升田 幸三（ますだ こうぞう、１９１８年３月２１日 – １９９１年４月５日）は、将棋棋士。実力制第四代名人。
スポーツもそうだが、勝負というものは本番の前に勝敗は決している。体調を整え、心の調子を整えて、心身を最高の状態に持って行き、磨き抜いた技を存分に発揮できるものが勝つのだ。どの分野でも「天下人」とはそういう人である。
