, we have to rank them. And I'm like, I can't rank 14 people Courtney. I just want to score them. And we really debated over this, but we are ranking them. This I did tell Mary that if you are scoring them, you could just put them in numerical value of scores for the rank. But I think she has some ties. So that's going to be tough for her. But I think within these weeks is like, this is a general ranking. Obviously will be more detailed in our ranking. I think as we get less people because when it comes to the middle, a lot of them could probably be interchange. But this is just our personal preference on ranking for the week. I think we're going to have some interesting reasons of why we ranked certain people where they were. I had sent my ranking to my sister and she said, well, that's interesting. But I see where you're coming from

9:29on it. Once again, as a reminder, Courtney and I both have zero background in dancing. I okay, wait, I take that back in eighth grade. I did a jazz class because I thought it was going to be hip hop with my friend Gina Zucone. And we did it to this song. What's the word? The word do you know that song? And there was five people and we wore crushed red velvet. It was a one Z. Wow, Whitney. And it was black shorts with a red top and some silver sequence. And I remember if it was really red velvet or not because I know that you love to do crushed red velvet. It was crushed red velvet. It really was. It really was. Wait, so you took a legitimate class? You took what weekly? Yes. Okay, so you're the pro and I'm the star because what? Parents paid money for me to be in it. And you had a recital? Yeah, there was a recital. My friends came.

10:31Wow. Is there video? Next time you go to your parents house, please search because I feel like there is a VHS sitting somewhere and we could take that VHS and put it into a USB and we could share that for the world because we got to see this. My parents were not very organized with the video taping. They would videotape things but nothing is labeled. Throw it in and you see what you get. What about the worst? My mom has boxes and boxes of things finally about a month ago throughout all of my soccer trophies from when I was younger. Sure. What am I doing with those? Yeah, no. I threw it. We did have to do a walk down memory lane. Remember this team, remember where we got, remember when we won. But I said, I think it's okay. Right. It's time to get rid of these. Honestly, I wouldn't even have known these existed if you didn't pull the bin out. Right. Right. You know, memories, they're gone as well because we have terrible long-term memory

11:31but they happened. They did happen. We and then familiarize ourselves with your dance background. Oh, zero. Okay. You know, when you were younger to do the sleepover, you would perform for your parents. We would do that but I would be the lead singer. Oh, not even the dancer. I could do maybe an eight count. You have sorority background dancing. I do as do you. No, I don't. I was always in the back hungover dying, not wanting to participate. I hated it so much. I feel like you are teaching the dances. Oh, God, no. No. I would be up there. You're right. I do have sorority, recruitment, background, and organized dancing. But I will say I would like to be the star more so than the pro. Okay. God. I want zero expectations from me because what I do is I open a bag of airheads, extreme bites. I put my best sweat pants on. I nuzzle into my couch and I say,

21:55That's good. Wow. Okay, I can't wait to hear about it. So should we start then? Let's go in the order of how they performed and we can start with Jenna and Val. What are your overall thoughts on them? I gave them a seven overall and what I was experiencing is like, I felt like they over-practiced and it was so fast. And I just feel like something is missing. I think they have a lot of pressure on themselves to live up to something, but they lack chemistry, perhaps. And I worry with Jenna, we really aren't going to see a transformation in her. And I'm not really excited to watch it. I also thought the costumes were a little much a little too gimmicky. The song they did was animal and they really were dressed like animals. So that was my overall thoughts back to you. Thanks Mary. For Jenna and Val, you're right. Something is missing. It feels and this was the critique that she got last week that she really is dancing solo. And there's something going on with the

23:00chemistry between them. Jenna is an amazing dancer. The reason why I ranked her so low though is similar to what you said. I don't really know who Jenna is. I know who Jenna DeWon is, but I'm not seeing her personality out here. I don't know who her fan base is. She has 9 million followers on Instagram and I'm just unclear of who Jenna is besides being a professional dancer. Her lines, everything she does is gorgeous, is beautiful, but I can't figure out who she is. Is there room for growth? I don't know. It's almost like she needed to start week one worse than she is, so that we could see some sort of improvement from her. I was lacking emotion. I was lacking the chemistry between them and I do think you're right. She's putting a ton of pressure on herself and she wants to be so perfect. And I think that's going to be her downfall. In fact, I think she could be going middle to low middle within eliminations because I don't know who Jenna is. I completely agree with you and I think you're on to something there. They're lacking storytelling

