宮澤 喜一（みやざわ きいち、１９１９年（大正８年）１０月８日 – ２００７年（平成１９年）６月２８日）は、日本の大蔵官僚、政治家。
現在では影の薄くなった保守本流、ハト派の宏池会の流れの中にあった宮澤喜一は、リベラルとは「一億一心の対極」にあると述べている。一億火の玉、一億総保守、、など時代の空気に同調しない。主義主張を声高に論じるのではなく、全体の制約から距離を置いて、独立した個人とした自由な生き方、自分で考えることを放棄しない、自立自尊、それがリベラルであるということだろう。心に留めておきたい言葉である。