24:06here and you're going to be transported when you watch these dances and I will say a lot of these dances didn't transport me this week. This week was a little strange. I think the nerves were still getting the best of a lot of the contestants. There were many flubs and as they all are putting a ton of pressure on themselves. They want to do the best and I think there's something about wanting to make their partners proud. This season, there's a lot of I feel so lucky to be one of the contestants on this show. I know how important this is for my career, for your career, for us to continue to get further. And I feel like that reads on a lot of people's faces this week. And it felt almost like the camera blocking was off a little bit. The energy just felt different. I agree with you and that leads us into Sierra and Brandon. So I gave Sierra a six. And oh god, when she was like doing her package at the beginning and she has no makeup and she's holding back tears, I'm like, she looks stunning. She's so beautiful. But I really thought it was

25:09funny. She was putting on that smile this week. But I did feel more of her confidence. And I felt like she was really trying and trying to kind of let it flow even though there was a lot of missteps. But she looked like she was having fun. And I felt proud of her. And noticeably, she did the song No Broke Pace. It was laughing at how much she's like, oh, you don't think I'm going to smile. Look at my face. And now she was like, okay, take that. And I noticed nobody talked about more and not smiling this week. But that's okay. I love to that up top at the skybox. They were like, tell us about the song. And she said, one time a broke boy tried to ruin my life, but it didn't work. And I'm here. Now on threads, she said, guys, unfortunately, I have dated a lot of broke boys in my life. So it might not have been a reference to West, but I do have to say, West has been cast on a Netflix show, million dollar secret. But I come back with it when we talk next, Jen later, because we don't want to take anymore from Sierra. And I'm sorry, I even talked

26:11about that guys. Her confidence and improvement this week was amazing. She's still a little stiff and a little nervous, but I think week after week, we're going to see her improve so much more. And like you said, I think she had fun this week. I think getting the nerves out week one, she was like, okay, I can do this. I can do this. And I was just so proud of her. She was the first 10 votes that I sent in, because if I was going to forget anyone, I was not going to forget Miss Sierra Miller. And I'm just so happy for her. One of my favorite parts about this show is a camaraderie of all the cast and it truly is a family. And Julianne even says at one point, like you can tell the closeness of this cast. Unfortunately, we do have to eliminate someone tonight. But it's like, they just have so much fun. And they truly are a family. They're with these people five to six hours every day. I think they get one day off. It might be today. Wow. You really need to be watching their TikToks to see their full story. I love that part of it as well. But according, we have to

27:16move on because next up is Tyler and Sharna. Sorry, where did you rank them again? Remind me, you're high three. Very high. A four. Because I was cackling watching this. I thought this was so over the top hilarious. Like this Patrick Suasey moment. They didn't so set. Oh, it was about him taking off his shirt. It was about being sexy. It was about being seductive. And he is basically so in shape, he was just tossing her around. And quite frankly, I found it entertaining. And that's why I ranked it so well. And I'm sorry, he's not bad to look at. Okay. Absolutely not. I didn't know it. I thought it was fun. You loved it for the entertainment value. He did Girls by Kid LaRoy. And this is from off campus Belmont, Kameli. He is Garrett on the show. At a Kid LaRoy concert, he did that move where he was lifting up his shirt and his body rolling.

28:17And so was a take on that. For me, it was too gimmicky, which is why ranked him second to last. We're in week two. Tyler, you're going to make it through. We have some people on the bottom who aren't going to be going through. Like we know that that it felt for week two was too much. I thought they just saved this for down the line when they need the votes because they're going to get the votes from that, right? But it was too soon. I thought the lifts were cool, but Kariah and she hates the lifts. Should I send that to you? This is this really funny thing with it. It's like the fan of the opera music when she's like, when I see the lifts coming out because I think she thinks it's too gimmicky sometimes. You're utilizing your strength and not doing the moves. No salsa. So just got to be careful on that. I think also Tyler wants to dance. And so I think for these few weeks, you should be doing the improvement scale that let him dance so that when you have to pull the hot card, you can pull the hot card. Now we're just going to be waiting for the hot card. Why didn't they do the hot card next week? That's how I felt about it.

29:19Well, I mean Derek did it last week, the hot card. We can shirt off. So I don't know why Tyler can't. So I got to defend Tyler in this moment. Tyler can get voted off though. Derek's not getting voted off. But Derek also, he commented on our clip that we made on that your dad suggested he be James Bond. And it was quite a funny response about doing hero wets and to take down the villains. I thought that was very. And two. Next up is Paris Baguette. Just kidding, but I really do love the sponsorship this season because I never heard of Paris Baguette in my life. And last week, I went and I found one. You did and you said it was great. And I just feel like she was really concentrating and so serious. When they finished the dance, she looked at Ezra and I feel like she was like, whoops,

30:22like she flopped it. It felt pretty robotic to me. It feels like the talent this season is so different. I keep on thinking about Whitney and I think about Alex Earl from last season. And they were just so fun to watch. And I think I was really excited to watch Julia dance. And I was just unimpressed this week. You're like, save the last dance. There's something missing. There's something missing. I think it's a lot of pressure. They're all putting on themselves. I think that they feel like they have to uphold the legacy of dancing with the stars in this season. Her whole package is about letting people in when she got famous. She's like, it was intoxicating, but instead of like owning it and being in the spotlight, I ran away and I don't want to do that anymore. So she feels uncomfortable doing this uncomfortable, uncomfortable. And as my dad said last week, because they need to find comfort in the uncomfortable. And she hasn't found that yet. And so she's putting a lot of pressure on herself. It was really stiff for me. It felt like in her head, she was one, two,

31:27three, four, five, six, seven, eight. It wasn't my favorite, which is why I ranked her pretty low. I do think she can come back from this. Carrie Ann, I think it was with Julia said, there were moves where your flat back when he's pushing you back and you needed to be more like fluid with it. And so again, no dance background except for Mary eighth grade. I think she is so worried about ruining Ezra's experience when I'm like, just enjoy it, girl. Ezra's like, we've got this next week. Like he's not worried about it. I still thinking about the fact that she chose Ezra to or like requested him because I wonder who everybody requested and who actually ended up with their first choice versus their second choice. And Ezra is great. I think he's fantastic. I think he and Riley changed the social media game for dance with the stars because they're younger and I feel like he's so much fun. But I'm wondering why Ezra for her. And I think it's because she wanted to go back into the spotlight and enjoy it and he's someone who's enjoying it. I loved Ezra's eyeliner last night. I thought

32:30it was so fun and a great pop for him. Let's go into Jackson, Olsen, and Emma. I love Emma. She is just a joy watching her. She radiates such positivity. I love listening to her dance. Yeah, yeah, yes, yes, yes, yeah, yeah, yeah, when you get the move, I've been enjoying watching her travel with him because the bananas are still playing until October 11th. And so she's traveling with Jackson while he's on tour. That's like so crazy to me that they're in LA for such a short period of time. It's like just so much on your body. I know that the baseball games are a little bit different because there's dancing involved, but he's playing two sports right now. He's dancing. He's playing baseball. I hope he can get past the browns once banana ball is over. And this can be his peer focus because he has such potential to me. They did. That's so true by Gracie Abrams. And the song was a little bit distracting for me personally. I will say I felt like in this moment, they had an

It wasn't like knock your socks off, but I enjoyed it. I gave it a six. I'm excited to watch him. And it I made me feel a little something. I thought he did so much better. I thought he had a really good frame. Emma does a really good job of storytelling. Like you said, last season with Andy, the reason you liked Andy wasn't because it was like he couldn't dance, but they were telling a story from beginning to end. They were utilizing the set. They were utilizing the colorful outfits. They were utilizing every part of that stage to make sure that you were having fun while you were watching. You're watching a performance come completely. And that's why I ranked Guillermo so high this week because I completely get it. Yeah. And I think he just improved so much. And you can tell he wants this.

I would probably look the same as Giata. But there was no more story to tell here. She didn't want to tell a story. I think that's what it was. Giata, to me, seems like a perfectionist and when she can't do something, that's where the frustration is. And then she can't move past it. And Alan was getting frustrated because he's relatively impatient. But it's like, I'm the most impatient one. I'm telling you to be patient. You want to go to move three without doing one and two. We can't do that. And you're so right. She was over it. I think she was pissed that she got eliminated before Guillermo. I don't think she wanted to have fun. I don't think she was having fun. I think she was mad at the whole thing. I think at the end of the day, it was like, you're right. Why am I here? Do you think she was mad that they showed them fighting and rehearsal? The cameras aren't on them all the time. I think the cameras come in for like an hour to record them. So you have the opportunity to not do that.

39:46And I think she thought she had at least another week or two in her, was pissed because of it. But we want to watch somebody having fun. And I just don't know that I was having fun. She was so cute. And like, I wanted her to go far, but I needed her to want herself to go far. Yeah. When she grabbed off Alfonso's face like that at the end when they were going to get the feedback. She was like, oh, I was like, I don't know what's happening here. But we're live, Julianne. Back to you. Okay. Next was Connor and Riley. And I'm really rooting for Connor because I like that he's like not serious and super funny and silly, but he wants to show a serious side. And he's taking the competition really seriously. I felt like he had some missteps, but I could really feel the effort. And I have to remember in the back of my mind, this is week two. And I will say I couldn't believe how close they got at the end with that fake kiss. Whoa. Oh, see, I didn't take it like that. So they did my favorite song of the night, which is 12-to-12

40:52by Sombra and very tick tocky too. And I really love their chemistry as partners. It is a sibling relationship to me the way that they are. I think people are shipping them, but I'm like, no, no. She also has a boyfriend too. He's taking this so seriously. And you're right. He's silly. He's funny. He masks with humor. He's a comedian. That's what they do. And he missed that one step. And it got him. And he couldn't recover from that. But who is one step? He's doing his best. There were no lifts. He needs to recognize he can be a leading man. I don't think he thinks he can yet. He wants Riley to be the leading man, but Connor, you're the leading man. What did Bruno whisper to him at the end before they went up to the sky box because Bruno's invested in him? Right. You're so right. I don't know. So he was the third to last below him is Guillermo and Taylor was also there. Okay. Yeah. So I like Connor and talk about learning about somebody's personality. I think we're getting a ton from him. He also posts a ton on TikTok on Instagram. He's in the comment section. He is working it when he's not on the stage. He knows I got a fan vote. I can wait. There's also this moment with Connor. It just was not his night last night. Jenna Dewan and Val come up to the sky box and she goes in for a hug and she ends up hugging Val's Jenna, Jenna Johnson. But Connor also goes in for the hug and misses it because she hugs Jenna. And you can just tell he's like, oh, fuck. I don't think I have anyone to happen to those. I feel like he's just like, well, that's me, Connor would. I bet you're wondering how I got myself here. Yeah. You can't believe he's up there.

43:00My favorite of the night, your favorite of the night, Ezra and Daniella. I mean, I gave this a nine. I am absolutely obsessed with him. He is someone that when I was a teacher, I would like show things that he has done because he's so inspiring. And I love what he said. He said, I might do it differently, but I do everything. He's so charismatic. I feel like when he dances, he completely goes into character. He demands us watching him. You're just rooting for him and to see how strong he is, he knows his body so well. And that has really been an advantage for him because he knows how to manipulate his body in different ways because he's had to his whole life. The fringe pants were impressive. He's so tall. I got a crush, guys. I know. I love this for you. They did low by flow rider. There was this move that he did where he went low and the way that he was able to body roll and then the split they both did at the end. Daniella needs more credit for

44:05her choreography. And I think usually when we watch Daniella and her partner, we're watching Daniella and her partner, IE Daniella and Dylan. When we're watching Daniella and Ezra, I am focused on him. I am watching him from beginning to end. She is so amazing for being able to listen to him and say what he can do, what his limitations are, where he thinks he's stronger and then create a move that is so amazing that you cannot take your eyes off of him. I literally have chills as you're talking about this because you're so right about the Dylan thing last season. I was watching Daniella and this season we are watching Ezra, which she's incredibly talented. I think the pass-offs are the ones to watch more so than the Tremovskis. We are watching the Olympians more so than we're watching the professional dancers and like you said, they know their body so well. I think every week I'm still watching too because and every week it's week two, but I'm watching because he says, you know, if I'm off by a centimeter, my leg can go flying and you're watching like,

45:09you are so precise a way that you can control your body. It's so inspiring. He's so fantastic and he has confidence and that's sexy. Completely, completely. But really what has happened is his quote unquote disadvantage has become his advantage because he has so much more control of his body because he knows his body so well. So it's just like a beautiful story if you ask me. I completely agree. Julianna up top she said, yeah, the boots with the fringe and I said, well, it is boots with the fur and the love that's okay, Julianna. That's why you make this show camp. I know, I know. What the frack? What the frack? I hated that. I hated that. I love it. You've got to take it because it's just so silly because you know, Carrie and thought about that and she thought that was a good one liner. So we got to give it to her. Okay. Next up Tatiana and Yann, I gave them an eight. I really, really loved this. I thought this song was perfect. The fog, the way her dress moved was

I felt like her acting skills really helped her in this moment and I loved the ending with her facing herself in the mirror. I thought it was great all around and that's why I gave her the number three spot. I completely grew with you. I think she came on this show being like, oh my god, I'm going to be a first out when she was doing her package. She did not realize the backing that she would get from the audience and was so surprised about all the love that she received that she was like, oh my god, I could do this. And you could tell based on the way she danced this week, she was like, I got the one dance out. I had Yann in Yann is such a great partner. There's such a difference of him this season compared to last season with Jen Affleck where I think that Jen and Zach actually became boundaries for him to really achieve what he could do for her. There was just too much going on there. And also to be fair, Jen was postpartum. Her body probably couldn't do as much as she could do today. Let's just say it well. She's pregnant today. But you know what I mean. And I think that

47:17Zach was a deterrent too. Don't you remember when he was like, Jen, it was really weird to see my wife with another guy in front of the castle at Disney? It's like, that's her freaking partner. Are you weirdo? Would you have your side retract somewhere else? I also don't know if you needed two people from mom talk at the same time. That's fine. I'm just saying for Yann as a partner, I think that he was held back from what he could do and taught Yann to completely trust him. They are having the best time. Yann is so funny. I love him. I think we're seeing more of his personality, his second season. I think he feels more comfortable. The doorframe, I was like, oh my god, is this an Easter egg for Taylor Swift? All we're getting is four more songs. I thought we're getting another album. But Bruno made a comment. And I do think it worked in their advantage was, as you said with Jackson, the fog was stronger here. You couldn't see her feet, but I think that was a benefit for her. But I don't think it mattered because she was getting through. After I watched her, I said, oh, I'm a Tati on a fan. I also think that is smart. She's not going to be the best dancer. So mask some of

48:21those things. That is part of the showmanship. That is part of the storytelling. Use those troops. Use those extra dancers. I just want to escape for one minute of my life. You know, I love that Mary. I don't completely agree. We want to have fun. Obviously, we want them to do the best dance that they can do. But we also want to be entertained. Let's go into Amber and Pasha who did the heated rivalry. All the things she said and they did the version from the show, which was by this DJ named Harrison who came out and did it. The song was wild. The DJ was crazy. I was distracted because that song is so powerful. She is so physically in shape. And I love the story she told. I had no idea her background. And she wanted to do justice for this song. I thought it was beautiful. I thought it was fun to watch. I like the purple costumes. I didn't like Derek at the end. They're like one word and they do this secret handshake. Thankfully Alfonso just said fire as the word.

49:27But I think Amber and Ezra are the two to be. I think we thought Jenna and Harry would go 100% to the finale. And I'm like, no, these two are shoe-ins. I agree with that. I feel like they have been pretty hard on Amber. They totally have. She hit this lunge right away, the beginning of the dance. And I was mesmerizing. The human body is insane. Just the way that she was able to because of her figure skating background. And I loved her package. Then after the package when she goes up to the sky box and Julie and says, so why did you choose this song? Julie and the package. Go to the next question on your card, please, but also stay exactly the same. It's so impressed by her. I agree. I think they're being harder on her than they are on Jenna. I agree. I agree. But I think she was fantastic. I'm so excited to watch her dance more. She's the one to watch. And I think, and I know she's obviously ranked high, but I think she's going to be

50:29like a sleeper in the way that people would be like, oh, Amber, of course, is going to get to the next round. But then like come week six. It's just going to be like the Amber and Ezra show. I agree with that. Yeah. Yeah. You didn't like the handshake. I think it's cute because you know Derek wants to be so cool with the cast because he misses being a pro, but he knows he's a judge and that's great too. But you can tell that they're all together all the time. And I like that. Okay. I need to maybe not be as hard on Derek, but that's okay. Hey, you go vibe however you need to go. Okay. Let's get into Guillermo and Whitney. I love that he picked the Rihanna song because he's met Rihanna several times. There's this Jimmy Kimmel's skit. He's not even in it, but Rihanna goes to Jimmy's house like as an April fool's prank and ends up waking him up in the middle of the night and is like jumping on his bed. Bitch, but I have my money. Yeah. But they probably couldn't do that for Dancing with the Stars. That's all right. You're right. But they did where have you been on my

51:36life life. I thought it was so good because it is about storytelling. Now there was no rolling as you said that they would be doing every dance because you know what? He didn't need the gimmick. I was a little bit sad that that was missed because Whitney said that, but Whitney, we have to applaud Whitney here because she gave him a moment to be serious, to be intense, to be a true performer and he fulfilled that obligation and she carried the dance and to think she is pregnant and did that crazy move like where he cut through her. I was like holy shit. She deserves major accolades for this dance. The crowd is obsessed with him. He's going to go halfway. Wow. So who do you think that from Guillermo would go before him? Because I think he has a couple more weeks, but I think that the competition is going to get pretty stiff and I honestly don't know who we removed from this. Can Tyler's hotness carry him farther than Guillermo? Can Taylor Hanson get further? I feel like

52:36Taylor Hanson could possibly be the next person to go. Wow. Yeah. His dance, like it was just kind of boring. I really have not much to say about it. It just gave me nothing. But then again, last week, I didn't even know who he was. He didn't recognize him. He does nothing for me. Taylor, you can hear the audience after Guillermo goes and it's crazy. Do you think Jimmy Kimmel's going to come to one? Well, Jimmy Kimmel is posting about it. So I do think that there is that strong fan base there. I think something that I like too is incorporating the troop into this. So when Guillermo had to do his knee slide, they made sure to hold his arms up so he could do it. I thought that is so genius to do that because they're saying, hey, there's a limitation here, but we know that this is part of the dance and this is a move we could do. And I think that it will be inspiring a little bit funny, a little viral and we're having viral. Hit night. I thought that was super smart. Whitney, I think, has a really great way of being able to show serious and comedic

53:39in it because I think they both know, hey, yeah, Whitney, I have limitations, but let's see what we can do and utilize what we have around us to have fun with it. And there to me, the ones having the most fun on the floor agreed, agreed. Yeah, with Taylor and Britt, did he cut his hair between last week and this week? I didn't see it fall as much in his face. His footwork at the end, I did notice his footwork was going a little pigeon-toed. It wasn't as strong as it could be, but I did think that he had some strong lines and I think he's really trying. I know, what am I saying? I don't know. So good. Once again, no dance background. Whatever. I know. Courtney, this is me, you know, it's just me, you know, what I do love that Taylor and Britt do is when they're in the sky box in Julianna saying go vote for them, they're both signing vote because Britt's

54:42former partner now, her husband, Daniel is deaf and there's something really sweet about that every week that he's leaning into what her life is. It's a true partnership and that just warms my cold dead heart. I like that. I didn't notice that. Okay, let's go into Harry and Jenna. They had a V&E's Waltz and they were doing Iris. It's like, do you remember that movie, City of Angels starring one Meg Ryan and one Nicholas Cage? This song. So there is this radio station up here, Alice 97.3. I think they played this song every single hour. This reminds me of seventh grade, like good times. I love this song. I didn't love his screaming in the middle of the dance. I didn't like his costume. I thought it looked cheap. The camera work was so bad during this dance. And I think that was a disadvantage for them. He just had such a strong performance last week that this was just a big mess. I gave him a seven still because he is a good dancer and I

55:49want to see him keep going. But that's why he really was in the middle for me at six. I know he's talented, but this didn't do it for me. So it's funny because I wrote, I like the scream because his package was about finding himself and saying everything's gonna be okay. And it was like a release for him. And then there was this moment with the song stopped and he stared right in the camera before that. And I like that too. Okay. Jenna was live vid. She was so angry. She was so annoyed. She was so mad at the judges critique. And I think you're right. I think his performance last week was much stronger. They were saying you're doing the V&E's Waltz. There's no jumps in it. Now I was entertained by the jump and I liked it. But again, I am just a random person and sweats eating candy. Airhead. Sit your cast in every way. Okay. Back at me at the end of it because I said, who is she? Or these crumbs? I want Harry to go far. I think he's showing more of his personality too. And I

But yeah, I'm wondering when they do their camera blocking and camera work because even sometimes when they're spinning and then the camera goes the other way to spin with them, I'm like, we're dizzy. Don't worry about it. Just let us spin. The camera blocking I think could affect them. It doesn't matter for us because I'm again voting for every single person 10 times at 5 p.m. when I don't see a single dance yet. It affects my voting. But if you're going to vote on it, I do think that the camera work is part of the dance. I know. I know. And it didn't them dirty. But I look forward to seeing him next week. And then finally, we ended on Mora and Mark. They did my wedding song September. And today is my third wedding anniversary. Happy anniversary. Thank you so much. Michael came in literally as the last performance. And it happened to be our song. So it was kind of cute moment. Did you dance? We did in the bed. We were kind of like, did, did, did, did. Yeah. Yeah. So. We're like, hey, do you remember?

57:59But I loved her dress. I think they did well. It felt like it was a bit slowed down. She looked so much like Ariana Maddox to me. In this moment, I don't know why. But it was good. It wasn't great. It kind of the same thing that happened to Harry. You were so impressed by them week one that you were really hoping for something week two. But obviously, Mora is super in her head. I'm hoping she can kind of let that go. And I look forward to seeing her week three. It is kind of funny that I did. It was Mora, then Harry, and then Jenna. Those were my five, six, seven. I think that the dress worked in her benefit because she did a lot of shimmy moves. And so watching that fringes really captivating when you're looking at it, where Emma is like a good storyteller on the women's side for the dancers. I think Mark does that. He does a full performance. He has her writing on the mirror. I think I can't. And then he crosses out the T. So it's like,

58:59think I can because they're team tank. And he just knows how to do a to Z. Whether it's like a musical change, the moves, he is going to do everything he can to make her look her best. But she was way more nervous this week than I think she was last. I still rank this as like my third favorite of the night because I think that they're just fantastic together. Mark just knows how to make his partner shine. There is something that I need to know what was said because when they come in the sky box, Pasha and Jenna are talking and Jenna goes, wow, Jenna Johnson and annoyed wow. And I'm like, where are the lip readers? I need to know what was said because the rumor is Mora and Sierra were one of the first announced back in April with the Hulu up front. And then there's these rumors. Oh, well, Mora started taking dance classes. So even though she says she doesn't know how to dance, she's taking dance classes up until she's coming to this, which like, so would I? I would have got my ass so in shape to be able to have the stamina. And I would have definitely enrolled in dance classes

1:00:06because why wouldn't you take that advantage? I don't even think that's cheating or anything like that. No, and I'm also wondering too how long everybody knew they were going to be on this show. Yeah, I'd be taking every single dance class. I'd be signing up for your eighth grade dance class with that feature being like a 5, 6, 7, 8 word of. But I think she really needs to get over her nerves because that's going to be her detriment. She was one of the front runners for me last week. And even though I still ranked her third, I do think that if she can't get past that, it's going to hurt because you can only say, I don't know what I'm doing. So many weeks until it's like, no, now you do know what you're doing. Even if you took dance for however long, that can't be more of your story. We need to know who Mora is more so than what we've gotten these past two weeks. And like her skills, similarly to Jenna have saved her, but we don't know her. You know what? Hopefully, they listened to this podcast because we gave some great feedback and really great ideas for them
